A former executive director of the Rainbow Literacy and Learning Society in Vulcan is facing serious charges after allegedly stealing over $15,000 using the organization’s credit card for personal expenses. The RCMP investigated after the nonprofit flagged suspicious activity in September last year, leading to multiple counts of fraud, breach of trust, and theft.
