- 0:00Colossians chapter one. Let us pray.
- 0:06Our Father, who is in heaven, hallowed be thy name, Thy
- 0:12Kingdom come, and thy will be done on earth just as it is in
- 0:15heaven. Give us this day Our Daily
- 0:18Bread. Forgive us for our trespasses,
- 0:20as we forgive those who trespass against us.
- 0:24Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.
- 0:28For yours is the power and the Kingdom and the glory forever
- 0:32and ever. Amen.
- 0:36Well let's start in verse one. Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ
- 0:43by the will of God and Timothy our brother.
- 0:47What's he talking about here? This was Pauls customary
- 0:50greeting at the beginning of his letter.
- 0:53And Paul wants the church here in Colossae, which he has never
- 0:57met. He wants them to know that he is
- 1:00writing to them by the authority of his apostleship.
- 1:04And he did not choose this apostleship.
- 1:07But God is the one that chose him out of the muck in the mire
- 1:11and pulled him up by his bootstraps and told him what he
- 1:17was to do and what he must suffer for his name's sake.
- 1:20And he's got Timothy with him who was like a son to Paul.
- 1:24And perhaps Timothy was writing the letter as Paul or rated it
- 1:31to, to the Saints and faithful brothers in Christ which are at
- 1:36Colossae, Grace be unto you, and peace from God our Father and
- 1:40the Lord Jesus Christ. That's what Paul is wanting them
- 1:45to take hold of this grace and this peace, and not to be duped
- 1:49by these Judaizers and these legalizers and by these Mystics
- 1:54and this heretical teaching that's creeping in to the church
- 1:59there in Colossae, where people are trying to present a deeper
- 2:03level of understanding of God. And Paul here is going to paint
- 2:07this beautiful picture throughout this book of
- 2:10Colossians. He's going to let them know that
- 2:14the gospel of Jesus Christ is simple, but it's too simple for
- 2:19mankind. And so we try to complicate it
- 2:22by adding all kinds of different requirements.
- 2:25And I want you to know, friends, that the most learned man can
- 2:28approach God and never exhaust the word of God.
- 2:33But it it is also for the simple man who has a very low
- 2:40intellect. They can come to God by the same
- 2:44way, and they can understand the saving knowledge of our Lord
- 2:49Jesus Christ. And they can be made right with
- 2:52God through the spilled blood of Jesus.
- 2:54And that's what Paul wants them to know, that we focus on Christ
- 2:58and Christ alone, not on all the external workings, that we try
- 3:03to measure our standing with God.
- 3:06And then we also try to Lord over others because of how super
- 3:11spiritual that we are in comparison to them.
- 3:14This Vainglory that these false brothers here in Colossae were
- 3:20trying to push upon the church at Colossians three, we give
- 3:28thanks to God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying
- 3:32always for you. So even though Paul didn't
- 3:34establish this church, he always made mention of them in his
- 3:38prayers. What unity it is to belong to
- 3:42the family of God. For since we heard of your faith
- 3:48in Christ Jesus and of the love which you have to all the
- 3:51Saints, that's what coming to the Lord Jesus Christ produces
- 3:55is love for your fellow man, love for your brothers and
- 3:59sisters. All this division and discord,
- 4:02disunity is not from God. This is a deception of the enemy
- 4:07that tries to push us into different camps, tries to push
- 4:12us into different denominations. We need to take hold of the
- 4:18simple gospel. We need to take hold of the
- 4:20simple truths that there is only one way to the Father and that
- 4:25is through Jesus Christ. We need to be rooted and
- 4:28grounded in the Word of God, friends.
- 4:31We need to be established in the Word of God, friends, so that we
- 4:35don't fall for the counterfeit when it tries to slide across
- 4:40the table. 5 for the hope which is laid up for you in heaven.
- 4:44Where have you heard before in the word of the truth of the
- 4:49gospel? That is what Paul wants them to
- 4:51have is this hope. And we learned all the way back
- 4:55in First Corinthians when he's talking about faith, hope and
- 4:58love. And the greatest of these is
- 5:00love. And you can see it intermingled
- 5:03in Paul's teaching all throughout all the books that he
- 5:07was writing is this theme of faith, hope and love.
- 5:12And here we can see this hope which is laid up for them.
- 5:15Listen, friends, we need hope now so much because this world
- 5:21looks very hopeless when you stare at all the things that are
- 5:25happening all around the world. It's easy to fall into despair.
- 5:30It's easy to fall into discouragement and fear,
- 5:33friends. But when you have this hope,
- 5:35this hope that Jesus Christ is coming back, the hope that we
- 5:40belong to God Almighty and that we are made right with Him, and
- 5:45that this is not our home and that we are pilgrims passing
- 5:49through a strange land, when you have the hope of heaven,
- 5:52friends, when you have the hope of eternity, friends, then we
- 5:56can get through all of the things that are happening all
- 5:59around us today. 6 which has come unto you as it is in all
- 6:05the world, and brings forth fruit as it does also in you,
- 6:09since the day you heard of it and knew the grace of God.
- 6:14In truth, God has to give you this grace in order for you to
- 6:18take hold of the belief, friends, and have faith,
- 6:21friends. And here Paul is celebrating
- 6:24that this church in Colossae has been well established and that
- 6:28Paul can look at the fruit that they are producing and see that
- 6:33they are genuine in their approach to God.
- 6:36And he wants to safeguard them from all the ravenous wolves
- 6:41that desire to come in and tear them apart with all this New Age
- 6:45thinking and all of this mysticism and this heretical
- 6:49idea of asceticism where they need to abstain from all kinds
- 6:53of things and they need to observe certain days.
- 6:57And Paul saying, far be it from you.
- 6:59Don't let them bewitch you. Don't let you start falling into
- 7:03legalism whenever you were saved by grace.
- 7:06Friends through Faith 7 as you, I also learned of Apaphras, our
- 7:14dear fellow servant, who is for you a faithful minister of
- 7:19Christ. This Apaphras perhaps was the
- 7:22one who established the church there in Colossae, and it is
- 7:28believed that this Apaphras had heard one of Paul's direct
- 7:34teachings in the school of Tyrannus that we learned about
- 7:37in the book of Acts. And then he went into Colossae
- 7:40and established this church. And Paul is commending him and
- 7:44giving him his denotion as a faithful minister of the true
- 7:49gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. And Paul writes this short
- 7:54little letter to encourage them and to give them sound doctrine
- 7:58that they can hold on to, that they can bank on and build their
- 8:02life upon the blood of Jesus Christ shed for them, and that
- 8:07Jesus Christ is God. And if they'll just look to
- 8:10Jesus Christ, they shall be saved.
- 8:14A who also declared unto us your love in the Spirit.
- 8:17So this Apophis was a go between.
- 8:20He was a conduit and he was spreading Paul's message to the
- 8:24church there in Colossae, but he was also sharing with Paul all
- 8:29of the beautiful things that were happening within that
- 8:31church. 9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it,
- 8:36do not cease to pray for you that and to desire that you
- 8:40might be filled with the knowledge of his will and all
- 8:43wisdom and spiritual understanding.
- 8:46So Paul here is going to give them this rich tapestry of faith
- 8:53and what it is that they can take hold of and what it is that
- 8:56they can build their life upon. And what does he say?
- 8:59Ever since he heard of the love that they have, then he has been
- 9:03praying for them. And he desires that they will be
- 9:07filled with the knowledge of Jesus's will, and that they will
- 9:11be filled with the knowledge of all of Jesus's wisdom and all
- 9:16the spiritual understanding that they can hold. 10 that you might
- 9:20walk worthy of the Lord unto all, pleasing, being fruitful in
- 9:24every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God.
- 9:28So what does Paul want for this church in Colossae?
- 9:30He wants them to be strengthened, friends.
- 9:33He wants them to increase in the knowledge of God.
- 9:36He wants them to be fruitful in everything that they do.
- 9:39He wants them to be pleasing to the Lord Almighty.
- 9:43He wants them to walk worthy of the calling that has been placed
- 9:47upon them and not to be debased and not to slip off into moral
- 9:51sin and moral compromise. Friends 11 strengthened with all
- 9:56might, according to his glorious power unto all, patience and
- 10:01long-suffering with joyfulness. That is what you get when you
- 10:05come to the Lord Jesus Christ. You get strengthened with Jesus
- 10:09might, you get strengthened, and you have his glorious power.
- 10:14You're strengthened and he gives you patience.
- 10:17Jesus Christ gives you long-suffering, and he gives you
- 10:20the joy that this world cannot take away from you. 12 giving
- 10:24thanks unto the Father, which has made us meet to be partakers
- 10:29of the inheritance of the Saints in light.
- 10:31Think about your inheritance, friends.
- 10:33You're going to inherit eternal life with Jesus Christ.
- 10:37You're going to be in the New Jerusalem.
- 10:39You're going to have an immortal body, an uncorruptible body that
- 10:44does not fade away. It does not pass away.
- 10:47And when you have all of this in light, friends, you can live
- 10:50victorious and valiantly here on this earth.
- 10:53You do not need to be a victim, friends.
- 10:56We do not need to have a victim mentality of woe is me and look
- 11:00at all the things that are happening.
- 11:02We need to know that we know that we know that we know that
- 11:05when we die, we're going to bust heaven wide open, friends.
- 11:09We're going to receive our immortal bodies, friends, and
- 11:12you do not need to be afraid, friends.
- 11:14Don't live in that. He wants you to have the
- 11:16inheritance of the Saints in light.
- 11:19He is there. He is the light friends, and He
- 11:21wants us to give thanks and to enter into His courts with
- 11:25praise and Thanksgiving friends and be joyful, have tons of joy
- 11:31and tons of gratitude. And that is a sure mark of a
- 11:34blood bought, born again believer who has all of his sins
- 11:38covered and he does not need to worry about where he stands with
- 11:41Almighty God 13 who has delivered us from the power of
- 11:45darkness and has translated us into the Kingdom of His dear
- 11:49Son. Have you been delivered and
- 11:52translated friends, or are you still stuck in the muck and the
- 11:56mire? Are you still stuck in the sin
- 12:00repetition? Are you still stuck in the ways
- 12:02of the world? Are you still stuck in the
- 12:04carnality and the fleshy things? Are you still stuck in the love
- 12:09of mammon or have you been delivered and translated
- 12:12friends? Because if you have been robed
- 12:15in His righteousness, then you can walk with Him in the light,
- 12:20because He is in the light and He exposes all the darkness.
- 12:24And we do not have to live a life of thieving and lying.
- 12:28We do not have to live in deception.
- 12:30Friends, you need to understand this is that when you come to
- 12:33the Lord Jesus Christ and He gives you His Holiness and His
- 12:36righteousness, that you can be in the light and you do not need
- 12:42to be afraid of how God views you because He only sees what
- 12:47Jesus did and nothing that you were doing.
- 12:49That is being translated and being delivered.
- 12:52And death has no hold on you and death has no claim on you and
- 12:56sin has been completely covered and blotted out, friends.
- 13:01And that is what it means to be completely translated and
- 13:06delivered from the powers of hell and darkness.
- 13:09And they cannot attach any of their despicable claims upon
- 13:14you, because you belong to the Lord Jesus Christ, 14 in whom we
- 13:19have redemption through His blood.
- 13:22Even the forgiveness of sins. Even the forgiveness of sins.
- 13:26You owed a billion gazillion, trillion dollar debt that you
- 13:32could never pay off in 100,000 lifetimes.
- 13:35You could never pay off the sin debt that you incurred.
- 13:41You racked up so much debt that you could never pay it back.
- 13:45But Jesus Christ says paid in full by his perfect blood that
- 13:51he shed on Calvary for you friends, and that is the only
- 13:55way that we're ever going to stand before a holy God.
- 14:00It is nothing that we do. And that is what Paul wants this
- 14:03church in Colossae to understand, that these people
- 14:06were creeping in saying hey, there's a whole lot more to
- 14:09learn than what you've been given.
- 14:12And also they wanted them to start to believe that they could
- 14:16please God by these out workings of their religious activity.
- 14:22And Paul says, far be it from you to fall for all of this
- 14:26heresy. It is Jesus's blood and Jesus's
- 14:29blood alone that makes us right with God Almighty.
- 14:32It is not about the activity. It is not about the out workings
- 14:37or what days you observe to worship God.
- 14:42It is not about what food you eat.
- 14:44It is not about what clothes you wear.
- 14:46It is not about what version you read.
- 14:49It is all about the blood of Jesus Christ covering you.
- 14:52That's the only way that we're ever going to make it there,
- 14:55friends. And we've made it about so much
- 14:57more. We've made it about all of these
- 15:00things, these traditions, these ceremonies, this pomp and this
- 15:03circumstance. We've made it all about the
- 15:06sacraments, and we've made it all about the steeple.
- 15:09We've made it all about the color of the carpet.
- 15:12We've made it all about what kind of attire we should wear.
- 15:16And far be it from us to lose track of the simple gospel that
- 15:20Jesus blood makes us at one with God Almighty, and that is the
- 15:24only way that we're going to stand before God. 15 Who is the
- 15:29image of the invisible God, the first born of every creature
- 15:34that is Jesus Christ, friends. He is God, Jesus Christ is The
- 15:40only way we can look at God is when we look at Jesus Christ.
- 15:44We can see God when we see his son.
- 15:47Friends And he came to this earth as a little baby, as a
- 15:50human being, and he came as the child of a Carpenter, and he
- 15:55came and he had Immaculate Conception, Friends and born in
- 15:59a Manger, born and laid in a a feeding through.
- 16:03And then he came and he lived a perfect sinless life.
- 16:06And when we look at Jesus Christ and we look at his words, we
- 16:10look at what he said, we see God Almighty, we can see the
- 16:13invisible God made manifest through the life of Jesus Christ
- 16:18and the teachings of Jesus Christ.
- 16:20If you want to know God, you just look at Jesus, friends, and
- 16:24here you can see that he was the first born of every creature.
- 16:28And this is talking about how he put on humanity, friends.
- 16:32And the same resurrection power that raised Jesus Christ from
- 16:36the dead will raise you and will raise me up on the last day. 16
- 16:42four By him were all things created that are in heaven and
- 16:46that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be
- 16:50Thrones or dominions or principalities or ours.
- 16:54All things were created by him and for him.
- 16:57This is a direct claim of Jesus Christ is God.
- 17:02Jesus Christ created everything. Jesus Christ didn't just come
- 17:07from God, but Jesus is God, friends, and he created all
- 17:12things. He is uncreated friends.
- 17:15It wasn't as if, and this is where the Colossae's were
- 17:18getting mixed up and turned around by all these ravenous
- 17:22wolves, that we're trying to come in and teach them.
- 17:24All this new teaching is not as if when Jesus was born here on
- 17:30this earth that He put on His deity.
- 17:32No, He is preeminent. He is from everlasting and He
- 17:36created everything and that is whenever, if you go back to
- 17:40Genesis, it says let us make them in our image.
- 17:44He is uncreated friends, and you can see that He has complete and
- 17:52full power over every demonic entity, over all ranks of angels
- 17:58fallen or those that are obedient.
- 18:01He has full rank over every single molecule, every single
- 18:07thing that is spoken, and it is all for him and to him and by
- 18:11him. 17 And he is before all things, and by Him all things
- 18:16consist, if we'll focus on the Lord Jesus Christ above.
- 18:21Every single thing in the entire universe bows at the name that
- 18:28is above all names, Jesus Christ. 18 And he is the head of
- 18:35the Body, the Church, who is the beginning, the first born from
- 18:39the dead, that in all things he might have the preeminence.
- 18:44Friends, think about who we are attached to.
- 18:47We are attached to the one who created everything, seen and
- 18:52unseen, and that is who we serve.
- 18:54And what great blasphemy and what great error we commit
- 19:03whenever we try to intermingle the world into this amazing fact
- 19:11that the Creator of everything, seen and unseen, is who we
- 19:16belong to. Far be it from us to try to mix
- 19:19in the systems of the world with the holiness of God Almighty.
- 19:26And when you finally figure out the power that is available to
- 19:30you from Jesus Christ, you will start to understand the purpose
- 19:35for the church capital C, Not for the heretical church, the
- 19:39apostate church that's intermingling all kinds of the
- 19:43world system into it. Far be it from us to ever fall
- 19:47for that trickery. And that is what Paul wants this
- 19:51church at Colossae to understand.
- 19:53Friends 19 For it pleased the Father, that in him should all
- 20:00the fullness dwell. Every single thing in all the
- 20:04entire universe was made by Jesus Christ, and it pleased God
- 20:10that it would all point to Jesus Christ.
- 20:14Friends And there was a time where it pleased the Father to
- 20:18crush his Son. And now because of his
- 20:20obedience, it pleases the Father for everything to point towards
- 20:26Jesus Christ. 20 and having made peace through the blood of his
- 20:31cross, by Him to reconcile all things unto himself, by him, I
- 20:37say, whether they be things in earth or things in heaven.
- 20:41So you can see this reconciling work of Christ and you can see
- 20:45that there was this supernatural exchange on the cross, friends,
- 20:51where Jesus Christ made us at one with God and Jesus Christ
- 20:56bought us back paid in full. We were slaves to sin and self.
- 21:01We were slaves to the devil, we were slaves to death.
- 21:04And then here we can see that Jesus Christ, because of his
- 21:09obedience and because of his innocent life, He bought us
- 21:13back, friends, and he reconciled us to God, and we could be made
- 21:17right with God. And we can stand before an
- 21:19almighty God because of what Christ did, and nothing that we
- 21:2421 and you that were sometimes alienated and enemies in your
- 21:29mind by wicked works, yet now has he reconciled.
- 21:33So all that, friends, is under the blood of Jesus Christ.
- 21:36When you come to Jesus honestly and openly, when you come to
- 21:40Jesus, he takes your sin and you take his perfect life.
- 21:47Friends, it is a scandalous exchange and that is what you
- 21:51need to understand of this reconciliation.
- 21:54We were dead and we were lost and Jesus was perfect.
- 21:59But it pleased the Father for Jesus perfect life to be imputed
- 22:04onto you and onto me so that we can one day stand before God and
- 22:09He will not see our sin. He will not see our trespasses,
- 22:13friends, He will only see the perfect life of Jesus Christ. 22
- 22:18in the body of His flesh through death to present you holy and
- 22:25unblameable and unreprovable in His sight.
- 22:31That is what it's going to look like when you stand before God
- 22:35Almighty. When you finally catch a glimpse
- 22:39of God's holiness and your sinfulness, this verse should
- 22:44make you want to jump for joy. If you think that you can work
- 22:48your way into heaven, then perhaps this verse doesn't mean
- 22:51much to you because you think of yourself as a good person.
- 22:55But I want you to know that all of your righteousness is filthy
- 22:59rags in comparison to the perfect life that Jesus lived
- 23:04and the holiness of God Almighty.
- 23:09And one day you're going to stand before God.
- 23:12If you will clothe yourself in Jesus's perfect life, his
- 23:19righteousness, then one day when you stand before a holy God, he
- 23:27will see you holy, blameless, unreproachable, as he looks upon
- 23:36you. Friends, 23 If you continue in
- 23:40the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the
- 23:46hope of the gospel which you have heard, and which was
- 23:49preached to every creature which is under heaven.
- 23:54Whereof I Paul and made a minister.
- 23:57So that is what you need to understand is the gospel of
- 24:00Jesus Christ has gone out to the whole world and there have many
- 24:04who have heard it. And they started to go that way.
- 24:07But because of the bird that came and snatched the seed or
- 24:11because of the shallow soil, or because of the tares that come
- 24:15up and choke out the fruitfulness, they've gone back
- 24:18to their own selfish vanity and prideful ways.
- 24:23But he's telling the church here at Colossae if they will
- 24:26continue to break up fallow ground, if they'll continue to
- 24:29be fruitful, if they'll continue on in it, it will prove that
- 24:34they belong to the Lord Jesus Christ. 24 Who now rejoice in my
- 24:42sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the
- 24:47afflictions of Christ in my flesh for His body's sake, which
- 24:52is the Church, that is the Church that is being persecuted,
- 24:58that is the martyrdom, that is those that are being afflicted,
- 25:03for the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
- 25:05And what you do to his little children, you do to Him,
- 25:10friends. But I want you to know that the
- 25:12gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ is complete, and nothing can be
- 25:17added to it, and nothing can be taken from it.
- 25:20It is finished to tell us, Thy friends, and it's paid in full
- 25:25and we add nothing to it, friends, and we take nothing
- 25:29from it. We just learn obedience and we
- 25:33do whatever it is that He is calling us into, no matter how
- 25:37scary it may be. You go and you charge the hill
- 25:40and you go into the darkest places, and you tell every
- 25:44single person that you meet about what the Lord Jesus Christ
- 25:48has done for you, friends, and you share the good news with
- 25:51those, regardless of the type of soil that it falls upon,
- 25:55regardless of if they grow and mature into disciples.
- 26:00You share it with them regardless.
- 26:03Because we plant, we scatter, but the Lord gives the increase.
- 26:1025 whereof I am made a minister according to the dispensation of
- 26:15God, which is given to me for you to fulfill the word of God.
- 26:20We are closer to Jesus's return today than we were yesterday,
- 26:25and Paul here wants them to understand.
- 26:27He has mentioned it twice here, that this ministry was revealed
- 26:33to him and he is wanting to be an encouragement to this church
- 26:37here. 26 Even the mystery which has been hid from ages and from
- 26:45generations, but now is made manifest to his Saints.
- 26:49We know that it was hidden before, but through the ministry
- 26:53of Paul the apostle. It was God's plan.
- 26:57It was Jesus's pleasure to reveal it to the apostle Paul.
- 27:02And we are the ones who are entrusted with the complete Word
- 27:07of God from Genesis to Revelation.
- 27:10And there were many prophets of old who longed to see this day.
- 27:15And we know that the least in the Kingdom of God is greater
- 27:18than any of the prophets born of woman.
- 27:22And that is what you need to understand.
- 27:23It pleased God to reveal all of these things to us.
- 27:27And what a great responsibility you and I have to have the
- 27:31completed work of God Almighty, His spoken word entrusted to us,
- 27:36to go out into all the world and teach every single person that
- 27:42we meet all about the ways of our Lord Jesus Christ.
- 27:46And we can see that the Gentiles and the Jews are coming in
- 27:50together. And that is a beautiful picture
- 27:53that was just revealed to Paul and now he is teaching it to the
- 27:58church here in Colossae 27 to whom God would make known what
- 28:08is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles,
- 28:14which is Christ in you, The hope of glory?
- 28:17That is what we need to understand this mystery.
- 28:20We was always there, but it was not the timing for it to be
- 28:25revealed. And now with Paul coming on the
- 28:29scene, this learned man, a Pharisee of the Pharisee, it
- 28:33please God to reveal it to someone who could house it and
- 28:37who could teach it in the ways that Paul did.
- 28:40And we need to know that the hope that we have is Christ
- 28:43living in US and it is God's glory all around us, friends.
- 28:49And we can see it in part, but one day we will see it in full.
- 28:53But it is enough to give us hope and it is enough to push us one
- 28:58more day towards our eternal home, this hope of glory. 28
- 29:04whom we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in
- 29:10all wisdom that we may present every man perfect in Jesus
- 29:15Christ. That is the only way that we're
- 29:17ever going to be presented. Perfect is in the blood of Jesus
- 29:21Christ. And when you finally understand
- 29:24the good news that one day you can stand before an Almighty God
- 29:28and none of your sins will ever be counted against you.
- 29:31When you find certainly understand that it'll make you
- 29:34want to tell it to every single person that you meet.
- 29:37You will not hold back. You will not hold the keys to
- 29:42life back from any single person that you meet, no matter how
- 29:46deplorable and despicable their background is, no matter how
- 29:50lost they seem. We tell every single person that
- 29:54we meet all about what Jesus has done for us.
- 29:59We'll end on 29 whereunto. I also labor, striving according
- 30:04to his working, which works in me mightily.
- 30:08Can you say that today St. that the Lord is working mightily in
- 30:14your life? Or do you feel as if you are
- 30:19just a innocent bystander on the sidelines watching life pass you
- 30:24by? Perhaps it is time, it is high
- 30:29time, to put down the childish things and to mature and to grow
- 30:36into the calling that God has placed on your life so that you
- 30:40can see God working mightily through your life, your little
- 30:45menial 100 years that you may get on this planet.
- 30:49God desires to use you mightily to reach into the darkness and
- 30:54pull people out of their hopelessness and despair and
- 30:59their depression and anxiety, friends and all of the things
- 31:03that plague this world. We have the answer in His name
- 31:08is Jesus Christ, and it is high time for us as Christians to
- 31:12wake up, O sleeper, to fill our lamps and to go out into the
- 31:19harvest. Let's not be duped.
- 31:26Let's not be LED astray. Let's stay rooted and grounded
- 31:32and built up in the complete, infallible, inerrant authority
- 31:37of God's Word. I hope you've been blessed by
- 31:41this chapter. I know I sure have.
- 31:44I'm praying for every single one of you.
- 31:48I love you. I'll see you back here tomorrow.
- 31:52God bless you.
