- 0:02Imagine breaking free from the grind and building a business that lights you up, ignites with purpose, and delivers the ultimate reward.
- 0:12Forge Fire Protocol gives ambitious entrepreneurs the proven five-step system to choose the right business, launch it successfully, scale it strategically, and exit on your terms.
- 0:26Turning vision into lasting wealth, forged in fire, built for legacy.
- 0:35Welcome to Forge Fire Protocol.
- 0:36I'm Steve Moynihan with my co-host Don LaPume and Mike Sullivan.
- 0:41And at this moment, we're going to go a little bit out of order in our podcast sequence because Mike and Don have worked literally the last 24 hours at bringing really a 10x
- 0:53benefit to the Forge program and what they've developed here and what they've come forward.
- 0:58And we want to show that to you right now because it's just that exciting.
- 1:02And there's nothing really else out there like it.
- 1:05And you're going to love what you're going to see today.
- 1:07But Mike and Don, right now, they're running on high-octane caffeine.
- 1:12Okay?
- 1:13They are so jacked up because as they went into a program starting yesterday afternoon and running through the evening, and they were building in it, they could see what they were creating.
- 1:25And they had this vision.
- 1:26And they kept going and going and driving all through the morning up to now.
- 1:31And here's the quote that I'm going to bring up.
- 1:33And it's by the legendary football coach Vince Lombardi.
- 1:37And here it is, and I'm going to add a little bit in it so it includes everyone.
- 1:43But I firmly believe that any man or woman's finest hour, their greatest fulfillment of all that he or she holds dear, in that moment when he or she is work, their heart out in good cause, and lies exhausted on the field of battle victorious.
- 2:00And that's what Mike and Don are right now, and they're going to go on and they're going to share what they brought to the forge today.
- 2:09Thank you so much, Stephen.
- 2:10That was a great quote, by the way.
- 2:12Love Vince Lombardi.
- 2:14So, you know, we've talked about rapid iteration.
- 2:17We talked about all sorts of things already in this podcast and certainly in the book, as far as how can we take an idea, verify it, check it, test it, pressure test it, and then launch it with the exit in mind, scale it,
- 2:37And we wanted to condense the time in three to five years for a $10 million plus exit.
- 2:40That's the objective.
- 2:41That's the goal, right?
- 2:42So in order to do that, we talk a lot about rapid iteration.
- 2:46How quickly can we test things?
- 2:48How quickly can we make things happen?
- 2:51And so Mike and I are going to show you some of the stuff that we've done, as Steven said, since noon yesterday.
- 2:59Now, right now it is 1 07 PM.
- 3:01So we're talking 25 hours and seven minutes, all right?
- 3:07And I know we both got very little sleep.
- 3:08I haven't showered.
- 3:09You know, I don't normally wear a hat in a podcast, whatever.
- 3:12Right.
- 3:13But I'll tell you, we've just been working and working through this and can't wait to share because part of this has direct impact on what actually it all has direct impact on everyone that's going to listen to this.
- 3:27But certainly for those who are part of the Forge Fire Protocol.
- 3:33Yeah, and just to double down on that, what we have, and I will tease this because this is huge.
- 3:43And this isn't hype in any way, shape, or form.
- 3:45We're going to show you how huge this is.
- 3:48And I'm going to explain this to you.
- 3:49One of the things that's done that we're going to show you, and it's just going to be an example.
- 3:54I went back to the room to my 12-year-old son last night, and I said, what's an app?
- 3:58What's something that frustrates you that you don't have access to today?
- 4:01Or you might have seen things out here that were okay, but they don't exist.
- 4:04And he's like, Dad, it's just a lot.
- 4:06It's complicated.
- 4:07I don't even know.
- 4:07And I said, it's not complicated.
- 4:09What I want you to do is in a minute, I want you to think about it.
- 4:11Whenever you're off the phone or whenever you're done playing your game, let's come out in the room, talk to me.
- 4:16I'm going to sit there.
- 4:17I'm going to record what you want.
- 4:18And then we're going to build it.
- 4:22And we're going to explain how we did that with him making about three to five minutes of comments.
- 4:28And I was sitting there and waiting 30 minutes and then showing a finished product.
- 4:34It's a remarkable product.
- 4:36It's that simple.
- 4:37Like you guys will.
- 4:38Yeah.
- 4:38Well, we should just start showing.
- 4:40This is insane.
- 4:41All right.
- 4:42Yeah.
- 4:42This is crazy.
- 4:43And if we do seem a little off, we just.
- 4:46We are off.
- 4:47We are.
- 4:47We are off.
- 4:48So.
- 4:49That's okay.
- 4:51But in a creative way.
- 4:53Yes.
- 4:53It's been amazing.
- 4:54Yep.
- 4:55Yes.
- 4:56So, and literally I just had, wait, are we still, oh, we're not sharing yet.
- 5:02That's right.
- 5:02Let me just make sure I have, I want to make sure.
- 5:06Yeah.
- 5:07I want your son.
- 5:08I want to show your son's idea first.
- 5:10Okay.
- 5:11I just think that that's the best.
- 5:12And you explained it.
- 5:13You can guide me through it.
- 5:14Not that you really need to, but here comes a share and boom.
- 5:20There he is.
- 5:22Yep.
- 5:22So this is basically us figuring it out.
- 5:26And this is, we can enter in my information.
- 5:28Okay.
- 5:29So I'm just going to enter a random street.
- 5:32Type 02043.
- 5:33That's the town I live in.
- 5:34It's Hingham, Massachusetts.
- 5:36Okay.
- 5:36And then for a spot, let's just say, say 500 Main Street.
- 5:44And Hingham, S. Hingham, H-A-N-G-H-A-M-S.
- 5:51And click find.
- 5:52Yep.
- 5:54Okay.
- 5:55And so here's what happened.
- 5:56My son said to me that when him and his friends go fishing, he's wondering at like which ponds, which areas are the best for freshwater.
- 6:02He's going to iterate and make a saltwater version of this as well.
- 6:06But for the time being, he wanted live conditions and bite forecasts.
- 6:09So he wanted an idea as to like, what were the live conditions out there?
- 6:12Where's the best place where the fish are biting?
- 6:15He wanted a bite forecast based on every spot in every pond rated from prime through tough.
- 6:20Yeah.
- 6:20He wanted a current conditions banner above the results showing you the temperature, the wind, the barometric pressure, because that helps tell you where the fish are feeding.
- 6:31It's one of the biggest drivers.
- 6:33He also wanted the best time of day and year.
- 6:36He wanted an interactive map that shows you what's around.
- 6:39And he said he wanted it to have a personal fishing catch log so you can log in and log what you caught at that time during what time, et cetera.
- 6:47And he wanted user authentication so users could also have their favorite list of ponds.
- 6:51He said, I wanted to also provide me recommendations for the bait to use and what kind of fish are in the pond.
- 6:57And what are the best type of bait to catch those fish inside that pond?
- 7:00He said, and tell me what are the best bets for ponds near me.
- 7:03And then provide me like a field guide and pond cards for each pond.
- 7:07So that's what he asked for, and this is what it came up with.
- 7:10So if we scroll down here, first of all right now, you see 87 degrees Fahrenheit, mostly clear.
- 7:14Feels like 95.
- 7:15Five mile per hour wind southwest, and the barometric pressure is 30.00.
- 7:22Okay.
- 7:24Now, best bets near you.
- 7:25Here's a list.
- 7:26So this first one right here on the left, we'll do Bear Cove Park ponds.
- 7:29Okay.
- 7:29A series of small freshwater ponds within Bear Cove Park offering quiet,
- 7:35fishing spots with good bass and sunfish populations.
- 7:38Bite forecast.
- 7:39Good.
- 7:4076%.
- 7:40A little chop breaks up the surface and pushes bait to the banks.
- 7:44Shows you large mouth bass, 50%.
- 7:46Yellow perch, 10%.
- 7:48Bluegill sunfish, 40%.
- 7:50Best bait.
- 7:51Plastic worms, green pumpkin.
- 7:53For large mouth bass,
- 7:56And Texas rig submerged.
- 7:59Whatever.
- 7:59So it just shows you what the different options are for different types.
- 8:03And then it says small crickets or worms for bluegill and sunfish.
- 8:07Use light tackle and small hooks near lily pads.
- 8:11Best time early morning in the late afternoon in spring and summer.
- 8:14Fish near fallen trees and aquatic plants for best bass action.
- 8:19See now, and I got to ask this, cause this is, this is just huge.
- 8:23By the way, folks, this all applies.
- 8:25I know we're talking about fishing, but we're not really.
- 8:28All right.
- 8:28This is, this applies to you, to your business.
- 8:33And, and so I'd love to go through all of this.
- 8:36And I, and I know your son's going to be able to get this up and he's going to be able to sell this app.
- 8:40Yeah.
- 8:41And it's already out there right now.
- 8:43It's already published.
- 8:45So, so good.
- 8:47Um,
- 8:48Mike, and I know the answer, but everybody needs to hear this.
- 8:51Your son told you what he wanted.
- 8:54He read it off.
- 8:55Like he gave you that statement, right?
- 8:57He didn't even read it.
- 8:58He sat on a couch and looked up in the air and just thought.
- 9:03And I pushed the record button.
- 9:05We use an app called Whisper Flow.
- 9:08And I pressed two buttons on my keyboard.
- 9:11I clicked inside the box to tell it what I wanted to do.
- 9:13I held the two buttons down and he talked.
- 9:17about what he wanted it to have.
- 9:19And then he's like, oh, and you know what?
- 9:20It'd be nice if I had like a catch log or something that tracks where I catch fish.
- 9:25And then, you know what, it'd be cool if it told me which bait to use for this.
- 9:27And he's just thinking out loud and talking.
- 9:30And he literally thought out loud for somewhere in let's say the three to five minute range, probably closer to the three minute range.
- 9:36And then one of the things he said, I just asked him to be clear on.
- 9:40I said, so, for example, are you saying that it would be great for you to have, like, where's a good spot to find a fish as well?
- 9:47Like, they could sit down there, like, near a fallen log and stuff like that.
- 9:49He goes, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's exactly what I'm saying.
- 9:53But I didn't understand it when he first said it.
- 9:54So I just reiterated that comment.
- 9:56And that was my involvement.
- 9:57Because I was asking him to clarify that one thing.
- 10:00Then I let go of the button.
- 10:01It took everything I said, put it in the box, everything that was just said that my son said, I mean, and what I had added in.
- 10:08And then we clicked send.
- 10:09We will tell you how to get this, but not just yet.
- 10:12You've got to understand how big this is.
- 10:14So continue.
- 10:15I'm sorry.
- 10:16So I let go of the keyboard.
- 10:17It took everything that he said and that I added in.
- 10:19It took that all, put it in text format, just dropped it in the box, and we clicked send.
- 10:25And then it started building.
- 10:26And it took about 15 to 20 minutes.
- 10:30And then I tested it the first time it was done, and then I walked back his room and I said, this is a pretty cool app you just built.
- 10:37And he took a look at it and I was laughing.
- 10:39He's like, this is awesome.
- 10:41And how long did it take again to build?
- 10:43His time, three to five minutes, and about another 15 to 20 for it to build it on its own after he was done.
- 10:48So the system built it for him after he spoke it, and it was just... And it was not scripted.
- 10:57He was literally lying in bed playing video games on the phone with his friend.
- 11:01And I said, what's something that's bothering you?
- 11:02Honestly, this is what I was expecting he was going to say because this was something he voiced to me frustration about like two days ago.
- 11:08That he found an app and it didn't have this and it didn't have that.
- 11:10And the app was okay, but it didn't have.
- 11:13So needless to say.
- 11:14I mean, he's going to sell this.
- 11:18This is just awesome.
- 11:20It's just amazing.
- 11:21I mean, completely amazing.
- 11:24You guys know that I search and I look for a lot of material that's out there.
- 11:30And there was a webinar I saw yesterday.
- 11:33And for something like this, their enrollment fee is $3,000.
- 11:38And you get an app builder, but you don't get anything else.
- 11:42You don't get how to take that app and how to scale it and exponentially sell it three to five years down the road for a $10 million exit.
- 11:51And this app, I mean, what we're seeing right now, that's got that potential.
- 11:58But the best thing here at the Forge is, we've got the blueprint, we've got the step-by-step to get you to that number.
- 12:05Yes.
- 12:06And that's a perfect segue.
- 12:08So, so this is to say, this is what Don and I were doing.
- 12:10And after we created it, that's when I realized how simple it was.
- 12:12I'm like, for a proof of concept, let's have my 12 year old do it.
- 12:16Yeah.
- 12:17And that's what he created.
- 12:18Now, wait till you see what Don and I were up to.
- 12:21First time you can share in a minute, which ties exactly into what Steven was saying.
- 12:25So then we started saying all these different things that we have PDFs for, and we have documents for, we have spreadsheets for, and these tools that we built to give you.
- 12:34Okay.
- 12:35And these tools that took 20, 30, 40, 50 years of knowledge and expertise to kind of put together and say, you know, what is people not given us?
- 12:45Well, we were just able to take a lot of that and put it into an app that you can now get access to in seconds to minutes.
- 12:56So let us show you.
- 12:56And these things, by the way, and I'm going to say this.
- 12:59So I'm going to show you two that Mike did, and I'll show you a couple that I did.
- 13:02Actually, I didn't pull up all of mine.
- 13:05but I'm just going to go into the key one of mine, but let's go to this one first, Mike.
- 13:14So what was your thought?
- 13:15I mean, I know we've actually, let me say it this way.
- 13:22We have talked about all the different stuff we're building into the ForgeFire protocol system, the whole ecosystem, right?
- 13:29And helping businesses, right?
- 13:32helping entrepreneurs, not just to pick the right business, to detect it, to know, but even, even in how you build it, every single step, every single stage, we've talked about all the tools that we want to be able to build and make available for, for the team.
- 13:47And that's where, um, two of these that you created came from.
- 13:51This is one of them.
- 13:53And, uh, talk, talk to us about this one, please.
- 13:55Cause this is a business.
- 13:56So we're giving this away, by the way, we're going to put the link for this.
- 14:00In fact, um,
- 14:01This particular one, we'll put the link to it right below us right now.
- 14:06All right.
- 14:07It'll be on the podcast video.
- 14:09And then we'll put it in there because we're going to brand the link.
- 14:15But you'll be able to go through this and use this free tool that we're just going to make available to you.
- 14:21And that will lead you to, of course, Forgefire Protocol.
- 14:24You get additional information on Forgefire Protocol, but you get this incredible tool.
- 14:28So go ahead, Mike, talk about this and just tell me what I should do with it.
- 14:32Yep.
- 14:32So we're going to walk through it.
- 14:33But here's what I did, okay, is I took a look at anyone who's starting a business.
- 14:37And what did we do?
- 14:39Okay.
- 14:39And what have we done?
- 14:41Well, again, I have 40 years in technology or 30 years in technology, 40 years tinkering, 30 years of actual work knowledge and experience.
- 14:50But I wanted to take everything that we were doing and how do we make this simple?
- 14:55So everyone can kind of see it and then make it chooseable, selectable.
- 14:59So you can go through a map and check what you're looking for.
- 15:01It's a kind of guide you along the way.
- 15:03We'll walk you through that.
- 15:05We have a Excel document.
- 15:07That's like a spreadsheet that we, what we use again to try to document this information, but to make it really simple right now.
- 15:14And actually, yeah, that's a good point is down here too.
- 15:16I mean, what we're talking about here is this is just one of the tools.
- 15:19I'm going to walk you through this and another one.
- 15:20And Don's going to walk you through what we have.
- 15:23Right here, if you want this early access, that gives you early access to the whole protocol that we're launching, to this and many, many other tools.
- 15:32Okay?
- 15:32Now, Don and I are only at the beginning now, too, because a bunch of these tools that we've already built, we're now going to automate them to make them faster, quicker, easier for you to use them.
- 15:41They're already faster and quicker than I think almost anything else I've seen out there.
- 15:44But now it's going to be snap of the finger easy moving forward.
- 15:49Right.
- 15:49You get early access to the program plus bonuses if you click on the bottom on the right there, as well as additional discounts that are gonna be announced.
- 15:57You get some immediate bonuses and then there's gonna be a major discount announced coming in the next week.
- 16:01On the left there, if you wanna help us build it and answer some questions about you building a business or you wanting to build a business, you wanna answer some questions so we can best serve you, you're gonna get a free digital copy of the book as a bonus, as well as access to those same discounts and information.
- 16:18Major benefit there to that.
- 16:20And that takes you, it guides you into the backend ecosystem for the whole ForgeFire protocol that we're going to be describing, which includes tools like this and many others.
- 16:28So let's walk through it, Don, and start clicking on, like start the free tech assessment.
- 16:34So right off the bat, do you have a domain?
- 16:36Do you own a custom domain such as mikesullivan.com or mikesbodyshop.com?
- 16:41If not, click no.
- 16:42If you do already own it, say yes.
- 16:46Okay.
- 16:46So right there, if you say no,
- 16:49Okay, describe your business and we'll generate a professional name for you.
- 16:53So come up with a name.
- 16:53Let's say I want to use the name Mike and I want it to be an auto body shop.
- 17:03That's not what I do.
- 17:03And click generate names.
- 17:12And I would be using Whisperflow with this, but then you wouldn't be able to hear what I was saying.
- 17:15Exactly.
- 17:16It would block that.
- 17:16So, generate name.
- 17:18Let's see what it comes up with.
- 17:19I haven't tested this part.
- 17:20This is like, remember, this all started yesterday at 12 p.m., basically 25 hours ago, a little over 25 hours ago.
- 17:29Yep.
- 17:30Look at that.
- 17:31Six options.
- 17:32MikeSautocraft.com.
- 17:34MikeBodyWorks.com.
- 17:37MikeSpanelPro.com.
- 17:39Let's go at Mike's Body Lab in the lower left.
- 17:41I'll just click on that and continue just to keep that just so we can kind of see.
- 17:45So there you have domain names.
- 17:47Yep.
- 17:48Yeah.
- 17:48Okay, what's the size of your company?
- 17:49Is it just you?
- 17:50Is it a couple of people?
- 17:52This matters down the road, but for right now, I don't care.
- 17:55You can say, what, two to five.
- 17:57We'll keep it small.
- 17:58All right.
- 17:59Do you use Microsoft Office?
- 18:01So currently, do you use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive?
- 18:05Yes or no?
- 18:06Say yes, because I do.
- 18:09Okay.
- 18:11And then it says Microsoft for Google email.
- 18:13Yes, you use so click next.
- 18:15That's fine.
- 18:15It already preselected Microsoft.
- 18:17Do you have a computer?
- 18:18So this is saying, do you already have a computer or do you need one?
- 18:20Okay.
- 18:21So if you don't have one, you'd say no.
- 18:22If you do, you can say yes.
- 18:24Okay.
- 18:27So say yes.
- 18:29All right.
- 18:30If you're not familiar with any of these social platforms, do you need help setting them up with your company?
- 18:34So for your new Mike's, whatever, Mike's Body Lab, which do you want to be able to have a presence on?
- 18:42You select these.
- 18:43There you go.
- 18:44All of them.
- 18:44Click.
- 18:45Continue.
- 18:46Great.
- 18:47Do you need help designing a brand?
- 18:48Do you already have a logo and brand?
- 18:50It sounds like not because you didn't have a name for your company.
- 18:52So now that we just created it, yes, help me design the brand.
- 18:55Continue.
- 18:57Okay.
- 18:57Now, do you have a website for your company, like a basic website or a base website?
- 19:02My guess is no.
- 19:03All right.
- 19:04Are you interested in having a website created?
- 19:06Yes.
- 19:07Do you want sales funnels built or like a sale funnel built so that when people go into your site, it's bringing them in, which you definitely want.
- 19:13Because the biggest, most powerful thing you can have in your business is a list.
- 19:16So that's going to help you create your list of customers as well as guide them through what you have to offer.
- 19:20Okay.
- 19:21Click continue.
- 19:23So this is saying, what would you expect to invest for something like this?
- 19:27For all those services.
- 19:28So logo create, and it's going to kind of walk you through it.
- 19:30So it's a guided setup call.
- 19:32Domain plus email configuration plus your Microsoft licensing.
- 19:35The core tech stack checklist.
- 19:37So you're going to get access to that.
- 19:38You're going to have all those social platforms set up.
- 19:41Okay, so they're going to be set up for you.
- 19:42Now, with that being said, when you create logos, those logos have to be custom created for each and every one of those social platforms because they all don't use the same sizings.
- 19:50So you have to make sure you have a dark and a light logo.
- 19:52You have to make sure that it shows up on all those platforms so that it fits appropriately.
- 19:56So when someone goes there, you have a professional page.
- 19:59So you choose what you would expect to pay for that.
- 20:01You can enter your name up top there, your name, email, and company name, and then click choose plan.
- 20:08I'm curious.
- 20:09Yeah.
- 20:19Follow it, X, Y, Z for the moment.
- 20:20Yep.
- 20:21You can choose plan.
- 20:23Great.
- 20:24And it brings it right to your calendar.
- 20:27Yep.
- 20:27This comes right to one of my calendars that allows you to book time with me.
- 20:32That's fine.
- 20:33That takes you right to my motion calendar.
- 20:34So that's fine.
- 20:35But bottom line is, if you were to guess how long this took me to build and create, okay?
- 20:41So we already had the idea.
- 20:42I already know what I create as part of the tech stack.
- 20:46All right, that's 90% of it's up here.
- 20:48Some of it's on paper.
- 20:49But for this, everything was between left ear and right ear for how to create this.
- 20:54So what I did is I held those same two buttons down on my keyboard.
- 20:58After clicking in the box, I told her exactly what I wanted it to do.
- 21:01And I went step by step and said I wanted to include this.
- 21:03I wanted to ask about a computer because if they don't have a computer, we're going to want them to have a business computer.
- 21:07We want to walk them through the price of this just for the basic tech stack.
- 21:13I spent maybe five to seven minutes talking to it and reading it back and making sure it said what I wanted it to say.
- 21:19Then I click send.
- 21:22About 20 minutes later, 20, 25 minutes later, it created this.
- 21:26And then I walked through and I tested it in a couple of different scenarios.
- 21:28So let's just call it one hour, including my testing.
- 21:3130 minutes for creation for me and five minutes for me talking to it.
- 21:35About 20 minutes, let's call it 30 minutes for it to be generated from idea to concept.
- 21:4130 minutes of testing just before I even brought it to anyone's attention that we had done this.
- 21:47And that's what you have right now.
- 21:48So, so Mike, and I got to ask this.
- 21:50So you put, and I know the answer, but I think everybody needs to hear it.
- 21:53So you put about five minutes of thought and talk into it.
- 21:56Correct.
- 21:56And then you let the system run.
- 21:57I didn't write or type anything.
- 21:59Right.
- 22:00And then you just let the system run.
- 22:01So you could have gotten a coffee.
- 22:02You could have gone to the park.
- 22:04You could have gone fishing with your son.
- 22:05You could have done whatever, whatever.
- 22:07Yep.
- 22:08I helped him set up his rod.
- 22:09I helped him set up his rod for fishing today.
- 22:12I walked away.
- 22:14So it was real.
- 22:16And then you had, and then you did some testing when you got back.
- 22:19Yep.
- 22:20So your total time in this was roughly a half an hour.
- 22:23Yep.
- 22:24All right.
- 22:24And was it stressful?
- 22:28Oh, no.
- 22:29Look, I'm looking at the time.
- 22:30Listen, here's the reason we're talking about this stuff, folks, because this is just one of many, many, many tools we're going to bring you, but I need you to understand how incredibly intense this is.
- 22:40I've been, I've been,
- 22:42off the wall.
- 22:43I did not plan to record a podcast not having showered or anything else.
- 22:47I just like but we've just been going and going.
- 22:49Right.
- 22:50And, and here's the thing.
- 22:52So I'm going to show you just because of time I want to go into the main app next.
- 22:57Yeah.
- 22:58But Mike created was it three other apps?
- 23:02Yep.
- 23:03Alright.
- 23:03And all all this caliber
- 23:07and like his sons, right?
- 23:08All of that.
- 23:08Five total, submitted five total into the contest for over 24 hours.
- 23:14Yeah, we were in a 24 hour contest.
- 23:16So we had to submit.
- 23:18But so you created five, I created four, one of which I did not get to submit because it wasn't quite finished.
- 23:28I was trying to squeak one more in, right?
- 23:30Right at the very end.
- 23:31But I spent a lot of time on a big one.
- 23:34But first, before you go there, I'm gonna show you one other one.
- 23:37So this is interesting because some of you have heard, you know, I own multiple companies.
- 23:43So yes, the three of us are part of Fortify Protocol, but I have a company called SmartFlex Benefits.
- 23:49I've got another company called SP2 Resiliency.
- 23:53I'm bored, right?
- 23:54No, no.
- 23:55I just have a lot of access playing.
- 23:57So SmartFlex, I just recently launched, needed a website for it.
- 24:03Okay.
- 24:04Okay.
- 24:04So, but I wanted it to be a good website and I'm sitting here thinking, all right, I need to create a site or have somebody create a site.
- 24:12So I was going to just have somebody create it for me.
- 24:15And instead I went in and, and, uh, took me less than five minutes to explain what I wanted, gave it a link to a website, uh, for one of my, um, call it suppliers, one of the insurance companies that I worked through.
- 24:29Uh, and, and this is what it spit out.
- 24:32Now I put.
- 24:33five minutes max into this, five minutes total max, and hit the button and went and filled my coffee again, okay, and did all this stuff.
- 24:42I was actually doing, working on three different apps all at one time.
- 24:45All right, so when I, after I filled the coffee, but this particular one, this is the, this is a full app by the way, and this is for a company where we help employers get special,
- 25:03perks and benefits for their employees, some really high value benefits for their employees, not health insurance per se, but a whole bunch of other stuff that really is high value, where it does not cost the employees a penny.
- 25:15In fact, they actually take home a little bit more money than they normally would each week or each month.
- 25:19And the employers save anywhere from $600 to $900 per employee per year.
- 25:26So they're not paying for it directly.
- 25:28All right.
- 25:28No net out of pocket anyways.
- 25:30And I'm not going to go into all the different details of it, but literally this page explains everything.
- 25:37Took me five minutes, five minutes, right?
- 25:40I asked it to create a calculator for businesses where they can put in the number of employees that they have.
- 25:46So if it's an odd number and it would calculate what their potential savings is per year.
- 25:51All right.
- 25:53I mean,
- 25:54That's how simple it is, right?
- 25:56They can get their exact savings by booking a discovery call with us, with somebody in my company.
- 26:02But it goes all the way down.
- 26:04All the way down, complete benefits package, surgery, anesthetic, all kinds of different stuff that's covered in that.
- 26:09On top of it, right, it even created my FAQs.
- 26:13I don't even remember telling it to create FAQs, but you know what?
- 26:16It did.
- 26:17All right.
- 26:17It just created them because I told them what I wanted the site to be like, but I didn't think to add FAQs.
- 26:24Right.
- 26:24So it's all there.
- 26:26And then if they want to get started, they can click, they can call us, et cetera.
- 26:29But how powerful is that?
- 26:31Five minutes of my time is all I put into this.
- 26:34That's it.
- 26:34Yeah.
- 26:35All right.
- 26:36And by the way, I figured out because because you got you all got to know this is being generated by this is not the big app.
- 26:42This is not the one I want to show you.
- 26:43I just had to share this piece.
- 26:45Right.
- 26:45Right.
- 26:46I figured out what this cost me because this is all through AI.
- 26:50Of course, AI has to be generating this.
- 26:52How else would you generate it, right?
- 26:54So you have to be buying tokens or credits when you're dealing with AI.
- 26:59So this piece, I figured out exactly what it cost me.
- 27:02It was like $11.78.5.
- 27:03All right, so less than $12 and five minutes worth of time.
- 27:07Yep.
- 27:11How powerful is that?
- 27:12And Don, really quick, I know I'm not going to show it right now, but one of the other things that we built out today is when we were figuring out formation, Don and I ended up having a conversation, doing research, and we both already were in the know.
- 27:22a lot on what's the right business structure, what's the right entity.
- 27:25But then we started having the conversation, well, which state is best for this type of business?
- 27:29Oh, yeah.
- 27:30So we're not going to go to it right now, but literally you can walk through this tool, which we can share with you as well.
- 27:35And it literally allows you to walk through and understand what type of business you have, what's your structure, what state are you in?
- 27:41It asks you a series of questions and then it makes a recommendation saying, here's the best state and business structure for you to set up.
- 27:47Here's the best and there's the second best.
- 27:48Here's why this is better.
- 27:49Here's why this is second best or why you might want to take a look at this.
- 27:52take this information and bring it to your tax attorney or bring it to your CPA.
- 27:57But it does all the thinking for you.
- 27:59This is stuff that we went back and forth and spent hours on.
- 28:02Oh yeah.
- 28:04You didn't spend hours.
- 28:07No, same thing.
- 28:08Same timeframe.
- 28:09Yeah.
- 28:10We've been talking about all of this stuff.
- 28:11These are all tools that we wanted to build for forge fire protocol.
- 28:15And we built a forge fire protocol.
- 28:16We just didn't expect it was going to happen in five to 10 minutes.
- 28:19That's right.
- 28:19It was going to be days.
- 28:22So, and there's some iterations and other things, but I'm gonna go to the main one because this applies to everybody that is a subscriber for Forge Fire Protocol.
- 28:30Okay, so this is our app.
- 28:31So the protocol, you're watching us or listening to us on the podcast, okay?
- 28:38And if you're only hearing this and you're not watching it, I'm sorry you can't see these images because there's no way for me to describe all of this other than phenomenal, just great, great, polished professional looking apps and sites.
- 28:52right that would just create it uh and any anybody who's watching it um you can comment and and tell me if i'm if i'm being honest there i mean these are sharp right but this is and these are these are you're looking at the desktop version these things look phenomenal on mobile okay these are all mobile optimized apps okay so
- 29:14But here, this is what we're looking at right now.
- 29:16This is the ForgeFire Protocol app.
- 29:18So in ForgeFire Protocol, we have the book, right?
- 29:23You're familiar with the book.
- 29:24You're obviously familiar with the podcast because that's what you're listening right now and watching.
- 29:28We have an entire ecosystem of tools, AI system, everything that you need to decide on the type of business you want to launch, evaluate the business before launch,
- 29:43Plan the exit before launch, build it, scale it, and then exit in three to five years with a $10 million exit.
- 29:51That's always the goal, right?
- 29:54And maybe you exit for more, maybe you exit for less.
- 29:57It all depends on what you choose to do and the actions that you take, okay?
- 30:01That we can't control, but we can provide the tools.
- 30:06So one of the big things I wanted to do, and I was planning to do for,
- 30:11everybody that subscribes and is part of our protocol was to create an app where they can track everything that they needed to track, where they can have our community, where we can run everything and they can run it right from their phones.
- 30:27And I'm like, okay, this, you know, in speaking with app developers, the beginning of what I was thinking would be over $50,000, over 50 grand,
- 30:40cost to us and it would have taken months of development.
- 30:43And that was just the core piece.
- 30:47Well, since yesterday at noon, we went way past core, way past core.
- 30:53I'm gonna show you the functionality.
- 30:55All of this was built by me speaking into my computer.
- 31:01And Don, while you're going on this really quick, out of the books that I have read, a lot of them attempt to have apps and then you have third-party apps that people creating stuff.
- 31:09This is better than any app and this is not me blowing smoke or anything like that.
- 31:13This is better than any app and companion app I've gotten from any book in the last 40 years.
- 31:19Yes.
- 31:21So if you're going to be part of Forgefire Protocol, if you want to learn, you want to build, you want to have that great exit, this is going to be part of it when you join us.
- 31:31Okay.
- 31:32So, and we've got a couple of, there are a couple of different levels because we have an elite, sort of an inner circle, we call them Forge Masters.
- 31:39And we have a, our, call it standard, our core team, which is really- Our builders.
- 31:45Builders.
- 31:47Yep.
- 31:47Yeah, they're the builders, right?
- 31:49And so we're the builders, we all are.
- 31:51So here, so this is a homepage on the app.
- 31:54When you come in, you've got whatever your current rank is.
- 31:57Now this is rank as far as,
- 32:00building up your business and, and in our, our leadership contest here.
- 32:05So you'll see that, but we have a daily streak tracker.
- 32:10Now it says zero because look, I haven't even been able to add anything in yet because this is just built.
- 32:15All right.
- 32:16This, this took a lot of that 24 hours.
- 32:20I can tell you 25 hours.
- 32:21There's a daily streak reminder.
- 32:22I set it for nine o'clock, but I could have set it for a different time.
- 32:25Right.
- 32:26And I I've already tested.
- 32:27It works great.
- 32:28Goes right on my phone.
- 32:31lets us know where you are, lets you know where you are in the foundation and build of your business, which stage you're in, allows you to track the key five numbers that you need for your business.
- 32:44All right.
- 32:45Our prompts.
- 32:46Actually, I'm just going to go into these because I'm going to because these are really tied right here.
- 32:50Well, what did I do?
- 32:58Oh, I know why.
- 32:59Because I'm actually, I'm iterating another version of it.
- 33:04So, so literally it's going right now.
- 33:07Do the control shift R. That'll bring up the fresh cache of it too.
- 33:11That'll take the current changes.
- 33:12Control shift R. Let's see.
- 33:17Yeah, I don't know.
- 33:18I don't think it's finished though.
- 33:19I think it's still going.
- 33:20But let's, let's take a look.
- 33:24So, okay.
- 33:24Maybe it must have been it.
- 33:26Thank you.
- 33:27So,
- 33:28Um, oh, that is probably what it was.
- 33:30So yeah, so look, oh, you know, they speak into a computer and I get what I want and I can rapidly iterate all through the development of this, by the way, since yesterday at noon, it, this was, uh, as I build something and then I want to add more functionality.
- 33:46I go into and I add more functionality.
- 33:48So this is not a five minute.
- 33:50This is a 24, 25 hour app it took.
- 33:53But you got to see this.
- 33:55So these are analytical tools for you where you can track, all right, where am I on my modules?
- 34:02How many posts have I shared?
- 34:03Replies written.
- 34:05What is my current streak?
- 34:06Where is my ranking?
- 34:08Really it's looking at all of your module numbers and it's analyzing, hey, are you improving?
- 34:15So if you're improving, it's going to reflect in your business.
- 34:19So these are analytics, advanced analytics for you.
- 34:23You've got your five numbers dashboard.
- 34:25These are the five things, five key numbers that you want to be able to track.
- 34:30And what we've done is we've actually expanded on that, but you'll see where you can put the numbers in.
- 34:36So this is all live.
- 34:37This all works.
- 34:40Monthly cash burn, MMR, monthly recurring revenue, my favorite thing.
- 34:45right?
- 34:46Cash, runway, et cetera.
- 34:47It's all here.
- 34:48Last month's, this month's, I can put in my weekly review.
- 34:51I put in my notes.
- 34:52I log that.
- 34:54What does that do?
- 34:54Well, that's going to be tracked for scorekeeping.
- 34:57I'll show you that, but it also tracked because I need to know what those numbers are and I need to be able to review those numbers for my, for my business, right?
- 35:06That's what you need to do.
- 35:06That's why it's built in prompts.
- 35:09We're talking to you about AI and some of the stuff you can do with AI.
- 35:12Well,
- 35:13Some of you are used to writing prompts, right?
- 35:16Some of you are like, hey, I'm a prompt engineer.
- 35:19Others, like, I've never touched that thing.
- 35:20I don't know what I want to do.
- 35:22All you do is you come in here to the prompt forge, and this will forge it for you.
- 35:26But you literally say, exactly like Mike was saying, whether you're using Whisperflow or something else, you just type it in.
- 35:32You put in there what you want to have happen.
- 35:36And you choose where you're going to use, what you're going to use.
- 35:38Are you going to use Grok?
- 35:39It's my personal favorite.
- 35:41Claude, we use a lot.
- 35:43I know a lot of people out there use ChatGPT, Gemini, Llama.
- 35:47Whatever it is that you use, you just put this in here, pick your engine or your AI model, and hit Forge Prompt.
- 35:55And it will give you the prompt that you can then put into, let's say, Grok to do what you asked for.
- 36:01All right, so this is here.
- 36:02This is one of the many, many tools in here.
- 36:04Now, what about if you're going to be selling stuff online, as an example, or you're going to be offering something, you want to be able to track revenue, you want to say, is this a good offer?
- 36:13This is a tool that I built in here that will allow you to put your offer together.
- 36:21And once you've got everything together, it will rank it.
- 36:24It will give you feedback on it, and it will also give you projected revenue, annual recurring revenue.
- 36:31and monthly recurring revenue both very very important numbers and allows you to create your own pricing tiers as well starter tiers we've got our flywheel help scorecard look i'm going through this because i want you to see this for multiple reasons one is if you become part of force fire protocol you get access to all of this doesn't matter what level of subscriber you are you get access to everything here that you're seeing except unless is a special area and i'll show you what that is um but
- 36:59You get access to all of this stuff and you're going to be able to use it.
- 37:02This is going to help drive your business and your growth.
- 37:04Okay.
- 37:06At the same time, I want you to see this because this was created instead of over way over $50,000 and months of work, this is created for, um, the, uh, the amount of credits that I needed for this and tokens, uh, was pretty close to almost $200.
- 37:25Okay.
- 37:27So I kind of laugh at that, guys, right?
- 37:30$200?
- 37:30And it was actually a little bit less, but I'm not done.
- 37:33I'm not done.
- 37:34It's going to be $200, maybe $250 by the time I'm done.
- 37:37All right.
- 37:37Who cares?
- 37:39Would you rather pay $50 to $100,000 or $250, $300?
- 37:44And those numbers are so generous, what you just said, because what people don't understand in the old way of doing things, this whole thing had to be sit down and really drawn out.
- 37:53and then put it and someone had to go back to the drawing board to start to create it.
- 37:56And then they take a look and people would meet and iterate and it all discuss.
- 37:59You're talking months to a year, sometimes to build out an app like this and that five figure minimum, if not like mid five figures, like the 50,000 to a couple hundred thousand would be expected for an app like this.
- 38:15Yeah.
- 38:17A hundred percent.
- 38:18And I got to say this because of what you just said, Mike,
- 38:22For years, like I've launched tech companies, I've launched different companies, and people that have worked with me have said, Don, right, you've got to get this stuff out of your head and onto paper so we know what to do, right?
- 38:38Which would have freed me up and allowed me to replace myself.
- 38:43That was very difficult to do, to get that stuff out.
- 38:46Here, I'm sitting there telling it what I wanted to do.
- 38:49It goes through.
- 38:50When I add the next section, if there's any quirks or issues or conflicts, it goes and it finds them and it fixes them.
- 38:58And then we go on to the next aspect.
- 39:00All I'm doing is just spitting the stuff out that's in my head.
- 39:03And there's an iterative logger that's logging these iterations.
- 39:08So you, and I was on a call today with one of the gentlemen on the call, the guy Dante was saying, I'm making live updates to this website as we speak.
- 39:18Yeah.
- 39:18There are tens of thousands of people on this website right now.
- 39:23I am not concerned.
- 39:25It's going to go in and it's going to go through.
- 39:26And by the way, if there is an issue, I can quickly look at the iteration, the last iteration that was made.
- 39:32make a comment into the prompt and it's going to fix itself in minutes.
- 39:37Like this would be, like we're talking again, people down for days, possibly longer.
- 39:41You had security concerns.
- 39:42What about this?
- 39:44All that's taken care of and all included.
- 39:46Yeah.
- 39:47I did security checks on this.
- 39:49I did functionality tests.
- 39:51I mean, all of that was happening over these past 25 hours.
- 39:54So look, so this keeps going.
- 39:56So I went, you know, Flywheel Health, this tracks the momentum of your improvement engine, we call it.
- 40:02And this is the things that you need to do to improve in your business.
- 40:06Right.
- 40:06Cause again, if you're going to build a business, you're going to start launch a business and take it to a $10 million exit in three to five years, you got a rapid iteration, rapid improvement, um,
- 40:15And so you need the system for it.
- 40:17We built the flying wheel for it.
- 40:20Right, but that's also, as you read the book and as you proceed through the academy, that's where you're understanding the importance of all this information and where you're getting this information from and why you're entering it.
- 40:29So that's all part of the process.
- 40:31And this is just that immediate feedback dashboard to tell you what's going on.
- 40:35So you can see your success or areas that you need to improve on.
- 40:39A hundred percent.
- 40:40Yes, spot on.
- 40:43And by the way, the academy,
- 40:44That's being added as well.
- 40:46That's one of my next additions.
- 40:47I've got stuff, right?
- 40:49So this is, but you get all of it in there, all of it.
- 40:53So guide rail scorecard, this is really, but we've got nine guide rails to keep, as you're scaling a business, things break.
- 41:00All right, I've done it.
- 41:02Things break, it's crazy.
- 41:04And so we've got nine guide rails built in to help make sure that you don't have the breakage that you would have, okay?
- 41:11Will it alleviate all of it?
- 41:13No.
- 41:13No, when you're scaling, it's crazy.
- 41:16But it's, and it's crazy fun too.
- 41:19But I'll tell you, this is going to help tremendously.
- 41:22You know, ignoring your flywheel health.
- 41:24Just, and you get to, you know, you get to move these things and you're looking at them and you're rating these.
- 41:32This is, that scorecard is really important.
- 41:34You need to be doing the scorecard on a regular basis.
- 41:36And by the way, when you go, here's our, our, our,
- 41:41because we will have, our target is 100,000 Forgefire Protocol subscribers by 1231 of 26.
- 41:51So this December 31st, 100,000, right?
- 41:54We may end up with more, right?
- 41:57I don't want to end up with less.
- 41:58That's the objective.
- 42:00And the reason why we want that, by the way, is not that we just want a whole bunch of people in it, but we're looking to, in the next three to five years,
- 42:09have 10,000 people successfully exit a business that they launched and utilize the protocol for and exited with $10 million or more.
- 42:20That's the goal, to help 10,000 of you.
- 42:23And I know, we know numbers wise, in order to find 10,000 people that are actually gonna do the work and do what they need to do, this is not some network marketing thing.
- 42:33Although network marketers will use this, this, you can use this for that type of business.
- 42:37You can use it for traditional business.
- 42:38You can use it for a call it a space age business.
- 42:41I don't know what you want to call it, but, but this protocol works.
- 42:45And, and so, but we know that not everybody, even when they, they come in, they want to learn first.
- 42:50Not everybody wants to just start taking action.
- 42:53I'm big on, I just got to take action.
- 42:55Right.
- 42:55But.
- 42:58Whether you come in to learn and use the systems and get used to it and get to the point where you're ready, all right, great, no problem, you have that access.
- 43:06But if you say, hey, I wanna do this, we're looking for 10,000 people, literally, that will do exactly what I said, three to five years and exit with $10 million.
- 43:17We're looking for those people.
- 43:18And that's why we need 100,000 plus in order to find those 10,000.
- 43:21So- And that's 100 trillion in the economy, that payout.
- 43:28Wow.
- 43:29I never even thought about that.
- 43:33Wow.
- 43:35Wow.
- 43:36My mind's been blown all night with what this stuff does.
- 43:39And you're not helping.
- 43:43Or maybe you are.
- 43:44Either way, we're long and we're almost there.
- 43:46Were you going to say something, Stephen?
- 43:48Sorry.
- 43:48Mike and Don, just looking at this, someone might say, this seems really complicated.
- 43:53This is the part to track in your progress.
- 43:55And what Don just said is,
- 43:57You're going to start off at the beginning, learning.
- 44:00And when you get to that point, you decide, yes, I'm going to launch.
- 44:03This is tracking you so that you know you're on the right step, every step of the way.
- 44:10And you want to compare that, Mike is big in comparing it to sports and athletics, right?
- 44:14They're the athletes that track themselves in everything that they do from 24 hours a day.
- 44:22The amount what they eat, what they sleep, and then when they practice.
- 44:25If it's baseball, you know, when they're hitting, you know, how, you know, they're being filmed.
- 44:30You know, how fast the ball is coming in that they're looking at to hit.
- 44:34All these points.
- 44:35They're taking the best points.
- 44:37athletes in the world and putting it in here so that you can track yourself so that you can be that business owner that gets to that 10 million yep and by the way it's 10 trillion not 100 trillion you were right with the 10 trillion i said 100 initially i meant 10 thank you for the
- 44:53I'm good if we make a $10 trillion addition to the economy.
- 44:58I can feel pretty good about that.
- 44:59Just saying.
- 45:00And by the way, because of this app, just through our conversation, through your presentation of this app, I just wrote down three different ideas that I have to build three additional apps.
- 45:11By the end of the day, I will have three other apps that'll be built by the end of the day, just by purely listening to the conversation.
- 45:17Right.
- 45:18And why you're doing that is because you can do it so quickly and so fast.
- 45:22Right.
- 45:22It's not going to take you so much time.
- 45:24I just write the idea down and then I'll go back in after this and I'll fill in a few bullets below the ideas.
- 45:28So what I want to make sure it includes and I'm done.
- 45:30Then I'll speak it.
- 45:33Wild.
- 45:34I love it.
- 45:35Well,
- 45:36So this, this, by the way, you don't fill this out.
- 45:38What happens here is as you're doing the steps up above, which are these things down, you know, this, this is the ranks, but the steps up above these things right here, you know, you've updated your five numbers.
- 45:49You've done a, a weekly review.
- 45:51Um, you've shipped an offer change, uh, uh, close a new customer, whatever it is, all of these things that are tracked up above.
- 45:58All right.
- 46:00They all go in and they add to points and those points put you on the leaderboard.
- 46:05Okay.
- 46:06And there's nobody, I mean, there's this forum is just here.
- 46:08Literally, this has just been built.
- 46:09Had it not been released, Portfire Protocol technically hasn't been released yet.
- 46:13We're, we're, we're going to be doing our free release, um, our sort of, we'll call it a founders, um, that is happening soon.
- 46:21So we'll be announcing that, but I'll tell you, it is,
- 46:27nobody has access to this yet but us.
- 46:30But we're going to be opening it up.
- 46:31And Don, how much more is it worth this week than it was even worth last week that we're giving them access to?
- 46:38So I don't know that answer because I didn't remember.
- 46:41I just meant like from a ballpark perspective, I don't think anyone can comprehend what we had was so remarkable and so cool.
- 46:46We were so excited for it.
- 46:48And what has just emerged in the last 24 hours and what we've been able to add to it in the depth of the tool and the quality of what you're going to be able to get.
- 46:55It has exponentially enhanced.
- 46:56And I mean that from the bottom of my heart, it has exponentially increased in value over the last 24 hours.
- 47:0424 hours, 10 X.
- 47:07And here's the thing.
- 47:08What is one thing we haven't talked about yet?
- 47:11And we can have the discussion right now in front of everybody.
- 47:14Yep.
- 47:14We're keeping the price the same.
- 47:16Yep.
- 47:16Exactly.
- 47:17We're not changing it.
- 47:18All right.
- 47:19This, this value, I, I,
- 47:22I'm going to get in that later.
- 47:23It's just like, wow.
- 47:26But I just got to show you this last couple of things.
- 47:30I'm going to say 70% done, 70%, because I have many more things I need to put in.
- 47:36And I keep remembering, oh, that's right.
- 47:38I want to put that in.
- 47:40And it's not about complicated.
- 47:43There's actually, if you went in this the first time, it actually walks you through.
- 47:46There is an onboarding guide that takes you through the app.
- 47:52So this is super easy to use.
- 47:54It really is.
- 47:55But just looking at what's here is just insane.
- 47:59It's wild.
- 48:00We've got our protocol glossary.
- 48:02A lot of the terms that we use in the protocol, like annual recurring revenue.
- 48:05What does that really mean?
- 48:06Not everybody understands that if you're newer in business or maybe you've been around in business, but you never really pay attention to some of these numbers.
- 48:13This all matters.
- 48:14Churn rate, EBITDA, right?
- 48:16Flywheel, all kinds of stuff.
- 48:18This is going to go through and explain those things to you.
- 48:21Then you get anyone who's in here gets access to the audio book version of the ForgeFire protocol.
- 48:28So you can play it here because this is the mobile app.
- 48:31You could be playing it on your on your computer at home or in your office, or you could be playing it as you're driving down the road.
- 48:37Right.
- 48:37So we put it here.
- 48:39Why not?
- 48:40Right.
- 48:40You can play it.
- 48:42Now we have for all of the builders.
- 48:44I said one hundred thousand by the end of this year.
- 48:48right all of the builders have access to our forge builders community all right and that community is really where we're going to share ideas you're going to i call them lab ideas successes challenges questions we're going to help each other this community is going to help each other build that those 10 million exits okay you are not in in business alone all right you own the business it's your business
- 49:12All yours.
- 49:13It's all good.
- 49:14Right.
- 49:14Unless you take investors or other stuff that's different.
- 49:16But this is this is all about you.
- 49:19But we but we don't want you to be alone.
- 49:21I've launched a lot of businesses.
- 49:22I think I think we figured out the number was like nine in the past 39 years.
- 49:26All right.
- 49:27And and a lot of times, you know, I was alone other than employees and stuff like that.
- 49:34I had to make all of the decisions.
- 49:36I had to do it all.
- 49:37And I didn't really have a lot of guides sometimes to help with that.
- 49:40You're going to have those here.
- 49:42For the so I mentioned that we've got two levels.
- 49:45We've got our our forge builders and we have our forge masters.
- 49:49That's sort of the inner circle, right?
- 49:52That group gets some additional functionality.
- 49:55They're going to have a forge masters community.
- 49:59Now they'll have access to the builders community as well, and they'll be contributing and be part of that.
- 50:03But they'll have a private community.
- 50:05And that's really because one.
- 50:07Well, yes, they pay more, but it's really they have
- 50:13They're really invested.
- 50:14They're really going after that 10 million and they wanna do it fast, right?
- 50:18They wanna do it big and they don't wanna have anything holding back.
- 50:22So the players that go in there, and all of you can get there by the way, all of you, but the ones that go in there,
- 50:30are really serious about what they're doing and they wanna work with people that are really serious about what they're doing.
- 50:36All right.
- 50:36They understand the law of proximity.
- 50:37Okay.
- 50:38It's that simple.
- 50:39It's that simple because I mean, when we have guests on the show, special guests, they're gonna have a special Q and A session.
- 50:43We're not gonna get into all the benefits, but they get a lot more personal access to that other community of masters, of forged masters and us.
- 50:53Yes.
- 50:55Well, very well said.
- 50:56So you,
- 50:58In our ecosystem.
- 50:59So this is going to be the tool that runs this, the ecosystem for you.
- 51:03Everything is going to be accessible in here, including our academy is going to be in here.
- 51:07Our directory.
- 51:09There's so much stuff that you don't even know about that that is all being built in here.
- 51:14And I just I just I am floored and ecstatic.
- 51:19And I don't I mean, I've had so many different emotions just because of how much we've been able to accomplish in 25 hours.
- 51:26Right.
- 51:27Well, 24 hours really, because contest is over.
- 51:29We're still building.
- 51:30We're not stopping because we're, we're, we didn't get in this just for a contest.
- 51:34We, we, we were doing this because we wanted to find a better way to iterate.
- 51:39And so we test, we're not, that's something that you're going to learn about Fortify protocol.
- 51:44We are not just some coaches that we tell you how to do things.
- 51:50No, we, this has been forced in fire.
- 51:53We've all, all three of us have been through the fire.
- 51:55All three of us have launched businesses, had successes, had failures, had all kinds of stuff that we've had to overcome.
- 52:03And still to this day.
- 52:04Right.
- 52:05And what we want to do is make it so that we can get you past a lot of those that have incredible, incredible exits.
- 52:12So, hey, guys, I'm set.
- 52:14I actually have a meeting I'm going to go to now.
- 52:16Hope they don't mind me, you know, baseball cap and all.
- 52:19But you guys want to close out?
- 52:23We can't hear you, though, Mike.
- 52:25I said really quick, the one thing I just wanted to say before we leave, and Stephen, you can end it too, is you can see the excitement that Don and I have with this.
- 52:34And we shared everything with Steve that we were doing too, and the excitement that Steve has too.
- 52:37I mean, we had something really special, and we are now in a different stratosphere of what we're able to do, and we're bringing this all to you.
- 52:46This isn't something that we're keeping in with us.
- 52:47We want you all to do this with us.
- 52:50This is how... We're going here.
- 52:51Right, and that's something how when we say something like,
- 52:54Three to five years, the $10 million exit.
- 52:56And some people are like, oh, how are they going to do that?
- 52:58Wrong first question.
- 52:59Wrong.
- 53:00It's how am I going to do that?
- 53:02Yes.
- 53:03If your first question is, oh, there's no way they can.
- 53:07You're probably not in the right place, to be honest with you.
- 53:09No.
- 53:09You're probably not.
- 53:11Your first question needs to be, all right, well, how am I going to do this?
- 53:14These tools, what we're providing you right now, we are taking that timeline and we are compressing it.
- 53:19And what happens when you compress it?
- 53:22Everything gets tight, starts moving a lot faster inside, and then an explosion happens.
- 53:26So that's what we're doing.
- 53:28You know, and I'll toss it to Steven, but I gotta say this, cause you just made me think of something.
- 53:31It's like, I can't wait.
- 53:33Cause this is one of the many ways that we're gonna accelerate your growth in business.
- 53:39One of many that's already built in and we're part of the protocol, but here's what I can't wait to see.
- 53:44You know how Roger Bannister broke the four minute mile, right?
- 53:49Way back when and now tons of people do it.
- 53:52We set the bar at three to five years for a $10 million exit.
- 53:55I can't wait to see who beats that, who breaks that.
- 53:58Did you hear what they said today?
- 54:02Ten software companies were launched in the first ten years of this business that ran the whole thing today.
- 54:07It took them ten years to launch ten software businesses.
- 54:10In the last 24 hours, they launched 1,000.
- 54:17Because of this.
- 54:18On that note, let me close this out.
- 54:23The only way you really do justice to it is once again to repeat the Vince Lombardi quote.
- 54:30I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, greatest fulfillment of all that he or she holds dear, is that moment when they have worked their heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle.
- 54:44Victorious.
