- 0:00Hello everybody, and welcome to Honey Badger Radio. My name is Brian and
- 0:03this is maintaining frame number seventy seven. Have men just found a way to
- 0:10be even creepier online? Where? Well, we're going to be going through
- 0:15an article from The Independent that I think you guys will have feelings about.
- 0:25There will be a feeling or two about this article. People will have opinions
- 0:30and they will share them. Yes. Oh, this is a reaction show
- 0:36in which we read an article and have feelings and even and speak about them.
- 0:41So there you go. That's the general gist of what we're doing here
- 0:45exactly. I just I want to understand, like, there seems to be
- 0:48a big genre in a lot. It covers a lot of different media.
- 0:53You have academic dissertations, you have entire conferences. It seems an ideological movement.
- 1:02So it comes through in very different I guess genres. But we have
- 1:06this huge there were sorry, different mediums. We have this genre. It's
- 1:10basically, how can we shit on men today? Yeah? How can we
- 1:18a big no, a big steaming liquid poop all over the men today?
- 1:25And this is the latest, one of the latest installments. I don't know
- 1:27if it's the most recent, but it is, like, I guess,
- 1:30reasonably recent. When when did this come out? When did this article three
- 1:36days ago? Three days ago? Oh, so it is actually very very
- 1:40recent, three days ago, another installment of our society's favorite pastime, which
- 1:47apparently is shitting on men. And it's funny because you read this, you
- 1:51look at this, and it's constant, like there's this constant drumbeat of negativity
- 1:56towards men. Uh, starting with the whole idea that the primary definition or
- 2:01the primary description of men's attitude or relationship with women is oppression. So we
- 2:07start with that, and then we get all the other various some additions to
- 2:12that particular genre. And what still surprises me that we can go online and
- 2:17find people who think that this has no effect on nothing. Mm hm,
- 2:23you know, and they're like, well, you know, men just got
- 2:24a man up. I mean, I know, our society is basically saying
- 2:29men are horrible, demonic, worthless and really should be shoved in a hole,
- 2:32and women are the worst possible decision a woman can make in our life
- 2:37is to share it with a man. But men should still be able to
- 2:39overcome all of that messaging, all the messaging of society on how awful they
- 2:45are and somehow sell them, to sell them as a man to a woman,
- 2:50so that we can continue to exist as a civilization. It's like it
- 2:54seems like that's a really big ask, you know, because not only does
- 2:59a man have to sell himself, he has to also somehow counter all of
- 3:04this crap like the article that we are going to be real eating today?
- 3:08Now, why why are why are people not pair bonding and having children in
- 3:13the West? Oh jeez, I wonder, I wonder. But let's blame
- 3:16men some more. That'll surely fix it. Yeah, I mean somehow if
- 3:24we keep doing it, so there must be something to it. Yeah,
- 3:28we just keep doing it, all right? Okay? Well I think laziness
- 3:32is the something that's to it. Fear embarrassment, yep, you know,
- 3:39he try something new, It might work, and then where are you you
- 3:44know, if we try not blaming men, you know, that might actually
- 3:46work, and then where are we with a functional society? What would we
- 3:52do with that? What would we have to complain about? Brian? What?
- 3:57Like? Seriously, could you imagine just you know, a chilling in
- 4:00our crystal spires? Being like, wow, we've brought life to Alpha Centauri.
- 4:06We've discovered the philosophical mysteries of the of the universe, you know,
- 4:13but we have nothing left to blame. Jeez, we're really verklemped. All
- 4:18right, Sorry, I just going a little weird tangent. That's okay,
- 4:23all right, Yeah, I guess I'm good for weird tangents. If you
- 4:26guys didn't know this by now, I can be here. I think that's
- 4:29why people come here, right, I mean seems that way. So I
- 4:33got a couple of new little toys running right now that I thought you guys
- 4:39might like and be able to take advantage of. For one, I have
- 4:44figured out a way to get a super chow. So if you send a
- 4:47super chow, it will show on the screen and I can feature it as
- 4:53a featured chat. So please consider setting a super chow so I and test
- 5:00this feature. Yes, yeah, actually, guys, I want to see
- 5:04this happen. Make this happen. Go to let me show my screens.
- 5:10You can see the chat is moving. I also have Rumble showing on the
- 5:14screen too. The Rumble chat is showing, but it's only showing in the
- 5:17obs not so people on YouTube still can't see the rumble chat. But if
- 5:21you look at the screen, you can see the rumble chat, the Twitch
- 5:25chat, the YouTube chat, the Twitter chat, the Facebook chat, and
- 5:29the d live chat. If there are people, you know, messaging those
- 5:32platforms. So I don't mean to be critical, but you got some anti
- 5:35anzy analyzing anti alias. Yeah that you got that. It might just be
- 5:46because of the resolution. It also looks like you're your animated avatar. Yeah,
- 5:54it needs to be moved over, like one pixel to the left.
- 5:57Yeah. Maybe, I mean there's a little outline. I don't know.
- 6:01That seems to be like, yeah, actually it's artifacting. It's artifacting,
- 6:08I guess. I guess it's got that eighties feel. Yeah, I mean
- 6:14yeah, yeah, only autists like me. But maybe like spontaneously combust into
- 6:17like an eight bit character boom, that would be interesting. Yeah. And
- 6:24I see my my lips are moving now. It looks like I'm chewing gum.
- 6:29Yeah, yeah, I know. It's it's cool and yeah, send
- 6:31send in a super chow. Guys, do it? Do it now?
- 6:34Feed the Badger dot com slash just a tip, let's find let's watch this
- 6:39this voodoo black magic in action let's see it. Feed the Badger dot Com
- 6:44slash just a tip. All right, Yeah, so you want to start
- 6:47looking at the article. No, no, I'll do the things, you
- 6:50know, and then we'll yeah, all right, So if you want to
- 6:54send us a message, and certainly do so so we can see the super
- 6:58chow appear as if by magic on the screen. Feed the Badger dot Com.
- 7:04Oh my goodness, there's something there. No, that's a comment from
- 7:08rumble right. I've made I've made that a featured featured message, that's all.
- 7:15Oh okay, I'll I see. Oh my, you have you have
- 7:19all the balls, all the buttons and knobs and sliders. I'm powers exactly,
- 7:27yeah, secret but behind the scenes powers. Oh look they have.
- 7:32Now now we got some Jojo references coming in, some me some animated gifts.
- 7:38All right, okay, yeah, gotta reorientate what I need to be
- 7:42doing. Okay, So feed the Badger dot Com slash just the tip.
- 7:46If you want to send us a message and we will read it. You
- 7:49can do so even after the show is done. If you just want to
- 7:51send us a message and be like you're not crying into the void, and
- 7:56by crying I mean outright you know, like sobbing hysterically. Where is there
- 8:01anyone else out there? Is there anyone? It's there anyone in the darkness.
- 8:07Anyway, if you want to call back to us, you can do
- 8:09so at feedbadger dot com slash just the tip if you want just want to
- 8:13say, hey, I like your content. I feel like it is it
- 8:16improves the world. Feed the Badger of tom slash just the tip. And
- 8:22if you want to help us out for this month, if you want to
- 8:22make sure we can keep doing that content, which is really critical, feed
- 8:26the Badger comp slash support. Do so now because we only have like two
- 8:31days left, and we have a ways to go, like three hundred and
- 8:33for three hundred and three thousand, three hundred and ninety, we've just had
- 8:39three hundred. I wouldn't be at all panic, but it's it's three thousand,
- 8:43three hundred and ninety, so please please please help out. I might
- 8:46do some arm twisting at the hour if we get to the hour, because
- 8:50this isn't this is not all this is. This has a virtue of not
- 8:54being a long article. I think I think it. I'm I I have
- 9:01this vague memory. I have a vague memory that there may have been more
- 9:05article after a AD. So I read up to a certain point and then
- 9:07there was an AD and I was like, oh, okay, this is
- 9:11Oh wait, wait is that more article? So I think it's a short
- 9:15article, but but it might be wrong. So I guess we'll find out.
- 9:20It depends on whether or not she gets paid by the word. I'm
- 9:24ill. I think that she gets paid by the man hatred, like the
- 9:33unit of man hatred. Like maybe maybe our society basically just runs on man
- 9:39hatred, Like we all have these man hatred bars instead of man of bars.
- 9:46Yeah. Sure, we need to top it up in order to be
- 9:48able to function miss inry bars. Yeah, there you go. I was
- 9:52going for the coat more cloaqui miss in meter, missingry meter yet perfect perfect,
- 10:01let's patent that we should we should have, Like we put it out
- 10:03like a fitbit, like have a little meat missingry meter. Have you gotten
- 10:07your myss injury in today? You know, you know you're supposed to do
- 10:11like ten thousand steps, do at least at least five or six mess injuries
- 10:15a day. Yeah, there you go, there you go. Somebody get
- 10:18on that. I bet that's gonna be the next big thing. All right,
- 10:22I got a super chow. Hold up, I got a super chow.
- 10:24Ooh, Google cad tell Tella naar Bot gives us looks like three different
- 10:31donations fifty fifty Can I can? I can extricate meaning from yeah, do
- 10:37you want to read it? Can you see it on the I can?
- 10:41I can see it? I can, I can read it, and I
- 10:43can articulate what's going on because he's oh, okay, so all right,
- 10:48So he gives us fifty dollars to the fundraiser at feedbadger dot com slash the
- 10:54port, thank you, thank you, and then he gives us fifty dollars
- 10:58for super and then he gives us another ten dollars. So I'm guessing he
- 11:03wanted to give a sixty dollars super chow. Oh perhaps, but no he
- 11:07perhaps he was foiled by the the the set amounts that I set up,
- 11:13which you know, it makes it easier for me to make the product.
- 11:18Anyway, So this is a sixty dollars super chow from tell him nar bought
- 11:24testing testing one, two, three, Hello you two? Is this super
- 11:28chow working? Will you ever get around to starting the show or will there'll
- 11:33be an amount of waffling that would be suitable for a brunch rather than a
- 11:37radio show. While would it be HBr without the lavish amount of waffling of
- 11:43waffles? Like, we got it, we got it, We got where
- 11:46we have more waffles than an English breakfast. There you go, don't maybe
- 11:52Belgium, Belgium. Oh yeah, maybe you're right, like a continental breakfast,
- 11:58that's what. Yeah, the continental Europeans. They're the ones with the
- 12:01waffles. All right, there you go. All right, Well, thank
- 12:05you for testing it. It looks like it works. Here's a thank you
- 12:09for the uh for that donation. So of course you saw it, you
- 12:16set it up. That's amazing. Oh when I put it on the screen,
- 12:20I know, yes, I know, I worked. I worked on
- 12:22that. The only thing I need to figure out now is uh because restream
- 12:26bot re messages other people's messages and other chats, and that's coming up so
- 12:33sometimes when people post on YouTube, it'll also pop up on twitch uh and
- 12:39I don't want that. So I kind of want to get rid of restream
- 12:41bot so that it only displays the chat. But I'm afraid that if I
- 12:46like block this user, it'll block the person that restream bot is I'm gonna
- 12:54try it. Yeah, somebody says, waffle house without the fighting. I
- 12:58think I blocked restream bot. Test it out, see see if it see
- 13:03if that worked? Yeah, well I was gonna say that. I think
- 13:09there was a restream brought from Free Cat and it said yeah, but then
- 13:15you got rid of the free free the the restream bought stuff. And now
- 13:18but now I see there's see there's restream Cat's message without the fighting. So
- 13:24it worked. It worked. Okay, that's exactly. This is so much
- 13:28cleaner now. All right, we're just waffles everywhere. Just do you imagine
- 13:33coming to the Badger Cave and it's just like waffles flying around like that.
- 13:37You remember that episode of of Star Trek where they had the brain slugs but
- 13:43they sort of look like eggs, like fried eggs. Yeah you don't remember
- 13:48that, do? You're just saying yeah, because you're trying to No,
- 13:52I don't know what you're saying. Yeah, you're just like, yeah,
- 13:54yeah, I'm doing too much work over here. Okay, so I got
- 14:00I had another Superchow from Real Raven It says Real Raven Bot. But that's
- 14:05just because the Superchow posts in Discord and the superchow is a bot, So
- 14:11thank you real Raven for that, all right, all right, all right,
- 14:16and he gives us twenty two dollars in twenty two cents and says second
- 14:20on screen. So it's a bunch of twos. So if any of you
- 14:22guys are into numerology, that probably means something. Okay, maybe we should
- 14:26take a look. I mean, after all, part of the fun is
- 14:28to discover what secret thing you guys are actually telling us through the what dog
- 14:37whistles you're you're attempting to give us through the superchows number two numerology. I
- 14:43have no idea or twenty two. Uh okay, Now, I don't want
- 14:48traits of people who are number two. Who is number twenty two numerology?
- 14:58Oh okay? Soul number twenty That sounds like a lot of WU. I
- 15:03feel like I just I just had a critical a critical dose of WU.
- 15:07It's just soule number twenty two. Soul number twenty two is seen as the
- 15:11most powerful and creative number of all. Oh my god, oh goodness,
- 15:16well, thank you. I guess we are kind of creative. Yeah we
- 15:20are, I would say so. I mean, look at what Brian has
- 15:24created this amazing way for you to communicate directly to us in our little infinite
- 15:28plane of space. You know, mm hmm, it is cool, you
- 15:35know what, I think you know what it is. I'm pretty sure that
- 15:37he took it as a personal challenge when I said that there were standard amounts
- 15:39that you could donate through or support through super chat, and he's like,
- 15:43yeah, woman, I'm going to do a non standard amount. Yeah,
- 15:48well, I appreciate it, real Raven, no problem, give it.
- 15:52Give whatever non standard amounts you want, yep, and then we will scratch
- 15:56our heads over what you what the meaning of them are? Okay, so
- 16:00shall we actually start? Yeah, let's start the article. So I am
- 16:04still displaying the chat. I hope that doesn't make things way too crazy.
- 16:07But there isn't much to see in terms of the article anyway, so we'll
- 16:14we'll just go through that, all right. Would I hate this shit?
- 16:22Uh? A lot of ads and stuff, you know, windows, and
- 16:26we're really going like retro nineties websites, you with the clipping and the overlays,
- 16:33and it's getting a little busy here. It's a little busy. It's
- 16:37a little busy. I could always I could always just like you know,
- 16:41put like a black screen up and just have the chat and just read through.
- 16:45Because it's not like the article has like graphs, it's just text.
- 16:48So would you guys put through that? You know, honestly, I think
- 16:52maybe we should read the article and just bring up the chat when it's relevant.
- 16:56Leave this. Oh you mean like make it visible when it's relevant.
- 17:00Yeah, yeah, like just yeah, when you want to feature comment of
- 17:03interest. Yeah, that's fine. Okay, that way people can know when
- 17:07we actually started reading the article. You see it's like, yeah, it's
- 17:10pro tip. Oh I see. Yeah, all right. So this is
- 17:15from The Independent and is written by Victoria Richards and it is entitled have men
- 17:19just found a way to be even creepier online? It's no secret that toxic
- 17:25men will go to extraordinary lengths to be rate bore and belittle women on the
- 17:30internet. But that doesn't mean I wasn't shocked to find one man taking things
- 17:34to another level. How is this published? You say? What? Done?
- 17:45Done? Done? I heard? You know. Part of the problem
- 17:48is I don't hear those, so I don't know when to shut up.
- 17:49Oh really, yeah, I can't hear them. You're supposed to because it's
- 17:55playing out of my microphone. I don't know why you're not hearing it.
- 18:00It's like it would be the same as me talking into the mic. It's
- 18:03okay, go ahead. What we're gonna say, Well, what I was
- 18:06gonna say is this is this is news, Like this is news, this
- 18:11is this is something that they feel is fit for public consumption that they put
- 18:15out there, and they're like, yeah, this is we need to talk
- 18:18about this. What No, this is just another day. This is another
- 18:26moment of just shitting on me. What motivates content like this? Like really?
- 18:32And also, why does this woman look like Mortitia Adams? Right?
- 18:40Yeah, it's I mean, I'm not actually she looks more like it seems
- 18:44it seems appropriate for the for the time of year. Yeah, it seems
- 18:48appropriate for the time of year. I mean, honestly, I think Morticia
- 18:51Adams is more attractive and has better taste. But you know, like honestly,
- 18:56like, do you what is this for? I don't know, why
- 19:00are we why? How did this go through many layers of presumably quality control
- 19:07to land like a cow platt on people's screens? Mm hmmm, doesn't know
- 19:15nobody else just be like why is this? Why? What? What?
- 19:21Is wrong with our society that this is something that people spend time on.
- 19:25Uh not, not really not opposing, because I think people need to realize
- 19:30that this is stupid, It is ideologically driven, It doesn't reflect reality,
- 19:37This is nonsense. I mean, I think people need to respond to it.
- 19:41I don't know why it exists in the first place. No, I
- 19:42do know why it exists in the first place. But yeah, I'm just
- 19:47I'm just expressing, you know, a rhetorical confusion. Shall we say?
- 19:52Yeah, yeah, okay, I got another super chow, so I'm gonna
- 19:56put it on the screen. Tell i'mnar bought give us ten dollars, thank
- 20:00you, Tell mnar bot all right, all right, all right, and
- 20:06he says ten dollars. Continental breakfasts are more French and are for people who
- 20:11don't do not want to eat breakfast. They are tragically waffleless, unlike the
- 20:17Badgers, oh, unlike us, throwing shade, throwing shade. Yeah,
- 20:26well, thank you for that. Okay, let's get into the meat of
- 20:30this thing. Ask any woman if she's been the recipient of unwanted, unsolicited
- 20:36contact from men, and you'll get I would hazard a universal yes. Yeah,
- 20:41in so far as we live in a free world and men have the
- 20:45ability to speak like, what kind of Victorian nonsense is this? The men
- 20:48are not giving us their calling card? And yeah, I don't remember throwing
- 20:55my handkerchief on the ground to see if you could pick it up. But
- 21:02yes, I have had men come up to me and talk to me unsolicited.
- 21:08You know, uh, for some reason, I look like I know
- 21:11where things are, So skys have come up to me and said, hey,
- 21:15do you know where this thing is? And I'll be like, no,
- 21:18I don't, and they'll be like, gosh, well I'll go find
- 21:22someone else looks like actually has a clue. So yeah, men have approached
- 21:27me unsolicited. What the fuck? Unsolicited, unwanted, and unsolicited, because
- 21:34it's a really wide net if you think about it, like if a man
- 21:37has ever come up to a woman for any reason ever, it's unsolicited.
- 21:44Yeah, I mean, I think it's just I think that what it's what
- 21:48it says is something more about women than the men that do that, because
- 21:53I think that men. It says unsolicited contact from men, unwanted, it
- 22:00unsolicited. So what that means is that if it's true, and I'm not
- 22:04sure that it's true, that you know, most women are all women,
- 22:10because she just says, ask any woman. I don't think it's that true
- 22:15to that degree, but I think that you'll probably find a lot of women
- 22:19that would say that they received unwanted contact. But that's only because the contact
- 22:26or you know, let's say, conversation or approaches that they want are from
- 22:33men that are basically at the top of the food chain, like they don't
- 22:37want normal men approaching them. And again, it's it's not about like there's
- 22:42nothing necessarily romantic suggested, Like you know, if you're a man and you're
- 22:48like asking for directions and you go to a woman, she could consider that
- 22:52unwanted. That doesn't mean anything. That means that she's a bitch. I
- 22:57mean, you know, like because she could like instead of walking away going
- 23:03why did he approach me, she could just answer his question and then get
- 23:07on with the rest of her day. But it seems like this woman obsesses
- 23:11over every interaction and yeah, but she couldn't she It would seem that way
- 23:18because again, like if it was a man she wanted to have talked to
- 23:22her, this article wouldn't exist because she wouldn't complain. So this is clearly
- 23:26about men that are not of the caliber that she wants approaching her. This
- 23:32isn't a dating article. This is this is actually sort of well, I
- 23:36know, I know, but I'm saying, uh, you know, I
- 23:38think it boils down. You know. I heard this today and I thought
- 23:45it was kind of interesting and I think it's apt. In most interactions between
- 23:48men and women, men are salesmen. Women are marketers. That means that
- 23:55men are the ones that have to like be like the salesperson that are approaches
- 24:00they're expected to be. I'm not saying this is the you know, set
- 24:03in stone, but this is just the norm that we live in. Men
- 24:06are expected to approach women and sell themselves to them. They are salespeople.
- 24:11Women are marketers. They just put the merchandise out there and then they just
- 24:15wait for people to approach the problem is is that women want certain salesmen trying
- 24:21to sell their product or buy their product. I guess you could say making
- 24:25offers, whatever it is. And I think that this woman doesn't understand that
- 24:30about men because she seems to live in a world where the only way a
- 24:34man a woman, I'm sorry, the only way she's going to end up
- 24:37talking to a man is if he approaches her, but she automatically assumes that
- 24:41most men who approach her are a danger to her or are up to something.
- 24:47There's something sinister happening. Do you see what I'm saying? Yes?
- 24:51I do. Yeah, But I honestly I think it's even simpler because it's
- 24:55right in the word unsolicited contact. Okay, ask any woman she's ever been
- 25:00the recipient of unsolicited contact from men. So, in other words, a
- 25:04man goes up to a woman without her permission and speaks to her. Think
- 25:11about that. That's that's this is what she's calling out. Guys, a
- 25:15man goes up to a woman. There's no other qualification here. A man
- 25:18goes up to a woman and speaks to her. Now, I mean she
- 25:25does say also unwanted, So it could mean unwanted and unsolicited contact for men,
- 25:30but yeah, it could. But but the unsolicited really throws a wide,
- 25:36wide net because how many times do men in their life talk to women
- 25:41without first having gotten their permission to do so? How the hell do you
- 25:44talk to somebody without first getting their permission to do? Like? How do
- 25:48you? How do you not? How do you contact someone prior to getting
- 25:52their permission? You know, I'm feeling like that that that feeling I had
- 25:55at the the aborter no offense to the Americans where I had to have a
- 26:00visa before I could apply for the visa that I had to have before I
- 26:06applied for that visa, you know what I mean, Like I had to
- 26:08have I could only go to the border to apply for this visa. But
- 26:11I was I was caught or they they accused me of being undocumented because I
- 26:17didn't have the visa that I had to be at the border to apply for.
- 26:21Mm hmm. It's a bunch of khui. Okay, yeah, right
- 26:26right, stop, Like is she expecting people to actually swallow this? Who
- 26:30does? And if you're swallowing this, ladies, you really have no excuse.
- 26:34You really have no excuse for spitting and not swallowing. This is much
- 26:40much worse than anything any lover could ask you to swallow. All right.
- 26:45Yeah, I think that there is there. I think that women do have
- 26:48this thing where they do they do. I think that this is actually kind
- 26:55of normal. I wouldn't say it's like the average woman, but I think
- 26:57it's normal to find any unsolicited actions that men take, specifically just conversation or
- 27:06whatever to be at first off putting, off putting at least, so something
- 27:11to be suspicious price considering that our culture is inundated with you know, this
- 27:17crap where we just basically caspas versions on men and just assume bad faith and
- 27:23the worst possible motives of men. Yep, that was the point. Yeah,
- 27:30Like, and what I'm getting at is like when you look at it,
- 27:32this enormous tsunami of missionry and articles like this, and it's and it's
- 27:37not just this article, it's like the whole field of it. I mean,
- 27:41there's so much of it, so much and so much you can't even
- 27:44respond to all of it. I mean, if me and Brian worked I
- 27:48don't know, sixteen hour days, we still couldn't respond to all of the
- 27:52missionry that's out there. We couldn't be impossible. And this is something that
- 27:59our society really loves doing. And the question is what is it? What
- 28:04is it that makes this so appealing to us that we just really just really
- 28:10a day is not complete without shitting on men. Yeah, and I people
- 28:17say that, you know, I don't know, like I'm exaggerating or but
- 28:19ami, I like, this is what I observe, Like, This is
- 28:26a constant, endless drum beat m and all I think I'm doing is pointing
- 28:33it out and just being like flabbergasted by it. Maybe I have an alien
- 28:37life form coming on. I'm like, well, they seem to love eggs
- 28:41and shitting on men. Yeah, there are strange species and cats, you
- 28:47know, they like very very selfish, small furry animals that don't communicate well,
- 28:56and eggs and shitting on men. It's like the encyclic Galactica in the
- 29:03Encyclopedia Galactica entry on humans. Oh yeah, yeah, all right, I
- 29:10got another superchow, so I'm gonna put it on the screen here, so
- 29:15tell emnar Bot gives us ten dollars. Thank you, sir, excellent,
- 29:26okay, and he gives us ten dollars and says, I too, look
- 29:30like I seen the know things get asked for directions in such fairly regularly,
- 29:34once by a woman from Kansas, you had better believe I worked a Wizard
- 29:38of Oz reference into that encounter. All right, thank you so much for
- 29:42the superchow. I think these work pretty well. Yes, they're really cool.
- 29:49Yeah, I wonder if people are enjoying that send more. It's sort
- 29:53of fun. To see them pop up. I know, I like having
- 29:57that kind of power over the chat. Okay, back to the article from
- 30:02d picts on the Tube and the sinister viral video of the man who cross
- 30:07railway tracks to hassle a woman? What sinister viral video on the two?
- 30:15I think she means the train. This is like a UK thing. So
- 30:18I guess there are men sharing d picts on the tube on the train.
- 30:23I don't. I don't know. Seems a little implausible. I mean,
- 30:27unless you're talking about some weird homeless guy. I don't know if well,
- 30:32I'm sure London has characters. But anyway, UH doesn't matter. She's just
- 30:38assuming stuff. So two and the sinister viral video of a man or the
- 30:42man who cross railway tracks to hassle a woman to the average man who just
- 30:48wants to know your name and what you're reading? Past ten since he interrupted,
- 30:52nobody's reading anymore. Male to female harassment comes in many murky misogynistic forms,
- 30:59particularly on social media. But ladies, brace yourselves. There's a new
- 31:03one in town. O MG. You thought it was bad when men said
- 31:07hello to you on the street? Oh good lord? And you know what's
- 31:12really freaking hilarious is once again you know my altercation with that guy date psych
- 31:19and oh yeah yeah, one of these dating coaches. Yeah, he was
- 31:26the one who's like, yeah, they're not approaching what problem is they're not
- 31:30approaching women. Yeah, men aren't approaching women because they're cowards. Just just
- 31:34take the just take the creep allegation and the police come into your house,
- 31:40bro, just deal with it. Yeah, just just man up. And
- 31:45it's like, do you see what is continually being pushed out by media about
- 31:52men. We gotta like it's just just an empty screen here. Yeah,
- 32:00yeah, let's yeah, give them a preview, I guess. Yeah.
- 32:05But it's like, do you not notice this stuff? I don't think it's
- 32:13women constantly constantly talking about how awful it is to be approached by men like
- 32:20you did. I never see these women who tell men how awful it is
- 32:22to be approached by them, going after the date psychs of the world and
- 32:25saying, shut up, why are you encouraging men to traumatize us with with
- 32:30this behavior of approaching us in public? So funny that you know, instead
- 32:38they go after people like us who are like, yeah, you know,
- 32:40maybe if they say they don't want it, and why not just considering all
- 32:46of the potential negative things, like why why is it that feminists are proposing
- 32:54all of these negative outcomes for women approaching women if they don't want to,
- 33:00like, and we get called misogynists because we're like, well, dude,
- 33:04you know, like they have all of these negative outcomes. Now for men
- 33:07approaching women, maybe prioritize your own safety and just don't approach women. Oh,
- 33:12are you misogynists? Wasn't that what she intended by creating these negative outcomes
- 33:16in the first place. Mm hmm, I don't get it. It's so
- 33:24bizarre. Okay, yeah, all right, let me go back to the
- 33:28article. Yep, last night I received an unsolicited message from a man on
- 33:35eBay. Yes you heard that right, the online shopping portal, the one
- 33:40you might find yourself trawling at midnight on a Tuesday, doom scrolling to distract
- 33:46yourself from the dread of the nine to five. OMG, how hard it
- 33:51is to work a nine to five job, which, by the way,
- 33:54is a job that most a lot of people that I know, like that
- 33:58are lower income, would love to work. By the way, When you
- 34:02are suddenly struck by the desperate desire for a three piece vintage suit, or
- 34:07inquiring after the shipping cause of buying red Panda plushies in bulk because they're just
- 34:12so goddamn cute and would make such good Christmas presents for all the kids,
- 34:15you know, look them up if you don't believe me, this is she's
- 34:20writing about herself, hence the uh course of course she's writing about herself.
- 34:23But this news, This is news, and people read this shlock and aren't
- 34:29like, wow, this really makes me think The Independent is a worthless outlet
- 34:34for information, Like you don't you don't read this and be like why this
- 34:38this actually discredits the people who would even publish this. Yeah, this is
- 34:44this is just And also is it like is it like an advertisement for red
- 34:50Panda plushies like what? Or is this like a written by the ai like
- 34:55the Missingry ai so just see it feels like it's just idea. Yeah no,
- 35:00I think you know, and popular items but and and then missingry because
- 35:10you know humans love Missingry. All right, let's keep going. All right,
- 35:14I got another super chow okay Urushima. It gives us five dollars,
- 35:21thank you, And he says halfway through the Pluto anime and once again reminded
- 35:27Helena is a real gem of a wife, smart, understanding, pretty,
- 35:30a robot woman who has better character than any I r L female meatbag.
- 35:36Thank you for that, excellent all right, Yeah, yeah, Helena is
- 35:43a is a is a good character. Of course, you know. There
- 35:47was also Brando's wife, who's a bit of a bit of a herodin but
- 35:52presumably loyal. Uh. These are references you probably don't know. Brandon is
- 35:58Yeah, Brandon Brando. Brando is one of the the seven great robots that
- 36:05are part of this robot murder mystery called Pluto. It's a really good,
- 36:08good anime, by the way, I really recommend it. Good manga.
- 36:13Yeah, real tear jerk. It, real tear jerker. I have cried
- 36:17every single episode. Okay, all right, back to the article. So
- 36:23what could the man who tracked me down on eBay hope to find out about
- 36:27me? Is it? Mike ponchant for mismatched China all the better to poor
- 36:30Hendrick's gin from at ill advised Sunday afternoon tea parties. Perhaps it's my obsession
- 36:37with the exact shade of lipstick flavored by Sylvia Plath. Yeah, I know,
- 36:42I'm like, what you're this sounds like it sounds like an application or
- 36:46a man but obviously you don't want one, and I wouldn't recommend any for
- 36:52you. But it just sounds like, Look at how quirky and interesting I
- 36:55am and how alone I am. You're like, if you're prowling eBay at
- 37:01three a m. You know you're you're pro I'm sorry I should not assume,
- 37:07but I do. You going okay, but I can't help it.
- 37:17What he was actually doing, in fact, was going out of his way
- 37:21to contact me to tell me how wrong and stupid I was. How I
- 37:25quote don't understand capitalism? End quote. Well she probably doesn't. She well,
- 37:30she doesn't seem to understand eBay. How are you supposed to find your
- 37:34interest in China patterns from? And how the heck it? So you just
- 37:37used your name on your eBay freaking store? Like okay, all right,
- 37:45all right, lady, okay. In the past, when people wanted to
- 37:50send you a grievance, they would send it to your home or to your
- 37:53workplace. Technically, eBay is your workplace if you have a store. So
- 37:58you're saying, oh my god, this guy sent me a meanly worded letter
- 38:02to nice my workplace. Yeah, and if you're a public figure making public
- 38:08commentary on things that are accessible to the public, you're gonna get the occasional,
- 38:15mean, harshly worded missif in whatever way that you can be contacted.
- 38:23None of this is creepy, Okay, Yeah, maybe it's a little bit
- 38:29weird. He tracked you down on eBay, but one assumes that it's because
- 38:32it's the only way to get in contact with you. And also it's not
- 38:37really that threatening. You got an eBay store, It's not like you can
- 38:42find your personal address. It's not like it's a real life work area,
- 38:46which would be the other way of getting in contact you in the past.
- 38:51Right, you put your public opinions out there, and you will get people's
- 38:54opinions back. Right, I'm I am. It's interesting how how much you
- 39:00must have riled him. I guess that that'll be in the next few sentences
- 39:05the explanation, I guess so okay, uh so incense was this stranger by
- 39:13a tongue in cheek piece I'd written sympathizing with a gen z gen z TikToker
- 39:17who went viral for crying about her first job after graduation that he went all
- 39:22out to track me down. Oh, I know, I think I know
- 39:24the video she's talking about. Okay, give us a rundown. Well,
- 39:29let me let me open it in a new tab, just to make sure
- 39:31that I'm talking about the correct one. Prisee about her job. I think
- 39:36I think I know who it is. Hey, guys, oh no,
- 39:39this is That's not the one. This is. This is this is the
- 39:43one right here. Yeah, so this it's not it's whatever this is.
- 39:47I got to I don't know how to close this, but it's not this
- 39:50one. It's the one in the background. It's not the one that popped
- 39:52up in my brain. So anyway, the short version is this girl.
- 39:58She's a college grad. She's working a job, a nine to five.
- 40:01She her commute is long. She's very upset because it's like, you know,
- 40:08essentially, life isn't working the way that she thought it would, and
- 40:14she has she's not sure what to do now. She does also say that
- 40:19her period is starting soon, so she might just be like emotional in the
- 40:22moment. I'm not saying that she said that. I'm just you know,
- 40:27adding that additional context. But essentially it went viral because it started a conversation
- 40:31about like, oh, you know, should I don't know, pete women,
- 40:37I mean because it did you know, men have been working like twelve
- 40:39fourteen, sixteen hour days for like I don't know, hundreds of years.
- 40:45Like no one's ever said we got to do something about that. But this
- 40:49woman, this young woman is working at nine to five and she's like unable
- 40:53to find time for anything else she has. It takes her like an hour
- 40:58an hour and a half to commute back and forth, and she has to
- 41:00go right to bed, and she's like, how do you how does anyone
- 41:02have time for friends? How does anyone have time for uh, you know,
- 41:06finding a significant other, et cetera. And it's just all this regret,
- 41:10and of course she feels like she should be doing something greater because she's
- 41:15working, like you know, she got a degree and she's not using the
- 41:20degree. So it's all it's like, okay, very it's I get it.
- 41:23It sucks, but that's like most people's experience, Like that's a lot
- 41:28of people's experience and it's not unique to women at all. And and maybe
- 41:34you know, if like I don't know, if we did something to like,
- 41:40well we could, if we could live within our means. We can
- 41:44probably do better, but I don't think she'd be willing to make that compromise.
- 41:46Like I think it comes down to, like, you know, you're
- 41:49gonna have to you can't have it all. You're gonna have to balance some
- 41:52shit out, You're gonna have to give some things up, you know,
- 41:55and you're gonna have to work with someone like maybe I don't know what to
- 42:00tell you, like there, this is just this is the world that we're
- 42:04living in. And I hate to say it, but you know, women
- 42:07are a big reason why we're in this place. I mean, your your
- 42:12women are they hold they have at least half the blame. Yeah, okay,
- 42:20but all right, so let's find out the dread horrible thing that this
- 42:23guy did. All right, So, uh, email easy enough to find
- 42:29out, wasn't enough for him. A message request on Twitter slash x,
- 42:32which I would have righteously ignored for who wants unsolicited abuse would have been eye
- 42:37rollingly predictable. But eBay. Oh, so she's saying if he had done
- 42:42it through email, that would have been one thing. Twitter would have been
- 42:45another thing. But this is eBay, I guess this is like email was
- 42:50easy enough to find out. But and how do you know that he found
- 42:53that out? No, she's saying that she's saying that if he reached out
- 42:59to her email, she wouldn't be surprised because she probably her email is easy
- 43:07to get. That's what she's saying. And then she says, if if,
- 43:12if she, if he had sent her a message request on Twitter,
- 43:16that would have been predictable. Right, but eBay is like a new level
- 43:22of creepy, That's what she's saying. She's not saying that he tracked her
- 43:25email down. He's actually saying that her email is accessible, probably someplace because
- 43:30she writes for the Independent, right. So, but what she's cringing or
- 43:36what upsets her is that he found her in eBay, which is her safe
- 43:38haven where she can be the material consumerist that she always wants to be while
- 43:44complaining about the existence of stuff. So, okay, yeah, but the
- 43:49thing is that eBay is like a platform where people might be able to send
- 43:52you messages, but they don't get any more personal information than that. I
- 43:57don't see why this is more threatening than e mail in any way. It's
- 44:01a little bit odd. Perhaps he didn't wasn't able to locate her email maybe
- 44:07sure, Yeah, what we're gonna say, Well, I'm sure if he
- 44:10did that, this would well, I guess it's not. It's passe to
- 44:15complain about email mail. Now you're complaining about eBay messages. Yeah, the
- 44:21woman receives eBay message and here we are and here we are yep, women
- 44:28most affected. I got another super chow, kind of a long one.
- 44:34I oh, yeah, here it is. Oh it's it's so long.
- 44:37I can't fit the whole thing. Okay, I'll have to read what's here.
- 44:39I don't know why it's doing that, but UH tell him. Our
- 44:43bot gives us ten dollars and says negative outcomes for approaching are for men who
- 44:47cause him to feel negative emotions by approaching them for whatever reason. If a
- 44:52man approaches her and causes positive emotions, he will get positive outcomes. However,
- 44:57it is increasingly difficult to know what a woman's reaction is gonna be ahead
- 45:00of time, since their taste, mood, and situations vary so much,
- 45:05so that's just not helpful. Also, this article is at the level of
- 45:07a glorified blog post, not a serious journalism. Well, what is serious
- 45:12journalism these days? I have a book of old letters written to the Times
- 45:15by members of the public, which are more adult and serious or more funny
- 45:20than this junk. Yeah, this is just a state of modern well modernity
- 45:27itself, really, I mean sadly. Well, let's say she gets to
- 45:30a point where something let's get back to this. Then thank you tell them
- 45:35get the I mean, this is, after all the spooky speason And what
- 45:37could be more spooky receiving a message on your eBay? Yeah? No,
- 45:42then somebody messaging on eBay? Oo? Okay, but eBay. I'll admit
- 45:50I didn't see that coming. It was like a jump scare. Is the
- 45:52man who contacted me, the one who signed off is his lengthy, ranty,
- 45:57intrusive, missive with regret yours really interested in the sofa I sold in
- 46:02two thousand and five. I'll tell you what, what did she think that
- 46:07women don't do stuff like this or something? Because that's the presumption of this.
- 46:09It's like, oh, only men, only men send messages through eBay
- 46:14that are RANTI you know, only men do this thing. And if you
- 46:19could track down her email so easily, like I'm just curious, like if
- 46:23she her email is out there and he chose to go through eBay, which
- 46:28is a strange choice admittedly, but still like, why would you assume that
- 46:32there's some kind of huge malfeasance behind this versus just he just happened to find
- 46:37your eBay thing first, you know, Yeah, you know somebody in the
- 46:43Tyler Preston said something. I I'm gonna put it up here. Matthew Perry
- 46:47died drowning in his jacuzzi. I think a hockey player died because of ice
- 46:52skates. I don't know if you heard about that horrible story. Well,
- 46:57a woman gets a message from eBay and it's more serious. Yes, stop
- 47:00the presses, guys, stop the presses. I received a message from eBay.
- 47:05Yeah. I know we're on the verge of World War three, but
- 47:08this guy, unsolicited guy by the way, sent me a message on eBay.
- 47:16Maybe we need a war when people get some perspective, all right for
- 47:22me? Yeah, oh, I gotta get them. But there are some
- 47:25funny little TikTok videos about women like and and their thoughts on a draft that
- 47:36will draft women. It's pretty funny. I have to find them and get
- 47:39back to you, though. I saw them like last night. They're against
- 47:45a draft of women. Well, they're kind of making light of it because
- 47:50I think some of them don't think it will actually happen, but there is,
- 47:53like some a lot of women. There was one video that was really
- 47:55funny where you know, there was a saying it was like, oh,
- 47:59it looks like they're gonna drafting women, and all the women in the comments
- 48:01were like, I don't know what you're talking about. I'm in the kitchen,
- 48:05you know, like like they're they're just like all the feminism's out the
- 48:08window. It's pretty funny. Of course they will though, they'll twist their
- 48:12hair into ponytails. Feminism is out the window. I think what is really
- 48:19about getting what you can out of society and giving nothing. So of course
- 48:23they're going to be like, oh, we don't want to get drafted.
- 48:25We're women's with the women's we don't we don't have to pay for anything.
- 48:30We have got things paid for us. Yeah, you have to pay for
- 48:32history, all right, okay, anyway, anyway, so, uh,
- 48:40I'll tell you what's regrettable men invading women's personal spaces as as happens at just
- 48:46about any bar. Uh huh no, it's it is not a personal space,
- 48:51but continue neither is well as happens at at just about any bar,
- 48:55pub, workplace, or park bench, and even on Tinder. Wait wait,
- 49:00wait, isn't why you're supposed to meet men? What are you using
- 49:04it for? Jesus, she's using it for not meeting men. Brian,
- 49:12she's there and she's like, I dare you to swipe right on me?
- 49:15I dare you or whatever the swiping is if you swipe right on me?
- 49:20So help me, God, Jesus, Oh my god, oh man,
- 49:28this has got to be a Poe's At what point are we like this?
- 49:30Mortitia Adams is trolling us. I know. I think she has this delusional
- 49:38mindset. I think so. All right anyway, the trangers, the strangers
- 49:44who tell you to smile darling, or to cheer up love it might never
- 49:49happen. The ones who motion for you to remove your headphones in the park
- 49:52when you're quite content listening to Taylor Swift. Oh God, this woman is
- 49:55like, it's like, is this a parody of a That's what I was
- 50:00saying very much, and the lyrics do this is why we can't have nice
- 50:05things? Have never felt quite so apt. God, It's I'm sorry,
- 50:12It's just I really doubt that men spend this much time on her. No,
- 50:16I don't think they spend this much time thinking about the opposite sex.
- 50:21And why can't I just say this, guys, if you are one of
- 50:24these men who is engaging with women like this, just stop. Have some
- 50:29dignity. Yeah, walk away from this. It's entire thing. And I
- 50:36know you know that guy date psych is probably like, oh, you're just
- 50:40encouraging them. It's like, at what point do men have the right to
- 50:45expect a minimum level of some kind of respect as being humans. I don't
- 50:51mean like, I don't mean like, uh, I don't know what respect
- 50:55women kind of respect, but just like I don't know. Yeah, all
- 51:05right, all right, I got a super chat from Albert Nata Retro and
- 51:09he gives us two dollars. Thank you Albert and says, like Burr said,
- 51:13no feminists in a house fire, thank you for the super chat.
- 51:17Okay, Well back to the article, all right, And when you do
- 51:24remove your headphones when you are jolted out of simply minding your own business,
- 51:29the man in question thinks he has a right to know what you are listening
- 51:32to. What he really wants to know, it seems to me, is
- 51:36what on earth you think you are doing here? A woman alone on a
- 51:39bench? How very dare you? The audacity of solitude? It is offensive
- 51:44to men like this, Wow, she's got psychic powers. We need the
- 51:47X Men theme and air like she can lead men's minds like Professor X.
- 51:53You know, it's like she knows what men are thinking. Guys, And
- 52:00when you tell them that actually you're fine, thanks, and you'd like to
- 52:04be left alone, nine times out of ten they become aggressive, call you
- 52:07a bitch, act hurt and wounded, because why wouldn't you want their attention?
- 52:13How could you possibly defer to be or prefer to be so lonely and
- 52:16unaccompanied, so a drift and damsel hood, so achingly eye wateringly solitary?
- 52:22What is a quiet park jaunt without the interjection of a penis? My god?
- 52:30Like that that? I think hers broke my head? Why? I
- 52:43mean this is like literal like political lesbianism. I think that's what it looks
- 52:47like. I don't know. Okay, why don't you just just wear a
- 52:52shirt that says I hate men? Yeah? I mean, just oh yeah,
- 53:00the UK? I don't Sometimes I wonder if the UK's feminism isn't worse
- 53:04than and then and then like again. I know I keep repeating this guy
- 53:07like the date dating coaches. He say, yeah, just keep doing it.
- 53:10Men. You don't need to talk to men. Dear, you need
- 53:15to get on Twitter and start talking to to date psych. You need to
- 53:19get on his ass and start telling him stop telling men to approach you in
- 53:23public or to approach women in public, because that's what he counsels. Just
- 53:28stop. That's what you need to do, because you writing this article isn't
- 53:32doing anything. You need to start targeting the dating coaches and start, you
- 53:37know, spamming them. No, just send your swarm of hornets after them,
- 53:44telling them that they need to stop telling men to approach women. Need
- 53:47to stop shaming men into approaching women. You know, like you're not doing
- 53:52much here. You need to go. You need to go to the source.
- 53:55Yep, okay, let's see where was I? Okay? And when
- 54:07you tell them not that actually you're fine, thanks, and you'd like to
- 54:09be left alone? Oh no, I already read that part right. Yeah.
- 54:14If you're wondering why we might seem hostile, well no, just I'm
- 54:17not even wondering about it. But I think you're the only one really wondering
- 54:22how we went from an eBay message to this shit. But yeah, everywhere
- 54:27on the streets. I'm sure the escalation is not complete. So let's let's
- 54:31just ride the ride the roller coaster up. Yeah, you know that knocking
- 54:37that they have as you're wound up to the top. Yep, we're in
- 54:42that process here. I'm pretty sure there's gonna be more escalation, so let's
- 54:46do it. If you're wondering why we might seem hostile, consider this.
- 54:52Men's intrusions into women's lives aren't always so harmless. Examples like the one above
- 54:57are irritating, certainly, but not dangerous. I have friends who have been
- 55:00date raped and sexually assaulted, and have even experienced that myself. With a
- 55:06link to another article, I'll just take a care. I'll just peek at
- 55:09it. Okay, you peak at it. I'm oh why, I'm not
- 55:13surprised by the Russell brand allegation. So she's using that to talk about something
- 55:19else perhaps, or she's like kind of bragging that she was one of his
- 55:23victims. I don't know, I don't cared. Okay, Okay, let's
- 55:30let me let me unpack this. Ye, this is this is why I'm
- 55:35gonna tell you guys something. We're not gonna get anywhere until you until we
- 55:39kick out the pillar of sexual assault. Now, first of all, in
- 55:45the UK, it is not considered like men can't be raped by women.
- 55:50So she lives in a in a society in which one group's being raped is
- 55:53not even recognized as rape. So right off the bat, her victimhood is
- 55:59less, honestly or at least less marginalized. But this is one of the
- 56:05big pillars that feminism is situates itself on, and that is sexual violence.
- 56:10And the only way we are going to move forward is if we kick that
- 56:15one out, and we have to do it by forcing people to recognize that
- 56:22there are two legitimate positions when it comes to the relative rate of sexual assault.
- 56:28One we don't know how much men rape women versus women rape men.
- 56:34We don't know, or two it's close to parody. Those are the two
- 56:37legitimate responses based on the data that we have. Now, full stop,
- 56:43anything else is a con anything else is trying to sell you something, anything
- 56:47else is demonizing men, and that pillar has got to go. And this
- 56:52is why I think that conservatives, and I'm not talking about all conservatives because
- 56:57there are some individual conservatives who understand this and are open to talking about this
- 57:02problem. Sure, but as long as feminists have this lie, they have
- 57:08everything else right, they can always escalate and default. And you see this
- 57:15in this article. We've gone from receiving a goddamn eBay comment to rape.
- 57:21They will always do this, They will always retreat and justify everything based on
- 57:27well, men rape women, and until they until that weapon is removed,
- 57:36they win. And and conservatives are not prepared to recognize the epidemic of women
- 57:45sexually assaulting men and the fact that we don't talk about it, we don't
- 57:50recognize it, we don't want to do anything about it. And unfortunately,
- 57:53because we don't, we're never going to be able to do about anything about
- 57:57the prevalence of sexual assault overall, period, because we're ignoring half of the
- 58:01data and half of the victims, all right. So, and also we're
- 58:06giving feminists a weapon to continue to control the discourse. So this has to
- 58:10go. And if you are not able to accept it and not able to
- 58:16hold people to the fire on this one issue, you lose them all.
- 58:22And unfortunately, the general average massive conservatives is not prepared to do this.
- 58:31Women rape men. It is entirely within the realm of possibility that women rape
- 58:40men as much as men rape women. Okay, women's sexual violence towards men
- 58:49is massive. It is unspoken about, it is unrecognized, and also the
- 59:00lies about this reality are used to further demonize men. I mean, think
- 59:07about it. We live in a society where women can basically rape men with
- 59:12impunity, get away with it, and really get away with it, as
- 59:15in there is almost no conviction and it is a significant issue. And then
- 59:22they turn around and they say rape is a male action. Therefore I'm going
- 59:30to demonize you. Therefore somehow eBay comment something something something rape. So this
- 59:37this is and this is like the sheer level of perfidity of this is gobsbacking.
- 59:47It's one of the things that just horrifies me on the face, so
- 59:52that we that that this is the situation that we live in. Not only
- 59:57do is this something that men face and have to live with, they're also
- 1:00:00condemned, condemned as being uniquely rape. I don't know, like maybe the
- 1:00:07people that have played an instrumental part in not recognizing the rape of men,
- 1:00:15not treating it as serious, minimizing it creating narratives that minimize it, that
- 1:00:20make it somebody else, you know, like make it their men's own problem.
- 1:00:23You know. Maybe they're the rapey ones. Yeah, maybe they're the
- 1:00:29ones who are responsible for this in a way that other people aren't. Oh
- 1:00:36all right, I've spent Oh yeah, I'm go go back to the article.
- 1:00:42Uh, no more super chats or anything yet. So I've spent far
- 1:00:46too many evenings feeling forced to play nice with strange men in bars who wander
- 1:00:52over when I'm with my female friends because they can't abide seeing women having perfectly
- 1:00:57nice evenings without them. I have bitten my tongue during inane conversations and humor
- 1:01:04transparent attempts to nag us. Why don't we just tell men like this to
- 1:01:12fuck off? Simple because they might turn nasty, and when you're a woman,
- 1:01:17you always have one eye out for men turning nasty. Margaret Atwood was
- 1:01:22right. And to the predictable hordes who will say, but this was just
- 1:01:28one man. We don't all contact women online, I will say this,
- 1:01:31It's never just one man. Never to deny our reality makes you complicit.
- 1:01:37Women are tired of your harassment. We want you on the whole to leave
- 1:01:42us alone, and we definitely don't want you sliding into our DMS while we're
- 1:01:45doing some secret late night shopping. Wait, that's not how EBA works.
- 1:01:51She's so pathetic. This is the most pathetic person. I'm sorry, but
- 1:01:55it's pathetic. You're sad, you're sad, and you're lonely, and you're
- 1:02:00mad at the world. And yeah, that's true. And unfortunately she controls
- 1:02:06a lot of the discourse, so I can't She is personally sad and pathetic.
- 1:02:10But in our societies, sad and pathetic people have a lot of reach.
- 1:02:15After all, she's published by the Independent. Women are tired of harassment,
- 1:02:21okay that the men are like, honestly, lady, men are you
- 1:02:25know? And when we read articles like this, like let's let's let's throw
- 1:02:30it to the crowd, because you've got a lot of guys probably listening.
- 1:02:34Do you want to continue to approach women when you hear articles like this,
- 1:02:38when you hear these kinds of articles, do you want to run the risk
- 1:02:43of rejection in order to strike up a conversation and maybe maybe get a relationship
- 1:02:50out of it. You know that thing that's critical for the long term survival
- 1:02:53of our civilization, that people get together and pair, bond and produce children.
- 1:02:59Oh, okay, there you go. No, I mean at this
- 1:03:02point like like not a chance in hell. Tw the wanderer, keep going,
- 1:03:07keep telling me she can get bent. Right at this point, this
- 1:03:12is like, this is the woman and more than anyone else, nor any
- 1:03:17any other woman, she's the one who's been anointed to be the loudest voice
- 1:03:22for what women think. Right, She's been given the podium. She is
- 1:03:29the loudest voice in the room. Right. Other women aren't getting to aren't
- 1:03:34getting up on the podium and saying, oh no, this woman is wrong.
- 1:03:37I actually like approaches, you know, presumably if they're polite, right,
- 1:03:43I don't. Actually, I'm not actually afraid of men turning nasty,
- 1:03:45So you don't have to worry about me me being scared of you, or
- 1:03:50you're creating a horrible situation for me that I feel like I'm being harassed.
- 1:03:53We don't have that. We just have this woman telling us Paul what she
- 1:04:00wants. And honestly, I don't see the problem if men listen to this
- 1:04:04woman who's telling them what they want and gives it to her, because it's
- 1:04:09not like other women are contradicting her. They're not on the podium saying what
- 1:04:14they want, not to any great degree. I mean, occasionally you have
- 1:04:18one woman saying, well, where why aren't the men approaching us? But
- 1:04:21she never counsels other women, well maybe we should, you know, just
- 1:04:26they'll pull back a bit on this kind of stuff, like the condemnation,
- 1:04:30the presentation of even just being approached to some kind of horrible trauma. I
- 1:04:34mean, you read this and you're like, oh, wow, geez,
- 1:04:39if a man approaches a strange woman in public, she might be causing her
- 1:04:43tremendous personal distress. Like who the hell what men are going to approach women?
- 1:04:48After you frame it that way? Yeah, okay, like the psychos
- 1:04:54basically like the men who don't care, or maybe the men who laugh this
- 1:04:59stuff off. But boy, you have to sort of be a little bit
- 1:05:02of a psycho to laugh this stuff off with. This is the only thing,
- 1:05:06the only female voice in the room telling you what the experience is like,
- 1:05:12you know, like you have to be a bit of a psycho to
- 1:05:16just laugh this off, you know. And I take what you mean,
- 1:05:19Brian, this is pathetic. She is pathetic, but on the other hand,
- 1:05:24I can see I can totally understand why if this is the only voice
- 1:05:29in the room, men are choosing to just just be like, well,
- 1:05:32you know, I don't want to give women bad experiences. I don't want
- 1:05:35to be also accused. I don't want to be falsely accused. Like what
- 1:05:39is the benefit here? I'm gonna risk false accusation and the most likely outcome
- 1:05:44is that I'm gonna traumatize some woman, Like and is there any wonder In
- 1:05:49the last two years, the number of men approaching women has gone down ten
- 1:05:54percent, and I'm pretty sure they're probably not gonna look at it anymore because
- 1:05:58it's gonna I'm I'm pretty sure that's gonna just go down further and further.
- 1:06:03Yeah, it's just it's I don't think that's getting better, I'll put it
- 1:06:09that way, And it's not. It's not going to get better from from
- 1:06:13the commentary like this. And what really astounds me is the is the dating
- 1:06:17coaches refuse to acknowledge the influence of this crap. Yeah, well, I
- 1:06:24mean, as somebody pointed out that didn't come to this conclusion myself. Someone
- 1:06:28pointed out, it's like, well, but that would mean losing, losing
- 1:06:30customers like that that they don't want to lose. I mean, what I've
- 1:06:36seen through my ten years doing Honey Badger Radio in twenty years talking about these
- 1:06:42issues is that there are certain narratives that really sell and really get a lot
- 1:06:46of attention. Okay, women are victims. Gets really sells, gets a
- 1:06:51lot of attention. And hey, guys, I can you can learn my
- 1:06:58fool proof method of attracting women. Just three easy payments of nine hundred and
- 1:07:03ninety nine dollars each and you'll get my seminar of supersduction. That sells tells
- 1:07:10a lot, It sells tremendously. Of course, there's a lot of turnover
- 1:07:15in that particular industry, but it really does sell. So for women,
- 1:07:20condemnation of men is what is the big big chitchener And for men, all,
- 1:07:27well, i'll teach you. I'll teach you the secrets of seduction so
- 1:07:30that you can actually attract a woman. That's the big chitching. And if
- 1:07:35you don't do either of those things, you're not going to get a hell
- 1:07:39of a lot of attention. But honestly, I don't know what to say,
- 1:07:44Like, I can't honestly sit here and say yeah, I got a
- 1:07:46fool proof method. Yeah you can. You can approach women and not get
- 1:07:50a sexual harassment charge and eventually be successful. And you know, the only
- 1:07:56thing I can do is maybe say, hey, if she does reject you,
- 1:07:59it's not it's probably not because you're a bad person, right, it's
- 1:08:03it's probably not you. Who knows. Maybe it's the freaking pervasive narrative that
- 1:08:09when men are are useless as partners. So, yeah, they don't have
- 1:08:15easy answers to this. I don't have, like, I can't. I
- 1:08:19don't see an easy answer to this. This is a we have really fucked
- 1:08:25ourselves, like the human race has fucked itself into a pretzel, and any
- 1:08:31solution is gonna require a hell of a lot of elbow grease and and honesty
- 1:08:38and questioning. Yeah, it is scary, it is appropriate. Oh yeah,
- 1:08:45there's your Halloween message for Halloween. On Halloween, all right, So
- 1:08:51I got some to do. I got a super chat real quick I want
- 1:08:56to put on the screen, and it came up as an announcement through Spot.
- 1:09:00I can give it like the proper the proper recognition. So Derek Workman
- 1:09:04gives us ten dollars and says they treat men worse than women's the whole they
- 1:09:10are afraid of men turning nasty is a lie. Yes, true, Thank
- 1:09:15you, Derek. Actually that is really interesting because she's she's actually justifying treating
- 1:09:20men badly by saying that men will turn nasty. Really mm hmm, okay,
- 1:09:27yeah, she's nasty to men because she thinks they might become nasty.
- 1:09:31I guess it's I guess, well, that is a logic. That is
- 1:09:34a logic. Well, no, I don't even want to say that is
- 1:09:36a logicoid you know, it resembles a thought self contradicting there though. Maybe
- 1:09:45all right, so I'm gonna do some thank yous, and just to remind
- 1:09:48everybody we are doing our fundraiser this this is not an easy like message to
- 1:09:53sell. I'm not kidding when I when I say that if you want to
- 1:09:56make bank, you sell women condemnation of men. You basically show them crap
- 1:10:01like this. I don't know why this is so attractive to women like that?
- 1:10:06Oh, men are men are horrible. Men are constantly out to get
- 1:10:10your punani and also that's terrible and uh, but what what men want is
- 1:10:15how to make women love me, men women want how much do men hate
- 1:10:21us? And women? And men want how to make a woman love me?
- 1:10:26And there they go, that's the sad state of our society. Yeah
- 1:10:30and yeah. So unfortunately our message which is, yeah, we got to
- 1:10:33be honest with ourselves and start digging deeper, not not as palatable, not
- 1:10:39as easy. So if you want to help us out, if you're just
- 1:10:43that kind of stubborn person who really likes the truth, feed the Badger dot
- 1:10:47com slash support because we exist, because you have allowed us to, you
- 1:10:53have continued to support us, which you know makes me feel better, because
- 1:10:57I'm pretty sure that, like I said, the only way we're going to
- 1:11:00get out of this is some honesty. And as painful as the honesty is
- 1:11:02and as unpalatable as the honesty is, somebody has got to keep that beacon
- 1:11:08lit, and it happens to be yes. So feed the Badger dot com
- 1:11:13slash support. Please help us out. Know that you are doing at least
- 1:11:15something. In my opinion, and I could be completely wrong, this is
- 1:11:19what needs to happen. So if we are going to have a future,
- 1:11:24we are going to have to have these conversations and start fixing the Foundation feed
- 1:11:28the Badger dot com slash support to make sure that we can continue to keep
- 1:11:31that beacon lit and that conversation going. And uh, it is up to
- 1:11:35you if you want to know that. Yeah, if you want to know
- 1:11:40that you are making a difference. I think you are. In fact,
- 1:11:42I think you're the only ones making a difference. Feed the Badger dot com
- 1:11:45slash support. I will do my thank yous now, hey, let's do
- 1:11:49it, all right. Craigs gives us twenty five dollars, Thank you,
- 1:11:54Craig cy Okay, okay, sorry, I'm just double clicking accidentally. All
- 1:12:02right, so, uh, Telenar gave us fifty bucks. We already mentioned
- 1:12:09that, but we've mentioned it again. Wow. Health potion Addict give us
- 1:12:15one hundred dollars. Thank you, Health potion Addict. Oh, thank you.
- 1:12:18Come again. Hyper Chicken gives us one hundred bucks. Thank you,
- 1:12:23hyper Chicken. My spoon is too big, okay, And that's that's it's
- 1:12:30so far. Yeah, it's it's good, you see, it's uh,
- 1:12:34it's not bad. We are we only to have two days left, though,
- 1:12:38guys, so please please help out if you are able to. Like
- 1:12:43I said, I really do believe this is the message that has a has
- 1:12:46a hope in hell of actually helping us get some sort of future. I
- 1:12:53don't think it's a surprise that it is ultimately the truth, and you know
- 1:12:58it's a it's a difficult one. It requires people. It requires people who
- 1:13:01are incredibly stubborn to keep with it, but also people who are incredibly stubborn
- 1:13:08to support it. So you know, if you're that stubborn, feed the
- 1:13:11Badger dot com slash support. And also if you want to send us a
- 1:13:15message, you want to tell us what you think about approaching women after reading
- 1:13:18articles like that, you can do so at feed the Badger dot com slash
- 1:13:23just the Tip. At any point after the show, you can send us
- 1:13:28a tip. We get the full benefit of your of your moneys, and
- 1:13:31you get the benefit of being able to bamboozle us not bamboos like bamboozle.
- 1:13:36Bamboozle also needs confused right, confuse the hell out of us with a little
- 1:13:41extra amount of text and avoiding YouTube censorship. So there you go, Feed
- 1:13:45the Badger dot com slash just the Tip. If you want to send us
- 1:13:47a tip, just tell us we're not screaming into the void, and you
- 1:13:50appreciate us and uh feed the Badger dot com slash support if you want to
- 1:13:56make sure that we can continue to bring you this content, this unique approach
- 1:14:00looking at things. What a shocker. We do have to we do have
- 1:14:03to actually pair bond to have a future, because we're a pair bonding species.
- 1:14:09And we also got to take care of men since they do a lot
- 1:14:12of the work that's required to keep society running. And women do like this
- 1:14:16do not help to not help at all, they help nothing. Okay,
- 1:14:24all right, back to you, Brian. Did you have some final words?
- 1:14:27Uh? No, I said the word final. Damn it. It's
- 1:14:30okay. We're at the end anyways. Well, I still working on like
- 1:14:35the ultimate setup for this chat thing. But I think this will be a
- 1:14:39much very useful to us because it lets us acknowledge the Superchows in particular and
- 1:14:45the Rumble Gang. Shout out to the Rumble Gang. Give us some dual
- 1:14:48cool doges in the chat before we close it out. That will allow you
- 1:14:51to be like a little bit closer to the rest of the people who haven't
- 1:14:56caught up, haven't caught up to the to the af someeness that is Rumble
- 1:15:00all right, But anyway. But with that said, we're gonna wrap it
- 1:15:04up here. I guess we're not doing a news show tomorrow. We're doing
- 1:15:08a Halloween thing that, right, Alison, Yeah, I guess in the
- 1:15:14day. Yeah, I guess you guys could do a news show since the
- 1:15:16what we're doing is have to be really early. No, that's okay because
- 1:15:20I've already said we're gonna do the new show on Wednesday. And also that
- 1:15:26will also be a little bit earlier too, because I gotta pick Lindsay up,
- 1:15:30like a little earlier than she normally gets out of work. So but
- 1:15:33it's okay, we'll work with that. So anyway, look forward to that.
