Transcript
- 0:19SPEAKER_02: Week one, it's underway, baby.
- 0:22SPEAKER_02: Right now, we are watching the Seattle Seahawks against the New England Patriots.
- 0:27SPEAKER_02: And I turned it on after my long commute from work, and all of a sudden, Sam Darnold is in the medical tent.
- 0:32SPEAKER_02: Like, what happened, guys?
- 0:33SPEAKER_02: Explain it to me, Tim.
- 0:34SPEAKER_02: Like, what happened?
- 0:35SPEAKER_03: Did I miss it?
- 0:36SPEAKER_03: I haven't I haven't seen the reports.
- 0:38SPEAKER_03: All I saw is he was limping to the sideline, and then nobody was talking to him, no training staffs or anything.
- 0:45SPEAKER_03: And then all of a sudden, they go into the Patriots go into their series.
- 0:49SPEAKER_03: Then he's going into the blue medical tent.
- 0:52SPEAKER_03: And then from there, he went to the back, into the locker room, limping.
- 0:55SPEAKER_03: He looked like he was putting a little pat little little pressure on it, but uh Drew Locke is in the game, and I can't believe it.
- 1:02SPEAKER_02: Man, what happened?
- 1:03SPEAKER_02: Just just like that to the start of the season.
- 1:05SPEAKER_02: It's almost exactly like when Aaron Rodgers tore his Achilles on the first like three plays of the game, and all of a sudden, you know, you you saw the season derail in that moment.
- 1:16SPEAKER_02: But of course, this is the fantasy football space.
- 1:18SPEAKER_02: I am Natter alongside Nico and Tip.
- 1:21SPEAKER_02: Of course, Nico, say what's up to everybody.
- 1:23SPEAKER_02: How you doing?
- 1:24SPEAKER_01: How we doing, y'all?
- 1:25SPEAKER_01: Merry Christmas.
- 1:26SPEAKER_01: Uh, we got NFL Week one.
- 1:28SPEAKER_01: Um, like Tip and Natter were saying, it looks like Sam Darnold went to the locker room already.
- 1:33SPEAKER_01: Uh Fantasy Pros came out and said it's due to a hip injury.
- 1:37SPEAKER_01: Uh, when I was watching it live, um, I kind of saw a little uh like a whiplash on his head.
- 1:42SPEAKER_01: I thought maybe it was a concussion protocol type of thing, but um gonna have to stay tuned there.
- 1:47SPEAKER_01: Obviously, the Seahawks coming off their Super Bowl win last year.
- 1:51SPEAKER_01: Uh Sam Darnold was a key cog in that you know uh offense and helping them win it all.
- 1:56SPEAKER_01: So we'll see what happens.
- 1:57SPEAKER_01: But Drew Locke is moving and grooving.
- 2:00SPEAKER_02: Man, so of course, that's gonna be kicking it off for underway.
- 2:04SPEAKER_02: We are also maybe we're gonna be watching it as we play and of course commentating over anything that happens in between the show during it, and of course, live action, all that good stuff.
- 2:14SPEAKER_02: So, in today's episode, we are definitely gonna be talking about some starts and sits.
- 2:18SPEAKER_02: We're gonna talk about some players that you should be on the lookout for.
- 2:21SPEAKER_02: Who are you starting in week one?
- 2:23SPEAKER_02: And of course, some of the crusty picks of the week and all that good stuff.
- 2:28SPEAKER_02: So, of course, we are gonna have to cut it to some news and notes with Nico.
- 2:35SPEAKER_02: Or do we not have any news and notes today?
- 2:37SPEAKER_02: Actually, oh, we got some news, and NFL headlines.
- 2:49SPEAKER_01: No, we got some news, and also AJ Brown wearing number one is kind of trippy.
- 2:55SPEAKER_01: All these players are like wearing different numbers these days.
- 2:57SPEAKER_01: I never know who's who.
- 2:59SPEAKER_01: Um, but no, first and foremost, we need to we need to check in on our good friend Tip over here.
- 3:04SPEAKER_01: Uh Brock Bowers underwent a meniscus trim Tuesday in Dallas with Dr.
- 3:10SPEAKER_01: Daniel Cooper, and now is expected to quote unquote miss a game or two.
- 3:15SPEAKER_01: Um, league sources told Rap Sheet and Adam Schefter.
- 3:19SPEAKER_01: Tip man, we gotta know how we're doing.
- 3:23SPEAKER_01: Like you had the Genty situation, and he's back.
- 3:26SPEAKER_03: We're damned if we we're damned if we do, we're damned if we don't.
- 3:30SPEAKER_03: It's like this situation that the Raiders are going through.
- 3:34SPEAKER_03: I mean, just a couple weeks ago, we were all sitting in a circle praying and and kumbayaing that you know Ash and Genty was gonna be okay, and he escaped so some catastrophic injury, and now we got to deal with this.
- 3:48SPEAKER_03: Two, oh, a flea flicker.
- 3:50SPEAKER_03: Oh, wow, hold on, we're going deep, guys, to AJ Brown.
- 3:54SPEAKER_03: Oh, and it's a pass interference at the one-yard line on on the defense.
- 3:59SPEAKER_03: But look, they were going they did a flea flicker.
- 4:01SPEAKER_03: Look, they did a flea flicker to to AJ Brown, and uh, but yeah, it looks like it's gonna be a Ramondre touchdown.
- 4:08SPEAKER_03: But anyway, but yeah, back to the yeah, right.
- 4:11SPEAKER_03: But Brock Bowers going on automatic first down.
- 4:15SPEAKER_03: There it is.
- 4:16SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it that that's it, Ramondre time.
- 4:19SPEAKER_03: Um, by the way, AJ Brown only still has two catches.
- 4:22SPEAKER_03: Um, but Brock Bowers um dealing with this situation, um, this team dealing with this situation.
- 4:30SPEAKER_03: My question is, they didn't figure this out.
- 4:32SPEAKER_03: How many opinions do you have to get before the season starts to to figure?
- 4:38SPEAKER_03: Like, I think after the third opinion, I would probably be like, all right, let's go ahead and get this knocked out so that way we can heal during the preseason.
- 4:45SPEAKER_03: And I just don't understand the timeline behind it.
- 4:48SPEAKER_03: I unless it's something that just happened or or tweaked as um oh wow, we get a touchdown from Eli Raridan.
- 4:58SPEAKER_03: Eli Raridan.
- 5:00SPEAKER_03: Who the the number of I did hear somebody I did hear somebody put a little money wager on him uh for a touchdown today.
- 5:10SPEAKER_03: That was that was a that was a good call, whoever said that.
- 5:13SPEAKER_03: But anyway, um, but yeah, man, it sucks, dude.
- 5:15SPEAKER_03: It just sucks the situation.
- 5:17SPEAKER_03: Um, if for fantasy, I hope that if you if you do have him, um maybe you handcuffed him with Michael Mayer.
- 5:24SPEAKER_03: Uh, but you know, we did post a tweet out earlier for some uh of those tight ends that are available.
- 5:31SPEAKER_03: Uh look at players like Dunner Helm.
- 5:33SPEAKER_03: I mean AJ Barner.
- 5:34SPEAKER_03: Right before the tweet came out, we talked about AJ Barner.
- 5:37SPEAKER_03: He hasn't done much of anything, but uh look, it just you you gotta secure yourself uh because chances are you had Brock Bowers, you thought he was gonna come into a healthy season, you didn't draft anybody else.
- 5:49SPEAKER_01: Well, and that's the thing, too.
- 5:50SPEAKER_01: Like he was a consensus second-round pick for a lot of fantasy managers, and this news leading up literally to the the day of the week start of week one for the NFL season is just it sucks for the fantasy football community, it sucks for people that drafted him, it sucks for Raiders fans.
- 6:10SPEAKER_01: I mean, people were all in on Brock Bowers this year, so tip mentioned it.
- 6:14SPEAKER_01: Uh, Michael Mayer, uh, Juwan Johnson is someone that's available in a lot of leagues.
- 6:19SPEAKER_01: Uh, we've talked a little bit about Terrence Ferguson.
- 6:22SPEAKER_01: Uh, that's another good option.
- 6:23SPEAKER_01: And you can never go wrong with Dr.
- 6:25SPEAKER_01: Schultz, uh, Dr.
- 6:26SPEAKER_01: Dalton Schultz.
- 6:27SPEAKER_01: He he does provide a very safe PPR floor.
- 6:31SPEAKER_01: Um, and he also is kind of looking like the number two pass catching option in that Texans offense, while Booty, who was traded over from the Patriots, uh starts to ramp up.
- 6:43SPEAKER_01: But it is certainly a bummer.
- 6:45SPEAKER_02: Man, that's why you should always wait till like week like five or six to actually do your draft.
- 6:50SPEAKER_02: That way you avoid stuff like this, right?
- 6:52SPEAKER_03: What?
- 6:52SPEAKER_01: Um, anyways, uh Baker Mayfield, I did not see this coming.
- 6:56SPEAKER_01: Uh, he got paid.
- 6:58SPEAKER_01: He signed a three-year extension with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers um throughout a lot of uh camp and through the last 14 weeks of our show.
- 7:06SPEAKER_01: We've talked a lot about how he's gonna have a huge chip on his shoulder because he's you know playing as for his next contract this year coming off a down season last year.
- 7:15SPEAKER_01: Baker Mayfield inks that three-year extension, so he will be uh locked in with the Buccaneers.
- 7:21SPEAKER_01: Uh Josh Jacobs's first court hearing got moved up from November 17th to September 10th.
- 7:28SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I listen, we talked a lot about it on the show last week with Debro about you know the timeline with all this stuff.
- 7:36SPEAKER_01: Essentially, what this means is that there's going to be a decision made, presumably sometime in mid to late September, versus being on the uh NFL's commissioner exemplist all the way through November 17th and not being able to participate.
- 7:50SPEAKER_01: So this should provide some clarity as to kind of what is going to happen there.
- 7:55SPEAKER_01: Um, any insight from either of you guys as to how you feel about the Josh Jacobs news?
- 8:00SPEAKER_01: I mean, it's obviously been a very trendy situation in the fantasy football community, but I feel like for me it's it's nice to know that it got moved up because then we'll have a decision on kind of what his outlook is looking like by mid-September.
- 8:14SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you don't really know what the outcome potentially is for the commissioner to put him on the exempt list right away.
- 8:21SPEAKER_02: That usually gives us a tell that there's something pretty convincing that he did something pretty bad.
- 8:27SPEAKER_02: But you know, the the fact that he wants it to move up so he can get it over with either tells two things that it's really bad and he just wants to get it over with, or that it's not bad and he has evidence that it's not bad, and of course, he's just trying to exonerate himself.
- 8:42SPEAKER_02: We'll see where it goes.
- 8:43SPEAKER_02: But at this point, Marshawn Lloyd, full sand.
- 8:47SPEAKER_01: Maybe not in week one, though, against my Vikings.
- 8:50SPEAKER_01: But, anyways, uh Malik Neighbors appears to be trending towards being active for week one.
- 8:55SPEAKER_01: Uh, great news for those that drafted neighbors.
- 8:58SPEAKER_01: Uh, as most of you all know, Travion Henderson is out tonight uh for the Patriots.
- 9:03SPEAKER_01: Falcons uh finally made an announcement that Tuatugavailoa will start in week one.
- 9:10SPEAKER_01: Uh, it only took them a week before their first game to make that decision.
- 9:15SPEAKER_01: Uh, I think we can probably assume we'll see Michael Penix Jr.
- 9:19SPEAKER_01: at some point here.
- 9:20SPEAKER_01: Uh, Alec Pierce expected to play week one.
- 9:23SPEAKER_01: Roma Dunze was not seen practicing.
- 9:26SPEAKER_01: Uh, Kyle Menungay was back at practice.
- 9:29SPEAKER_01: Jonathan Brooks working on the side with general soreness.
- 9:33SPEAKER_01: Uh, not really ideal for um those that you know spent a draft pick on him, but it does appear to be general soreness, so nothing super crazy.
- 9:42SPEAKER_01: And then Cardinals head coach says he's optimistic that Jeremiah Love will play in week one.
- 9:49SPEAKER_01: Kelly.
- 9:52SPEAKER_01: I knew we were gonna get some sort of soundbite there.
- 9:55SPEAKER_01: Uh, great news for the rookie out of Notre Dame.
- 9:57SPEAKER_01: Uh, obviously, you know, he had the ankle tweak um in a preseason game, but had some time to recover.
- 10:04SPEAKER_01: Uh, Patrick Mahomes expected to start week one coming off of his knee injury last year.
- 10:09SPEAKER_01: Uh Puka Nakua expected to play play week one.
- 10:13SPEAKER_01: The Giants released Darius Slayton and another Cardinals news here Michael Wilson gets the bag.
- 10:20SPEAKER_01: Three years,$75 million extension.
- 10:25SPEAKER_01: Bring me the monies.
- 10:27SPEAKER_01: All right, guys.
- 10:28SPEAKER_01: Obviously, I kind of railed off uh you know a handful of news and notes there.
- 10:31SPEAKER_01: What stood out to you guys?
- 10:32SPEAKER_01: Uh Natter, what about you?
- 10:34SPEAKER_02: I think the Trevion Henderson wasn't was the kind of surprise to me.
- 10:38SPEAKER_02: I definitely did not expect him to be sitting out today.
- 10:41SPEAKER_02: Not only that, uh I don't know, maybe maybe I just wasn't into the news and notes for the past couple of days, but I felt like that was like a blind side to me, right?
- 10:50SPEAKER_01: I mean, he hadn't been practicing for a few weeks leading up to you know a few days ago, so it was kind of getting to a point where it was like he's unlikely trending towards not playing, and even if he was going to play, it likely would have been on a limited snap count basis.
- 11:07SPEAKER_01: So, you know, for at least I'd say the last week or two, I've kind of been viewing Ramondre as taking on that lead role uh for the Patriots tonight.
- 11:16SPEAKER_01: But obviously he was ruled out.
- 11:18SPEAKER_01: Tip, what about you?
- 11:21SPEAKER_03: Um nothing much, man.
- 11:24SPEAKER_03: I mean, the the Roma Dunze, I think tomorrow is gonna be a really big day for him as far as like is he on the practice field?
- 11:30SPEAKER_03: Is he doing some type of drill or something?
- 11:32SPEAKER_03: Um that that could be telling, but um, I I do want to talk about this Jadarian Price kid.
- 11:39SPEAKER_03: I mean, this dude has got some burst, he's playing good right now, dude, dude.
- 11:44SPEAKER_03: He's got like six rushes for like 42 yards, bro.
- 11:47SPEAKER_03: Like, yeah, like this this this kid is this kid is nice, man.
- 11:50SPEAKER_03: And and I and shame on me because I don't have him in nearly enough leagues, it seems like, and and this is a run heavy offense.
- 11:57SPEAKER_03: I mean, the the the the offensive coordinator is comes from Shanahan, so yeah, I should have man, I should have yeah, that that that's kind of stinging right now.
- 12:06SPEAKER_01: Well, I mean, I mean six for 42 was seven yard per carry.
- 12:10SPEAKER_01: My biggest thing so far is like Halani has been involved.
- 12:14SPEAKER_01: Like, I mean, I'm not saying he's going to be forever involved, but early on, I mean, he's got four touches so far to price's six, so it's just gonna be one of those situations that if if price isn't you know pumping out six, seven yards a carry, you know, it's possible that you know he's splitting the workload.
- 12:34SPEAKER_01: So, what is that upside if he's splitting the workload completely?
- 12:38SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I mean, I mean all the reports said it's gonna be a committee, so it's if if it was to be something else, then that would just be the coast misleading us.
- 12:49SPEAKER_02: And we can't draft, assuming the coach is lying.
- 12:51SPEAKER_02: I mean, yes, they kind of mislead a little bit, give us some smoke, but if that if he says it's a committee, you have to treat it as it's gonna be a committee.
- 12:59SPEAKER_02: And I mean, what is it six carries?
- 13:02SPEAKER_02: It's not like it's that much, and it's halfway through the second quarter right now.
- 13:06SPEAKER_02: But he does look expressive.
- 13:07SPEAKER_02: He's looked impressive though.
- 13:08SPEAKER_03: He's looked at impressive, he looks like he can hit the hole, he looks like he's he has good vision.
- 13:13SPEAKER_03: Well, calm down, guys.
- 13:16SPEAKER_03: You said it pause, but but but but no, but like seriously, see I see Kelly told you we're gonna put a smile on your face today.
- 13:26SPEAKER_03: We told you we got to, and then so um, but yeah, so uh yeah, man.
- 13:31SPEAKER_03: I I really like the way his vision too, and I'm and I haven't we haven't really seen him pass catch yet because he's running so good, but I do want to see because I mean that was one of his his things that he could do, he's a he could pass catch.
- 13:43SPEAKER_01: And now in college, uh-huh.
- 13:45SPEAKER_01: No, no, there were reports from camp of him making some pretty sick catches, uh, like on wheel routes and stuff like that.
- 13:51SPEAKER_03: So in college, no, so he wasn't known for that.
- 13:53SPEAKER_01: Correct, correct, correct.
- 13:55SPEAKER_01: That was one of the knocks on him coming out of college, but I mean, it's just so tough.
- 14:00SPEAKER_01: You were sitting behind Jeremiah Love, who is a generational RB talent.
- 14:04SPEAKER_01: Like, if you get Price in any other school that's you know in a conference and or any Big Ten or SEC school, like he probably would have lit it up, but um, neither here nor there.
- 14:15SPEAKER_01: Uh, good start for those who drafted Jadarian Price.
- 14:19SPEAKER_01: He's looking very efficient, very sharp, and it looks like JSN just had a nice little 15-20-yard catch.
- 14:25SPEAKER_02: Oh my god, you guys are ahead of me on your street streams right now, and it pisses for sure ahead of me.
- 14:31SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like right now, you guys were calling the flea flicker and a touch push alert.
- 14:35SPEAKER_03: They were like in 2026.
- 14:36SPEAKER_03: Oh, that was Tip, bro.
- 14:38SPEAKER_02: That wasn't me.
- 14:38SPEAKER_02: See, Tush push alert.
- 14:39SPEAKER_02: Like, uh right now they're still calling that the one that false start penalty that they're on my stream.
- 14:45SPEAKER_01: Oh boy, I just saw the JSN catch and they're showing replays of it.
- 14:49SPEAKER_02: Oh my god, and here comes the barnyard.
- 14:52SPEAKER_01: That's what they call it, right?
- 14:53SPEAKER_01: The barnyard?
- 14:54SPEAKER_02: What's the barn?
- 14:55SPEAKER_01: I think so.
- 14:56SPEAKER_01: When uh AJ Barner gets under center and does the Tish push.
- 14:59SPEAKER_03: Oh the offense was off sides.
- 15:02SPEAKER_03: Never mind.
- 15:03SPEAKER_02: So in a couple leagues, I forgot to check my lineup.
- 15:07SPEAKER_02: I was really busy with work today, and I started the Patriots defense in a handful of them.
- 15:13SPEAKER_02: Looks like you know, my incompetence is helping me out here so far.
- 15:16SPEAKER_02: They're doing pretty, pretty well.
- 15:19SPEAKER_02: But you know what?
- 15:19SPEAKER_02: Sometimes you just can't rely on incompetence.
- 15:22SPEAKER_02: So that's when you ask the questions to the experts, and that's what a lot of you guys did over the past few days.
- 15:28SPEAKER_02: You got questions, we're answering them live.
- 15:31SPEAKER_02: So, of course, let's kick it off, shall we guys?
- 15:36SPEAKER_02: It's mailbag time.
- 15:39SPEAKER_02: There we go.
- 15:41SPEAKER_02: Like that.
- 15:42SPEAKER_02: So, of course, love that with question number one.
- 15:45SPEAKER_02: So, as Kelly right now is currently typing it out in the chat so it can get populated onto the stream, just like that.
- 15:53SPEAKER_02: What a real one! That's that's a that's a top-tier move, right there.
- 15:57SPEAKER_02: Ibuka worth the week one start.
- 16:00SPEAKER_02: Options on the bench are Lloyd Green Bay, Christian Watson, also Green Bay.
- 16:04SPEAKER_02: I'm leaning towards Ibuka being healthy.
- 16:06SPEAKER_02: What y'all think?
- 16:07SPEAKER_02: Now, me personally, Lloyd, baby, Lloyd full sand.
- 16:11SPEAKER_02: Well, what do you guys think?
- 16:14SPEAKER_01: Let me go.
- 16:17SPEAKER_01: So I think Ibuka is worth the start.
- 16:21SPEAKER_01: I think Lloyd is worth the start, but I'm gonna go with Watson here, and I'm not saying Buka is a bad choice.
- 16:29SPEAKER_01: Uh, I would say Lloyd is third on that depth chart, if you will, for me.
- 16:32SPEAKER_01: Uh, going up against my Vikings defense.
- 16:35SPEAKER_01: I think they're gonna struggle to run the ball.
- 16:36SPEAKER_01: I think Jordan Love's gonna cook.
- 16:38SPEAKER_01: And what does that mean?
- 16:39SPEAKER_01: He's gonna be leaning on his wide receiver one.
- 16:43SPEAKER_01: Um, I think, you know, let's not forget that Buka was not only playing 60 or so percent of snaps to finish the season last year, but he was completely unstartable.
- 16:53SPEAKER_01: Watson to me is the clear and obvious wide receiver one on his team.
- 16:58SPEAKER_01: The Packers plan to have him in the Z receiver role this year.
- 17:02SPEAKER_01: So his target share could easily go up.
- 17:05SPEAKER_01: And because of that, you know, he will definitely expand his route tree a little bit, not just kind of be the go route deep post guy.
- 17:12SPEAKER_01: I see a big game from C Watt against my Vikings in week one, and that is who I would go with.
- 17:18SPEAKER_01: But I don't think either are necessarily bad options, I just prefer Watson of this bunch.
- 17:24SPEAKER_02: Oh man, you can you threw us through a little corkscrew.
- 17:27SPEAKER_02: You went you hyped up Ibuka, you hyped up Lloyd, and then you just went right into the out blast.
- 17:32unknown: What do you think?
- 17:34SPEAKER_03: No, that was good.
- 17:35SPEAKER_03: I know it's Ibuka for me, as long as he's healthy, as long as he's starting, he's good to go, and you gotta continue to check these things, even up to the start of the game, because sometimes these guys tweak things right in the middle of warm-ups.
- 17:49SPEAKER_03: Uh, so yeah, I I I would definitely go with Ibuka, and I think is gonna be one of, if not the highest scoring game of this of the week.
- 17:59SPEAKER_03: Uh, the Bengals going against the Tampa Bay.
- 18:02SPEAKER_03: Um, yes, Baker Mayfield got paid, but he's still a little salty about how the situation went down, I think.
- 18:08SPEAKER_03: And I think that's his that's gonna be his avenue to playing better, you know.
- 18:13SPEAKER_03: Well, they still, even though they paid me, they waited till right before the season started, and he had given them a deadline.
- 18:20SPEAKER_03: So that's some and then you got Joe Burrow, and you know what he can do.
- 18:24SPEAKER_03: And I just really think that Abuka, if they're gonna be in this shootout with the Bengals, uh that are a high scoring affair, then I think Abuka will be the main target earner and the main uh pass catcher for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
- 18:40SPEAKER_03: So I'm expecting a big game from them.
- 18:42SPEAKER_02: Okay, so let's see, he gave us three options.
- 18:45SPEAKER_02: We gave him three different answers, guys.
- 18:48SPEAKER_02: We got to be on a consensus on here.
- 18:50SPEAKER_02: So the problem is you guys kept talking about Abuka being healthy going into week one, but even if he plays Hurt, we saw a scope of what happens to him playing Hertz throughout all of last season.
- 19:00SPEAKER_02: You said it yourself, he was unstartable.
- 19:02SPEAKER_02: So I feel like it would be the definition of insanity if you started him and expected something different.
- 19:10SPEAKER_01: I don't think it's insanity to start him because Tip brings up a lot of good points.
- 19:14SPEAKER_01: I mean, it's one of the highest totals on the board for the week.
- 19:17SPEAKER_01: Uh, we know the Bengals games typically tend to be shootouts.
- 19:21SPEAKER_01: I mean, the over-under is sitting at about 50-51 points right now, and you know, I definitely expect a high scoring affair.
- 19:28SPEAKER_01: I don't think Buka is a bad start by any stretch of the imagination.
- 19:32SPEAKER_01: Um, I just think, you know, with easing Lloyd into that RB1 role and the way that you beat my Vikings is through the air.
- 19:41SPEAKER_01: It's not going to be on the ground.
- 19:43SPEAKER_01: Um, I just feel that it's going to be Jordan love cooking and who is that number one target for him while Tucker Kraft is still probably getting ramped up a little bit.
- 19:53SPEAKER_01: Golden still has something to prove.
- 19:55SPEAKER_01: Obviously, there's Jaden Reed, but I just see a big game coming from Christian Watson, and we'll actually talk about him a little bit later in the show as well.
- 20:02SPEAKER_01: Or I will at least.
- 20:04SPEAKER_02: There we go.
- 20:04SPEAKER_02: All right.
- 20:04SPEAKER_02: We all we all we all have to come up with a consensus answers.
- 20:07SPEAKER_02: Tip.
- 20:08SPEAKER_03: No, no, no, no.
- 20:10SPEAKER_03: This is no.
- 20:11SPEAKER_03: This is see, this is what my friend Scott the King Engle said.
- 20:14SPEAKER_03: He said that if you get three different answers, well, then you've got three different opinions, and you choose whatever the best one you see fit for your team.
- 20:23SPEAKER_03: Now, Scott.
- 20:24SPEAKER_03: At the end of the day, we're making the line.
- 20:26SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 20:26SPEAKER_03: If a Buka is hurt, like duh, okay, go ahead with Christian Watson.
- 20:31SPEAKER_03: I like Lloyd too, but no, you take you take your you take what you heard from each one of us, and then you make that decision based off of what you feel like is gonna be your best way of getting points.
- 20:44SPEAKER_02: Fair.
- 20:45SPEAKER_02: That's how you win.
- 20:47SPEAKER_02: You know, just start Christian Watson.
- 20:48SPEAKER_02: Two out of three.
- 20:49SPEAKER_02: Two out of three wins on this one.
- 20:50SPEAKER_01: Hey, I got nadter on board.
- 20:52SPEAKER_01: Let's go.
- 20:53SPEAKER_02: So Jason Quinn asks for that Seattle and the new England game.
- 20:58SPEAKER_02: Notice I I flipped them.
- 20:59SPEAKER_02: Start Stevenson or two and at flex half point PPR.
- 21:02SPEAKER_02: Unfortunately, if you didn't start Stevenson, you can't, it's too late.
- 21:06SPEAKER_02: I probably would have told you to start Stevenson, but I think we told him Steve.
- 21:09SPEAKER_03: I think I think I think we said Stevenson.
- 21:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 21:13SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I did I did answer his question.
- 21:15SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I did answer his question on Twitter.
- 21:18SPEAKER_01: Um, he had another question.
- 21:19SPEAKER_01: It was um, it looks like it's a super flex or a two QB league.
- 21:24SPEAKER_01: He asked, uh, Baker, Goff, Jaden Daniels, start two of the three.
- 21:29SPEAKER_01: What say you, Tip?
- 21:32SPEAKER_01: Uh Jaden has the uh Philadelphia Eagles.
- 21:36SPEAKER_01: Uh, obviously, we talked a little bit about Baker going um on the road to Cincinnati, and then we have Jared Goff.
- 21:43SPEAKER_01: They're playing the Saints, but I just want to double check.
- 21:48SPEAKER_01: It is oh, in Motor City.
- 21:51SPEAKER_01: The Motor City Kitties are hosting the New Orleans Saints.
- 21:55SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I I I would almost say it is gonna sound crazy.
- 22:00SPEAKER_03: I would almost say sit Jaden Daniels.
- 22:02SPEAKER_03: I'm just nervous, man.
- 22:03SPEAKER_03: I'm nervous about this offense.
- 22:04SPEAKER_03: I'm nervous about the you know cohesion that this all I mean, Terry McLaurin, I'm not nervous about, but Terry McLaurin is he's older, he's going against a good defense.
- 22:16SPEAKER_03: Their offensive line is in shambles.
- 22:18SPEAKER_03: I mean, they even said that the the Baltimore Ravens were just having their way with that offensive line in um preseason a couple of weeks ago and during practice and during joint practices and everything.
- 22:29SPEAKER_03: So I I what is what are the what are those what are those eagles gonna do to them with Jalen Carter?
- 22:37SPEAKER_03: I just that makes me nervous.
- 22:39SPEAKER_03: So I would say I definitely I think both of those games I would go with I would go with Jared Goff and I would go with Baker Mayfield.
- 22:47SPEAKER_03: I think both of those teams are gonna score or both of those games are gonna have points on the board.
- 22:51SPEAKER_03: Uh so I would do that.
- 22:52SPEAKER_03: I know you're giving up the the the rushing upside a little bit, okay.
- 22:56SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and Jaden Jaden Daniels maybe running around, but it's still not enough for me to take where I know I can get more points, you know, score touchdowns and stuff.
- 23:06SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think uh Jaden Daniels is gonna be one of the more disappointing quarterbacks of the season.
- 23:11SPEAKER_02: I think you're starting both Baker and Goff.
- 23:16SPEAKER_01: Coming from someone who loves his rushing upside.
- 23:21SPEAKER_01: I I thought I was gonna be the contrarian here and say Baker and Goff, but it sounds like it's Baker and Goff across the board here.
- 23:28SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I and because I agree.
- 23:29SPEAKER_01: Like, I think I think Jaden is still a fine pick, I think he's still a fine quarterback, but Tip mentioned it.
- 23:36SPEAKER_01: You know, there was a lot of negative reports coming out of camp for the uh commanders about that offensive line.
- 23:42SPEAKER_01: They lost Jeremy Tunsil for the year.
- 23:44SPEAKER_01: Um, it's gonna be really tough for him, and he's gonna be scrambling around for his life basically, almost every other play.
- 23:53SPEAKER_01: And you know, because of that, I think Rashad White is like a very interesting, like full PPR play this week.
- 23:59SPEAKER_01: Um, because there should be a lot of check downs, there should be a lot of pass volume.
- 24:03SPEAKER_01: I just don't think it's gonna be very efficient when you go up against uh this level of uh defense, and if I'm not mistaken, it's also yeah, it's also in Philadelphia, and that's that's a tough place to play, man.
- 24:18SPEAKER_01: Um so I think it's a good problem to have, but at the same time, I think uh you got your answer there, Jason.
- 24:24SPEAKER_01: It's it's gonna be Baker and Goff.
- 24:26SPEAKER_02: There you go.
- 24:27SPEAKER_02: For once we all agree.
- 24:29SPEAKER_02: Now, OTL asks, are we starting Jeremiah Love in week one?
- 24:34SPEAKER_02: Uh, if he plays, yeah, you're starting him.
- 24:37SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 24:38SPEAKER_01: I mean, it would be nice to know what the it would be nice to know what the other options are, but right, yeah, like Matter said, I mean, you're you're not not starting a guy that you drafted in the third round.
- 24:49SPEAKER_01: Like you're not, yeah.
- 24:51SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you do that.
- 24:52SPEAKER_03: That's that's what that's what gives you reservation.
- 24:54SPEAKER_03: That's what because you drafted him so high.
- 24:57SPEAKER_03: But if you listen to us, we were telling people, like, don't do that.
- 25:00SPEAKER_03: At least I know a couple of us were, and now you're in this situation.
- 25:06SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it could be situation.
- 25:08SPEAKER_03: It could he could be put in a situation this weekend where he's getting a bunch of targets, he's getting a bunch of catches.
- 25:15SPEAKER_03: Uh, he's got you know maybe 40 yards rushing, but he's not getting that touchdown, and that's where you want, and that it and that's going to Tyler Algier all the time, or Trey McBride, or something like that.
- 25:28SPEAKER_03: That's what's gonna be a little frustrating with him.
- 25:30SPEAKER_03: Uh, but he still can put up fantasy points.
- 25:32SPEAKER_03: Uh again, I would like to know who that other person has, but yeah, I guess just if he plays, you gotta what was our Rocky for?
- 25:40SPEAKER_03: If he dies, he dies.
- 25:41SPEAKER_03: If he plays, he plays.
- 25:42SPEAKER_03: There you go.
- 25:44SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you gotta do the drago on him.
- 25:47SPEAKER_02: Oh man, so let's see what other questions do we got roaming around.
- 25:53SPEAKER_02: Let's see, can I get a oh oh, thank you very much from Mike Gooch, sir?
- 25:58SPEAKER_02: I feel like I should have said it a little bit differently.
- 26:00SPEAKER_02: Senior, sorry, senior.
- 26:02SPEAKER_02: Sorry, I see that as a I see SR, I think, sir, but what do I know?
- 26:06SPEAKER_02: Right, I'm in a 14-team league, yeah.
- 26:09SPEAKER_02: Clearly, 14-team league with no IR designation.
- 26:12SPEAKER_02: What kind of league is this?
- 26:14SPEAKER_02: Anyway, that's the problem.
- 26:14SPEAKER_02: I drafted Jordan Tyson.
- 26:16SPEAKER_02: What was your problem with my last pick?
- 26:18SPEAKER_02: But Makai Fields and Devon Vele are both on waivers, yeah.
- 26:25SPEAKER_02: Malachi Fields for now, yeah.
- 26:28SPEAKER_01: Sorry.
- 26:28SPEAKER_03: Well, well, well, if we're gonna start somewhere, we need to start.
- 26:32SPEAKER_03: Drop all three of them.
- 26:33SPEAKER_01: I mean, look what it is a listen, it is a 14-team league, like those can get deep.
- 26:39SPEAKER_01: Um, I think for me, it's really just how big is that bench like space that you have?
- 26:44SPEAKER_01: Like, do you have the bandwidth to hold on to Jordan Tyson for two months and hope that that's kind of the minimum stay?
- 26:52SPEAKER_01: Because he's clearly the best talent from this group and could be somebody that could help you, you know, be a second half winner.
- 27:00SPEAKER_01: But at the same time, if you're in a spot where you know you don't have like a you know eight to ten bench spot, like or something like that, and it's only like five or six, like you probably don't have time to hold on to Tyson, especially with no IR spots.
- 27:15SPEAKER_01: So for me, it's kind of dependent on how big that bench space that he has, because that that would basically help me make that decision.
- 27:26SPEAKER_01: Um, but just to give a clear-cut answer, assuming that the bench space is fairly normal, um, I'd be fine with just holding on to Tyson until you like have to drop him.
- 27:37SPEAKER_03: Yeah, give me a hang.
- 27:39SPEAKER_02: So to answer this one.
- 27:41SPEAKER_03: Well, this one's tricky because if it's a dynasty league, you have to keep Jordan Tyson.
- 27:47SPEAKER_03: You can't just drop him like that.
- 27:48SPEAKER_03: You can't do that.
- 27:49SPEAKER_03: And if it's a redraft lead, you can do that.
- 27:52SPEAKER_03: But then again, like like Nico said, who else is on your bench?
- 27:56SPEAKER_03: And and that's that's kind of the question, the answer to it.
- 27:59SPEAKER_03: Is who else is on there?
- 28:01SPEAKER_03: Is there somebody else that you can you know give up?
- 28:03SPEAKER_03: Because you you you didn't pray, you didn't pay like a pretty penny for uh Jordan Tyson, but you paid enough um to at least keep him on your bench to see what this offense looks like.
- 28:14SPEAKER_03: And if you're a believer in the offense like I am, I will go Devon Vele.
- 28:19SPEAKER_03: Um, you know, if you have a person that you can drop other than Jordan Tyson, I I I believe in this offense.
- 28:25SPEAKER_03: It's not gonna be pretty with Devon Vele.
- 28:27SPEAKER_03: He's not gonna be he's gonna be that guy who you know gets you real quick yards, um, like a like a Keenan Allen that drops to the floor and like one of those type players.
- 28:36SPEAKER_03: Like he he's not gonna wow you with his speed or anything.
- 28:40SPEAKER_03: He can get it some catches in the red zone, possibly, but but that that's about it.
- 28:44SPEAKER_03: So I like Devon Vele in this one.
- 28:47SPEAKER_02: Drop all three, pick up a handcuff.
- 28:49SPEAKER_02: Like at no point ever.
- 28:51SPEAKER_02: At no point ever.
- 28:52SPEAKER_02: Give the people a handcuff.
- 28:54SPEAKER_02: Yeah, if there is one, like for example, shoot, uh your boy Malik Davis.
- 28:59SPEAKER_02: Malik Davis.
- 29:00SPEAKER_02: You can go any, you can go any Malik Davis.
- 29:03SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I know.
- 29:04SPEAKER_02: You can go anywhere with a handcuff.
- 29:05SPEAKER_02: All you have to do is look at RB2 on the depth chart.
- 29:07SPEAKER_02: I know I can't think of names off the top of my head.
- 29:10SPEAKER_02: I know.
- 29:11SPEAKER_03: But those are the guys who gave us.
- 29:13SPEAKER_02: I know, I know, but like a handcuff and an RB would be 10 times better or more potential in your starting lineup than any of these players.
- 29:22SPEAKER_02: At no point ever will you ever win your league because uh Makai Fields is in there or Dayvon Vale is in the starting lineup, unless something significant changes, like an injury, and then all of a sudden the QB doubles in talent, like they will not produce on your fantasy lineup.
- 29:38SPEAKER_03: A handcuff will have higher potential of doing, but that's why Nico and I are saying to keep Jordan Tyson.
- 29:43SPEAKER_03: It's just depending on who else is on your bench that you could drop.
- 29:47SPEAKER_03: Like, we don't know this dude may have, I don't know, Elijah Surratt or something.
- 29:52SPEAKER_03: Like, drop his ass, like, like, like get him off your team, and you can pick up one of these guys, you know.
- 29:56SPEAKER_03: Like, like Kobe Lane, right?
- 29:59SPEAKER_03: Like, you know, like like like that that's what that's what we would need to know because I think we all agree if Jordan Tyson somehow miraculously is able to come back sooner than than the two months that he was originally given, then I mean we would be ecstatic to have that on it.
- 30:17SPEAKER_03: And again, it that I I think we're all are higher on that offense than than you know we were last year.
- 30:26SPEAKER_02: Fair enough.
- 30:27SPEAKER_02: Um, does that answer?
- 30:28SPEAKER_02: Uh there we go.
- 30:29SPEAKER_02: Big Marcus Spore.
- 30:31SPEAKER_02: First of all, if there's a tight end question, of course, my feeling opinion is valid.
- 30:36SPEAKER_02: Not only is it valid, it is correct.
- 30:38SPEAKER_02: Anyway, would like to know who they should start.
- 30:41SPEAKER_02: Marshawn Lloyd, Spears, Golden, Lemon, or Conception in half point.
- 30:48SPEAKER_03: Well, we know it's not golden for Nico, so it's not golden, yeah.
- 30:52SPEAKER_01: Or anybody I said I said uh I said Jordan Love was gonna cook, might be golden.
- 31:00SPEAKER_01: It's not golden, but it might have been.
- 31:03SPEAKER_01: Um, I'll go first.
- 31:05SPEAKER_01: I I would go with Marsh Marshawn Lloyd here.
- 31:07SPEAKER_01: Um, and it's it's more so just based on the projected workload that he is expected to get uh here in week one with no uh Josh Jacobs, you have um Caleb Johnson who's probably still learning the playbook, and the jury's still out on the guy whether or not he's actually good, um, to be completely honest.
- 31:26SPEAKER_01: And Marshawn Lloyd should project to have you know anywhere between 12 to 16 carries.
- 31:33SPEAKER_01: Maybe he'll get a little involved in the receiving game.
- 31:35SPEAKER_01: He had a receiving profile when he was playing at USC with Caleb Williams.
- 31:40SPEAKER_01: Um, so there could be some good dump off opportunities.
- 31:43SPEAKER_01: None of these guys on this list, I can guarantee you, will get north of 12 targets or 12 carries or really just opportunities.
- 31:52SPEAKER_01: So for me, I'm going with Marshawn Lloyd, even though I don't love the matchup.
- 31:56SPEAKER_01: But based on kind of what we got going here, uh Lemon and Concepcion, you kind of got to see it to believe it a little bit.
- 32:03SPEAKER_01: Um, same with obviously Golden and then Spears, you know, he's a solid option for like a full point PPR league, but he's not really an option that I would confidently say I'm gonna start him over Lloyd.
- 32:18SPEAKER_03: Yeah, no, I I'm I'm with you on the Spears, the the Lemon one, that that's a little sh dicey too.
- 32:24SPEAKER_03: And you know, even um there's been reports Jalen Hurts is not struggled, but he's he's you know, he's it's taking a little bit of time to learn the offense and things like that.
- 32:34SPEAKER_03: So I I I I would I would I would caution people on uh that one and then Concepcion, I want to believe it.
- 32:42SPEAKER_03: I I think I think we're gonna get something.
- 32:45SPEAKER_03: I I think on set on Sunday there's gonna be some teams that surprise us, and we're gonna come back next week and we'll be like, damn, okay, we were wrong.
- 32:53SPEAKER_03: Um, or something in oh, could it be the Browns?
- 32:57SPEAKER_03: Absolutely.
- 32:58SPEAKER_03: Um, it could be, but I'm with you on the Marshawn Lloyd.
- 33:01SPEAKER_03: I think it's him, I think it's easily him.
- 33:03SPEAKER_03: Uh I was big on Golden going into the season, Matthew Golden.
- 33:07SPEAKER_03: Um, but you know, it just it I guess we gotta wait and see.
- 33:11SPEAKER_03: And I know with Marshawn Lynch or Marshawn Lloyd, he's gonna be able to get it.
- 33:14SPEAKER_03: Marshawn Lynch Marshawn Lynch.
- 33:17SPEAKER_03: Hey, we need Marshall to come back though, by the way, bro.
- 33:19SPEAKER_03: Yeah, for real.
- 33:20SPEAKER_03: Um but no with Marshawn Lloyd, Marshawn Lloyd.
- 33:23SPEAKER_03: If he I think he's gonna, I think this is gonna be his opportunity, like he's never had an opportunity like this.
- 33:29SPEAKER_03: It's week one.
- 33:31SPEAKER_03: Um, you know, it's it's kind of the seize the day moment.
- 33:34SPEAKER_03: We don't know what's gonna happen with Josh Jacobs.
- 33:36SPEAKER_03: This is his opportunity, and I think people are gonna reap the benefit of it.
- 33:40SPEAKER_02: Yeah, uh fully agree on that one.
- 33:42SPEAKER_02: Marshawn Lloyd is the only clear-cut answer.
- 33:44SPEAKER_02: The other ones might not even be on the roster, anyway.
- 33:47SPEAKER_03: So also we're not talking, we're not talking about the game because there's really not much to talk about it, but it is seven to zero.
- 33:53SPEAKER_03: New England has uh secured a touchdown.
- 33:57SPEAKER_03: Um, Drew Locke is still in the game, so um you got some splaining to do Lucy.
- 34:03SPEAKER_02: So uh unfortunately, the report for that is is uh Sam Darnold just came out a minute ago, will not be returning to the game.
- 34:11SPEAKER_02: So he's not officially ruled out.
- 34:14SPEAKER_02: Um, this is not you know who else enjoys this news?
- 34:18SPEAKER_02: Uh, whoever started the Patriots defense in fantasy, this guy.
- 34:22SPEAKER_02: Let's go inadvertently, inadvertently, but still did it.
- 34:26SPEAKER_02: You know, I could give a stupid story of the day, but then we'd be long out of time.
- 34:31SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we don't have time for that.
- 34:32SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we don't have time for that right now.
- 34:33SPEAKER_02: Big Marcus Sports says two in or Christian Watson, half point PPR.
- 34:38SPEAKER_02: You're starting two in that.
- 34:40SPEAKER_02: This is a very easy answer.
- 34:42SPEAKER_02: I know, and I see Nico, he's disappointed in me, but let me tell you, I mean, they are the Jaguars right now, they're a touchdown favorite against the Browns, so they should be ahead of the game much early, they're gonna be running the ball, and then and one for them to be ahead this early, that means two and probably had a pretty good game to begin with, but he's definitely going to have those milking the clock carries, and if that's gonna be the case, two and almost deserves that must-start uh title, in my personal opinion.
- 35:13SPEAKER_02: But Nico, how about you?
- 35:17SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I mean it's it's Christian, it's Watson for me pretty pretty easily.
- 35:24SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, I obviously talked about why I like Watson this week, uh, when we were talking about him uh compared to a couple other cats earlier on, like Buka.
- 35:32SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, with Tutin, I I'm not out on him, I'm not like the highest on him out of all the analysts in the world.
- 35:39SPEAKER_01: Um, I just I gotta see it to believe it a little bit.
- 35:43SPEAKER_01: I do think you know, C-rod is going to be involved.
- 35:46SPEAKER_01: Natter, you brought up a good point.
- 35:47SPEAKER_01: Like they are a-point favorites, so you know, game flow should be in their favor.
- 35:52SPEAKER_01: Uh the Cleveland Browns defense obviously is a little bit less uh without Miles Garrett.
- 35:59SPEAKER_01: They still have a good secondary, but their run game is still a little uh sus, as the kids say.
- 36:04SPEAKER_01: I don't know if they still say it or not, but they still say it, okay.
- 36:09SPEAKER_01: Fair enough.
- 36:10SPEAKER_01: Um, but I just think like with C ROT in the picture, like your ceiling is still fairly capped.
- 36:17SPEAKER_01: Um, I think Christian Watson's can be to the absolute moon.
- 36:21SPEAKER_01: Like, when I say I expect a big game out of C Watt, like I'm expecting you know five for a hundred and a touchdown.
- 36:30SPEAKER_03: Yeah, um, yeah, I'm I'm agreeing with Nico on this one.
- 36:33SPEAKER_03: I I think it's Christian Watson, no doubt.
- 36:35SPEAKER_03: Um, even in the half PPR, uh, Christian Watson is that type wide receiver that doesn't really need a lot of catches anyway.
- 36:42SPEAKER_03: You just take the top off.
- 36:44SPEAKER_03: Uh Tutin.
- 36:46SPEAKER_03: I I I just uh it's not it's not it's not Tutin, it's not that I don't believe in him, it's just I just want to see what this offense looks like.
- 36:53SPEAKER_03: Last year we had a little bit clearer pathway because we knew Travis Etienne was going to be the main guy, you know.
- 36:59SPEAKER_03: And then Tutan, you know, people were hyping him up, but but this year you really just don't know.
- 37:04SPEAKER_03: And it's kind of mind-boggling.
- 37:06SPEAKER_03: And and and their the and all their running backs do all three things, all things well.
- 37:13SPEAKER_03: Um, I mean, maybe Christian Rodriguez or Chris Rodriguez doesn't catch the ball that well, but I mean he could do he what he can do, Tutan can't do, and what Tutan can't do, it's it it kind of works all to where they can all get on the field and contribute.
- 37:27SPEAKER_03: So it's kind of kind of scary, man.
- 37:29SPEAKER_03: So yeah, I'm going, I'm going Christian Watson.
- 37:33SPEAKER_02: Fair enough.
- 37:34SPEAKER_02: Um, all right, let's see you.
- 37:37SPEAKER_02: DJ Moore Ramondre in the flex.
- 37:41SPEAKER_03: You go Ramondre again.
- 37:43SPEAKER_03: No, no, I would have got DJ Moore easily.
- 37:46SPEAKER_03: It's a it's basically how how are you feeling about DJ Moore this year this week?
- 37:50SPEAKER_03: And um, me, I'm I'm look, I know they're going against the Texans, and and Josh Allen sucks when he goes against the Texans, especially in Houston.
- 38:01SPEAKER_03: Um, but DJ Moore provides something that he that Josh Allen hasn't had in a couple seasons.
- 38:06SPEAKER_03: And I I think that I think it sees we see a different uh Josh Allen this week.
- 38:13SPEAKER_03: I don't think that he's gonna you know be the number one quarterback or anything, but I think that DJ Moore helps him out, and and I think this offense is gonna be a little bit better than what what what that defense that defense is lights out, but I just think that offense is gonna bring something this week a little bit.
- 38:28SPEAKER_03: So, of course, that is gonna be the questionly thing for me.
- 38:31SPEAKER_01: I just want to like say it's like a sting like me.
- 38:33SPEAKER_01: Like it's a tough, it's a really tough matchup.
- 38:36SPEAKER_01: Houston's an elite defense.
- 38:38SPEAKER_01: I'm just having some heavy hesitations about DJ Moore this week.
- 38:42SPEAKER_03: But I also see them moving DJ Moore all around, like doing they even have him in a backfield.
- 38:47SPEAKER_03: I can see them doing some crazy stuff with him that that allows him just to get free.
- 38:53SPEAKER_03: And I that that's what I agree.
- 38:56SPEAKER_03: If he's yeah, goes against Stingley, forget about it.
- 38:58SPEAKER_03: But go ahead, matter.
- 39:00SPEAKER_02: But there we go.
- 39:01SPEAKER_02: That is the current questions that we have right now in storage.
- 39:05SPEAKER_02: Of course, if you have more developing or any more that you would like to ask us, make sure to put it in the chat down below so we can get to it.
- 39:12SPEAKER_02: And of course, reminder to everybody that you're gonna want to hit the follow button on whichever podcasting or live streaming platform that you're currently watching on, whether that's X, YouTube, or of course Instagram as well.

- 39:29SPEAKER_02: Pacific, 8 p.m.

- 39:32SPEAKER_02: Eastern, all that good stuff.
- 39:33SPEAKER_02: So you guys could always join in on the conversation to comment down anything that you guys want us to either talk about, go over, or of course, if you guys are specifically enjoying the show.
- 39:43SPEAKER_02: But right now, we have some start and set up questions for not questions, I should say, but advice for week one.
- 39:56SPEAKER_01: Let's start and six of the week.
- 40:04SPEAKER_01: I mean, come on.
- 40:05SPEAKER_01: That one brought me back to like my early 2000s, like rock emo days, just jamming out.
- 40:12SPEAKER_02: There you go.
- 40:12SPEAKER_02: Well, of course, who who are the players that we're starting week one?
- 40:17SPEAKER_02: Tip, knock them both out for us.
- 40:20SPEAKER_03: Oh guys, okay.
- 40:22SPEAKER_03: Well, wait, wait, you gotta tell them how we're gonna how we're gonna grade these.
- 40:25SPEAKER_02: Sorry, sorry.
- 40:25SPEAKER_02: Uh wait, hold on.
- 40:26SPEAKER_02: We're grading.
- 40:27SPEAKER_03: Let them know how we're grade because look, because we're actually we're actually gonna like like track this throughout the throughout the season, and then we're also gonna track our other segment that we have so so that way you can know, you know, hey, it was a good call, bad call, or indifferent.
- 40:42SPEAKER_03: So so Natter, read off how we're gonna grade it.
- 40:45SPEAKER_02: Alrighty.
- 40:46SPEAKER_02: So how the calls are graded, the start hit, the recommended starter scores at least two points above his projection.
- 40:53SPEAKER_02: Sit hit the recommended sit scores at least two points below his projection.
- 41:00SPEAKER_02: I don't personally feel like that's a bust, but sure.
- 41:03SPEAKER_02: A push, a player who finishes within two points of his projection, a miss, a player who we recommend missing or start falls between at least two points below his projection.
- 41:16SPEAKER_02: Oh man, um yeah, there's like no room for error for this.
- 41:22SPEAKER_02: Come on, I don't know.
- 41:24SPEAKER_02: I have I have my reservations on the way.
- 41:26SPEAKER_02: We'll work on the math on this.
- 41:27SPEAKER_02: I mean, I think it's probably me that isn't working the math properly, but like two, like, okay, if Christian McCaffrey score projects 17 points, if he scores 15, you're telling me that was a bust leak.
- 41:40SPEAKER_03: Well, it wasn't a bust, he's got a point.
- 41:42SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like come on, dude.
- 41:44SPEAKER_03: He's got a point.
- 41:44SPEAKER_03: Okay, let's change it.
- 41:46SPEAKER_03: We'll change it on the fly.
- 41:47SPEAKER_03: 10 points, yeah.
- 41:48SPEAKER_02: 10.
- 41:49SPEAKER_02: I think I think it has to be like relative to the play.
- 41:51SPEAKER_01: I think it has to be a percentage, yeah.
- 41:53SPEAKER_01: Because, like, what if you're projected like 12 and you score nine?
- 41:57SPEAKER_01: Like, right, we are not math people here, but that feels like it's in like the 70.
- 42:02SPEAKER_01: I think it has to be like a quote unquote bust rate of like pause, um, of like 70 percent of their projected scoring.
- 42:11SPEAKER_03: So, okay, let's do it.
- 42:12SPEAKER_01: For example, if they're projected 10 and they score seven or less, well, seven would be a push, anything less would be, and just so the audience knows, this is half PPR uh scoring.
- 42:23SPEAKER_01: So, PPR is obviously reflected in it as well.
- 42:27SPEAKER_02: There we go.
- 42:28SPEAKER_02: Okay, now let's start talking about the players specifically that we'll be putting our names on chests out when we say it.
- 42:35SPEAKER_02: You know what?
- 42:36SPEAKER_02: Nico is first on the list, so you know what?
- 42:38SPEAKER_02: I guess I gotta go first out on.
- 42:41SPEAKER_01: Yeah, let's uh let's go with Bucky Irving and let's take a little trip down memory lane, shall we?
- 42:47SPEAKER_01: Uh, back when Bucky Irving was a second round pick last season in a Liam Cohen offense, and he rushed for five point uh yards per carry, had over a thousand yards and eight touchdowns.
- 42:59SPEAKER_01: Yeah, this exact same guy is going to Cincinnati in week one to a team that allowed 147.1 rushing yards per game and a 5.2 yard per carry in 2025 and allowed the most points to opposing fantasy running backs.
- 43:16SPEAKER_01: Um, Kenny G to me, Kenny Thanewell, that is, uh, he projects as more of like your you know passing and third down back, hurry up offense type of running back.
- 43:26SPEAKER_01: And while he is a good sneaky player uh for this week as well, I believe that Bucky will get the lions share of the carries between the 20s, be super efficient with those touches.
- 43:37SPEAKER_01: And you know, obviously, we hope that he finds his way into the end zone, which you know I'm fairly confident in as well.
- 43:43SPEAKER_01: Uh, Bucks have the eighth ranked rush grade this week, which accounts for essentially an overall matchup grade uh between the offensive line and the defensive line, according to fantasy points data.
- 43:54SPEAKER_01: And I don't I just think he finds Pater potentially, gives you north of 15 fantasy points.
- 43:59SPEAKER_01: Uh Right now on sleeper, he's projected for 11.02.
- 44:05SPEAKER_02: I mean, that's a pretty solid outing right there.
- 44:08SPEAKER_02: I can't I can't argue with that.
- 44:10SPEAKER_01: Like, I think the touchdown gets him to like 1560.
- 44:13SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 44:13SPEAKER_01: Like, I think on yardage and a couple receptions alone, like he could absolutely get to 10 or 11 points.
- 44:20SPEAKER_01: Uh and his projection on sleeper is 11.02.
- 44:26SPEAKER_02: Tip, how do you feel?
- 44:29SPEAKER_03: I like the call on Bucky Irving.
- 44:31SPEAKER_03: I I think that you know, a lot of us like last year I was totally out on him.
- 44:35SPEAKER_03: Um, just because this I think his rookie season he ended up getting banged up and kind of limped into the his his second year.
- 44:43SPEAKER_03: Uh, and second year was just all out injuries.
- 44:46SPEAKER_03: So I was out on him.
- 44:48SPEAKER_03: This year I'm a little different.
- 44:49SPEAKER_03: And and I saw a little different uh Bucky Irving in preseason two uh with his running style.
- 44:54SPEAKER_03: He looks like he was running harder.
- 44:55SPEAKER_03: Now you also have to understand he's a little guy, so he, I mean, but he did have seem to have that burst.
- 45:02SPEAKER_03: Um and I think Kenneth Gainwell, I think that that effect that you know the coaching staff talked him up that Kenneth Gainwell is a bigger back, um, and and has got some years on Bucky Irving.
- 45:13SPEAKER_03: Like, I think this is a year that Bucky has like, I gotta prove it to myself.
- 45:16SPEAKER_03: And um, so I think we see a good uh a really good uh week one uh finish from him.
- 45:22SPEAKER_03: It's just is he gonna, you know, how how long is how how the longevity?
- 45:26SPEAKER_03: I think that's what we're looking for.
- 45:28SPEAKER_02: All righty now.
- 45:29SPEAKER_02: Give us a second player.
- 45:32SPEAKER_01: You want me to go again?
- 45:33SPEAKER_02: Oh, I mean, I alright, fine, fine.
- 45:36SPEAKER_02: I guess I'll go next.
- 45:37SPEAKER_02: Fine.
- 45:38SPEAKER_02: I was gonna, you know, I was gonna save the best, like just knock knock the best out of the way.
- 45:41SPEAKER_02: That way, get out of here, yeah.
- 45:43SPEAKER_02: That way it's just like a slippery slope downhill, especially when we get the tips ones.
- 45:47SPEAKER_02: God, like he wrote that down, anyway.
- 45:50SPEAKER_02: Um, Matthew Stafford actually, he's gonna be the smash start for me specifically, specifically for the reasons uh, yeah, he loves playing against the Niners.
- 45:59SPEAKER_02: I know unfortunately they play tomorrow, but hey, you know what?
- 46:02SPEAKER_02: Watch it live and then you can hear the analysis live.
- 46:06SPEAKER_02: Remember, 6 p.m.
- 46:07SPEAKER_02: Pacific Standard Time on Wednesdays.
- 46:10SPEAKER_02: So unfortunately, the people who are listening live is gonna get the elite analysis right off the rip.
- 46:15SPEAKER_02: I mean, both times he's played the 49ers last year, he scored at least 30 fantasy points.
- 46:22SPEAKER_02: He had 670 passing yards, seven touchdowns, zero interceptions.
- 46:27SPEAKER_02: The Niners defense didn't really get all that much better last year from this year, and uh they didn't really make any moves.
- 46:34SPEAKER_02: And if anything, they were next to that substation all offseason.
- 46:37SPEAKER_02: They're uh they're a lot more hurt than they were healthy.
- 46:39SPEAKER_02: So, you know what?
- 46:40SPEAKER_02: That trend should continue of having a less than optimal defense.
- 46:45SPEAKER_02: And Matthew Stafford, who's gonna be going for another MVP caliber season, should have another monstrous game when the Niners either are jet-lagged, tired, or injured compared to the Rams counterpart who's just flying in, playing, and then dipping on out.
- 47:01SPEAKER_01: Stafford's picture on sleeper looks like he just rolled out of bed.
- 47:06SPEAKER_02: He probably did.
- 47:08SPEAKER_01: No, I mean, I can't I can't argue.
- 47:11SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I don't like the call.
- 47:12SPEAKER_03: I think they're gonna run the hell out of the ball tomorrow.
- 47:16SPEAKER_01: It's in Australia, so I mean, there is that over C, if you will, factor.
- 47:21SPEAKER_03: But I think the running backs are gonna be getting a heavy dose.
- 47:27SPEAKER_03: I mean, hey, it could happen.
- 47:28SPEAKER_03: I mean, Puka, Puka's Puka, Devontae Adams.
- 47:32SPEAKER_03: So we we've been clamoring to see Terrence Ferguson.
- 47:35SPEAKER_03: No, you have been.
- 47:36SPEAKER_03: You have been.
- 47:36SPEAKER_01: We have oh, tip got me on the Terrence Ferguson board hard.
- 47:41SPEAKER_01: Like, I I have him in so many leagues, so many best ball leagues, um, so many real drafts, as well as my tight end, too.
- 47:49SPEAKER_03: If I grabbed like a likelier Goddard, yeah, if the stars align, like I think they will, this is gonna be something else.
- 47:56SPEAKER_03: Uh, but I'll tell you my my guy that I'm gonna start.
- 47:58SPEAKER_03: It's Garrett Wilson.
- 48:00SPEAKER_03: Um, I really like uh look, I I like I think this is another offense that could surprise everybody.
- 48:06SPEAKER_03: Uh ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, surprise.
- 48:08SPEAKER_03: Um, one of those situations where um he's going against an old coach, uh Tony Odd Odin, who is a coach uh coach of the Jets secondary from 2021 to 2024, uh, is known for his aggressive philosophy and um uh with his secondary, likes to do a lot of those jams and likes to press coverage and things like that.
- 48:31SPEAKER_03: Those things that's what Garrett Wilson with his speed and his route running combination will obliterate.
- 48:38SPEAKER_03: So I feel like going into Tennessee where emotions are gonna be heavy in Tennessee with uh CJ2K uh going into the ring of honor.
- 48:46SPEAKER_03: Um, I just don't know, man, if Tennessee's ready and I think these jets fly in there and and and take one.
- 48:54SPEAKER_02: Never recommend starting a jazz player.
- 48:58SPEAKER_02: Never.
- 48:59SPEAKER_02: Uh-uh, not gonna probably Jets with Geno Smith.
- 49:03SPEAKER_02: You said, Oh, yeah, they they're gonna be sneaky.
- 49:05SPEAKER_02: Who said that last year?
- 49:06SPEAKER_02: You on the when he was on the Raiders.
- 49:09SPEAKER_02: No, I didn't say, and he was sneaky week one.
- 49:12SPEAKER_01: Sneaky, thank you very much.
- 49:14SPEAKER_01: All right, well, I'm I'm gonna I'm gonna give the second one, and it's gonna be what that means.
- 49:21SPEAKER_01: Um I I love Cam Scattaboo uh on Sunday night football.
- 49:26SPEAKER_01: He is going to be a guy that like he's going up against the Cowboys, and what an offseason this guy had.
- 49:32SPEAKER_01: I mean, between backflips and camp reports of the Giants being fed up with his antics.
- 49:38SPEAKER_01: Um, but before his injury last year, Scat averaged 19 and a half touches, uh, 96.3 total yards per game.
- 49:45SPEAKER_01: He ranked as the RB8 in fantasy points per game, fourth in missed tackle rates, second in first downs per route run.
- 49:53SPEAKER_01: Dallas themselves they allowed 23.2 half PPR points per game to running backs in 2025, which was the third most in the NFL, according to Pro Football reference.
- 50:05SPEAKER_01: And I realize the Cowboys defense has improved a bit.
- 50:08SPEAKER_01: I mean, they have definitely brought in some talent, they brought in Gary from Green Bay.
- 50:12SPEAKER_01: Um, but I think Scat is gonna get there on volume.
- 50:15SPEAKER_01: I project him for 15 to 17 carries on the ground and three or four receptions um through the air for I would say a combined 80 to 90 yards, and he finds pay dirt, giving you 15 or more fantasy points.
- 50:28SPEAKER_01: He's currently projected uh to score 12.64 according to sleeper.
- 50:34SPEAKER_03: Okay, all right, Natter.
- 50:37SPEAKER_03: What about chairs?
- 50:39SPEAKER_02: Bashall two in.
- 50:40SPEAKER_02: And unfortunately, I talked about him real fast earlier in the uh the episode, so I'm gonna keep this one really light again.
- 50:48SPEAKER_02: Phenomenal matchup against the Browns.
- 50:50SPEAKER_02: They should be ahead early and often, making it so he either was productive or will be productive on the ground as they milk the clock.
- 50:57SPEAKER_02: Very straightforward start.
- 50:59SPEAKER_03: Yeah, no, it it's a good one.
- 51:01SPEAKER_03: Um so for me, it's Marshawn Lloyd.
- 51:05SPEAKER_03: Um I just really think this is his opportunity, and I think he's going to seize it.
- 51:10SPEAKER_03: And um, you know, there is no future with what's gonna happen with um Josh Jacobs as of right now.
- 51:16SPEAKER_03: I mean, I know he's going in tomorrow, but we don't know what's gonna happen.
- 51:19SPEAKER_03: And Marshawn Lloyd's gonna take this week one and and and you know, make this opportunity the best for it.
- 51:25SPEAKER_03: Um, so all right, let's go to our sits.
- 51:28SPEAKER_03: So we're gonna give you guys one sit uh for uh this week, starting with you, Nico.
- 51:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah, this guy's gonna find some pine this week, um, on my teams at least.
- 51:41SPEAKER_01: But anyways, uh JK, I don't even know if that made sense.
- 51:44SPEAKER_01: Probably didn't, but whatever.
- 51:46SPEAKER_01: Here we are, uh live on a show.
- 51:48SPEAKER_01: Um, I'm gonna go with J.K.
- 51:50SPEAKER_01: Dobbins.
- 51:50SPEAKER_01: And for anyone that has tuned into the show for the past 14 weeks, you might be thinking, like, what?
- 51:57SPEAKER_01: Like, Nico, you were howling at I was howling at the moon for this guy, man.
- 52:02SPEAKER_01: Like, I thought you loved J.K.
- 52:04SPEAKER_01: Dobbins this year.
- 52:05SPEAKER_01: Well, I do, but it was more based on opportunity cost and where he was going.
- 52:10SPEAKER_01: And week one, just it ain't it.
- 52:13SPEAKER_01: He goes against a stingy Chiefs defense, uh, that is led by Spags, uh, also known as Steve uh Spagnolo, and Chris Jones and company are going to make things extremely difficult for J.K.
- 52:26SPEAKER_01: Dobbins between the tackles and combine that with playing in Arrowhead, uh, really tough place to play.
- 52:32SPEAKER_01: You know, shout out to Chiefs Kingdom, shout out to Red Nation.
- 52:35SPEAKER_01: I went to a game there uh to watch my Vikings, they do the whole chop thing, it's super sweet.
- 52:40SPEAKER_01: Um, but for me, like JK Dobbins has 16 carries for 63 yards written all over it, and with Dobbins, we know that he is not going to be involved in the pass game, he has no receiving profile.
- 52:53SPEAKER_01: But unlike the Browns, the Broncos should be competitive in most, if not all, of their games, making it so you know, throughout a season, he's not gonna be getting faded out.
- 53:03SPEAKER_01: The only way I see him scoring more than his 10 point uh one five projected point total on sleeper is if he finds pay dirt.
- 53:12SPEAKER_01: That's the only way.
- 53:13SPEAKER_01: Outside of that, I project him closer to you know, I would say six, seven points this week.
- 53:20SPEAKER_01: Like it's just gonna be 60 or 70 yards.
- 53:24SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't see him getting pay dirt.
- 53:25SPEAKER_01: It's probably gonna have to be like a PI down on the one, and he pounds it in.
- 53:32SPEAKER_03: Okay, okay.
- 53:33SPEAKER_03: What about for you, Natter?
- 53:34SPEAKER_03: Who's uh uh guy you're sitting?
- 53:36SPEAKER_02: Corlin Sutton is unfortunately gonna be the guy that gets left off of my starting roster.
- 53:41SPEAKER_01: I mean, we don't really fading the look at us fading the uh Broncos in week one.
- 53:46SPEAKER_03: I mean, you should just fade them regardless, but like AJ Brown, AJ Brown is down clutching his leg, guys.
- 53:53SPEAKER_02: Oh he's not getting it.
- 53:55SPEAKER_02: Oh my god, hold on.
- 53:56SPEAKER_02: Now now we have to pause the show so I can look because Jun on the stream.
- 54:01SPEAKER_02: So right now, third and four, draws back to pass, a bad thing by May.
- 54:06SPEAKER_02: Oh yeah, I saw right then and there, rolled an ankle.
- 54:10SPEAKER_02: It looks it looks high too.
- 54:12SPEAKER_02: Uh-oh.
- 54:12SPEAKER_02: Okay, all right, it's it's on that 420.
- 54:16SPEAKER_02: So uh Cortland Sign in the two games against the Chiefs last year, he totaled 99 yards, zero touchdowns.
- 54:24SPEAKER_02: So, I mean, you know what?
- 54:25SPEAKER_02: If you want to divide that by two, you're looking at what, like 44 points a game.
- 54:30SPEAKER_02: Not ideal, actually.
- 54:31SPEAKER_02: That's 88, 50, 50, 54, 54, 54 yards a game.
- 54:37SPEAKER_02: So, unfortunately, you know what?
- 54:38SPEAKER_02: That's just not gonna cut it week one against the Chiefs again.
- 54:41SPEAKER_02: And the situation's worse for you because now they added another elite pass catcher across the field.
- 54:46SPEAKER_02: The Chiefs always have the Broncos number, they just never do that well against them.
- 54:51SPEAKER_02: High fade, significant fade, leave them off your starting lineup, put somebody else in, like Marshawn Lloyd, for example, and then of course reap their benefits.
- 55:01SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that sounds like a Monday night snooze fest where I'm hammering the under like Mahomes coming back off the ACL combined with you know, in arrowhead, good Broncos defense.
- 55:15SPEAKER_01: Yeah, Trump for me, that's the only thing.
- 55:19SPEAKER_03: Yeah, for me, it's pretty simple.
- 55:21SPEAKER_03: It's Drake London, and I'll give you the reason why.
- 55:24SPEAKER_03: And really quick, Tua Tonga Viloa is starting.
- 55:27SPEAKER_03: All right, um, let's go to our next segment here that we have.
- 55:33SPEAKER_03: Wait, that's your analysis?
- 55:35SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's it.
- 55:36SPEAKER_03: That's what you get.
- 55:37SPEAKER_03: Tua tonga Viloa is starting, that is it.
- 55:40SPEAKER_03: Yeah, he's out.
- 55:40SPEAKER_03: Like he's literally that in my life.
- 55:42SPEAKER_02: Do you really need you?
- 55:44SPEAKER_02: That is elite analysis.
- 55:46SPEAKER_02: That was like on point textbook.
- 55:50SPEAKER_02: He's just ass, and you shouldn't start anybody in that.
- 55:54SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's fair.
- 55:57SPEAKER_02: So we got the Krusty Picks.
- 56:00SPEAKER_00: I don't even know how to say that right, but play the Krusty Picks brought to you by Pickett.
- 56:08SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's Krusty Picks brought to you by Pickett.
- 56:11SPEAKER_02: There's a backstory to this.
- 56:12SPEAKER_02: I don't know the backstory.
- 56:14SPEAKER_02: What is it?
- 56:14SPEAKER_03: Well, okay, so the backstory is really simple.
- 56:17SPEAKER_03: So if you guys look behind me, you can see I have a Krusty the Clown uh figure.
- 56:21SPEAKER_03: I'm a big Simpsons fan.
- 56:22SPEAKER_03: I I you are a clown.
- 56:25SPEAKER_03: So anyway, so what I decided, I was like, hey, we can have some fun.
- 56:29SPEAKER_03: So what we're gonna do is we're gonna give you one prop bet um that we feel like is gonna hit.
- 56:34SPEAKER_03: And if it hits, great.
- 56:36SPEAKER_03: But if it doesn't hit, then you get the crusty pick of the week, and we're gonna accumulate these over the course of the season, and whoever has the most crusty picks or whoever gets the most crusty picks um gets a pie to the face, uh on live TV, camera, YouTube, whatever you want to use, Twitter or X, whatever we are.
- 56:57SPEAKER_03: So, yeah, so we're gonna go with this.
- 56:59SPEAKER_03: Uh, this is gonna be a fun one.
- 57:00SPEAKER_03: So, Nico, give us your take because I think it's it's it's it's uh not a name that we've heard from you today.
- 57:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'll keep it short and sweet because I've talked about him a couple times now on the show.
- 57:11SPEAKER_01: Uh, Christian Watson, over 54 and a half uh receiving yards.
- 57:14SPEAKER_01: I got a role with one of my plant my flag uh players of the year, or my guys, if you want to call them that way.
- 57:20SPEAKER_01: Um, he's torched my Vikings in the past.
- 57:22SPEAKER_01: Uh, I talked about him earlier and how he's gonna be more involved in motion in the Z uh receiver role.
- 57:30SPEAKER_01: He's expanding his route tree.
- 57:32SPEAKER_01: So even if he doesn't get there on a you know long ball or two, it's very possible he could even get there with some more short intermediate stuff.
- 57:40SPEAKER_01: Um, I fully project him to soar over his 54 and a half receiving yard mark.
- 57:49SPEAKER_02: You know, it's bad news if if Vegas thinks he's not gonna score more than produce more than 54 yards, right?
- 57:58SPEAKER_03: Like they're probably thinking divisional march, baby.
- 58:02SPEAKER_03: You know, first game of the year.
- 58:04SPEAKER_01: They they they don't they don't know Jordan Love's gonna cook this year, they don't know that, they don't know that they're gonna know that.
- 58:12SPEAKER_02: That's fair.
- 58:12SPEAKER_02: So I'm gonna do I'm not now I just want to be said, I'm not the biggest gambling man in the world, so you know what they say.
- 58:18SPEAKER_02: Never take advice from a person who doesn't gamble, but Christian McCaffrey, anytime TD is where I am going.
- 58:25SPEAKER_02: Uh, against the Rams, they're gonna have to use that, utilize a quick passing game, a lot of screens, a lot of uh zone runs, specifically away from Miles Garrett, and them doing that is gonna allow Christian McCaffrey to really shine where he does best in the red zone, and from there in anytime T D is pretty straightforward for me, in his opinion.
- 58:46SPEAKER_02: In my opinion, getting him going strong.
- 58:50SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it's the same bet.
- 58:51SPEAKER_03: It's it's it's easy money.
- 58:54SPEAKER_03: Um for me, Lab McConkey.
- 59:00SPEAKER_03: Lad McConkey uh has an over-under set at 54 and a half on DraftKings, and so I looked at that one, and I think that this is an easy feat for him to do uh this week.
- 59:11SPEAKER_03: Uh, there's no more Keenan Allen, guys.
- 59:13SPEAKER_03: Let me say it again.
- 59:14SPEAKER_03: There's no more Keenan Allen.
- 59:16SPEAKER_03: I think that was a direct hit to uh Lad McConkie last year.
- 59:19SPEAKER_03: I really wasn't too much worried about Quentin Johnston.
- 59:22SPEAKER_03: Uh Trey Harris, okay.
- 59:24SPEAKER_03: Yes, but but when it comes to uh his numero uno target, it's gonna be Ladd McConkie, and I think he easily gets over 54 and a half.
- 59:33SPEAKER_02: Man, that's uh that's an odd Cardinals.
- 59:37SPEAKER_02: I know actually, that's not that bad.
- 59:39SPEAKER_03: I mean, come on, like yeah, and it it that that right there could be one of the shootout situations of another one.
- 59:45SPEAKER_03: It could be, you know, everybody just throwing up points.
- 59:49SPEAKER_03: I didn't say that they were gonna lose Kelly, I just said that everybody's throwing up points.
- 59:53SPEAKER_01: See who really tipped and listened to Debro's advice about uh the real wide receiver one for the chargers, Quentin Johnston.
- 1:00:03SPEAKER_03: Oh I I you know I wish we would have more time.
- 1:00:08SPEAKER_03: I I like Quentin Johnston, but I I think it's Lab McConkey all the way.
- 1:00:12SPEAKER_02: White boy, white thunder, baby, white chocolate.
- 1:00:15SPEAKER_02: That's what we call now.
- 1:00:17SPEAKER_02: That's my boy, that's white chocolate, maybe put some respect on his name.
- 1:00:22SPEAKER_01: Fair.
- 1:00:23SPEAKER_01: No, you you do like him a lot, so I I totally understand.
- 1:00:26SPEAKER_01: Um, and one thing I just wanted to plug super quick.
- 1:00:29SPEAKER_01: Um, obviously, the the segment is called Krusty Picks, uh, presented by Pickett Sports.
