- 0:58Well, now it's time for today's episode of Yours Truly Johnny Dollar.
- 1:02The Templeton Matter from Hollywood. It's time now four Johnny Dollar, lud Burlow,
- 1:11Johnny, I'm in a spot. What's the matter. The Templeton Howes
- 1:15in Boston was knocked over some time during the night. We have one hundred
- 1:18thousand dollars loss on our hands. Can you go over there right away?
- 1:19Well, I'll see where the plane situation is lot and if I find the
- 1:23plane situation. Just back up and get out to the airport. I'll meet
- 1:25you to hang her twelve. Why I'm chartering a plane for you? Bob
- 1:36Bailey and the Exciting Adventures of a Man with the Action Packed Expense Account America's
- 1:41Fabulous Freelance Insurance Investigators, Truly Johnny Dollar expense account submitted by Special Investigator Johnny
- 2:02Dollar to the Mid Eastern Intemnity Corporation Home Office, Hartford, Connecticut, following
- 2:07as an account of expenses incurred during my investigation of the Templeton Matter expense account
- 2:16autum one five dollars even cab fare for my apartment to hang at twelve.
- 2:21At the airport, a twin engine Bonanza had been rolled out and a fueling
- 2:24truck was pulled up alongside a man in a sheepskin seemed to be supervising things.
- 2:30The man who seemed to be supervising him was lud Barlowe. When he
- 2:32saw him, he waved his briefcase. Hey Johnny, Hi, Hi,
- 2:36you all said, Well, I'm here. That's what you mean at all
- 2:38your luggag. Yeah, this is a This is Tommy Clark. Johnny,
- 2:40You're pilot. I am tom I'll stow this scare for you all. Thanks,
- 2:45So faster we move on this, the better off we are. You
- 2:46know that, I know. Eh. This is the blanket policy. This
- 2:52is the itemized list. This is the itemized list broken down. You'll have
- 2:57to check the itemized against the sales, your authorization procedures, and the description
- 3:04of stock records, including shipments received by Templeton House up to an including the
- 3:07first day of last week. Okay, so now maybe you'll tell me what
- 3:10this is all about, and when you get there, what what it's all
- 3:14about. Let's start with temple the House. I'm the biggest jewelry firm in
- 3:16Boston. You said they were robbed last night. Burglarise broken into somewhere between
- 3:21five and seven o'clock in the morning. They get away with Well, that's
- 3:24for you to find out, Johnny. We carry a blanket policy on all
- 3:27their stock. Anything in the store in the way a merchandise discovered. On
- 3:30the phone, you said something about one hundred thousand dollars. It may be
- 3:32two hundred thousand, Johnny. I take it you talked to somebody in Boston.
- 3:36Yeah, did you talk to the police, Yes, for a minute.
- 3:38I told him I was sending a man. They're expecting you give your
- 3:40hand, was Adella. Oh thanks, stop, okay, thanks, host
- 3:46Inschurange, Lieutenant Roebuck. Roebuck, Yeah, get your seatbelt, was Isadella.
- 3:50Oh sure, you'll want to see those content records. You'll be sure
- 3:53and tell them they're up to date. O was the man with a company?
- 3:54What the man of the company temple to remember honey of clients and make
- 4:00something like this a lot better than that. We're in a turns governed send
- 4:03five. I'll try to remember that we're market. By the time we arrived
- 4:19at the Boston Airport, I'd read over the policy and had a fair idea
- 4:23of the coverage involved. Expense account had him two ten dollars more campfare.
- 4:28I dropped my banks off at the Independence Hotel and had the driver take me
- 4:30over to the Templeton House. Two police carents were parked in front of the
- 4:34building and two uniform police officers were parked in the doorway. I'm sorry,
- 4:40mister, this store is not open today. Well, I'm heard the insurance
- 4:43company. Oh but then a Roebucks at the back bad at the bank of
- 4:50the store, A white coated intern and an ambulance attendant were working over a
- 4:55blanket wrapt figure laid out on the stretcher. One of them was operating a
- 4:59plasma too. Yeah, I was checking the pulse. A group of men
- 5:01summon uniform are watching closely. The tall, thin one seemed to be in
- 5:05charge of things. Bucky Yeah, Johnny Dollar, let me take you long.
- 5:12It's Sergeant Younger, Sergeant Toury, this mister Dollar and the insurance coming.
- 5:15I mean, what's this. This man is a special patroler working here.
- 5:21He must have walked right in the middle of it and got himself shut
- 5:25and didn't given him transfusion to her since I found it, said anything in
- 5:29I hasn't been conscious. Doc, how about it. We can't do anymore
- 5:33here that think we'll have to risk a trip to the hospital and try and
- 5:35operate. Okay, boys, road up, doctus. Mister Dollar insurance coming.
- 5:41Okay, Doc, we're gonna want to talk to him a minute he
- 5:44comes around. I'm not gonna promise you anything didn't well. See yupside,
- 5:50Johnie, you didn't waste much time. I brought a contents list that might
- 5:55help you. It's good best help we're going to get from that Patroler.
- 6:00Come on, sure that's just where they got him, Jimmy, huh yeah,
- 6:12most likely there's Mark's there on the door jam. There's ringtel right now.
- 6:15They only took important stuff, easy to move, easy to break down,
- 6:18and on load. You mean yeah. You can see where they snipped
- 6:24the alarms, grounded, the wires, showcases, untouched on they went straight
- 6:29for the safe tilling. We really got something on our hands. You don't
- 6:36just break into a store and open one of these things very easy. Someone
- 6:41did. The neighborhood was canvas for possible witnesses. I spent the rest of
- 6:50the morning with Dorian Templeton, the owner of the company. I knew we
- 6:55had taken an inventory of the missing stock, had drawn up a tentative lists.
- 7:00I know that about does it, mister Dalla, No, it's the
- 7:02next step. I'll check this against the merchandise received reports, mister Templeton.
- 7:08It'll take a while. As soon as I have that finished, you can
- 7:11check it over again and file a formal claim and then the company will reimburse
- 7:15you in cash. What are the chances for recovering in a case nineties?
- 7:18Well, I could quote the actuaries, mister Templeton, but I won't.
- 7:21Why not whoever broke in here last night knew what they were about. They
- 7:26opened your vault the way you'd open your front door. They took what they
- 7:30wanted and got out very quickly. No alarm, no witnesses. The chances
- 7:33are they planning the rest of it just as well. They probably scanted.
- 7:38The police aren't sure how many men were involved. They know it was at
- 7:41least two men, possibly three. How did they arrive at that one man
- 7:44working on the safe, another man looking on, possibly two. The point
- 7:47is the more men who were involved, the harder it'll be for them to
- 7:49take the jewelry, break it down, sell it and stay out of sight.
- 7:53They're going to get away with it. I didn't say that. Well,
- 7:56nothing changed to have gone wrong with their plans so far. One thing
- 7:59went wrong that special patrolman surprise him. True, he didn't have time to
- 8:03draw his gun or sound the alarm, but they had to shoot him.
- 8:07And if something hadn't gone wrong, they'd have been satisfied to knock him on
- 8:09the head. Yes, Oh, what happens now, Well, that's up
- 8:13to the police. I can tell you their investigation will take some time.
- 8:18Burgulary is the toughest kind of thing to work on. Why no witnesses.
- 8:22I never know of it, although you all cleaned up. Now we got
- 8:26a tentative list. As soon as I check it, i'll give it to
- 8:28you. Okay, mister Templeton, I'd like to have you come with me
- 8:31now. No, yes, we'll want your statements soon. There's quite a
- 8:35bit of work to do with the employee. Oh wait, dollars. As
- 8:37soon as you get the list up, give me a ring. Yeah okay,
- 8:41And he knows about the policeman. Yeah, it's a murder case.
- 8:45Now expense account at him three twenty five dollars tenographic fees. The public stenographer
- 8:52at the hotel helped me make a comprehensive list of the stolen items, which
- 8:56was verified by temple The amount of loss was set at one hundred thousand dollars.
- 9:01Right late afternoon, clerks, stenographers, accountants, designers, salespeople,
- 9:05stone cutters, all intevilet. His employee had made statements to Lieutenant Roebuck.
- 9:09The statements were in the process of being checked. A general roundup of known
- 9:13safe crankers and burglary suspects had begun. I expend account had him four three
- 9:18dollars and seventy five cents dinner, Lieutenant Roebuck at myself, Oh, it's
- 9:24going to be a long night. Any luck on the employees, it's hard
- 9:31to say it. One of them is a record yeah fellow named Tabor,
- 9:35one of the janitors. There is a two time loser. I didn't tucked
- 9:39away in a sell until we cleose some of the other stuff away. As
- 9:43he said anything, he denies all knowledge as far as time incident goes.
- 9:50He was home sleeping when all this happened. But that doesn't rule him out
- 9:52of somehow getting that safe combination and passing it onto a friend. Yeah.
- 9:58Man, when the records after he that kind of friends would be interested in
- 10:01just that kind of thing. Hey, how much do you want me around?
- 10:07Your free agent? Dollar? Do you have any ideas? I'll listen.
- 10:11It's a tough baby anyway you look at it. Let me talk to
- 10:15Tamer. There might be a shortcut. Why not, Well, John Tavor,
- 10:28that's right, who are you? Johnny Dollar? Like to talk to
- 10:31him and then, okay, talk He might be in a lot of trouble.
- 10:35Tama, gotta be too bad. They tell me you were a two
- 10:39time loser. If you don't believe but they tell you, you just go
- 10:41look it up for yourself. It's right down there in the books. How
- 10:45did you get that job at Tumbelan's. I asked for it. They know
- 10:48about your record. No, you keep it from them. I didn't broadcast
- 10:52it, would you? No? Okay? What other dumb questions have you
- 10:56got? Do you have any ideas about this? I've got a lot of
- 10:58ideas. Do you know anything about it? No, et, anything,
- 11:05cigarettes anything. I'm all set. Okay. My company faces a big loss
- 11:13in this case. We'd like to avoid that loss. There's a standard offer
- 11:16I'm authorized to make in some instances. I'm going to make it to you.
- 11:22If you have any knowledge of this crime and can furnish any information that
- 11:24will lead to the arrest of the person's involved and recovery of the merchandise,
- 11:28Mike Company will guarantee you the best possible legal assistance in the event that information
- 11:31should incriminate you. That's pretty generous. Well, I have to say it
- 11:33to you. I can use your own judgment. Hey, goud, it's
- 11:39a pretty good offer when you think about it, Davy, you have a
- 11:41record. The police can't pass you up without a lot of scrutiny. You
- 11:46know that that record makes me a real hot one. I swiped a couple
- 11:48of cars, and now they think I might have opened that vault. No,
- 11:52they don't think that, but they have to find out if you might
- 11:56have contact with somebody who did open I don't know anything about it. That
- 12:00case, you'll be released, Oh sure, sure, I'll be released when
- 12:03every cup in town had a go at me twice. I'll be released when
- 12:07the guys who did the job walk into the station and say we didn't mean
- 12:09it, we want to give it back. They've always got to have somebody
- 12:11to throw to the newspapers. Maybe you know it and I know it.
- 12:16Nothing better than to throw some all egx Cott and the cannon hole of but
- 12:18questioning ill love go for it. No any more ideas Karen Russell, Lieutenant
- 12:35see Homie Talks Too and Homie Meets John Tavia was released without bail in the
- 12:43twenty four hour watch was put on his residence. By ten o'clock the next
- 12:46morning, the police had located three witnesses to the shots that had killed the
- 12:50special Potroment. However, none of them had seen the burglars or the kid
- 12:54that was used. The District Attorney's office issued an order impounding the financial records
- 12:58of Templeton House. A complete don't It revealed that its affairs were in excellent
- 13:03shape. It also revealed that Templeton himself was the only man in the jewelry
- 13:07firm who had the combination of the vaults. His statements emphatically denied giving the
- 13:11combination to anyone, as far as the police were able to determine he was
- 13:15telling the truth. The search were all known safecrackers extended into New York and
- 13:20Philadelphia and Chicago. On the morning of the third day, a claims adjuster
- 13:24arrived from hartfreet with a check for one hundred thousand dollars full payment on the
- 13:26claim. Two hours later we had the first break on the case. Hey
- 13:33oh hey, wi oh hello Lukes. Then on get in, that's up
- 13:41hello. Harvard Division found the body down with the docks early this morning.
- 13:45Oh, weighted down with thirty eight slugs. They were fired from the same
- 13:48gun that killed that special patrolman. The match temples on your knee, Act
- 14:15two of yours, truly Johnny Dollar, in just a moment, it is
- 14:18a rare event when a young man decides to leave civilization behind and hide himself
- 14:24away in the steaming jungle just so he can help his fellow humans in a
- 14:28remote corner of the world. The late doctor Tom Dooley did just that when
- 14:33he left the United States to help the sick and starving jungle people in the
- 14:37little kingdom of Leos in Southeast Asia. Doctor Dooley's story is well known to
- 14:43nearly everyone, and all over the world people talk of his little jungle hospital
- 14:48on stilts. That's where he treated the dread diseases of the jungle and trained
- 14:54native medical technicians so that they might help their own people. Doctor Dooley wrote
- 15:01and lectured to many people so that the work of his medical assistance program MEDICO
- 15:07might go on. It was not easy for someone so young and so talented
- 15:11to give up the bright lights of the city and plan himself down in an
- 15:16unknown jungle just for the purpose of helping unfortunate people he didn't even know.
- 15:22But through MEDICO, doctor Tom Dooley wanted to help people. He wanted to
- 15:28help people to help themselves. To day, the work of MEDICO is going
- 15:33forward in a number of countries besides Laos. Young men are being sent to
- 15:39the United States to be schooled in medicine, with the idea of returning to
- 15:43their own countries to help their own people. Hundreds of thousands of dollars worth
- 15:48of medical supplies have been donated by American business men in pharmaceutical companies to day
- 15:56Doctor Tom Dooley's work is being continued for him. It is helping to create
- 16:02better understanding. It is an injection of the spirit of freedom, the right
- 16:08of all men everywhere, now Act two of yours, truly, Johnny Dollar
- 16:15and the Templeton matter. I spent the rest of the day with Lieutenant Roebuck
- 16:26at the morgue. The body that had been found in the harbor was a
- 16:30man about thirty five to forty years old, slim bill, dark hair.
- 16:33The labels had been cut out of his clothes and the laundrymarks torn off.
- 16:37His fingerprints didn't check with anything in the local files. Roebuck put them on
- 16:41the wire to Washington and requested an urgent identification. Johnny Dollar, blood Farlow,
- 16:48Johnny, what's this in the paper? Well especial for Trolman and the
- 16:52unidentified man were killed by the same gun as soon as we get an identification,
- 16:56we can go to work. How about that ex con that turned off
- 16:57working at Dimpletons. I was still watching him. He might have been the
- 17:02case man. So far, it's just an idea. I'd like a recovery
- 17:06on this one, Johnny, So what do you think is possible? Well,
- 17:08two days ago I would have said no. Today things look better.
- 17:11For one thing, none of the merchandise has shown up on the market.
- 17:15For another thing, there'll be There has to be some kind of connection with
- 17:18this unidentified man. I just read your report on Templeton himself. He's out
- 17:22of the question as a suspect so far. Yeah, he's the only one
- 17:25who had the combination of the safe. There's no apparent motive for him to
- 17:27rob himself, and he's the only gone Start yelling at me, lot,
- 17:30I know what you're thinking. Find a motive or give us time. Boy,
- 17:34I give his time on everything. Oh, I guess I hate to
- 17:38pay off think claims. You may get it back. Keep your pants on
- 17:47expense account at him five fifty dollars deposit for rented car. That afternoon,
- 17:51I drove from Boston to Creek Stale, a home of the grantled Safe Company,
- 17:55where he met a man who looked as formidable as the product he manufactured.
- 18:00As I found him standing inside a shiny new vault ready for shipmen,
- 18:06beautiful thing on its way to South America tonight. Well I never thought of
- 18:12a safely exactly that way, mister grand beauty strength. Think for a moment,
- 18:21sir, the treasures it will someday hold. But I bore you,
- 18:25sir with my enthusiasm. Now then you say you are here on a matter
- 18:30of vaults. One vault, mister Grantlin, the one your company sold and
- 18:34installed at the Templeton House in Boston seventeen years ago. Yes, as you
- 18:38read about the burglary. No, sir, I have no Templeton House.
- 18:45Yes, the vault was open, blasted open. Someone had a combination.
- 18:51I am bewildered, sir, indeed I am. You want a thorough accounting
- 18:56from my organization, of course, Well that's up to the police, mister
- 18:59Grantlin. Right now, for my own information, I wonder if you could
- 19:02tell me who might have the combination of that vault. Well, an answer
- 19:06to your question, I would first have to inspect our records. I brought
- 19:10the Serian mothers, Oh, well, let me see. Oh that's as
- 19:15good as the key series. Mister Keating set the final combination, mister Keating,
- 19:22Yes, my chief engineer for years. And who else myself? Sir?
- 19:26I'd have a record of the combination in my own file. And who
- 19:30are those available to myself? Sir? If I keep them in my own
- 19:33vault, I see it? Anyone else? No one here. The people
- 19:40in proper authority are templetons. I'd like to make mister Keating if I couldn't
- 19:45impossible, mister why, mister Keating, it's been dead these six years.
- 19:57I drove back to Boston Roebuck and told him about my interview with Grendlin.
- 20:03He said he'd already started looking into Grantlin's background and expected to have a report
- 20:06within thirty six hours. I was a little surprised when Dorrian Tevelen called half
- 20:11an hour later and asked me to have lunch with him. Would you like
- 20:15it, Drake? No, no, now, nice not. I didn't
- 20:18know whether to call you or the police, mister Dollar. I finally decided
- 20:22on you. Huh, that's a matter. Well, it's one of those
- 20:26strange things. I'm not a particularly observant man, and I don't know why
- 20:30I observed this go on hour. The last night, Missus Templeton and I
- 20:36went to a dinner dance at the country club. We thought, with all
- 20:38this business, a little relaxation should do me some good. Yeah, there
- 20:42was a young girl at the table next to ours, a very pretty girl
- 20:45whom I've never seen before. I happened to notice her handbag duweled affair,
- 20:48quite expensive, one of our items. Yeah, it didn't occur to me
- 20:55until we were leaving that it had been sample stock, not for sale.
- 21:00What do you mean it was stolen, mister Dollar? Why not the police,
- 21:07mister Templeton. I was going to call them first thing this morning and
- 21:10reported. And then I got a package in the mail. It was the
- 21:14handbag intact. Crazy, you said it. Did you happen to get the
- 21:21name of the girl? I asked the metady. He said her name was
- 21:23Helen Tabor. That's not so crazy. Expencerc Count had him six ten cents.
- 21:33One phone call to Lieutenant Roebuck to see if John Tabor was still being
- 21:37watched. Roebuck said that two men were on duty watching his house at all
- 21:41time. I saw them when I drove up an hour later, they were
- 21:45parked across the street. Yeah, yeah, Johnny Dollar is your father.
- 22:06He's keeping right now. May I help you? I don't know. Didn't
- 22:11I see you at the country club last night? Yes? Were you there?
- 22:15Couldn't keep my eyes off of you or your handbag. Oh, I'll
- 22:21talk to money. That didn't wrong, nothing I can handle. Go ahead,
- 22:26fix up a pot of coffee, all right, nice girl, Tavan.
- 22:32Yeah, Templeton was at the country club last night. He saw her.
- 22:37You can talk to me, or you can talk to the police.
- 22:40I don't have to talk to anybody. The way it looks is that you
- 22:42cased the job. You might even have killed a special patrol man. He
- 22:47was shot close range. Could have been somebody new and trusted. You've got
- 22:49your share of things. That handbag was part of it, A little part
- 22:53of it. The way it looks, eh, that's about it. Of
- 22:56course, I don't understand why you sent the handbag back, But then you've
- 23:00probably got a good story for that. Oh I've got a good story.
- 23:03Nobody will believe it, but I've got a good one. It starts off
- 23:07by me saying I didn't help in that heist. I had nothing to do
- 23:10with it. I didn't case the place for anybody. I didn't even know
- 23:11what was coming on. Let's get to the handbag. I took that two
- 23:15days ago. I borrowed it. I've been borrowing stuff right along. Whenever
- 23:19my kid needed anything, I always come back in good shape. I told
- 23:25her they they let me do it. She don't know anything. It's kind
- 23:30of a strange philosopher. I don't even know how to spell a word.
- 23:36I do know my kids got a life ahead of her. I got to
- 23:38give her every chance to look good at good, use her brains, meet
- 23:41the right people, not just because the right people have money, but because
- 23:45they know more right people. It takes a little legs try to let her
- 23:48do things like that. You got to use the handbag because she had a
- 23:52date to go to a dance. You guys are all the same. I
- 23:56didn't expect you to believe it. Oh relax, Maybe I do believe.
- 24:00It sounds nuty enough to be the truth. It is the truth. You're
- 24:07taking me in. I'm gonna tell a Roebuck about this. He'll probably want
- 24:11to talk to you. You can check it better than I can. Now.
- 24:14I'm having any authority to take you in. I wouldn't take you in
- 24:17anyhow. I'm interested in guys who walk into vaults. So you're right,
- 24:25Wait a minute. But I never thought i'd see the day when I try
- 24:29to help a cop or anybody like a cop. Maybe this is the day.
- 24:33I saw the paper last night. Oh, the picture of that guy
- 24:40they found floating in the harbor. They tagged him, yet he said town
- 24:44Doe until we hear from Washington. His name's Kylie, Billy Kylie. How
- 24:48do you know I used to know him a long time ago? Probably Kylie?
- 24:53Yeah, from Philadelphia. Thanks a check with the Philadelphia Police and the
- 25:03comparison of fingerprints identified the man as William H. Kylie. His Boston address
- 25:07was on Parker Street. I drove out there with Lieutenant Roebuck. It was
- 25:11an ordinary, undistinguished apartment house. No one answered the department twelve A,
- 25:15so we let ourselves in the room. Had nothing to offer in the way
- 25:18of evidence. How'd you find anything now? Yeah, well that's some men
- 25:23come out and give it a good going over. Oh maybe the manager of
- 25:27the tennis last. Something it will help is come on, let's go.
- 25:30Yeah, I'll be careful. Yeah yeah, Jim Yeah, that's just him.
- 25:45Any trouble there? Hello? Say that again. Oh, I don't
- 25:53know who you are, but I know you're not Jim. It sounds like
- 26:00we're getting something here. Let me have a policy being Tracey. I'm bothered.
- 26:03I know where we can find him, but I'd recognize his voice anywhere.
- 26:11It was dark by the time we got to the Grantline Safe Company factory,
- 26:15Increase Dale. There was a single work light spreading a sickly yellow glow
- 26:19over the main floor loading platform. We were expected they went off somewhere in
- 26:26the darkness of the building. Okay, yeah, I'm okay, just try
- 26:30for that steering right, you see the flashes? Did you're alone? Answering?
- 26:45Yeah? What are you doing here? Looking for one hundred thousand dollars
- 26:51worth of jewelry and the answer to a couple of murders? Funny, you're
- 26:56very fool, Hobby, your courageous man of your perception could do well with
- 27:04a part of that money. Oh thanks, I'll take it all. You
- 27:10will take nothing. Keeping talking, I'll try to get under the stairs.
- 27:15Are you a love for a little while? But I've got people coming home.
- 27:21People. Mister Dollah still alive and kicking, mister Grantlin, you can't
- 27:32shoot around corners. No, but then I don't have to shoot around the
- 27:37corner. Really very good, very good shootings. Brandlin's I want to stay
- 27:56there. No no statement. No, he was dead before the ambulance arrived,
- 28:11and there was no statement. There was never a statement. As nearly
- 28:15as it could be pieced together, Grantlin himself opened the vaults at Templeton House.
- 28:19William Kylie and possibly a man named Tim helped him. Kylie, of
- 28:23course, was killed for his efforts. Tim never appeared, it was never
- 28:26identified. My hotel bill ran up to one hundred and sixty eight dollars.
- 28:32That's Hadham seven. I had him eight thirty five dollars car rental, I
- 28:34got fifty dollars deposit back. I had him nine thirty two dollars and a
- 28:38half. Airfare and incidentals back to hybrid expensive. Got total four hundred and
- 28:42thirteen dollars twenty eight cents remarks. Put that against one hundred thousand dollars.
- 28:47The insurance company didn't have to pay off Jenny dollars. Barlow. I just
- 28:53talked to Roebuck in Boston. There's not one scrap of that jewelry anywhere in
- 28:57that whole safe factory, not one piece. I know what just about now
- 29:02this is safe at the Port of New York being shipped to South America.
- 29:04It's a Gramplin safe and if you hurry over there you can. Yes,
- 29:11Tulane Johnny Dollar. Johnny Dollar has come to you through the worldwide facilities of
- 29:45the United States Armed Forces Radio and Television Service. Welcome back to some longtime
- 30:56listeners of the show. This may sound like a somewhat familiar story, and
- 31:03this goes way way back to one of the early Edmund O'Brien shows. We
- 31:10aired it about four years ago and it has a very similar though not quite
- 31:15identical plot. That story was eighty five Little MANX, which was aired early
- 31:21on in nineteen fifty. And that'll actually do it for today. We will
- 31:26be back tomorrow with police headquarters. In the meantime, Sandra commons to Box
