- 0:02Speaker 1: Wake your ass up, fool. John Jay and Rich.
- 0:06Speaker 2: What's crack-a-lackin'? This is the Big Boss Dog, Snoopy, Deagle,
- 0:09Speaker 2: Double Jizzle. Bang, boom, what you gonna do? John Jay
- 0:12Speaker 2: and Rich. We're not talking about Ren 10-10. We're not
- 0:15Speaker 2: talking about Lassie.
- 0:16Speaker 1: It's the one and only dog, y'all.
- 0:17Speaker 2: The classy, sassy, big Snoopy, Deagle, Double Jizzle. In your
- 0:20Speaker 2: face to be and in the place to be. And
- 0:22Speaker 2: you're listening to John Jay and Rich. Wake your ass up.
- 0:25Speaker 3: Rich, today's national what day?
- 0:27Speaker 2: Well, today is National Ampersand Day. Peyton, you know what
- 0:30Speaker 2: an ampersand is? No. It's the mm, the mm thing.
- 0:34Speaker 3: It's the and in the middle of John Jay and Rich.
- 0:36Speaker 4: Yeah, there you go.
- 0:38Speaker 5: It's the thing that brings the things together.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Yes, it's an ampersand. It is National Date Nut Bread Day,
- 0:45Speaker 2: National Dog Walker Appreciation Day, National Star Trek Day. And
- 0:50Speaker 2: this one, National Ants on a Log Day.
- 0:53Speaker 4: Yum.
- 0:54Speaker 2: This is such a good snack.
- 0:55Speaker 5: What a throwback. I've had ants on a log.
- 0:58Speaker 6: Speaking of ampersands, you know what I was having just
- 1:01Speaker 6: lonely thoughts thinking about something? So what's the thing called
- 1:06Speaker 6: on your keyboard that is just a little star?
- 1:10Speaker 2: The asterisk. The asterisk.
- 1:11Speaker 6: I was sitting there thinking. I wonder if somebody would make, like,
- 1:14Speaker 6: an ass trick. What's a trick you could do with
- 1:16Speaker 6: your ass?
- 1:18Speaker 2: I've seen a few videos from Singapore.
- 1:20Speaker 3: How come I've never heard that before? How come no
- 1:22Speaker 3: one's come up with an ass trick before?
- 1:24Speaker 4: The mind of John J.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Van Ness.
- 1:26Speaker 3: Hey, man. Like, if you were playing, what's that game? Like, charades?
- 1:30Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:30Speaker 3: And it was that. So how are you getting the
- 1:31Speaker 3: guest ass trick?
- 1:32Speaker 2: Oh, I know.
- 1:33Speaker 4: I mean, I guess a booty clap is that, right?
- 1:35Speaker 3: A booty clap is an asterisk.
- 1:37Speaker 8: Yeah, more like the Kim Kardashian cover photo where she
- 1:40Speaker 8: placed the champagne right on her butt.
- 1:41Speaker 3: That's an asterisk. Twerking is an asterisk.
- 1:44Speaker 2: Launching ping pong balls, that's a trick.
- 1:46Speaker 3: Well, we've actually gone to some fun parties.
- 1:47Speaker 4: Oh, my gosh.
- 1:49Speaker 2: Like, who did that?
- 1:51Speaker 3: Send me videos of your asterisk, please.
- 1:53Speaker 2: Just judging.
- 1:54Speaker 4: Oh, my gosh, yeah.
- 1:55Speaker 3: Send them to me. Anyway, Peyton, you said something about
- 1:59Speaker 3: the other day. I mean, you are told you. 28.
- 2:01Speaker 3: And somebody guessed your age and that bothered you?
- 2:03Speaker 5: It rubbed me the wrong way. It truly did.
- 2:05Speaker 8: Quite honestly, I was insulted. I was insulted because I
- 2:09Speaker 8: don't look 28.
- 2:10Speaker 9: So what do you mean?
- 2:11Speaker 3: How do you look?
- 2:12Speaker 5: I probably could go for a 24.
- 2:14Speaker 8: I could probably pass as a 24 year old.
- 2:16Speaker 4: I feel like that's a very relatable feeling. Like if
- 2:19Speaker 4: someone guessed my age, which you probably could, but also
- 2:21Speaker 4: like I've had a lot of Botox and a lot
- 2:23Speaker 4: of laser to make it so maybe you couldn't.
- 2:26Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 2:26Speaker 3: I don't think you can guess your age. I don't
- 2:28Speaker 3: think you can guess Kyle's age.
- 2:29Speaker 5: And it's like, it's just so rude.
- 2:31Speaker 8: Like if I like, because how it happened, she asked me,
- 2:34Speaker 8: like I was at my friend's birthday dinner and I
- 2:36Speaker 8: was just getting to know my other friend's friends.
- 2:38Speaker 5: And she was like, how old are you? And I
- 2:39Speaker 5: was like, oh girl, guess. And she was like 28.
- 2:41Speaker 4: And I was like, You sell yourself out for that.
- 2:44Speaker 4: You never say guess.
- 2:45Speaker 3: Absolutely.
- 2:45Speaker 4: You never say guess.
- 2:46Speaker 2: How old do you think I am? Like that, you're
- 2:49Speaker 2: just asking for.
- 2:49Speaker 3: That means.
- 2:51Speaker 5: You better guess low.
- 2:52Speaker 4: I don't want you to guess low.
- 2:54Speaker 2: Hey, let me give you something I'm obsessed with that
- 2:56Speaker 2: you should get.
- 2:57Speaker 6: You should get this. So I have the whoop strap, right?
- 2:59Speaker 6: The whoop strap monitors everything. And then after a while
- 3:02Speaker 6: it gives you your age, right? And then what you
- 3:05Speaker 6: start to do is you start to work on things
- 3:07Speaker 6: and it starts subtracting. So I am, I am like, uh,
- 3:11Speaker 6: and it gives you to the month. Like I am
- 3:13Speaker 6: six years younger on my whoop than I am in
- 3:16Speaker 6: real life. And it'll be like, uh, it'll tell you like, like, right.
- 3:24Speaker 6: Like I'm, you know, 38 and six months. And then
- 3:26Speaker 6: it'll say, Hey, now you're 38 and five months.
- 3:30Speaker 5: Whoa.
- 3:30Speaker 6: Now you're 38 in three months. Like it's pretty freaking cool.
- 3:33Speaker 6: You get obsessed with it. And I've been watching it drop.
- 3:35Speaker 6: And I send screenshots of myself. I'm younger than my sister.
- 3:37Speaker 6: I'm younger than my younger sister. And I send her stuff.
- 3:39Speaker 6: And the other day she was at the house. I
- 3:40Speaker 6: was staring at her nose. She thinks she has this
- 3:42Speaker 6: tumor on her nose. So I was staring at her
- 3:43Speaker 6: nose and I took a picture. She goes, can you
- 3:46Speaker 6: tell me if, if, if what's on my nose is
- 3:47Speaker 6: cancer or not? So I take a picture of it
- 3:49Speaker 6: and I put it on grok.
- 3:50Speaker 8: Right.
- 3:51Speaker 3: And her nose pretty jacked up. And I say, I say,
- 3:54Speaker 3: I say.
- 3:55Speaker 6: I go, can you, I go, can you see, I
- 3:58Speaker 6: forgot how I phrased it on the grok, but it
- 4:00Speaker 6: made her nose. It cleaned up her nose. It was like,
- 4:03Speaker 6: look how beautiful your nose looks now. Grok cleaned it
- 4:05Speaker 6: all up, took all the blemishes out. It couldn't handle
- 4:07Speaker 6: it the way it was. It turns out Grox says
- 4:09Speaker 6: it's nothing on her nose. But hey, what I'm getting
- 4:11Speaker 6: at is I am much younger than my sister. And
- 4:13Speaker 6: I looked at her the other day. I was like, man,
- 4:14Speaker 6: you do look a lot older than me.
- 4:15Speaker 2: So that whoop strap.
- 4:16Speaker 4: He's such an annoying brother.
- 4:18Speaker 2: Is that like a yearly, monthly subscription? I think you
- 4:22Speaker 2: could do either. So I wonder if you could pay
- 4:24Speaker 2: more to have it, you know, like you can kind
- 4:26Speaker 2: of gamify your day. Here's a couple extra bucks. Make
- 4:29Speaker 2: me a few months old.
- 4:29Speaker 3: No, because I want it for real.
- 4:31Speaker 6: Like I'm really sometimes I'm like I'm like I got
- 4:33Speaker 6: younger and I was like, this is freaking fantastic.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Pretty cool.
- 4:36Speaker 6: So it makes you do things, you know, like I
- 4:39Speaker 6: think a big part of that's making me younger on
- 4:42Speaker 6: my whoop strap. Is I started taking these shots a
- 4:44Speaker 6: couple of years ago of NAD plus, right? I was
- 4:47Speaker 6: doing IV drips and I was just doing it because
- 4:49Speaker 6: someone told me about it. Like I'm going to say five,
- 4:51Speaker 6: six years ago. Now I do it regularly every Monday.
- 4:54Speaker 6: And because I heard that that's one of the things
- 4:57Speaker 6: that make your mitochondria and your cells younger.
- 5:00Speaker 3: So I feel the whoop nose. I'm taking these shots.
- 5:02Speaker 2: The whoop knows. But you do so much stuff.
- 5:05Speaker 4: John Jay.
- 5:05Speaker 2: How do you know?
- 5:06Speaker 4: How are you pinpointing?
- 5:08Speaker 2: You probably do, what, 300 things?
- 5:10Speaker 3: I do a lot of things. I do so many
- 5:12Speaker 3: things that I've been asked to speak on panels now.
- 5:15Speaker 3: I'm going to Mexico and I'm.
- 5:16Speaker 6: Speaking at a biohacking panel. I'm going to Houston and
- 5:18Speaker 6: I'm speaking at a biohacking panel. Because of all the
- 5:21Speaker 6: things I do now. It's like, there's a few things
- 5:23Speaker 6: that you would bring up. Like I would say like
- 5:25Speaker 6: eight years ago that now there's science behind like the
- 5:27Speaker 6: red light therapy.
- 5:27Speaker 2: That's like real stuff.
- 5:29Speaker 4: What about peptides?
- 5:30Speaker 3: I was way ahead of the peptide game, right?
- 5:34Speaker 2: The thing I don't believe that you did, though, is
- 5:36Speaker 2: when you were electrocuting yourself. I don't think that's good
- 5:38Speaker 2: for you.
- 5:38Speaker 3: Which time? Which one are you talking about?
- 5:40Speaker 4: Which time? You hold on to.
- 5:41Speaker 2: Something that sends like an electric shock through your body.
- 5:44Speaker 2: It's supposed to reset your cells. Is that from a
- 5:45Speaker 2: long time ago? I don't know. I did it again.
- 5:48Speaker 2: A couple, two years ago. You're ridiculous. Well, anyway, I'm
- 5:52Speaker 2: a big fan.
- 5:52Speaker 3: How did we get into this?
- 5:54Speaker 8: Age.
- 5:55Speaker 3: Oh, I thought we were talking about asterisks.
- 5:56Speaker 4: We did that earlier.
- 5:59Speaker 6: If you can do a good asterisk, you're probably younger.
- 6:02Speaker 6: I'm sure the older people can't do a good asterisk.
- 6:05Speaker 2: Or an ampersand. All right, it's John Tainrich. Missed a
- 6:08Speaker 2: part of the show this morning?
- 6:09Speaker 7: No worries.
- 6:10Speaker 2: It's all there on iHeartRadio.
- 6:12Speaker 3: Payne, what's the vibe for horoscopes today?
- 6:14Speaker 8: Everyone is in a group chat, so I'm letting you
- 6:16Speaker 8: know the vibe that you bring.
- 6:17Speaker 5: To yours based on your zodiac sign.
- 6:19Speaker 8: And if it's your birthday today, you are a Virgo
- 6:21Speaker 8: and you share a birthday with Gatton Maserato from Stranger Things,
- 6:25Speaker 8: Cameron Dallas, Wiz Khalifa, Pink, Avicii, and that girl, Ruby Bridges.
- 6:32Speaker 8: John Jay, for you, for Virgo. You are the designated
- 6:36Speaker 8: group chat organizer. You're the person that is constantly texting
- 6:39Speaker 8: in the group chat, double-checking, making.
- 6:41Speaker 5: Sure, how come you aren't texting back to my funny meme?
- 6:44Speaker 8: You are publicly calling out the two people who haven't
- 6:47Speaker 8: paid their share and have gone ghost in the group chat.
- 6:49Speaker 6: I think a real Virgo is just thinking of those thoughts.
- 6:53Speaker 6: Why haven't you responded?
- 6:54Speaker 2: Yes, because you don't want to confront. You confront in
- 6:55Speaker 2: your mind. Exactly. Hi, Michelle.
- 6:58Speaker 3: Good morning. What's your sign?
- 6:59Speaker 7: Good morning, John Jay. It's Sagittarius.
- 7:02Speaker 5: All right, Michelle.
- 7:03Speaker 8: So for my Sagittarius, you are the spontaneous chaos planner
- 7:07Speaker 8: when it comes to your group chat. You're going to text,
- 7:09Speaker 8: who's down for a road trip? We're leaving in 20
- 7:12Speaker 8: on like a random Thursday. And then you get offended
- 7:14Speaker 8: when people with real jobs just can't up and leave.
- 7:17Speaker 10: That is totally me.
- 7:18Speaker 11: Thank you, Peyton.
- 7:19Speaker 3: Thanks, Michelle. Good morning, Tasha. What's your sign?
- 7:23Speaker 11: Good morning.
- 7:24Speaker 10: It's your favorite October Libra.
- 7:26Speaker 4: Yes.
- 7:28Speaker 8: Okay.
- 7:28Speaker 5: Kyle is also our Libra in the room.
- 7:30Speaker 8: So for you two, when it comes to your guys'
- 7:33Speaker 8: group chats, you guys are the noncommittal, like, fence sitter.
- 7:37Speaker 4: You're going to respond, oh, sounds fun, maybe, to, like, every.
- 7:41Speaker 8: Single plan that's out there, knowing full well you have
- 7:43Speaker 8: zero intention on actually.
- 7:45Speaker 5: Going to set plans.
- 7:47Speaker 10: Oh, my God. You should not be telling secrets like
- 7:50Speaker 10: that because I do that all the time.
- 7:52Speaker 8: I know. Tasha, we're like, oh, my gosh, yes, we
- 7:54Speaker 8: are in.
- 7:56Speaker 10: I know, and sometimes I'll block it or turn my
- 7:59Speaker 10: phone off or, like, leave the chat or something.
- 8:01Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 8:01Speaker 8: I don't be interested.
- 8:04Speaker 3: Tasha, thanks for calling in. Thank you for listening.
- 8:06Speaker 2: It was awesome.
- 8:07Speaker 10: All right, you guys have a great day.
- 8:08Speaker 2: You too.
- 8:09Speaker 3: How about Pisces?
- 8:10Speaker 8: Rich, our Pisces in the room, you, when it comes
- 8:13Speaker 8: to the group chat, are the dramatic ghoster, just kind
- 8:16Speaker 8: of how you are in real life, too. You kind
- 8:17Speaker 8: of complain about being left out, and then you type
- 8:19Speaker 8: three different messages, delete them all, and then mute the
- 8:22Speaker 8: chat because, quote, unquote.
- 8:23Speaker 5: The vibe fell off.
- 8:24Speaker 2: Huh. That doesn't really sound like me.
- 8:26Speaker 12: Hey.
- 8:27Speaker 2: But I will ghost in public, sure.
- 8:30Speaker 5: Yeah, you do just go missing sometimes.
- 8:31Speaker 2: Yeah, I do. But it's not because I'm not thinking
- 8:33Speaker 2: about you guys. I just get drifted into another place.
- 8:35Speaker 5: No, you're just getting some loving from your wife.
- 8:37Speaker 9: That's all.
- 8:37Speaker 8: We know.
- 8:38Speaker 2: I'm just drifting in a different direction.
- 8:39Speaker 3: How about Leos?
- 8:41Speaker 2: Leos.
- 8:42Speaker 5: I'm a Leo.
- 8:43Speaker 8: We are the media spammer when it comes to the
- 8:45Speaker 8: group chat.
- 8:46Speaker 5: We are going to drop.
- 8:46Speaker 8: five unprompted screenshots of like what we should wear and
- 8:50Speaker 8: what we should.
- 8:50Speaker 5: Order online for like a new going out thing that
- 8:52Speaker 5: we have going on.
- 8:53Speaker 8: We're going to demand an immediate unanonymous vote on which
- 8:57Speaker 8: one looks best.
- 8:58Speaker 5: Everybody must record. I don't know how you say unanimous.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Unanimous. There you go.
- 9:01Speaker 8: You got it. Unanonymous.
- 9:02Speaker 13: Unanonymous.
- 9:02Speaker 2: Unanimous.
- 9:02Speaker 3: Unanimous.
- 9:03Speaker 2: Unanimous.

- 9:14Speaker 6: Unanimous If you missed your horoscope, they are all unanonymously
- 9:18Speaker 6: posted on our website at johnjayandrich.com.
- 9:23Speaker 4: Hello, Lauren.
- 9:24Speaker 3: You're on the air. Good morning.
- 9:26Speaker 11: Hey, good morning. So here's what happened. I accidentally regifted
- 9:32Speaker 11: my coworker the gift she gave me.
- 9:34Speaker 2: Whoops.
- 9:35Speaker 9: How did you do that?
- 9:38Speaker 3: I like the snort.
- 9:42Speaker 15: So last last Christmas she gave me this like fancy
- 9:45Speaker 15: candle but I'm not really like a candle person I
- 9:48Speaker 15: don't really like scents and I should have told her
- 9:50Speaker 15: that but whatever I tossed it in my closet with
- 9:53Speaker 15: all this like I have this box of like random
- 9:56Speaker 15: gifts that I save for emergencies so I just like
- 9:57Speaker 15: left it in there.
- 9:59Speaker 11: Well anyway it's to um like last week she invited
- 10:03Speaker 11: us like over for her house for a housewarming like
- 10:07Speaker 11: all of us from work and i forgot to buy
- 10:09Speaker 11: something so on the way out the door i like
- 10:11Speaker 11: just grabbed something out of the box and threw it
- 10:14Speaker 11: in the cute gift bag and then she opens it
- 10:16Speaker 11: and she realizes oh my god Wait, I got you
- 10:18Speaker 11: this same one for Christmas. And I panicked and I
- 10:22Speaker 11: was like, no, no, yours is different.
- 10:25Speaker 7: And she pulls out her phone and finds a picture from.
- 10:28Speaker 11: Our office party last year, holding the same candle, the
- 10:33Speaker 11: same exact thing with the same ribbon on it. Like
- 10:36Speaker 11: she had put a ribbon on it and I never
- 10:38Speaker 11: even noticed.
- 10:40Speaker 2: Then do you just run away? Cause there's nothing else
- 10:41Speaker 2: you could do. Just turn and run.
- 10:43Speaker 6: I'd be like, I liked it so much. I got
- 10:44Speaker 6: you the exact same thing. You need to have this
- 10:47Speaker 6: exact same candle. It's so awesome in my house.
- 10:49Speaker 4: Also, you mightn't be able to use that, that ribbon again.
- 10:52Speaker 4: So I thought I would give you the ribbon back
- 10:53Speaker 4: as well.
- 10:55Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 10:55Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 10:56Speaker 11: I'm just like, uh, yeah, no, it's definitely a great mind.
- 11:00Speaker 9: You know?
- 11:02Speaker 11: Oh my God.
- 11:03Speaker 2: Nothing says anything nicer than I don't like your gift
- 11:06Speaker 2: and I don't want to spend any money on you either.
- 11:08Speaker 2: Here's yours back.
- 11:11Speaker 8: I mean, honestly, the fact that you even came with
- 11:13Speaker 8: something says a lot.
- 11:14Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 11:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 11:16Speaker 11: See, that's what I think. You know, I'm like, hey,
- 11:19Speaker 11: what if it was the same? You know, I wish
- 11:22Speaker 11: I had just been like, I love this so much
- 11:25Speaker 11: that I got you one.
- 11:26Speaker 13: But I like couldn't even think of anything.
- 11:28Speaker 2: I was just like.
- 11:31Speaker 4: Oh, no.
- 11:32Speaker 8: Busted.
- 11:32Speaker 5: Like a goat.
- 11:33Speaker 15: I don't know.
- 11:33Speaker 3: All right, Lauren, thanks for sharing that story.
- 11:36Speaker 2: Thanks.
- 11:37Speaker 14: Bye.
- 11:37Speaker 3: Bye. All right, Peyton, what's on your mind? What are
- 11:49Speaker 3: you working on?
- 11:49Speaker 8: Okay, so I saw this thing on the Cosmopolitan, and
- 11:52Speaker 8: basically it's questions for couples that are actually fun to ask.
- 11:55Speaker 8: So it's kind of going old school. You know, everyone's
- 11:57Speaker 8: all into that nostalgia right now. Just play Would You
- 11:59Speaker 8: Rather at dinner with your partner.
- 12:01Speaker 2: Oh, that's cool.
- 12:02Speaker 5: I know, right?
- 12:03Speaker 3: When you say Cosmopolitan, are you talking about like Cosmo
- 12:05Speaker 3: the magazine?
- 12:06Speaker 2: Yeah. Oh, okay. They got a website? Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 12:08Speaker 5: Like a whole website. I get stuff from there all
- 12:09Speaker 5: the time.
- 12:09Speaker 3: I just never heard of Cosmopolitan.
- 12:10Speaker 5: They have like a whole website.
- 12:12Speaker 3: I haven't heard it called Cosmopolitan in a long time.
- 12:14Speaker 8: Well, I like a Cosmopolitan martini, you know, so I
- 12:16Speaker 8: really wanted to bring that energy.
- 12:18Speaker 3: Okay, so it's would you rather with your.
- 12:20Speaker 4: So are we going to play would you rather right now?
- 12:22Speaker 3: It's would you rather at dinner with your spouse?
- 12:24Speaker 8: Yeah, and they're kind of flirty, but I think we
- 12:26Speaker 8: can definitely play in the room right now.
- 12:27Speaker 2: Okay, let's play.
- 12:28Speaker 8: Okay, Kyle, would you rather have a fancy date night
- 12:31Speaker 8: out or a romantic night in?
- 12:34Speaker 4: Fancy date night out.
- 12:35Speaker 5: Okay, John Jay.
- 12:36Speaker 2: In.
- 12:37Speaker 9: Duh.
- 12:39Speaker 8: Rich.
- 12:40Speaker 2: Oh, for sure. Fancy night out.
- 12:42Speaker 5: Yeah, I think I'm on the same boat with you guys. Okay,
- 12:44Speaker 5: John Jay.
- 12:45Speaker 8: Would you rather get a love letter or a surprising gift?
- 12:50Speaker 3: A gift.
- 12:51Speaker 2: Kyle.
- 12:51Speaker 13: Gift.
- 12:52Speaker 2: Rich.
- 12:52Speaker 3: Letter.
- 12:53Speaker 5: See, I'm with you. I'm like, write me a letter.
- 12:55Speaker 4: See, I'm not like a words of affirmation person. So
- 12:57Speaker 4: I'm like, oh, and I have to read a letter.
- 12:58Speaker 8: Exactly.
- 12:59Speaker 2: Read this.
- 13:01Speaker 5: I literally, I told you.
- 13:02Speaker 3: How many pages?
- 13:03Speaker 2: What is your number one, Kyle? Because I know that
- 13:05Speaker 2: you're not into a lot of them.
- 13:07Speaker 4: My love language?
- 13:08Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 13:08Speaker 4: Oh, it's quality time. It's my number one.
- 13:10Speaker 2: Quality time.
- 13:10Speaker 3: Of course it is.
- 13:11Speaker 6: The thing about would you rather is that you have
- 13:13Speaker 6: to answer, like you can't ask questions because now that
- 13:16Speaker 6: it's over. It's like, yeah, I don't want a long letter.
- 13:19Speaker 6: How long is the letter? Whenever I open up something,
- 13:21Speaker 6: it's like four pages. Or those Christmas cards that come
- 13:24Speaker 6: that are in the front and the back. I don't
- 13:25Speaker 6: have time for that.
- 13:27Speaker 2: And then I started grade school.
- 13:29Speaker 3: Go on, Peyton. What else would you rather?
- 13:30Speaker 8: So those ones were some flirty would-you-rathers. But then there's
- 13:34Speaker 8: some relationship-related would-you-rather questions, which we're all in relationships. But these,
- 13:38Speaker 8: I feel like, are more like if you're in the dating,
- 13:41Speaker 8: trying to get married.
- 13:42Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 13:43Speaker 5: So maybe you could ask your man, would you rather
- 13:45Speaker 5: have seven kids? Or no kids.
- 13:47Speaker 3: Seven kids.
- 13:48Speaker 4: Yeah, seven.
- 13:49Speaker 2: Seven.
- 13:50Speaker 5: None for me.
- 13:51Speaker 2: I'm good.
- 13:51Speaker 5: No, thank you.
- 13:52Speaker 4: Till after you have one and then I feel like
- 13:53Speaker 4: your answer will change. I feel like I, if I have.
- 13:56Speaker 5: Three, I would be happy with that. Anything more, I
- 13:59Speaker 5: might pull my hair out.
- 14:00Speaker 4: That is good for like if you are dating because
- 14:02Speaker 4: it's like those are things that could be really heavy
- 14:05Speaker 4: and serious. But if you play it in kind of
- 14:06Speaker 4: like a game fashion, you're really talking about important things.
- 14:09Speaker 4: But it's kind of like a fun, light way to
- 14:10Speaker 4: bring it up.
- 14:10Speaker 5: Exactly like this one. Would you rather have a huge
- 14:13Speaker 5: wedding or just a lope?
- 14:15Speaker 2: Elope.
- 14:15Speaker 4: Huge wedding.
- 14:16Speaker 2: Huge wedding.
- 14:17Speaker 5: See, I'm like, we kind of eloped. But then again,
- 14:20Speaker 5: I go to weddings and I'm like, should we have
- 14:22Speaker 5: had the big wedding?
- 14:23Speaker 2: That was one of my favorite days of all time.
- 14:26Speaker 2: I know.
- 14:26Speaker 4: Your wedding was awesome, Rich.
- 14:28Speaker 8: Okay.
- 14:29Speaker 5: This one is a fun one.
- 14:30Speaker 8: Would you rather know everything about your partner's dating history
- 14:34Speaker 8: or nothing at all?
- 14:36Speaker 2: Everything.
- 14:36Speaker 4: Nothing.
- 14:37Speaker 2: Nothing.
- 14:37Speaker 5: I don't want to know anything at all. You better
- 14:39Speaker 5: take that to the grave. I am not trying.
- 14:42Speaker 2: I hear things now and it makes me shiver.
- 14:43Speaker 4: Sometimes ignorance is bliss.
- 14:46Speaker 3: Would you rather be known as the one who talks
- 14:48Speaker 3: dirty or the one who never talks during it?
- 14:52Speaker 5: I'd rather talk dirty.
- 14:54Speaker 4: Yeah, you don't want to never talk dirty.
- 14:56Speaker 2: You're supposed to answer it. You're not supposed to.
- 14:58Speaker 4: I was agreeing.
- 15:00Speaker 6: Would you rather get caught making out in the car
- 15:02Speaker 6: or walking out of a hotel at 7 a.m.
- 15:04Speaker 3: In last night's clothes?
- 15:06Speaker 4: Walking out of the hotel.
- 15:07Speaker 2: Making out in the car.
- 15:08Speaker 9: Yeah, I think I'd want to make out in the car, too.
- 15:09Speaker 2: That's fun.
- 15:10Speaker 4: I don't want to get caught making out in the car. No,
- 15:12Speaker 4: I'll do the walk of shame.
- 15:13Speaker 5: No problem.
- 15:14Speaker 2: I'm out on that.
- 15:15Speaker 6: Would you rather accidentally send a spicy text to your
- 15:18Speaker 6: boss or to your mom?
- 15:20Speaker 4: Oh, my mom. My mom, for sure. What about you?
- 15:24Speaker 2: Your boss, because you're going to leave that job. Your
- 15:26Speaker 2: mom's going to be around forever.
- 15:28Speaker 6: Would you rather have one unforgettable night you can never
- 15:31Speaker 6: talk about or a decent ongoing thing everyone knows about?
- 15:34Speaker 2: Decent ongoing thing.
- 15:35Speaker 3: I'd go unforgettable. One unforgettable night.
- 15:39Speaker 4: I don't need everyone to know about it, so I
- 15:41Speaker 4: think unforgettable.
- 15:42Speaker 14: Same.
- 15:42Speaker 6: Would you rather get a compliment about your body or
- 15:45Speaker 6: about how you make them feel?
- 15:47Speaker 10: Body.
- 15:48Speaker 2: Honestly. Body. I'm so insecure I'll take any compliment about
- 15:52Speaker 2: my body.
- 15:53Speaker 8: What?
- 15:53Speaker 5: You actually like this?
- 15:54Speaker 2: Thank you. I want to know that you feel something good.
- 15:58Speaker 6: Would you rather kiss someone you shouldn't or text someone
- 16:01Speaker 6: you shouldn't?
- 16:02Speaker 2: No.
- 16:04Speaker 5: It depends.
- 16:04Speaker 3: I mean, it'd be more fun to kiss someone you shouldn't.
- 16:08Speaker 8: Should I not because they're my cousin or should I
- 16:10Speaker 8: not because it's like they're a player?
- 16:12Speaker 4: You can't ask questions.
- 16:13Speaker 2: Why can't you text your cousin? I don't get it.
- 16:15Speaker 5: That is gross. Angel legal, I'm pretty sure.
- 16:19Speaker 2: Would you rather get asked what are you thinking about
- 16:21Speaker 2: at a bad time or at a very good time?
- 16:23Speaker 4: Good time.
- 16:24Speaker 2: At a good time. Yeah. Yeah.
- 16:26Speaker 4: I mean, that's like.
- 16:27Speaker 2: My wife asked me that all the time. What are
- 16:28Speaker 2: you thinking?
- 16:29Speaker 3: And it's almost like if you don't tell the truth,
- 16:30Speaker 3: she'll know.
- 16:31Speaker 2: Yeah. But your truth has got to be so random anyway.
- 16:33Speaker 3: Right.
- 16:34Speaker 2: Mine's usually me starting in the movie. Well, if I
- 16:37Speaker 2: was Indiana Jones, I would have done this.
- 16:39Speaker 4: Wait, didn't you have a thing with a bowling ball?
- 16:42Speaker 3: Well, I mean, I have. I imagine the bowling ball.
- 16:46Speaker 4: Yes.
- 16:48Speaker 2: Down this high, like steep hill.
- 16:50Speaker 5: Oh, I thought that I remember the mattress thing.
- 16:53Speaker 8: You remember that big mattress place that you were in
- 16:55Speaker 8: that big empty. It was like a big empty warehouse
- 16:59Speaker 8: that used to have like a bunch of.
- 17:00Speaker 3: That was real. Oh, no.
- 17:02Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 17:02Speaker 6: And I said I said to the guy I wanted
- 17:04Speaker 6: to roll the bowling ball. It was like a hundred
- 17:07Speaker 6: football fields long. I don't want to see how hard
- 17:09Speaker 6: I get through the bowling ball before it faded. You know,
- 17:11Speaker 6: it's like against the law to do that. Like the
- 17:14Speaker 6: other fantasy I had, fantasy, where you're on a high
- 17:18Speaker 6: hill and you drop a bowling ball and you let
- 17:19Speaker 6: it roll all the way down. Somebody did that, and
- 17:22Speaker 6: I guess it's against the law.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Oh, because it could really hurt someone. There can't be
- 17:25Speaker 2: a law inside a mattress factory. There can't be. Maybe
- 17:28Speaker 2: that's their work rule, their weird work rule. You can't
- 17:30Speaker 2: throw bowling balls down our hallway.
- 17:31Speaker 3: So those are fun would-you-rathers. Was there more, Peyton?
- 17:33Speaker 5: No, those were all the best ones.
- 17:34Speaker 3: If you've got any good would-you-rathers that put us in
- 17:36Speaker 3: a dilemma, let us know. All right, time for Stacks
- 17:43Speaker 3: and Hacks. I have stacks of information. Rich has life hacks.
- 17:47Speaker 3: My stacks of information is stuff you can take with
- 17:48Speaker 3: you all day. How fun would you say your state is?
- 17:52Speaker 3: The state of Arizona right now.
- 17:54Speaker 2: Oh, super fun.
- 17:54Speaker 4: Oh, like 10 out of 10 fun?
- 17:56Speaker 14: 10 out of 10.
- 17:56Speaker 2: Okay. Always something to do.
- 17:58Speaker 6: An annual study ranked all 50 states by how fun
- 18:00Speaker 6: they are based on the amount of stuff that there
- 18:03Speaker 6: is to do here.
- 18:04Speaker 5: There's literally everything to do here.
- 18:06Speaker 2: You can't do it all.
- 18:07Speaker 8: Literally.
- 18:07Speaker 4: Literally.
- 18:08Speaker 3: We are in the top ten.
- 18:10Speaker 2: Okay, that's good.
- 18:10Speaker 5: We better be number one.
- 18:12Speaker 3: We are number ten.
- 18:13Speaker 2: Uh, what?
- 18:14Speaker 3: Arizona's number ten.
- 18:15Speaker 4: Who's more fun than us?
- 18:16Speaker 5: There's no way.
- 18:16Speaker 3: Well, Florida's number two.
- 18:17Speaker 4: Oh, Florida's pretty fun.
- 18:18Speaker 2: It's too humid. They have fun there, though.
- 18:20Speaker 4: It's pretty fun, though.
- 18:21Speaker 3: Illinois is number three.
- 18:23Speaker 4: What's in Illinois? Oh, Chicago?
- 18:24Speaker 5: Chicago.
- 18:25Speaker 3: I'm looking at a map.
- 18:26Speaker 2: I think that's Illinois. Is that it?
- 18:27Speaker 5: Chicago is actually really fun.
- 18:29Speaker 3: Number one is California. That makes sense.
- 18:31Speaker 11: Oh, yeah.
- 18:31Speaker 5: There's a lot of fun.
- 18:32Speaker 2: Stuff to do.
- 18:32Speaker 3: All the parks, the ocean.
- 18:34Speaker 4: There's, like, the redwoods.
- 18:35Speaker 5: If there, like, snow, there is snowing.
- 18:38Speaker 4: Yeah, northern California.
- 18:40Speaker 2: San Diego alone has like six different climates.
- 18:43Speaker 9: But that's kind of how we are, too, though.
- 18:44Speaker 6: Colorado's number six. Oregon's number 11. Washington, number seven. New
- 18:48Speaker 6: York's number five.
- 18:50Speaker 4: Okay.
- 18:50Speaker 2: Yeah, so that's good stuff. Good tracks.
- 18:55Speaker 3: So last week was National Potato Day.
- 18:57Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
- 18:58Speaker 6: Imagine, I think someone with a lot of time, too
- 18:59Speaker 6: much time on their hand, did a survey and asked
- 19:01Speaker 6: people what's their favorite potato dishes. What do you think
- 19:03Speaker 6: is the number one favorite potato dish?
- 19:04Speaker 2: French fries.
- 19:05Speaker 4: Potato salad.
- 19:05Speaker 2: French fries.
- 19:06Speaker 6: Potato salad, Kyle, is on the bottom of the list.
- 19:09Speaker 6: French fries is number one. Mashed potatoes is number two.
- 19:12Speaker 2: Yeah, of course.
- 19:14Speaker 3: You won't believe how much Honey Boo Boo's sister is
- 19:17Speaker 3: making on OnlyFans.
- 19:18Speaker 9: Oh, my gosh.
- 19:19Speaker 8: Yes, I can believe because I saw this story. Did
- 19:21Speaker 8: you see her daughter got denied from being at some
- 19:25Speaker 8: charter school because of her OnlyFans story?
- 19:27Speaker 2: Yeah, she's making $ 15, 000 a day on OnlyFans. A day?
- 19:29Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 19:30Speaker 4: A day.
- 19:31Speaker 8: Which is like, and people are really breaking down that
- 19:34Speaker 8: whole thing because they're like really grossed out at the
- 19:36Speaker 8: fact it's like, that's Honey Boo Boo's sister. You know
- 19:40Speaker 8: Honey Boo Boo because of her spinoff of what was it,
- 19:42Speaker 8: Princes in Tiaras or whatever that was.
- 19:44Speaker 2: Here comes Honey Boo Boo.
- 19:44Speaker 5: Here comes Honey Boo Boo.
- 19:46Speaker 8: And everyone's just like, that's just so odd and weird
- 19:48Speaker 8: that you're paying money for that kind of OnlyFans.
- 19:51Speaker 4: Man, they are good for them.
- 19:53Speaker 3: Well, is she doing like hardcore?
- 19:55Speaker 15: Yeah.
- 19:56Speaker 5: Oh, not good. She's suing a school because.
- 20:00Speaker 8: They denied her daughter from going there because of her
- 20:03Speaker 8: OnlyFans car. Okay.
- 20:04Speaker 2: Not good for them.
- 20:05Speaker 3: Not good. There's a famous actress. Her name is Donna Mills.
- 20:08Speaker 2: She's 85.
- 20:08Speaker 3: I saw that story. Yeah, she's making a ton of money.
- 20:11Speaker 4: But she's not doing, like, kinky stuff.
- 20:13Speaker 3: I don't know. She did pose in Playboy one time, like,
- 20:15Speaker 3: in the 80s or 90s.
- 20:16Speaker 4: I think what I saw, it was not that. It was, like,
- 20:18Speaker 4: for all of her fans that, like, really go to, like,
- 20:20Speaker 4: the Comic-Cons and stuff like that.
- 20:21Speaker 2: So it wasn't anything nude?
- 20:22Speaker 4: I don't think it was nude things.
- 20:23Speaker 2: Yeah, she did do nude a long time ago.
- 20:25Speaker 6: So, so much for being smart, an outage is stopping
- 20:28Speaker 6: some smart pet feeders and other devices from performing their
- 20:31Speaker 6: scheduled tasks effectively. like dispensing foods, though. This is why
- 20:35Speaker 6: your cat could be cranky. So when you think about it,
- 20:37Speaker 6: you have this automatic feeder, but then the power goes
- 20:39Speaker 6: out or the tech goes out and now you can't
- 20:41Speaker 6: feed the cat.
- 20:43Speaker 3: Spirit airlines went bankrupt because it was terrible.
- 20:46Speaker 2: Right.
- 20:46Speaker 6: But Google just paid $ 10 million for for tons of
- 20:50Speaker 6: corporate data from Spirit Airlines. They believe it could be
- 20:52Speaker 6: helpful in improving their products and AI models.
- 20:54Speaker 2: That's suspicious.
- 20:55Speaker 4: Yeah. I don't like that.
- 20:59Speaker 3: Addresses.
- 20:59Speaker 6: 77% of people prefer instant coffee over drip coffee in
- 21:02Speaker 6: a blind taste test. I'm new to the coffee world,
- 21:05Speaker 6: so it doesn't really matter to me. Rich, what do
- 21:08Speaker 6: you got for life hacks?
- 21:09Speaker 2: Well, you know, you guys probably sing in the shower
- 21:12Speaker 2: on occasion. I think that's a good thing for you.
- 21:14Speaker 2: But check this out. Research suggests that singing can temporarily
- 21:18Speaker 2: boost levels of an antibody called Sig A. Sig A
- 21:22Speaker 2: helps your body's first line against germs. So singing can
- 21:26Speaker 2: lower your stress, give your mood a little boost. So
- 21:28Speaker 2: tomorrow morning. or this morning even, grab that shampoo bottle,
- 21:32Speaker 2: pretend it's a microphone, and destroy living on a prayer. Oh,
- 21:38Speaker 2: my halfway there.
- 21:40Speaker 5: That's your shower song?
- 21:41Speaker 2: That's one of them. Anything that feels good.
- 21:43Speaker 8: I feel like Becky G hooked us up with singing
- 21:45Speaker 8: in the shower.
- 21:45Speaker 5: Like, that's the song you have to sing.
- 21:47Speaker 9: She's singing in the shower.
- 21:48Speaker 5: Dancing in the mirror and singing in the shower.
- 21:56Speaker 2: Okay, then Becky G. For me, it's somber. It's always somber.
- 22:01Speaker 2: Such a heavy mood. That life hack and many more
- 22:03Speaker 2: can be found at johnjainrich.com.
- 22:05Speaker 3: All right, we're getting ready for second date updates. Sierra,
- 22:08Speaker 3: good morning. You're on the air. Give us a little
- 22:09Speaker 3: bit about what's going on in your dating life.
- 22:11Speaker 7: Well, I've been ghosted by the last five guys I've
- 22:13Speaker 7: gone out on a date with, and I'm so over it,
- 22:16Speaker 7: so I want to call one of them.
- 22:18Speaker 3: Okay, one of them, not all five of them.
- 22:20Speaker 7: Not all five. I don't know if we have time
- 22:22Speaker 7: for that.
- 22:22Speaker 3: We only had it budgeted for one person.
- 22:24Speaker 2: Okay.
- 22:25Speaker 3: Second date update. Got to hear this story next with
- 22:27Speaker 3: John Jay and Rich.
- 22:28Speaker 13: They stabbed this way, stabbed that way.
- 22:36Speaker 14: The next segment we're going to do is called second
- 22:38Speaker 14: date update because that's what we're going to try and get.
- 22:41Speaker 9: And that's what the bit is called.
- 22:43Speaker 14: Second date update starts right now on John Jay and Rich.
- 22:47Speaker 3: All right, we're getting ready for second date update. We're
- 22:49Speaker 3: going to find out. Whoa, Sierra, clear your throat on
- 22:53Speaker 3: the air. Hi, you're on the air. Good morning, Sierra.
- 22:56Speaker 7: Hi, sorry.
- 22:57Speaker 2: It's okay. It's okay.
- 22:58Speaker 3: You got a lot going on. So what's happening?
- 23:00Speaker 2: What would you tell us about your date?
- 23:03Speaker 7: So I just want your guys' help because I've been
- 23:09Speaker 7: on five first dates this month and I keep getting
- 23:12Speaker 7: ghosted by guys. I've literally gotten ghosted.
- 23:16Speaker 4: By all of them.
- 23:17Speaker 7: And I don't like, I'm starting to think maybe I'm
- 23:22Speaker 7: the issue. I don't know. But this most recent guy,
- 23:28Speaker 7: like we were talking on Instagram and we went out
- 23:33Speaker 7: on a date and I thought it was a lot
- 23:35Speaker 7: of fun. And I haven't heard back from him. He
- 23:40Speaker 7: like didn't even give me his number until we were
- 23:43Speaker 7: on the date. And I've like texted him a couple times.
- 23:48Speaker 7: And then I also messaged him on Instagram, and I
- 23:53Speaker 7: haven't heard anything back from him. And I'm just, like,
- 23:57Speaker 7: so over it.
- 23:59Speaker 8: Is he reading your messages on Instagram? Like, you know
- 24:02Speaker 8: how on Instagram someone opens it, it says, like, that
- 24:05Speaker 8: they saw it? Or is he completely ghosting you?
- 24:09Speaker 7: No, he hasn't opened them. It's, like, he, yeah, he's
- 24:14Speaker 7: completely ghosted. I haven't heard anything.
- 24:17Speaker 4: I feel like, John Jay, you would be like, maybe
- 24:19Speaker 4: they're all deathly ill.
- 24:22Speaker 5: All five of the ghosters.
- 24:24Speaker 4: They're lined up at.
- 24:26Speaker 2: The same hospital, just in the emergency room. All of them.
- 24:28Speaker 7: Yeah, maybe I'm cursing all these guys.
- 24:30Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 24:31Speaker 4: I mean, five dates for this to happen to you.
- 24:33Speaker 4: I feel like that's so brutal. I feel so bad
- 24:35Speaker 4: for you.
- 24:36Speaker 5: She sounds defeated, too. I mean, I get it. I
- 24:38Speaker 5: would be.
- 24:39Speaker 8: Even if you don't get to go on another date
- 24:41Speaker 8: with this guy, if that's even what you want to do.
- 24:43Speaker 8: But just to know, like, what's going on here? Because
- 24:46Speaker 8: I would definitely be looking.
- 24:47Speaker 5: In the mirror, too.
- 24:47Speaker 2: Well, sure. But, you know, it's also kind of the culture.
- 24:50Speaker 2: It's not her. It's just that people don't know how
- 24:52Speaker 2: to behave their butts.
- 24:53Speaker 5: Yeah, men can't communicate, so they just go. Is that
- 24:55Speaker 5: what you're saying?
- 24:56Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know. I'll call her if I want
- 24:58Speaker 2: to see her again. And she's just gotten a few
- 24:59Speaker 2: of those in a row. Yeah.
- 25:01Speaker 3: So shall we call?
- 25:03Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 25:04Speaker 2: Yeah. Give us some names, Sierra.
- 25:05Speaker 7: Tyler.
- 25:06Speaker 2: Tyler. Okay. Hold on line, okay?
- 25:09Speaker 3: We're going to get Tyler on the phone. We're going
- 25:10Speaker 3: to find out why he's blowing you off, okay?
- 25:11Speaker 2: Okay. Okay.
- 25:19Speaker 3: All right, we are in the middle of second date updates.
- 25:21Speaker 3: Sierra and Tyler?
- 25:23Speaker 2: Poor Sierra. Five times. She's been ghosted by five guys
- 25:28Speaker 2: in a month in her dating life. And she's starting
- 25:30Speaker 2: to wonder, am I the problem? Is it me? But
- 25:34Speaker 2: she went out with Tyler and had a great date.
- 25:38Speaker 2: The conversation was flowing. The connection was happening. Now she's
- 25:43Speaker 2: messaged him. She didn't even have his number until the date.
- 25:46Speaker 2: And he's not answering. He's ghosting her too. What's the deal?
- 25:50Speaker 6: You know what's funny, Sierra, is you went out with
- 25:53Speaker 6: five guys in one month and they all ghosted you, right?
- 25:57Speaker 2: Yeah. It's funny. If you actually went to the five
- 25:59Speaker 2: guys restaurant and they didn't wait on you.
- 26:02Speaker 3: And then I go to five guys and they wouldn't
- 26:04Speaker 3: take my order.
- 26:04Speaker 7: Come on.
- 26:05Speaker 4: What is the deal?
- 26:06Speaker 3: Hey, and how come out of the five guys, why
- 26:09Speaker 3: is Tyler the one you want to talk to? How
- 26:10Speaker 3: come you don't want to try to have us call
- 26:11Speaker 3: any of the other ones?
- 26:14Speaker 13: I mean.
- 26:15Speaker 7: I don't know. I had a fun date with him,
- 26:18Speaker 7: but also I think I'm just kind of at the
- 26:21Speaker 7: end of my line of getting ghosted right now. I
- 26:24Speaker 7: just want to ask if there was something about me
- 26:29Speaker 7: or why did he ghost me?
- 26:31Speaker 6: We could get all five guys on the phone at
- 26:34Speaker 6: one time on speaker and then be like, hold on, guys.
- 26:37Speaker 3: You all went on a date with this girl. Why
- 26:40Speaker 3: don't you like her?
- 26:41Speaker 2: But all right.
- 26:42Speaker 3: Hold on a second. Dylan, did you get Tyler on
- 26:45Speaker 3: the phone?
- 26:46Speaker 2: Not quite.
- 26:47Speaker 5: I have Danae on the line.
- 26:49Speaker 4: She'll fill you in.
- 26:50Speaker 2: Danae? All right, Sarah, you chill for a second.
- 26:52Speaker 3: Okay. Hold on.
- 26:52Speaker 2: Hold on a second.
- 26:53Speaker 7: Danae?
- 26:54Speaker 5: Yes, hi.
- 26:55Speaker 2: Hi.
- 26:55Speaker 3: You're cool jumping on the radio with us real quick?
- 26:58Speaker 2: Yep.
- 26:59Speaker 3: Oh, we were looking for Tyler.
- 27:02Speaker 10: Well, you didn't get Tyler. Tyler's my little brother. And
- 27:08Speaker 10: this is my number that he gives out to girls.
- 27:14Speaker 2: Okay.
- 27:14Speaker 4: Why would he do that? Oh, God.
- 27:18Speaker 10: I did not ever expect this to escalate this far.
- 27:21Speaker 10: So when he goes on dates, if it's not going well,
- 27:26Speaker 10: if it's not a situation he's really into, he gives
- 27:30Speaker 10: them my number so that they don't have any way
- 27:32Speaker 10: to contact him afterwards.
- 27:36Speaker 2: How rude.
- 27:38Speaker 10: I have had so many girls call me and text me. And,
- 27:42Speaker 10: I mean, I've gotten cussed out. And meanwhile, he just
- 27:46Speaker 10: blocks them on Instagram and he just moves on with
- 27:48Speaker 10: his life.
- 27:48Speaker 2: Oh.
- 27:50Speaker 3: Well, we have one of those girls.
- 27:51Speaker 6: So we do a radio show and one of those
- 27:53Speaker 6: girls called us. And she was so bummed out that
- 27:56Speaker 6: Titus ghosted her that she asked us to track him down.
- 27:59Speaker 3: So that's what we're doing. So say please say hi
- 28:01Speaker 3: to Sierra.
- 28:01Speaker 7: Hi, Sierra. So you're his sister?
- 28:08Speaker 10: Girl, yeah.
- 28:12Speaker 8: Hi.
- 28:13Speaker 7: So, what?
- 28:15Speaker 2: Okay.
- 28:17Speaker 10: He's not worth tracking down. Yeah, he's not worth it.
- 28:21Speaker 10: It's not, this is, he is He's tragically unable to
- 28:27Speaker 10: communicate and he is not worth it. I promise you,
- 28:31Speaker 10: he is not worth your time.
- 28:33Speaker 2: Why would you let him give you or let him
- 28:36Speaker 2: use your phone number? You don't want to go through
- 28:39Speaker 2: deal with his mess.
- 28:40Speaker 11: I do not.
- 28:41Speaker 12: He is.
- 28:42Speaker 10: But he is my little brother. And apparently I am
- 28:46Speaker 10: running customer service for his dating life.
- 28:48Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 28:49Speaker 10: I have him to stop.
- 28:50Speaker 2: Well, Sierra's great. Do you have any guys that you
- 28:52Speaker 2: can hook her up with? Right.
- 28:53Speaker 5: Maybe another brother that doesn't do what your other brother did.
- 28:56Speaker 2: She cared enough to call us to find out what happened,
- 28:59Speaker 2: and she sounds sweet as she can be.
- 29:02Speaker 10: Yeah, and Sierra, I'm telling you, he is not worth it.
- 29:06Speaker 10: This is a dead end. It's a cul-de-sac to nowhere.
- 29:10Speaker 10: There's nothing. You don't want to get involved with him.
- 29:15Speaker 4: He's a mess.
- 29:16Speaker 10: She's an absolute.
- 29:17Speaker 7: I'm hoping.
- 29:17Speaker 3: No problem. I think she's sold on not going out
- 29:20Speaker 3: with him again.
- 29:21Speaker 5: I think maybe that we did.
- 29:22Speaker 4: For a second, I was thinking, oh, man, we didn't
- 29:24Speaker 4: really get Sierra any answers. Like, is there? But I
- 29:27Speaker 4: think maybe we do. And I think maybe Sierra's got
- 29:30Speaker 4: a bad man picker.
- 29:32Speaker 6: Well, yeah, because today you don't need to know all this,
- 29:34Speaker 6: but the last four guys before Todd are ghosted or two.
- 29:38Speaker 10: Oh, well, I can't speak for the other.
- 29:40Speaker 2: Four.
- 29:40Speaker 4: Right.
- 29:40Speaker 2: What we can do is we'll just hang up with
- 29:43Speaker 2: you and then, Sierra, we'll just go next. We'll call
- 29:46Speaker 2: them all, Sierra.
- 29:47Speaker 8: I mean, she's open to dating and putting herself out there.
- 29:52Speaker 2: That's a good thing. I feel bad for Sierra. She
- 29:53Speaker 2: didn't get any answers. She's getting ghosted by everybody. But, Sierra,
- 29:56Speaker 2: we didn't ghost you.
- 29:57Speaker 13: You didn't.
- 29:58Speaker 12: Thank you.
- 29:59Speaker 7: I mean, did he say anything about, like, why he
- 30:04Speaker 7: wasn't into me or... I don't know. This is his process, Sierra.
- 30:09Speaker 10: Do not take it personal. Do not take it personal.
- 30:12Speaker 10: He is an immature, unable to communicate, not worth your time.
- 30:18Speaker 10: He saw your DM. He hit block. That is his process.
- 30:22Speaker 10: Delete him. He dodged a bullet.
- 30:24Speaker 3: Okay. Hey, today, thank you for taking the time to
- 30:26Speaker 3: jump on there with us.
- 30:27Speaker 2: Really appreciate it. Thank you.
- 30:29Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 30:29Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 30:30Speaker 3: Sierra, sorry we didn't get you answers. If you want
- 30:32Speaker 3: to try another guy, we can help.
- 30:36Speaker 7: I'll hit you guys up.
- 30:38Speaker 4: Okay.
- 30:38Speaker 3: Well, whenever you're ready, use those.
- 30:39Speaker 14: No.
- 30:40Speaker 2: Okay.
- 30:40Speaker 3: Good luck to you.
- 30:41Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 30:42Speaker 1: All right.
- 30:43Speaker 3: That's sucking it up at you guys.
- 30:51Speaker 4: Don't just listen to John Jay and Richie, a part
- 30:53Speaker 4: of the show called.
- 30:54Speaker 3: 1-877-937-1047 to get on the air now. All right.
- 30:59Speaker 2: So what just happened to you, Richard? It's so dumb. Well,
- 31:03Speaker 2: you know, I'm still kind of hobbled up. I'm still
- 31:04Speaker 2: walking around with one crutch. So I was trying to
- 31:07Speaker 2: use the boys' room before we came back from the song.
- 31:10Speaker 6: But when you say you're hobbling on one crutch, if
- 31:12Speaker 6: you're just tuning in, he tore his meniscus by falling
- 31:14Speaker 6: in the bathtub two weeks ago.
- 31:15Speaker 2: Oh, my gosh.
- 31:16Speaker 5: It's actually torn?
- 31:17Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 31:18Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
- 31:18Speaker 5: Oh, my gosh.
- 31:20Speaker 14: MRI.
- 31:20Speaker 2: Torn, torn, torn.
- 31:21Speaker 3: Walking around with a crutch.
- 31:22Speaker 2: So anyway, I'm hobbling pretty quick, and I have my
- 31:25Speaker 2: little monitor so I can hear what the station's doing.
- 31:29Speaker 2: So I use the bathroom and quickly turn, and my
- 31:32Speaker 2: headphones fly off me and right into the toilet. Just
- 31:35Speaker 2: where I use the bathroom. So I guess those are gone.
- 31:39Speaker 3: But these are the headphones. They're little in-ears, and they're
- 31:43Speaker 3: custom-made for your ears.
- 31:45Speaker 2: They're very expensive. They are very expensive.
- 31:47Speaker 3: So now you're going to throw them away? Because it's
- 31:49Speaker 3: your own piece.
- 31:49Speaker 2: I'm going to clean them.
- 31:50Speaker 4: You have to just wash them.
- 31:51Speaker 2: I'm going to clean them, but I didn't have time
- 31:52Speaker 2: to clean them, so I just threw them back in
- 31:54Speaker 2: the box. And I'll clean them, but I don't even
- 31:56Speaker 2: know if they're going to work or not. Since they
- 31:58Speaker 2: got wet. Who knows?
- 31:59Speaker 3: It's going to sound like when you hear us, it's
- 32:01Speaker 3: going to sound like we're gargling. They're expensive, man. And
- 32:05Speaker 3: I've dropped the phone in the toilet before.
- 32:07Speaker 8: It's everyone else that used the restroom before me, which
- 32:11Speaker 8: is what would freak me out.
- 32:12Speaker 2: That's true.
- 32:12Speaker 3: Here's the thing. It's early. And Rich is probably the
- 32:16Speaker 3: first person to use that bathroom.
- 32:17Speaker 13: I am not.
- 32:17Speaker 3: And they usually come in and they scrub it crazy.
- 32:19Speaker 2: I walked right in after Matt. Just walked right out.
- 32:22Speaker 2: Down the hall.
- 32:26Speaker 3: Christina, what's up? Good morning. You're on the air.
- 32:29Speaker 1: Hi, I had sent a text because I had the
- 32:31Speaker 1: same problem with my texting that Kyle had with hers,
- 32:36Speaker 1: but I have an iPhone.
- 32:38Speaker 3: You're talking about you couldn't, you couldn't get group texts
- 32:42Speaker 3: or something, Kyle?
- 32:43Speaker 1: Like I would miss certain group texts from like one
- 32:46Speaker 1: person in the group and, or like something like that,
- 32:50Speaker 1: but like they weren't coming through. And then it started
- 32:52Speaker 1: happening more and more with other people. And then Apple
- 32:54Speaker 1: was like, I have no idea. We've never seen this before.
- 32:57Speaker 4: That is so frustrating. So over the weekend, also, I
- 33:02Speaker 4: was trying to get to still fix the situation, not
- 33:05Speaker 4: knowing that I've probably been missing a lot of texts.
- 33:09Speaker 4: And my friend went on Claude and ChatGPT and the
- 33:14Speaker 4: Google AI and all, like, I tried everything. And then
- 33:18Speaker 4: I went back into my ChatGPT and I was like, okay,
- 33:22Speaker 4: you said before that other people have been reporting this.
- 33:25Speaker 4: Has anybody else reported an actual fix yet? And if
- 33:29Speaker 4: you had the same problem with me on an Android,
- 33:31Speaker 4: I don't know what the iPhone fix is. I think
- 33:33Speaker 4: a lot of people had told me that you have
- 33:34Speaker 4: to turn RCS chats on to get your group texts
- 33:38Speaker 4: with Androids. But basically all I had to do was
- 33:41Speaker 4: go into the actual Play Store and uninstall updates on
- 33:45Speaker 4: Google Messages. Turn off the phone.
- 33:47Speaker 1: Turn it back on.
- 33:48Speaker 4: And when I did that, 61 messages.
- 33:50Speaker 9: Oh, wow.
- 33:51Speaker 4: Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding.
- 33:53Speaker 2: You're like, see, people do like me. Sorry I missed
- 33:56Speaker 2: your texts. Then you had to go in.
- 33:58Speaker 1: And, like, sign me out of, like, my Apple account
- 34:02Speaker 1: in FaceTime and the messages. Sign me back in. And
- 34:06Speaker 1: then all the messages were in my deleted messages.
- 34:09Speaker 8: Oh, wow.
- 34:10Speaker 2: That's so crazy.
- 34:10Speaker 4: Phones technology is so bizarre.
- 34:12Speaker 2: Or somebody's got your account, Christina.
- 34:16Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 34:16Speaker 2: An ex or something.
- 34:17Speaker 1: Well, and so I have one more thing because I
- 34:19Speaker 1: know you guys moved fast. So I'm like– so there
- 34:21Speaker 1: was two things that both from the show– so over
- 34:24Speaker 1: the weekend, my– My husband was with my father-in-law and
- 34:27Speaker 1: mother-in-law and one of their friends. And my father-in-law confessed
- 34:31Speaker 1: that he had hooked up with my mother-in-law's friend when
- 34:35Speaker 1: they were in college before they got together. And she
- 34:39Speaker 1: never knew. They've been married 50 years and she never knew.
- 34:42Speaker 1: And I was like, oh my God, this just happened
- 34:45Speaker 1: on John Jay and Rich. But the girl ended the
- 34:47Speaker 1: engagement when she found out. And I'm like, this has
- 34:51Speaker 1: been going on 50 years and your mother-in-law still doesn't
- 34:53Speaker 1: know that This woman she's, like, friends with has slept
- 34:57Speaker 1: with your father-in-law. With my father-in-law.
- 35:00Speaker 2: That's a long secret to keep.
- 35:02Speaker 3: Is the best friend still in her life or in
- 35:04Speaker 3: their life?
- 35:05Speaker 2: Yes.
- 35:05Speaker 9: Wow.
- 35:06Speaker 1: Yeah, but my mother-in-law doesn't know.
- 35:08Speaker 2: Wow.
- 35:08Speaker 1: She still doesn't know.
- 35:10Speaker 4: Oh, my God. I guess don't tell her because everything's
- 35:13Speaker 4: been fine.
- 35:14Speaker 2: 50 years.
- 35:15Speaker 4: I wouldn't want to know at that point.
- 35:17Speaker 1: My husband was like, I didn't want to know this.
- 35:19Speaker 2: No, he's got to carry it.
- 35:21Speaker 8: Right.
- 35:21Speaker 2: And then when she finds out, then she'll be like,
- 35:25Speaker 2: the last 50 years was a lie.
- 35:27Speaker 15: A lie.
- 35:28Speaker 8: A lie.
- 35:28Speaker 2: Everything was true.
- 35:30Speaker 3: All right.
- 35:31Speaker 2: Thank you, Christina. Thanks for calling in.
- 35:32Speaker 14: All right.
- 35:33Speaker 2: I mean, if anybody ever wants to spill a family
- 35:34Speaker 2: secret on our show, our lines are wide open for
- 35:36Speaker 2: you always.
- 35:37Speaker 3: I want to play something for you guys. I want
- 35:39Speaker 3: you to guess what these two audio clips have in common.
- 35:43Speaker 2: Okay? Guess what they have in common.
- 35:46Speaker 3: Hi, how you doing, Lori? I'm good, how are you?
- 35:47Speaker 3: Lori Ryan from Austin, Texas.
- 35:48Speaker 2: That's right. A hairstylist in Austin, hey? That's right.
- 35:51Speaker 3: Talk about your.
- 35:51Speaker 2: Family a little bit.
- 35:52Speaker 16: I have a wonderful husband, Joseph, at home, who is
- 35:55Speaker 16: watching our two beautiful children, Colby, who is seven, and Tylee,
- 35:58Speaker 16: who is one.
- 35:58Speaker 3: Yeah, what do you guys like to do for fun?
- 36:00Speaker 11: We like to play all kinds of sports on our
- 36:02Speaker 11: three acres.
- 36:04Speaker 2: What's the biggest mistake you made at your wedding? Honey,
- 36:06Speaker 2: I love you, but said I do.
- 36:10Speaker 3: Not my mistake. I love my wife. I'm going to
- 36:13Speaker 3: get in trouble for that, aren't I?
- 36:15Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 36:16Speaker 2: What do you think they have in common? Kyle, guess.
- 36:18Speaker 4: Their significant others were mad at them after being on
- 36:21Speaker 4: the shows.
- 36:22Speaker 2: No, that's a good guess, but no.
- 36:24Speaker 12: Rich?
- 36:26Speaker 2: Could it be that the wife and the husband are
- 36:28Speaker 2: actually married? Or the contestants are married to each other?
- 36:32Speaker 8: No.
- 36:33Speaker 2: What do you think?
- 36:33Speaker 8: I was kind of on the same tip as Kyle.
- 36:35Speaker 8: I thought that they were just talking about their significant others,
- 36:37Speaker 8: that they loved them.
- 36:39Speaker 6: The first clip. is Lori Vallow. She was on Wheel
- 36:43Speaker 6: of Fortune 2004. In 2023, she was found guilty of
- 36:46Speaker 6: murdering her two children. She mentions them in this clip.
- 36:50Speaker 8: What the hell?
- 36:50Speaker 3: And Joseph was her third husband out of five.
- 36:53Speaker 10: What?
- 36:54Speaker 6: The second clip is Timothy Belfnick. He was on Family
- 36:58Speaker 6: Feud in 2020, and he was convicted of murdering his
- 37:00Speaker 6: wife in 2023. And he jokingly regrets saying.
- 37:03Speaker 2: I do. Isn't that creepy? That's so creepy.
- 37:07Speaker 3: Oh, there's a thing on BuzzFeed about these people that
- 37:10Speaker 3: are all on a game show, and they've all murdered people.
- 37:12Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
- 37:13Speaker 8: Wasn't there like a serial killer on a game show?
- 37:16Speaker 8: They just came out with a movie starring Anna Kendrick
- 37:18Speaker 8: in it.
- 37:19Speaker 2: Yes.
- 37:19Speaker 3: Rodney Alcala. He was in The Dating Game in 1978.
- 37:21Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 37:23Speaker 2: The exact number of victims remains unknown. They think it's
- 37:26Speaker 2: around 130. Oh, my. That's so disturbing. And she didn't
- 37:29Speaker 2: go out.
- 37:29Speaker 3: With them again.
- 37:30Speaker 2: I know, right?
- 37:30Speaker 5: She was like, yeah, this dude's creepy.
- 37:32Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 37:32Speaker 6: Then there was Donna Adelson. She was on Wheel of
- 37:34Speaker 6: Fortune in the 80s. She was sentenced to life in
- 37:36Speaker 6: prison for arranging the murder of her former son-in-law. Paul Curry,
- 37:40Speaker 6: he was a two-time champion in Jeopardy in 1989. In 2014,
- 37:44Speaker 6: he was sentenced to life in prison for murdering his wife.
- 37:47Speaker 6: And Edward Wayne Edwards... It was on a game show
- 37:50Speaker 6: called To Tell the Truth in 1972. He killed five people,
- 37:53Speaker 6: a couple in 1977, another couple in 1980, his stepson
- 37:56Speaker 6: in 1996, and then he was arrested in 2009.
- 37:59Speaker 2: Horrifying. Oh, my gosh. This is horrifying.
- 38:01Speaker 9: What's he saying?
- 38:03Speaker 1: Oh, man.
- 38:04Speaker 14: I'm crazy, man.
- 38:04Speaker 2: I got to tell you those serial killer things, man.
- 38:07Speaker 2: Speaking of TV, I missed out on a lot of
- 38:11Speaker 2: TV this weekend over the holidays.
- 38:13Speaker 3: My wife watches tennis.
- 38:15Speaker 2: She's a huge tennis fan.
- 38:17Speaker 3: And we were in San Diego over the weekend, and
- 38:19Speaker 3: she dominated the TV, so I couldn't really watch my shows.
- 38:23Speaker 6: But she is a huge tennis fan. Did you see
- 38:26Speaker 6: the clip of her favorite tennis player is Sabalinka?
- 38:30Speaker 4: Was that when he took his shirt off or something
- 38:31Speaker 4: like that?
- 38:32Speaker 3: No, Sabalinka is a woman, and she had to have
- 38:35Speaker 3: them stop the.
- 38:35Speaker 4: Game because there was so much weed in the audience.
- 38:37Speaker 2: Where is that clip? She addresses it?
- 38:47Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 38:47Speaker 2: I smell weed? Yeah, yeah, yeah. She goes, can you
- 38:49Speaker 2: please stop that? That is in New York, right? That's
- 38:50Speaker 2: what New York smells like during the day. Yeah, here
- 38:52Speaker 2: it is. And focusing on hitting the target.
- 38:55Speaker 5: I love the smoking weed, so would you mind doing this?
- 38:58Speaker 14: It's so strong.
- 38:59Speaker 8: Oh, yeah.
- 39:01Speaker 3: I don't know if you could hear that at home,
- 39:02Speaker 3: but apparently there might be someone smoking a little marijuana.
- 39:07Speaker 5: I feel like there was a lot of those moments
- 39:09Speaker 5: during the U.S.
- 39:10Speaker 4: Open.
- 39:10Speaker 8: I saw Coco Gauff and Naomi Osaka on press interviews
- 39:14Speaker 8: talking about the influencers and etiquette when it comes to
- 39:17Speaker 8: tennis and how you have to be quiet. And if
- 39:18Speaker 8: you're going to be here, at least know the rules
- 39:20Speaker 8: of the game so you're not taking us outside of it.
- 39:23Speaker 8: I was like I saw that.
- 39:24Speaker 3: And I was like dang the influencers are causing a
- 39:26Speaker 3: big problem yeah because they're like taking all their pictures
- 39:29Speaker 3: and the flash and they're like they're like there's no.
- 39:31Speaker 8: Etiquette so they're basically like we love that you're here
- 39:33Speaker 8: we love that you're spreading awareness to the game but
- 39:36Speaker 8: at least know what you're coming into how.
- 39:38Speaker 4: Embarrassing though if you're the one that caused that problem
- 39:40Speaker 4: that call you out in that way yeah I was thinking, okay,
- 39:43Speaker 4: so I had to look it up, but there was,
- 39:44Speaker 4: there's a tennis player called named Carlos Alcarez.
- 39:47Speaker 3: He's the greatest player of all time.
- 39:49Speaker 4: He took his shirt off and then like, he was
- 39:51Speaker 4: off for so long. It caused like a frenzy. Like
- 39:53Speaker 4: people were like, Oh, like suiting over him. And like
- 39:56Speaker 4: the announcers, I guess we're like talking about, no, he's
- 39:59Speaker 4: leaving his shirt off for a long time. I think
- 40:00Speaker 4: he's liking the fact.
- 40:02Speaker 3: Alcarez is an amazing player. Again, I've watched this now
- 40:05Speaker 3: because of my wife nonstop and Alcarez, he just, Travis
- 40:08Speaker 3: Scott was there and he dropped the Travis Scott collab
- 40:11Speaker 3: with Alcarez and They're sick tennis shoes. I tried to
- 40:13Speaker 3: buy them.
- 40:14Speaker 6: I tried to find them, and they only came out
- 40:15Speaker 6: on my birthday on September 4th, and they were only
- 40:17Speaker 6: at a store in New York.
- 40:19Speaker 2: Oh, wow.
- 40:19Speaker 6: They're the coolest shoes I've ever seen. But anyway, Alcaraz
- 40:23Speaker 6: is also the guy. He's so gifted and he works
- 40:26Speaker 6: so hard. So he won and he's going to play
- 40:30Speaker 6: a player. He's playing somebody tomorrow and he doesn't even
- 40:32Speaker 6: know who he's playing. And they're interviewing him.
- 40:34Speaker 3: Yeah, are you excited? You might be playing Ben Shelton.
- 40:35Speaker 2: He's like, I am? I didn't know. He's not even
- 40:39Speaker 2: like studying the person that he's going to play because
- 40:41Speaker 2: he's so good. Yeah, just because he knows he's going
- 40:42Speaker 2: to whip some butt.
- 40:43Speaker 6: And then there's two women players that were playing each other.
- 40:46Speaker 6: Both their dads are billionaires. So they called it like
- 40:49Speaker 6: the most expensive match.
- 40:50Speaker 2: In the history of tennis. Yeah, I'm sure the train
- 40:52Speaker 2: is nuts.
- 40:53Speaker 3: Yeah, it was crazy. But anyway, so I couldn't watch
- 40:55Speaker 3: my shows, so I was limited. I only had limited
- 40:58Speaker 3: TV time because my wife's taking over the TV with tennis,
- 41:02Speaker 3: but I was able to watch the most recent episode
- 41:05Speaker 3: of Lioness.
- 41:06Speaker 2: Awesome.
- 41:07Speaker 3: Are you guys on that at all?
- 41:08Speaker 2: Yes.
- 41:08Speaker 3: It is freaking phenomenal and scary.
- 41:11Speaker 2: The first, I would say the first 60 seconds, they
- 41:15Speaker 2: just devastate all media in the first 60 seconds of
- 41:17Speaker 2: the show, where they tell you everything that's going on,
- 41:21Speaker 2: and I think... they should be worried about Russians coming
- 41:24Speaker 2: after them. That's what I was thinking.
- 41:26Speaker 3: I'm watching the show and I've heard.
- 41:29Speaker 6: Somebody I know is married to somebody that used to
- 41:31Speaker 6: be high up and they say that show is completely 100% real.
- 41:35Speaker 6: And I don't get it because I feel like whoever
- 41:38Speaker 6: created the show and is the guy that, you know,
- 41:39Speaker 6: I love this guy that the foreigners, the Russians and
- 41:42Speaker 6: Iranians are going to, we got.
- 41:44Speaker 3: To kill this guy.
- 41:45Speaker 2: I kind of heard that this weekend too, from like
- 41:47Speaker 2: somebody who investigated her job was she was a CSI
- 41:51Speaker 2: murder investigator. in Silicon Valley. So all these billionaires, tech
- 41:55Speaker 2: billionaires get murdered. And she was saying that the Russians
- 41:58Speaker 2: taken out people because, you know, like they can just
- 42:02Speaker 2: land on American soil and take out people. Happens a lot.
- 42:05Speaker 4: I feel like now we're going to get taken out
- 42:07Speaker 4: because we're talking about this. It feels dangerous.
- 42:10Speaker 6: We're going to play a minute to win it. We
- 42:11Speaker 6: need a contestant at 877-937-1047. I did start watching Chad Powers.
- 42:16Speaker 5: So good.
- 42:17Speaker 2: Is it good?
- 42:17Speaker 3: Because I'm halfway through the first episode.
- 42:19Speaker 2: I'm like, am I getting into this?
- 42:20Speaker 4: I finished the whole thing. I loved it.
- 42:21Speaker 2: Oh, good.
- 42:22Speaker 5: There's so many moments where you just... like laugh out
- 42:25Speaker 5: loud like you can't help yourself.
- 42:27Speaker 6: By the way lioness is on paramount plus chad powers
- 42:29Speaker 6: is on hulu is there anything else that's anyone's watching
- 42:31Speaker 6: it's good.
- 42:32Speaker 2: Anyway oh that movie fuse did you see that on
- 42:34Speaker 2: a hbo max no it's just a movie it's a
- 42:37Speaker 2: like a bank heist movie from start to finish go
- 42:40Speaker 2: go go go go uh sam worthington's the only name
- 42:43Speaker 2: i recognize but then there's other people you see and
- 42:44Speaker 2: you're like oh yeah but it's like a it's like
- 42:46Speaker 2: a bank heist uh bomb movie And I think it's
- 42:50Speaker 2: a really good hour and a half watch. Just go.
- 42:53Speaker 2: Moves a thousand miles an hour.
- 42:54Speaker 3: I'm stressed because right now is one of those moments
- 42:56Speaker 3: in my life where there's lots of shows to watch.
- 42:57Speaker 2: There's a lot. I know.
- 42:58Speaker 4: There's a lot to keep track of.
- 43:00Speaker 3: It's like all these shows come out and then there's
- 43:02Speaker 3: nothing for like two months. And then all these shows
- 43:03Speaker 3: come out. Pilar, good morning. You got a comment on
- 43:06Speaker 3: Rich dropping his earbuds in his own urine.
- 43:08Speaker 2: Yes? Yes.
- 43:11Speaker 4: Hi.
- 43:11Speaker 2: Hi.
- 43:13Speaker 11: I suggested to put them into silica because we had
- 43:17Speaker 11: our daughter's phone.
- 43:19Speaker 12: drop in the pool, so one of the moms told
- 43:22Speaker 12: us to do that, so it worked out pretty good.
- 43:24Speaker 5: He put his new pee buds in there.
- 43:29Speaker 3: You're saying that.
- 43:30Speaker 4: Like those little packets that come in your, like, shoes
- 43:33Speaker 4: and dry packets.
- 43:34Speaker 5: Oh, that soaks up the moisture.
- 43:36Speaker 4: I was like, huh?
- 43:36Speaker 6: You're saying that so that they still work. I think
- 43:39Speaker 6: he's worried about putting them in their ears because it
- 43:40Speaker 6: was in his pee.
- 43:41Speaker 2: Well, that is gross, yes. That doesn't bother me.
- 43:45Speaker 3: It's his own pee, so he should be good.
- 43:46Speaker 5: Yeah. Just a little 409.
- 43:47Speaker 2: Those things are like a thousand bucks, right? Well, now,
- 43:52Speaker 2: mine are old. Mine are like 10 years old, but
- 43:54Speaker 2: I'm sure I paid around $ 700 for them back in
- 43:56Speaker 2: the day.
- 43:57Speaker 3: Oh, yeah.
- 43:59Speaker 2: Because I use them on stage, too.
- 44:00Speaker 13: My husband said to put them in the sun.
- 44:03Speaker 9: Put them in the sun.
- 44:05Speaker 3: Put them where the sun don't shine.
- 44:07Speaker 2: Thanks, Pilar. That'll be a fun report to fill out
- 44:09Speaker 2: because they have a lifetime warranty. If they don't work,
- 44:11Speaker 2: I'll be like, well, I dropped them in my own pee,
- 44:13Speaker 2: and now they don't work. Well, if they have a
- 44:15Speaker 2: lifetime warranty, then you could probably send them back. Yeah. Well,
- 44:17Speaker 2: I'm just curious to see if they work. Fortunately, of course,
- 44:20Speaker 2: I have a pair of backups. All right, we're going
- 44:22Speaker 2: to play a minute to win it.
- 44:23Speaker 3: Justin is our contestant.
- 44:24Speaker 2: What's up, Justin? How we doing?
- 44:27Speaker 3: All right, man.
- 44:28Speaker 6: You're going to be playing for $ 1, 000 of Pat Hickey's money.
- 44:30Speaker 3: What are you doing right now?
- 44:31Speaker 2: Where are you? What part of town are you in?
- 44:35Speaker 8: We're like Peoria area.
- 44:39Speaker 3: Just dropping my kids off.
- 44:40Speaker 2: All right. So can you hear us okay? Yeah. Okay.
- 44:45Speaker 3: Good luck.
- 44:46Speaker 4: Dante and Rich have $ 1, 000 cash for you from Peoria
- 44:50Speaker 4: Ford right now.
- 44:51Speaker 3: Minute to win it.
- 44:53Speaker 2: Okay, Justin, 60 seconds on the clock. You got this.
- 44:55Speaker 2: Lock it in. Get all 10 right and you win $ 1, 000.
- 44:59Speaker 2: Here we go. Which rapper created the alter ego Slim Shady?
- 45:05Speaker 3: Marshall Mathers.
- 45:07Speaker 2: Okay, what's the rapper's name?
- 45:08Speaker 17: Eminem.
- 45:10Speaker 2: In chess, what term means the opposing king is trapped
- 45:13Speaker 2: with no legal escape? Checkmate. What soccer star holds the
- 45:18Speaker 2: men's record for most international goals?
- 45:27Speaker 1: Oh, my gosh.
- 45:29Speaker 8: Ronaldo.
- 45:30Speaker 2: Ronaldo. Who wrote The Lord of the Rings?
- 45:38Speaker 13: I don't know.
- 45:48Speaker 10: J.J.? J.J.
- 45:50Speaker 7: J.R.R.
- 45:51Speaker 8: Tolkien?
- 45:52Speaker 2: Tolkien, I will take that, yes. What five-letter word game
- 45:55Speaker 2: gives players six tries to guess the daily word?
- 46:00Speaker 14: Oh, my God.
- 46:03Speaker 13: Oh, Lord.
- 46:06Speaker 2: Looking for Wordle.
- 46:07Speaker 12: Wordle.
- 46:08Speaker 2: Did you guys think of Tolkien, or did you have
- 46:13Speaker 2: to look that up? Yeah, that cost you a little bit.
- 46:18Speaker 2: She was doing pretty good there. I was out there.
- 46:22Speaker 2: I was trying to think of the director of the
- 46:23Speaker 2: movie and I was wrong. Well, thanks for playing, Justin.
- 46:30Speaker 10: I appreciate you guys.
- 46:32Speaker 2: I'm wondering if I'm being... I feel like when we
- 46:35Speaker 2: play this game, the rules have to be very strict, right?
- 46:38Speaker 2: Because it's $ 1, 000. So if Justin is a contestant, But
- 46:41Speaker 2: the person in the background said Tolkien, and you gave
- 46:44Speaker 2: him a buzz.
- 46:44Speaker 6: You gave him a ding. Like, I think that shouldn't... Oh,
- 46:46Speaker 6: until he says Tolkien. Until he says it, he has
- 46:48Speaker 6: to say it. Because he's the contestant. That's how I
- 46:51Speaker 6: look at it. This is a thousand bucks, man. We're
- 46:53Speaker 6: not screwing around. Speaking of prizes, we got tickets to Disneyland, like,
- 46:56Speaker 6: in 20 minutes. And we're going to do this every day. So, like,
- 46:59Speaker 6: hopefully yesterday was Labor Day. You were able to listen
- 47:02Speaker 6: because we gave out magic words all day. You only
- 47:04Speaker 6: got to know three of them. And we're going to
- 47:06Speaker 6: ask you for three of them at the top of
- 47:07Speaker 6: the hour this morning. And we'll do it every single day.
- 47:08Speaker 6: So then today, again... We will start more magic words
- 47:12Speaker 6: and we'll give away more tickets tomorrow. It's freaking amazing.
- 47:15Speaker 6: I love when you do this Disney giveaway.
- 47:17Speaker 2: Love it.
- 47:18Speaker 3: So 4th of July weekend, I was in San Diego
- 47:22Speaker 3: and I think I told you guys that I fell
- 47:23Speaker 3: in the ocean and lost my phone.
- 47:26Speaker 2: Get this.
- 47:27Speaker 3: Two days ago, I'm in San Diego. I decided to
- 47:29Speaker 3: jump into the ocean. Lost my whoop.
- 47:32Speaker 8: Oh, no.
- 47:33Speaker 4: The sea just wants all of your things.
- 47:36Speaker 3: My whoop falls off.
- 47:37Speaker 6: You know what's funny is I post a little video
- 47:39Speaker 6: on my Instagram, on my stories, and I got all
- 47:41Speaker 6: these DMs. And I thought the people that listen or
- 47:43Speaker 6: follow me on Instagram are so funny because everyone comments like.
- 47:46Speaker 3: Whoop, there it goes.
- 47:48Speaker 6: There's all these whoop, whoop, all these whoop jokes. But
- 47:51Speaker 6: so then I go, I call the whoop. I go
- 47:53Speaker 6: on the whoop app and I'm talking to somebody on
- 47:56Speaker 6: the whoop app. And I'm pretty sure it's A.I., And
- 47:58Speaker 6: I'm like, hey, it fell in the ocean, man. Like,
- 48:01Speaker 6: what can you do? And they're like, sorry, it's not
- 48:02Speaker 6: under warranty for ocean stuff. And it should be because
- 48:04Speaker 6: the pan failed. Is it water resistant? It should be
- 48:08Speaker 6: water resistant. But I'm saying it's water gone. The sea
- 48:12Speaker 6: swallowed it. And I'm talking to this person over and
- 48:14Speaker 6: over for a while. And then I'm realizing, is it AI?
- 48:17Speaker 2: Is it not AI? And then they email me.
- 48:19Speaker 3: And she tells me her name is Irish. Does that
- 48:22Speaker 3: sound like an AI name?
- 48:23Speaker 2: It doesn't sound like an AI name.
- 48:25Speaker 3: I don't know how to break them to tell if
- 48:26Speaker 3: they're AI or not, you know, but going back and
- 48:28Speaker 3: forth with emails, I'm like, okay, so can I get
- 48:31Speaker 3: a discount? Cause I've been such a loyal fan.
- 48:33Speaker 6: And then the way they respond is either it's so
- 48:36Speaker 6: professional that I think it's not real.
- 48:38Speaker 2: Like what, what, when you say, can I get a discount?
- 48:40Speaker 2: What does it say back?
- 48:41Speaker 3: We don't offer discounts, but we can give you 15%
- 48:44Speaker 3: off the store. If you buy something, it was just weird.
- 48:46Speaker 3: It was just so tech speak. So in the can, man,
- 48:48Speaker 3: by the way, we were talking about TV shows. did
- 48:52Speaker 3: you see this? This is a bummer that streaming prices
- 48:56Speaker 3: are going up now again.
- 48:58Speaker 4: It's like there's two.
- 48:59Speaker 2: Stop.
- 48:59Speaker 8: Stop.
- 49:00Speaker 2: Now we're going to have to start making choices.
- 49:02Speaker 4: Everyone went to streaming because it was just like a
- 49:04Speaker 4: cheaper option and now it's not because you have to
- 49:07Speaker 4: have all the different streaming ones. So now it's just
- 49:09Speaker 4: as expensive or even more than just cable.
- 49:11Speaker 3: Apple TV launched at $ 4. 99 a month back in 2019.
- 49:14Speaker 3: It has tripled since then. Disney launched the same year
- 49:17Speaker 3: at $ 6. 99 without ads. Now it's $ 11. 99 with ads. Netflix
- 49:20Speaker 3: premium is up 125% since 2013.
- 49:21Speaker 6: The cheapest out of all of them is Paramount +.
- 49:24Speaker 3: But they're up over 80% over the last five years.
- 49:33Speaker 3: So apparently it costs $ 151 a month to have all
- 49:38Speaker 3: eight major streaming services without ads or bundle commitments. Four
- 49:42Speaker 3: years ago, it was $ 90.
- 49:42Speaker 8: Lame.
- 49:43Speaker 3: I don't like that at all.
- 49:46Speaker 8: And what really is such a bummer too, it's like
- 49:48Speaker 8: you think that you're like getting a cheaper option if
- 49:51Speaker 8: you bundle them together.
- 49:52Speaker 5: But in reality, if you break it down, it's like
- 49:54Speaker 5: the same exact price.
- 49:55Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 49:57Speaker 4: They're not tricking us.
- 49:58Speaker 5: No, you're not pulling one over on me.
- 50:00Speaker 2: Do you know, maybe at some point they should make
- 50:03Speaker 2: it free but just have ads. I would be all
- 50:05Speaker 2: over that.
- 50:05Speaker 5: Yeah, bring that commercial.
- 50:07Speaker 2: Oh my God, here's a text.
- 50:09Speaker 4: I would watch commercials for that.
- 50:10Speaker 2: Might as well.
- 50:11Speaker 3: Let's talk about serial killers on a game show. Peyton
- 50:14Speaker 3: was on a game show. She's going to kill us all.
- 50:15Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 50:16Speaker 4: Watch out.
- 50:17Speaker 8: No, I was thinking though, it does kind of make
- 50:19Speaker 8: you think like, I wonder if someone will pop up
- 50:22Speaker 8: in 20 years and there'll be a document.
- 50:23Speaker 5: It won't be me, but it might be someone.
- 50:26Speaker 2: So they've got that great.
- 50:27Speaker 4: What if it's the people that you guys battled against?
- 50:29Speaker 5: And they come from our family because we won? That
- 50:31Speaker 5: would be tea.
- 50:32Speaker 2: They must have a personality type, like a sociopath personality
- 50:35Speaker 2: type that just fits game shows. They want fame. Well, yeah,
- 50:38Speaker 2: they're like, they can get away with anything because they
- 50:41Speaker 2: can go on a game show. Everybody thinks they're a
- 50:42Speaker 2: great contestant.
- 50:42Speaker 8: Right.
- 50:43Speaker 2: I never saw Little Mermaid, but.
- 50:45Speaker 8: What?
- 50:45Speaker 2: I've never seen Little Mermaid. You've got to watch it.
- 50:47Speaker 14: It's so good.
- 50:47Speaker 3: But it says here, Ariel is living for you getting
- 50:50Speaker 3: in the ocean.
- 50:51Speaker 17: Yes.
- 50:52Speaker 2: Does she steal things from behind?
- 50:53Speaker 8: Oh, yeah.
- 50:53Speaker 4: But she just loves human things.
- 50:55Speaker 5: She's got all the thinking mobs.
- 50:56Speaker 4: Dinglehopper.
- 50:57Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 51:01Speaker 9: Check in with.
- 51:02Speaker 2: John Jay and Rich.
- 51:05Speaker 8: And hit the top back mic.
- 51:06Speaker 3: Dara, good morning. You're on the air.
- 51:08Speaker 2: How are you?
- 51:09Speaker 8: I'm here.
- 51:11Speaker 11: Hi, this is Dara.
- 51:13Speaker 13: I was wondering if you could throw a prayer for
- 51:15Speaker 13: my daughter.
- 51:16Speaker 17: Um, backstory is that you threw a similar prayer a
- 51:20Speaker 17: year ago.
- 51:21Speaker 9: And her wish came true.
- 51:23Speaker 11: So I'm hoping the same thing can happen again.
- 51:25Speaker 3: Okay. You got it. Here we go. Throwing a prayer out.
- 51:29Speaker 16: Okay.
- 51:30Speaker 3: Good luck. Let us know.
- 51:31Speaker 2: Thank you so much.
- 51:33Speaker 14: I will.
- 51:33Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 51:34Speaker 3: Probably the background on that. I thought about it the
- 51:36Speaker 3: other day. I went about 10 years ago. I was
- 51:39Speaker 3: going to church and I remember, uh, the preacher, Terry Crist,
- 51:43Speaker 3: the guy's amazing. He was talking about praying for other people.
- 51:46Speaker 3: And I was like, man, that's wild. And I thought
- 51:48Speaker 3: I prayed for some people and like good things happen.
- 51:50Speaker 3: So I remember I was at a red light and
- 51:52Speaker 3: I saw a homeless guy and I took my hand
- 51:53Speaker 3: and I went like, I was throwing, you know, like
- 51:56Speaker 3: a flicking water on somebody. And I was throwing a
- 51:58Speaker 3: prayer and I was like, I started throwing prayers for people.
- 52:00Speaker 3: And then things started.
- 52:01Speaker 2: Happening, Peyton.
- 52:03Speaker 4: Okay.
- 52:03Speaker 3: The power of prayer and praying for other people. So
- 52:06Speaker 3: now people called in the show and asked me to
- 52:07Speaker 3: pray for them. Now it is hot outside.
- 52:10Speaker 2: Is it not? It's very hot.
- 52:17Speaker 3: San Diego over.
- 52:18Speaker 2: The weekend, 72. That's not very hot. That's kind of nice.
- 52:20Speaker 3: Here, it's really hot.
- 52:24Speaker 12: Hot, hot, hot.
- 52:25Speaker 2: Kind of humid, too.
- 52:25Speaker 3: So we want to know, what is the heat destroyed
- 52:28Speaker 3: of yours? I think everybody here has got a story.
- 52:30Speaker 3: We want to hear 877-937-1047. Kelly, how hot is it?
- 52:32Speaker 3: What happened? What got destroyed?
- 52:38Speaker 17: Besides my soul, I had two things. I went in
- 52:44Speaker 17: for a mammogram and an unopened can of Diet Coke
- 52:47Speaker 17: exploded all over my dashboard and the roof of my Prius. Yeah,
- 52:52Speaker 17: the bummer, light gray turned dark brown. And then the
- 52:55Speaker 17: other thing was I had a pair of Nike tennis
- 52:58Speaker 17: shoes in the back of my car for a couple
- 52:59Speaker 17: of days and I went to go get them and
- 53:02Speaker 17: the whole soul came off.
- 53:04Speaker 4: The heat does not like shoes. We left my son's
- 53:08Speaker 4: Crocs outside and they literally shrunk like three sizes.
- 53:11Speaker 2: Oh, really? I get where it would melt the glue
- 53:14Speaker 2: on a shoe, but the shrink at three sizes is nuts.
- 53:16Speaker 8: I've had a water bottle completely shrivel up. Like a
- 53:20Speaker 8: size you have, John J. You carry around those big gallons,
- 53:22Speaker 8: just shriveled right up.
- 53:23Speaker 3: Well, you take a little Cialis and put it in.
- 53:28Speaker 8: There.
- 53:29Speaker 15: Yeah, I know.
- 53:30Speaker 17: So anyway, lesson learned. Every time I have anything that's
- 53:33Speaker 17: enclosed in some sort of a can.
- 53:35Speaker 4: I take it out.
- 53:36Speaker 2: And don't leave your, uh, your plastic sunglasses on the dashboard. Bad, bad, bad.
- 53:40Speaker 2: Thanks Kelly.
- 53:41Speaker 17: Yeah, it's my pleasure.
- 53:45Speaker 2: Bye.
- 53:46Speaker 6: Uh, I had this nose spray, you know, I carry
- 53:48Speaker 6: with me all the time and I feel the opposite. Like,
- 53:51Speaker 6: it gets really hot and burny, and the nose spray
- 53:53Speaker 6: I keep it in my glove box, and I put
- 53:54Speaker 6: it up my nose, and it just cleans everything out
- 53:56Speaker 6: for like a month.
- 53:57Speaker 2: God, man.
- 53:58Speaker 4: It doesn't sound safe.
- 53:59Speaker 3: I think the molecules in that thing change in the heat.
- 54:02Speaker 2: It seems like it's burning. What does the sun make
- 54:04Speaker 2: more powerful?
- 54:07Speaker 3: Jason, what happened to you? What got destroyed in the heat?
- 54:11Speaker 13: Oh, well, I had a... It's a can of pepper
- 54:17Speaker 13: spray I had for work, but it The name brand
- 54:21Speaker 13: was Capstan, so that's what the issue was. What the
- 54:24Speaker 13: hell are you talking about? That morning.
- 54:26Speaker 2: What are you saying? I didn't understand a word you said.
- 54:28Speaker 2: I didn't get it either, actually.
- 54:29Speaker 4: Something with a pepper spray.
- 54:31Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a pepper spray.
- 54:32Speaker 3: Okay, so you had a pepper spray in your car
- 54:33Speaker 3: and it exploded?
- 54:34Speaker 13: Yeah, because that morning I had gotten a fresh can
- 54:40Speaker 13: from work and I threw it in the cup holder
- 54:45Speaker 13: and I went the afternoon, I went out to lunch
- 54:48Speaker 13: and I parked on a one-way street. So I guess
- 54:52Speaker 13: while I was eating lunch, I heated it up and
- 54:54Speaker 13: then I was coming back out to get in my
- 54:58Speaker 13: car and there's, you know, traffic coming. So I hurry
- 55:01Speaker 13: up and I guess when I opened the door, I'm
- 55:03Speaker 13: thinking that, you know, the pressure or something and it exploded.
- 55:07Speaker 13: So I jumped in because there was vehicles coming. So
- 55:11Speaker 13: I jumped in and then I got hit with the
- 55:12Speaker 13: whole with the whole effect of the pepper spray inside
- 55:16Speaker 13: my car.
- 55:16Speaker 3: So you're like in a hurry, and you don't know
- 55:18Speaker 3: that the pepper, did it burn your eyes and stuff?
- 55:21Speaker 13: Yeah, it got all over me, all over my skin,
- 55:23Speaker 13: my clothes. I mean, that's like law enforcement grade.
- 55:27Speaker 5: Oh, man.
- 55:28Speaker 3: You know, you talk like a pilot.
- 55:30Speaker 2: You're like, yeah, and I parked on a one-way street.
- 55:33Speaker 2: The pepper spray exploded. We're going to be landing here shortly.
- 55:37Speaker 2: All right.
- 55:38Speaker 3: Thanks, Jason.
- 55:39Speaker 2: Thanks. I'm glad he's okay.
- 55:41Speaker 3: Christy. What did the heat destroy of yours?
- 55:45Speaker 6: As far as I know, Christy, next week, the weather's
- 55:48Speaker 6: going to be in the 90s, and I don't know
- 55:49Speaker 6: if this is the beginning of it getting back down,
- 55:51Speaker 6: but we only have so many days to get into
- 55:53Speaker 6: the casino.
- 55:54Speaker 2: We should have done this earlier.
- 55:55Speaker 4: No, we're assessing the damage of the season.
- 55:57Speaker 3: Now's the time.
- 55:58Speaker 2: To do it.
- 55:58Speaker 3: So what did the heat destroy of yours, Christy?
- 56:01Speaker 12: The heat melted my blink doorbell camera, you know, the
- 56:06Speaker 12: doorbell camera things. My house faces west. And it gets
- 56:13Speaker 12: a beat down from the sun. And I came home
- 56:15Speaker 12: one day and the poor thing was laying on the
- 56:17Speaker 12: front deck. And I attached it, screwed it back on,
- 56:21Speaker 12: and then it melted the batteries that were inside.
- 56:25Speaker 14: Oh, my gosh.
- 56:25Speaker 2: That could have been bad. Yeah. We really do live
- 56:27Speaker 2: on the surface of the sun, don't we?
- 56:29Speaker 4: That's insane.
- 56:31Speaker 5: I wouldn't want to be anywhere else, though.
- 56:32Speaker 2: Yeah, me either.
- 56:34Speaker 3: Well, thank you, Christy.
- 56:36Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 56:37Speaker 6: I had a pair of flip-flops or slides and they
- 56:41Speaker 6: were outside, but the shade was on one of them.
- 56:44Speaker 6: And then the other one like faded really, it's a
- 56:48Speaker 6: totally different color now and it shrank a little bit, but.
- 56:50Speaker 2: I still wear them.
- 56:51Speaker 6: But it's like, it looks, it looks like I'm wearing
- 56:53Speaker 6: different shoes. So it's supposed to be 106 today, 104 tomorrow, 105, 101,
- 56:56Speaker 6: then 97, 96, 92, 96, 98, 99.
- 56:56Speaker 2: That's all.
- 56:57Speaker 3: That's what I got till next Thursday.
- 56:58Speaker 8: Okay.
- 57:04Speaker 6: Which I find interesting. It excites me that it's down
- 57:07Speaker 6: in the 90s. I feel like, okay, we made it.
- 57:10Speaker 3: You know what I mean?
- 57:11Speaker 2: Usually by October around here, it's not brutal. It's still hot,
- 57:15Speaker 2: but not brutal. Hold on a second. Hello?
- 57:17Speaker 3: Good morning, John, Jane, Rich.
- 57:18Speaker 2: Who's this?
- 57:18Speaker 14: Alexa, talk to the session.
- 57:23Speaker 2: She said Alexa to call KSFM.
- 57:25Speaker 3: Oh, you already did.
- 57:28Speaker 8: Done.
- 57:29Speaker 2: Boy, your Alexa's working ahead of you. That's hot. Your
- 57:33Speaker 2: Alexa's become sentient. Everybody called us.
- 57:35Speaker 3: Every line's ringing. It's got to be for the Disney tickets,
- 57:37Speaker 3: as I wanted them to say.
- 57:38Speaker 2: Let me see. Let's see. Hello. Good morning, John Jane Rich. Hello.
- 57:46Speaker 14: Hello.
- 57:46Speaker 2: Yes.
- 57:47Speaker 7: Are you calling for the Disneyland yet?
- 57:49Speaker 2: I'm glad you called. We are going to do that
- 57:51Speaker 2: in just a little bit. You've got to keep listening. Okay,
- 57:54Speaker 2: I will.
- 57:55Speaker 3: All right, good luck.
- 57:55Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 57:56Speaker 2: Good luck. You got it.
- 57:56Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 57:57Speaker 6: Yeah, so we got your shot at Disneyland tickets just
- 57:59Speaker 6: minutes away. You got to make sure you have three
- 58:01Speaker 6: of those keywords ready to go. First, Ariana Grande.
- 58:04Speaker 4: All right, it's time.
- 58:05Speaker 8: We're looking for caller 104 right now.
- 58:11Speaker 2: 877-937-1047.
- 58:11Speaker 6: Caller 104 will get tickets to Disneyland. Where is my
- 58:26Speaker 6: Disney information? And we're going to do it every single day.
- 58:29Speaker 6: So we give out the magic words every hour. About
- 58:33Speaker 6: five minutes after the hour, we're going to give you
- 58:34Speaker 6: a Disney magic word.
- 58:36Speaker 2: You've got to save it.
- 58:36Speaker 6: Collect as many magic words as you can. And the
- 58:39Speaker 6: next day at 8 a.m., we will take caller 104.
- 58:43Speaker 6: And if you give us three magic words from the
- 58:46Speaker 6: day before, you win Disney tickets. Four two-day, one part-per-day passes.
- 58:50Speaker 6: And you qualify for the grand prize, Disney Vacation, which
- 58:53Speaker 6: is four three-day, one-park-per-day passes and hotel at the Disneyland Resort.
- 58:57Speaker 2: So we started yesterday.
- 58:59Speaker 6: Now, I happen to see on social media that our
- 59:01Speaker 6: executive producer, Nick Johnstone, was at Disneyland with his kids.
- 59:06Speaker 3: How was it, Nick?
- 59:07Speaker 9: You guys, it was magic.
- 59:10Speaker 14: We went for two days and uh i've been to
- 59:13Speaker 14: disneyland a handful of times and it might have been
- 59:15Speaker 14: my favorite trip ever oh yay yeah we went to
- 59:19Speaker 14: california adventure the first day got to ride all like
- 59:21Speaker 14: the adventure full rides and then uh My kids are
- 59:25Speaker 14: six and four, and so Disneyland was, I mean, it
- 59:29Speaker 14: was incredible.
- 59:30Speaker 9: We just had the best time.
- 59:31Speaker 3: So you are a millennial. Am I right, Nick?
- 59:33Speaker 14: Si.
- 59:34Speaker 2: Okay.
- 59:35Speaker 6: BuzzFeed put together the things that millennials are doing that
- 59:38Speaker 6: annoy Gen Z.
- 59:40Speaker 8: Literally everything Nick does annoys me, so I'm really interested
- 59:43Speaker 8: to hear that.
- 59:44Speaker 2: Well, guess what?
- 59:44Speaker 3: Disney adults are on this list.
- 59:47Speaker 9: Okay, that's fair.
- 59:48Speaker 5: Nick is a Disney adult.
- 59:49Speaker 2: For sure. I've never seen him wear like a normal shirt.
- 59:52Speaker 2: It's always got some kind of Disney thing on it.
- 59:54Speaker 8: I'm pretty sure Nick and his wife got engaged at Disneyland.
- 59:56Speaker 8: That is like ultimate Disney.
- 59:58Speaker 2: Oh, for sure. Did you get engaged at Disneyland?
- 59:59Speaker 3: Yeah, we did.
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:00:01Speaker 14: And it blew the kids' minds. We were like, we
- 1:00:03Speaker 14: need to take a picture right here, right in front
- 1:00:04Speaker 14: of the castle. This is where mommy and daddy got engaged.
- 1:00:06Speaker 14: And they were like, when? We're like, well, before we
- 1:00:10Speaker 14: were married, before you guys. And they were like, no,
- 1:00:13Speaker 14: you didn't. We're like, we had lives before you both.
- 1:00:15Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:00:17Speaker 3: What color are we at right now?
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: Let's see.
- 1:00:21Speaker 9: It's Collar 76. Oh, really?
- 1:00:23Speaker 6: Hooking right along. Collar 104. So BuzzFeed put together the
- 1:00:28Speaker 6: things that millennials are doing that annoy Gen Z. Okay,
- 1:00:31Speaker 6: so hustle culture is one. Gen Z agrees that working
- 1:00:34Speaker 6: 100 hours a week is not a flex anymore. They
- 1:00:36Speaker 6: think self-care is a lot better than burnout.
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: 90s nostalgia. Millennials love telling everyone how great their childhood was.
- 1:00:44Speaker 3: Oops.
- 1:00:45Speaker 6: These are things that annoy Gen Z. Making Harry Potter references.
- 1:00:50Speaker 6: Calling someone a Slytherin is not the insult you think
- 1:00:52Speaker 6: it is. Saying the phrase, we did a thing.
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: We did a thing.
- 1:00:58Speaker 3: You know, my wife, she says this.
- 1:01:00Speaker 6: I told her, I finally brought this up after she's
- 1:01:01Speaker 6: been doing it for a long time. She always says,
- 1:01:04Speaker 6: all the things. We went to Disneyland, all the things.
- 1:01:07Speaker 6: Did all the things.
- 1:01:09Speaker 3: And I told her now, I go, I'm going to
- 1:01:10Speaker 3: bring it up every time you do it. Because she goes, no,
- 1:01:12Speaker 3: I don't. So yesterday she's telling the story. She goes,
- 1:01:13Speaker 3: you know, and then we went there and did all
- 1:01:14Speaker 3: the things. I go, all the things? She goes, that's
- 1:01:18Speaker 3: one of the things. Taking pictures of your avocado toast
- 1:01:21Speaker 3: is something that.
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: Annoys Gen Z. I think that annoys everybody now.
- 1:01:25Speaker 6: And finally, being too comfortable in relationships. Millennials love telling
- 1:01:29Speaker 6: you that they fart in front of their girlfriend or
- 1:01:30Speaker 6: their boyfriend.
- 1:01:34Speaker 8: Anyway.
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:01:34Speaker 3: So where are we at right now?
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: What?
- 1:01:36Speaker 3: I didn't hear her say anything.
- 1:01:37Speaker 5: Your caller 100.
- 1:01:38Speaker 4: Ooh, here we go.
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: Your caller 101.
- 1:01:39Speaker 5: Your caller 102.
- 1:01:40Speaker 4: Your caller 103. Caller 104 is on line one.
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: Okay. Caller 104 is on line one. Okay.
- 1:01:52Speaker 3: They got to get... I have all of the magic
- 1:01:55Speaker 3: words in front of me.
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: I know.
- 1:01:57Speaker 4: I hope they have three of them.
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: Okay. Here we go. Let's see. Hello.
- 1:02:00Speaker 3: Good morning, John Jane Rich.
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: Who's this?
- 1:02:03Speaker 7: Hello. This is Lisa.
- 1:02:05Speaker 3: Lisa, you are caller 104.
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: No way.
- 1:02:09Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:02:11Speaker 5: Oh, my God.
- 1:02:13Speaker 7: That is so exciting.
- 1:02:14Speaker 3: That's part one. That's part one, Lisa. What are you doing?
- 1:02:17Speaker 3: Where are you right now? What are you doing?
- 1:02:19Speaker 17: I'm at home.
- 1:02:20Speaker 10: I was watering my trees.
- 1:02:24Speaker 2: Watering your tees? Trees.
- 1:02:25Speaker 14: Oh. Trees.
- 1:02:26Speaker 5: My tees.
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: You got to take care of your alphabet, too. They
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: need water.
- 1:02:33Speaker 3: Sorry. If you give us three of the 10 magic words,
- 1:02:37Speaker 3: you get to Z-Line tickets. Okay.
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: I'm ready.
- 1:02:42Speaker 8: California.
- 1:02:43Speaker 7: Halloween.
- 1:02:45Speaker 8: Did you hear that one? And adventure.
- 1:02:51Speaker 3: You got it, Lisa.
- 1:02:57Speaker 4: Oh, my God. Thank you so much.
- 1:03:01Speaker 3: That's so awesome. Well, congratulations. So you got tickets. And
- 1:03:04Speaker 3: you're throwing in the hopper for the grand prize, too.
- 1:03:06Speaker 6: The grand prize is four three-day, one-park-per-day passes hotel at
- 1:03:11Speaker 6: the Disneyland Resort.
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: So congratulations, Lisa.
- 1:03:15Speaker 8: Thank you.
- 1:03:16Speaker 3: Thanks for listening.
- 1:03:17Speaker 4: I'm so excited.
- 1:03:18Speaker 3: Hold on the line.
- 1:03:19Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 1:03:19Speaker 3: All that information.
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: Hold on.
- 1:03:21Speaker 6: That's so great. So you got to collect as many
- 1:03:23Speaker 6: magic words as you can throughout the day. So we
- 1:03:25Speaker 6: start this morning probably at 10, right?
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: 10.20. 10.05. 10.05.
- 1:03:30Speaker 4: 10.05.
- 1:03:31Speaker 6: We're going to start giving you magic words. Write them down.
- 1:03:33Speaker 6: Then tomorrow at this time, we will ask you for
- 1:03:36Speaker 6: those magic words. Very simple.
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: All right. That's awesome. The magic words.
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: You can throw this list away.
- 1:03:44Speaker 2: They're still magic words, though.
- 1:03:48Speaker 3: You ever get halfway to the airport and remember you
- 1:03:50Speaker 3: left something behind in your hotel room?
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: Yes. Oh, yeah. Usually a charger. Oh, my God. That's
- 1:03:55Speaker 2: funny you say that.
- 1:03:56Speaker 3: According to hotel staff, these are the items that guests
- 1:03:59Speaker 3: forget the most when checking out. Number one, phone chargers.
- 1:04:04Speaker 6: They're often plugged in behind nightstands or desks.
- 1:04:08Speaker 3: Yup.
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: At least three of those have met their doom in
- 1:04:11Speaker 2: a hotel room.
- 1:04:12Speaker 4: And you're like, ugh, but it's not worth it to
- 1:04:14Speaker 4: go back for that.
- 1:04:15Speaker 3: Clothes and swimsuits.
- 1:04:17Speaker 6: A lot of times people will forget clothes they left
- 1:04:19Speaker 6: in drawers or bathing suits they left hanging out to
- 1:04:21Speaker 6: dry in the bathroom. toothbrushes, skin care products are always
- 1:04:26Speaker 6: left behind. Sex toys.
- 1:04:30Speaker 5: Oh, gross.
- 1:04:32Speaker 4: So bad for them finding them.
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: Yeah, because you're not going to call the hotel Boston Found.
- 1:04:36Speaker 5: But really annoying if you did accidentally forget it. Like,
- 1:04:38Speaker 5: I could see how that could be an inconvenience.
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: I lost my Nibbis 2000. Korean Potter reference, by the way. Millennial.
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: Put your microphone away.
- 1:04:47Speaker 3: I know, I know, I know.
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: We were talking about the U.S. Open.
- 1:04:52Speaker 6: Earlier, the tennis tournament in New York, and there were
- 1:04:54Speaker 6: these two women in pink tennis outfits going through the
- 1:04:58Speaker 6: audience and handing out pink tennis balls. And the crowd
- 1:05:02Speaker 6: was going crazy for it. And then someone grabbed a look,
- 1:05:04Speaker 6: and they were sex toys.
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: Uh-oh. In the shape of tennis balls.
- 1:05:08Speaker 8: Oh.
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: Yeah, that vibrate.
- 1:05:09Speaker 4: Oh, I think I did see that.
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: That's pretty wild. Why? I'm getting crazy over there.
- 1:05:15Speaker 3: These are things people leave behind in hotel rooms. Jewelry, wallets, cash,
- 1:05:19Speaker 3: and passports.
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: That's bad. Forgetting your ID is pretty hard to travel. Dentures.
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: How do you forget that?
- 1:05:27Speaker 3: Sometimes people do dentures on bathroom counters.
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: How are you not looking in the mirror and seeing
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: that you don't have any teeth there?
- 1:05:31Speaker 4: Wouldn't you feel it?
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: You would think. Or the first bite into your little snack,
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: you'd be like, hey, wait a minute. I'm missing my teeth.
- 1:05:38Speaker 6: Chance the Rapper tickets are on the line in about
- 1:05:40Speaker 6: 20 minutes. First, Kyle and Peyton are going to break
- 1:05:42Speaker 6: down everything in entertainment from Andrew Garfield to Jelly Roll
- 1:05:46Speaker 6: to Jay-Z.
- 1:05:46Speaker 3: We're going to cover it all next. It's John Jay
- 1:05:48Speaker 3: and Rich.
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: This is John Jay and Rich.
- 1:05:55Speaker 3: Kyle and Peyton breaking down everything trending in entertainment.
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: What do you guys got?
- 1:05:59Speaker 4: It's pretty exciting, and you've probably seen them doing a
- 1:06:01Speaker 4: lot of promotion for it because this Thursday, Sandra Bullock
- 1:06:03Speaker 4: and Nicole Kidman are finally back together in Practical Magic 2.
- 1:06:07Speaker 4: This time, the curse of everyone they fall in love
- 1:06:10Speaker 4: with dies is now coming for the next generation. So
- 1:06:12Speaker 4: Sally's Daughters, played by Joey King and Maisie Williams, they
- 1:06:15Speaker 4: get pulled into the family's whole witchy mess. Sally and Julie,
- 1:06:19Speaker 4: they have to team up with the aunts to try
- 1:06:20Speaker 4: to break this curse once and for all. It's got sisterhood, romance,
- 1:06:25Speaker 4: family secrets, and yes, the midnight margaritas are back as well.
- 1:06:28Speaker 4: So if you've been waiting almost 30 years for this,
- 1:06:30Speaker 4: I know there are many that who have been waiting.
- 1:06:33Speaker 4: Gather your friends and family, your coven, whatever you got,
- 1:06:35Speaker 4: because Practical Magic 2 is only in theaters this 30th.
- 1:06:39Speaker 4: It is rated PG-13, so maybe inappropriate for kids under 13.
- 1:06:42Speaker 4: The Emmys are next Monday, and The Pit... is basically
- 1:06:47Speaker 4: the show to beat. They've got a ridiculous 25 nominations.
- 1:06:51Speaker 4: Hacks is right behind them with 24. But I thought
- 1:06:54Speaker 4: this was very interesting. Taylor Swift already had her first
- 1:06:56Speaker 4: chance at an Emmy this weekend. They had, you know,
- 1:06:59Speaker 4: the heiress tour was up for a whole bunch of them.
- 1:07:01Speaker 4: And they had this huge ceremony. And she just decided
- 1:07:04Speaker 4: to opt out and go to dinner with Travis. They're
- 1:07:06Speaker 4: in their newlywed honeymoon era. And I think that that's
- 1:07:10Speaker 4: so amazing. I think Bad Bunny ended up winning one
- 1:07:13Speaker 4: of them that she was nominated for. Oh, for the
- 1:07:14Speaker 4: Halftime Show.
- 1:07:15Speaker 9: For the Halftime Show, yeah.
- 1:07:16Speaker 8: So the Creative Arts Emmys were over the weekend. And
- 1:07:18Speaker 8: there was some really big wins. Like Sabrina Carpenter, she
- 1:07:21Speaker 8: got her first Emmy as an executive producer of The
- 1:07:23Speaker 8: Muppet Show. Julie Andrews, she made history by beating herself
- 1:07:27Speaker 8: as the oldest women to women Emmys, voicing Lady Whistledown.
- 1:07:30Speaker 8: And then, yeah, Alan Cummings took one for The Traitors,
- 1:07:32Speaker 8: Mariska Hargitay for her documentary.
- 1:07:35Speaker 4: My Mom Jane.
- 1:07:35Speaker 8: So lots of good wins over the weekend. But I
- 1:07:38Speaker 8: know the pit and all those big ones are.
- 1:07:41Speaker 3: Coming up pretty soon.
- 1:07:42Speaker 4: That'll be Monday. Next Monday is when the Emmys are.
- 1:07:44Speaker 3: The JFK show won a bunch, too.
- 1:07:47Speaker 2: And I was obsessed with that show on Hulu.
- 1:07:48Speaker 3: Love story.
- 1:07:49Speaker 4: That was such a good show. That was a really
- 1:07:50Speaker 4: good show. So, yes, congratulations to the winners. um, Andrew Garfield,
- 1:07:54Speaker 4: he is in a little bit of, I guess, under
- 1:07:56Speaker 4: some fire, you could say. So he sparked some online criticism.
- 1:07:59Speaker 4: He was promoting his new movie. And then in the movie,
- 1:08:02Speaker 4: that's like these peasants revolt against the rich people. And
- 1:08:06Speaker 4: while he was promoting it, they asked him, Hey, in
- 1:08:09Speaker 4: the uprising, when people watch it, what do you want
- 1:08:12Speaker 4: them to like come away with? Or what do you
- 1:08:14Speaker 4: want them to feel after they see it?
- 1:08:16Speaker 5: I hope they come and see it, first thing. But secondly,
- 1:08:19Speaker 5: I hope it's galvanizing.
- 1:08:21Speaker 8: I hope there's some.
- 1:08:21Speaker 5: Awakening that people feel. That we all feel like our
- 1:08:24Speaker 5: own struggles are being reflected in the struggles of these
- 1:08:26Speaker 5: characters from a distant time and place.
- 1:08:28Speaker 8: And I hope that if any billionaires watch it, they're scared.
- 1:08:33Speaker 4: A lot of people were laughing and then people online
- 1:08:35Speaker 4: were like, you're like a multimillionaire too. Like, which is
- 1:08:39Speaker 4: a lot of money. Like you're one of the rich people.
- 1:08:41Speaker 4: And you're talking about the rich people being scared about
- 1:08:44Speaker 4: the peasants and the lower class coming and revolting. Is
- 1:08:47Speaker 4: that a little ironic? Maybe I'm not really sure, but
- 1:08:50Speaker 4: that's now the argument online. So now this modern day
- 1:08:54Speaker 4: celebrity wealth argument over it. uh it wasn't really bothering
- 1:08:59Speaker 4: Beyonce and Jay-Z who are billionaires Beyonce she celebrated her
- 1:09:02Speaker 4: 45th birthday over the weekend Jay-Z was in concert stopped
- 1:09:04Speaker 4: down had the whole crowd sing happy birthday and shouted
- 1:09:07Speaker 4: her out happy birthday Re-released her B-Day album. And then
- 1:09:15Speaker 4: a whole bunch of like Bay merch. One in particular
- 1:09:18Speaker 4: is I'm baffled by. It was like the B-Box or
- 1:09:22Speaker 4: something like that. And it's literally a crate that has
- 1:09:26Speaker 4: velvet inside of it. But it's empty. It's almost $ 1, 000. What?
- 1:09:29Speaker 4: It's like $ 984 for this B.
- 1:09:34Speaker 5: Great.
- 1:09:34Speaker 4: It's supposed to hold your vinyl. And I get it. Rich,
- 1:09:37Speaker 4: you collect vinyl. And so maybe you do need a
- 1:09:40Speaker 4: very fancy vinyl. place to hold said vinyl you.
- 1:09:43Speaker 2: Can find crates for free for almost a.
- 1:09:46Speaker 4: Thousand dollars i would like beyonce to come put the
- 1:09:48Speaker 4: vinyl into the crate.
- 1:09:49Speaker 3: Like her vinyl doesn't come with it her albums aren't
- 1:09:52Speaker 3: in it.
- 1:09:52Speaker 8: It's like a box that's like inspired empty yeah by
- 1:09:55Speaker 8: like the beekeepers you know how they put those bees
- 1:09:57Speaker 8: and the thing.
- 1:09:58Speaker 6: Looks just like that collector's edition and they would have.
- 1:10:01Speaker 2: Like a color front like that like a color vinyl
- 1:10:04Speaker 2: in there whatever for a thousand bucks no it's empty
- 1:10:07Speaker 2: that's silly Who knows?
- 1:10:08Speaker 5: We'll see.
- 1:10:09Speaker 8: Okay, over the weekend, Alex Earle's, her reality show called
- 1:10:13Speaker 8: Earle Meets World, it premiered over the long weekend. And
- 1:10:16Speaker 8: she kind of got into the beef with Alex Cooper.
- 1:10:21Speaker 2: I stayed quiet for so long because I am... scared
- 1:10:24Speaker 2: of Alex Cooper.
- 1:10:25Speaker 8: Yeah, she basically goes on to say how she is
- 1:10:28Speaker 8: scared of Alex Cooper, how she felt Alex Cooper absolutely
- 1:10:30Speaker 8: took advantage of her, that she idolized her, that she
- 1:10:33Speaker 8: looked up to her and she got into a really
- 1:10:35Speaker 8: bad business decision. And so at first I was like,
- 1:10:38Speaker 8: this is definitely like a PR stunt, but I got,
- 1:10:41Speaker 8: I watched Earl Meets World and I'm like, That beef
- 1:10:43Speaker 8: might be for real.
- 1:10:44Speaker 5: Like, seriously.
- 1:10:45Speaker 2: Was it a good documentary? I couldn't get into it.
- 1:10:46Speaker 5: Oh, it's a reality TV show. They're basically trying to
- 1:10:49Speaker 5: make the Earls the Kardashians is exactly what's happening.
- 1:10:52Speaker 2: I couldn't do it.
- 1:10:53Speaker 8: You see Alex Earle get very, I like her.
- 1:10:56Speaker 5: I'm a fan of her. So I really, I really
- 1:10:58Speaker 5: did enjoy it.
- 1:10:59Speaker 8: I do feel like you did see the parts of
- 1:11:01Speaker 8: Alex Earle that are similar to Kim Kardashian being very like.
- 1:11:06Speaker 5: Very intentional with her moves.
- 1:11:08Speaker 8: Like, she makes sure when she posts that she's thought
- 1:11:10Speaker 8: it through and she's thinking three steps ahead.
- 1:11:11Speaker 4: Well, I mean, it's working for her.
- 1:11:13Speaker 5: And it's working, right.
- 1:11:14Speaker 3: So, I find it interesting.
- 1:11:15Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, it's definitely working for her. Maybe I'll
- 1:11:17Speaker 4: give it another try.
- 1:11:18Speaker 3: Did you watch The Decoy Plane on Netflix?
- 1:11:20Speaker 4: No.
- 1:11:21Speaker 6: It's a 30-minute documentary of how they smuggled Trump out
- 1:11:24Speaker 6: of Air Force One.
- 1:11:24Speaker 2: There's a documentary on that already? It's fascinating. Really?
- 1:11:27Speaker 6: It's 28 minutes long. I highly recommend it. It is fascinating.
- 1:11:30Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:11:31Speaker 4: Good to know.
- 1:11:32Speaker 3: It's number three on Netflix right now.
- 1:11:33Speaker 5: This was just announced this morning. Ariana Grande.
- 1:11:36Speaker 8: She is giving us the live pedal album from her concert.
- 1:11:39Speaker 8: We get to hear it. It's going to be beautiful.
- 1:11:41Speaker 8: I'm so excited to tune into it later today.
- 1:11:43Speaker 4: It's kind of cool. If you didn't get to go,
- 1:11:45Speaker 4: you still get that live experience. Exactly.
- 1:11:47Speaker 5: You can use your imagination. Feel like you're right there
- 1:11:49Speaker 5: in the crowd.
- 1:11:50Speaker 4: Yeah, Everett was like, oh my gosh, did you see
- 1:11:53Speaker 4: she broke her hiatus. She said she was going and
- 1:11:55Speaker 4: living privately. But it's like because they released a new
- 1:11:57Speaker 4: trailer for the new Meet the Fockers movie.
- 1:11:59Speaker 5: She's in it.
- 1:12:00Speaker 4: I'm like, that's not really her breaking her hiatus, but okay.
- 1:12:04Speaker 4: Snoop Dogg, he has got probably the greatest job opening ever.
- 1:12:09Speaker 4: He wants to pay you for eating ice cream.
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: I'm hiring an international ice cream taster here at Dr. Bonaparte.
- 1:12:16Speaker 2: Ten grand a month. You can apply anywhere in the world.
- 1:12:20Speaker 2: Must have a passport.
- 1:12:23Speaker 4: Detail orientated. Detail orientated.
- 1:12:26Speaker 2: Oriented.
- 1:12:27Speaker 4: I would love.
- 1:12:29Speaker 8: That.
- 1:12:35Speaker 3: All right, we're going to play a game. We've got
- 1:12:36Speaker 3: a contestant. It's Abby. Good morning, Abby.
- 1:12:39Speaker 8: Good morning.
- 1:12:42Speaker 3: We're playing Noise Machine. Nick's the host. Nick, let's play.
- 1:12:45Speaker 14: Yeah, let's play, you guys. We started a big Disney
- 1:12:48Speaker 14: promotion this week. I just got back from Disneyland. I'm
- 1:12:50Speaker 14: in a Disney mood, so we're playing Disney characters. If
- 1:12:53Speaker 14: you can guess who the Disney character is, you are
- 1:12:56Speaker 14: going to get a point.
- 1:12:57Speaker 2: All right?
- 1:12:58Speaker 9: Easy enough?
- 1:12:58Speaker 2: Yeah, let's go.
- 1:12:59Speaker 9: All right, let's start with John Jay.
- 1:13:01Speaker 2: You could not live with your own failure. Where did
- 1:13:06Speaker 2: that bring you? Back to me.
- 1:13:08Speaker 3: I think that's Thanos.
- 1:13:10Speaker 14: We were looking for, of course. Thanos is correct. Good job,
- 1:13:13Speaker 14: John Jay. One point already on the board.
- 1:13:16Speaker 8: Richard.
- 1:13:23Speaker 2: That is Donald Duck.
- 1:13:24Speaker 14: Donald Duck, as he appeared on Hot Ones. Good job.
- 1:13:27Speaker 14: One point for John Jay. One point for Rich.
- 1:13:30Speaker 4: Peyton.
- 1:13:31Speaker 2: No wonder the Avengers didn't take you. Or the X-Men.
- 1:13:33Speaker 2: They'll take f * * * ing anyone.
- 1:13:35Speaker 5: Hmm, that's Deadpool.
- 1:13:36Speaker 2: Deadpool?
- 1:13:37Speaker 9: It is from Deadpool and?
- 1:13:39Speaker 4: Wolverine, that's Wolverine.
- 1:13:40Speaker 9: Wolverine, we were looking for Wolverine. Okay, nice try, Peyton.
- 1:13:43Speaker 14: Good job at least getting the same universe.
- 1:13:47Speaker 2: Kyle! I hope that you appreciate what I go through
- 1:13:51Speaker 2: for you.
- 1:13:51Speaker 3: Young lady.
- 1:13:54Speaker 4: Oh, that's Sebastian.
- 1:13:55Speaker 9: Yeah, we were looking for Sebastian. Way to go. All right,
- 1:13:59Speaker 9: so after, let's hear Abby's turn. Let's go. To infinity
- 1:14:05Speaker 9: and beyond!
- 1:14:09Speaker 15: That's Buzz Lightyear.
- 1:14:10Speaker 14: That's exactly what we were looking for. Okay, so thus far,
- 1:14:13Speaker 14: everybody on the board. But Peyton, however she can redeem
- 1:14:17Speaker 14: herself in round two, will kick things off with John Jay.
- 1:14:29Speaker 6: That could be one of two things. It could be
- 1:14:31Speaker 6: me asleep with my CPAP or Darth Vader.
- 1:14:35Speaker 9: We were looking for it.
- 1:14:36Speaker 14: Weirdly, it was John Jay wearing CPAP. That is Darth Vader.
- 1:14:41Speaker 3: Sorry.
- 1:14:42Speaker 2: Good job.
- 1:14:43Speaker 9: John Jay walking away with his game.
- 1:14:44Speaker 3: Two points already.
- 1:14:46Speaker 8: Rich.
- 1:14:47Speaker 7: Hey, buddy.
- 1:14:47Speaker 5: Trim steel cars is bad.
- 1:14:50Speaker 2: Ah, that is Tom Holland is Spider-Man.
- 1:14:53Speaker 9: Spider-Man is exactly what we're looking for.
- 1:14:55Speaker 3: Way to go, Rich.
- 1:14:57Speaker 5: Peyton.
- 1:14:58Speaker 2: We are all connected in the creative circle of life.
- 1:15:02Speaker 5: That's Mufasa.
- 1:15:03Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:15:05Speaker 4: James Earl Jones.
- 1:15:06Speaker 9: Yeah, good job. Two James Earl Jones in this round. Kyle,
- 1:15:10Speaker 9: what do you think about that one?
- 1:15:10Speaker 12: What?
- 1:15:11Speaker 9: I don't know what to think about that. What do
- 1:15:12Speaker 9: you think about it, huh? Okay, well, it's your turn. Ka-chow.
- 1:15:17Speaker 2: What?
- 1:15:19Speaker 4: Lightning McQueen.
- 1:15:19Speaker 9: Lightning McQueen is exactly what we're looking for. Good job.
- 1:15:23Speaker 14: And we'll round out round two with Abby. If she
- 1:15:25Speaker 14: can get this, she's going to win this. some Chance
- 1:15:28Speaker 14: the Rapper tickets. Let's go.
- 1:15:30Speaker 2: Miska!
- 1:15:31Speaker 14: Muska!
- 1:15:32Speaker 2: Mickey Mouse!
- 1:15:37Speaker 13: That is Mickey Mouse.
- 1:15:38Speaker 3: Mickey Mouse.
- 1:15:39Speaker 4: All right.
- 1:15:39Speaker 3: Good job.
- 1:15:40Speaker 2: She did it.
- 1:15:41Speaker 7: Way to go.
- 1:15:42Speaker 9: Chance the Rapper's coming.
- 1:15:43Speaker 3: You're going to go see Chance the Rapper. Congratulations, Abby.
- 1:15:45Speaker 3: Thanks for listening.
- 1:15:47Speaker 11: Thank you guys so much.
- 1:15:48Speaker 10: Have a good rest of your day.
- 1:15:50Speaker 3: You too.
- 1:15:51Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:15:53Speaker 6: So football starts tomorrow, right? So there's all this fantasy stuff.
- 1:15:56Speaker 6: And I was very surprised, you guys. I think you
- 1:15:59Speaker 6: will too when I tell you. How popular do you
- 1:16:03Speaker 6: think fantasy football is?
- 1:16:04Speaker 4: Pretty popular.
- 1:16:06Speaker 14: Right?
- 1:16:06Speaker 2: You think so? You would think so?
- 1:16:08Speaker 4: I think so.
- 1:16:09Speaker 6: I feel like so many people in my world are
- 1:16:11Speaker 6: in fantasy football leagues. And then iHeartMedia sends out an
- 1:16:14Speaker 6: email yesterday. And I click on the email. It says,
- 1:16:18Speaker 6: here are these emerging trends.
- 1:16:19Speaker 2: 9%.
- 1:16:22Speaker 3: Of American adults play fantasy football.
- 1:16:24Speaker 2: That's it?
- 1:16:25Speaker 14: Nine.
- 1:16:25Speaker 2: That's it?
- 1:16:26Speaker 3: I thought if you told me 60%, I'd be like, oh,
- 1:16:29Speaker 3: that makes sense. Nine percent.
- 1:16:31Speaker 4: That's not, that doesn't seem a lot.
- 1:16:34Speaker 3: It seems very, very low because I feel like it's everywhere.
- 1:16:37Speaker 8: Well, what about in this room? In this room, who's
- 1:16:39Speaker 8: playing fantasy football this year? Me.
- 1:16:42Speaker 9: I am in four leagues.
- 1:16:44Speaker 4: Are you the commissioner for any of the leagues?
- 1:16:46Speaker 9: No, no, ma'am.
- 1:16:48Speaker 4: Somehow I didn't ask to do it, but somehow I'm
- 1:16:51Speaker 4: the commissioner of two leagues.
- 1:16:55Speaker 2: So yeah.
- 1:16:55Speaker 4: And we had our drafts over the weekend and I
- 1:16:57Speaker 4: was literally like, why? I didn't volunteer for this. Like what,
- 1:17:00Speaker 4: how did I get into this? And now I'm doing
- 1:17:02Speaker 4: two of them and it's like so stressful, but I'm like,
- 1:17:05Speaker 4: and then of course my algorithm starts showing me all
- 1:17:08Speaker 4: of the really fun and cool, like Pinterest things you
- 1:17:10Speaker 4: can do for draft parties, but which I'll have to
- 1:17:12Speaker 4: do next year. But you know, like at first when
- 1:17:15Speaker 4: I signed up to do it, I was like, yeah,
- 1:17:16Speaker 4: it's fine. It's whatever. And then we start doing the
- 1:17:19Speaker 4: draft and it's like, I'm realizing like how competitive I am.
- 1:17:22Speaker 4: And I'm realizing like, oh my gosh, I'm kind of
- 1:17:25Speaker 4: really into this annoyingly. Like, so, so one of the
- 1:17:30Speaker 4: leagues is for like my son and his friends, he
- 1:17:32Speaker 4: wanted to do a separate kids one. And I was like, cool,
- 1:17:34Speaker 4: I'll help you get it set up. And then the
- 1:17:36Speaker 4: other one is like, With our friends and their families.
- 1:17:40Speaker 4: And we actually happened to be with one of the
- 1:17:42Speaker 4: families that are in the league during the draft. And
- 1:17:45Speaker 4: their kid kept coming over and looking at our laptop
- 1:17:47Speaker 4: and seeing like the players we had queued up to
- 1:17:49Speaker 4: possibly draft next. And he would like go back and
- 1:17:52Speaker 4: tell his dad, they've got the Broncos defense in queue.
- 1:17:55Speaker 2: And then they picked it.
- 1:17:58Speaker 16: And then he would walk over again and I was
- 1:17:59Speaker 16: like listen I love you but get out of here
- 1:18:02Speaker 16: honestly though I would do that same exact thing that
- 1:18:06Speaker 16: kid that's how you that's how you try to win
- 1:18:08Speaker 16: not this time but yeah I didn't want to be
- 1:18:12Speaker 16: competitive about it but it.
- 1:18:14Speaker 2: Just took over what do you win if you win
- 1:18:18Speaker 2: none of our.
- 1:18:19Speaker 4: Leagues have anything but it's just like you just want to.
- 1:18:21Speaker 2: Win do you have a loser bet payoff no Oh,
- 1:18:24Speaker 2: my son, Jake, he lost last year. And you know
- 1:18:27Speaker 2: what the bed payoff was?
- 1:18:29Speaker 6: He had all his friends that are in the group.
- 1:18:31Speaker 6: Let's say there's 10. They, he had to take his
- 1:18:34Speaker 6: shirt off and they shot him with paintball pellets.
- 1:18:37Speaker 4: Like how far away did they have to see?
- 1:18:38Speaker 3: Very close. Oh, that's covered in welts.
- 1:18:43Speaker 6: And then, so he joined the league again this year.
- 1:18:46Speaker 6: And I said to my son Kemp, who now lives
- 1:18:48Speaker 6: at home because he graduated college. I was like, I
- 1:18:50Speaker 6: need you to oversee his fantasy so that he just
- 1:18:53Speaker 6: so he doesn't get pelted with whatever the bed payoff is.
- 1:18:57Speaker 4: OK, so he was he was just in last last place.
- 1:19:00Speaker 3: He lost because everyone loses.
- 1:19:02Speaker 4: I don't know how it works.
- 1:19:03Speaker 2: I'm not one of them.
- 1:19:03Speaker 14: OK.
- 1:19:04Speaker 3: It's like, wait a minute.
- 1:19:06Speaker 4: Did he just have the least amount of points?
- 1:19:07Speaker 3: I know for years we've taken calls.
- 1:19:08Speaker 6: People had horrible bed payoffs when they, so whenever you lose,
- 1:19:11Speaker 6: so his team lost and it was like terrible or
- 1:19:14Speaker 6: he lost his team.
- 1:19:15Speaker 2: It was a terrible, you know?
- 1:19:16Speaker 6: So anyway, so fantasy football players are nearly twice as
- 1:19:20Speaker 6: likely to be 18 to 24 year olds. They're also
- 1:19:23Speaker 6: more affluent with fantasy football players being 15% more likely
- 1:19:27Speaker 6: than the general population to earn over $ 200, 000 annually.
- 1:19:29Speaker 2: Dang. That's nice.
- 1:19:29Speaker 6: Also, Of those that are in a fantasy football league,
- 1:19:38Speaker 6: those who do play are in three or more leagues.
- 1:19:41Speaker 2: So you're in two.
- 1:19:43Speaker 4: Well, Nick just said he's in four.
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: That's wild.
- 1:19:45Speaker 4: That's crazy. It's a lot to keep track of.
- 1:19:48Speaker 2: It is.
- 1:19:49Speaker 3: What's coming up?
- 1:19:50Speaker 2: Count three things you need to know.
- 1:19:51Speaker 4: Amazon wants Alexa to tell you if you're being scammed.
- 1:19:54Speaker 4: I'm going to tell you how next with John Jay
- 1:19:57Speaker 4: and Rick.
- 1:20:08Speaker 6: Hey, coming up, I'm going to tell you after we
- 1:20:09Speaker 6: do three things, the greatest movie and TV villains of
- 1:20:13Speaker 6: all time.
- 1:20:14Speaker 3: Kyle, what are some things we need to know today?
- 1:20:17Speaker 4: So it's a really wild weekend for air travel in Miami.
- 1:20:20Speaker 4: An Amazon cargo plane overshot the runway, crashed into vehicles
- 1:20:24Speaker 4: on the ground, caught fire, killed five people who were
- 1:20:27Speaker 4: actually in a cleaning crew van that got struck. They
- 1:20:30Speaker 4: have no idea why this happened, but of course they
- 1:20:32Speaker 4: are investigating and just. A totally terrifying event. And then
- 1:20:36Speaker 4: on an American Airlines flight, there was a passenger who
- 1:20:39Speaker 4: got so out of control, two others had to jump
- 1:20:42Speaker 4: in and literally use zip ties and duct tape to
- 1:20:45Speaker 4: restrain him. The guy got so belligerent, even like bit
- 1:20:49Speaker 4: one of the guys trying to restrain him. It turns
- 1:20:50Speaker 4: out he's from Arizona. He's from Tucson. He's been fired
- 1:20:53Speaker 4: from his job.
- 1:20:54Speaker 3: You know what?
- 1:20:55Speaker 6: I take offense to that because I want to be like,
- 1:20:57Speaker 6: I don't think he's from Tucson. I just think he
- 1:20:59Speaker 6: currently lives there.
- 1:21:01Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:21:04Speaker 6: And also, just the video, the pictures of this dude
- 1:21:07Speaker 6: being duct taped. Was that from a passenger who had
- 1:21:10Speaker 6: duct taped?
- 1:21:12Speaker 2: And zip ties, too, I guess.
- 1:21:13Speaker 8: And then did you see they covered the window so
- 1:21:15Speaker 8: he couldn't look outside either for his life?
- 1:21:17Speaker 9: God, what a jerk.
- 1:21:18Speaker 2: And he was in first class. Did you know that?
- 1:21:19Speaker 2: They were all in first class.
- 1:21:20Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:21:21Speaker 2: What a jerk.
- 1:21:21Speaker 6: By the way, did you also see And I saw
- 1:21:24Speaker 6: this this morning. I don't know if you're going to,
- 1:21:25Speaker 6: are you done with airport stuff?
- 1:21:27Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 1:21:27Speaker 6: Did you see that you can now, they're going to
- 1:21:28Speaker 6: have it set up now so that you can go.
- 1:21:30Speaker 6: Remember back in the day before nine 11, you could
- 1:21:32Speaker 6: go to the gate and say goodbye.
- 1:21:33Speaker 3: They're setting it up again. So you can go do
- 1:21:34Speaker 3: that again.
- 1:21:35Speaker 2: Oh, that'd be nice. So you can like take.
- 1:21:36Speaker 3: Your family and say goodbye to your girlfriend and walk
- 1:21:38Speaker 3: to the gate as they go.
- 1:21:40Speaker 4: I like it.
- 1:21:40Speaker 5: I wonder how they're going to do that.
- 1:21:42Speaker 4: I have to like buy a ticket or something like that.
- 1:21:44Speaker 4: While you look for that, I'll let you know. After
- 1:21:46Speaker 4: almost six weeks of trial and seven days of deliberations,
- 1:21:50Speaker 4: the Lindsay Clancy case ended Friday with no verdict at all.
- 1:21:52Speaker 4: The jury was deadlocked 11 to 1. Her attorney actually
- 1:21:56Speaker 4: made a last minute attempt, went to the Massachusetts Supreme
- 1:22:00Speaker 4: Court and was just concerned because that holdout juror had
- 1:22:03Speaker 4: expressed doubt but wouldn't go with the other 11. And
- 1:22:07Speaker 4: so the judge had no other choice but to declare
- 1:22:09Speaker 4: a mistrial. So our next date to look out for
- 1:22:12Speaker 4: is September 29th. So this is a status hearing. It's
- 1:22:16Speaker 4: not the new trial or anything like that. But this
- 1:22:18Speaker 4: is when they're going to start figuring out what happens next,
- 1:22:21Speaker 4: including whether prosecutors are going to put her through an
- 1:22:24Speaker 4: entirely new trial. So at that point, maybe they will
- 1:22:27Speaker 4: schedule when the new trial is if they decide to
- 1:22:29Speaker 4: move forward with that. Amazon is giving Alexa a new
- 1:22:33Speaker 4: job I could see all of us using. So they
- 1:22:36Speaker 4: want Alexa to figure out if that sketchy text or
- 1:22:38Speaker 4: email you got is really from Amazon. They don't want
- 1:22:40Speaker 4: you to get hacked. They don't want you to get scammed.
- 1:22:42Speaker 4: You can ask Alexa about it. Their AI is going
- 1:22:45Speaker 4: to check into things like who actually sent it, what
- 1:22:47Speaker 4: the message says. And they'll let you know whether or
- 1:22:49Speaker 4: not it's legit. They're also going to roll out pretty soon,
- 1:22:53Speaker 4: not yet, that Alexa will proactively tell you when something
- 1:22:56Speaker 4: you're waiting for drops. So, John Jay, earlier you talked
- 1:22:58Speaker 4: about those shoes that you wanted from the tennis player,
- 1:23:01Speaker 4: the Travis Scott collab. So Amazon Alexa would then be
- 1:23:04Speaker 4: able to be like, John Jay, in five minutes, the
- 1:23:06Speaker 4: new Travis Scott shoe drops, just like an FYI. I
- 1:23:10Speaker 4: don't know if you guys saw ASU. They had their
- 1:23:13Speaker 4: first football game over the weekend. Oh, my gosh. It
- 1:23:16Speaker 4: was an absolute blowout. Crushed Morgan State 70-7. It was
- 1:23:22Speaker 4: so bad. Both coaches were like, hey, you want to
- 1:23:23Speaker 4: end this thing early? Yeah, okay, we're going to end
- 1:23:25Speaker 4: this thing early. So congratulations to our Sun Devils.
- 1:23:28Speaker 2: They made the fourth quarter 10 minutes instead of 15.
- 1:23:29Speaker 2: You're like, okay, we're good.
- 1:23:31Speaker 8: I kept seeing the video going around of Sparky because
- 1:23:34Speaker 8: every time ASU gets a touchdown, you.
- 1:23:36Speaker 2: Have to do a push-up.
- 1:23:37Speaker 5: And so he had to do like push-ups. 300 and
- 1:23:40Speaker 5: something push-ups.
- 1:23:42Speaker 6: The coach, I saw the video, the coach, he was like,
- 1:23:44Speaker 6: I didn't know you could do that. That you could
- 1:23:47Speaker 6: shorten up the quarter.
- 1:23:50Speaker 4: Yeah, so congratulations Devils. I think their game this weekend
- 1:23:54Speaker 4: is probably going to be a little bit more difficult.
- 1:23:56Speaker 4: The D-backs still hanging on to our final wild card spot. Um, they,
- 1:24:01Speaker 4: they won. And of course, now we're just still a
- 1:24:03Speaker 4: half a game, just a half a game over San
- 1:24:05Speaker 4: Diego for that wild card playoff spot. I know it's
- 1:24:08Speaker 4: like literally, so every game matters. I don't know if
- 1:24:10Speaker 4: you guys saw Perdomo got hit like 93 mile per
- 1:24:13Speaker 4: hour line drive in his head, but he's doing okay.
- 1:24:16Speaker 4: He's already back in the starting lineup today. So D
- 1:24:19Speaker 4: backs are on their way and hopefully, you know, let's
- 1:24:21Speaker 4: just get like a couple of games ahead of San Diego.
- 1:24:23Speaker 5: So it doesn't have to be.
- 1:24:24Speaker 2: Yeah. Half a game makes everybody nervous.
- 1:24:25Speaker 4: I know. And that's what you need to know.
- 1:24:27Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:24:28Speaker 6: So here's the information on the, uh, going to the gate.
- 1:24:32Speaker 6: TSA has launched Gateside by TSA PreCheck. It's a pilot
- 1:24:36Speaker 6: program allowing approved non-ticket visitors to pass through security at
- 1:24:39Speaker 6: 13 airports. So it's in Columbus International Airport, Dallas-Fort Worth, Detroit, Indianapolis,
- 1:24:45Speaker 6: Harry Reid in Vegas, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Salt
- 1:24:49Speaker 6: Lake City. So non-ticketed visitors who are approved for the
- 1:24:52Speaker 6: program still go through screening. They got to apply through TSA,
- 1:24:55Speaker 6: receive a Gateside pass one to three days before arriving
- 1:24:58Speaker 6: at the airport. You must also have a TSA pre-check
- 1:25:01Speaker 6: or known traveler number. Then you go through pre-check screening
- 1:25:03Speaker 6: with your ID.
- 1:25:05Speaker 2: That's a relationship test. First, you got the, will you
- 1:25:08Speaker 2: take me to the airport? And now it's going to
- 1:25:10Speaker 2: be like, do you care enough to be prepared to
- 1:25:12Speaker 2: take me to the gate? How much do you love me?
- 1:25:14Speaker 6: TSA says the program is designed to make airport visits
- 1:25:17Speaker 6: easier for families, especially those with children flying or elderly passengers.
- 1:25:22Speaker 4: That makes sense.
- 1:25:22Speaker 2: Makes sense.
- 1:25:23Speaker 4: Yeah, I think this last summer was my nephew. It
- 1:25:27Speaker 4: was his first time flying alone. And my sister was
- 1:25:29Speaker 4: a wreck because she's like, I can't even walk into
- 1:25:31Speaker 4: the gate.
- 1:25:31Speaker 2: I know.
- 1:25:32Speaker 3: I wish I could get to the right gate.
- 1:25:33Speaker 6: All right, so I was telling you, the greatest movie
- 1:25:36Speaker 6: and TV villains of all time. And I bring this
- 1:25:39Speaker 6: up because I saw two different clips of movie villains,
- 1:25:43Speaker 6: TV villains, and I got sick to my stomach because
- 1:25:44Speaker 6: they were so scary.
- 1:25:45Speaker 2: I can think of one TV villain that should be
- 1:25:47Speaker 2: at the top of the list for me. King Joffrey.
- 1:25:50Speaker 3: That's who I saw. I saw the scene where he
- 1:25:52Speaker 3: died in Game of Thrones, and he's so evil. Oh,
- 1:25:54Speaker 3: he's the worst from Game of Thrones. The kid that
- 1:25:56Speaker 3: played him got out of acting because people hated him
- 1:25:58Speaker 3: so much.
- 1:25:59Speaker 2: It's true. That's bad.
- 1:25:59Speaker 8: He did that good of a job.
- 1:26:01Speaker 3: I think he should be the worst. To me, he
- 1:26:04Speaker 3: should be number one.
- 1:26:04Speaker 2: He's so unlikable.
- 1:26:05Speaker 5: Okay, so the Game of Thrones guy.
- 1:26:07Speaker 2: Like, I mean, there was not one scene where you
- 1:26:09Speaker 2: don't want to just go through the screen and punch him.
- 1:26:11Speaker 3: On TV shows, he's number two.
- 1:26:13Speaker 2: Okay. On TV shows.
- 1:26:13Speaker 4: Oh, who's worse than him?
- 1:26:15Speaker 6: I don't know this show. Believe it or not, I've
- 1:26:16Speaker 6: never seen an episode of this show, but it's Mr.
- 1:26:18Speaker 6: Burns from The Simpsons.
- 1:26:19Speaker 2: Oh, Mr.
- 1:26:19Speaker 5: Burns.
- 1:26:20Speaker 4: I literally just last night was showing my kids Nelson.
- 1:26:24Speaker 4: Never seen The Simpsons. That's all I'm hearing now from
- 1:26:28Speaker 4: my house.
- 1:26:28Speaker 6: So the top from TV shows is Ben Linus from Lost,
- 1:26:33Speaker 6: Bob from Twin Peaks, the Trinity Killer from Dexter, Livia Soprano,
- 1:26:37Speaker 6: King Joffrey, and Mr.
- 1:26:38Speaker 8: Burns.
- 1:26:38Speaker 6: Those are the number one for TV shows. For movies,
- 1:26:42Speaker 6: number 10 is Cruella de Vil from 101 Dalmatians. Anne
- 1:26:46Speaker 6: Wilkes from Misery. John Doe in Seven, the movie Seven.
- 1:26:49Speaker 6: You guys ever seen Seven?
- 1:26:51Speaker 2: Yeah. Never forget that one. Brad Pitt, Morgan Freeman. That's
- 1:26:54Speaker 2: one of the darkest things I've ever seen in my
- 1:26:55Speaker 2: whole life.
- 1:26:56Speaker 4: It's a good movie. You would like it.
- 1:26:57Speaker 3: Would I?
- 1:26:57Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:26:58Speaker 2: Magneto from X-Men. Dr.
- 1:27:00Speaker 3: Evil from Austin Powers. Patrick Bateman from American Psycho. Scar
- 1:27:03Speaker 3: from The Lion King is number four. Voldemort from Harry
- 1:27:08Speaker 3: Potter is number three. The Joker from Batman is number two.
- 1:27:12Speaker 3: And the number one.
- 1:27:15Speaker 2: Villain. From the movies is... Darth Vader. No, that's the
- 1:27:18Speaker 2: only villain song you'll find. Darth Vader. Not Darth Vader.
- 1:27:20Speaker 3: Science of the Lambs.
- 1:27:21Speaker 9: Hannibal Lecter.
- 1:27:22Speaker 3: Hannibal Lecter from Science of the Lambs. Hannibal Lecter.
- 1:27:24Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, Hannibal Lecter ate people, but Darth Vader blew
- 1:27:27Speaker 2: up a whole planet. Just blew it up.
