Latest / V / Carrie Underwood Shakes Off the Cancel Mob’s Wrath (Ep.118)
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Good morning and welcome to Bongino Report Early Edition. Carrie
- 0:04Speaker 1: Underwood stares down the cancel mob before her performance at
- 0:08Speaker 1: Trump's inauguration. Carrie and Meghan attack the First Amendment. Again,
- 0:13Speaker 1: they've done this like a lot of times. New York,
- 0:16Speaker 1: I'm sorry, New York. New Congresswoman Sarah McBride promotes chemical
- 0:21Speaker 1: castration and mutilation of little children. I'm sorry, it's not
- 0:24Speaker 1: a congresswoman. She wants you to believe she's a congresswoman.
- 0:27Speaker 1: It's actually a he, he, congressman. Texas A & M
- 0:30Speaker 1: University's DEI scheme is shut down immediately. Financial elites distance
- 0:38Speaker 1: themselves from the climate cult. And California catches an alleged
- 0:42Speaker 1: flame-throwing illegal migrant.
- 0:44Speaker 2: All this on Bongino Report, early edition.
- 1:00Speaker 1: So Pete Hex's hearing starts today at 9.30 a.m.
- 1:04Speaker 2: Eastern time.
- 1:04Speaker 1: So I'm going to have you guys out of here
- 1:06Speaker 1: by then. We're going to make this a quick show.
- 1:08Speaker 1: I'm going to do my best, but I want you
- 1:10Speaker 1: guys to be able to listen to the hearing as
- 1:11Speaker 1: I want to listen to it as well. So Grammy
- 1:15Speaker 1: award-winning country singer Carrie Underwood is scheduled to perform America
- 1:19Speaker 1: the Beautiful at Donald Trump's second inauguration. And Carrie said
- 1:23Speaker 1: in a statement, I love our country. And I'm honored
- 1:26Speaker 1: to have been asked to sing at the inauguration and
- 1:28Speaker 1: to be a small part of this historic event. I'm
- 1:31Speaker 1: humbled to answer the call at a time when we
- 1:34Speaker 1: must all come together in the spirit of unity and
- 1:36Speaker 1: looking to the future. And this is a big deal.
- 1:38Speaker 1: This is a big deal because back in 2017, if
- 1:41Speaker 1: you all recall, there was all of this controversy around
- 1:44Speaker 1: who would perform at Trump's inauguration. The team, the Trump
- 1:47Speaker 1: team asked Elton John, they asked the Beach Boys, they
- 1:51Speaker 1: asked Celine Dion. Everyone said no to the point where
- 1:54Speaker 1: The incoming admin ended up picking a 16-year-old classical singer
- 1:58Speaker 1: and runner-up on America's Got Talent to sing the national anthem.
- 2:01Speaker 1: And she was lovely. But at the same time, she
- 2:04Speaker 1: was not a A-lister star who would usually perform at
- 2:09Speaker 1: the inauguration. So again, all of the established, well-known celebrities,
- 2:14Speaker 1: they said, absolutely not.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Trump is orange. He's toxic. He's literally Hitler.
- 2:18Speaker 1: We can't perform at the Trump inauguration.
- 2:21Speaker 2: And they didn't.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Things are different now. Carrie Underwood is awesome. I think
- 2:27Speaker 1: that she bends a little right wing. I think that's
- 2:29Speaker 1: sort of understood. At the same time, I don't know
- 2:34Speaker 1: if she would have done this in 2017. I don't
- 2:37Speaker 1: know if she would have accepted this offer. And we're
- 2:40Speaker 1: noticing something really fascinating happening right now. I think a
- 2:44Speaker 1: zeitgeist shift. I'm going to explain why, but I will
- 2:47Speaker 1: say that there is some negativity in her comment section
- 2:51Speaker 1: of her Instagram. People are saying, Carrie, no more singing
- 2:55Speaker 1: at the felons party. I will never listen to you again. Boo,
- 2:59Speaker 1: she's a Trumpy, really shows her morals. Boo, completely lost
- 3:03Speaker 1: respect for you. We'll skip all your songs. You let
- 3:05Speaker 1: down a lot of people. And this is to be expected.
- 3:08Speaker 1: These are mostly just regular people. These aren't celebrities, but
- 3:12Speaker 1: they're regular people who obviously probably loved Kamala. I think
- 3:16Speaker 1: Trump is literally Hitler. And so they're attacking Carrie Underwood.
- 3:20Speaker 1: We'd expect nothing less. What's different about this time is,
- 3:23Speaker 1: The reaction is generally pretty muted from other celebrities. I
- 3:28Speaker 1: haven't seen many major celebrities come out and condemn Carrie Underwood.
- 3:32Speaker 1: There's no outrage mob when it comes to established, well-known A-listers.
- 3:37Speaker 1: There's a tone of almost resignation rather than outrage about
- 3:42Speaker 1: this incoming Trump admin. And it's a sign, like I said,
- 3:46Speaker 1: that we're experiencing a zeitgeist shift. Recall that Gwen Stefani,
- 3:52Speaker 1: recently partnered with the Catholic prayer app, Hallow, to lead
- 3:56Speaker 1: an Advent prayer meditation. Lana Del Rey gave a speech
- 3:59Speaker 1: praising her MAGA Republican alligator tour guide husband while admitting
- 4:04Speaker 1: that she doesn't share the values of the music industry.
- 4:06Speaker 1: Mariah Carey proclaimed that Mary is the queen of Christmas.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Big things are changing, and the usually awful Hollywood speech
- 4:16Speaker 1: policeman are much more subdued than they ever have been.
- 4:19Speaker 1: I think they are sensing the shift as well, and
- 4:23Speaker 1: they are conforming to that. They know that the masses
- 4:27Speaker 1: are increasingly impatient with wokeism, with the virtue signaling.
- 4:31Speaker 2: Trump won the popular vote.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Now it is the celebrity class that needs to hold
- 4:38Speaker 1: their tongue if they wish to remain popular among the people,
- 4:41Speaker 1: and they need to remain popular among the people if
- 4:43Speaker 1: they're to remain relevant.
- 4:45Speaker 2: This is a really good sign for us.
- 4:47Speaker 1: And by the way, as an aside, as I was
- 4:49Speaker 1: putting the show together, I realized that apparently George Bush
- 4:54Speaker 1: picked Hillary Duff to perform at his first and his
- 4:57Speaker 1: second inaugural ball.
- 4:59Speaker 2: I'm sorry. And George Bush, I mean, I'm not his
- 5:04Speaker 2: biggest fan.
- 5:05Speaker 1: My main criticism is, you know, he began objectively, um,
- 5:11Speaker 1: never-ending Middle East foreign wars that lasted nearly my entire
- 5:15Speaker 1: lifetime up until now. So lots of criticisms of George Bush.
- 5:19Speaker 1: I don't think he was the greatest president. I don't
- 5:21Speaker 1: think he was the greatest Republican president, but he has
- 5:23Speaker 1: really good taste in music. Here was Hilary Duff at
- 5:26Speaker 1: George Bush's inaugural ball.
- 5:36Speaker 2: She's just the best.
- 5:37Speaker 3: She's awesome.
- 5:42Speaker 1: And Michael was saying while I was playing this video,
- 5:45Speaker 1: he was like, oh, it's dumb teeny bopper music. And okay,
- 5:47Speaker 1: maybe it is, but I still love Hilary Duff. There
- 5:50Speaker 1: were some real instruments being played there and he could
- 5:53Speaker 1: actually appreciate the music just because you could tell there
- 5:57Speaker 1: was an actual.
- 5:58Speaker 2: Guitar, there were actual drums.
- 6:00Speaker 1: There's something that's been lost, I think, in this transition
- 6:03Speaker 1: into everything being done electronically instead of physically being played.
- 6:09Speaker 1: And now we have even A.I., writing music and producing music,
- 6:13Speaker 1: which is crazy. And there's something I think that's lost
- 6:16Speaker 1: in that.
- 6:17Speaker 2: So, but Hilary Duff is awesome.
- 6:18Speaker 1: If you don't know who she is, she is a
- 6:20Speaker 1: former Disney star. She's one of the only Disney stars
- 6:23Speaker 1: that made it out and didn't become a drug addicted psychopath.
- 6:27Speaker 2: She's a mom.
- 6:28Speaker 1: She has a nice career, but she also sort of keeps,
- 6:31Speaker 1: keeps things private. So big Hilary Duff fan. Now, unfortunately
- 6:36Speaker 1: there are two people who seem to have missed the
- 6:39Speaker 1: memo that Trump won the popular vote and that radical
- 6:43Speaker 1: progressivism is out of style. And of course, I'm speaking
- 6:46Speaker 1: about none other than Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. In
- 6:49Speaker 1: a lengthy statement from, quote, the office, yes, the office
- 6:53Speaker 1: of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the ex-royal said that
- 6:56Speaker 1: Mark Zuckerberg's policy to roll back hate speech restrictions on
- 7:00Speaker 1: Meta should deeply concern us all. And the couple called
- 7:04Speaker 1: on Meta to reverse the decision. Here's what Harry and
- 7:06Speaker 1: Meghan wrote, quote, Meta's changes to its hateful content policies
- 7:12Speaker 1: do not protect free expression, but instead foster an environment
- 7:16Speaker 1: where abuse and hate speech silence and threaten the voices
- 7:19Speaker 1: of whole communities who make up a healthy democracy. Harry
- 7:23Speaker 1: and Meghan add that they are calling on leaders across
- 7:26Speaker 1: industries to uphold their And we applaud leaders who refuse
- 7:33Speaker 1: to kowtow to bullying. So what they're saying, in other words,
- 7:36Speaker 1: is that advertisers, they're calling on advertisers to punish Meta
- 7:41Speaker 1: for not censoring content that Harry and Meghan disprove of.
- 7:46Speaker 1: There's a lot of war games being played right here.
- 7:48Speaker 1: They're trying to paint themselves as a victim. And the
- 7:50Speaker 1: real supporters of free speech and kindness and anti-bullying, you
- 7:56Speaker 1: guys know the drill. Harry and Meghan also freaked out
- 7:59Speaker 1: that Meta is axing DEI. claiming that this decision undermines
- 8:03Speaker 1: protections for marginalized communities and puts everyone in harm's way,
- 8:07Speaker 1: contributing to a global mental health crisis.
- 8:10Speaker 2: I mean, these two, they are insane. They are absolutely insane,
- 8:14Speaker 2: but at least they're consistent.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Here was Prince Harry back in 2021.
- 8:18Speaker 4: I don't want to start sort of going down the
- 8:20Speaker 4: First Amendment route because that's a huge subject and one
- 8:22Speaker 4: of which I don't understand because I've only been here
- 8:24Speaker 4: for a short period of time. But you can find
- 8:25Speaker 4: a loophole in anything and you can capitalize or exploit
- 8:29Speaker 4: what's not said rather than uphold what is said. There's
- 8:32Speaker 4: so much I want to say about the First Amendment.
- 8:35Speaker 4: I still don't understand it, but it is bonkers.
- 8:39Speaker 1: First Amendment is bonkers, according to Prince Harry. Can this
- 8:44Speaker 1: guy just go back to Britain? Go back to his country?
- 8:47Speaker 1: where you can be arrested for praying silently outside an
- 8:49Speaker 1: abortion clinic. They literally have rejected any semblance of free
- 8:54Speaker 1: speech in Britain. And now Harry wants to bring those
- 8:57Speaker 1: disordered values here to the United States after he was
- 9:00Speaker 1: essentially booted out. Well, he quit, but the country hates him.
- 9:06Speaker 1: So he left in shame, comes here and he poisons
- 9:09Speaker 1: this country after he was already rejected in his own.
- 9:12Speaker 2: It's not right.
- 9:16Speaker 1: America clearly is not for Harry and Meghan, and I
- 9:18Speaker 1: think it's another reason why the UK is not our ally.
- 9:21Speaker 1: They interfered in our presidential election. They threatened to arrest
- 9:24Speaker 1: American citizens for violating their despotic speech codes. And then
- 9:29Speaker 1: they dump Harry and Meghan on our doorstep. These two
- 9:33Speaker 1: are the UK's problem, and somehow their tyrannical, psychopathic ex-royals
- 9:38Speaker 1: are America's issue now. It's unreal.
- 9:42Speaker 2: The UK is not our friends. Friends do not do that.
- 9:45Speaker 5: To one another.
- 9:45Speaker 1: They do not dump their ex-royals in this country to
- 9:50Speaker 1: terrorize the rest of us when they are, of course,
- 9:52Speaker 1: the UK's problem in the first place. By the way,
- 9:55Speaker 1: like I said at the beginning of the show, Pete
- 9:56Speaker 1: Hegg said his confirmation hearing is today. And I just
- 10:00Speaker 1: want to remind you guys of a couple of things
- 10:01Speaker 1: ahead of this hearing. The left has tried to paint
- 10:05Speaker 1: Pete as a woman-hating misogynist. And there's a lot of
- 10:09Speaker 1: evidence for why that's not true, why they are pushing
- 10:12Speaker 1: this narrative on purpose. But from a personal perspective, my
- 10:17Speaker 1: mom has sat on a couch next to Pete for
- 10:20Speaker 1: the last five years. And what she has told me
- 10:23Speaker 1: is he is an honorable man. Every week, eight hours,
- 10:27Speaker 1: she is next to Pete Hexeth, talking to him, getting
- 10:31Speaker 1: to know him. And not only is he an honorable man,
- 10:35Speaker 1: but she said she's personally witnessed him grow in his
- 10:38Speaker 1: faith and become a better father by the day. This
- 10:42Speaker 1: is a good, good man. I know him personally. My
- 10:45Speaker 1: mom knows.
- 10:46Speaker 2: Him even more.
- 10:47Speaker 1: And today is going to be a bloodbath. They do
- 10:50Speaker 1: not want Pete Hegseth to be confirmed.
- 10:52Speaker 2: They hate him.
- 10:53Speaker 1: And they hate him because of two things. One, he's
- 10:56Speaker 1: an authentic Trump ally. And two, he doesn't have any
- 11:00Speaker 1: ties to the military-industrial complex in a traditional sense. He
- 11:04Speaker 1: doesn't have any connections to the merchants of death because
- 11:09Speaker 1: he doesn't have a personal relationship with them. He was
- 11:12Speaker 1: a regular military guy, a veteran. somebody who served this country,
- 11:19Speaker 1: but not a higher up general or somebody who used
- 11:25Speaker 1: to lobby for.
- 11:27Speaker 2: Defense contractors. He doesn't have this kind of background.
- 11:30Speaker 1: And this is why there is so much intense hatred
- 11:34Speaker 1: of Pete Hexeth and a push to make sure he
- 11:37Speaker 1: is not confirmed. So keep that in mind today. I'm
- 11:41Speaker 1: feeling that things are going to get very heated. And
- 11:43Speaker 1: you know, something that really gets under my skin, when
- 11:46Speaker 1: we're talking about Pete Hegseth, is this idea that Pete
- 11:49Speaker 1: Hegseth is somehow a lunatic. Look, he's got this Nazi
- 11:53Speaker 1: symbol on his chest, but then it's.
- 11:54Speaker 2: Actually the Jerusalem cross.
- 11:57Speaker 1: There's a picture of him in swim trunks, but then
- 11:59Speaker 1: they say it's, oh, it's his underwear. And of course
- 12:01Speaker 1: he was in swim trunks because he was at a
- 12:03Speaker 1: Navy SEAL fundraiser. They spin all these lies to make
- 12:06Speaker 1: him seem crazy and radical and unfit for the job.
- 12:13Speaker 1: And They want to paint him as clinically insane. This
- 12:17Speaker 1: is what they did at J.D. Vance, where they said, oh,
- 12:19Speaker 1: he's weird. The guy's just weird. They kept saying this
- 12:21Speaker 1: word over and over.
- 12:22Speaker 2: He's weird.
- 12:23Speaker 1: Do you want to know who's a real weirdo?
- 12:25Speaker 2: You want to know who's a creep?
- 12:28Speaker 1: Sarah McBride, the incoming trans-identifying male congressman. Here is Sarah
- 12:34Speaker 1: McBride reading to a group of tiny children.
- 12:38Speaker 2: Tell me what you notice in this video.
- 12:40Speaker 6: She went with her family to the doctor, and the
- 12:43Speaker 6: doctor said, that she should she's a girl and everyone
- 12:48Speaker 6: should see her and treat her like a girl right
- 12:52Speaker 6: which is to say that they should call her jazz
- 12:56Speaker 6: and and.
- 12:56Speaker 1: They encouraging children to be transgender to be confused about
- 13:03Speaker 1: their sex disordered and evil to do this to young
- 13:07Speaker 1: children likely without the consent of their parents i'm sure
- 13:09Speaker 1: there was no notice a sign off oh can this
- 13:12Speaker 1: weirdo trans man, read to your kids a disgusting book.
- 13:17Speaker 1: And I don't think that was a release form that
- 13:19Speaker 1: went out to the parents. And the book that she's reading,
- 13:22Speaker 1: it's called I Am Jazz. And it is about the
- 13:26Speaker 1: real life trans identifying now man who started pretending to
- 13:29Speaker 1: be a girl at the age of two, two years old.
- 13:34Speaker 1: And he had an entire TLC show about his life
- 13:37Speaker 1: growing up. Jazz is now in his mid 20s. And
- 13:40Speaker 1: over the years, he's been chemically castrated, subjected to numerous
- 13:45Speaker 1: Frankenstein experiments. And at one point, his fake constructed vagina
- 13:50Speaker 1: split apart in a botched surgery. It was wildly painful
- 13:54Speaker 1: for him. Today, he suffers from depression. He's morbidly obese.
- 14:00Speaker 1: He also had to drop out of college for a
- 14:02Speaker 1: time to manage his mental illness. Here is the wonderful
- 14:06Speaker 1: Jazz Jennings that Sarah McBride is promoting to young children.
- 14:11Speaker 2: The past few months have just been so challenging. And
- 14:18Speaker 2: it's just been such a struggle.
- 14:22Speaker 1: Two years ago, I was on my way to one
- 14:24Speaker 1: of the greatest institutions in the world, but I was
- 14:27Speaker 1: actually struggling severely with mental health issues.
- 14:31Speaker 2: All right, once it's yours. I started binge eating and
- 14:33Speaker 2: I gained weight and more weight and more weight. And now,
- 14:37Speaker 2: almost 100 pounds heavier, here.
- 14:39Speaker 1: I am today.
- 14:40Speaker 2: I just want to feel like myself.
- 14:41Speaker 4: Like, that's it.
- 14:42Speaker 2: I don't care.
- 14:43Speaker 1: All I want is to be happy and feel like me,
- 14:45Speaker 1: and I don't feel like me ever. I don't feel
- 14:49Speaker 1: like me ever. I mean, this story is a tragedy,
- 14:52Speaker 1: and we've been watching it unfold now for over two decades.
- 15:00Speaker 1: And Democrats in Congress, and just in general, they're promoting
- 15:07Speaker 1: this disordered lifestyle. that has destroyed this young man. I mean,
- 15:11Speaker 1: you watched it.
- 15:12Speaker 2: He never feels like himself. He is depressed. He's binge eating.
- 15:18Speaker 1: He has gone through immense physical pain to distort his
- 15:25Speaker 1: body in bizarre and unnatural ways. And I think the
- 15:31Speaker 1: good news is that these people are losing ground. The
- 15:34Speaker 1: experiments are failing, and the public is waking up, and
- 15:36Speaker 1: Jazz Jennings is a perfect example of the consequences of
- 15:41Speaker 1: the gender-bending cult.
- 15:44Speaker 2: And like I said, the tide is changing.
- 15:46Speaker 1: Look at what just happened at Texas A & M.
- 15:49Speaker 1: Chris Rufo reported yesterday that Texas A & M is
- 15:51Speaker 1: sponsoring a trip to a DEI conference that prohibits whites
- 15:55Speaker 1: and Asians from attending. Under the Who Can Apply section,
- 15:59Speaker 1: the application reads, To be eligible for the annual conference,
- 16:02Speaker 1: you must identify as Black African American, Latinx, Hispanic American,
- 16:08Speaker 1: or Native American Canadian Indigenous. Michael says he identifies as
- 16:14Speaker 1: all of those. I mean, yeah, you could say that
- 16:16Speaker 1: you identify as them, which is a weird way of
- 16:18Speaker 1: phrasing it. Like, you must identify as, like, does it
- 16:20Speaker 1: not actually have to be those, you don't have to
- 16:24Speaker 1: be those things?
- 16:26Speaker 2: It's bizarre. But of course, whites and Asians are excluded
- 16:30Speaker 2: from this list.
- 16:31Speaker 1: And yesterday, the same day that Chris Ruffo exposed this story,
- 16:35Speaker 1: Governor Greg Abbott of Texas responded on Twitter, and he
- 16:39Speaker 1: wrote that the discrimination is against Texas law and violates
- 16:43Speaker 1: the U.S. Constitution, and it will be fixed immediately, or
- 16:47Speaker 1: the president of the university will soon be gone. I mean, huge.
- 16:52Speaker 2: Huge news.
- 16:53Speaker 1: And governors across the board seem to be acting swiftly
- 16:57Speaker 1: and bravely to shut down this cultural Marxist poison. And
- 17:02Speaker 1: governors like Greg Abbott have the backbone to do that
- 17:05Speaker 1: largely because the culture is trending that way. This is
- 17:08Speaker 1: no hate to Greg Abbott specifically, although I wouldn't describe
- 17:12Speaker 1: him as the perfect governor.
- 17:14Speaker 2: He's not stellar. He's good.
- 17:18Speaker 1: But it's objectively true that politicians are looking to get reelected.
- 17:22Speaker 1: And they don't often take principled stands when it will
- 17:25Speaker 1: cost them their job. Greg Abbott has the courage to
- 17:28Speaker 1: do what he's doing because the people in this country
- 17:30Speaker 1: are rejecting wokeism wholesale. Which brings me to my next story.
- 17:35Speaker 1: The UN-backed Net Zero Asset Managers Group has announced that
- 17:42Speaker 1: it will be shutting down completely. Now, what is the
- 17:44Speaker 1: Net Zero Asset Managers Group?
- 17:46Speaker 2: It's a global coalition of asset.
- 17:48Speaker 1: Managers who want to implement net zero greenhouse gas emissions
- 17:52Speaker 1: by 2050 or sooner in line with the Paris Climate Agreement.
- 17:56Speaker 1: So in other words, the elite climate cult cartel is
- 18:01Speaker 1: caving in. And the news that the group is shutting
- 18:04Speaker 1: down comes after BlackRock announced that it is leaving the organization. Now,
- 18:09Speaker 1: about three weeks ago, two of the largest U.S. banks,
- 18:12Speaker 1: Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo, quit a separate group, the
- 18:16Speaker 1: Net Zero Banking Alliance. Both of these groups made up
- 18:19Speaker 1: this financial network that's been forcibly redirecting money to the
- 18:24Speaker 1: green energy transition and away from fossil fuels.
- 18:28Speaker 2: But Trump won. And suddenly now they quit.
- 18:32Speaker 1: So what do you think is going on? I think
- 18:34Speaker 1: the rulers of the financial universe are realizing that Trump
- 18:38Speaker 1: and the masses aren't with them on the climate issue
- 18:41Speaker 1: and they're shifting their strategy.
- 18:44Speaker 2: The climate was never the goal here. You guys know this.
- 18:47Speaker 1: It was always about using the climate as a vehicle
- 18:51Speaker 1: for social control. And that's still the goal.
- 18:54Speaker 2: They're just shifting strategies. But the intent has not gone away.
- 18:58Speaker 2: And time will tell what the new strategy is.
- 19:02Speaker 1: Certainly COVID was an emergency used by these same individuals
- 19:06Speaker 1: to transfer wealth massively and curtail basic freedoms in this
- 19:11Speaker 1: country and across the globe.
- 19:13Speaker 2: It'll be another crisis.
- 19:14Speaker 1: It'll be something COVID, something climate, at that level of hysteria.
- 19:22Speaker 1: And we just aren't sure what the emergency is yet,
- 19:25Speaker 1: but rest assured that it is coming. Now, you guys,
- 19:28Speaker 1: the crazies, of course, do still exist. I'm not saying
- 19:31Speaker 1: that we've won the culture war.
- 19:33Speaker 2: It's all over.
- 19:34Speaker 1: You can pat yourselves on the back. Crazies do exist,
- 19:37Speaker 1: and many of them happen to live in the state
- 19:38Speaker 1: of California. And for some reason, the most insane people
- 19:41Speaker 1: are in charge of California. I don't know how that happens,
- 19:43Speaker 1: but it just turns out that way. Crazy people, for
- 19:47Speaker 1: some reason, like to find each other in California and
- 19:50Speaker 1: terrorize as many other normal people as possible. And one
- 19:53Speaker 1: of the best examples of this is the illegal immigration
- 19:55Speaker 1: crisis facilitated by California leaders who have turned the state
- 19:59Speaker 1: into a sanctuary for illegal aliens. Just this week, an
- 20:03Speaker 1: illegal alien homeless man was seen burning old Christmas trees
- 20:07Speaker 1: and debris with.
- 20:08Speaker 2: Allegedly a flamethrower.
- 20:11Speaker 1: Residents in the area, not the police, mind you, just
- 20:14Speaker 1: normal citizens, chased him down, tackled him, and zip-tied the guy.
- 20:18Speaker 1: And of course, because California's sanctuary status, this guy probably
- 20:23Speaker 1: will never be deported. And like I said, some crazy
- 20:27Speaker 1: people live in California and are making it awful for
- 20:30Speaker 1: everyone else. Here's how one Californian responded to the looting
- 20:33Speaker 1: that is taking place in the state.
- 20:36Speaker 3: To take a minute to talk about looting because I
- 20:38Speaker 3: think it's worth considering why people would run into an
- 20:41Speaker 3: active fire to steal stuff rather than fleeing the fire.
- 20:46Speaker 3: And it seems like in the media coverage that I'm
- 20:48Speaker 3: listening to that people think that people are just like
- 20:50Speaker 3: greedy who want to be looting. And I'm just wondering
- 20:53Speaker 3: if maybe these people have actually considered whether it is
- 20:57Speaker 3: safer for them to run into a fire or to
- 21:00Speaker 3: continue to exist within capitalism. without access to resources. And
- 21:05Speaker 3: after weighing the pros and cons, they concluded that the
- 21:07Speaker 3: safer option is to run into the fire to steal stuff.
- 21:12Speaker 1: Okay, so she defends looters who are ransacking the homes
- 21:16Speaker 1: of LA wildfire victims because the looters are victims of capitalism.
- 21:22Speaker 2: No, I'm sorry.
- 21:23Speaker 1: It's not okay to loot or start fires so then
- 21:25Speaker 1: you can steal.
- 21:26Speaker 2: Not justified.
- 21:28Speaker 1: Not a consequence of capitalism either. It's simply a consequence
- 21:31Speaker 1: of poor moral character. seems to be a trait of
- 21:36Speaker 1: most leftists. By the way, here is what Biden's decided
- 21:41Speaker 1: to do in response to the devastation in California.
- 21:44Speaker 2: Take a listen. I want to be clear.
- 21:47Speaker 4: We're not waiting until those fires are over to start
- 21:50Speaker 4: helping the victims.
- 21:52Speaker 6: We're getting them help right.
- 21:53Speaker 2: Now, as you all know.
- 21:55Speaker 4: People impacted by these fires are going to receive one-time
- 21:58Speaker 4: payment of $ 770.
- 22:00Speaker 2: One-time payment. So they can quickly purchase things. $ 770, that's
- 22:05Speaker 2: what he said?
- 22:07Speaker 1: It's a little over $ 700.
- 22:08Speaker 2: That's what you get.
- 22:09Speaker 1: But he just gave $ 500 million to Ukraine on top
- 22:16Speaker 1: of the billions that we've already given them.
- 22:18Speaker 2: It's insulting. It is insulting.
- 22:21Speaker 1: And it shows the priorities of our federal government. Really
- 22:25Speaker 1: bad people are in charge who pretend like they're your friend.
- 22:30Speaker 1: pretend like they care about the people. And again, it
- 22:33Speaker 1: comes down to money, I think, to greed and to money.
- 22:36Speaker 1: This is why they don't want Pete Hexeth. There's an
- 22:39Speaker 1: entire military industrial complex that profits off of death and
- 22:42Speaker 1: destruction abroad. And that's the priority, and it always has been.
- 22:46Speaker 2: And I think people know that. I think they're waking up.
- 22:49Speaker 1: This is why I think the attacks that they're going
- 22:53Speaker 1: to try and lobby at Pete are going to fall
- 22:55Speaker 1: on deaf ears, at least among the public.
- 23:00Speaker 2: Who knows the game? We get it now. It took
- 23:03Speaker 2: us a while, but we're on.
- 23:05Speaker 1: To you in the military industrial complex and the deep
- 23:09Speaker 1: state at large. But yes, there are crazy people. Their
- 23:13Speaker 1: numbers are dwindling. I'm not sure Gavin Newsom and certainly
- 23:18Speaker 1: not the communist Los Angeles mayor, Karen Bass, are going
- 23:21Speaker 1: to last much longer. I really don't think they are.
- 23:23Speaker 1: The cultural tide is unmistakably shifting. The signs are all
- 23:27Speaker 1: around us from Carrie Underwood's upcoming performance at Trump's inauguration,
- 23:31Speaker 1: to the collapse of the woke financial alliances, the waning
- 23:35Speaker 1: grip of radical progressivism in Hollywood and public life. What
- 23:39Speaker 1: once seemed like an unstoppable march toward ideological conformity to
- 23:44Speaker 1: every one of our institutions is now fracturing under the
- 23:48Speaker 1: weight of public discontent. People are rejecting the false promises
- 23:51Speaker 1: of wokeism, recognizing its harm to national unity, cultural.
- 23:54Speaker 2: Identity, and truth itself.
- 23:57Speaker 1: Even the celebrity class, the longtime enforcers of this narrative,
- 24:02Speaker 1: they're retreating into cautious neutrality because they're aware that the
- 24:07Speaker 1: masses no longer reward or even tolerate their virtue signaling.
- 24:13Speaker 1: The zeitgeist shift is not about political triumph alone. It's
- 24:18Speaker 1: about the restoration of balance, common sense, and accountability. Americans
- 24:24Speaker 1: are tired of being preached to by disconnected elites. They're
- 24:28Speaker 1: demanding leadership that reflects their values and institutions that prioritize
- 24:33Speaker 1: their well-being. And while the crazies persist, their influence is diminishing,
- 24:38Speaker 1: replaced by voices of reason and courage. It feels like
- 24:42Speaker 1: a new dawn for America. And for the first time
- 24:45Speaker 1: in years, the momentum is on our side. It's on
- 24:49Speaker 1: the side of those who simply want to live in
- 24:51Speaker 1: a country that makes sense again.
- 24:54Speaker 2: That's all I have for you guys today.
- 24:56Speaker 1: We're out in time, so you guys can listen to
- 24:58Speaker 1: the Pete Hegseth hearing, which I, of course, will be
- 25:01Speaker 1: doing as well. If you're listening on Apple or Spotify,

- 25:13Speaker 2: The Dan Bongino Show.
- 25:14Speaker 5: I think a lot of people are underestimating the Trump
- 25:17Speaker 5: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 25:20Speaker 5: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 25:23Speaker 5: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 25:26Speaker 5: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue.
- 25:30Speaker 3: That is it.
- 25:31Speaker 5: This is not a football game. If you vote, we
- 25:34Speaker 5: will win. It is not complicated.
