Mega Edition: The Legacy Media And Their Epstein Blind Spot (10/3/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

Speaker 1: And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Today we have
0:04
Speaker 1: an article from the NPR and we're just going to
0:07
Speaker 1: dive right in today. Headline, here's why conspiracy theories about
0:12
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein keep flourishing. This article was authored by Lisa Hagen. Well,
0:18
Speaker 1: maybe if the federal government was a little more transparent
0:22
Speaker 1: about what happened that day in the jail, maybe there
0:25
Speaker 1: wouldn't be so many conspiracy theories. Maybe there wouldn't be
0:28
Speaker 1: so many people out here trying to fill in the
0:30
Speaker 1: gaps because the federal government, like usual, is not being
0:34
Speaker 1: up front with the American people. How about that for
0:37
Speaker 1: a conspiracy theory? Jeffrey Epstein has been dead for three years,
0:42
Speaker 1: but his ghost still wanders the dark halls of the internet.
0:46
Speaker 1: You know, and right off the bat, framing it as
0:49
Speaker 1: Epstein is some kind of conspiracy theory, what Epstein did
0:52
Speaker 1: is not really as bad as they say. I mean,
0:55
Speaker 1: come on. In life, Epstein was a secretive financier, I
0:59
Speaker 1: mean pedophile, arrested for a series of sexual crimes with
1:02
Speaker 1: underage girls. In death, speculation about his suicide in jail
1:07
Speaker 1: formed an additional layer of conspiratorial fog around his legacy. Well,
1:13
Speaker 1: what should happen? Should people just accept the narrative? I mean,
1:18
Speaker 1: that's what these legacy media authors and journalists expect us
1:21
Speaker 1: to do. Just accept everything that they're saying as fact. Because,
1:26
Speaker 1: you know, there is not a track record of them
1:28
Speaker 1: misleading us or anything. See, I'm old enough to remember
1:32
Speaker 1: the fake-ass war in Iraq that this legacy media dog
1:35
Speaker 1: walked us into, playing on our emotions. And ever since then,
1:40
Speaker 1: I've had my radar up. And everything that they tell me,
1:43
Speaker 1: I take with a grain of salt. There's a reason
1:47
Speaker 1: I don't watch TV when it comes to media or
1:50
Speaker 1: the news. I don't care what these people have to say.
1:55
Speaker 1: I'm not going to sit here and listen to them
1:57
Speaker 1: just hammer one side or the other for political purposes.
2:02
Speaker 1: I'm over that. I've evolved past that. We have bigger
2:04
Speaker 1: problems than arguing with each other over dumb shit. obviously
2:09
Speaker 1: bigger problems considering somebody like jeffrey epstein was able to
2:13
Speaker 1: get away with this for all of these years and
2:16
Speaker 1: we're still fighting about if it's a conspiracy theory or
2:19
Speaker 1: not let me break it down for you there's no
2:23
Speaker 1: conspiracy theory here jeffrey epstein was involved with some of
2:26
Speaker 1: the most elite people in the world and they had
2:28
Speaker 1: a transnational human trafficking ring that they were working in
2:32
Speaker 1: point blank period no conspiracy theory When the FBI searched
2:39
Speaker 1: former president Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home in early August, it
2:44
Speaker 1: took less than a day for far-right internet personality Jack
2:47
Speaker 1: Pasayabic to summon Epstein's ghost. We now know the judge
2:52
Speaker 1: who signed off on the Mar-a-Lago raid was Jeffrey Epstein's lawyer.
2:56
Speaker 1: Don't question it, Posobiec posted to his 185,000 Telegram followers. Well,
3:02
Speaker 1: is it wrong? Is that a wrong statement? It's not.
3:07
Speaker 1: Judge Reinhart was a prosecutor one day, and then the
3:10
Speaker 1: next day he was defending Sarah Kellen Vickers. And it's
3:15
Speaker 1: funny how these articles that talk about that, they don't
3:18
Speaker 1: even bring up the people that he defended. They just say, oh,
3:20
Speaker 1: some of Epstein's associates, as if it's not worthy of
3:23
Speaker 1: a deeper look. And the reason that they do it
3:26
Speaker 1: and this is what's so confounding to me, is the
3:29
Speaker 1: very same reason that they're saying other people are talking
3:32
Speaker 1: about this. To score political points for their side. That's
3:36
Speaker 1: all this is, and that's all it ever will be
3:39
Speaker 1: to the legacy media. A hot-button topic that they can
3:42
Speaker 1: use to try and score some points on either side
3:45
Speaker 1: of the aisle. Meanwhile, all of these women who have
3:48
Speaker 1: had their lives ruined, they're left to pick up the
3:50
Speaker 1: pieces while all of these idiots play their Game of Thrones.
3:56
Speaker 1: The claim, repeated across fringe threads and deceiving headlines, is misleading.
4:01
Speaker 1: While in private practice, federal magistrate judge Bruce Reinhart had
4:04
Speaker 1: previously represented some of Epstein's employees who had also been
4:09
Speaker 1: accused of facilitating sex trafficking. Misleading? What's misleading about the
4:14
Speaker 1: fact that he was working as a prosecutor literally one
4:16
Speaker 1: day and then the next day working for Jeffrey Epstein's co-conspirators?
4:22
Speaker 1: How is that a conspiracy theory? It is not. Within days,
4:28
Speaker 1: the false claim, how is that a false claim? Honestly, again,
4:32
Speaker 1: how is it a false claim? Within days, the false
4:36
Speaker 1: claim took off in far-right circles, drawing the attention of
4:39
Speaker 1: Fox News, which later had to issue a clarification for
4:43
Speaker 1: airing an edited picture that falsely showed Reinhart next to
4:46
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, who was convicted as an accomplice to many
4:50
Speaker 1: of Epstein's crimes. You know, it's funny because I've seen
4:53
Speaker 1: the same thing in left-leaning circles with John Roberts' picture
4:57
Speaker 1: being on Epstein's island. Both sides are guilty of this.
5:02
Speaker 1: And that's one of the hardest things to deal with
5:04
Speaker 1: as somebody trying to get to justice here and not
5:07
Speaker 1: worrying about the political ramifications. Swimming through all the bullshit
5:11
Speaker 1: that is tossed into the water by both sides is very,
5:14
Speaker 1: very frustrating. And frankly, I'm tired of it. But when
5:19
Speaker 1: you have outlets like this, the NPR coming out and
5:22
Speaker 1: trying to castigate something as a conspiracy theory when it's
5:26
Speaker 1: really not, I just don't understand how they can look
5:29
Speaker 1: at themselves in the mirror and be like, oh yeah,
5:31
Speaker 1: this is quality work. This is just the latest spike
5:36
Speaker 1: of Epstein-related yarn spinning. But Epstein is likely to remain
5:40
Speaker 1: a narrative, for some on the right, for years to come.
5:42
Speaker 1: And see, there it is again, some on the right.
5:45
Speaker 1: Is it not important to you? Let me ask you
5:47
Speaker 1: a few questions, Ms. Hagen, author of this article. If
5:50
Speaker 1: you are interested in actually getting to the bottom of things,
5:53
Speaker 1: instead of making this a hit piece, wouldn't you be
5:56
Speaker 1: asking the question in this article as well? Why Ghislaine
5:59
Speaker 1: Maxwell was at Chelsea Clinton's wedding? Why Jeffrey Epstein? gave
6:04
Speaker 1: the Clinton Global Initiative millions and millions of dollars? Why
6:09
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein went to the White House 17 times while
6:13
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton was in office? Aren't these some of the
6:15
Speaker 1: questions that should also be asked in an article like this?
6:19
Speaker 1: And if not, what it looks like is that you're
6:21
Speaker 1: writing a hit piece. Just another way to dehumanize people.
6:25
Speaker 1: Just another way to provide cover fire for your favorite politicians.
6:30
Speaker 1: And it's crazy because that's basically what they're accusing people
6:33
Speaker 1: of doing with Donald Trump. But they're doing the same
6:36
Speaker 1: exact thing. And this is the legacy media. They'll bray
6:42
Speaker 1: and moan about something and then they'll jump right in
6:45
Speaker 1: and do it. I mean, for how many months or
6:48
Speaker 1: weeks now have we heard that you can't talk about
6:50
Speaker 1: a judge? You can't criticize a judge. And then I
6:53
Speaker 1: wake up to a bunch of articles of people doing
6:56
Speaker 1: exactly that when it fits their political narrative. So it
6:59
Speaker 1: can't be both ways, right? You can't be, you know,
7:03
Speaker 1: a sometimes crook, a halfway crook, right? And when it
7:06
Speaker 1: comes to the federal government, you can't pick and choose
7:09
Speaker 1: when you're going to decide that they're being honest or not.
7:12
Speaker 1: If you think that the FBI is up to no
7:13
Speaker 1: good when it comes to Epstein, all of a sudden
7:17
Speaker 1: everything else they do is above board. That's called hypocrisy,
7:21
Speaker 1: my friends. One clear reason for the staying power of
7:28
Speaker 1: conspiracy theories involving Epstein is his frequent socializing with the
7:32
Speaker 1: world's rich and famous. He hobnobbed with Bill Clinton, Bill Gates,
7:36
Speaker 1: and Donald Trump. Britain's Prince Andrew lost his royal privileges
7:40
Speaker 1: over sexual assault allegations involving Epstein. Those relationships are potent
7:45
Speaker 1: examples for conspiracies for conspiracists to cast all nearly all
7:50
Speaker 1: political events as driven by hidden sex-fueled abuses and cover-ups.
7:55
Speaker 1: And the author is not wrong there. There's a lot
7:57
Speaker 1: of people on the other side of the aisle, the
7:58
Speaker 1: QAnon types, who have also hijacked this topic and made
8:02
Speaker 1: it near impossible to even get to the bottom of things.
8:06
Speaker 1: When you're out there saying that there's some cabal running everything,
8:09
Speaker 1: I mean, come on, man. I just can't buy that
8:12
Speaker 1: kind of stuff. That's not how the world works. The
8:14
Speaker 1: world's a much more complicated place. You want to talk
8:17
Speaker 1: about people running the world? That's the financial sector. You know,
8:20
Speaker 1: the people that keep us in slavery, financial slavery? Yeah,
8:24
Speaker 1: those people run the world. Not some cabal, not the WEF,
8:28
Speaker 1: that's not the case. That's not happening, okay? Sure, those
8:31
Speaker 1: people exist. Sure, they have all kinds of weird plans.
8:34
Speaker 1: But the reality is this. None of that has anything
8:37
Speaker 1: to do with the fact that Jeffrey Epstein was running
8:40
Speaker 1: a human trafficking ring for decades in America, was visiting
8:43
Speaker 1: an American president on a regular basis, hobnobbing with another
8:47
Speaker 1: person who became president, and then you add all of
8:50
Speaker 1: the other people he was hanging out with, I mean,
8:52
Speaker 1: what do you expect people to think? Epstein's death by suicide, allegedly,
9:00
Speaker 1: in jail under Bureau of Prisons custody, also fueled a
9:03
Speaker 1: popular wave of theories and memes. But it's the established
9:07
Speaker 1: facts of his crimes that make him a useful character
9:10
Speaker 1: in an extended universe of fringe boogeymen. Wow. This is
9:14
Speaker 1: hella disrespectful to the survivors, this article. And if I
9:18
Speaker 1: was a survivor reading this, I'd be really upset by it, honestly.
9:23
Speaker 1: So Jeffrey Epstein's just a fringe boogeyman? The fact that
9:27
Speaker 1: he was so entwined with the upper crust of society
9:32
Speaker 1: that makes everything move is just not that big of
9:34
Speaker 1: a deal. It's just a conspiracy theory that was cooked
9:37
Speaker 1: up by QAnon. Absolutely ridiculous. A right word drift. Systematic
9:46
Speaker 1: child abuse and exploitation is real. Reporting by news organizations
9:50
Speaker 1: has uncovered major abuses in churches, among celebrities, the foster
9:54
Speaker 1: care system, and so on. But those revelations can also
9:58
Speaker 1: easily be plucked and reassembled to form the backbone of
10:02
Speaker 1: conspiratorial narratives. That is true. Look, when you're looking for
10:06
Speaker 1: something and you're chasing your confirmation bias, you can certainly
10:09
Speaker 1: find it. And there is a confirmation bias that a
10:16
Speaker 1: A lot of people on the right, man. She's not
10:18
Speaker 1: wrong about QAnon and stuff. Those people are batshit crazy.
10:23
Speaker 1: JFK Jr. is not coming back. There's no special secret
10:28
Speaker 1: government cabal named QAnon. It's all BS. It's always been BS.
10:36
Speaker 1: And the fact that people have tried to manipulate the
10:39
Speaker 1: narrative to fit their silly ass conspiracy theories is laughable
10:43
Speaker 1: at best to me. You don't need conspiracy theories here, folks.
10:46
Speaker 1: This shit is salacious enough at its core. That's why
10:51
Speaker 1: I don't understand people trying to make shit up here.
10:54
Speaker 1: You really think it's not a big deal that a
10:56
Speaker 1: president of the United States had Jeffrey Epstein, a child molester,
10:59
Speaker 1: at the White House 17 times? We have to make
11:02
Speaker 1: up a conspiracy? I certainly don't. That's bad enough as
11:05
Speaker 1: it is. The facts in this case are bad enough.
11:09
Speaker 1: And when people start trying to add bullshit to those facts, well,
11:14
Speaker 1: you can see how it gets relatively confusing. Before his
11:19
Speaker 1: 2018 arrest, the Miami Herald, which broke many of the
11:22
Speaker 1: stories about Epstein, saw the most online engagement with stories
11:25
Speaker 1: about him. An NPR analysis of data compiled by the
11:29
Speaker 1: media intelligence company Newswhip found that today, online engagement with
11:33
Speaker 1: these stories has migrated almost entirely to conservative sites such
11:39
Speaker 1: as the Daily Wire and the Western Journal, both outlets
11:42
Speaker 1: with massive social media audiences that mostly repackage professional journalism
11:48
Speaker 1: into narratives of conservative victimization and other right-wing themes. I mean, really?
11:53
Speaker 1: We care what a bunch of knuckleheads are chattering about?
11:56
Speaker 1: In the comment section of a thread. Because I can
11:59
Speaker 1: find a lot of crazies on the left too. That
12:01
Speaker 1: are talking all kinds of crazy stuff as well. You see.
12:05
Speaker 1: Nobody has a monopoly on the crazies folks. Both sides.
12:08
Speaker 1: The fringes of both sides. You know the big mouths.
12:11
Speaker 1: The loud mouths. Who want to tell you about your health.
12:13
Speaker 1: Who want to tell you how to live your life.
12:14
Speaker 1: They want to tell you who you can date. Those
12:17
Speaker 1: people should all just shut the fuck up. and let
12:19
Speaker 1: the adults figure shit out. Because I'm tired of it.
12:22
Speaker 1: All the grifters, all the nonsense, all the BS that
12:25
Speaker 1: we have to wade through on a daily basis to
12:28
Speaker 1: get to a gem that actually benefits us. Well, your
12:32
Speaker 1: boys had enough. Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones invoked Epstein's life
12:38
Speaker 1: and death repeatedly as he defended himself in the course
12:41
Speaker 1: of a recent defamation trial brought by parents of children
12:44
Speaker 1: murdered at the Sandy Hook Elementary School. Jones' courtroom mentions
12:48
Speaker 1: of Epstein blur the lines between established facts and popular speculation,
12:53
Speaker 1: framing Jones' lies about the parents of Sandy Hook shooting
12:56
Speaker 1: victims as reasonable. It's effective because lots of lots of
13:01
Speaker 1: these things that are said about Epstein, Epstein's life are
13:04
Speaker 1: in fact true and actually do kind of plug into
13:07
Speaker 1: a pre-existing kind of narrative about what our elites are
13:10
Speaker 1: up to, says Kasim Kasim, a philosophy professor at Warwick
13:16
Speaker 1: University in the United Kingdom and the author of a
13:19
Speaker 1: book called Conspiracy Theories. So right there, the author admits
13:24
Speaker 1: that this shit is real. A lot of the things
13:28
Speaker 1: that are said about Epstein's life are in fact true.
13:30
Speaker 1: So why try and wrap it all up as a
13:32
Speaker 1: conspiracy theory? And my biggest problem with this article is
13:37
Speaker 1: it's posited as Epstein in general, it's a conspiracy theory.
13:43
Speaker 1: All wrapped up as a hit piece to go after
13:45
Speaker 1: people on the right, the QAnon crazies, whatever. How does
13:50
Speaker 1: that move the ball? How does that get the ball
13:53
Speaker 1: rolling for justice here? How about spending this amount of
13:57
Speaker 1: time and this amount of words exposing Bill Clinton's relationship?
14:05
Speaker 1: Each detail of Epstein's real elaborate predation of young girls
14:08
Speaker 1: serves as a factual toehold for believers of the Pizzagate
14:11
Speaker 1: and QAnon conspiracy theories, both which I think were crazy. Look,
14:17
Speaker 1: a lot of people can be dog-walked into some shit
14:20
Speaker 1: if they're chasing their confirmation bias. And if they're listening
14:23
Speaker 1: to outlets and news that's pumping rage porn on a
14:27
Speaker 1: regular basis, you know, us versus them, and it doesn't
14:30
Speaker 1: matter who's passing the messaging left or right, that's going
14:33
Speaker 1: to make you more apt to go after the other side,
14:38
Speaker 1: even if it's some sort of nonsensical BS like some
14:41
Speaker 1: of the nonsense we see. Both are unfounded, interlocking narratives
14:47
Speaker 1: about powerful cabal of elite sex trafficking children. In turn,
14:51
Speaker 1: they feed into fanciful depictions of Trump as a mythic hero,
14:55
Speaker 1: unfairly maligned and cheated out of a second term as
14:59
Speaker 1: he takes on an imagined satanic cabal. And that's what
15:03
Speaker 1: it's all about, right? If Trump wasn't involved here, they
15:06
Speaker 1: wouldn't even be doing an article about this. And as
15:10
Speaker 1: far as Trump being a mythical hero, yeah, okay, sure.
15:13
Speaker 1: And I could beat Hicks and Gracie in a jujitsu match.
15:17
Speaker 1: Trump's just another one of these elites like everybody else.
15:21
Speaker 1: Another one of these rich ass dudes that when it
15:23
Speaker 1: comes down to it, doesn't give a fuck about any
15:26
Speaker 1: of us. Not me, not you, not the hardcore QA
15:29
Speaker 1: and honors. Everybody's a vote to these people. And the
15:32
Speaker 1: sooner folks stop the hero worship of politicians, the better
15:36
Speaker 1: off we're all going to be. These people are all
15:38
Speaker 1: worried about their own wealth, increasing their own wealth, their
15:40
Speaker 1: own power. I'm worried about you and me. Anti-trafficking organizations,
15:47
Speaker 1: in fact, sent President Trump an open letter saying anybody
15:50
Speaker 1: who lends any credibility to QAnon conspiracies related to human
15:54
Speaker 1: trafficking actively harms the fight against it. That's true. But
15:58
Speaker 1: guess what? Anyone who actively whitewashes Bill Clinton's relationship with
16:02
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and what Jeffrey Epstein was doing involved with
16:06
Speaker 1: human trafficking is actively ready, is actively harming the fight
16:11
Speaker 1: against it. See what I did there? Edit it out.
16:17
Speaker 1: Epstein's ties to Trump himself are generally left unspoken in extremist,
16:21
Speaker 1: fringe communities, according to Michael Hayden of the Southern Poverty
16:25
Speaker 1: Law Center, because the goal of an Epstein reference in
16:28
Speaker 1: these circles, he says, is to discredit anyone seen as
16:32
Speaker 1: attacking Trump. Well, you're not going to get that here, folks.
16:37
Speaker 1: I have no love for Donald Trump. I don't care
16:39
Speaker 1: about the guy one way or the other. To me,
16:41
Speaker 1: he's insignificant at this point. Just another ex-president. That's all.
16:46
Speaker 1: Keep it moving. The whole hubbub around them all the time? Foolish.
16:51
Speaker 1: Waste of time. And while everybody else might want to
16:53
Speaker 1: scream into the storm all day, I have better things
16:56
Speaker 1: to do. What could I possibly accomplish or uncover about
17:00
Speaker 1: Donald Trump that all of these people with all of
17:02
Speaker 1: this money haven't found out? So why scream into the storm?
17:08
Speaker 1: fact of the matter is this for anyone out there
17:11
Speaker 1: who might not know or might not realize Donald Trump
17:14
Speaker 1: and Jeffrey Epstein were homies they did hobnob anyone who
17:18
Speaker 1: owns any kind of pageant by the way Donald Trump
17:22
Speaker 1: anybody yeah I have some questions about people who own
17:24
Speaker 1: those pageants so here on this podcast I don't care
17:30
Speaker 1: about your politics wherever this shit leads that's where we
17:33
Speaker 1: end up and that's who gets absolutely blasted here on
17:36
Speaker 1: the podcast And if you want more Trump articles, talk
17:40
Speaker 1: to the legacy media and have them write them about
17:43
Speaker 1: Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein. If they can find that
17:45
Speaker 1: information and put it out there, let's do it. I
17:48
Speaker 1: want every single person who was involved in this to
17:51
Speaker 1: be exposed and to face justice. And I don't care
17:54
Speaker 1: what sort of political ramifications come with it. I don't
17:57
Speaker 1: care if it ruins Bill Clinton. I don't care if
17:59
Speaker 1: it ruins Donald Trump. I do not care. I'm not
18:04
Speaker 1: in the business of worrying about these politicians. When unfavorable
18:10
Speaker 1: news breaks, any reference to Epstein is a quick way
18:13
Speaker 1: for his supporters to frame a debate as a false
18:16
Speaker 1: choice between Trump's side or Epstein's. It provides validation for
18:20
Speaker 1: fellow believers, Hayden says, and serves to diminish criticism about Trump.
18:25
Speaker 1: However bad news events may look for Trump, by citing Epstein,
18:29
Speaker 1: the other side looks worse and more depraved. Both sides
18:32
Speaker 1: do this. It's called whataboutism. You see it a lot
18:36
Speaker 1: with Biden's kids and Trump's kids. Oh, well, what about
18:39
Speaker 1: Donald Trump Jr.? Well, what about Hunter Biden's laptop? Here's
18:44
Speaker 1: an idea. They're all crooked. They're all corrupt. And the
18:48
Speaker 1: political elite that control us, not some cabal, not some
18:51
Speaker 1: lizard people in a back room, the political elite right
18:54
Speaker 1: there out in front brazenly controlling us. Well, they're all scumbags.
19:02
Speaker 1: These are the tools in the shed of people who are,
19:04
Speaker 1: for lack of a better word, fascist propagandists who understand
19:08
Speaker 1: how to use this friend versus enemy binary, he says.
19:12
Speaker 1: Your side does it too, so what does that make you?
19:16
Speaker 1: Both of the fringes here who are trying to manipulate
19:18
Speaker 1: the Epstein story into a cudgel are guilty of this.
19:23
Speaker 1: And when you only bring up that one side's doing
19:25
Speaker 1: it well, that puts you directly in the camp of
19:28
Speaker 1: somebody who is manipulating this story for political gain and benefit.
19:35
Speaker 1: Within the current right-wing media ecosystem, Hayden says whatever cultural
19:38
Speaker 1: barriers that once existed between the furthest fringes and mainstream
19:42
Speaker 1: commentators have eroded badly. Same goes for the left. It
19:47
Speaker 1: is absurd some of the things that is said on
19:49
Speaker 1: the news. from all of these talking heads. And to
19:52
Speaker 1: try and frame it as just one side and not
19:54
Speaker 1: the other is absolutely ridiculous. And I got to tell you,
19:58
Speaker 1: both sides of the argument here, both bunkers, you better
20:01
Speaker 1: be careful. Because those out there, those of us who
20:04
Speaker 1: are independents, we're paying attention. And we're paying attention to
20:08
Speaker 1: the bullshit that both sides are tossing. And there's going
20:12
Speaker 1: to be ramifications come election day. The way disparate corners
20:19
Speaker 1: of the pro-Trump world come together in agreement over Epstein
20:22
Speaker 1: theories reminds him of the blend of crowds drawn to
20:25
Speaker 1: the January 6th Capitol riots. Oh, so now what you're
20:28
Speaker 1: going to do is frame it. Anyone who talks about
20:30
Speaker 1: Epstein is an insurrectionist. They should go to jail too?
20:34
Speaker 1: I wouldn't be shocked if there are some corners that
20:36
Speaker 1: will say that. It's a combination of people who are
20:41
Speaker 1: of a harder edge variety and people who you would
20:44
Speaker 1: not expect to be mingling with them, says Hayden, potentially
20:47
Speaker 1: leading to ever deeper radicalization. He says pro-Trump audiences have
20:52
Speaker 1: been exposed to years of tropes and hateful stereotypes anti-Semites
20:56
Speaker 1: want associated with Jews. There is a lot of that nonsense.
21:00
Speaker 1: There's a lot of people that, on both sides, let's
21:02
Speaker 1: be clear, look at the people who support BDS. Look
21:06
Speaker 1: at people like Ilhan Omar or Ocasio-Cortez and how they
21:11
Speaker 1: feel about Israel. So there's a lot of anti-Semitism on
21:13
Speaker 1: both sides. And to say that one side or the
21:16
Speaker 1: other has a monopoly on that, well, that's ridiculous as well.
21:20
Speaker 1: More baiting going on here, in fact. We're talking about
21:27
Speaker 1: explicit anti-Semites here who like to portray Jewish people as
21:31
Speaker 1: being sexually deviant or being predatory, particularly with young women.
21:36
Speaker 1: This is propaganda that goes back decades and decades. It's
21:40
Speaker 1: very old, says Hayden. I don't know who would say that.
21:43
Speaker 1: I mean, people are people and we're all great characters
21:46
Speaker 1: and I don't care what your ethnicity is. I don't
21:48
Speaker 1: care what your religion is. If you're a scumbag, you're
21:52
Speaker 1: a scumbag. With that groundwork laid, all you need is
21:59
Speaker 1: somebody like Posyubik. Just need a big influencer to say
22:03
Speaker 1: Epstein judge and you have yourself. Don't even have to
22:06
Speaker 1: be dirtied with anti-Semitism, says Hayden. So anytime you make
22:11
Speaker 1: criticism of a judge, if they happen to be a
22:13
Speaker 1: certain religion or ethnicity, you're going against that religion or ethnicity.
22:18
Speaker 1: Are the same rules applied to the judges that rule
22:20
Speaker 1: for Trump? Because I'm not seeing those same rules applied, folks.
22:25
Speaker 1: You want to talk about bias, you want to talk
22:27
Speaker 1: about nonsense, we have the judge who just ruled in
22:30
Speaker 1: Trump's favor, and that judge's name is all over the news,
22:33
Speaker 1: getting blasted by everybody, because she made a ruling that
22:36
Speaker 1: went against the official narrative. But it's okay for that
22:40
Speaker 1: to happen. But if this judge, who signed off on
22:43
Speaker 1: the warrant, gets blasted for his obvious work with Epstein, well,
22:49
Speaker 1: now you're just going too far. And now it's dangerous criticism.
22:53
Speaker 1: And this is what I'm talking about as far as
22:55
Speaker 1: independents out there or people who are not affiliated with
22:58
Speaker 1: either party. We're looking at this stuff. We're seeing it.
23:01
Speaker 1: And come election time, you better believe we're going to
23:03
Speaker 1: remember it. After Posyubik and a choir of right-wing publications
23:12
Speaker 1: promoted the Epstein judge idea, the real Judge Reinhart was
23:15
Speaker 1: inducted into the growing club of people whose home addresses
23:19
Speaker 1: have appeared in internet message boards alongside calls for execution
23:23
Speaker 1: and anti-Semitic slurs. He probably won't be the last. Look,
23:27
Speaker 1: if anyone's calling for anyone's execution, you're a piece of shit.
23:31
Speaker 1: That's not how things should be done. But that doesn't
23:34
Speaker 1: mean you can't criticize this judge. And as far as
23:36
Speaker 1: home addresses, aren't people camping out at the Supreme Court
23:40
Speaker 1: right now? So how is that any different from people
23:45
Speaker 1: criticizing this judge? And you want to talk about bias?
23:48
Speaker 1: Come on, give me a break, folks. Hayden says to
23:52
Speaker 1: expect a very extended haunting from Epstein's ghost. It's like,
23:56
Speaker 1: what is the opposite of a piece of classic literature? Well,
23:59
Speaker 1: you want it to end? Go after his co-conspirators. Why
24:02
Speaker 1: didn't you guys drop a Rico case on him? What's
24:04
Speaker 1: your conspiracy theorist answer to that? And it's funny. Oh,
24:09
Speaker 1: Epstein's ghost this, Epstein's ghost that. I'm sure all of
24:12
Speaker 1: you would love to forget about him. I'm sure you
24:14
Speaker 1: would all love to put it in the past. Guess what?
24:18
Speaker 1: Not gonna happen. Not until his co-conspirators have had to
24:23
Speaker 1: answer for what they've done. Not until the people who
24:26
Speaker 1: enabled him have been absolutely called out. And no matter
24:30
Speaker 1: how many pieces get put out and how many articles
24:33
Speaker 1: are printed about how it's, oh, a big conspiracy theory,
24:36
Speaker 1: your boy's going to be here answering all that BS
24:40
Speaker 1: and continuing to move the ball forward. If you'd like
24:45
Speaker 1: to contact me, you can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com.
24:49
Speaker 1: That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find me on
24:56
Speaker 1: Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The link that I discussed
25:03
Speaker 1: can be found in the description box. What's up everyone
25:07
Speaker 1: and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. One
25:12
Speaker 1: of the most exhausting parts of the entire Epstein saga
25:15
Speaker 1: is watching legacy media keep trying to shrink a skyscraper
25:19
Speaker 1: into a studio apartment. They frame it like a weird
25:22
Speaker 1: little scandal that just slipped through the cracks, a regrettable
25:25
Speaker 1: oops in an otherwise functional system. And that framing is
25:29
Speaker 1: not just wrong, it's protective. It's an alibi dressed up
25:33
Speaker 1: as analysis. It's a way to soothe the audience into
25:36
Speaker 1: thinking that institutions are basically fine, just occasionally clumsy. But Epstein...
25:42
Speaker 1: wasn't occasionally clumsy territory. He was impossibly untouchable territory. And
25:47
Speaker 1: when someone is impossibly untouchable across decades, jurisdictions, and administrations,
25:53
Speaker 1: that is an ineptitude. That's insulation. Now the press keeps
25:57
Speaker 1: acting like the core question is whether prosecutors were risk-averse.
26:02
Speaker 1: Like this was some borderline case where everyone sighed and said, eh,
26:06
Speaker 1: Jerry might not like it. That line is straight out
26:09
Speaker 1: of the excuse playbook. Epstein wasn't some anonymous defendant with
26:14
Speaker 1: one accuser and no corroboration. This was volume, pattern, recruitment, infrastructure,
26:19
Speaker 1: flight logs, staff, scheduling payments, and repeat allegations that looked
26:24
Speaker 1: the same over and over. This was a machine, not
26:28
Speaker 1: a misunderstanding. Risk aversion is what you cite when you're
26:32
Speaker 1: trying to protect a narrative where nobody is culpable. It
26:35
Speaker 1: turns accountability into a personality flaw instead of a deliberate
26:39
Speaker 1: institutional choice. And that's why it's such a convenient story
26:43
Speaker 1: for legacy media to launder. They always want the he said,
26:47
Speaker 1: she said label because it's the easiest way to downgrade
26:50
Speaker 1: a case without engaging in the facts. He said, she
26:54
Speaker 1: said becomes the magic spell that makes hard evidence evaporate.
26:59
Speaker 1: It also quietly blames victims by implying ambiguity where the
27:03
Speaker 1: record shows structure. And it lets talking heads speak in
27:06
Speaker 1: generic cliches instead of confronting documented behavior. When you have
27:11
Speaker 1: multiple victims describing the same pipeline, the same setup, the
27:15
Speaker 1: same intermediaries, the same tactics, yo, that's not a coin flip.
27:19
Speaker 1: That's a pattern that screams for aggressive investigation, not timid
27:24
Speaker 1: shoulder shrugging. Calling that risky is how you keep the
27:27
Speaker 1: audience from asking why the system refused to do its job.
27:32
Speaker 1: Then there's the cowardly little rhetorical move where anyone who
27:36
Speaker 1: mentions protection gets dismissed as a cynic. That word is
27:39
Speaker 1: doing a ton of work. It reframes informed criticism as
27:43
Speaker 1: conspiracy hobbyism. It makes people who actually read filings sound
27:48
Speaker 1: like they're wearing tinfoil hats. It's social engineering, not journalism.
27:52
Speaker 1: It tells viewers, don't take those concerns seriously, they're just pessimists. Meanwhile,
27:58
Speaker 1: the only people being optimistic here are the ones still
28:01
Speaker 1: pretending Epstein's trajectory makes sense under normal rules. If the
28:05
Speaker 1: facts make you sound cynical, the facts are not the problem.
28:10
Speaker 1: Legacy outlets love to foreground the single expert quote like
28:13
Speaker 1: it's the final word and then move on. They don't
28:16
Speaker 1: interrogate whether the expert actually knows the case in depth.
28:20
Speaker 1: They don't stress test the claim against the record. They
28:23
Speaker 1: don't ask why the same risk-averse prosecutors somehow found the
28:26
Speaker 1: courage to hammer regular defendants into dust every day. They
28:31
Speaker 1: don't ask why communication problems never stop coordinated action when
28:35
Speaker 1: the target is politically convenient. They just run the quote,
28:39
Speaker 1: smooth it over with a shrug, and call that shit context.
28:43
Speaker 1: That's not context, that's cover. And it's a disservice to
28:46
Speaker 1: everyone trying to understand what actually happened. The agencies don't
28:51
Speaker 1: communicate angle is another classic dodge because it sounds plausible
28:55
Speaker 1: to people who aren't living in the details. Sure, bureaucracies
28:58
Speaker 1: are messy, everybody knows that. But that explanation doesn't fit
29:03
Speaker 1: the scale and duration of Epstein's immunity whatsoever. This wasn't
29:06
Speaker 1: a week-long gap in an inbox. This was years and
29:09
Speaker 1: years of him surviving events that should have ended him.
29:13
Speaker 1: He didn't just avoid one case. He avoided consequences across time,
29:17
Speaker 1: across jurisdictions, across reputational collapse points. The system didn't merely
29:23
Speaker 1: fail to connect the dots. It refused to draw the picture.
29:26
Speaker 1: And refusing to draw the picture is an inaction, not
29:30
Speaker 1: an accident. So the reason that the legacy media clings
29:34
Speaker 1: to incompetence narratives is because incompetence is emotionally safe. Incompetence
29:39
Speaker 1: means you can be angry without demanding structural change. Incompetence
29:43
Speaker 1: means you can learn lessons and hold a panel discussion
29:46
Speaker 1: and feel responsible. Incompetence means nobody powerful has to be
29:51
Speaker 1: named as an active participant in suppression. But the Epstein
29:55
Speaker 1: story is not emotionally safe. And that's the problem. It
30:00
Speaker 1: suggests that power can purchase silence, stall tactics, sweetheart arrangements,
30:04
Speaker 1: and selective attention. And legacy media, by default, has a
30:09
Speaker 1: long history of protecting the comfort of the powerful. Look
30:13
Speaker 1: at how they handled the Florida deal like it was
30:16
Speaker 1: one man in a room making a quirky decision. They
30:19
Speaker 1: love the Acosta did it simplification because it makes the
30:23
Speaker 1: story clean. It turns a networked outcome into a single villain,
30:27
Speaker 1: which is the oldest trick in institutional PR. Then they
30:30
Speaker 1: can say, oh, we found the bad apple and move
30:33
Speaker 1: along without asking who protected the orchard. But deals like
30:37
Speaker 1: that don't survive without broader buy-in, reinforcement, and a willingness
30:42
Speaker 1: to keep doors closed. That story doesn't end with one signature.
30:47
Speaker 1: The story is the environment that made the signature possible
30:51
Speaker 1: and survivable. And that's why when I see people compare
30:55
Speaker 1: this to things like Bin Laden and I think it's
30:58
Speaker 1: such a mess because it accidentally reveals what legacy media
31:01
Speaker 1: is trying to avoid. They're trying to make Epstein a
31:04
Speaker 1: tragedy of analysis failure, as if he was a threat
31:07
Speaker 1: nobody could interpret. But Epstein wasn't a hidden terror cell.
31:12
Speaker 1: He was a publicly operating predator with a visible support
31:15
Speaker 1: staff and a repeating method. The signals weren't faint. They
31:19
Speaker 1: were blaring. The problem wasn't that nobody understood what they
31:23
Speaker 1: were seeing. The problem was that the consequences kept getting redirected, minimized,
31:28
Speaker 1: or deferred. And every deferral protected them long enough to
31:32
Speaker 1: create more victims, which is the part that these takes
31:35
Speaker 1: keep stepping over. When you reduce it to intelligence failure,
31:39
Speaker 1: you can keep talking about process and never about intent.
31:43
Speaker 1: That's the entire scam. You get to say lessons learned, siloing,
31:47
Speaker 1: information sharing, and other consultant vocabulary and while ignoring the
31:51
Speaker 1: live reality of how justice system treats ordinary people. Ordinary
31:56
Speaker 1: people don't get decades of charitable interpretation. Ordinary people don't
32:01
Speaker 1: get to fail upward through scandal after scandal. Ordinary people
32:05
Speaker 1: don't get treated like a complicated puzzle when the evidence
32:08
Speaker 1: is stacked to the ceiling. Epstein did, and the media
32:11
Speaker 1: still wants us to believe that's just how messy bureaucracy works? Now,
32:17
Speaker 1: what makes this even worse, in my opinion, is how
32:19
Speaker 1: legacy media... selectively apply skepticism. They are skeptical of victims,
32:24
Speaker 1: skeptical of whistleblowers, skeptical of anyone alleging protection, but they're
32:29
Speaker 1: bizarrely credulous about official narratives that don't add up. They
32:33
Speaker 1: treat institutional statements as a baseline of truth and treat
32:37
Speaker 1: victim testimony as claims. They do the alleged dance around
32:40
Speaker 1: Epstein's documented patterns like they're scared of angering the wrong people.
32:45
Speaker 1: They center the reputational risk on institutions, not the harm
32:48
Speaker 1: done to victims. and then they wonder why the public
32:51
Speaker 1: thinks they're running interference? There's also a career incentive at
32:55
Speaker 1: play that nobody wants to say out loud. If you
32:58
Speaker 1: treat Epstein as a protection story, you're forced to follow
33:00
Speaker 1: the money, and the contacts, and the gatekeepers. That's complicated,
33:04
Speaker 1: it's risky, and it can torch access. If you treat
33:08
Speaker 1: Epstein as a risk-averse prosecutor's story, you can stay in
33:11
Speaker 1: polite society. You can keep booking the same commentators, and
33:15
Speaker 1: keep getting the same leaks. You can pretend your job
33:17
Speaker 1: is to summarize statements, rather, then interrogate power. And that's
33:22
Speaker 1: why the story keeps getting sanded down, because the rough
33:25
Speaker 1: edges point directly at people and institutions that don't want scrutiny.
33:30
Speaker 1: And look, don't tell me that the legacy media doesn't
33:32
Speaker 1: understand how influence works, because they spend all day explaining
33:36
Speaker 1: influence everywhere else. They can describe lobbying like it's a science.
33:41
Speaker 1: They can describe corporate capture like it's a map. They
33:44
Speaker 1: can describe policing incentives with nuance when it's safe to
33:47
Speaker 1: do so. But when the Epstein case demands that same analysis,
33:52
Speaker 1: suddenly we're told it's miscommunication and risk. That's not intellectual failure.
33:57
Speaker 1: That's an editorial choice. It's choosing a narrative that preserves
34:01
Speaker 1: faith in systems that plainly failed. And it's insulting to
34:04
Speaker 1: audiences that have been paying attention. Now, the media's favorite
34:08
Speaker 1: coping mechanism is to make everything about the era. They'll
34:12
Speaker 1: say things were different before Me Too, as if rape
34:15
Speaker 1: and trafficking were invented in 2017. They'll say victims didn't
34:19
Speaker 1: come forward, even when victims did come forward and were ignored, minimized,
34:24
Speaker 1: or boxed in by narrow charging decisions. They'll say that
34:28
Speaker 1: prosecutors lacked resources, like Epstein's victims were asking for a
34:32
Speaker 1: fucking moon landing. This reframing makes accountability dependent on cultural fashion.
34:39
Speaker 1: It implies the system was innocent until the vibes changed.
34:43
Speaker 1: But the system had enough information to act, and it
34:45
Speaker 1: chose not to, repeatedly. Another one of their favorite tricks
34:50
Speaker 1: is the passive voice. Because the passive voice is where
34:53
Speaker 1: culpability goes to hide. Mistakes were made. Signals were missed.
34:58
Speaker 1: Opportunities were lost. As if the case happened to itself.
35:03
Speaker 1: And that language is perfect for burying who made the
35:05
Speaker 1: calls and who benefited from delay. It's a rhetorical sedative.
35:10
Speaker 1: It turns decisions into weather. It makes the public feel
35:13
Speaker 1: like the outcome was natural rather than engineered. And when
35:17
Speaker 1: the press adopts that voice, they become part of the
35:20
Speaker 1: mechanism that keeps powerful people unaccountable. And for me, one
35:25
Speaker 1: of the most maddening things is how the legacy media
35:27
Speaker 1: will acknowledge powerful friends as a possibility, but only in
35:31
Speaker 1: a soft, hypothetical way. They'll toss it in like some seasoning,
35:36
Speaker 1: and then immediately retreat back to safe explanations. It's always
35:40
Speaker 1: some cynics might argue. Never the record raises serious concerns.
35:44
Speaker 1: These fools treat protection like a rumor, not a thesis,
35:47
Speaker 1: worth investigating. They don't stick with it long enough to
35:51
Speaker 1: force hard questions, and because they don't stick with it,
35:53
Speaker 1: the audience doesn't get the full shape of the story.
35:56
Speaker 1: And that's how you end up with an informed minority
35:59
Speaker 1: screaming into the void while the mainstream remains sedated. Now,
36:04
Speaker 1: they also refuse to grapple with the simplest litmus test
36:07
Speaker 1: of all. Compare Epstein's outcomes to what happens to regular people.
36:12
Speaker 1: Regular people get crushed pre-trial for way less. Regular people
36:16
Speaker 1: get made examples of for crimes that don't involve international networks.
36:21
Speaker 1: Regular people don't get endless off-ramps and gentle landings. The
36:25
Speaker 1: system is built to be aggressive, not shy, when it
36:28
Speaker 1: wants to be. So when it's suddenly delicate and hesitant
36:32
Speaker 1: with a rich predator surrounded by power, you should not
36:35
Speaker 1: default to oops. You should default to why. That's the
36:39
Speaker 1: question the legacy media keeps dodging. So what you're watching
36:43
Speaker 1: is narrative management disguised as reasonable doubt. They act like
36:47
Speaker 1: calling it protection is too strong, unless there's a smoking
36:50
Speaker 1: gun memo titled Protecting Epstein. But that's not how power works.
36:54
Speaker 1: Power doesn't always leave neat receipts. It leaves patterns, incentives,
36:59
Speaker 1: and consistent outcomes. The outcome here was consistent. Delay, narrowing, shielding,
37:05
Speaker 1: and survival. The consistency is evidence of something structural, whether
37:09
Speaker 1: it's political, institutional, or or intelligence adjacent, and treating that
37:14
Speaker 1: as mere cynicism is media malpractice. The legacy media also
37:19
Speaker 1: loves to pretend that asking hard questions is the same
37:22
Speaker 1: as making wild claims. It isn't. Asking why certain choices
37:26
Speaker 1: were made is journalism. Asking why obvious leads were not
37:30
Speaker 1: pursued is journalism. Asking why certain players remained untouched while
37:35
Speaker 1: victims were discredited is journalism. They avoid those questions because
37:39
Speaker 1: the answers might be ugly. And ugly answers threaten the
37:43
Speaker 1: social contract between press and power. So instead they give
37:47
Speaker 1: you therapy language about failures and risk. And they'll call
37:50
Speaker 1: it reporting. Well, I'm here to tell you, it's reputation protection.
37:55
Speaker 1: If you want the cleanest way to see the problem,
37:57
Speaker 1: watch how quickly they police tone. When the public is furious,
38:00
Speaker 1: they scold the public for being conspiratorial. When survivors demand accountability,
38:06
Speaker 1: they call it complicated. When researchers point to documents, they
38:10
Speaker 1: call it online speculation. But when officials offer soothing explanations,
38:15
Speaker 1: legacy media repeats them like bedtime stories. That's the posture
38:20
Speaker 1: of an industry more afraid of being called biased than
38:23
Speaker 1: being wrong. They'd rather be safely incorrect than dangerously honest.
38:28
Speaker 1: And in a case like Epstein's, safe incorrectness is harmful. Look,
38:32
Speaker 1: at the end of the day, the media doesn't need
38:34
Speaker 1: to prove a grand unified theory to stop laundering obvious
38:38
Speaker 1: institutional failure. They just need to stop treating protection as
38:42
Speaker 1: a fringe thought and start treating it as plausible, testable explanation.
38:47
Speaker 1: They need to stop pretending this was a normal case
38:50
Speaker 1: with normal obstacles. They need to stop platforming half-informed takes
38:55
Speaker 1: that collapse under the weight of the record. They need
38:57
Speaker 1: to stop hiding behind generic prosecutor cliches and start asking
39:01
Speaker 1: who made which calls, when, and why. Because this was
39:05
Speaker 1: not passive stupidity. This was active insulation that functioned exactly
39:10
Speaker 1: as intended for years. And here's the part nobody in
39:13
Speaker 1: legacy media wants to admit. Their downplaying isn't just about Epstein,
39:17
Speaker 1: it's about them. If the Epstein story is fundamentally about protection,
39:22
Speaker 1: then it's also about who didn't push, who didn't look,
39:25
Speaker 1: who didn't ask, who didn't connect, and who didn't want to.
39:30
Speaker 1: It becomes a mirror held up to an industry that
39:32
Speaker 1: often mistakes access for authority. It becomes proof that polite
39:37
Speaker 1: narratives can be weapons. So they keep it small, they
39:40
Speaker 1: keep it tidy, they keep it explainable. But the Epstein
39:44
Speaker 1: case is not tidy, not small, and not explainable through
39:48
Speaker 1: incompetence alone. And anyone still selling that line is either
39:52
Speaker 1: behind or complicit. All of the information that goes with
39:57
Speaker 1: this episode can be found in the description box. What's
40:01
Speaker 1: up everyone and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles.
40:06
Speaker 1: Wait a minute now. You didn't really think that the
40:08
Speaker 1: legacy media was going to get let off the hook here,
40:11
Speaker 1: did you? After what we saw with Landon Thomas Jr.?
40:16
Speaker 1: Zero chance that was going to happen. Because we have
40:19
Speaker 1: spent years watching the legacy media swear up and down
40:22
Speaker 1: that they were fighting for truth and justice, and meanwhile
40:25
Speaker 1: behind closed doors they were writing love notes to Jeffrey Epstein,
40:29
Speaker 1: like teenage groupies hoping he'd notice them at prom. These
40:34
Speaker 1: new emails between Epstein and the New York Times reporter
40:37
Speaker 1: Landon Thomas Jr. do not read like standard journalistic communication,
40:42
Speaker 1: but like a bromance between two men who thought consequences
40:46
Speaker 1: were for the peasants. They weren't discussing facts, evidence, or accountability.
40:51
Speaker 1: They were brainstorming PR strategies like two slimeballs running a
40:55
Speaker 1: damage control war room. The tone wasn't skeptical or objective,
41:00
Speaker 1: but cozy and intimate. Like they were planning a surprise
41:03
Speaker 1: birthday party instead of helping to hide a trafficking network.
41:07
Speaker 1: It's amazing how many words you can type without ever
41:10
Speaker 1: once mentioning the actual suffering inflicted on real people. You
41:14
Speaker 1: can practically hear their glasses clinking in the background as
41:17
Speaker 1: if they were celebrating the success of their little operation,
41:21
Speaker 1: while victims beg someone, anyone, to listen. If journalism was
41:26
Speaker 1: supposed to be the watchdog of society, then this dog
41:28
Speaker 1: was drunk, toothless, and cuddling with the burglar. The same
41:33
Speaker 1: New York Times that lectures the country about ethics and
41:36
Speaker 1: democracy had a reporter spoon-feeding moral support to a convicted predator?
41:42
Speaker 1: But sure, tell me again, how they are the defenders
41:45
Speaker 1: of truth and its sacred keepers. If irony were a weapon,
41:50
Speaker 1: this would be a mass casualty event, and the sickest
41:53
Speaker 1: part is how calm they seemed through all of it,
41:56
Speaker 1: acting like helping a child trafficker rehabilitate his image was
41:59
Speaker 1: just another day at the office, another project to knock
42:02
Speaker 1: off the to-do list, before grabbing a latte and complaining
42:06
Speaker 1: about deadlines. They treated evil like paperwork. and then they
42:11
Speaker 1: wonder why no one takes their moral sermon seriously anymore?
42:14
Speaker 1: As if the public is too stupid to connect the
42:16
Speaker 1: dots between their words and their actions? And of course
42:21
Speaker 1: I love now, after decades of covering for the rich
42:23
Speaker 1: and powerful, the media suddenly wants to act like they
42:26
Speaker 1: were the Avengers assembling for justice the whole time. ABC
42:30
Speaker 1: sat on the Roebuck interview like it was radioactive, and
42:34
Speaker 1: not because they believed it was inaccurate, but because it
42:36
Speaker 1: was inconvenient to people who write checks, own penthouses, and
42:41
Speaker 1: grant you exposure and access to the royal family. Vanity
42:45
Speaker 1: Fair didn't just trim details, they performed a surgical amputation
42:48
Speaker 1: of truth, like a mob doctor patching up a gunshot
42:51
Speaker 1: wound in the back office of a butcher shop. The
42:55
Speaker 1: New Yorker floated around Epstein like a moth hypnotized by
42:58
Speaker 1: a bug zapper, completely uninterested in touching anything that might
43:02
Speaker 1: offend the billionaires tossing crumbs their way. And the New
43:06
Speaker 1: York Times didn't just ignore the truth. They helped Epstein
43:09
Speaker 1: polish his halo so he could stroll back into society
43:12
Speaker 1: like some misunderstood genius instead of a parasite feeding off
43:16
Speaker 1: the vulnerable. There was no accident, no oversight, no confusion.
43:21
Speaker 1: Just a collective agreement that money and status matter more
43:25
Speaker 1: than human beings. These outlets were not misled, tricked, or manipulated.
43:30
Speaker 1: They were willing participants who wanted to keep their VIP
43:33
Speaker 1: badges and wine invitations. Every time someone tries to say, well,
43:38
Speaker 1: they just didn't know. I feel like smothering myself with
43:41
Speaker 1: a pillow. They knew. They absolutely knew. Everyone in those
43:45
Speaker 1: circles knew. They just hoped the rest of us would
43:48
Speaker 1: stay too distracted or too beaten down to notice. They've
43:52
Speaker 1: always counted on the public to be so overloaded by
43:55
Speaker 1: their bullshit that we'd forget where this started and who
43:59
Speaker 1: helped keep the machine running. Like I've told you a
44:02
Speaker 1: million times now, these fools gambled on apathy and lost.
44:05
Speaker 1: and now they're shocked that people finally stopped accepting excuses
44:09
Speaker 1: that smell like rotting meat drenched in perfume. And what's
44:12
Speaker 1: absolutely wild is how they pretend that they were fighting
44:15
Speaker 1: a noble battle all along, as if printing a few
44:18
Speaker 1: articles after the world already exploded is some act of
44:22
Speaker 1: revolutionary courage deserving of a Nobel Prize. They step up
44:26
Speaker 1: to the cameras, wearing their serious faces, talking about systemic
44:29
Speaker 1: failures and institutional integrity. like they didn't spend 25 years
44:34
Speaker 1: actively helping a predator maintain his reputation? Every word they
44:39
Speaker 1: say now drips with desperation, not sincerity. If these people
44:43
Speaker 1: thought for five seconds that they could still get away
44:46
Speaker 1: with burying everything, they'd sprint to the shredder and break
44:49
Speaker 1: it from overuse. The moment public pressure cracked the dam,
44:53
Speaker 1: they switched costumes faster than a Vegas stage act. Pretending
44:57
Speaker 1: to be outraged and devastated and shocked, It's like watching
45:00
Speaker 1: someone cry at a funeral they helped arrange. You can't
45:03
Speaker 1: claim to be horrified by the consequences when you played
45:06
Speaker 1: such a huge part in bringing those consequences about. I mean,
45:10
Speaker 1: they treat truth like a broken vending machine that only
45:12
Speaker 1: works when someone kicks it hard enough. And now that
45:15
Speaker 1: the public kicked the machine over, they want to act
45:18
Speaker 1: like they always wanted transparency? If bullshit burned calories, these
45:22
Speaker 1: people would be Olympic athletes shredded like Greek statues. And
45:26
Speaker 1: let's not pretend for a second that calling this entire
45:29
Speaker 1: situation a conspiracy theory was anything other than a strategic insult.
45:34
Speaker 1: That word became their shield, their hammer, and their gag order.
45:38
Speaker 1: They wielded it like a weapon to silence people who
45:40
Speaker 1: were asking the right questions. They used it to humiliate
45:44
Speaker 1: survivors who dared to speak. They used it to mock
45:47
Speaker 1: anyone who dared to suggest that maybe, just maybe, billionaires
45:50
Speaker 1: flying teenagers around the world on private jets wasn't a
45:53
Speaker 1: charitable mentorship program. They used it to keep average, working
45:58
Speaker 1: people from trusting their own instincts. They used it to
46:02
Speaker 1: protect the reputations of men whose resumes look like the
46:05
Speaker 1: guest list for the gates of hell. They didn't say
46:07
Speaker 1: conspiracy theory because they believed it. They said it because
46:11
Speaker 1: it was a cheap way to shut people up who
46:13
Speaker 1: were getting too close to exposing their friends. Now all
46:17
Speaker 1: of a sudden, they want to have a kumbaya hug
46:20
Speaker 1: and forgiveness? Sorry, that's not going to happen. If there
46:23
Speaker 1: was a scoreboard tracking lies versus truth, they would be
46:26
Speaker 1: losing by numbers so large it would look like a
46:29
Speaker 1: malfunctioning scoreboard at a high school football game. They weaponized
46:33
Speaker 1: language to defend a criminal, but now they want credit
46:36
Speaker 1: for speaking plainly? And it would be hilarious if it
46:39
Speaker 1: wasn't nauseating. And there's something almost artistic with how predictable
46:44
Speaker 1: the cover-up cycle has become. First step, deny everything. Second step,
46:47
Speaker 1: call anyone with questions crazy. Third step, bury the evidence.
46:51
Speaker 1: Fourth step, quietly panic. When the cover cracks. Fifth step,
46:55
Speaker 1: publicly act shocked. Six step, write a reflective essay about
46:59
Speaker 1: the lessons we've learned. They perform this routine like a
47:02
Speaker 1: Broadway show that never stops running. Even after the actors
47:06
Speaker 1: start forgetting their lines, these outlets will look you dead
47:09
Speaker 1: in the face and swear they care about accountability, while
47:12
Speaker 1: behind the curtain, they treat accountability like a terminal disease.
47:16
Speaker 1: If a threat to the powerful emerges, they respond with
47:19
Speaker 1: chloroform and a weighted blanket. Their loyalty has always been
47:23
Speaker 1: to proximity, never principle. And now that they're being exposed,
47:28
Speaker 1: they're terrified because they no longer control the narrative. They're
47:31
Speaker 1: terrified because their tricks aren't working. They're terrified because the
47:34
Speaker 1: public isn't swallowing their line about noble mistakes and unfortunate oversights.
47:40
Speaker 1: They're terrified because trust, real trust, is gone and no
47:43
Speaker 1: amount of public grinning is going to bring it back.
47:47
Speaker 1: You can feel it in the way that they write now.
47:49
Speaker 1: The editorials read like plea deals disguised as outrage. Their
47:52
Speaker 1: segments feel like hostage videos demanding sympathy. Their apologies are
47:56
Speaker 1: written like legal disclaimers designed to avoid lawsuits. None of
48:00
Speaker 1: it's real. And I love how they look genuinely confused
48:03
Speaker 1: about why people don't believe a word they say anymore.
48:06
Speaker 1: They act like distrust came out of nowhere, like it
48:09
Speaker 1: suddenly fell out of the sky and hit them in
48:11
Speaker 1: the head like a cartoon anvil. They whine about polarization
48:15
Speaker 1: and misinformation and lost faith, like those things magically appeared
48:19
Speaker 1: without any cause. But distrust wasn't born from rumor or hysteria.
48:25
Speaker 1: It was earned by institutions that prove repeatedly that they
48:28
Speaker 1: cannot be trusted when it matters. Trust died the day
48:31
Speaker 1: they chose convenience over truth. Trust died the day they
48:35
Speaker 1: chose access over justice. Trust died the day they chose
48:39
Speaker 1: reputation over responsibility. And now they want someone else to blame.
48:44
Speaker 1: They behave like a cheating spouse demanding loyalty while still
48:47
Speaker 1: hiding the burner phone. And straight up, if journalism is
48:51
Speaker 1: supposed to mean telling the truth no matter the cost,
48:54
Speaker 1: then whatever these outlets practice isn't journalism anymore. It's luxury
48:59
Speaker 1: brand propaganda. They're not watchdogs. They're doormen. They're not investigators.
49:05
Speaker 1: They're decorators arranging the furniture around the crime scene. Nothing
49:09
Speaker 1: about these institutions resembles a profession built to protect the
49:12
Speaker 1: public and They exist to protect power, and they always have.
49:15
Speaker 1: And the funniest part, I mean, not funny haha, but
49:18
Speaker 1: funny like watching a clown car crash into a brick wall,
49:22
Speaker 1: is that they're still trying to pretend that they're the
49:24
Speaker 1: heroes of the story. They want parades, reverence, and maybe
49:29
Speaker 1: a movie deal about how brave they supposedly were. They
49:32
Speaker 1: want coverage treating them like saviors who rescue the truth
49:35
Speaker 1: from destruction, instead of accomplices who help bury it. They
49:39
Speaker 1: want history to remember them as champions of accountability, not
49:43
Speaker 1: as the concierge service for the elite degenerates who use
49:46
Speaker 1: human beings like trash. They want statues, not indictments. They
49:50
Speaker 1: want documentaries where they cry into bottled water and talk
49:53
Speaker 1: about emotional wounds. They want sympathy, not scrutiny. They want
49:58
Speaker 1: the world to pretend that they never spent years laughing
50:00
Speaker 1: off warnings like drunks heckling a funeral procession. Meanwhile, Real
50:06
Speaker 1: victims wake up every day trying to rebuild their lives
50:09
Speaker 1: after years of trauma that could have been prevented if
50:12
Speaker 1: these media giants had chosen honesty instead of status. They
50:16
Speaker 1: didn't just fail to expose Epstein. They helped extend his runway.
50:20
Speaker 1: They helped protect him from scrutiny. They helped manufacture doubt.
50:24
Speaker 1: They helped neutralize outrage. They helped delay justice. They helped
50:27
Speaker 1: normalize the unthinkable. They treated trauma like a scheduling inconvenience.
50:34
Speaker 1: These fools treated suffering like it was nothing more than
50:36
Speaker 1: a PR obstacle, and they treated truth like something that
50:40
Speaker 1: could wait until after dessert. No institution that genuinely cared
50:46
Speaker 1: about the survivors and victims would have behaved the way
50:48
Speaker 1: they did. No institution that believed its own mission statements
50:52
Speaker 1: would have sat in silence while children were trafficked for
50:56
Speaker 1: the entertainment of men who signed donation checks. No institution
51:00
Speaker 1: dedicated to truth would ever be this comfortable with lies
51:04
Speaker 1: that came wrapped in luxury packaging. But hey, at least
51:07
Speaker 1: you got a great party invitation and fancy dinners out
51:10
Speaker 1: of the deal, right? Nothing says integrity like raising a
51:13
Speaker 1: glass with a predator and calling it networking. These disgusting
51:19
Speaker 1: people traded the safety of children for appetizers on trays.
51:25
Speaker 1: And all these years later, not one major outlet has
51:28
Speaker 1: looked directly into the camera and said the only words
51:30
Speaker 1: that matter. We protected them. We betrayed the public. We
51:33
Speaker 1: were complicit. They won't say it because saying it would
51:37
Speaker 1: mean taking responsibility that actually cost something. They don't want consequences.
51:42
Speaker 1: They want sympathy. They don't want accountability. They want applause
51:45
Speaker 1: for surviving their own scandal. So we're going to keep
51:48
Speaker 1: talking about it. We're going to keep dragging this mess
51:51
Speaker 1: into the daylight. We're going to keep repeating the facts
51:53
Speaker 1: until they choke on them. And we're going to keep
51:55
Speaker 1: refusing to move on just because the guilty are bored
51:58
Speaker 1: of hearing about their own sins. We're not going to
52:01
Speaker 1: let silence bury the truth again. We're not going to
52:03
Speaker 1: pretend that time heals all wounds when time was the
52:07
Speaker 1: weapon used to create them. We're not going to provide
52:10
Speaker 1: comfort to people who weaponize silence like a suffocation technique.
52:14
Speaker 1: I'm certainly not going to let exhaustion win where courage
52:17
Speaker 1: is required because they expected silence. They always depend on silence.
52:22
Speaker 1: Silence was the fuel that kept the machine running. Silence
52:25
Speaker 1: was the business model. Silence was the insulation that kept
52:29
Speaker 1: the powerful warm and everyone else freezing in the dark.
52:32
Speaker 1: Silence allowed predators to breed networks, not just victims. Silence
52:37
Speaker 1: was the currency that bought decades of safety for the monsters.
52:41
Speaker 1: But that silence is now gone, and so is their shield.
52:45
Speaker 1: They can't hide in the shadows anymore because the shadows
52:47
Speaker 1: are shrinking, and the truth is louder than anything that
52:51
Speaker 1: can be printed. Look, the truth is, The stain that
52:54
Speaker 1: they earned is permanent. It's inked into history like a
52:58
Speaker 1: tattoo carved with a rusty scalpel. It's going to outlive
53:01
Speaker 1: their careers, their reputations, and their carefully curated legacies. It's
53:06
Speaker 1: going to follow them into retirement homes and beyond. It's
53:10
Speaker 1: going to be the first paragraph of every story written
53:13
Speaker 1: about them, not the last footnote. And it will never
53:16
Speaker 1: wash out because they put it there themselves and they
53:19
Speaker 1: did it with full intent. And when the dust finally settles,
53:23
Speaker 1: when the history books close, when the world stops pretending
53:26
Speaker 1: that monsters wear horns instead of suits, the one thing
53:30
Speaker 1: that will stand taller than all of their lies is
53:33
Speaker 1: the truth that all of you refused to stop speaking.
53:37
Speaker 1: The legacy media chose their side, and now they get
53:41
Speaker 1: to live with it.
