- 0:01Everybody, welcome to the basement.
- 0:03Thank you. You.
- 0:05Yes, you. It's YouTube.
- 0:07There's one. You, you're with me here in the
- 0:09basement. We got a lot to talk about
- 0:11regarding silver and gold. Is the Fed shocking?
- 0:15I was shocked when I discovered this this morning about the
- 0:18Federal Reserve and what's going to go on tomorrow.
- 0:22Are they plotting against silver and gold?
- 0:25I'll leave you to be the judge on that one, but tomorrow, just
- 0:29fair warning, warning, warning, right, warning.
- 0:33Where's the here it is here warning.
- 0:39All right, I hate cheesy props. Anyway, big warning about
- 0:42tomorrow and the Fed. But first, let's dig into the
- 0:46latest headlines from our friends at Reuters regarding the
- 0:50gold market. This came from Yahoo Finance,
- 0:54but it's an article from Reuters.
- 0:56Spoiler. If you notice, they're talking
- 0:58about silver and gold a lot more.
- 1:00There it is right there. Gold slips as investors await
- 1:04clues on US rate cuts. And this has everything to do
- 1:07with what we're going to talk about next, which is the big
- 1:10warning. The big massive warning about
- 1:12tomorrow. And the Fed and Nithya.
- 1:15Woo, No chance I can pronounce that name.
- 1:17Shiva Prasad. Not pretty good, actually.
- 1:21I know, I know. To me, that's impressive, all
- 1:24that gold. But to you, I'm sure you're
- 1:26sitting in your basement and you've got a bigger stack than
- 1:30that. But that's impressive right
- 1:31there. All right, let's dig into this.
- 1:33What? As she thought, had to say, gold
- 1:36prices fell on Monday. Oh, my gosh.
- 1:38As the dollar held firm while investors looked forward to
- 1:43economic data. And remember this guy's critical
- 1:47comments from the Federal Reserve officials for clarity on
- 1:51rate cut timeline. OK, the US 10 year Treasury
- 1:55yield and the dollar ticked up on the day, making bullion less
- 2:00attractive. Let's just run out here.
- 2:04Wrong one. Here it is.
- 2:05Let's run out here and take a look at the dollar.
- 2:08Here we go. Well, the dollar's actually down
- 2:10a little bit now from earlier today, as we can see and as
- 2:15we've covered ad nauseam here on the channel, the dollar on a
- 2:18historical basis, we aren't going to dig into this, But when
- 2:22you look at where the dollar is now, it's only been higher for a
- 2:26handful of years, guys. And we've covered that one.
- 2:29Like I said at the ad nauseam, gold bowls are keeping their US
- 2:34rate cut expectations in check following more hawkish Fed speak
- 2:39over the weekend. That's according to Hantan,
- 2:42chief market analyst at Xfinity Group.
- 2:45The Minneapolis Fed president Neel Kashkari said on Sunday,
- 2:49Boy, those Fed guys, I mean, you know, they're working seven days
- 2:52a week, that it's a reasonable prediction that the US central
- 2:58bank will cut interest rates once this year, waiting until
- 3:02December to do so. So have you noticed, Is it just
- 3:05me? And we're going to come back to
- 3:06this article. But have you noticed, right?
- 3:09These Fed guys, they're changing their story all the time.
- 3:12And it moves gold, right? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 3:15Remember something critical, right?
- 3:17This is, they're not going to teach you this in college.
- 3:19They're not going to teach you this on the Children's News
- 3:21Network or anywhere else. the Fed is full of crud, OK?
- 3:26The Fed is not telling the truth #1 #2 the Fed doesn't really,
- 3:32really know as much about what's going on as they may want to
- 3:35lead us to believe that, that, that they know.
- 3:38But none the less, these guys from the Federal Reserve, even
- 3:41though, and this is the critical thing that we want to remember.
- 3:45Let's, let's, let's, let's store this one away in our knowledge
- 3:49base, right? All this Fed stuff is just short
- 3:52term noise. The long term picture for gold
- 3:56and silver, I think gold and silver have been around for for
- 4:02a few thousand years longer than the Fed, but nonetheless, in the
- 4:05short run, we have to deal with the Fed.
- 4:07Let's get back to this article because there are some good
- 4:09points that we want to just absolutely tear apart.
- 4:11All right, a slew and this is where it's going to get
- 4:15interesting here in a second guys, you're not going to
- 4:17believe this. A Fed policy makers are due to
- 4:20speak this week. Major data points this week are
- 4:23US retail sales data on Tuesday and weekly jobless claims on
- 4:28Thursday and flash PM is on Friday.
- 4:30Data published last week showed that the labor market and price
- 4:33pressures were showing signs of cooling.
- 4:36I mean, they talk out of both sides of their mouth.
- 4:38We're going to get hawkish Fed movements.
- 4:39We're going to get dovish Fed movements again, right?
- 4:43Store that away in your knowledge base.
- 4:45It's really all a bunch of short term noise.
- 4:47Major economic data. Hold on here in yellow, major
- 4:53economic data will also be gleamed, gleamed to see if
- 4:58deteriorating economic conditions could hasten more
- 5:01policy easing, a boon for gold prices.
- 5:05So we're going to be looking at economic conditions.
- 5:08We got some big news today out of the New York Fed.
- 5:10We're going to talk about that here in just one second.
- 5:13But let's go to the economic calendar next and see what's
- 5:17coming out this week. This is from our friends at Bin
- 5:20Biz. This from an economic calendar
- 5:23perspective, right. The red exclamation points are
- 5:26big impact retail sales tomorrow on Wednesday.
- 5:32I think the markets are actually closed and actually from what I
- 5:35understand, the COMEX is closed, some people are saying for like
- 5:38two or three days because of the Juneteenth holiday Thursday.
- 5:43Sorry there, moved you down the screen.
- 5:45We're going to get really nothing big this week from an
- 5:47economic release. But what's the big, big thing
- 5:52that we're gonna have to be paying attention to?
- 5:53Which I found just absolutely almost shocking.
- 5:57And they referred to it back here in the article.
- 6:02OK, A slew of Fed policy makers are due to speak this week.
- 6:07Let me show you this guys. This is what we have coming this
- 6:12week in terms of Fed policies. So that's Monday, that's today.
- 6:16So at 1:00, Fed president, I'm sorry, Philly Fed President
- 6:20Patrick Harker will be speaking. And then at 9:00, Fed Governor
- 6:24Lisa Cook. So that's bad enough to people
- 6:27tomorrow. This is, I mean, they're they're
- 6:30just a bunch of they're like a bunch of Hawks squawking
- 6:34hawkishly all lined up on a power line tomorrow.
- 6:37Guys, we have, if I counted this correctly, 5 Fed governors
- 6:42speaking. OK, One at 1:00 PM, I'm sorry.
- 6:45At 10:00 AM tomorrow, Richmond, Fed governor, 1:00 PM tomorrow,
- 6:50Adriana Coogler, Fed governor One, 1:00 PM tomorrow, Dallas,
- 6:551:20 PM. Saint Louis Fed Alberto
- 6:58Mussolam, 2:00 PM. Chicago, Fred.
- 7:02That's five Fed speakers tomorrow.
- 7:05They are they are probably going to say some things that may move
- 7:10cause major movements in the precious metals market.
- 7:14Let's be real, all right, I'm not going to paint.
- 7:16I'm not going to blow sunshine at you about this.
- 7:19What's happening tomorrow. These Fed governors are they're
- 7:23they're playing a game. They know they're in such
- 7:25trouble. It's all PR likely, guys.
- 7:29Again, I don't want to be Mr. Negative here, but I think the
- 7:32risk tomorrow is going to be that we're going to hear more
- 7:35hawkish squawking out of the Fed, OK, They are buying their
- 7:40time right now. They're trying to hold off as
- 7:42long as they can 'cause they know that a big crisis is
- 7:46coming. In the long run, for the value
- 7:49of silver, for the value of gold, it doesn't really matter.
- 7:54OK, It doesn't really matter. But in the short run, and I'm as
- 7:57guilty of it. Are you guilty of it?
- 7:59I'll ask you that question. I'm guilty, guilty.
- 8:02All right. I watch the price of gold and
- 8:04silver every day. There's a few more few things I
- 8:07do. What's the first thing you do
- 8:09when you wake up? What's the first thing you do
- 8:10when you wake up in the morning? Right?
- 8:12I try to kind of do something spiritual.
- 8:14I guess you would say it for a few minutes, right?
- 8:17But I always find myself checking the price of silver and
- 8:20gold very early this tomorrow. 55 Fed speakers.
- 8:25OK, we'll move the gold and silver market.
- 8:28So I just want you to be prepared for what might happen
- 8:32tomorrow. I think that the risk is more
- 8:35skewed to the downside. But I want to emphasize to you
- 8:38that only on a very, very short term basis, OK, these Fed guys
- 8:44are are in trouble. The other big thing they're
- 8:47talking about is watching the economic data.
- 8:49Let's go out and check this out quickly 'cause we did get some
- 8:52economic data this morning. This comes from our friends over
- 8:57at Kitco. Hold on one second here.
- 9:01There we go. OK, our friend Neil's gold price
- 9:04is under pressure, but largely ignore improvements in the New
- 9:08York Fed's Empire State survey. So this is funny.
- 9:12Just listen to this. And I love Neil's and I love his
- 9:15reporting. And so I'm not, this is not a
- 9:16cut on Neil's, but it says on Monday, the regional central
- 9:20bank said this is. The New York Fed said the Empire
- 9:23State Manufacturing survey rose to -6 up from May's reading of
- 9:29-15.6. Although activity remains in
- 9:32contraction territory. The survey was better than
- 9:36expected. Its economists were looking for
- 9:38a reading of around -12.5. So the reading was horrible.
- 9:43It showed contraction, but it's good news OK gotcha.
- 9:50Manufacturing conditions remained weak in new in New York
- 9:53State in June. Employment continued contracting
- 9:58and capital spending plans remain flat.
- 10:01Despite the lackluster conditions, optimism about the
- 10:04six month outlet outlet outlook rose to its highest level in
- 10:10over two years, said Richard Dietz.
- 10:12Blah, blah blah. So we got some bad news out of
- 10:16the New York Fed regarding the the economy up in New York.
- 10:20But somehow because this is Bidenomics.
- 10:24Do you believe in Bidenomics, not a political show?
- 10:27I'm a little skeptical, but because it's Bidenomics, a bad
- 10:31reading, a contraction reading is actually being perceived as a
- 10:35good thing. I thought we already had a
- 10:37strong, robust economy, right? Isn't that what they're telling
- 10:41us? The economy's great,
- 10:42everything's wonderful. Then.
- 10:44Then why is manufacturing contracting in New York?
- 10:49I'm just curious, how do they, how do they reconcile these
- 10:52things? It's a big, big, big mess.
- 10:55OK, And what about California? This slide, and I saw it on the
- 10:59Silver Academy initially. I don't know where they pulled
- 11:03it from, but I think this slide shows everything about what's
- 11:06going on. Let's pull this one up.
- 11:10California job openings. OK, California, which I think
- 11:14what is it? It's like the 6th.
- 11:15Did you know this right? That if California were its own
- 11:18country, I don't know, it'd be like the sixth biggest country
- 11:22in the world, the sixth biggest economy.
- 11:25California job openings tumble 42% in two years.
- 11:33Look at this, guys. These are job openings and those
- 11:37are openings. Remember, this is something else
- 11:40that that not a lot of people like to bring up or talk about.
- 11:44A lot of these job openings aren't even real jobs.
- 11:48But the important thing to look at here is how we've had an
- 11:51absolute crash in job openings. I mean, look how low they got
- 11:56during the the health crisis that we had back in 2020.
- 12:01But nonetheless, we're back to like these low levels and trends
- 12:06usually continue. And my friends, that right there
- 12:10is not a good trend. All right, let's talk about a
- 12:13$600.00 per oz, $600.00 per oz, yes, right, right, $600.00 per
- 12:21oz. Andrew McGuire mentioned this
- 12:23was listening to him on Live from the Vault last night and he
- 12:26was talking about the intricacies of the global gold
- 12:31market. And guys, number one, it's very
- 12:34confusing, all right. And he doesn't he he doesn't try
- 12:38to make it confusing. It just is confusing all the
- 12:42electronic exchanges, the LBMA, right, the Comex, the Shanghai
- 12:47Gold Exchange, which is more of a physical exchange.
- 12:49But none the less, what Andrew talked about last night is he
- 12:53kind of distilled down what was going on all throughout the
- 12:57world. Basically what I understand.
- 13:00And I think it's so critical. And well, number one, he said
- 13:02that we could be in for a, if I remember him, what he said
- 13:06correctly, a six smile with me, $600.00 per oz rally in the gold
- 13:13price. And I'm going to tell you why
- 13:15here in just one second. But before I forget, hey, this
- 13:18channel, these live streams are not possible without the support
- 13:22from our sponsors, Pinbex, who's also we're going to refresh,
- 13:26take a deep breath, let's see where the gold price.
- 13:28Hey, gold done a little better, $2317.00 per oz Gold silver,
- 13:34$29.36 per oz. If you want to buy yourself a
- 13:40couple ounces of silver, if you want to buy yourself some gold,
- 13:44do yourself a favor and check out Pembex.
- 13:47Here's their website. PEPI MB EX Got to spell that
- 13:51correctly now, don't we? Pembex Pi MB EX, They've got
- 13:55gold, silver, platinum group metals.
- 13:59Look, do do your research on the company's reputation, right?
- 14:03Read other people's reviews. I'll give you my review.
- 14:07I buy silver from Pembex. I've always been absolutely
- 14:11happy, but read other people's reviews, check out the prices,
- 14:16compare the prices on Pinbex for the exact same products to other
- 14:19big online bullion dealers, OK. And you know, check out their
- 14:25selection, which is always, always top notch, OK, If you're
- 14:29looking to get yourself some silver, gold or platinum, you
- 14:32can help support Ron's Basement by supporting Pinbex.
- 14:35And like I always say, they check all the boxes.
- 14:39OK, Now what did our friend Andrew McGuire have to say,
- 14:45right. Like I said, he distilled down
- 14:48there are there, there's, there's like major how does that
- 14:51make you feel when you hear that there are big major structural
- 14:56changes going on right now in the world, the world gold
- 15:01market? OK, the bricks, right?
- 15:04The Shanghai Gold Exchange, all these countries that are buying
- 15:08massive amounts of gold and we don't know.
- 15:11I got news for you. We got, remember what was that
- 15:13last week gold got slammed $80.00 per oz in one day.
- 15:18That was fun, wasn't it? Was that a week ago today?
- 15:20I don't know. I want to erase it.
- 15:22We want to erase that from our minds.
- 15:24But all over the fact that, oh, the Chinese central bank stopped
- 15:28by, didn't buy gold for one month.
- 15:30They didn't sell any gold, right, Like the bald guy money
- 15:33said he brought that one up. I want to give him credit.
- 15:35He was the first guy that I heard say that.
- 15:37Like it's not like they sold gold.
- 15:40They just stopped buying gold despite the fact that during
- 15:44that month when they Oh my God, Oh my God, they stopped the
- 15:47Chinese central bank, the P back people's Bank of China stopped
- 15:52buying gold right during May. Well, I got news for you,
- 15:56buttercup. OK, I got news for you all you
- 15:59all you mainstreamers that want to push down the price of gold
- 16:02and silver even though they stopped buying during the month
- 16:07of May. What does it mean if you
- 16:09consider the fact that during the month of May we hit an all
- 16:13time world record price in gold? Hmm, I don't know.
- 16:18I mean, think about it, OK, none the less, we could be in for a
- 16:24big, big, big ride. There are major imbalances in
- 16:28the world gold market right now. Look, you can watch live from
- 16:32the vault. You can listen to Andrew
- 16:33McGuire. I'd recommend that.
- 16:35All right, I was on his show. He's a great guy, super smart of
- 16:38anybody. I think he's got as good of an
- 16:40understanding of the mechanics of the silver market and the
- 16:44gold market. He way before it became out like
- 16:49mainstream knowledge, he was the one that said there was a lot of
- 16:54demand, massive demand in India for silver, right?
- 16:58That was back in like February of this year.
- 17:00And he was absolutely right about that, right?
- 17:03Remember the country of India purchased what, 120 million
- 17:07ounces of silver during the first three months of this year,
- 17:11right? That's like what I don't know,
- 17:1320 percent, 15% of the entire world production of silver for
- 17:18the year. I digress.
- 17:21Andrew mentioned the, the, the prospect, right?
- 17:24And he brought up a great point. What does it mean to you when
- 17:27you hear that? Like Citibank, I believe it is,
- 17:29has a $3000 target. Citibank, not some bucket shop
- 17:36that's trying to, that's trying to promote gold or sell gold to
- 17:41you or sell you gold or silver mine sex.
- 17:43No, Citibank is predicting $3000 gold for next year.
- 17:48The imbalances in the world gold market are striking.
- 17:53OK, things are changing and things are changing right now
- 17:56right below our very, our very feet.
- 17:59OK, silver is coiled. You got to remember that if
- 18:03you're a silver investor as well as gold, which I am, I'm a
- 18:07physical silver investor and silver guys is absolutely
- 18:13coiled, OK. Andrew Cummings, I just saw this
- 18:16pop up on that. I wonder what percentage of of
- 18:19Americans and Canadians stack silver and gold.
- 18:22I'll touch on that in just one second, OK.
- 18:25But silver is absolutely coiled. The gold market is out of
- 18:29balance. The silver market is out of
- 18:31balance. Look, short term noise when we
- 18:36hear from the Fed and the Fed, this was the what does it mean
- 18:40to you? OK, and, and, and what was it?
- 18:44The guy from SD Bullion, David Anderson, I got his name wrong.
- 18:47I apologize. Anyway, he, he had some clips
- 18:51from like 3 months ago, four months ago from Chinese state
- 18:54media where the silver smelters over there were making fun of
- 18:59the United States right in the COMEX and the silver price.
- 19:04They were like, it makes no sense that when a Fed somebody
- 19:07at their Federal Reserve Bank talks, the price of silver can
- 19:10go up a dollar down a dollar. We just need more silver.
- 19:14Send us more silver. OK?
- 19:17That's what's going on right now in the world, guys.
- 19:20The, the East is saying send us more silver, send us more gold.
- 19:28And you know what we're doing? We're sending it.
- 19:30Think I want you to think about this.
- 19:32These these politicians, did they, did they sell out all the
- 19:37American manufacturing jobs to China, right, 1520 years ago?
- 19:42Did they shut down the steel mills?
- 19:44Did they shut down a lot of the manufacturing plants in this
- 19:47country? Did our politicians have any
- 19:49problem shifting, right, shipping all of our jobs over to
- 19:53China? No, they didn't have a problem
- 19:55with that, right? You know what they're doing
- 19:57right now, right? To put icing on the cake, right?
- 20:00The Chinese, what are they doing?
- 20:02Think about this. This is crazy that the Chinese
- 20:08and the rest of the world, but we'll just say the Chinese.
- 20:11But when I say that, I mean the BRICS countries, a lot of the
- 20:13Eastern countries, they are selling their U.S. dollars, are
- 20:18selling their treasuries. And what are they doing with
- 20:21that money? They're buying gold.
- 20:24They're buying silver. That's what's going on in the
- 20:28world right now. So.
- 20:29So they are, They are, if you think of that, about this on
- 20:32simple terms, right? We shipped all of our jobs to
- 20:37China over the last 20 years. Oh yeah, 'cause you know, a
- 20:40business can make more profit, right?
- 20:43The politicians, nobody stopped it, right?
- 20:45They were getting rich off the whole situation as as like
- 20:48everybody else. I mean, I was buzz blocking the
- 20:51Fortuna Silver sign. Hey, don't forget, check out
- 20:54Fortuna Silver. They're another sponsor.
- 20:56They're a gold and silver mining company, Awesome production as
- 21:02of late, great cash flow, operating mines in Latin America
- 21:06and West Africa. You can learn more about them at
- 21:09fortunasilver.com and our friends at First Mining Gold,
- 21:13Canadian gold development company with two multi million
- 21:16ounce projects in Canada, one in Ontario, one in Quebec.
- 21:19You can learn more about that company at firstmininggold.com.
- 21:24So they'll ship all the jobs What what are they doing now
- 21:28right, right. What are they doing now?
- 21:30The Chinese imagine visualize this, the Chinese and the rest
- 21:34of the world are throwing dollars, right, throwing these
- 21:38things. Hold on here, these back to the
- 21:43United States. They're throwing them over
- 21:46right? There's like a great political
- 21:47cartoon that has like a wall in the middle and the Chinese are
- 21:50shovelling paper dollars over the wall and the Americans right
- 21:55are no problem, right? Well, they don't care.
- 21:57Everything is so short sighted. They're throwing all the
- 22:00countries gold and silver back over the wall to the Chinese
- 22:04like here, take it, take it, take it, right?
- 22:07That's what's going on right now.
- 22:09That's the situation that we're in right now and we're living in
- 22:12a make believe world. I want to take you.
- 22:14It's summertime, right? So you got carnivals coming to
- 22:17town, right? I'll give you this will make it
- 22:20very, very, very clear for you. Every carnival, think about a
- 22:25carnival that you went to as a kid.
- 22:26You know the rides, they come into town, they set up, they
- 22:29have a, they all have the same thing, right?
- 22:31They have a Ferris wheel, not a merry go round, but a Ferris
- 22:34wheel, a few other rides, but they almost all have a little
- 22:37fun house that you can go into. And right now, right, the US
- 22:41economy is like a fun house, right?
- 22:45It's in there. There's smoke, there's mirrors,
- 22:48right? Jerome Powell is like the
- 22:49operator, right? Excuse me, Jerome Powell's
- 23:02running the show, running the fun house.
- 23:04He's the operator. So I almost choked and died live
- 23:07on the live stream. That wouldn't have been fun.
- 23:10You're not in the fun house, buttercup.
- 23:13Congratulations. Gold and silver investor.
- 23:16No. Right.
- 23:16Because if you're a gold investor, if you're a silver
- 23:20investor, I got news for you. You never went into the fun
- 23:24house because the Fed fun house has a metal detector at the
- 23:28front door. And as soon as they detect that
- 23:30you have silver or gold, you're not allowed in there.
- 23:33You're not allowed to play. So we're off, right?
- 23:35The silver and gold, everybody else is in the fun house.
- 23:38Like this is great. Look how rich we are.
- 23:40We're shipping all of our jobs to China.
- 23:42And you know, America's great. We got all this debt.
- 23:46Who cares, right? We're over underneath the shade
- 23:49tree, just a few of us together with our silver and gold
- 23:52realizing, right? Realizing that what's going on
- 23:56inside that Fed fun house and they're going to have special
- 23:59guests tomorrow, five of them. Fed governor speaking is not
- 24:03real, right? Does that make sense?
- 24:06Right? Is not real, right?
- 24:08And when the and when the lights come on in the fun house, when
- 24:11the, when the smoke alarm goes off and everybody goes running
- 24:14for the door, right, they aren't going to be able to make it out
- 24:18in time, right? They're not going to be able to
- 24:20make it over to the shade tree where we are sitting there with
- 24:24our silver and gold. To me, that's a great analogy.
- 24:26I don't know. Send me an e-mail, let me know
- 24:28it. Does that make sense to you?
- 24:30Right? Maybe we're not in there
- 24:32partying with everybody else. We don't own NVIDIA, we don't
- 24:36own Apple, right. We're not saying, Oh yeah, the
- 24:39economy is great. Bidenomic's awesome, Bob.
- 24:41No, we're looking at the real story.
- 24:45We're looking at history. We're looking at a calculator
- 24:49and realizing that there's no way.
- 24:52The other thing I want to mention to you today is a silver
- 24:54investor. This is, this is, this is
- 24:57something again, that we don't hear people really talk about
- 25:02when it comes to silver. What does everybody talk about
- 25:05with silver? Me too.
- 25:06I'm guilty. I'm, I'm part of the problem,
- 25:08OK, Everybody talks about the unbelievable industrial demand
- 25:13for silver. And you see these projections
- 25:16about demand for silver going out to the year 2050 when, when
- 25:2198% of the world's silver is going to be used up by the solar
- 25:25manufacturing. You know, who knows, right?
- 25:27That's a pretty long way to hypothesize.
- 25:29But all these, all the, all the projections for silver, they're
- 25:33all based on one thing, industrial demand.
- 25:37Nobody, nobody factors in, guys. And that alone paints a very
- 25:43supportive picture for the silver price.
- 25:46No doubt about it, right? There's no way there's no way
- 25:48around it, right? Just the industrial story behind
- 25:51silver is great, but nobody, the bonus little secret kicker that
- 25:56nobody's factoring in to these future silver projections are
- 26:00the potential or is the potential for massive increases
- 26:05in investor demand for physical silver, massive increases in
- 26:11people that are wanting to buy American Silver Eagles that are
- 26:14wanting to buy 10 oz silver bars.
- 26:16Yeah, I got, I got one right here.
- 26:18Show and tell, right? It's my 110 oz bar that I keep
- 26:21here at the house. Look at that thing, huh?
- 26:24Right. Oh, there we go.
- 26:26That really makes it. Hey, everybody, Nobody factors
- 26:32that in. All right, All right, so just
- 26:36the industrial demand alone, right, Should propel the real
- 26:41value of silver so much higher. OK.
- 26:44Oh my gosh, this is the crazy to think about.
- 26:47Think about the industrial. I almost have to close my eyes.
- 26:50close your eyes for a second. Think about the industrial
- 26:53demand alone for silver. Unbelievable, Unbelievable.
- 26:58OK, that's number one. So focus on that file that
- 27:02number one, unbelievable industrial silver demand.
- 27:05Think about the potential for a big increase in investor demand
- 27:12for silver. OK, that is like double whammy.
- 27:16Happy time. But wait, there's more.
- 27:18There's even more, right? Because then if you think about
- 27:21this industrial demand exploding, investor demand
- 27:25exploding and at the same time, open your eyes and look at the
- 27:31US debt clock, right? The the basic fundamental facts
- 27:36and figures that are standing behind the confidence that the
- 27:41world has in the US dollar. So if you if you take those two
- 27:44fundamental right industrial demand, investor demand for
- 27:49silver alone and then you on top of that right, that's enough.
- 27:52That's double double happy. Triple happy is if you then also
- 27:58factor in that the US dollar in real terms is going down.
- 28:03OK, 'cause I'm gonna tell you I'm gonna show you something
- 28:06right now. This, my friends, wrong one.
- 28:12This is the dollar index. This is the strength of the
- 28:17dollar. This right?
- 28:19What they should right next to it in parentheses after DXY is
- 28:23turd contest. Because that's all it is, right?
- 28:27Who's got the biggest turd? I'm sorry, that's as bad as I'll
- 28:30get. Who's got the biggest?
- 28:32That's all. Because this is comparing.
- 28:34This isn't comparing the dollar to wheat or corn or oil or God
- 28:39forbid, silver or gold, right? The antithesis of the US dollar
- 28:43at this point. No, this is comparing the dollar
- 28:46to the yen and the euro. So give me a break.
- 28:51OK, so when you think about your silver alone that you own,
- 28:56right, think about the industrial explosion in demand.
- 29:00Think about just the potential cause.
- 29:02Nobody else talks about it, but we do 'cause we're basement
- 29:05dwellers. Do you think I, I ask you, I'll
- 29:07ask you this question. I, I have my answer, but I want
- 29:11to hear your answer. Do you think that investor
- 29:14demand for silver is going to be going down in the next 10 years?
- 29:19Down or up? OK, here.
- 29:21You know what? We haven't we haven't had fun
- 29:22together in a while. I'm going to say up, type it in
- 29:26the comments section. OK, we know industrial demand is
- 29:29going up, but what about investor demand?
- 29:31Let's say over the next 10 years, are we going to be going
- 29:34up or down? It's going to take a second for
- 29:36these comments to come in. Up, says Wes.
- 29:39Hey, Wes. Good to see you, my friend.
- 29:41And if you have something else about that I'm forgetting.
- 29:44So we have we have industrial demand, investor demand.
- 29:48Surely. Up, says Ricardo.
- 29:50And the dollar. Hello from Hot and human
- 29:52Missouri. Yeah.
- 29:53Snakebite. It's cruddy here today.
- 29:56Up, OBD. Hello.
- 29:58I'm Jod. Yeah, it's hot.
- 30:00Up says snakebite. All right, my friend.
- 30:04Hex visual says up. Sorry, I almost missed that one.
- 30:08Yeah. Investor demand.
- 30:09I mean, really right now, guys. I mean, down and up.
- 30:13OK, that's right. Definitely up, says Blade.
- 30:17We got to realize. We got to remember something.
- 30:19Definitely up. Yeah, you guys, I I love this.
- 30:22Thank you for your feedback. Up and up says yo-yo, who?
- 30:26Leo? All right, we got to remember,
- 30:31too. OK, Dwight Charlton up flat for
- 30:34investors. OK.
- 30:35Hey, look, you don't have to agree with me.
- 30:38Magic Moon says up Joe's basement.
- 30:41Hey, Joe, good to see you, my friend.
- 30:44I have to come visit you in Joe's basement sometime.
- 30:46Joe's basement says up. What we got to remember on top
- 30:50of it all. Oh my gosh.
- 30:52All right, I'm going to try to remember all of this for you
- 30:55guys 'cause this is like, this is like the silver grand finale
- 31:01industrial demand. I won't say it again, I promise.
- 31:04Right. Going through the roof, the
- 31:06potential for investor demand, right, to go through the roof,
- 31:11right? Can you argue with that, right?
- 31:13I think it's hard to see to see that it's going to be going down
- 31:17South. Industrial investor.
- 31:19Thirdly, the dollar in real terms.
- 31:22Guys, this piece of paper that I'm holding right here, what,
- 31:30what, what do you think that's going to buy?
- 31:32You know what it buys today? What do you think it's going to
- 31:34buy 10 years from now? So you took those 3 together.
- 31:37But there's more now. I got more.
- 31:40This is the grand finale, right? What was the first one?
- 31:45Oh yeah, industrial demand, investor demand up and up the
- 31:49dollar, just the dollar that it's measured in, right?
- 31:53That we, we falsely agree to measure the value of silver and
- 31:58and U.S. dollars that's going down.
- 32:00That'll propel the price measured in dollars higher.
- 32:04But think about where we are right now, where we are right
- 32:09now with gold and silver on top of it all.
- 32:12The cherry on top, right, is the fact that we're we've gotten to
- 32:16these high price levels and we've done that in an
- 32:20environment where the dollar is supposedly up and powerful.
- 32:26And you know, really like we've shown on that chart has only
- 32:29been this high a handful of years out of the last 40 years.
- 32:33So as we look out into the future, yes, things look very,
- 32:37very, I'm sorry, very, you know what, I thought this 1520 years
- 32:43ago when I was starting to buy silver and buying it at much,
- 32:47much lower prices. But if you look out 10/15/20
- 32:51years from now, you know, I think it's, it's for just don't
- 32:55make any financial decisions. You right.
- 32:58I don't want you to come back and say, but you said I'm just
- 33:01telling you what I see. You need to see what you see.
- 33:04If you see something different, I want to hear about it.
- 33:07But when I look out and see what the future looks like for
- 33:10silver, Oh, and then even on top of that, right, Think about all
- 33:14these factors, investor demand, industrial demand, the dollar
- 33:18going down, the fact that the price is already high with the
- 33:22dollar up. But on top of that, and this is
- 33:25true for both gold, but in particular silver, there is like
- 33:30there's no new silver or gold being found in the world, very
- 33:34little, right? So the supply will even of the
- 33:38metals will not continue to grow.
- 33:40And we know that silver being sucked in by the solar industry
- 33:43already hundreds of millions of Oz that's gone.
- 33:46That's bye bye. Thank you for being here today
- 33:49guys. Please help support the
- 33:51sponsors. OK, Our friends at Hold on, get
- 33:53my finger there right there Pin backs.
- 33:56Don't forget they do check all the boxes, but you need to find
- 33:59that out for yourself. Our friends at first mining gold
- 34:03and Fortuna silver as well. Tomorrow could be crazy, so
- 34:07buckle up buttercup. But don't worry.
- 34:09I should be here and we're going to make it no matter what.
- 34:12Have a great day. Thank you for being here, OK,
- 34:15And I will see you soon.
