- 0:12Speaker 2: It says Tyler and I will be there by five thirty.
- 0:15Speaker 2: He's hoping we can get up and recording asap when
- 0:19Speaker 2: we arrive five thirty.
- 0:21Speaker 1: What time is it? Anybody? Anybody? First of all, wait, wait, wait,
- 0:24Speaker 1: let me tell the people what time it is? Six
- 0:26Speaker 1: oh eight. Hey, at least you're working on your time.
- 0:29Speaker 1: Eight okay.
- 0:30Speaker 3: First of all, you're gonna learn quick what Tyler time is?
- 0:33Speaker 3: Oh okay, oh special time.
- 0:34Speaker 1: Second.
- 0:35Speaker 3: Second of all, at that point, I thought I had
- 0:37Speaker 3: to go to New Hope tonight. Yeah, And I did correct,
- 0:40Speaker 3: mister Mike, and I said, not as strict with time.
- 0:46Speaker 1: I did say that I was hoping we wouldn't use
- 0:49Speaker 1: that this episode.
- 0:50Speaker 3: But dude, you're what we're thirty minutes behind, thirty eight minutes.
- 0:55Speaker 1: First of all, you guys could have been preparing by
- 0:58Speaker 1: the you know.
- 0:59Speaker 2: Oh, I was ready to go. Believe me. I came
- 1:01Speaker 2: down here. I had what I'm saying, we prepare a
- 1:03Speaker 2: lot for the show.
- 1:04Speaker 3: I'm saying I didn't want to say that the preparing
- 1:07Speaker 3: this way.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Oh oh.
- 1:11Speaker 3: That didn't start to just way to put it that way. Yeah, here,
- 1:14Speaker 3: I am trying to knock get us fired. Oh no, no,
- 1:17Speaker 3: doing drugs.
- 1:19Speaker 1: It's funny. I went out to eat with my parents
- 1:21Speaker 1: a couple of weeks ago, and we're sitting there, we're
- 1:24Speaker 1: eating breakfast at the diner, and I had you know,
- 1:26Speaker 1: sometimes I don't know what it is. I take a
- 1:29Speaker 1: couple of bites and I'm just like, oh man, I'm good, man,
- 1:31Speaker 1: I'm full. Don't need a lot of food. I don't
- 1:33Speaker 1: need a lot of weird. I really annoyed. I would
- 1:35Speaker 1: kill that's weird. Right. So but then right away my
- 1:38Speaker 1: dad's like, what's going on? What do you want? Drugs? What?
- 1:41Speaker 2: You must be doing? The weed again, that's what he
- 1:43Speaker 2: called it. He referred to it as the weed.
- 1:45Speaker 1: He's not wrong, because well, here's the thing. I exactly,
- 1:49Speaker 1: I have like the reverse stoner effect of when I smoke.
- 1:53Speaker 2: My my first thought is not to get up and
- 1:55Speaker 2: go get a bag of chips. Granted, like, yeah, I
- 1:57Speaker 2: can do that, I can pick out if given the opportunity,
- 1:59Speaker 2: but that's not the first thing that I do.
- 2:01Speaker 1: So, man, what a skill or whatever that would be called.
- 2:04Speaker 1: The thing that really annoys me is that, like over
- 2:07Speaker 1: a year ago now, when I quit vaping, everybody told me,
- 2:09Speaker 1: everybody told me, oh, that's going to like really help
- 2:12Speaker 1: you gain weight, because that's what I want to do,
- 2:13Speaker 1: Like I A people like you so much. I'm sorry,
- 2:17Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I'm sorry, but I look in the mirror
- 2:19Speaker 1: and I feel like I look like slender Man.
- 2:20Speaker 2: Like I feel like I'm too freaking skinny, you know
- 2:22Speaker 2: what I mean. So I want to pack some freaking pounds.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Oh I want to kill him.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Sorry, I'm.
- 2:29Speaker 2: But everybody told me over a year ago now when
- 2:31Speaker 2: I quit vaping that, oh, dude, that's such an appetite suppressor.
- 2:35Speaker 2: And as soon as you quit vaping, you're gonna want
- 2:37Speaker 2: to eat eat eat eat.
- 2:38Speaker 4: Wrong man, wrong, wrong, nothing nothing change. Yeah, I feel
- 2:43Speaker 4: extra stabby right now. Sorry, you know, he just sorry.
- 2:48Speaker 4: I get it, though, I guess.
- 2:49Speaker 3: I stop vaping and I wanted to get hungry, but
- 2:51Speaker 3: it just didn't work. I'm still skinny as hell pretty much.
- 2:54Speaker 3: I still look great in anything. No, but that's just it.
- 2:57Speaker 1: Though I don't though, I don't think and I look
- 3:00Speaker 1: great in anything because like, dude, a pair of parents
- 3:03Speaker 1: can't even freaking fit me? Right? What because I swim
- 3:06Speaker 1: in them, because my waist is just like non existent,
- 3:08Speaker 1: because I don't eat enough. Like, granted, I'm gonna find
- 3:10Speaker 1: a weapon. I have to find that.
- 3:12Speaker 2: Granted, my doctor, Like, I bitch about this to my doctor,
- 3:15Speaker 2: and my doctor tells me I'm not underweight, but if
- 3:17Speaker 2: I like lost a couple more pounds, I technically would be.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Yeah, I guess, And he keeps going. He wants to smoke.
- 3:26Speaker 1: Whoa is Joelle? I'm sorry? Should I stop talking such
- 3:31Speaker 1: a low percentage of body fat, I'm trying to gain it.
- 3:34Speaker 1: I'm like fit, No, that's just it. Though I'm not fit.
- 3:38Speaker 1: Though I'm not I don't think i'm fit.
- 3:40Speaker 3: But here's the problem. This is the problem. Okay, you're
- 3:43Speaker 3: right about that, you're not fit. If we would go
- 3:46Speaker 3: out and run a mile, I would run laps around
- 3:48Speaker 3: you probably, But I look, it's nobody could tell by
- 3:52Speaker 3: the way we look. Right you walk into somewhere, you're like,
- 3:55Speaker 3: that's the That's how I'd like to look. And then
- 3:58Speaker 3: they look at me and they're like, there's no way
- 4:00Speaker 3: that guy can even break a sweat with that dye.
- 4:02Speaker 1: That nobody looks at my physique and says it's not true.
- 4:07Speaker 1: I don't what it is. It is. No, no, no, people
- 4:09Speaker 1: look at my physique and say, what the fuck is
- 4:11Speaker 1: slender man? Oh my god? Skinny skinny fat? That's how
- 4:16Speaker 1: because what are you talking about? That thing? It's called
- 4:19Speaker 1: skinny fat. It is.
- 4:21Speaker 3: Yeah, there is a thing that's not what you are, Joel,
- 4:24Speaker 3: you have a I hate to do this now I'm complimenting.
- 4:26Speaker 1: I hate it. I know ahead you got you you
- 4:30Speaker 1: know how gorgeous he is? Is that what he did?
- 4:34Speaker 3: You have a chisel jaw line, you know, you got
- 4:37Speaker 3: nice hair. You probably can see your abs, you got
- 4:40Speaker 3: you know, you got your you can see veins in
- 4:44Speaker 3: your arms. That's what it's all about, dude. And I
- 4:46Speaker 3: want to see veins in your arms. You got a
- 4:48Speaker 3: guy like me over here?
- 4:50Speaker 2: Skinny fat. This perfectly describes my physique. Or I want
- 4:53Speaker 2: to kill him when I look in the mirror. This
- 4:55Speaker 2: is what I what I envision. It describes someone with
- 4:57Speaker 2: a normal body mass index but a eye body fat
- 5:00Speaker 2: percentage and low lean muscle mass.
- 5:03Speaker 1: It's big words, but I think that's what I where.
- 5:06Speaker 1: You think that's what you have what I tell you
- 5:08Speaker 1: that you are a professor.
- 5:10Speaker 3: You have body dysmorphia, if that's what you think you have, Like,
- 5:14Speaker 3: I'm not trying to This is the last I'll say
- 5:16Speaker 3: about your body. And I've spoken too much on it already.
- 5:20Speaker 1: You have no body fat?
- 5:21Speaker 4: Have you had a body body fat test? Like, do
- 5:24Speaker 4: you know you're what is it called your not off
- 5:27Speaker 4: the top of my head, but you know there's well
- 5:29Speaker 4: there's none on the top of your head, you know.
- 5:31Speaker 4: But here's the thing is that I totally understand that
- 5:35Speaker 4: you feel that that way about yourself.
- 5:38Speaker 1: You're a little hard on them because there are people
- 5:40Speaker 1: that have you know, some people can't gain weight. People can't.
- 5:43Speaker 3: Now you're now you're in the crosshairs, devil's advocate, devil's advocate.
- 5:47Speaker 3: You know, I feel like we're in therapy, like the
- 5:50Speaker 3: jaw line. You'll have a double ass chin. Look at
- 5:53Speaker 3: my chin? Look how many there are?
- 5:57Speaker 2: You's the funny thing is it's funny that you bring
- 5:59Speaker 2: up jaw line because I, for a fleeting second, I
- 6:03Speaker 2: don't know, maybe four or five years ago, now, I
- 6:06Speaker 2: went on Amazon and I searched jawline exercisers, and then the.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Website came up. It's like the little medicine ball that
- 6:16Speaker 1: you chew on prety much.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like this, a little plastic thing that you
- 6:19Speaker 2: chew on in your free time. And honestly, more than anything,
- 6:22Speaker 2: it really fixed my undiagnosed ADHD issue before it did
- 6:26Speaker 2: anything to my drawlne. So I chewed on that thing
- 6:28Speaker 2: for a couple of months and then gave up on it.
- 6:30Speaker 2: I have no idea since I've moved, I have no
- 6:31Speaker 2: idea where they are. But I did buy a jawlne
- 6:34Speaker 2: exercise or thing at one point, but I've done nothing
- 6:36Speaker 2: other than that, and that was years ago.
- 6:38Speaker 5: From you think I have a defined jaw line, I
- 6:41Speaker 5: mean more than me. I could see your jaw. Why
- 6:48Speaker 5: did we?
- 6:48Speaker 1: I can't believe we did this. I want a weird
- 6:50Speaker 1: way to start the show.
- 6:52Speaker 3: Like we listened to Joel complain about being too too thinned,
- 6:57Speaker 3: and then somehow, somehow I started complimenting, Yeah, it's really
- 7:02Speaker 3: worked out for him, you know.
- 7:06Speaker 1: Anyway? And with that episode fifty four, Yeah, let's start it,
- 7:09Speaker 1: okay yea.
- 7:10Speaker 6: Though Blazed and Confused podcast with Becker and Joel. The
- 7:14Speaker 6: Trivia podcast where truth theory and thc glide. Let's spark
- 7:21Speaker 6: your curiosity and light up some knowledge. The Blazed and
- 7:26Speaker 6: Confused podcast with Becker and Joel starts out.
- 7:30Speaker 1: Now, you're right, Yeah, you've had a week. Man, I've
- 7:33Speaker 1: had a week. I've had a day, I've had You're
- 7:36Speaker 1: on the phone of a bunch today. I think I'm
- 7:38Speaker 1: dealing with some people. Yeah.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Never like dealing with people, you know it is. It
- 7:43Speaker 2: is hereditary though, having the skill of yelling over the phone,
- 7:46Speaker 2: thank you Dad, thank you father. Which, by the way,
- 7:48Speaker 2: a little preview, we're gonna have our fathers on again
- 7:50Speaker 2: for the Father's Day episode coming up. I say again,
- 7:53Speaker 2: like we've had them on before, but never happened before
- 7:55Speaker 2: we have it now. It'll be the first.
- 7:56Speaker 1: Time we have, however, had our mothers on. Yeah.
- 7:58Speaker 2: Right, so we're following in the footsteps of previous episodes.
- 8:02Speaker 1: Look at us. Okay, we know what we're doing. Yeah,
- 8:04Speaker 1: we have a pr of what we're doing. Anyway, I'm Becker,
- 8:09Speaker 1: that's Joel, Hello, and this is Tyler Rothrock again. How
- 8:12Speaker 1: many times have you freaking been here? Now? And now
- 8:16Speaker 1: he's I just call you're right, you're right, you're right,
- 8:20Speaker 1: You're right. Anyway, Tyler is a comedian, tell us more
- 8:28Speaker 1: about being a comedian? Tyler oh Man, what the fuck
- 8:32Speaker 1: is that all about? That's hey Le's that's like.
- 8:36Speaker 3: A morning morning, like the Sunday morning or the Saturday
- 8:41Speaker 3: morning disc jockey radio looks like being a comedian.
- 8:45Speaker 7: I do want to know though, in all seriousness, like
- 8:48Speaker 7: you know, you tell a joke and nobody laughs.
- 8:50Speaker 1: What what do you do? What happens?
- 8:53Speaker 3: That's like ninety percent of the game is things that
- 8:55Speaker 3: don't work. So I don't give a shit anymore. That's funny, Yeah,
- 8:59Speaker 3: good for you, thank you.
- 9:00Speaker 1: So it doesn't work and you just make fun of yourself.
- 9:03Speaker 1: Really is key? No, it's it's more of it.
- 9:05Speaker 3: It's a binary thing, like it's like, Okay, that didn't work.
- 9:10Speaker 3: Let's try to figure out how to make it way.
- 9:11Speaker 3: You can't take you can't take that personally, Like, that's
- 9:15Speaker 3: not that that's the crowd is the this is gonna
- 9:19Speaker 3: sound corny. The crowd is part of the instrument. So
- 9:24Speaker 3: like thereas they're as important as my idea is like
- 9:28Speaker 3: a third of the game. And making them understand it
- 9:32Speaker 3: is like the second third. The second third, the final
- 9:36Speaker 3: third is them thinking it's funny.
- 9:38Speaker 1: There's a lot of thirds there. I thought you might
- 9:40Speaker 1: be getting confused. There might even be like quarters. To
- 9:43Speaker 1: be honest, why are you throwing numbers? And now you're
- 9:45Speaker 1: really confused? With you ever see? Okay, let's you know
- 9:47Speaker 1: how a full dollar? Right? Yeah, it's four quarters twenty
- 9:50Speaker 1: five cents? Okay, okay, I just want to hear. I'm
- 9:52Speaker 1: glad we covered that. It's confused.
- 9:54Speaker 2: Yeah, so you know, I mean I I definitely appreciate
- 9:57Speaker 2: the art of stand up comedy.
- 9:59Speaker 3: Wait, wait, wait, okay, we need to get into this, Joel,
- 10:01Speaker 3: because me and Mike Becker are pals and we've discussed.
- 10:07Speaker 1: You don't like stand up well, it's it's not that
- 10:10Speaker 1: I don't like it, it's just that I don't. Just wait,
- 10:14Speaker 1: you don't like stand up comedy? Why? I mean, it's
- 10:16Speaker 1: supposed to make people feel good?
- 10:18Speaker 3: What is it about the art form that makes everyone
- 10:22Speaker 3: feel nice?
- 10:23Speaker 2: There's a couple of comedians that make me laugh that
- 10:25Speaker 2: I watch. Uh you ever watched that? Jessica Kershawan chick.
- 10:30Speaker 2: She's very good.
- 10:30Speaker 1: She's fine. Yeah, she's very but I didn't know her. Yeah,
- 10:35Speaker 1: that's perfect. I like her. Tyler Rothrock, you're good. I've
- 10:40Speaker 1: seen you? How many times have you seen me? A
- 10:43Speaker 1: few times? How many times? A few times? Joel? Have
- 10:47Speaker 1: you ever honestly been to see me? Do? Stand up? Tyler? You?
- 10:50Speaker 1: You do stand up every Saturday? You know what I
- 10:52Speaker 1: do every Saturday? I do?
- 10:54Speaker 3: I do every night. It works every night. There's every
- 10:57Speaker 3: night of the week you come out see your buddy.
- 10:59Speaker 3: You're yeah, but you didn't answer that. You said a
- 11:01Speaker 3: few times, right, How many is that?
- 11:04Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 11:05Speaker 3: I don't think one. I truly don't think has ever
- 11:07Speaker 3: been to see a show. And I'm not offended by that.
- 11:09Speaker 3: That doesn't matter. You have your gigs. I'm not a
- 11:12Speaker 3: mike though. Good friend comes a lot of shows.
- 11:15Speaker 1: Oh thanks, man, Wait you've been You've known Tyler for
- 11:18Speaker 1: how long? Now? Are we gonna move on? I've known
- 11:21Speaker 1: Joel longer than I've known you. I think wow? Really? Yeah? No, Well,
- 11:25Speaker 1: we I think we knew each other. But we didn't like, Yeah,
- 11:28Speaker 1: we weren't like, Yeah, we didn't pal around. Maybe we
- 11:30Speaker 1: weren't too chummy. Yeah, but anyway, you've known him for
- 11:34Speaker 1: quite a while, ten plus, ten plus years? Ten plus?
- 11:38Speaker 1: Really you think wow? Because? Yeah, for sure? Going on?
- 11:41Speaker 3: Because I used to call in to promote shows back
- 11:44Speaker 3: early on, when I couldn't sell tickets on my own.
- 11:47Speaker 3: Now I don't, as you noticed, I don't really call it.
- 11:49Speaker 3: I don't call anymore.
- 11:51Speaker 1: He was like, no, I don't need you, motherfucker. No.
- 11:54Speaker 2: Here's the thing I was gonna say, like, I so
- 11:56Speaker 2: appreciate the art of stand up comedy because I would
- 11:59Speaker 2: so much rather just pretend to be funny on the
- 12:01Speaker 2: radio and hope that people are laughing instead of waiting
- 12:03Speaker 2: for them to laugh.
- 12:04Speaker 1: You know what I mean.
- 12:05Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a lot easier to just pretend to be
- 12:07Speaker 2: funny on the radio than it is to stand there
- 12:09Speaker 2: and wait for laughter.
- 12:10Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 12:10Speaker 3: I guess that's the drug though, true, that's the that's
- 12:14Speaker 3: the part of it that makes me insufferable. Yeah, yeah,
- 12:17Speaker 3: and I need that validation of strang group of strangers. Yeah,
- 12:23Speaker 3: but naefuely, we all have a crutch or a vice.
- 12:27Speaker 3: Ten years, he works every night, right, he didn't work everything. Yes,
- 12:30Speaker 3: you had a lot of gigs. Couldn't see your friend.
- 12:32Speaker 3: I probably do three hundred and fifty sets a year,
- 12:35Speaker 3: three hundred sets a year, like my recordings.
- 12:40Speaker 1: Let me look, he's given you numbers, do you understand? Yeah?
- 12:42Speaker 3: Is that they're only like three hundred and fifty days,
- 12:44Speaker 3: three hundred multiple sets of nights sometimes, So I'm this
- 12:49Speaker 3: is this, I've had this phone.
- 12:51Speaker 1: For hold on how many days in or in a year? Joel? Yeah,
- 12:57Speaker 1: like three hundred and fifty two? Do you know how
- 13:02Speaker 1: many are? Oh? Man, is it more than that? I do?
- 13:05Speaker 1: I do know'll give you.
- 13:10Speaker 3: Wait close that it's actually weirder three three uh.
- 13:15Speaker 1: People say, here's the thing, here's the thing.
- 13:20Speaker 2: I freaking know that. Like, I don't want to sound
- 13:22Speaker 2: like an idiot. I know I just did, but I
- 13:24Speaker 2: like I know that, I know that you just got
- 13:25Speaker 2: to get there, you got to find it. Well if
- 13:27Speaker 2: I was very sober right now, not to sound like it,
- 13:30Speaker 2: but you know, but you're not sober right now, and
- 13:33Speaker 2: shut up, you know what I mean. That's my excuse.
- 13:34Speaker 2: So I'm sticking by it. Hence the name of the podcast.
- 13:37Speaker 2: Look at this. I want to I want to move
- 13:39Speaker 2: on with my life, and you're trapping me with the podcast.
- 13:42Speaker 1: You are Jesus. Yeah. I want to do is hang
- 13:44Speaker 1: out and have fun with you. Maybe if I quit it,
- 13:46Speaker 1: like fun because I'm laughing is like happiness.
- 13:50Speaker 7: Maybe if I quit the weed, maybe just maybe if
- 13:53Speaker 7: I quit the weed, then I could gain the weight.
- 13:55Speaker 1: You quit weed once? It was for two days, I think, right,
- 13:58Speaker 1: did I? So you don't even remember?
- 14:01Speaker 3: Are you the kind of person that we could go
- 14:04Speaker 3: to a restaurant? You order your favorite thing? Let's say
- 14:06Speaker 3: you order a burger and fries? Right, yeah, what would
- 14:09Speaker 3: you order? You're at a restaurant?
- 14:10Speaker 1: What are you about? Right? Are you? Are you not
- 14:15Speaker 1: eating at all? It depends? No, I mean how often
- 14:19Speaker 1: are you like not eating all of the burger? Oh?
- 14:22Speaker 4: I can tell you. We've gone out dead so many times.
- 14:24Speaker 4: He always has leftovers? Yeah, you off?
- 14:27Speaker 1: Yeah? Most times. That's especially if you get a burger
- 14:29Speaker 1: or something like a burger. Okay, how often are you
- 14:32Speaker 1: leaving any of a burger on the plate? I don't
- 14:34Speaker 1: leave anything being Yeah, but that's just it though. Hang
- 14:37Speaker 1: on pause. That's why he has that jawn line. Hang on.
- 14:40Speaker 1: This guy over here he gets a lettuce bun rap.
- 14:43Speaker 1: You know he has no no, no, no, he has enough
- 14:45Speaker 1: balls to say to the waitress or waiter, oh, excuse me,
- 14:48Speaker 1: instead of a bun, can I get lettuce back right now?
- 14:50Speaker 1: Excuse me?
- 14:52Speaker 3: You know why he has to do that? Years and
- 14:55Speaker 3: years of just indulging. Yep, that's what it is. Like,
- 15:00Speaker 3: I'll there's never food on the plate. Like I went
- 15:03Speaker 3: to Qdoba the other day. I got a bowl, a
- 15:05Speaker 3: burrito bowl.
- 15:06Speaker 1: I like that place. Dude.
- 15:07Speaker 3: There was so much food in this brito bowl and
- 15:09Speaker 3: I'm like, I'm gonna get double meat.
- 15:10Speaker 1: I'm gonna have some for tomorrow.
- 15:13Speaker 3: It was like seven bites and it's gone, Like I
- 15:17Speaker 3: envy the people that are like my old roommate was
- 15:20Speaker 3: like that. He would eat enough till he was like ful.
- 15:23Speaker 3: And Naomi's kids do the same thing. They eat enough
- 15:25Speaker 3: until they're like, oh, I'm I'm satisfied. Yeah, and then
- 15:29Speaker 3: they put the rest of the stuff down. Yeah, they
- 15:31Speaker 3: had like three bites, Like that's enough for me. That's
- 15:33Speaker 3: never happened. And then so now what happens is I've
- 15:37Speaker 3: already eaten my burrito. Now there's three quarters of their burrito.
- 15:42Speaker 3: I eat that, okay, And I'm like, all right, there's
- 15:46Speaker 3: still guawk left. What's that all about? Before I know it,
- 15:49Speaker 3: now I'm four thousand calories into the thing. I already
- 15:53Speaker 3: ate dinner. Now I just tossed on another four k Anyway,
- 15:57Speaker 3: I'm hijacking your sho. I see Joel, he's probably got

- 16:05Speaker 1: I am ready to get moving here. If you want
- 16:07Speaker 1: to ready to get move in here? I am why
- 16:11Speaker 1: we got stuff to do here.
- 16:12Speaker 2: You know, we did start recording eighteen minutes late and
- 16:15Speaker 2: it's previously discossed. All you have to do is grill.
- 16:17Speaker 2: Now I'm gonna have to grill into dark thanks to you.
- 16:20Speaker 2: All right, what do you want to do?
- 16:21Speaker 1: Well? I want to do the rapid round. Let's try
- 16:23Speaker 1: that and how the show normally goes? Yeah? Remember yep,
- 16:27Speaker 1: the game begins in three all right, Tyler. What cheese
- 16:34Speaker 1: is traditionally used in a Greek salad? Yeah? In internet slang?

- 17:49Speaker 1: very topical. That was not free planned about the food eating,
- 17:52Speaker 1: not at all fed as my mouth waters. I love
- 17:55Speaker 1: feta cheese.
- 17:56Speaker 2: Oh my god, yes, the cheese traditionally used in a

- 18:16Speaker 3: You never had legmama balls. We're all adults.
- 18:21Speaker 1: I feel like that. Oh man, gotta take your birth control.
- 18:24Speaker 1: I just thought of something. Somebody knocked on my door.
- 18:27Speaker 2: Somebody knocked on my door last week, and it was
- 18:29Speaker 2: these two like kids trying to sell solar and I
- 18:32Speaker 2: thought about, like, it's like children they looked like kids.
- 18:34Speaker 2: I don't know, they look younger than me, and we're
- 18:36Speaker 2: like dressed up or anything. But they were like, yo,
- 18:38Speaker 2: we're YadA YadA YadA from YadA YadA YadA solar company.
- 18:41Speaker 1: And we're not here to terrible name us a lot
- 18:44Speaker 1: of yadas.
- 18:45Speaker 2: We're not here to sell you on anything, but we'd
- 18:47Speaker 2: love to set up an appointment for you to talk
- 18:49Speaker 2: to somebody about getting solar on your house.
- 18:51Speaker 1: It would cost you zero dollars.
- 18:52Speaker 2: And I don't know how this shit works, but somehow
- 18:54Speaker 2: I con Well, these people call me into like a
- 18:57Speaker 2: meeting at seven pm and it's now six thirty and
- 19:00Speaker 2: she texted me and I have to be like, yeah,
- 19:01Speaker 2: don't fucking come please.
- 19:03Speaker 1: I don't want to wait. So the pre kids set
- 19:06Speaker 1: up the meeting. Yeah. Is that it scammy? Yes? It is?
- 19:11Speaker 3: Yeah, well yes, I mean yes, the whole anything that's okay.
- 19:16Speaker 3: Here's the rule of thumb. If something doesn't cost you anything,
- 19:19Speaker 3: you are the product.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Yeah, children signed him up for a meeting till thirteen
- 19:25Speaker 1: year old. Yeah. I do have a little gripe about
- 19:27Speaker 1: the kids today. Yeah.
- 19:29Speaker 3: I don't want to be man on the fucking porch, right, Now,
- 19:32Speaker 3: have you guys seen a kid. When's the last time
- 19:35Speaker 3: you've seen a kid from the age of like ten
- 19:38Speaker 3: to it's called eight to like fifteen riding a bike
- 19:42Speaker 3: that they pedal.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Themselves five minutes ago, right there? Not an electric bike. No,
- 19:47Speaker 1: the only people that have electric bikes are people like him.
- 19:50Speaker 1: That's not true my neighborhood. It's awesome. He's talking about me.
- 19:53Speaker 3: By the way, electric scooters and electric bikes. These kids
- 19:57Speaker 3: are not using their own leg muscles.
- 19:59Speaker 1: Oh, these people, we have regular bikes over here. Good.
- 20:01Speaker 1: I'd like to hear that. Yeah, Tyler wants them to
- 20:04Speaker 1: use their their leg muscles.
- 20:05Speaker 3: I think that's important. Yeah, dude, I think that's important
- 20:08Speaker 3: because we're gonna we're already fat.
- 20:10Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 20:11Speaker 3: Now we have these kids just zipping around. They're like
- 20:14Speaker 3: flying out of driveways. That speeds at A pedal bike
- 20:17Speaker 3: can't pull off.
- 20:18Speaker 4: People that ride actual bikes have chiseled jaw lines, I hear. Yeah,
- 20:22Speaker 4: all right, anyway, anyway ahead, an internet slang. What does
- 20:25Speaker 4: I r L stand for in real life? M M
- 20:27Speaker 4: the magazine that awards a sexiestpan Alive every year. Yeah,
- 20:29Speaker 4: it's a home and gardens.
- 20:32Speaker 1: Will accept that. Yeah, that's just the answer.
- 20:34Speaker 2: Uh, celebrations, what celebrations name comes from the French for
- 20:40Speaker 2: fat Tuesday Marti groo, Marti gra and beer I p
- 20:45Speaker 2: a India pale or Indian pale al.
- 20:49Speaker 1: Well, that's different. But why India? Did it really come
- 20:53Speaker 1: from India? No? Right, there there is an answer to that.
- 21:00Speaker 1: There's always an is it? Is it the seeds? I
- 21:02Speaker 1: think it's probably the hops. Thet's what I meant. I
- 21:05Speaker 1: imagine it's the.
- 21:07Speaker 3: Hops, unless we have to change the name to Native
- 21:11Speaker 3: American pale ale.
- 21:15Speaker 1: Okay, know, in India pale ale does not come from India.
- 21:18Speaker 1: It originated in England in the eighteenth century as a
- 21:22Speaker 1: special heavily hopped pale ale, also brewed to survive the
- 21:26Speaker 1: long hot sea voyage to British colonists coloak colonists. Colonists
- 21:32Speaker 1: colonists right living in India? Oh okay, yeah, yeah, I
- 21:36Speaker 1: got you? Do you? Yeah? I have no idea what
- 21:38Speaker 1: I just read. I don't understand its.
- 21:40Speaker 3: India because it was going It's the only it's the
- 21:42Speaker 3: only beer that could because of the hops.
- 21:44Speaker 1: It was the only ones that could make it to India.
- 21:47Speaker 1: Because of what exactly is the hops? The hops are.
- 21:53Speaker 3: I mean, it's I don't know, it's the it's like
- 21:58Speaker 3: the it's like the I don't know.
- 22:02Speaker 2: Ted to come up with all right, Tyler, what you
- 22:05Speaker 2: should have said was hops are the green cone shaped
- 22:09Speaker 2: flowers of the Humulus lupus vine. In beer, they act
- 22:13Speaker 2: as a natural seasoning and preservative, okay, provide bitterness to
- 22:18Speaker 2: balance the sweet molt. They contribute rich aromas and flavors
- 22:22Speaker 2: like citrus, pine or floral notes, and they help the
- 22:25Speaker 2: beer stay fresh. They retain its foamy head. That they do,
- 22:31Speaker 2: that they do. You really got into that there first.
- 22:33Speaker 1: I did. Thank you very much.
- 22:34Speaker 2: Welcome, thank you very much. We learn a lot on
- 22:36Speaker 2: this podcast, anyway, I want to learn more.
- 22:38Speaker 4: Yeah, how many bones are in the adult human body?
- 22:40Speaker 4: You had said four? Something said high furs high for.
- 22:49Speaker 1: Oh, load to keep going the other way though you
- 22:51Speaker 1: said close load too. I was joking load too, that
- 22:55Speaker 1: they have four hundred bones in your body. I can't
- 22:58Speaker 1: that in two hundred. It's too many. That's actually most
- 23:03Speaker 1: two hundred and six. Why dude, nobody's ever fucking counted
- 23:08Speaker 1: they think they have. No, that's just one of those
- 23:11Speaker 1: stupid facts. What planets known as the Red planet, Mars,
- 23:14Speaker 1: the Trump planet.
- 23:17Speaker 2: All right, let's move on. Forced to keep us on
- 23:21Speaker 2: the ground. Gravity obviously, that's pretty easy.
- 23:23Speaker 3: Gravity, although I do have to say gravity is just
- 23:25Speaker 3: a sensation of it. I don't know if I totally
- 23:28Speaker 3: believe in gravity, but go ahead, I digress what I digress?
- 23:32Speaker 1: I don't even want to know more about that, all right.
- 23:35Speaker 2: The most commonly spoken language in Ireland, some guy on
- 23:38Speaker 2: the internet said, Irish ours, you'd think, but no England, England,
- 23:43Speaker 2: no English English.
- 23:44Speaker 1: I'm having trouble speaking. That's okay, I do too. It
- 23:46Speaker 1: happens sometimes. And McDonald's. You can't go to one of those,
- 23:49Speaker 1: and where an article you can't do?
- 23:50Speaker 2: It makes sense because it's all like ice and ship, right, Yeah,
- 23:53Speaker 2: ice and ship.
- 23:54Speaker 1: That's it.
- 23:55Speaker 3: That's probably all it is, yeah, I and else and
- 23:59Speaker 3: polar shit.
- 24:00Speaker 1: Yea. We have random thoughts to talk about. Anything happened
- 24:03Speaker 1: to you this week? Anything happened to me? There? Did
- 24:06Speaker 1: you think about anything this week?
- 24:07Speaker 2: I thought about a lot of things, but also nothing
- 24:10Speaker 2: at all that you.
- 24:12Speaker 3: Condescending a Joel, Did you perhaps have a thought this week?
- 24:16Speaker 1: Blazed and confused random thoughts? So you didn't think about anything?
- 24:21Speaker 1: This week not not really you can think of all right, cool?
- 24:24Speaker 1: I have a question, how do you guys feel about buffets?
- 24:26Speaker 1: I went to uh the Poconos this weekend. Damn.
- 24:28Speaker 4: It popped up in conversation and one person didn't think that.
- 24:32Speaker 4: They didn't really like it because the food quality sucks.
- 24:34Speaker 4: Usually it's or it's just like a lower level depends. Well,
- 24:37Speaker 4: a lot of it has, it's too much preservatives and whatnot. Anyway,
- 24:39Speaker 4: I'm just saying, I get it, that's not the greatest
- 24:41Speaker 4: food in the world. But are you getting your money's worth?
- 24:44Speaker 4: Like Joel would not be making, you know, getting his
- 24:46Speaker 4: money's worth at a buffet?
- 24:47Speaker 1: Right, it's like what twenty five dollars? No, that's why
- 24:51Speaker 1: they stay in business. I think everyone's eyes are bigger
- 24:53Speaker 1: than their stomachs. Yeah, at a buffet? What's your favorite buffet?
- 24:58Speaker 1: Do you have one? Honestly, you like a Chinese buffet?
- 25:01Speaker 1: Or do you like an Americana? There's the thing. Here's
- 25:03Speaker 1: the thing. I am far from a germophobe. However, post
- 25:07Speaker 1: COVID buffets kind of creeped me out. Everybody's getting their
- 25:11Speaker 1: freaking nasty germs all over the food everywhere, But like man.
- 25:15Speaker 1: As a kid, I remember going to like old country
- 25:16Speaker 1: buffet that used to slap back in the day. I
- 25:19Speaker 1: missed the pizza hut in the house. Oh yeah, see,
- 25:22Speaker 1: I remember that you bring out pie after Where was
- 25:27Speaker 1: that at? I don't Pizza huts were indoors for a
- 25:29Speaker 1: long for don't you remember the pizza hut?
- 25:31Speaker 4: But wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, hold on a second,
- 25:36Speaker 4: they had all you can eat. Oh yeah, Michael, you
- 25:38Speaker 4: don't remember this. Why don't I remember this? My guy,
- 25:42Speaker 4: I live under a rock and I remember this the
- 25:44Speaker 4: red room. I know what pizza hut is. I just
- 25:48Speaker 4: don't remember it being a buffet. It was a buffet.
- 25:50Speaker 4: I thought there was a bar. There was an option.
- 25:52Speaker 1: Oh man, I don't remember that. There used to be
- 25:54Speaker 1: this program back in the day. They book it, yes, exactly.
- 25:57Speaker 2: They had the thing with the schools where if you
- 25:59Speaker 2: read a certain of books you used to get the
- 26:00Speaker 2: coupon for a free kid whatever at the at the
- 26:03Speaker 2: buffet at dude.
- 26:04Speaker 1: And we used to go all the time, all the time.
- 26:06Speaker 1: It was so good, bro, the pizza hut.
- 26:09Speaker 3: But we've been asked to leave the pizza I left
- 26:14Speaker 3: Pizza hupafet with a plate and pizza on the plate,
- 26:17Speaker 3: and they were like, you gotta you gotta give the.
- 26:19Speaker 1: Play back, like sir, if you do you want a
- 26:21Speaker 1: jawl like this, you gotta leave.
- 26:24Speaker 3: And then they bring out the dessert pizzas. O, dude,
- 26:27Speaker 3: you don't remember any of us?
- 26:29Speaker 1: What was it? Only like specific pizza huts? Huh? I
- 26:34Speaker 1: don't remember this at all, all of them. Man, do
- 26:37Speaker 1: you remembers that was another pizza? I never went to
- 26:39Speaker 1: c I remember that they had a pizza.
- 26:42Speaker 2: There's still I believe that there's still a couple of
- 26:44Speaker 2: them around, and I think there's like one pizza hut
- 26:46Speaker 2: that still has the old.
- 26:47Speaker 1: School setup like that. Hold on, I gotta go for.
- 26:50Speaker 2: The closest pizza hut buffet locations to you. It's New
- 26:53Speaker 2: Holland p A Or Shillington.
- 26:56Speaker 1: That's like that we should go. That might be a
- 26:58Speaker 1: weekend thing for me this week. I might be going
- 27:00Speaker 1: this weekend. Well, dude, I will tell you. I mean
- 27:02Speaker 1: we went to we went to Shady Maple. How was
- 27:05Speaker 1: that not great anymore? I remember it being so good
- 27:09Speaker 1: and I just don't think the food was good. I
- 27:11Speaker 1: kind of like one plate and I was like, well,
- 27:12Speaker 1: this shit's fucking I don't know.
- 27:14Speaker 3: Okay, here's my question. You're out to be fail like that?
- 27:17Speaker 3: Are you not forcing another plate down?
- 27:20Speaker 1: I like tried to. I think I got like two
- 27:22Speaker 1: or three down.
- 27:23Speaker 4: You had a plate that you ate half the food
- 27:25Speaker 4: and pushed it under a napkin or something, and then
- 27:27Speaker 4: you went and got more food.
- 27:28Speaker 2: I think we talked about it before in the podcast,
- 27:30Speaker 2: but they had this sign like, don't waste the fucking food,
- 27:32Speaker 2: you know, only take away eat.
- 27:34Speaker 1: I did waste it because I took one bite and
- 27:35Speaker 1: it was nasty. It was gross. It was it like
- 27:37Speaker 1: a Salisbury steak or something that it was.
- 27:39Speaker 2: A regular steak. It was supposed to be like a ribbi.
- 27:41Speaker 2: It was like super overseasoned and very brittle. Took one
- 27:45Speaker 2: bite and had to spit it out.
- 27:47Speaker 1: It was awful.
- 27:47Speaker 2: I also had really bad wedding food at my wedding
- 27:49Speaker 2: this past weekend.
- 27:50Speaker 1: I won't name the venue, but man, it's just sicking.
- 27:52Speaker 1: What was it? It was chicken and but it was
- 27:56Speaker 1: like wrapped in all this weird red shit. I don't know,
- 27:58Speaker 1: I don't know what it was, but it was gross.
- 28:00Speaker 1: Why isn't at weddings it's always chicken or fish. Yeah, exactly, veggie.
- 28:04Speaker 3: Yeah, you know the move is going with the veggie
- 28:07Speaker 3: pasta that never lets you down.
- 28:09Speaker 1: Dude, No, yeah it does. It sounds fucking You can't
- 28:11Speaker 1: undercook or overcook it.
- 28:13Speaker 3: The chickens always dry, Yeah, the steak's always tough.
- 28:17Speaker 2: This chicken was like undercooked. I felt it was flesh fleshy, fleshy,
- 28:21Speaker 2: and very chewy. I literally had two bites and I
- 28:24Speaker 2: was like, I can't I kill I can't j jesus.
- 28:26Speaker 2: And you know the worst part too, It's like, man,
- 28:27Speaker 2: I felt bad for this bride and groom.
- 28:29Speaker 1: Great, great, fantastic wedding, great party, but.
- 28:32Speaker 2: Man, they probably paid like one hundred and fifty bucks
- 28:34Speaker 2: ahead for this shitty like undercooked chicken.
- 28:37Speaker 1: You know, wedding food is ridiculously expensive. It is, it is. Yeah,
- 28:44Speaker 1: I wouldn't know, it wouldn't. I wouldn't know. What else
- 28:47Speaker 1: did I want to talk about? Oh? Here you read
- 28:50Speaker 1: the second one. If you could host a UFC fight
- 28:52Speaker 1: in a yard of your choosing, where would you choose? Yeah? Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 29:01Speaker 1: naturally I'd picked the Brady Bunch House. Why because why not?
- 29:04Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 29:04Speaker 1: Uf the Bradys. Yeah, man, that the title sells itself. God,
- 29:10Speaker 1: could you imagine what a nightmare that Alison Marsha going
- 29:13Speaker 1: down throwing it at each other. Come on, come on.
- 29:17Speaker 1: We did a like maybe ten years ago at Ryan
- 29:21Speaker 1: Dugan's parents' house. We did a fight in his yard
- 29:25Speaker 1: when his parents were away. We did it's called the
- 29:26Speaker 1: mid September Slam. We all we got.
- 29:29Speaker 3: We had a dj J heavy CAV shout out and
- 29:32Speaker 3: the we had fights set up throughout the night and
- 29:34Speaker 3: we parked our cars with the headlights.
- 29:36Speaker 1: With a matt.
- 29:37Speaker 3: The cops came in the movies. One of the neighbors
- 29:39Speaker 3: like saw us from like one hundred yards away. They
- 29:42Speaker 3: thought it was a fight club happening. So the cops
- 29:44Speaker 3: came like very cautiously, like what's going on in here.
- 29:48Speaker 3: We're like, we're just a bunch of drunk, like suburban kids,
- 29:52Speaker 3: like barely fighting.
- 29:54Speaker 1: That was the closest I got.
- 29:56Speaker 3: But you're referencing the the UFC fight in the present
- 30:00Speaker 3: cidential lawn, right.
- 30:00Speaker 1: Yeah, he's not referencing anything because we're not a political podcast.
- 30:03Speaker 1: We are not, And I think it's actually it's not.
- 30:07Speaker 4: It's a you know, a little political just a little bit,
- 30:11Speaker 4: but it's on hold right now, it's they're they're suing
- 30:13Speaker 4: right for something. You can't just do that at a
- 30:15Speaker 4: historical site or something, or a historical park or the.
- 30:18Speaker 1: Crazy thing is that they've already built the stage or
- 30:20Speaker 1: everything's already there. It looks ridiculous, it looks wild.
- 30:23Speaker 4: I think it looks really tacky cool at the same time,
- 30:27Speaker 4: I don't.
- 30:28Speaker 3: I'm just joking, ship, dude. The fact that we even
- 30:30Speaker 3: have a white house is weird. Just big house. It's
- 30:34Speaker 3: just big fucking house for the guy to live in
- 30:37Speaker 3: for a couple of years, his house, you know.
- 30:45Speaker 1: But the rest of us ready for trivia? Are you sure?
- 30:50Speaker 1: I got a lot of good stuff this week? All right?
- 30:52Speaker 1: I don't. I got a lot of good stuff. Tackle first, yeah,
- 30:55Speaker 1: all right, question number one?
- 30:59Speaker 2: All right, I just heard a song by this band
- 31:03Speaker 2: and I thought, huh, I wonder if Becker knows about this,
- 31:06Speaker 2: and I'm hoping the answer is no. But let's see here,
- 31:08Speaker 2: all right, music, We're gonna start with music. Great, this
- 31:11Speaker 2: is my favorite one. Susannah Hoffs is the lead singer
- 31:15Speaker 2: of what eighties pop band?
- 31:19Speaker 1: Okay, he won't know it, by the look at that idea.
- 31:21Speaker 1: I've never heard of that name before you can look
- 31:23Speaker 1: at his face and no right away if he knows
- 31:25Speaker 1: it or not, I have no idea, And Tyler, sure,
- 31:27Speaker 1: there's no way I know that.
- 31:29Speaker 2: Susannah Hoffs is the lead singer of what eighties pop band?
- 31:33Speaker 1: I have no idea if I gave you a song title.
- 31:37Speaker 1: I feel like that wouldn't even help you get is it? Like? Okay,
- 31:40Speaker 1: what if I say this, I said, like the Bengals
- 31:42Speaker 1: or something like that, would that be that's a football team?
- 31:45Speaker 1: Well it's also a band, Okay.
- 31:48Speaker 2: I mean I was gonna say, what if I give
- 31:50Speaker 2: you the clue of an all girl eighties pop band?
- 31:54Speaker 1: The Bengals are an all girl I'm gonna go with
- 31:56Speaker 1: that Bengals? Can I get that? Right? Yeah? Where did where?
- 32:01Speaker 1: Where did that come out? Don't know? But I'm happy
- 32:03Speaker 1: it happened because I get them all the time. Fully
- 32:06Speaker 1: guess that.
- 32:06Speaker 4: Yeah, you always just thinking of female led groups from
- 32:09Speaker 4: that time period.
- 32:10Speaker 2: I have a hard time deciphering the difference between the
- 32:12Speaker 2: Bengals the band and the Bengals the football team.
- 32:17Speaker 1: That's what he did.
- 32:18Speaker 2: There's like a difference in how you pronounce them and
- 32:20Speaker 2: on the radio man I used to like have to
- 32:22Speaker 2: like read sports scores and I have to read them.
- 32:24Speaker 2: And people used to call up and rust me all
- 32:25Speaker 2: the time that I never could pronounce this right, and.
- 32:27Speaker 1: Still to this day, I can't do it.
- 32:28Speaker 4: It's Bengals and Bengals, right, the Bengals bang and ben.
- 32:32Speaker 1: I feel like if I'm gonna have an aneurysm if
- 32:36Speaker 1: it's the same thing. No, it's not Bengals. It's not
- 32:39Speaker 1: the Bengals. It's spelled differently, Bengals. The band is b
- 32:42Speaker 1: A N. I think the football team is b E N.
- 32:45Speaker 1: Is it not? Yeah? Okay, fine, Bengals and Bengals. Yeah
- 32:49Speaker 1: he did it? Seean Bengals Bengals?
- 32:52Speaker 6: Tough Right, We're gonna have you gotta go question too.
- 33:00Speaker 2: How about pop culture. I'm gonna ask you about video games.
- 33:03Speaker 2: You play video games now or not? I play retro games.
- 33:06Speaker 2: I like N sixty four and PlayStation and Second Genesis and.
- 33:09Speaker 1: Called the geezer games. Yeah, fuckry, go ahead.
- 33:15Speaker 2: What video game features online gameplay called Battle Royale?
- 33:22Speaker 4: My guess is Fortnite because that's like the biggest game.
- 33:28Speaker 4: I know the names of shit, I just don't play them.
- 33:30Speaker 2: Yeah, dude, I tried to play that like once, and
- 33:32Speaker 2: I played for like, I don't know, maybe two three days.
- 33:35Speaker 2: The only cool thing about that is that you just
- 33:37Speaker 2: talk on a headset with your friends, so it's a
- 33:39Speaker 2: very social activity.
- 33:40Speaker 1: But I suck at the game.
- 33:41Speaker 4: I remember him telling me that, and he was like,
- 33:43Speaker 4: I think I might buy a game system. I'm like, dude,
- 33:45Speaker 4: well you played it a couple of times. You're never
- 33:48Speaker 4: gonna use it.
- 33:49Speaker 6: No.
- 33:49Speaker 2: Yeah, And that was a two week, three week escapade.
- 33:52Speaker 2: Maybe maybe maybe I lasted that long. Yeah, yeah, I
- 33:56Speaker 2: don't know. I just don't you know what I want.
- 33:57Speaker 2: I want rock band, I want guitar. Here, give me
- 34:00Speaker 2: the music games. Why is that not a thing anymore?
- 34:02Speaker 1: Did they stop making that all together? Yeah, you can
- 34:04Speaker 1: hardly get it anywhere by the old stuff.
- 34:07Speaker 3: During COVID, I got an Oculus. Yeah, it's like the Yeah. Yeah,
- 34:12Speaker 3: and there's this game that my buddies were playing.
- 34:14Speaker 1: I forget.
- 34:15Speaker 3: It's like a war game and you like have guns
- 34:18Speaker 3: and you take out it's like a fight, like a
- 34:21Speaker 3: shooting game.
- 34:21Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 34:22Speaker 3: It caused me so much turmoil that I had to
- 34:26Speaker 3: sell the console.
- 34:28Speaker 1: I enjoyed no moment of this game.
- 34:31Speaker 3: I was always scared and people would observe because you
- 34:33Speaker 3: see somebody playing it.
- 34:35Speaker 1: They're in the world and you're just watching them in
- 34:37Speaker 1: this world. And I would be like, no, no, there
- 34:40Speaker 1: is oh god. I would get scared. It would scare
- 34:44Speaker 1: me in the game.
- 34:45Speaker 3: I would take the thing off and they would be
- 34:47Speaker 3: like friends or my girlfriend would be looking at me,
- 34:50Speaker 3: just like what is going on in that thing? And
- 34:53Speaker 3: I have to get rid of this. Like the shooting games,
- 34:57Speaker 3: I get anxious because I get scared.
- 34:59Speaker 2: Yeah, no, I don't blame me. Oh yeah, I never
- 35:02Speaker 2: thought those never did the shooting games.
- 35:04Speaker 1: I don't know. GT A once in a while, is
- 35:06Speaker 1: that's why, because you just get to kill. But when
- 35:08Speaker 1: it's like it's all he needs is the kill.
- 35:12Speaker 6: No.
- 35:12Speaker 3: But like I was, I'm so bad at like Call
- 35:15Speaker 3: of Duty, I'm so bad at Like I was so
- 35:17Speaker 3: bad at GoldenEye back in the day.
- 35:19Speaker 4: I was not great at it either. People love to
- 35:21Speaker 4: play that game. We still play it like four person
- 35:23Speaker 4: you know seven or double seven Double seven? Yeah, yeah,
- 35:26Speaker 4: well Golden Eye, yeah, Golden and uh. I used to
- 35:29Speaker 4: play it by myself because the screens were well, no,
- 35:32Speaker 4: they were very small back in the day, and to
- 35:34Speaker 4: play four persons four players so small, and I didn't
- 35:37Speaker 4: like it.
- 35:37Speaker 3: Dude, I would just be getting rocked all the time.
- 35:40Speaker 3: Oh I get rocking dad again, dead again.
- 35:44Speaker 1: Rocked in the game. Eh yeah, anyway, okay, Q three
- 35:49Speaker 1: A bit of a tangent there, Hey, speaking of James
- 35:51Speaker 1: Bond by the way, Golden Earring, I what is it earring?
- 35:57Speaker 1: Golden Eye? Yeah?
- 35:58Speaker 2: Yeah, Golden Ring the band my line, Yeah, and one
- 36:01Speaker 2: and one other hit which one?
- 36:04Speaker 1: Right? I love It's a really good song.
- 36:06Speaker 2: I've been driving over Widow is it. Yeah, we're doing
- 36:11Speaker 2: place in confused karaoke. I brought up the Bank, I
- 36:14Speaker 2: brought up the banglesangle say. I brought up the Bangles
- 36:17Speaker 2: earlier because I heard Monday Mannic Monday today and I thought,
- 36:21Speaker 2: what a great this should be my karaoke song because
- 36:23Speaker 2: I love to sing bad on purpose, and it's so
- 36:25Speaker 2: easy to do it on that song.
- 36:26Speaker 1: You know. Yeah, it was just another bay whoa.
- 36:32Speaker 3: It was the only line about that I don't get
- 36:34Speaker 3: is I wish it was I don't wish it was
- 36:35Speaker 3: Sunday because she said Friday.
- 36:38Speaker 2: She says, I wish it were Sunday because that's my
- 36:40Speaker 2: fun day. My I don't have to run day. It
- 36:43Speaker 2: was just another manic money. She tells you right there.
- 36:45Speaker 1: Why why she pictures a Sunday? She wishes it was Sunday.
- 36:48Speaker 1: Now I feel stupid. Yeah, I feel like an idiot. Anyway,
- 36:52Speaker 1: what were we talking about? Oh? Did I answer? Was
- 36:55Speaker 1: there been a question? You don't even ask it?
- 36:57Speaker 2: All right, guy, I said, speaking about James Bond, And
- 37:00Speaker 2: then we got sidetracked from there, speaking to James Bond,
- 37:02Speaker 2: famous people. Who was the most recent actor to play
- 37:06Speaker 2: James Bond?
- 37:08Speaker 1: Oh? Fuck, I lean on you for this? Is it? Daniel?
- 37:15Speaker 1: Daniel might be? Is it Daniel might be? Daniel Craig
- 37:18Speaker 1: going for it? That get three? Right? Is that final? Yeah?
- 37:21Speaker 1: I'm doing it. Yeah, this never happens for me. I
- 37:25Speaker 1: feel so proud. He tried, He tried to. I heard
- 37:28Speaker 1: it at the end there or is there one more? Wow?
- 37:31Speaker 1: Well he always does that show with me. I'm better
- 37:33Speaker 1: at it.
- 37:33Speaker 2: I think, all right, Well now I'm picking one that
- 37:35Speaker 2: you're definitely not getting right, So question for and I
- 37:39Speaker 2: still have my lifeline.
- 37:40Speaker 1: I have not gone to Tyler. He doesn't know this either. Geez,
- 37:44Speaker 1: I know all right, your friend. I think math? Math? Math?
- 37:48Speaker 2: How many zeros? Does a Google. Have you know, like
- 37:53Speaker 2: there's six Googles and a million, like million, billion trillion.
- 37:56Speaker 2: If you go all the way up you get to
- 37:57Speaker 2: a Google, how many zeros.
- 37:58Speaker 1: Are in it? I thought it was two in the
- 38:01Speaker 1: G O O G. I don't think I knew about Google.
- 38:04Speaker 1: That's an actual thing. Yeah, let me confirm with a
- 38:07Speaker 1: Google search. Do you know that?
- 38:10Speaker 6: Uh?
- 38:10Speaker 1: No, I didn't know that's an amount like to Google? Two?
- 38:15Speaker 1: Is it to Googles? Yeah?
- 38:16Speaker 2: But it's so it's it's it's spelled differently, So a Google,
- 38:20Speaker 2: the number is spelled g O O G O L Google.
- 38:24Speaker 1: Or a Google a Google. It's sort of like bangles
- 38:27Speaker 1: and bangs. I have no idea ten. I have no
- 38:31Speaker 1: fucking idea. I'm gonna go with no. It wouldn't be that.
- 38:34Speaker 1: Hold on, what are you counting? It's sets of three right,
- 38:49Speaker 1: There wouldn't be an even number, right, I don't know
- 38:52Speaker 1: what the hell you're doing. I'm just I'm making sure
- 38:55Speaker 1: that it's an odd number, right, So then go with.
- 38:59Speaker 3: You with sixteen. I wouldn't say it couldn't be. That's
- 39:03Speaker 3: also not a no.
- 39:05Speaker 1: I wouldn't one twenty one right now? One twenty one
- 39:09Speaker 1: twenty one.
- 39:12Speaker 2: All right, so the answer is that it was hard.
- 39:14Speaker 2: The answer is one hundred. It's supposed to be ten
- 39:17Speaker 2: to the one hundredth power. Like a google is always
- 39:21Speaker 2: it's always written as one. It's always written as an exponent,
- 39:24Speaker 2: you know what I mean, like a big number and
- 39:26Speaker 2: then a little number. Oh yeah yeah those deals yeah.
- 39:29Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah yeah. But supposedly it's one hundred.
- 39:31Speaker 2: I remember exponents. Yeah, that's part of pem dos. Remember
- 39:34Speaker 2: pem do?
- 39:35Speaker 1: Please excuse my? Yeah, wow, excuse me? Can you please
- 39:39Speaker 1: excuse my dear aunt Sally? She just her pen? Can
- 39:45Speaker 1: you get a paper? Can you get a paper towel
- 39:47Speaker 1: for my my aunt Sally? Pleaseuse she just shipped all
- 39:50Speaker 1: over the question number one, what animal was Walt Disney
- 40:03Speaker 1: ironically afraid of? Well, since you said ironically right away,
- 40:07Speaker 1: I want to say a mouse. Do you want to
- 40:11Speaker 1: convince me to not say a mouse? I'm not saying anything,
- 40:13Speaker 1: all right? Then I want to say mouse. Final answer?
- 40:15Speaker 1: Do you agree with that? I was gonna say elephant, elephant,
- 40:19Speaker 1: mickey mouse, mickey mouse, mickey mouse. You got right, I
- 40:25Speaker 1: should have left that out. But would you have gotten
- 40:28Speaker 1: that otherwise? Anything? I don't know what animal was Walt
- 40:32Speaker 1: Disney afraid of? It's because you put ironically, yeah, oh well,
- 40:36Speaker 1: I didn't think you get that. I didn't think you'd
- 40:38Speaker 1: know what irony was. No, no, what you don't give
- 40:43Speaker 1: me a Nazi sympathizer. That's right. That should have been
- 40:49Speaker 1: my automatic response. Did we cancel him? Was he?
- 40:52Speaker 6: Like?
- 40:52Speaker 1: Didn't we get rid of him? Was it after death? Though?
- 40:55Speaker 2: I know everybody gets canceled after they croak. Michael Jackson's
- 40:58Speaker 2: getting mega canceled again due Did you watch the Michael
- 41:00Speaker 2: Jackson Touch His Boys documentary on? It's very good, but
- 41:07Speaker 2: you know what I mean.
- 41:08Speaker 3: What's your favorite part Joe when he hangs the baby
- 41:12Speaker 3: over there?
- 41:13Speaker 1: Honestly and truly, like that's all that that. I think.
- 41:16Speaker 2: That trial ended in two thousand and five, and dude,
- 41:18Speaker 2: I was so young, and I just remember that being
- 41:20Speaker 2: on TV all the time, Like every night there was
- 41:23Speaker 2: the shot of Michael Jackson walking out of the walking
- 41:26Speaker 2: out of the.
- 41:27Speaker 1: Courtroom with his big umbrella yet from him. I remember
- 41:30Speaker 1: when when they were reading the verdict, you know, there
- 41:32Speaker 1: was big news. Like I think I like rushed home
- 41:34Speaker 1: to see that it was on TV back in the day. Yeah, yeah,
- 41:37Speaker 1: that's crazy. Wait, you were like sick.
- 41:39Speaker 3: If you if you die and you're not outed as
- 41:42Speaker 3: a Nazi sympathizer, and then are you in heaven? And
- 41:46Speaker 3: then they come like, at we found out your past.
- 41:51Speaker 3: They know everything. They're all knowing the dude upstairs does everything. Yeah, woman,
- 41:55Speaker 3: but yeah.
- 41:56Speaker 1: Brock, he's like, you're Jesus kind of looks like him. Okay,
- 42:05Speaker 1: question too. What is dihydrogen monoxide more commonly known as
- 42:13Speaker 1: what dihydrogen monoxide? You can't even say it dihydrogen dihydrogen monoxide? Ah, gee,
- 42:23Speaker 1: I've hint. Would be a hint if you want to
- 42:28Speaker 1: give me a hint, that'd be lovely. I don't really know, Tyler.
- 42:31Speaker 1: Do you think he deserves a hint? I do think so? Yeah?
- 42:35Speaker 1: What is dihydrogen monoxide dihydrogen monoxide? It's hard to say, Well, well,
- 42:40Speaker 1: carbon monoxide has the same monoxide as the dihydrogen carbon monoxide.
- 42:47Speaker 1: What did I say? Carbon? Diehard? That has to be
- 42:52Speaker 1: something totally different. What's monoxide mean? I think it's a gas? It.
- 42:58Speaker 1: What's the question again? What is it? What is dihydrogen
- 43:02Speaker 1: monoxide dihydrogen monoxide?
- 43:04Speaker 2: Well, it's hydrogen. That's di moinoxid the size and uh.
- 43:09Speaker 1: I mean I can't go a bunch of on the
- 43:11Speaker 1: right track, professor, I really no, I don't think so
- 43:15Speaker 1: why would I know this? I don't know. Why would
- 43:17Speaker 1: I know this?
- 43:18Speaker 4: You give you give me a lot of hard questions lately.
- 43:20Speaker 4: So I was getting you back a little. You got
- 43:22Speaker 4: all four correct except for the one you did so
- 43:24Speaker 4: you got three. I guess that's how that works. What
- 43:27Speaker 4: is it commonly known as die? Hydrogen monoxide?
- 43:31Speaker 1: I don't know. You got a roy water? Oh? H two? Yeah?
- 43:38Speaker 1: Hydrogen die hydrogen? Yeah, it's okay, okay, So I think
- 43:44Speaker 1: that you should have said ironical he would have got it.
- 43:46Speaker 1: He probably would have gotten that, wouldn't that be? H? Okay?
- 43:48Speaker 1: That kind of makes sense now because H is the
- 43:50Speaker 1: hydrogen and then two is the two die? Doesn't DI
- 43:53Speaker 1: mean two? Oxide? Oxide? Is water? Yeah? Or oxygen? Oxygen?
- 43:58Speaker 1: Hydrogen and oxygen make water? Yes, H two of them
- 44:02Speaker 1: two hs in a O. Yeah. But is the hydrogen two?
- 44:05Speaker 1: Or is the oxygen two? Hydrogen H two? Oh? Imagine
- 44:10Speaker 1: the first person that found that out there, like.
- 44:12Speaker 3: Oh fuck, look what we did this whole time? We
- 44:16Speaker 3: just had this one hydrogen and this one oxygen. Shit
- 44:19Speaker 3: was happening. I had this other hydrogen. Oh my god,
- 44:23Speaker 3: we could drink forever. Now I could water my plants. Finally,
- 44:28Speaker 3: I don't get it.
- 44:30Speaker 1: All right, I didn't expect you to. Yeah, science is born.
- 44:33Speaker 1: Question three, what's the hardest substance in the human body? No,
- 44:38Speaker 1: I won't say it, my mom, he's gonna say something perverted.
- 44:44Speaker 2: I was practicing my self control. I didn't say it.
- 44:46Speaker 2: I started to, but I stopped myself. Anyway, what's the
- 44:48Speaker 2: hardest what.
- 44:49Speaker 4: It's the hardest substance in the human body? What the
- 44:53Speaker 4: hell it's gotta be a Is it a bone?
- 44:57Speaker 1: Yeah? Okay, well why'd you like techn Is it a
- 45:01Speaker 1: bone or bone? It's a specific bone. Uh.
- 45:07Speaker 4: I can't give too much away. I'll just tell you
- 45:09Speaker 4: the answer. It's part of your skeletal system.
- 45:15Speaker 1: Yeah, what the hell? Yeah, that's pretty bag.
- 45:18Speaker 3: Kind of clue is that it'll give it away if
- 45:20Speaker 3: I say it, I can give it away.
- 45:23Speaker 1: Give it away, give it away, now, give it a bone.
- 45:26Speaker 1: But the hardest substance in the human body, I.
- 45:30Speaker 2: Want to say your femur, because that's like the hardest
- 45:32Speaker 2: bone in your body isn't not it.
- 45:33Speaker 1: I know, it's like the strongest bone in your body,
- 45:35Speaker 1: the hardest substance in the human body.
- 45:38Speaker 3: Substance implies that it's that it's not a bone in
- 45:42Speaker 3: your bones.
- 45:44Speaker 1: We can look it up after. But I think you
- 45:46Speaker 1: don't even freaking know. Well, I'm not a I almost
- 45:49Speaker 1: said it would have given it away. Look at you
- 45:51Speaker 1: know he always likes to preach, all met I take
- 45:54Speaker 1: my time and write out. But you don't even know
- 45:56Speaker 1: what I know?
- 45:57Speaker 4: Your skull, Oh, all right, it's in the skull. But yeah,
- 46:01Speaker 4: go ahead, and you want to say skull. No, tooth
- 46:07Speaker 4: enamel is the strongest substance, and all right.
- 46:10Speaker 1: That that does. Okay, stronger than your favor. It's the
- 46:13Speaker 1: strongest substance in the human body, tooth and animal. Great.
- 46:17Speaker 1: I'm so glad I know that. Now. Question for what
- 46:21Speaker 1: is the name of the psychological phenomenon when a captured
- 46:25Speaker 1: person develops positive feelings oh for their captor? Oh oh oh?
- 46:30Speaker 1: What is the psychological phenomenon called Stockholm syndrome? Yeah? I
- 46:35Speaker 1: feel like that's it, Stockholm syndrome. Final answer answer, you
- 46:38Speaker 1: got it? Yes, good one. You know me, I like undrome.
- 46:41Speaker 1: I am very aware of I like it. I like
- 46:45Speaker 1: the true crime. Did you do you watch a lot
- 46:46Speaker 1: of true crime? Not really? Not really, No, I'm not
- 46:49Speaker 1: not into it. I just don't seek it out, that's all.
- 46:51Speaker 1: If it's on, I'll watch it. There's a good thing
- 46:53Speaker 1: on Netflix now called The Crash. Oh, I was thinking
- 46:56Speaker 1: about getting into that. Yeah. A couple of people were
- 46:58Speaker 1: telling me to watch it. Did you do it? Yeah?
- 47:00Speaker 1: I did. I watched it last night. I don't know, man,
- 47:02Speaker 1: I don't know, dude, I don't like some of that shit.
- 47:04Speaker 1: Just like it's interesting, but then it bums me out.
- 47:06Speaker 1: It is definitely a big bummer. Yeah.
- 47:08Speaker 2: Like, this girl crashed her car with two of her
- 47:11Speaker 2: friends in the car, and it killed the two friends,
- 47:13Speaker 2: but she was alive. And then who knew, man, Apparently
- 47:16Speaker 2: there's this box in your car, like you know, when
- 47:18Speaker 2: you hear like an airplane crash, they always talk about
- 47:20Speaker 2: a black box getting the black box.
- 47:21Speaker 1: Well, apparently your car has that too.
- 47:23Speaker 2: So when they retrieved this box from her car, they
- 47:26Speaker 2: discovered that she was going like balls to the wall,
- 47:29Speaker 2: like pedal to the metal, one hundred miles an hour
- 47:31Speaker 2: seconds leading up to that crash. So now she's in well,
- 47:34Speaker 2: I don't want to give it away, but she's in
