- 0:01We interrupt this incredibly awesome music to bring
- 0:05you some incredibly awesome political talk on damn
- 0:09radio ain't that the truth oops just messing
- 0:14crap up in here don't know what I'm
- 0:18doing what in the wide world of sports
- 0:20is going on so who knew I didn't
- 0:23know hello good evening and welcome I'll say
- 0:25to you first hello good evening welcome twice
- 0:28this is Samuel Trapp you're listening to international
- 0:31flavor on damn radio.com forward slash live
- 0:35feel free to call in tonight it's been
- 0:38a great a great Wednesday lots of information
- 0:41lots of stuff passed out to us all
- 0:44by this lovely platform in which we are
- 0:49permitted to say what we feel like saying
- 0:53so should you feel the urge call in
- 0:575737468020 or send me an email that I'll
- 1:01never read to live at damn radio.com
- 1:04or even Samuel T at international flavor.com
- 1:08lot of news some of which I'm not
- 1:10even going to give to you there's a
- 1:11lot of exciting things developing in Sam world
- 1:15but let's not talk about Sam world right
- 1:18now that strange and lonely place where Sam
- 1:22lives all by his lonesome but there's some
- 1:26exciting things going on there even if it
- 1:28is a small bit you Dean's Tiffany singular
- 1:34never maybe just one person there but that's
- 1:37okay because it's still highly exciting so I've
- 1:43been doing what I do most evenings and
- 1:46most late nights I look it's a it's
- 1:52a lawmaker lacking leadership skills and they showed
- 1:55a picture of Mitch McConnell that was awesome
- 1:59JR's TVs have got me distracted in so
- 2:02I was checking them out but you couldn't
- 2:04have had a better a better thing I
- 2:06think there were different topics but it said
- 2:08some people lack leadership and there it was
- 2:11now they're talking about the shutdown hall of
- 2:14shame well they're all a bunch of goons
- 2:17up there none of them have your interests
- 2:20in mind at all I mean none so
- 2:25at any rate the excitement that I plan
- 2:27to get into tonight are on basically three
- 2:30topics and we're gonna get started on the
- 2:32first one just because I like being straight
- 2:36with people I like being straight and you
- 2:39know maybe I have a tiny bit of
- 2:44a one-track mind you know that I
- 2:46get bogged down upon but I like watching
- 2:51morons in action and we got our share
- 2:55of them in our government let's let's let
- 2:57me tell you that there are those who
- 3:00can do those who cannot join the federal
- 3:05government or you know in some cases the
- 3:07state government but that that's sad but true
- 3:11so let's start tonight with a simple brutal
- 3:15truth and a sentence that a lot of
- 3:18people to so-called knowledgeable folks typically in
- 3:24Washington and Brussels or the media things that
- 3:29they just can't choke these words out but
- 3:34they will eventually get to them by mistake
- 3:38they'll get there anyway and that's where they're
- 3:43going but they can't see it even on
- 3:47their own map so I will provide for
- 3:52you the blunt truth as it is anyway
- 3:56because it's definitely true Ukraine is losing the
- 4:01war hello how's the family how is it
- 4:05going do you remember where that came from
- 4:10the hello how's the family do you remember
- 4:12the guy in the insane asylum on the
- 4:14movie crazy people there was a guy in
- 4:20there and I believe it was was it
- 4:21Dustin Hoffman who was an ad executive who
- 4:24went to the loony bin and then he
- 4:26turned all the loonies into ad agent people
- 4:30that they were passing out advertising stuff and
- 4:34there was one guy in there this one
- 4:36the only word he had said for years
- 4:38was hello and it was a big deal
- 4:40when he said hello how's the family you
- 4:42know I need throw that on the end
- 4:43anyway stupidity but that's from the movie crazy
- 4:46people let's talk about crazy people so Ukraine
- 4:49is losing the war they're not struggling they're
- 4:53not facing challenges they're not having a setback
- 4:59they're not you know in a period of
- 5:04lack of victory they are losing they are
- 5:09being defeated okay on the ground in manpower
- 5:15in artillery in air defense in money in
- 5:20personnel in corruption and in political will the
- 5:27clearest evidence right now is what has been
- 5:30happening for the last two months maybe longer
- 5:34around Pokrovsk Myrnograd and Zaporizhia all along the
- 5:39Zaporizhia front the exact sectors that even Washington
- 5:43think tanks oh my god they're starting to
- 5:47admit that some parts of the front are
- 5:50cracking under Russian pressure I'm gonna walk you
- 5:53through this pretty slowly and carefully on this
- 5:55topic with some receipts not with slogans because
- 5:58if you listen to most Western media aside
- 6:01from me you would think that everything is
- 6:04so it's difficult for these poor clowns but
- 6:06it's stable that if we just send another
- 6:09magical batch of missiles if France sells them
- 6:14200 jets did you see that joke the
- 6:18other day the Zelensky and Macron signed an
- 6:22agreement for what a couple hundred jets what
- 6:26are they gonna get them nobody has the
- 6:28money Ukraine can't order them because they cannot
- 6:31pay for them they're waiting for the money
- 6:33to show up from somewhere right and these
- 6:36the earliest any of these will show up
- 6:38is 2027 or 2028 and that's if they
- 6:42pay for them now they're not manufactured they're
- 6:45not even there yeah like oh jeez France
- 6:49has 200 airplanes just sitting around waiting to
- 6:51get it no not so smooth but all
- 6:54the news is well geez they're buying 200
- 6:56planes oh yeah that's what they're doing they're
- 6:59buying planes so it does make it difficult
- 7:03if the magical missiles and jets and miracle
- 7:06sanctions and you know Kiev is somehow with
- 7:09these miracles gonna turn the tide but the
- 7:13actual battlefield truly looks nothing like the fantasy
- 7:19that they try to pass out for you
- 7:21over here let us start and have a
- 7:24look at Pokrovsk according to even pro-Ukrainian
- 7:29forces and sources Russian troops have pushed deep
- 7:36into the city even the Institute for the
- 7:40study of hardly a friend of Moscow excuse
- 7:45me the old frog in the throat concedes
- 7:47that Russian units have made here's their words
- 7:51significant advances in and around Pokrovsk what is
- 7:55significant Russia's Russia's everywhere inside of Pokrovsk in
- 8:01fact they've pushed the Ukrainians out to the
- 8:04outskirts of a lot of it and maybe
- 8:06trying to fix Ukrainian troops keep them trapped
- 8:09inside of the parts of the city they're
- 8:10still in while maneuvering to encircle them that
- 8:14came from the Russian offensive campaign assessment November
- 8:1818 2025 right that was just printed yesterday
- 8:22Institute for the study of war right they
- 8:25assessed Russian forces yep yep yep geolocated footage
- 8:30and multiple frontline reports show Russian troops not
- 8:34only pressing from the south in the east
- 8:36but actually operating inside of Pokrovsk urban districts
- 8:41to the west a separate assessment notes Russian
- 8:43forces are advancing southeast and southeast of Myrnograd
- 8:48also keeping Ukrainian supplies and routes under fire
- 8:53control and steadily grinding down Ukrainian positions even
- 8:57Ukrainian leaning outlets talk about Myrnograd being pushed
- 9:01toward the gray zone status that is no
- 9:04longer secure as a rear area they're actually
- 9:08overrun but a contested battlefield town one frontline
- 9:12report bluntly says that if Russia establishes a
- 9:16stable foothold inside Myrnograd which they have these
- 9:19situation will just replicate what's going on in
- 9:22Pokrovsk meaning block by block fighting in which
- 9:25Ukraine no longer has any initiative and is
- 9:28burning its last reserves to prevent the collapse
- 9:32so think about that picture you got what
- 9:35they call a major logistics hub Pokrovsk okay
- 9:38do you remember I'll get to him later
- 9:41because I can't remember his name never remember
- 9:43his first name Gordon what in the world
- 9:47is his first name and now it's pissing
- 9:50me off so I have to go and
- 9:52and get to it where is it Gordon
- 9:58was a guy who in the first part
- 10:02of the year this year he was there
- 10:09talking in his he's he's an expert right
- 10:12he's a Ukrainian commentator his name is Gordon
- 10:15like why can't I remember his first name
- 10:18I only put it in as his as
- 10:20his last name of course but he has
- 10:24been he called earlier in the year he
- 10:27said Pokrovsk is a jewel in the in
- 10:31the crown of Ukraine and a city that
- 10:34Kiev must hold at all cost and now
- 10:38that Russian troops are inside it suddenly well
- 10:41what is it it's just another town you
- 10:43ought to watch the guy it's it's pretty
- 10:45comical but then they never say that when
- 10:47the propaganda downgrades the importance of these very
- 10:50key cities the jewels that they were glorifying
- 10:54six months ago you can't really call that
- 10:57strategy it's more like you know the latest
- 11:00version of spin control and all sides you
- 11:04just have to say it right you know
- 11:08it's it's it's a terrible think about this
- 11:10picture we just got nothing it's not Russia
- 11:13stalled it's Russia chewing its way into the
- 11:16heart of the defensive belt right let's look
- 11:21at the rest of this operation front for
- 11:23most of the year nobody in Western media
- 11:26want to talk about that sector at all
- 11:28because Russia's been making steady steady progress if
- 11:32you dig into the specialist reports you see
- 11:36an uncomfortable pattern the key of independent which
- 11:40is absolutely on Ukraine side admit that throughout
- 11:432025 the part of line where Russia has
- 11:46gained the most territory is the wide open
- 11:49space around the junction of Donetsk Zaporizhzhia and
- 11:53Dnipropetrovsk oblasts the exact regions now in the
- 11:59headlines Russian and Western and analytical sources alike
- 12:03describe how Russian troops there have broken through
- 12:06Ukrainian defenses captured villages like who's been the
- 12:10cup and pushing kilometers beyond the old line
- 12:13one analysis this time from a German military
- 12:16commentator quoted by a Russian outlet went so
- 12:20far as to say that Ukrainian defenses in
- 12:22Zaporizhzhia have collapsed and that Ukrainian units can
- 12:26no longer withstand the pressure of Russian assaults
- 12:29which are constant Ukraine's own top commander general
- 12:35Sirsky admitted publicly the situation in Zaporizhzhia has
- 12:38worsened he talks about intense fighting in areas
- 12:41like Ulya Pulya and Aleksandrovka where Russian forces
- 12:45are exploiting fog lots of that on telegram
- 12:50and numerical superiority in troops and equipment and
- 12:54they're biting off settlement after settlement kicking the
- 12:56crap out of them so you got Pokrovsky
- 12:58encircled Mirna grad dragged to the same fate
- 13:01Zaporizhzhia bleeding ground and at the same time
- 13:04the front line is 1200 kilometers long and
- 13:06Russia has the advantage of manpower shells drones
- 13:10how is this a stalemate pause pause
- 13:18pause it's not okay now I'm I'm not
- 13:23asking you to take my word for it
- 13:25you know you feel like researching yourself go
- 13:28ahead but I'm gonna talk about how the
- 13:30people in the west spent the last three
- 13:32years trying to ignore or silence people like
- 13:35me because they said all of this wouldn't
- 13:38happen but it has oh my goodness I
- 13:43can't imagine that people would lie to us
- 13:46retired colonel Douglas McGregor he's got a show
- 13:50on we'll show up of a channel on
- 13:53YouTube and he's been warned from day one
- 13:56the Ukraine cannot win a war of attrition
- 13:58against Russia there's a surprise everybody knew that
- 14:01if they knew anything about war or about
- 14:04Ukraine or about Russia but nope we have
- 14:06experts that are paid to say certain things
- 14:09so that the MIC military industrial complex does
- 14:12what it wants gets what it wants to
- 14:14Lindsey Graham's in the uh who was the
- 14:16guy just talked about Mitch McConnell's of the
- 14:19world uh get rich off of this stuff
- 14:21so this is what we need uh recently
- 14:23he put in one sentence that summed up
- 14:27the entire situation this is Doug McGregor Zelensky
- 14:32he said refuses to end a war in
- 14:35Ukraine and has lost not might lose someday
- 14:40but has lost past tense that came from
- 14:44uh military news or a military newspaper called
- 14:48Vienna Adela which means um military deals military
- 14:52news and uh Zelensky refuses to end a
- 14:56war Ukraine has lost that was uh Doug
- 14:59McGregor McGregor's core argument you've heard him say
- 15:02uh you know lots of versions of this
- 15:04is simple Russia has more people more artillery
- 15:07more industrial capacity it's fighting on its own
- 15:09doorstep U.S. can't magically airlift an entire
- 15:13new Ukrainian army into the Donbass all Washington
- 15:16can do is prolong the slaughter by feeding
- 15:20in just enough weapons to keep Kiv's leadership
- 15:22believing in a victory that does not exist
- 15:25then you have lieutenant colonel Daniel Davis he's
- 15:32a step below colonel he's lieutenant colonel another
- 15:36former U.S. officer who actually spent time
- 15:38studying the battlefield and talking to people on
- 15:41the ground Davis has been saying for a
- 15:43year that Ukraine must recognize the reality of
- 15:47war that it cannot win militarily that the
- 15:50only way out is negotiation not fantasies about
- 15:53sweeping Russian forces back to 1991 borders that's
- 15:58from a newspaper called defense priorities he isn't
- 16:03talking about politics he's talking about math attrition
- 16:07manpower industrial output in a recent appearance he
- 16:11also walked through the numbers Russian artillery firing
- 16:14several times more shells per day than Ukraine
- 16:18can possibly manage Russian factories ramping up production
- 16:23while Western stockpiles run dry Russian troops rotating
- 16:27through the front while Ukrainian units are kept
- 16:31at the line until they're destroyed add to
- 16:35that professor professor John Mearsheimer political scientist in
- 16:40the Western establishment and they just love to
- 16:42hate this guy years ago years ago he
- 16:45warned that Ukraine would face what he called
- 16:47an ugly victory not for Kiv but for
- 16:50Moscow in his words Russia will win an
- 16:53ugly victory by annexing a large swath of
- 16:57Ukrainian territory and turning Ukraine into a dysfunctional
- 17:01rump state that was Mearsheimer the darkness ahead
- 17:07where Ukraine war is headed and in 2023
- 17:12he told the South China Morning Post that
- 17:15the West should prefer for an ugly Russian
- 17:19victory in Ukraine rather than some Hollywood ending
- 17:23where NATO walks triumphantly into Sevastopol that was
- 17:29at the University of Chicago social sciences in
- 17:32July of 2023 what do we have here
- 17:35on one side three different figures McGregor Davis
- 17:39Mearsheimer the real experts all saying in their
- 17:42own language that Ukraine cannot win a war
- 17:44of attrition against Russia and we'll end up
- 17:46losing territory sovereignty if this continues on the
- 17:49other side we have a bunch of goons
- 17:52no I'm sorry we have a battlefield a
- 17:54real battlefield but cross Myrnograd Zaporizhia Kupyansk a
- 17:58whole mosaic of towns that are slowly battered
- 18:00emptied and occupied by Russian forces you can
- 18:05call this a conspiracy theory many conspiracy theorists
- 18:12and so-called Russian apologists like me haven't
- 18:16been contradicted by events we've been confirmed now
- 18:22let's add a fourth voice a guy named
- 18:24Matthew Cole a former marine and a diplomat
- 18:28in a recent interview titled Ukraine's army is
- 18:32collapsing everywhere very creative Ho describes not just
- 18:37the front line but the bigger picture an
- 18:39overextended U.S. empire talked about that last
- 18:42night trying to fight proxy wars in Ukraine
- 18:45threaten Venezuela posture in the Middle East and
- 18:47encircle China all at the same time all
- 18:50unsuccessfully he warns that Ukraine has become a
- 18:53symbol of imperial overreach a place where Western
- 18:56elites are willing to sacrifice an entire country's
- 18:58population to avoid admitting that their strategy failed
- 19:03that's brutal so when we talk about Pokrovsk
- 19:07being nearly encircled Myrnograd turning into a gray
- 19:10zone Zaporizhia collapsing in key sectors we're not
- 19:13talking about battles we're watching the slow confirmation
- 19:17of everything all of us have predicted that
- 19:22know anything about what's going down so let
- 19:26me bring this down to human city level
- 19:29examples some months back this Gordon guy described
- 19:33Pokrovsk as a jewel a city that absolutely
- 19:37had to be held a keystone in Ukrainian
- 19:40defense a keystone people that was the line
- 19:43when Kiev leadership still believed they could stabilize
- 19:46the front with Western assistance now that Russian
- 19:50troops are fighting inside the same city planting
- 19:53flags on top of buildings and in road
- 19:56signs and hammering neighborhoods with artillery Gordon is
- 20:00suddenly telling the public well you know Pokrovsk
- 20:05what is it it's just one more town
- 20:07it's nothing special same guy right that's that's
- 20:12spin control under heavy bombardment this same pattern
- 20:16has repeated over and over it was what
- 20:20was the name of that other city that
- 20:23they fought for for so long that everybody
- 20:27everybody was talking about I think I have
- 20:30it listed here somewhere but Kupyansk was heralded
- 20:34as a symbol of Ukrainian liberation now western
- 20:38outlets are describing it as a half-dead
- 20:40frontline town with no life shelling is constant
- 20:44infrastructure is shattered that's in Kupyansk so Parisian
- 20:50villages were once backdrops for triumphant stories of
- 20:53Ukrainian counter offenses now even Reuters and AP
- 20:57are writing about Russia capturing settlement after settlement
- 21:01while Ukraine's commander-in-chief says the situation
- 21:06has significantly deteriorated that's what losing looks like
- 21:12no big announcement no surrender ceremony just a
- 21:16long list of places that were once strategically
- 21:20vital and they're now not that important the
- 21:24defenders of the official narrative which we believe
- 21:27here in the west or we're supposed to
- 21:29you know believe here in the west those
- 21:32people will say yeah Russia has gained a
- 21:35little bit of ground but the cost their
- 21:39casualties are enormous their losses are not sustainable
- 21:43their economy's gonna collapse any minute we've been
- 21:47hearing that for three years straight meanwhile in
- 21:50the real world Russia has an army a
- 21:53very capable army in the field factories very
- 21:58capable factories producing shells drones missiles an economy
- 22:04that is adjusted to bone-crushing sanctions and
- 22:09a currency that did not in fact disappear
- 22:13but got stronger on the other hand all
- 22:18the experts told us Ukraine was winning but
- 22:23Ukraine is running out of men that isn't
- 22:27Russian propaganda friends and neighbors it's what Ukrainian
- 22:31officials themselves say when they're talking about expanding
- 22:35mobilization maybe different age groups maybe we will
- 22:40break into the under 25 crowd although 90
- 22:43% of them have already run to Europe
- 22:45and the United States they talk about closing
- 22:48loopholes for the guys who got medical clearance
- 22:51to not go to the front but now
- 22:54are being sent there to die with two
- 22:56weeks of western media is full of stories
- 22:59about draft evasion people paying bribes to avoid
- 23:01the front families terrified of their sons being
- 23:04beaten on the street and hauled away and
- 23:07two weeks later in a trench being dead
- 23:09and look at what western officials are now
- 23:13admitting analysts at places like critical threat project
- 23:17and institute of the study of war concede
- 23:21that Russian forces are pressing seriously in Pokrovsk,
- 23:27St. Paris, Kupyansk, Limon and Ukraine is struggling
- 23:33to stretch its forces across the whole 1200
- 23:38kilometer front line remember how we were told
- 23:41this war would be about precision and precision
- 23:44strikes we're gonna beat the crap out of
- 23:46them they're ruskies talk about drones we're cyber
- 23:51and smart missiles we got this in reality
- 23:54it's turned to exactly what the real experts
- 23:57McGregor Davis any serious military historian who has
- 24:03said from the start including me I've said
- 24:07it from the very start this will be
- 24:09a brutal industrial war of in which to
- 24:13side with more bodies more shells more factories
- 24:15will grind down the other Russia has had
- 24:20those advantages from the very beginning Ukraine does
- 24:25not that's the core of the story now
- 24:28even mainstream European papers are starting to wobble
- 24:33LeMond in France recently ran a piece effectively
- 24:37saying the quiet part quite loud this was
- 24:40when Zelensky was there signing a deal with
- 24:43Macron Zelensky is weak he's weak because of
- 24:48a corruption scandal at home deteriorating military we're
- 24:53making this propaganda show of Zelensky and Macron
- 24:56signing this agreement for 200 new planes you
- 25:00got no pilots folks there's not a pilot
- 25:04you got nothing how long does it take
- 25:07you to train a fighter pilot two weeks
- 25:09like you are with some pork grunt on
- 25:12the ground that you're sent into his death
- 25:14nonsense Pokrovsk is encircled Russian strikes are hammering
- 25:19Ukrainian logistics hard the article that they wrote
- 25:23in LeMond paints a picture of a president
- 25:25begging for help in Paris and his army
- 25:28is bleeding out in the east on the
- 25:30front lines put all that together and then
- 25:33ask yourself is the profile of war that
- 25:35Ukraine is winning or even when they can
- 25:39realistically turn around there's one more detail which
- 25:43would tell you which way the wind is
- 25:45blowing and that is tactics critical threats and
- 25:50institute for the study of war both describe
- 25:53how Russian forces have adapted offensive methods around
- 25:57Pokrovsk and Zaporizhia instead of clumsy mass assaults
- 26:03they're using small infiltration groups that creep forward
- 26:07a few hundred meters a day taking advantage
- 26:10of fog reduced drone visibility that came from
- 26:14understanding war supplies are moved by drone units
- 26:18coordinate via encrypted links and when they reach
- 26:21critical position crossroads tree lines industrial zones they
- 26:25call in heavy fire this is not a
- 26:28cartoon picture of a Soviet horde blundering forward
- 26:31it's an army that has learned and adjusted
- 26:35to modern surveillance and strike systems and is
- 26:39steadily advancing and improving but the west still
- 26:43loves to repeat that Russia is taking staggering
- 26:46losses and maybe they are everyone in this
- 26:50war is taking heavy losses but on a
- 26:53strategic level losses only matter relative to capacity
- 26:57and so far the only side that has
- 27:01run out of men shells air defense will
- 27:06to fight is Ukraine Russian will is high
- 27:10factories are running three shifts a day on
- 27:14artillery western arsenals are scraping the bottom of
- 27:17the barrel and they're arguing in parliament in
- 27:20the west about whether to send the last
- 27:23dozen systems that still work wasn't Zelensky in
- 27:28Italy this past week trying to get two
- 27:31of the three patriot systems that they had
- 27:36or was it it could have been a
- 27:37different country I might have the country wrong
- 27:40but it was a funny story about him
- 27:42being out there hunting down uh this place
- 27:46this country that only had three and he
- 27:48wanted two of them um you don't have
- 27:51to like that reality but if you ignore
- 27:53it you're gonna end up designing policy for
- 27:55a fantasy war that exists on you know
- 27:57I don't know your your video screen you
- 28:00know playing uh playing uh war games on
- 28:03tv or Washington think tanks they get it
- 28:09wrong all the time western publics are oh
- 28:12you know they're all tired certainly in Europe
- 28:15they're exhausted and they don't like the Ukrainians
- 28:17getting all these freebies and nothing support for
- 28:21the endless aid has dropped across Europe it's
- 28:23gone in the United States petition politicians I
- 28:27know they see it on in the polls
- 28:29even if they don't talk about it on
- 28:31tv they respond with two tricks first they
- 28:35hide the real numbers behind financial engineering Trump
- 28:40gives loans instead of freebies right so and
- 28:44the same thing goes for the uh for
- 28:46the pentagon frozen Russian assets they're trying to
- 28:50get instead of taxpayer money and by increasing
- 28:55the propaganda they want to talk about defending
- 28:59democracy on the nipper more and more that
- 29:02way they don't have to explain why their
- 29:04own citizens are paying for energy food and
- 29:07mortgages twice what they were before and as
- 29:10Matthew Hope points out it isn't about helping
- 29:12Ukraine it's about keeping the imperial machine fed
- 29:16I love to hear things like that that
- 29:18means that my discussion last night is absolutely
- 29:21correct right even when the machine is running
- 29:25on fumes already Moscow this looks very differently
- 29:31Russian officials take a look at Pokrovsk at
- 29:34the advances around Zaporizhia the collapsing Ukrainian fortifications
- 29:39and they see confirmation that time is on
- 29:43their side they talk about the west as
- 29:46a decadent empire that can't tolerate pain that
- 29:49panics as soon as it faces a peer
- 29:52with real industrial capacity and a real military
- 29:57you know this isn't Iraq right whether you
- 30:01agree or disagree with Moscow's assessment you can't
- 30:05deny that on the ground Russian forces have
- 30:08been moving forward and Ukrainian commanders publicly admit
- 30:12they're in difficult scenarios and they're constantly begging
- 30:17for more air defense more money more artillery
- 30:21more men more more more the beggar comes
- 30:26wandering around in his now black t-shirts
- 30:29instead of green and he you know has
- 30:32his hand out his hat out and he's
- 30:35wringing his hands and give me more please
- 30:38and in Kiev under all the flags and
- 30:41slogans ordinary people see what's happening they see
- 30:46towns like Pokrovsk, Myrnograd, Kupyansk, dozens of villages
- 30:49in Zaporizhia they see other waves of mobilization
- 30:53they see western leaders talking confidently about fighting
- 30:56to the last Ukrainian while these same leaders
- 31:00never once say our sons and daughters will
- 31:04never go fight there that is why morale
- 31:08erodes why thousands of military-age men have
- 31:11slipped across the border and more and more
- 31:13people even inside Ukraine whisper that a negotiated
- 31:18end however unfair remember me telling you about
- 31:21the polls recently said 20 percent favors Zelensky
- 31:28now but people inside of Ukraine think that
- 31:32a negotiated end however horrible is better than
- 31:37two more years of meat grinder so when
- 31:40you look at Pokrovsk when you look at
- 31:43Myrnograd when you look at Zaporizhia when you
- 31:46look at the battlefield expression from people like
- 31:51McGregor Davis Mearsheimer they've been saying these things
- 31:56for years this is a war designed by
- 31:59western planners but it was unwinnable by Kiev
- 32:03from the very beginning remember all the talk
- 32:07that all you have to do is push
- 32:08Russia and they'll collapse like a fold like
- 32:12a cheap suit they're done you know Ukraine
- 32:16defeat is not some abstract possibility it's a
- 32:20reality it's uh the longer we pretend otherwise
- 32:24the more catastrophic and the more ugly the
- 32:28defeat is going to be so Kiev can
- 32:32either face that reality now and push for
- 32:35a negotiated side we push for a ceasefire
- 32:39some kind of settlement but Russia won't take
- 32:42a ceasefire some kind of settlement to stop
- 32:44the bleeding or we can continue to lie
- 32:47to ourselves about stalemates and turning points those
- 32:50are the choices they're not slogans not soundbites
- 32:55those are choices as usual the people paying
- 32:59the price aren't sitting in Washington D.C.
- 33:02they're not sitting in Brussels they're sitting in
- 33:09the basements of Zaporizhia listening to artillery wondering
- 33:15which flag is going to be flying over
- 33:18the city the next day that's what's going
- 33:22to happen did you hear the story about
- 33:26the two Ukrainians that blew up a train
- 33:33in Poland and immediately everybody jumps and says
- 33:41Russia Russia Russia of course and this is
- 33:44this is another way the atmosphere of the
- 33:48war any unexplained occurrence anything is Russia Russia
- 33:53Russia Russia did it so sometimes even after
- 33:57the facts contradict the headlines they still say
- 34:01Russia did it how many people are still
- 34:03saying that Russia blew up Nord Stream 2
- 34:08curious curious isn't it well it's not very
- 34:12curious when you when you put some real
- 34:14thought into it everybody knows who did it
- 34:18everybody knows it sure as hell wasn't Russia
- 34:23it's just foolish to think that it was
- 34:27so a few days ago somebody blew up
- 34:30a section of railway in a little village
- 34:33of Mika about a hundred kilometers southeast of
- 34:36Warsaw that that line isn't a sleepy local
- 34:39route it's a rail artery that's used to
- 34:42move supplies and equipment to Ukraine according to
- 34:44Polish authorities explosives were placed on the track
- 34:48in a way that could have caused a
- 34:49mass casualty derailment if a train had actually
- 34:53hit them the only reason no one died
- 34:56was because the driver of the train saw
- 34:59something suspicious slowed down and stopped in time
- 35:03prosecutors immediately classified the case as a sabotage
- 35:09of a terrorist nature carried out for the
- 35:11benefit of a foreign intelligence service Prime Minister
- 35:15Tusk called it an unprecedented act of sabotage
- 35:19and an act of state terror foreign minister
- 35:25Vladislav Sikorsky went even further and said it
- 35:28was an act of state terrorism implying that
- 35:31Russia was behind it that's ABC News telling
- 35:35us these genius events and before investigations were
- 35:39even finished without a trial without a court
- 35:41the political decision was announced the closure of
- 35:46the last remaining Russian consulate which is in
- 35:50Gdansk and mobilizing of a hundred thousand soldiers
- 35:54to guard key infrastructure as part of something
- 35:57they were calling operation horizon but here's the
- 36:02twist the suspects aren't Russian they're not even
- 36:06Belarusian they're not some phantom Wagner group they're
- 36:10two Ukrainians Polish prosecutors have named them there's
- 36:14a 39 year old and a 41 year
- 36:16old Alexander K and Yevgeny I and they
- 36:19say there's very high probability that these men
- 36:22were directly responsible for the bombing of the
- 36:25rail line as well as acts of other
- 36:28sabotage they're being charged with acts of sabotage
- 36:32according to AP in other words the people
- 36:37who allegedly planted the explosives are Ukrainian so
- 36:41how do the Polish authorities weave this tale
- 36:44very simple oh sure they're Ukrainian but they
- 36:47are working for Russian intelligence Tusk told the
- 36:51media the men had crossed the border from
- 36:53Belarus and they were recruited by Russian agencies
- 36:57and tried to cause an unprecedented catastrophe on
- 37:03the Polish soil notice the pattern here step
- 37:05one explosion step two immediately claim a political
- 37:11event this is state terrorism by Russia step
- 37:15three a little bit later inconvenient detail shows
- 37:18up the suspects are Ukrainian step four got
- 37:21to a justice narrative they're Ukrainian sure but
- 37:24don't worry about that it's still Russia they
- 37:26are Russian agents no evidence sounds like the
- 37:31U.S. and Venezuela we're told to trust
- 37:34that these men because they are Ukrainian and
- 37:36allegedly crossed from Belarus they got to be
- 37:39puppets of Moscow the press headlines are the
- 37:43same thing Russia's behind the sabotage no evidence
- 37:46but that's what they claim Russia's a state
- 37:49sponsor of terror the fact the alleged trigger
- 37:52men are from the very country Poland has
- 37:54been arming to the teeth training and sheltering
- 37:58for years is just a minor little uncomfortable
- 38:02footnote the Kremlin states the obvious Poland is
- 38:06using this to feed its own Russophobia pesk
- 38:10of Dmitry Putin's spokesperson accuses Warsaw of reflexively
- 38:17blaming Russia for every problem that comes up
- 38:21and warning that this fits a broad European
- 38:24trend and they shout a hybrid war every
- 38:27time something goes wrong you don't have to
- 38:31love the Kremlin to see that he has
- 38:33a point because this isn't the first time
- 38:35that they accused Russia of everything under the
- 38:39sun based on nothing more than suspicion and
- 38:44political inconvenience and the need for another narrative
- 38:50remember the drone saga a few weeks ago
- 38:54Belgium quite little EU country known for chocolate
- 38:58and bureaucracy has been hit by a wave
- 39:02of drone incidents drones were spotted over a
- 39:05nuclear power plant near Antwerp drones have forced
- 39:09flight suspensions at Brussels airport which is one
- 39:13of Europe's biggest cargo hubs according to Belgium's
- 39:16air traffic control authority there have been repeated
- 39:19shutdowns and interruptions because these things are buzzing
- 39:23around runways and cargo facilities Belgium called in
- 39:27the German military for help to make counter
- 39:30drone measures even brought in British anti-drone
- 39:34troops the EU in the same breath tightened
- 39:38visa rules for Russians officials are talking about
- 39:41Russian espionage hybrid warfare and even Belgian prosecutors
- 39:46admit they don't know who's operating the drones
- 39:49but the language is Belgian defense minister Theo
- 39:54Franken told the press that some of these
- 39:56flights are part of a spying operation that
- 40:00couldn't have been done by an amateur German
- 40:04defense minister Boris Pistorius went even further saying
- 40:07the drone wave was likely connected with the
- 40:10fight over the use of frozen assets of
- 40:13Russia's held by Belgium and he warned about
- 40:18Russian attempts to sow doubt about who the
- 40:22culprits were divide us and influence elections wow
- 40:28and yes there have also been real cases
- 40:31where Russian drones literally flew into territory in
- 40:36Poland forced the closure of multiple airports on
- 40:39the 9th of September around 20 Russian drones
- 40:43crossed Polish airspace shut down four airports in
- 40:49those cases at least though the origin was
- 40:52clear and the danger obvious but these confirmed
- 40:57incidents were used to paint every other identity
- 41:01unidentified drone in Belgium Denmark or Germany as
- 41:06part of some Russian campaign it isn't limited
- 41:12to Belgium Copenhagen airport main hub in Scandinavia
- 41:17closed its airspace because of unidentified drones flying
- 41:21over runways Danish officials said it was the
- 41:25most severe breach of national infrastructure Munich airport
- 41:29was shut down um so we end up
- 41:34where hollow mirrors Russia denies western governments accuse
- 41:40the own investigators hedge and ordinary people all
- 41:45they know is flights are delayed trains are
- 41:48shut down prices go up and the explanation
- 41:52is three simple words three simple words in
- 41:57the English language Russia did it and now
- 42:02back to Poland what makes the Polish case
- 42:04uniquely exciting and revealing is it here we
- 42:08actually do know who did it and they
- 42:10weren't Russians we're told that they're Ukrainians who
- 42:14cross from Belarus prosecutors describe the case as
- 42:17terrorism so logically you have three possibilities one
- 42:22the official story these two Ukrainians are mercenaries
- 42:25recruited by Russia sent to destabilize Poland and
- 42:29threaten Ukrainian logistics to their Ukrainian radicals acting
- 42:34on their own whether that's black market smuggling
- 42:37internal Ukrainian politics or maybe they're people who
- 42:41didn't want to be mobilized and so they
- 42:45ran to Poland maybe they're retaliating over some
- 42:49other grievance they don't like Zelensky and his
- 42:53crowd stealing 100 million bucks three there are
- 42:56some part of some murkier network that has
- 42:59nothing to do with Moscow but everything to
- 43:01do with chaos criminal extremists intelligence operations that
- 43:06use Ukraine as a cover story but we're
- 43:09told instead with total certainty to believe option
- 43:13one it was all Russia no serious discussion
- 43:17of option two or option three we already
- 43:20know there are Ukrainian groups conducting cross-border
- 43:24sabotage into Russia sometimes with or without sanction
- 43:28we know there are a huge flow of
- 43:30weapons and trained personnel going through Poland we
- 43:33know that wartime economies generate criminal structure including
- 43:37smuggling and violence is it really too impossible
- 43:43to imagine that a Ukrainian might be involved
- 43:46in an operation that wasn't controlled by Moscow
- 43:49for political politicians in Poland yes because if
- 43:56you admit that Ukrainian citizens not just the
- 43:59Kremlin are a possible source of terrorism on
- 44:03your own soil your whole moral narrative collapses
- 44:09you can't stand in front of the camera
- 44:11and say we're protecting Europe from Russian barbarism
- 44:15if the bomb in your own track comes
- 44:17from the people you've been telling the public
- 44:20are heroes so instead you get an ideological
- 44:24reflex every explosion is Russia every drone is
- 44:30Russia every cyber attack every arson any specific
- 44:35person near any military installation or any airport
- 44:41they gotta be Russian facts we'll sort them
- 44:44out later or not at all do we
- 44:47know anything truthful about Nord Stream 2 nope
- 44:51the political utility is immediate more sanctions more
- 44:55troops more people uh mobilized more NATO money
- 45:00more fear Russia's coming the big bad wolf
- 45:03is there think about what Poland did on
- 45:07the basis of this single blast by two
- 45:11Ukrainians they didn't just charge the suspect they
- 45:15closed the last Russian consulate in the country
- 45:18cutting off the final consular and diplomatic communication
- 45:23in the country they deployed 10,000 troops
- 45:27to guard infrastructure militarized public spaces even more
- 45:33all of this in a country that is
- 45:35already one of the most warlike in NATO
- 45:39and this all plays beautifully into the western
- 45:44narrative of Russian war against the entire west
- 45:50always a new excuse to tighten the screws
- 45:57I'm not gonna sit here and claim Russia
- 45:59is innocent of every bad deed in the
- 46:01world Russia runs intelligence operations I told you
- 46:05about Andrei Bezrukov and his wife living over
- 46:09here for 20 years it runs influence campaigns
- 46:12it has capable special forces and good cyber
- 46:15units that's what we do we do it
- 46:18too especially during wartime Moscow admits to conducting
- 46:22special operations in the information space and in
- 46:26Europe's political system question isn't about whether Russia
- 46:30is a bad actor always the question about
- 46:34whether we have any standards at all for
- 46:37any proof we don't and in Poland the
- 46:40only thing that is concrete so far is
- 46:42that two Ukrainian suspects damaged railway line that's
- 46:46it Belgian drone case same thing but they
- 46:49don't even have any people yeah explosive on
- 46:54tracks that's real people could have died you
- 46:57know drone violence places that's real too meanwhile
- 47:02the only constant is the public keeps being
- 47:04told to be afraid except new emergency measures
- 47:07accept the loss of your own rights why
- 47:10because Russia's coming everything that is happening in
- 47:15the dark as a Kremlin stamp on it
- 47:17and they're the bad guy that's not security
- 47:20that's superstition dressed up as foreign policy and
- 47:26the rail line at Mika the airfields in
- 47:28Belgium the runways of Copenhagen in Munich they're
- 47:32not just pieces of infrastructure they're props in
- 47:35a story that keeps confrontation alive forever the
- 47:41question smart people should be asking though is
- 47:43not only who planted the bomb or who
- 47:48flew the drone it's who benefits from a
- 47:51Europe where every explosion and every buzzing toy
- 47:55in the sky is automatically turned into another
- 47:59excuse to push negotiations negotiations further away and
- 48:04war closer to your own home you can
- 48:08answer that question on your own now I
- 48:12want to talk about a little bit about
- 48:14the z monster you know I want to
- 48:18walk you through this again because all over
- 48:21the news everywhere in the last two days
- 48:26are some pretty severe and expanding troubles and
- 48:33worries let's talk about the third pillar of
- 48:40the entire mess of what went on today
- 48:45Zelensky's collapsing political house the corruption explosion protests
- 48:53in Kiev where they're calling for him to
- 48:55be removed and the west now pushing him
- 48:59toward a surrender cash for land type let's
- 49:05talk about this energy gate scandal which I
- 49:09covered in depth last week let's talk about
- 49:14the scandal and who really got caught let's
- 49:17talk about Zelensky and his inner circle and
- 49:20how they've been playing games with the anti
- 49:22-corruption system itself let's talk about the 28
- 49:27point Trump peace plan and Keith Kellogg heading
- 49:33for the exit he's leaving let's talk about
- 49:37Zelensky's Paris Ankara tour selling jets in peace
- 49:42while his own base is burning up so
- 49:46let's buckle up right the hundred million dollar
- 49:51story shadow managers and Zelensky's wallet Ukraine is
- 49:56still and it's growing daily or I wouldn't
- 49:59keep talking about it they're in the middle
- 50:02of the biggest corruption scandal of the war
- 50:05and it isn't about a colonel stealing some
- 50:09diesel or making some money this is about
- 50:12the core of the state energy sector at
- 50:17a ministerial level and Ukraine's national anti-corruption
- 50:24bureau has been investigating allegedly for 15 months
- 50:30the operation was codenamed Midas remember that they've
- 50:39been investigating the network inside of Energoatom and
- 50:43the state nuclear operator and their conclusions shadow
- 50:48managers infiltrated Energoatom contractors paid 10 to 15
- 50:55percent kickbacks hundred million dollars in bribes and
- 51:01embezzled funds laundered out of the company itself
- 51:05not a side hustle this is somebody getting
- 51:09super rich this is a strategic monster of
- 51:15a company Energoatom with four billion a year
- 51:18in revenue Naboo says management of the empire
- 51:22was effectively in the hands of outsiders not
- 51:26officials not elected people but private fixer uppers
- 51:30with no formal authority running a mafia racket
- 51:36in the middle of a war and at
- 51:39the center of it all is Zelensky's old
- 51:41buddy and I told you about him the
- 51:44other day but Naboo has charged seven people
- 51:47including this Zelensky wallet Mindik one was a
- 51:52former deputy prime minister Oleksei Chernyshev and he's
- 51:57jailed Mindik himself he got out and ran
- 52:02to Israel he left just before from the
- 52:0915 month probe they conducted 70 raids showed
- 52:16a hundred million skimmed that is a regime
- 52:21threatening amount of money and western press has
- 52:24been all over it the last week and
- 52:29it's getting worse Reuters says the scandal is
- 52:32folks tension on Kiv's battle against corruption and
- 52:37stirred up public anger at the exact moment
- 52:40Ukraine needs EU money just to survive the
- 52:45EU is planning on like 148 million or
- 52:48something like that to pump in because they
- 52:51say that's the shortfall for 2026 and that
- 52:55the US isn't playing that so far we're
- 53:00not giving it up right Wall Street Journal
- 53:04piece says that 70 residences were searched five
- 53:08detentions and the probe is getting closer and
- 53:12closer to Zelensky's inner circle everybody's calling it
- 53:18energy gate and it's consuming Kiv and the
- 53:25EU reaction isn't being made up political quotes
- 53:29it as saying that the revelations are revolting
- 53:34and saying that this won't help European taxpayers
- 53:39and it will certainly won't help Ukraine or
- 53:43Zelensky's reputation Western money's on the line Ukrainian
- 53:48public is outraged EU officials are muttering about
- 53:53corruption gee there's a surprise and at the
- 53:56center is Zelensky's own team but that's only
- 54:01half of the story because ministers fall but
- 54:07the real inner circle is staying when a
- 54:11scandal hits this hard though somebody has to
- 54:13be thrown under the bus so Zelensky has
- 54:17moved really quickly in the last couple of
- 54:19days he got rid of justice minister Herman
- 54:23Halashenko an energy minister these were announced today
- 54:27Svetlana Khrynchuk they're told to resign or get
- 54:31fired France 24 and everybody else note that
- 54:34their departure came immediately after Zelensky asked them
- 54:38to quit in connection with the Energoatom problem
- 54:42he approved personal sanctions against Mindig Zelensky gives
- 54:48a standard line there must be sentences and
- 54:52all steps against corruption are necessary that's in
- 54:55the Kiev post on paper it looks like
- 54:59he's being a tough guy ministers are fallen
- 55:01the wallet has exiled and sanctioned the courts
- 55:05are jailing players like Chernyshov but look at
- 55:10who isn't touched there's a name that keeps
- 55:14popping up in this story a guy named
- 55:16Andrey Yermak Zelensky's chief of staff the guy
- 55:23everybody in Kiev knows is the real gatekeeper
- 55:28reports investigators have mysterious guy named Ali Baba
- 55:33who's a figure in their case file described
- 55:36as influencing political pressure on Naboo the anti
- 55:41-corruption league and the anti-corruption prosecutor's office
- 55:46one opposition MP says that he believes Ali
- 55:49Baba is Yermak that was today came out
- 55:5310 hours ago who's who in Ukraine's energy
- 55:56corruption scandal this was two-day high level
- 56:00pressure same outlet told us earlier this year
- 56:04Ukraine's own security service and prosecutors raided Naboo's
- 56:08office under a convenient pretext and Zelensky justified
- 56:12it by saying anti-corruption bodies had to
- 56:15be purged of Russian influence remember that maybe
- 56:20you don't I do but in other words
- 56:24when Naboo went after the wrong people or
- 56:26people they didn't want to Zelensky tried to
- 56:29gut it and now that Naboo has nailed
- 56:31the right people his ex-partner and inconvenient
- 56:35ministers suddenly he's the champion of anti-corruption
- 56:39again maybe we need Kremlin analysts to to
- 56:45read this pattern for us it's classic anti
- 56:51-corruption is a weapon not a principle and
- 56:54it's not happening in a vacuum go back
- 56:57just a few months in July anti-corruption
- 57:01protests and Zelensky failed to grab the power
- 57:06he wanted to take long before an ergo
- 57:09atom exploded into the headlines Zelensky pushed bill
- 57:1312414 through parliament that was a law that
- 57:17stripped Naboo and Sappo the prosecutor's office of
- 57:20their independence and put them under the prosecutor
- 57:23general a loyalist serving who Zelensky human rights
- 57:30watch and pretty much every serious NGO said
- 57:33the same thing at that time the law
- 57:35gutted Ukraine's anti-corruption reform and concentrated control
- 57:40over prosecutors and put it into Zelensky's hands
- 57:45and the public snapped protests everywhere thousands of
- 57:50Ukrainians veterans young professionals Gen Z folks filled
- 57:54the streets of Kiev Lvov Kharkiv and other
- 57:57cities they called it the cardboard Maidan holding
- 58:01handmade signs saying that corruption you know applauds
- 58:06get your hands off Naboo these were the
- 58:09first serious anti-government protests since 2022 not
- 58:15pro-Russian not pro-Putin these were the
- 58:18same people who marched against Yanukovych 10 years
- 58:21ago now they're marching against the Z-man
- 58:25the EU weighed in EU officials warned that
- 58:28tampering with these programs would jeopardize Ukraine's EU
- 58:34hopes Transparency International called it a direct attack
- 58:39on Ukraine's most important reform Zelensky backed off
- 58:44right he promised a new bill to restore
- 58:47independence pushed through at the end of July
- 58:49AP and several others noted that this was
- 58:54clearly a climb down under public pressure so
- 58:59the timeline is clear let's go through this
- 59:01July Zelensky wants anti-corruption you know called
- 59:06to heel massive protests end of July reverses
- 59:10course November same agencies he tried to weaken
- 59:14have blown open a hundred million dollar scandal
- 59:18involving his own circle and we're supposed to
- 59:23believe this is just an unfortunate coincidence right
- 59:30what about real investigation from Moscow's point of
- 59:34view and from any neutral perspective it looks
- 59:38same as always Zelensky wanted to make sure
- 59:41Naboo and Sapo couldn't reach too far into
- 59:45his network but he misjudged the public mood
- 59:48and western red lines and had to step
- 59:50back now that he's been caught he has
- 59:54no choice but to heal and they want
- 1:00:00to start where where the big money is
- 1:00:02energy and ergo atom and the president's inner
- 1:00:07click that's why we keep getting stories like
- 1:00:12the scandals Zelensky can't escape corruption is consuming
- 1:00:16Kiev these are not invented scandals the scandals
- 1:00:21are real they're just saying you know things
- 1:00:25that the west has been tiptoeing around it's
- 1:00:29not a random rotten official this is the
- 1:00:32president's own ecosystem this is how it's intended
- 1:00:37to be right and the timing is perfect
- 1:00:42for one guy on the planet who is
- 1:00:46that Donald Trump let's talk about the 28
- 1:00:52-point peace plan land weapons and Kellogg's problem
- 1:00:59okay while Kiev is drowning in corruption and
- 1:01:04in a swamp of money something else is
- 1:01:08happening behind closed doors the Trump administration has
- 1:01:13been working with Russia on a 28-point
- 1:01:17peace plan inspired allegedly by the Gaza ceasefire
- 1:01:22deal to end the war in Ukraine now
- 1:01:28if this works I take back anything questioning
- 1:01:33and no I'll still question anything that if
- 1:01:37this was the end if this was really
- 1:01:41strategized by the Trumpster which we'll never know
- 1:01:44I would give him a big benefit let's
- 1:01:49put it that way will I still question
- 1:01:51everything I always do I can't help it
- 1:01:54but allegedly this 28-point plan has four
- 1:01:58big buckets ready peace in Ukraine bucket one
- 1:02:03security guarantees bucket two security of Europe bucket
- 1:02:08three and future U.S. relations with Russia
- 1:02:13and Ukraine that comes from the Hindustan Times
- 1:02:18U.S. is working with Russia on this
- 1:02:2028-point plan came out yesterday multiple reports
- 1:02:25also from the Telegraph Reuters Hindustan Times and
- 1:02:28others say Ukraine is expected to give up
- 1:02:32the territory they've already lost the four regions
- 1:02:35Russia already claims Donetsk Lugansk Kherson and Cyprus
- 1:02:39except limits on its own armed forces in
- 1:02:44Kiev effectively cut the army down and restrict
- 1:02:47long-range missiles and key categories of weaponry
- 1:02:50that was from Reuters drop NATO membership fantasy
- 1:02:57once and for all what they're saying in
- 1:03:00the east as these things are being dictated
- 1:03:04to the z-man even now not a
- 1:03:07choice we're either gonna fry your testicles or
- 1:03:11you're gonna accept this but either way you're
- 1:03:15done you know the war is done several
- 1:03:18outlets are quoting sources from the White House
- 1:03:21that say that the White House has signaled
- 1:03:24to Zelensky that he will have to accept
- 1:03:29this basic outline if he wants continued backing
- 1:03:32that's from Reuters too in other words Washington
- 1:03:36and Moscow are drawn the map and Kiv
- 1:03:38gets whatever is left now plug Keith Kellogg
- 1:03:42let's talk about this guy he's Trump's special
- 1:03:45envoy for Ukraine the guy who's been shuttling
- 1:03:49between Kiv and various summits talking up the
- 1:03:52need for peace and floating ideas about military
- 1:03:56demilitarized zones and de facto cession of territory
- 1:04:01earlier this year several sources quoted Kellogg is
- 1:04:06saying that Ukraine would have to give up
- 1:04:08some land to Russia and accept the current
- 1:04:11front line as the base of ceasefire he
- 1:04:14publicly admitted that from Moscow's perspective it's a
- 1:04:18NATO proxy war remember that and he said
- 1:04:21and frankly it is remember that Moscow actually
- 1:04:26barred him from some peace talks seeing him
- 1:04:29as too close to Kiev that happened too
- 1:04:31let's fast forward to now Reuters has reported
- 1:04:36that Kellogg has told associates he's stepping down
- 1:04:39in January now part of that is because
- 1:04:42without the House stepping in to a special
- 1:04:47envoy or as a House Senate whoever it
- 1:04:50is that approves him he can only serve
- 1:04:52like 360 days it's got to be under
- 1:04:54a year without that and so he can't
- 1:04:57be that's part of it and he doesn't
- 1:05:01want to go through that process apparently and
- 1:05:04they say this is Ukraine losing its chief
- 1:05:07advocate in the Trump White House right when
- 1:05:10the 28-point plan is coming to a
- 1:05:13head but the timing is pretty blunt Kellogg's
- 1:05:18exit according to the Telegraph emerged after hours
- 1:05:22it was leaked so what does it look
- 1:05:25like from the outside Kellogg spends months months
- 1:05:29months months telling Zelensky he's a brave hero
- 1:05:33promises him weapons praises his courage but at
- 1:05:37the same time he's been helping to shape
- 1:05:40or sell a peace framework that demands Ukraine
- 1:05:45surrender land limit its army and accept permanent
- 1:05:48constraints once the plan is out in the
- 1:05:52open and the backlash starts he runs he
- 1:05:57has to go for the I've never liked
- 1:06:00the guy anyway from Kiv's perspective it's a
- 1:06:03classic bait and switch your biggest ally turns
- 1:06:07out to be the guy working for the
- 1:06:08dark document that carves you up in little
- 1:06:11bits from Moscow's point of view though it
- 1:06:15confirms that the West has known that Ukraine
- 1:06:17was going to be beaten for a long
- 1:06:19time and is now is trying to package
- 1:06:22Ukrainian capitulation as its own peace initiative from
- 1:06:29a real person's perspective watching a corruption scandal
- 1:06:33and watching the protest I see it like
- 1:06:36this internal pressure Zelensky's own government is bleeding
- 1:06:41it has no credibility at home and there
- 1:06:45go Adam and Mindy pulled off uh you
- 1:06:48know all these things and the curtains are
- 1:06:51black and you pull them back and what's
- 1:06:56behind it is equally black so it's not
- 1:07:00good external pressure Washington and Brussels are saying
- 1:07:04look clean up corruption or we'll shut off
- 1:07:07the money and while we're at it sign
- 1:07:10this plan that Russia gets what it wants
- 1:07:13anyway because we never could have won this
- 1:07:16from the start and we never should have
- 1:07:18so what's Zelensky been doing the last few
- 1:07:20days this clown is wandering around and he's
- 1:07:24making tours he's gone to Paris he's getting
- 1:07:26his free 200 jets in several years maybe
- 1:07:29and he's gone to Ankara he's got jets
- 1:07:33photo ops one-sided peace plans just like
- 1:07:36he did last year um three days ago
- 1:07:39he's in Paris standing next to Macron buying
- 1:07:42Raphael fighters Raphael Raphael fighter jets drones air
- 1:07:47defense systems for the next decade right Macron's
- 1:07:52telling French TV we're planning 100 planes that's
- 1:07:55huge that's what's needed to regenerate the Ukrainian
- 1:07:59military so let's translate that and ergo Adam
- 1:08:04is being exposed as a money laundromat EU
- 1:08:06officials are asking how safe the funds are
- 1:08:09in a system like this and while the
- 1:08:11U.S. Russia peace plan expects Ukraine to
- 1:08:14shrink its army and give up territory Zelensky's
- 1:08:17in Paris signing a long-term debt negotiated
- 1:08:20instrument for jets his country might not even
- 1:08:24be able to control the guys to use
- 1:08:27Russia and its media are laughing as am
- 1:08:31I they're pointing out that these Raphaels are
- 1:08:36a 10-year project there's no money for
- 1:08:39them the front line's collapsing now and America's
- 1:08:42drafting a deal to cut Ukraine's military down
- 1:08:46now so then Zelensky heads off to Turkey
- 1:08:50and says he wants to talk to Turkey
- 1:08:53about peace issues but Peskov and the Kremlin
- 1:08:58say they weren't invited so Reuters and Hingwop
- 1:09:03both cover the trip he meets Erdogan and
- 1:09:06Ankara talks about reviving diplomacy and pushing for
- 1:09:10a just peace but only emphasizes global pressure
- 1:09:15on Russia so these are two problems right
- 1:09:18two problems with this little tour of his
- 1:09:22Russia isn't invited Kremlin has already said there's
- 1:09:26no new plan no new understanding besides what
- 1:09:28Putin laid out months ago renounced NATO give
- 1:09:33up the four regions or forget it we
- 1:09:36aren't talking real negotiating track is not in
- 1:09:40Ankara it's in the secret U.S. Russia
- 1:09:44channels that are shaping this 28 point deal
- 1:09:49that is going to happen so you have
- 1:09:53this bizarre uh split screen on one side
- 1:09:57Zelensky's doing his typical begging tour Paris for
- 1:10:01jets Ankara for mediation speeches about justice and
- 1:10:05the beauty of democracy Ukraine style on the
- 1:10:09other hand you have the U.S. and
- 1:10:11Russian officials hashing out a framework where Ukraine
- 1:10:15where Ukraine loses land weapons you know they
- 1:10:23can stay corrupt as they like you know
- 1:10:25and the but these anti-corruption agencies with
- 1:10:30western backing are dragging the z monsters inner
- 1:10:34circle into court it's like you know a
- 1:10:38bad movie with a terrible script the real
- 1:10:42script is being written elsewhere and Zelensky wasn't
- 1:10:45informed until the last minute where does this
- 1:10:49leave the z monster and what does it
- 1:10:51really mean so what's the actual state of
- 1:10:55Zelensky affairs tonight let us sum it up
- 1:10:58for you biggest corruption scandal of the war
- 1:11:03operation Midas shows Energoatoms run by shadow managers
- 1:11:07contractors are extorting money 100 million bucks disappears
- 1:11:13his own inner circle is implicated ex-partner
- 1:11:20and fixer-upper charged and on the run
- 1:11:22ministers of justice gone deputy prime minister jailed
- 1:11:28energy minister forced out public revolt on anti
- 1:11:33-corruption repeat public revolts and scandals and marching
- 1:11:41against him anti-corruption agencies are biting back
- 1:11:46EU is disgusted and uh you know your
- 1:11:50mock is probably in a lot of trouble
- 1:11:53U.S. is pressuring a peace plan we
- 1:11:57might be seeing the end of this loss
- 1:12:00of the main ally in Washington Kellogg the
- 1:12:04guy who praised Zelensky as courageous him gone
- 1:12:11who's gonna look out well besides Lindsey Graham
- 1:12:15I suppose but uh uh Kellogg was definitely
- 1:12:19on the Grahamster optics of desperation is what
- 1:12:26all this comes to increased begging increased hand
- 1:12:31-wringing this isn't a picture of a confident
- 1:12:35wartime leader it's a picture of a guy
- 1:12:40being squeezed from everywhere the army's losing ground
- 1:12:44the public realizes that our guys are stealing
- 1:12:48from us the west wants to protect its
- 1:12:52own narrative that we did the right thing
- 1:12:56but it's getting tougher isn't it from the
- 1:13:00Russian point of view the conclusion is pretty
- 1:13:03simple this is not moral awakening it's house
- 1:13:07cleaning before we get a deal the ministers
- 1:13:12Mindig the head of justice show that Brussels
- 1:13:18and Washington are forcing Kiev to be serious
- 1:13:22about corruption so that Kiev can be forced
- 1:13:25to sign a surrender deal without the revolt
- 1:13:29of European parliaments if Trump really strategized this
- 1:13:36he really is a genius okay but you
- 1:13:41don't have to strategize corruption that's a given
- 1:13:44in Ukraine so he did have that on
- 1:13:47his side so what about the liquidation of
- 1:13:52assets strip the anti-corruption bodies you know
- 1:13:56face protests and EU backlash let the um
- 1:14:03you know bodies hit your enemies and expendable
- 1:14:06allies use the scandal as proof of reform
- 1:14:10while you negotiate a deal Zelensky's trapped between
- 1:14:14two stories that's where he is internally he
- 1:14:18has to sell himself for he's trying to
- 1:14:20sell himself as an incorruptible wartime leader he's
- 1:14:25purging bad apples according to him externally Washington
- 1:14:31and Brussels see him pretty much as his
- 1:14:33own people do now he's damaged goods useful
- 1:14:37only if he can sell a land for
- 1:14:39peace deal to a population already angry about
- 1:14:43his being a traitor and as corrupt as
- 1:14:48all the rest of them and his own
- 1:14:50defeat that's why you're seeing more chatter about
- 1:14:54post Zelensky scenarios about alternative figures about tightening
- 1:15:00control around your mock who's also going to
- 1:15:04be charged and potential early elections or transition
- 1:15:07governments not because anyone in the west suddenly
- 1:15:11cares about Ukrainian democracy in the little quotes
- 1:15:15but because they need a reliable signature on
- 1:15:19whatever comes out of the secret 28 point
- 1:15:22plan so when you hear about Zelensky's courage
- 1:15:27about his trips to Ankara and Paris keep
- 1:15:31the real deal in mind on the battlefield
- 1:15:35Ukraine is losing hard in politics Zelensky is
- 1:15:40losing hard both allies and credibility in Washington
- 1:15:45and Moscow people are drawing maps of a
- 1:15:49smaller Ukraine without any input from Ukraine or
- 1:15:54Europe and in Kiev's own files the code
- 1:15:58name Alibaba is floating around the president's office
- 1:16:03while the man who kept the money Zelensky's
- 1:16:06wallet is sitting somewhere abroad probably Israel hoping
- 1:16:10he never has to testify that is the
- 1:16:14real state of affairs for the old z
- 1:16:16monster tonight it's not posters on a wall
- 1:16:20it's the bill being drafted in the back
- 1:16:23room the indictment on the prosecutor's desk and
- 1:16:26a peace plan on the table all of
- 1:16:29them written by somebody else with the understanding
- 1:16:33that this version of Ukraine and this president
- 1:16:37of Ukraine are already past their own expiration
- 1:16:44dates right that's what they are so those
- 1:16:50were my three topics to discuss today and
- 1:16:52what I did after this I was able
- 1:16:57to uh watch my um my show my
- 1:17:02uh Solovyov life and listen to all those
- 1:17:06political guys chatter about it and I was
- 1:17:09looking especially for these three topics and uh
- 1:17:13to see if they would add anything because
- 1:17:15this just came up like eight ten hours
- 1:17:18ago but it most time it's too long
- 1:17:21for me to watch or listen to but
- 1:17:24uh they're putting out all over the place
- 1:17:26several of the speakers and there's usually six
- 1:17:29eight of them um and a lot of
- 1:17:31them were saying that Ukraine is suffering colossal
- 1:17:35losses and the front is bursting and that
- 1:17:39they've taken Pokrovsk it's covered with corpses Myrnograd
- 1:17:43covered with corpses and Ukrainians are not evacuating
- 1:17:48Russian's rapid movement toward Golia Polia in Zaporizhia
- 1:17:54is mentioned as ongoing not hypothetical so that's
- 1:17:58even more so this is exactly the Pokrovsk
- 1:18:01Myrnograd in Zaporizhia that I've been telling you
- 1:18:04about today the economic and industrial angle on
- 1:18:09Pokrovsk um the Krasnoyarsk is right near there
- 1:18:13the coking and coal mine being vital for
- 1:18:16Ukrainian metallurgy and without it Ukrainian metallurgy cannot
- 1:18:21function so Pokrovsk is going to be a
- 1:18:24big hit for these guys so Pokrovsk isn't
- 1:18:30just another point on a map it's a
- 1:18:33meat grinder with corpses all over the ground
- 1:18:36and a strategic industrial loss that undercuts seriously
- 1:18:41Ukraine's remaining heavy industry and Zelensky has been
- 1:18:46absent for three four days while uh panic
- 1:18:51is ensuing while the front fails the front
- 1:18:56is ripping at the seams where is Zelensky
- 1:18:59the parliament in Rada is actually talking about
- 1:19:03it too that's in Kiev they're talking about
- 1:19:07panic and banking in the financial crisis they
- 1:19:11have no money deputies have long been under
- 1:19:15Zelensky's yoke they see this as their historic
- 1:19:18chance to push for the government's resignation and
- 1:19:22get maximum political gain from his scandal this
- 1:19:25is the Verkhovna Rada which is the high
- 1:19:30um high houses that uh get to uh
- 1:19:34talk about this is a political cover story
- 1:19:36the front is collapsing political class smells blood
- 1:19:40so nobody's trying to save the front anymore
- 1:19:43the general staff is trying to fake alleged
- 1:19:46victories one of the segments said there were
- 1:19:49huge defeats on the front and the Ukrainian
- 1:19:51general staff was trying to hype long-range
- 1:19:54strikes to show some kind of uh resistance
- 1:20:00for the west so why are they yelling
- 1:20:03about long-range strikes because they gotta show
- 1:20:06something to the Americans to try to hide
- 1:20:10the defeat at the front this is true
- 1:20:14they're saying look we've hit more places deep
- 1:20:18inside Russia one of the um Russian uh
- 1:20:22states obelisks had a uh they took out
- 1:20:2765 percent of their capacity and 65 percent
- 1:20:31of the region was uh without light um
- 1:20:36for a while might even still be I
- 1:20:40don't know I saw that earlier today um
- 1:20:42so they're um states losing control of the
- 1:20:48front they're trying to chip people they want
- 1:20:52to fight desertion by putting chips in people
- 1:20:56here we are isn't that the mark of
- 1:20:58the beast that they told you about when
- 1:21:00you were a kid they're gonna put a
- 1:21:02little thing in you to track where you
- 1:21:04go it's not just your phone they're gonna
- 1:21:06put a chip in you and they're trying
- 1:21:09to do it in uh Ukraine they're talking
- 1:21:11about it yep an insane techno-authoritarian fantasy
- 1:21:17like tagging a deserter with a chip instead
- 1:21:21of fixing the political and military disaster wow
- 1:21:27European fatigue in the financial whole of Ukraine
- 1:21:31is real there was a letter that described
- 1:21:35the scale of the financial whole of Ukraine
- 1:21:37um the EU representative was complaining about Kyiv
- 1:21:42constantly begging for money Victor Orban who explicitly
- 1:21:47described as not being a friend of Russia
- 1:21:50but he's a pro-Hungarian politician he criticizes
- 1:21:55endless Ukrainian funding and uh military defeat and
- 1:22:00financial exhaustion are converging and even Kyiv's western
- 1:22:05sponsors are tired of pouring money into a
- 1:22:10Ukrainian losing project and a rat hole but
- 1:22:15on Russian TV they're pretty damn blunt Pokrovsk
- 1:22:20is covered with corpses Mirnagrad is covered with

- 1:23:17there was an interesting article that uh if
- 1:23:19you could look it up I'm not going
- 1:23:21to share it with you but it was
- 1:23:23a very good article it's probably a little
- 1:23:25too long it's called Ukraine is drowning in
- 1:23:33a swamp of corruption and the West is
- 1:23:36trying to make it look like a good
- 1:23:39thing I just told you about it right
- 1:23:41and basically it's by that guy who I've
- 1:23:45read uh several of his before Tariq Amar
- 1:23:49he's a historian from Germany that works um
- 1:23:53in Istanbul and he's a Russian Ukraine and
- 1:23:58Eastern European historian and it's a pretty good
- 1:24:01article so I would encourage you to look
- 1:24:05it up should you get the opportunity and
- 1:24:09uh let's see what else did we have
- 1:24:14from today I had a couple other things
- 1:24:16um so much so much so much on
- 1:24:24the uh embezzlement going on in Ukraine it's
- 1:24:29crazy crazy sauce they're having excuse me they're
- 1:24:38having uh uh protests again in in Kyiv
- 1:24:45we want your head some of these things
- 1:24:49say um you wonder how long they're going
- 1:24:52to be able to do it all the
- 1:24:53people over there are uh quite young these
- 1:24:57are very young people over there and uh
- 1:25:01not a lot of old ones in the
- 1:25:03in the crowd um I tell you what
- 1:25:08have you heard about uh the LeMond article
- 1:25:10from um from uh yesterday I think it
- 1:25:15was yep von der Leyen is killing Kayakalis
- 1:25:20in the EU game of thrones this is
- 1:25:24this is a short story so I will
- 1:25:27share it with you it'll be the last
- 1:25:29of tonight two of the EU's most powerful
- 1:25:33and controversial officials European Commission President Ursula von
- 1:25:38der Leyen and the bloc's foreign policy chief
- 1:25:40Kayakalis are struggling for control of the EU's
- 1:25:45diplomacy and intelligence services in a confrontation worthy
- 1:25:50of the game of thrones said the French
- 1:25:53newspaper LeMond von der Leyen is steadily concentrating
- 1:25:57authority in her own office at the expense
- 1:26:00of Kalis and by creating new units such
- 1:26:03as a directorate general for defense industry and
- 1:26:07a spy unit despite the existence of parallel
- 1:26:10bodies in other areas officials at intelligence and
- 1:26:15situation center which operates under Kalis fear von
- 1:26:19der Leyen's new spy agency will duplicate existing
- 1:26:22functions and weaken the foreign service according to
- 1:26:26LeMond the clash escalated this autumn when Kalis
- 1:26:30tried to appoint her own person as a
- 1:26:33top official von der Leyen saw it as
- 1:26:36a declaration of war and created a lower
- 1:26:39ranking post and blocked the move critics have
- 1:26:43accused von der Leyen of being an authoritarian
- 1:26:46Kalis who has secured her role largely through
- 1:26:51her anti-Russia rhetoric has earned herself a
- 1:26:55reputation for goffs with insiders arguing that her
- 1:26:59tone has alienated partners and undermined the EU's
- 1:27:04diplomatic standing one such example occurred in September
- 1:27:09when Kalis asserted that the Chinese are very
- 1:27:14good at technology but they are not that
- 1:27:17good in social scientists and then said the
- 1:27:20Russians are not good at technology at all
- 1:27:23but are super good in social sciences ladies
- 1:27:28a genius Russian she's wrong but I mean
- 1:27:33she's nuts Russian foreign ministry spokes spokeswoman Maria
- 1:27:37Zakharova ridiculed that statement and asked who launched
- 1:27:42rockets from Russia's Vostochny Cosmodrome if it's true
- 1:27:46that Russians don't have any technological expertise and
- 1:27:51called Kalis critically uneducated and then of course
- 1:27:59we have to talk about Trump today signing
- 1:28:03the bill that's going to release the Epstein
- 1:28:06Epstein Epstein files yep he signed it the
- 1:28:12move came after uh or in spite of
- 1:28:16Trump opposing the measure initially Epstein blah blah
- 1:28:20blah was convicted of sex offenses in his
- 1:28:23statement on true social Wednesday Trump labeled Epstein
- 1:28:28a lifelong democrat I think Trump was too
- 1:28:31and recalled that several democratic figures including President
- 1:28:35Bill Clinton had ties to him suggested that
- 1:28:40perhaps the truth about Democrats and their associations
- 1:28:43with Epstein will soon be revealed because I
- 1:28:46have just signed the bill to release the
- 1:28:49files you have to yell when it's in
- 1:28:51all caps right isn't that what you're supposed
- 1:28:53to do this latest hoax will backfire on
- 1:28:57the Democrats just as all the rest have
- 1:29:01he said wow following the revelation Trump ordered
- 1:29:07a probe into x Epstein's ties to prominent
- 1:29:11Democrats and urged House Republicans to vote for
- 1:29:15releasing the files because he has nothing to
- 1:29:18hide so the House approved 427 to 1
- 1:29:24and the Senate passed it unanimously you know
- 1:29:28what that means to me that means Trump
- 1:29:30gets what he wants it appears extremely clear
- 1:29:34that he gets what he wants and more
- 1:29:36power to him I am Samuel Trapp this
- 1:29:39is International Flavor thank you for listening this
