- 0:24world famous Harley Street. So get yourself comfortable and
- 0:31enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist.
- 0:39Hi, it's Adam here. And this is a hypnosis session
- 0:43that I filmed when I was out in Dubai for certain business work
- 0:48that I needed to do out there. And I had a client that really
- 0:52wanted to feel confident and optimistic about selling in a
- 0:58different way. And normally they were selling 1
- 1:01to one either over the phone or video calls, but this was
- 1:06different. They were going to be selling to
- 1:07a room of people and they wanted to feel confident and that it
- 1:12was an opportunity and they wanted to feel abundant in that
- 1:16process. So what you're going to hear is
- 1:19a slightly different session because I'm outside of my normal
- 1:22studio environment, but I do have a fairly good microphone.
- 1:26It's my portable microphone when I record outside.
- 1:30And at its core, it's about feeling confident and optimistic
- 1:35if you're selling to a group of people.
- 1:38So if you can connect to that idea, you might get some value
- 1:41from this session. And if you want something
- 1:43bespoke and unique to you, check out the description in the show
- 1:48notes. There's various resources, free
- 1:50course, free downloads, an A free suitability test, so check
- 1:54those out for now. Find a quiet, comfortable place
- 1:57where you won't be distracted or disturbed.
- 2:00Relax and. Enjoy the session.
- 2:25Take a deep breath in and as you breathe in, breathe in a
- 2:31wonderful feeling of calm and relaxation.
- 2:35And as you exhale, just a loudy feelings of worry, stress or
- 2:42tension to just feel like it's leaving your body in your
- 2:47outward breath, breathing and relaxation and exhaling tension.
- 2:54And notice with your eyes closed how much easier it becomes to
- 3:00relax and you can position your body in a way that feels more
- 3:06comfortable for you. A place where your mind, your
- 3:10body, can relax, but more importantly, where your mind can
- 3:16begin to focus. Not drifting away, but tuning
- 3:23in. This isn't about escaping.
- 3:29This is about becoming. Becoming the version of you that
- 3:38gets to grow, evolve and develop and enjoy the process.
- 3:46And as you begin to breathe a little slower, you might
- 3:51remember a time where conversation felt easy, natural.
- 4:01A time when you didn't have to think about the right words
- 4:07because the right words simply came.
- 4:13A moment where you felt comfortable, engaged, connected.
- 4:21And maybe it was in a one to one conversation where you were
- 4:24simply just being yourself. And maybe you were explaining or
- 4:29listening or responding. And notice how when you felt
- 4:35that way, in those moments, there was no pressure, no
- 4:42performance, just connection. And I want you to go back to
- 4:49that memory now. Observe yourself.
- 4:52See how you were back then, when you were communicating clearly,
- 4:58articulately, fluently, without any pressure at all.
- 5:06As you see that version of you, you begin to realize that that
- 5:10ability is still there. And I want you to imagine that
- 5:16same conversation, stepping into that body, feeling how you felt
- 5:23back then, but instead of one person, suddenly make them too,
- 5:30and still feel connected to that feeling of low pressure and just
- 5:35comfort and relaxation. You are still you, still
- 5:40natural, still clear. And now three, there's three
- 5:46people in front of you and you're still having that
- 5:49natural, calm, clear communication.
- 5:54And then five make their five people in front of you and still
- 6:01connect to being calm, relaxed, fluent, articulate.
- 6:07And then 10. And then 20, and then even more.
- 6:13And what if something interesting happens, the number
- 6:18of people changes, but you don't?
- 6:22Your voice remains steady, Your presence remains grounded.
- 6:29Because what you do isn't dependent on the number of
- 6:34people you communicate with, whether it's 5 or 50 or 500.
- 6:42You are simply sharing, explaining, connecting one mind
- 6:51at a time, even in a room full of people.
- 6:58And as that feeling settles deeper, you can begin to see
- 7:03yourself differently. Not as someone trying to perform
- 7:09and not as someone trying to impress, but as someone who has
- 7:15a simple role. You are someone who takes
- 7:21complex ideas and distills them and makes them simple, makes
- 7:29them clear, makes them useful. You help people understand what
- 7:38truly matters so that they can make decisions that support
- 7:43their lives. And the more you see it that
- 7:47way, the more the pressure disappears.
- 7:53And what if you're not there to sell?
- 7:57You're there to bring clarity to those that need clarity.
- 8:05Maybe you've already noticed within your life that the most
- 8:10powerful communicators don't use complicated language.
- 8:16They use simple words, clear ideas, natural pauses.
- 8:25Because clarity builds trust, and simplicity creates
- 8:34connection. And every time you pause, it
- 8:39doesn't weaken you, it strengthens your presence.
- 8:45And every word you choose doesn't need to be perfect, it
- 8:50only needs to be understood. And there's something you
- 8:56already know how to do. You already know what you know.
- 9:06You know how to communicate the benefits, the solutions to
- 9:14problems. That doesn't change just because
- 9:19you're speaking to more than one person.
- 9:26I want you to imagine a garden, maybe a garden from your
- 9:31childhood, perhaps a garden that you have now.
- 9:38And just imagine, what if each presentation was like planting
- 9:43seeds, where some grow immediately and some take time,
- 9:51and some grow when you're not even there.
- 9:56And your role is not to control the outcome, but to create the
- 10:01conditions in which seeds can grow, where growth becomes
- 10:09possible and then probable and then inevitable.
- 10:15And when you release the need for a specific result, you gain
- 10:22something far more powerful. Freedom, flow and a quiet
- 10:31confidence that what you're doing is working.
- 10:41And I want you to imagine distorting time and seeing that
- 10:45garden of seeds that are planted bloom into flowers.
- 10:50Trees see them flourishing, and I wonder if you can find a new
- 11:00state beginning forming within you, a blend of confidence,
- 11:08charisma, optimism, and liveliness.
- 11:14Right there in the chest, where anxiety used to be, Maybe you
- 11:19can find a sense of being light, cheerful, engaging, even
- 11:29slightly playful, as if you're enjoying the moment rather than
- 11:34trying to control it. I just notice how that feels,
- 11:40because this version of you doesn't force energy.
- 11:44It flows naturally. People feel it, they respond to
- 11:49it, they trust it. And what if this energy becomes
- 11:56your default? And what if you choose a simple
- 12:00way to activate this state whenever you need it?
- 12:07Maybe it's a breath, a slow inhale and a calm exhale, or
- 12:16gently pressing your fingers together.
- 12:20And as you do that, now you link this gesture to this state, so
- 12:28anytime you use it, your mind remembers and your body
- 12:34responds. And I wonder if you could
- 12:39imagine your very next presentation.
- 12:42Observe yourself with a sense of readiness, a calm anticipation.
- 12:49And when you see yourself begin speaking, your voice is already
- 12:54clear, natural. Observe how you don't rush, you
- 12:59don't force, you simply speak. And as you continue, you notice
- 13:06people listening, engaged, following your words, and you
- 13:13feel that sense of rhythm, that flow where everything, just, it
- 13:21works. And then when you finish,
- 13:25there's no pressure, no need to chase, just a quiet confidence
- 13:32that the right people will respond.
- 13:35And they do. You begin to understand that in
- 13:40every room there are already people close to saying yes, and
- 13:48your role is simply to have them recognise it.
- 13:54Not by pushing, but by clarifying.
- 14:01And as all this settles into place, you can begin to realize
- 14:07this isn't something you're trying to become.
- 14:13This is something you already are, a confident, clear,
- 14:20engaging communicator who brings energy, warmth and
- 14:24understanding. And every presentation
- 14:28strengthens that identity, makes it more natural, more automatic,
- 14:36more you. And I want you to imagine
- 14:40observing these presentations one after each other.
- 14:44Let you're a spectator. See yourself in that very first
- 14:50presentation. Clear, articulate, and see how
- 14:55after each presentation, your confidence grows.
- 14:59You seem more relaxed, more optimistic, more comfortable,
- 15:05more charismatic. Each presentation builds on from
- 15:10the next and the last and that momentum continues.
- 15:18And I want you to drift forward until the end of June and just
- 15:21see the version of you exuding confidence, brimming with
- 15:27optimism, feeling connected, calm and see that the sales were
- 15:33a side effect of you feeling relaxed, calm and comfortable.
- 15:39Not the point. Because if you make sales and
- 15:43selling the objective, you introduce pressure.
- 15:49So let's dial down all of that pressure and look at sales as
- 15:54the side effect, not the cause. You presenting well, confidently
- 16:02in a way where people can clearly understand what you're
- 16:06saying leads to sales. Sales leads to more confidence,
- 16:12which leads to more comfort. The more comfortable and relaxed
- 16:17you are, the better the results happen to be.
- 16:21Not by forcing it, but just as a result of planting the right
- 16:27seeds to the right minds at the right time.
- 16:33And the more people you present to, the more seeds get planted
- 16:38and the more flowers that bloom and fruit that can be picked.
- 16:45If your unconscious is ready to embrace this identity of calm
- 16:49confidence, looking at this season of presentations as an
- 16:55opportunity for growth expansion, there's a part of you
- 17:01deep within that wants to find this fun and give it permission
- 17:07to do so. And as you do so, notice how
- 17:14much more optimistic you feel about these future
- 17:18presentations. And as you hold that thought,
- 17:22it's time to return, taking all of these resources, all of these
- 17:28new beliefs, all of these new perspectives with you.
- 17:33Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your
- 17:38nose. Just wiggle your fingers, wiggle
- 17:41your toes, connect and calibrate into the here and the now as
- 17:46very soon I count from 1:00 to 10:00 to awaken you.
- 17:50You will awaken feeling calm, confident, unleashing a desire
- 17:55to incrementally and deliberately get more
- 18:01opportunities to present, knowing the more you do it and
- 18:06the more relaxed you feel, the more optimistic and confident
- 18:13you will become. And that sales are just the side
- 18:17effect of that starting to count to awaken you. 123 Waking up.
- 18:26456 More alert. 7-8 Open your eyes, open your eyes. 910 wide
- 18:34awake, wide awake, wide awake. Thank you.
