- 2:07King. So let's go ahead and take a listen from Hollywood. It's time
- 2:13now for Johnny Dellar. This is Paul Darman, mister Dollar. I was
- 2:20afraid you left town and I wanted to talk to you. Mm hmm.
- 2:23I wanted to thank you for your kindness about Amy and the way you handled
- 2:27Terry was darn decent. Of course, I want to apologize for my attitude
- 2:31again, os missus O'Connell terrible. I mean, the papers this morning connected
- 2:38her sister Amy with murdering Belden and committing suicide. I'm curious how did you
- 2:43get to her. I found Amy's person There was a gun in it.
- 2:46I looked up the registration. Oh the murder gun. I don't know.
- 2:52I haven't turned it over to the police yet. Why Because I still can't
- 2:55believe Amy Duran was the kind of girl who'd shoot a man and then take
- 2:58poison tonight and every weekday Night. Bob Bailey in the Transcribed Adventures of the
- 3:10Man with the Action Packed Expenser count America's Fabulous Freelance Insurance Investigator Yus Turley Johnny
- 3:15Dollar expense accounts submitted by Special Investigator Johnny Dollar, location Vicksburg, Virginia two.
- 3:30Special Investigator Johnny Dollar for personal reasons in connection with the plant agent matter.
- 3:36Expense account at AM eleven fifteen dollars legal fees for services rented by lawyer
- 3:39Sam o'field. No, Sandy, and here's sir O here. I guess
- 3:50it's you. What now, mister o'field. This statement you mean to meet
- 3:53clearly states your intentions in this matter, your motives. You attempted to help
- 3:58a girl who died in your company. You had no idea she might have
- 4:01committed the murder or embezzled ten thousand dollars. You withheld evidence the gun you
- 4:08found in her purse, in the hope of identifying her and saving her family
- 4:12some grief. I hope you don't have to use this stuff. We'll see.
- 4:18I'm going to turn the gun in now, and you're coming with me.
- 4:20It's about time. Nothing personal, son, I think you did a
- 4:25lot of dumb things for her. From what they're saying in the papers about
- 4:29her, I don't think she deserted, But then we all make wrong guesses
- 4:33sometimes, I suppose. Ah, let's get this over with lawyer Sam Oldfield
- 4:43accompanied me downtown the police headquarters, where we sought out Lieutenant Agins and turned
- 4:46over the thirty eight automatics. Oldfield handed the statement over to him and he
- 4:50read it through. Then he called in his ballistics man to make an immediate
- 4:55check of the gun. When he'd done that, Aggins asked Oldfield on myself
- 4:58to wait. He left an hour later, then he came back. You
- 5:02are a lucky boy dollar. First off, I'm gonna tell you that gun
- 5:08you've been withholding, that's the same weapon that killed the order. The clown's
- 5:11built it. Okay, Now, you played it as safe as you could,
- 5:14and you hired this lawyer to protect you, and it came to turning
- 5:16it in where you didn't need him. Huh. Any other time, I'd
- 5:21have put you in the pokes so fast you'd have thought you was born there.
- 5:26This time, I'm feeling generous. You can go, Miss Oldfield me
- 5:30you no charges against mister Dollar withholding information. No, not this time.
- 5:35I got my Jane Dough identified. I know a motive for killing an auditor.
- 5:40I know why she took the poison. You generally don't get everything in
- 5:43the neat package like that. So I feel generous and let's get out here.
- 5:46Dollar, you get out. I won't talk to Dollar, and now
- 5:49I'll stay listen. It's okay, mister Oldfield. I'm going to get a
- 5:54lecturers on a sure. Yeah, Colly lead it in, goodbye Luton.
- 5:59Ye one thing more, Dollar, We found an empty bottle of pair of
- 6:08mythol on Amy Durant's medicine cabinet and that since here's that suicide part in case
- 6:14you had in the Doubts, it's a closed case. Uh huh. But
- 6:19you didn't help me close it, Dollar, and you could have. You
- 6:24worked with the police for years. You were an officer yourself once. What
- 6:27makes you think you can come down here and run around doing all these things
- 6:30you've done get away with? Why didn't you turn that gun in with a
- 6:33price as soon as you found it? All right, I'll tell you because
- 6:35I oh, it doesn't make any difference now tennan't you got your case and
- 6:43you're lucky down lucky boy. I don't have you too, because you know
- 6:47as well as I do it Canny nacoms okay right away that I got business
- 6:57to take care of. Time you're in my town, you take it easy.
- 7:02I will, but I don't think i'll ever come to your town again.
- 7:06On general principles. Well, I guess I know how you felt about
- 7:11that girl. I'm not gonna make any fuss about what you did, but
- 7:15I don't think i'd let it pass a second time. She sure didn't look
- 7:21the part at you. No, she didn't happens that way sometimes. What
- 7:29you told me about that kid's sister hers trying suicide and so forth after she
- 7:32lost her husband. Well, Amy Doran had a good motive for stealing that
- 7:39money, if motive can have a be good dollar. Lieutenant. H h.
- 7:45I was just on my way to see you. Lieutenant. I'll be
- 7:46back in my office in a couple of minutes. You can go on and
- 7:48wait, mister dam glad I saw you, mister Dollar. I think there's
- 7:51something I should explain to you. You'd be interested in this too, Lieutenant.
- 7:57Mister Dollar saw me arguing with Amy Ran in a parking lot at the
- 8:01plant Agent hotel last night. She just told me about the shortage and accounts.
- 8:05She hadn't told me about killing the auditor. I want you to know
- 8:09that I was racking my brain trying to find a way to get hold of
- 8:13some money to make up the shortage. Was always very fun of Amy.
- 8:18I wonder, mister Dollar, if I could give you a check something for
- 8:22your kindness. Nothing, thanks, well, I'd like to you did something
- 8:28very decent. Now. Oh well, I suppose you'll be leaving soon.
- 8:35Goodbye and thanks again. I'll be in your office. Lieutenant right got to
- 8:43him too, if it's under comfort? What was that business in the parking
- 8:48lot? Oh well, I hit him. He was arguing with her.
- 8:50That's all you want. The only one trying to help a dolla him.
- 8:56And then there was somebody else a bank. We found a certified check for
- 9:01ten thousand dollars name of Durant's apartment, National Trust in New York, issued
- 9:05three days ago. How wired the head cashier in New York? He said,
- 9:09Namy durand phoned him long distance, requested the loan. Seems her folks
- 9:13when they were alive, had a good pull. Look, I'm gonna hold
- 9:16it, and this isn't right. She could have covered that shortage. I
- 9:22figured she intended to do that, but I ordered to find out too quick.
- 9:24He called on it, and she shot him with a ten thousand dollars
- 9:28check in her hand. Well, there isn't another or of bonding company going
- 9:31that wouldn't prefer to turn up the cash and the person who took it.
- 9:35They listen to any reasonable story. You know that the auditor must have scared
- 9:37a dollar she shot him, didn't she? She committed suicide, didn't she?
- 9:43You make a lot of noise, Higgins, But you aren't any happier
- 9:45about this than I am, are Youah? No? Why let the papers
- 9:50have it the way it is so that whoever knows ansel get careless. Sure
- 9:54it burns me somebody thinking the police as dumb as this? Oh what are
- 10:00you going to do? Wait? Just wait? I found that pretty hard
- 10:09to do. And the more I waited and the more I thought about the
- 10:13matter, the more restless I felt. So I didn't wait. I got
- 10:18out and started interviewing people who had known the murdered auditor. The consensus was
- 10:22that he knew his business, that if he'd found a shortage, and someone
- 10:24offered to reimburse the company. He had been the kind of old hand who
- 10:28would have listened to them. Why, I asked myself. If Amy Doran
- 10:31had a ten thousand dollars check to cover of shortages, why did she shoot
- 10:35the auditor and then commit suicide? Why it didn't make sense? Oh,
- 10:48Dollar, Hello, Demorn, come in, Dollar. I'm glad you dropped
- 10:54by. I thought you'd left town going back to Hartford. Well, I've
- 10:58stayed over so long waiting for all this to get cleared up. I thought
- 11:01I might as well stick around a while longer. Sure, can I get
- 11:03you a drink? No? Thanks? It is finished, isn't it not
- 11:09yet? I don't understand. I talked with Lieutenant Aikins today after I saw
- 11:15you with him. He said it was all over as far as he was
- 11:18concerned. You're talking to me now, Damren. I'm the guy who went
- 11:20out on the limb, and I appreciate that a great deal. A question
- 11:22I want to ask you. You knew Amy Duran worked with her at Richmond
- 11:26Limited. You're engaged to marry her sister. Did you know Amy had a
- 11:31ten thousand dollars check in her hand the day she died. Really that was
- 11:35enough money to cover the shortages in her accounts. We'll be done. Or
- 11:39do you suppose she shot him did what she did? Then? I've been
- 11:41thinking about that Tamaran. There's only one reason I can think of, because
- 11:46Amy Duran didn't steal any money, because she didn't shoot any auditor, she
- 11:50didn't commit suicide. I think she borrowed that ten thousand dollars from New York
- 11:54to cover up for somebody else, somebody else who you. Maybe you better
- 12:03leave here. You're upset. That auditor was a smart guy. He'd been
- 12:05in the business a long time. He found out who'd been taking the money.
- 12:09He called you over to ask you about it, ask you if you
- 12:11could repay it. You lost your head and you shot him with a thirty
- 12:15eighth you picked up over at Teresa O'Connell's one day. Oh look, then
- 12:18you fixed up all the reports to make it look like Amy Durant did the
- 12:20job. You're crazy. That's fantastic. If you think I am Iran borrowed
- 12:24money to cover for you, She did it not because you were worth it,
- 12:26because you meant something to her kid's sister. You meant something to Teresa
- 12:31O'Connell who'd lost one husband and tried suicide because of it. Teresa O'Connell,
- 12:35who couldn't afford another major tragedy, Teresa O'Connell, who might try suicide again
- 12:41if the man she was going to marry he turned out to be a thief.
- 12:43You counted on that, damming. I don't know what you're talking about
- 12:46now, you think you hadn't counted on? Was the auditor picking it up
- 12:48so fast? And when he called you you had to kill him to keep
- 12:52him quiet. Then you made a date with Amy out at the plant Agent
- 12:56hotel. You slip poison in their drink and planted the gun in her purse.
- 12:58This is all taught talk. You have nothing to prove, to say,
- 13:01one drink with you before you argue with her out in the parking lot.
- 13:03She told me and the bartender later verified it. Then I came along.
- 13:07Now, look, you're a big guy, damn, and you could
- 13:11have hit me back in that parking lot, but you didn't have time.
- 13:13You still had to get over to Amy's apartment, a plant an empty poison
- 13:16box. You're crazy. You have no proof of this, no proof at
- 13:18all. No, I haven't but I've been thinking about it all day,
- 13:22and they'll be proof you had to buy that poison someplace. Lieutenant Aigans is
- 13:26a pretty good police officer. He and his mental cover every drug store in
- 13:30this town and ask questions everywhere. I'm gonna tell him what I think and
- 13:33he'll dust off that box of poison. Maybe your prince will turn up on
- 13:35it sooner or later. Guys like you make mistakes, and Akins finds them.
- 13:43Now, listen to you. A girl, a fine decent girl,
- 13:46asks me for help. This is the quickest way I know to give her.
- 13:52I'll kill you. Donald you walk okay, okay, come on,
- 14:05come on, get up, get up, get up. I've had enough,
- 14:07I've had I want you to tell it now, right now, over
- 14:11there, pick it up, go on, pick it up. Okay,
- 14:16here, and you know who to call. Hello, Hello. Give me
- 14:31the police expense account. I'm twelve fifty five dollars room and board, item,
- 14:43thirteen fifty five dollars airfare and miscellaneous getting me back to Hartford. Total
- 14:48expense account seven hundred and two dollars and thirteen cents. Yours truly, Johnny

- 15:41timon station for another exciting story of Yours Truly Johnny Dollar. Roy Rowland speaking,
- 16:44Welcome back, Well, a very good case with a solution that I
- 16:53think surprised me the first time I heard it, but not really the second
- 16:57time I began to recall it. I think when he offered Johnny Money,
- 17:06he really I think set in motion something that would just arouse his suspicions.
- 17:12We'll be back, I guess to more normal, typical Johnny Dollar case.
- 17:18Next week, but there's rarely anything typical when we're dealing with the man with
- 17:22the action backed expense account. Now we turn to Carter Brown in today's episode
- 17:29Crime for King, Part four, where Roger King has just discovered yet another
- 17:36double cross in this web. So let's go ahead and take a listen Arthur
- 17:49Brown Mystery Adventures and Excitement and Suspense, based on the best selling novels by
- 17:59the Slick Store telling sensation Catta Brown. The more I thought about it,
- 18:18the funnier it became, and the laugh was on me because there was I
- 18:21Roger King, a smart private eye, itching to tell a baroness v Aults
- 18:25that there was a plot to plant her with a fake diamond pendant. And
- 18:29the Baroness was fake herself or was pretending to be. I couldn't decide which.
- 18:33All I knew was that the Baroness and at least Saint Cres were the
- 18:36same day. I kicked that intriguing factor around in my head for the rest
- 18:40of that day and came evening, I was outside Marcia's apartment origin, Hi,
- 18:49high yourself or are you not yet? That I've got to wherewithal waiting,
- 18:55come on in, I kind of thought to be calling. Oh that's
- 19:00nice, and so is this room cozy lights one point. I pulled the
- 19:07lounge up in front of it for you and Rodney. Rodney won't be over
- 19:11the night. Oh, I'll pourus a dream. Why don't you relax?
- 19:17Hey, that's a great idea. I never felt more like to relax me
- 19:21neither. Here we are, thanks. We don't have to sit as far
- 19:26away as that, do you move closer? Here's to crime, here's to
- 19:33our partnership. What's the setup for tomorrow night? It's all fixed. The
- 19:38ball starts at nine. You pick me up here about ten, we'll go
- 19:41over to police office and pick up the pennant. Then we heads south and
- 19:45me fron sounds simple enough, huh, So we don't have to think about
- 19:48it anymore, suits me, Roger. You're smart from right outside the whole
- 19:55thing. You picked up even more than Rodney knew about the Saint priest woman
- 19:57and everything just look has to have some lucky sometimes otherwise it goes broken.
- 20:03Now you're being modest. You know it's not fair. You're being handsome as
- 20:08well as lady. With a line like that, you leave me breas girl
- 20:12has to watch points. You can't be too careful about choosing a man.
- 20:18I'm dit ching Palvey only just in time. And there are moments when I
- 20:23find myself wondering whether Rodney is really smart enough to get by run about.
- 20:30Now, I think I could move a little closer. I think you could
- 20:34too. I picked up Marcia promptly at ten the next night, the eighteenth.
- 20:45She had two of our suitcases packed and I put them in the boot
- 20:48of the dodge and we drove round to the offices of Overseas Enterprises. Marcia
- 20:52had all the right keys, and as the elevator wasn't working, we used
- 20:55the stairs. Hold the flashlight up, Will I find the key? Sure,
- 21:00it's nice that, Paul. We trust you so much. Yeah,
- 21:02isn't it? Ah? This is it? Come on, it's not waste
- 21:08any time. It's in his office. You can turn on the mic.
- 21:15Now, I think, okay, where does he keep it in the safe?
- 21:19I don't see any say it's a wool model behind that picture. Have
- 21:22you got the key to that? It's a combination lock. But don't worry.
- 21:27The picture slides up. M ah six oh six two seven, that's
- 21:41it there it is, holl Look Roger, the common Royal pan. It's
- 21:49really something, isn't it. Oh, it's beautiful, but not really Paulmie,
- 21:55that's right, mister King. Just keep your hands by your sides.
- 21:59This gunna, I aren't joking. Why aren't you at the ball? Because
- 22:03that pendance a fake as big a fake as you, my dear Marsha.
- 22:07It's very funny, isn't it. I hope you both appreciate it. The
- 22:10real pendant turns out to be a fake, it can't be, but it
- 22:12is all the planning, all the double crossing for nothing. I took it
- 22:18out tonight for another look at it, and then I noticed something something only
- 22:22very few people would have the knowledge or experience to see. It's very pretty,
- 22:26very well made, and worth about fifteen hundred dollars. An expensive phony,
- 22:30but a phony. Oo pull the switch? The beautiful elite Saint Greece,
- 22:33I suppose so, though I don't know how she could have done it.
- 22:37Where does she fit under this picture? Anyway? I met her in
- 22:38Europe about six months ago. She talked to me and they turns about the
- 22:42possibility of doing a deal. You didn't mention the name of the baroness,
- 22:47but the plot was outlined to me. I told her I'd think it over.
- 22:51I did, and when I got back here, I decided there was
- 22:53no good reason for cutting her into the deal. I can handle the whole
- 22:56thing myself. Sure, why split profits if you don't have to. Exactly
- 23:00when the Baroness arrived and I got the job of fixing the clip on the
- 23:03pendant, I realized the Baroness was who at least Saint Cries had been talking
- 23:07about. Called me a day or so later and told me she was over
- 23:11here and what about her deal? I said I wasn't interested. Then she
- 23:15threatened me. That was when I hired you to keep an eye on her.
- 23:18M h. The pieces fall into place, But I didn't think Marcia
- 23:22was planning to double cross. Well, you know how it is, Paulvey.
- 23:25One good cross deserves another. She won't get the chance to try it
- 23:27again. I'm going to kill you, Marcia, and your private eye friend
- 23:32will join you next. Take it easy, Poulvy. That won't get you
- 23:34anywhere. You're cool down. We can still make some dough out of this
- 23:37deal. What are you talking about? Did you ever see the Baroness von
- 23:41Altz No, I'll bet you didn't. She'd take care of that you see
- 23:44the baroness and the least Saint Cris are one and the same. What that's
- 23:48right, But why would she want to rob herself? I think I've figured
- 23:52that was a cunning caper. Even baronesses can be broke, and I think
- 23:57at one stage she must have been so broke that she's sole the pendant not
- 24:00in its original form. Of course, it must have been split up.
- 24:03It's too well, no dude to sell any other way. Yeah, And
- 24:07at the same time, I think she had a fake made, the one
- 24:08on your safe right now on King. Then dot gets short again and she
- 24:14gets another idea. If her pendant should be stolen, she could claim the
- 24:17insurance money. But if it is stolen, she has to make sure it
- 24:21doesn't turn up again because it's a fake. Yes, I'm beginning to see
- 24:26it. Sure, she puts up the scheme to you that she should be
- 24:29robbed of a fake pendant at the ball, the one you would supply while
- 24:32you kept the one you thought was real. She knows the fake one stolen
- 24:34from her will be destroyed and the original will be returned by you to the
- 24:37insurance company. But here's where you get the big lab When you return what
- 24:42you think is the original Elise or the Baroness, whichever you prefer, has
- 24:47a look at it and yells fake. The insurance people check out. They
- 24:51find it is a fake, and that means a baroness collects the insurance though,
- 24:55and you're left without even a fake pendant. I don't believe it.
- 24:59Can you make the fact any other way? Of course not. You're right,
- 25:02Roger. That was why the Baroness couldn't be known as the baroness to
- 25:04you. That's why she took the name of Elise Saint Crease, all that
- 25:10dirty double Paulvey that doesn't really come well from you. She was just too
- 25:15smart for you. And how do you think we can make money out of
- 25:18it? Now? We should like to know that too. What Watch Hi,
- 25:21Johnny, I am you? You fool me? I I'm afraid poor
- 25:29mister Paulvey will do nothing anymore very stupid than any man to try shooting at
- 25:33a man who is behind him. Marcia, I'd better introduce you. This
- 25:37is the lady we were talking about, at least Saint Crease alias the Baroness,
- 25:41and the gentleman is named Johnny alias I presume the baron So you work
- 25:45that out too, mister King. It just came to me like a oh,
- 25:49you have more brains than we credited you with. Like the late mister
- 25:52Paulvey. He did too. We picked him as a so called expert who
- 25:56wouldn't notice the think, but he was a better craftsman. And then we
- 26:00thought, how did you get here? We noticed mister Poulvey had left the
- 26:03ball. We thought it might be wise to follow his example. Johnny,
- 26:07you're wasting time. Yes, of course, my dear. We're going for
- 26:10a ride, mister Key, and I'm going to enjoy our fare. Will
- 26:15No, I'm afraid I can't say the same for you. Drop that gun.
- 26:21That's better. I always feel safer when I'm the only guy with a
- 26:25gun. Well well, well, just like a daisy chain, isn't it.
- 26:29Pulvey holds us up. Then the baron holds Polvia, and now little
- 26:32Rodney holds the baron. Rodney, I'm so glad you came, are you?
- 26:37I wonder? I just got an idea in my head that maybe you
- 26:40and King were trying a little funny stuff. Stay where you are, King,
- 26:42It's okay, Rodney. I just want to grab this gun, Johnny.
- 26:48Oh no, don't try, Baron freeze. I'm just aching for an
- 26:52excuse to let you both have it. Marcia. Yes, Roger, go
- 26:56downstairs and call the cops. Wait till they arrive, and then bring them
- 26:59up. Tell him I'm here with a baron and his wife and we've discovered
- 27:03they stole a pendent. Tell them your Paulvie's secretary and that I was working
- 27:06for Poulvie and he's been murdered. Got it, Yes, Roger, I've
- 27:10got it. I'll be as quick as I can. Well. This as
- 27:14nice and cozy, now, isn't you know? Johnny, I never liked
- 27:18you from the off, from that time you hit me over the head when
- 27:21I wasn't looking. I assure you that feeling is mutual. But I don't
- 27:25think you've got any nerve at all behind that tough front. I think there's
- 27:27only a watermelon big talk. When you have two guns, mine in your
- 27:33own, we'll see at least come here. Yes, here's your husband's gun.
- 27:40Take it by the barrel and walk backwards. Taught him. If you
- 27:42try to turn off, shoot very well. I we'll see who's the better
- 27:48man, Johnny. When she gives you the gun at least can count to
- 27:52three and then we'll fire. You are going to fight a duel with me
- 27:55unless you're too scared that I have never been accused of Okay, and in
- 28:00the gun. Now start counting, honey, one and can ask me quickly?
- 28:12You hate him, Johnny? You hate him so badly? Is he
- 28:17hit me? Don't Gophrey's Gunnelies. It's only my shoulder that's got a slug
- 28:21in it. I can still pull a trigger. You've been a sucker,
- 28:26Baron. Wow, there was only one thing wrong with a setup. When
- 28:30the cops turn up, I could explain Rodney's dead. He could be one
- 28:34of Poulvey's assistants who turn up because he wanted to rescue us from you.
- 28:41But the trouble was that though he was shot with your gun, Johnny,
- 28:45it had my fingerprints on it. Now it has yours. We shall tell
- 28:52the police the truth, and who do you think they'll believe? They're coming?
- 28:57Now? Smile, suckers, this is Carli Brown. You've got to
- 29:26hand it to Roger King, haven't you. He may have been befogged in
- 29:29the beginning that he came in final to finish. I couldn't let him do
- 29:33anything else could I he's a hero. My next book's got a different kind
- 29:37of reading character. Richard van Bryden the third I called his saga malice for
- 29:41a Multimillionaire, because that's what he is. So this is Cardi Brown saying,
- 29:45so long for now be sing in crime for a King. You had
- 30:11our star Terry McDermott as Roger King. Carter Brown mystery theater, based on
- 30:15the best selling novels by Carter Brown, is dramatized and directed by Morris Travers
- 30:19for Grace Gibson Radio Productions. Welcome back. Well, I have to say,
- 30:36I think Roger would have been better taking his risk with with the police
- 30:48on the fingerprints issue rather than going to all this trouble. I mean,
- 30:53seriously, you know, Roger, you know this could have easily easily turning
- 31:00out the other way. So this was one of those really bizarre risk and
- 31:07uh it's actually you know, this isn't actually was actually I think the best
- 31:11cereal we've heard so far, and not ain't really didn't you know. Usually
- 31:18with some of these I've mentioned that they're basically the equivalent of the of the
- 31:32spaghetti westerns that dominating the nineteen fifties and sixties though set in Australia, but
- 31:41there hadn't really been any of those really odd things that just seem distrain bruduality.
- 31:48Right up until the end, I thought this was, you know,
- 31:52very well done, some snappy dialogue, and Roger King was not left in
- 32:00a position where Carter Brown couldn't bring him back, and I wonder if he
- 32:04did. We did not. We don't have any of his episodes in existence.
- 32:09By the way, I should let you know this will be the We
- 32:13will be taking a break from Carter Brown for a while. The reason is
- 32:19we have two more serials coming up with missing episodes, and so we can't
- 32:23really string four straight episodes together without interruption. So we will actually return with
- 32:31another Carter Brown episode, should be in about nine weeks. In the meantime,
- 32:37we're going to begin airing a series that has single episodes so they're self
- 32:46contained. It's called Doctor Tim Detective, and it's not necessary to have to
- 32:53have them all strung together, and it really is. It's a very nice
- 32:58series, I should warn you in it was written more towards a juvenile audience,
- 33:02and that was definitely why I was going to play at at the end,
- 33:08even when I was originally thinking on doing most of these episodes with the
- 33:15Carter Brown with the other feature first followed by Johnny Dollar, but just to
- 33:21be warned a little bit more juvenile, but still I thought, pretty darn
- 33:24entertaining, and I hope you will enjoy it as well. That's Doctor Tim
- 33:29Detective coming next week to the Great Detectors of Old Time Radio. In the
- 33:34meantime. You can send your comments to Box thirteen at Great Detectives dot now,
