- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Welcome to Healing with Purpose Podcast, a place where we discuss how healing ourselves helps us find our purpose.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: I'm your host, Kenya Marie.
- 0:08SPEAKER_00: Let's get into it.
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: What is up?
- 0:15SPEAKER_00: Welcome back to another episode.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: I'm really excited for this super quick episode because I was asked a very amazing question recently.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: And I thought, oh, I should probably speak about where healing with purpose even came from.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: So I fullheartedly believe that every single one of us is capable of healing from within.
- 0:42SPEAKER_00: And I used to hear that and be like, oh my gosh, okay, crazy hippie.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: Like that does not make sense.
- 0:49SPEAKER_00: And, you know, there are things that are outside of our control, which are true.
- 0:54SPEAKER_00: However, it wasn't until I went through my own self-healing journey that I finally bought into this idea that, oh, I actually do believe that we can heal ourselves in many ways.
- 1:05SPEAKER_00: And I do believe that by doing so helps us get back into alignment, remember who we are, and by remembering who we are, remember what our reason of being here is and our reason for life and what our purpose is to, you know, fulfill during our time here.
- 1:24SPEAKER_00: And so I'm just going to quickly run down like where I really believed this to be true, like what that turning point was, and what I have chosen to do about it as a very much teacher archetype and pizza dosha, if you follow.
- 1:51SPEAKER_00: So where healing of purpose came from was when I was going through my journey of healing, and I share my story often on my Instagram.
- 2:02SPEAKER_00: So you can always read about it there.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: But I really didn't know what to do about my situation and feeling the way that I was feeling when I was 20, you know, any, you know, between 19 and like 24, I was really just not understanding why I couldn't get myself out of this anxious-ridden mindset.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: And I couldn't understand why I continued to make the same mistakes, and I couldn't understand why I was ultimately just feeling incredibly unhappy.
- 2:37SPEAKER_00: Because from the outside, I was seemingly doing well.
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: I was in school, ended up graduating college early, ended up going to graduate school and became a social worker, and then I got married and like I was doing all of these things, and I still wasn't happy.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: And so as I was going through my journey of really figuring out like how to get out of feeling that way, I discovered the incredible truth of when we heal step by step our body and then our mind and then our emotions, then we truly can change who we are for the better by remembering what our purpose is and what all of this means in the first place.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: And so my journey was a journey of first going through the process of healing my body.
- 3:33SPEAKER_00: I lost 30 pounds of fat.
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: I was finally eating for my health, right?
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: Like that's not something that I ever was raised to think about was like, oh, we should probably eat because this is good for your bones or this is good for your heart or this is good for your, you know, hair, even.
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: Like I wasn't really taught these things.
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: And so when I was dating my husband, I started to learn about all of these different um, you know, important qualities of food and really dove into that hardcore, ended up becoming a bodybuilder for a few years, and then you know, stepped away from that after just really wanting to go more of the holistic uh route.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: And nonetheless, I ended up healing my body.
- 4:19SPEAKER_00: I no longer was experienced gut issues, my skin was no longer breaking out, which was something that I definitely struggled with all of my life, having terrible like acne and just not great skin and not strong nails.
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: And when I started to heal my body, I started to see all of these positive shifts happen in my body.
- 4:36SPEAKER_00: And I was like, wait, this is amazing.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: And I can't believe that food and proper exercise and the right kind of exercise like did this for me.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: So it was really amazing, awesome experience.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: And then obviously I went on to create Beyond the Physical, my Body and Mind Fitness Transformation program.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: And we have since helped, you know, over 400 people transform their body, whether it be losing anywhere between five to a hundred pounds of weight, um, or you know, gaining really strong, healthy bones and muscles and strong bones and healthy muscles and healthy bodies, you know, whatever our clients' goals are, we really teach them that they have the power to change their behaviors and change their habits and change their daily way of living to create the body that they actually like.
- 5:18SPEAKER_00: So it was amazing.
- 5:19SPEAKER_00: Um, but during that process, I uh was getting really confident and I was falling in love with the all things fitness.
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: And so I ended up creating um this really amazing mindset that I didn't not that I didn't necessarily have before, but it was like refined, right?
- 5:37SPEAKER_00: So I've always been, um, and I'm sure if you're listening to this, you could relate, you you know, some of you might relate, like being a really driven person and having a lot of big ambitions and big goals, but not quite like going after them, right?
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: Like just saying we want to go after them, but not actually doing it.
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: So these are the people like, oh, I want to lose 30 pounds, but like don't actually do anything, or I want to create a business, but like don't ever do, you know, marketing or something, right?
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: Like it's like the difference that we have when we start to actually change, well, of course, the byproduct of that is literally changing our mind.
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: And so when I was going through the process of, you know, starting beyond the physical, I started to develop incredible habits and behaviors and ways of thinking that took me from being in this disempowering, poor me type of mindset into being in this, I am strong, I am capable, I am, you know, secure with my ability type of mindset.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: And how I did that was through so many different things.
- 6:50SPEAKER_00: Um, but you know, to name a few, like I started to be intentional about my journaling.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: So I've always been a journaler, like literally since I was nine, I still have journals.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: Uh, and you know, I used to just kind of like write random things, but in the last three, four years, I've been incredibly intentional about what I'm writing.
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: I am setting my vision out onto paper, or I am processing a difficult time, or I am, you know, listing out my vision for my business, and then you know, step by step writing what that looks like.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: I was just incredibly intentional about just what I was journaling.
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: And it made a massive impact on my mindset and it changed the way that I started to think about myself and think about my abilities.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: And I also started to meditate more regularly as well.
- 7:38SPEAKER_00: So, you know, I get it.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: Like meditation can be really, really challenging when you've never done it before.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: And the number one thing I hear when I talk about meditation is I don't know how to meditate.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: I can't meditate.
- 7:51SPEAKER_00: I can't meditate.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: And it's like, oh gosh, you know, and I get it because I was definitely like that, but it's like you absolutely can.
- 7:57SPEAKER_00: And I usually ask people, okay, well, why don't you think you can meditate?
- 7:59SPEAKER_00: They say, Well, I just I think about a million things.
- 8:01SPEAKER_00: I think about a million things, and I I can't shut off my mind.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: And so I get distracted, I get fidgety, I end up getting up.
- 8:08SPEAKER_00: And I tell them resisting that getting up feeling or bringing your thoughts back to something that you want to focus on.
- 8:19SPEAKER_00: So a lot of us start off with just focusing on our breath, right?
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: Like whatever, just keep like thinking of your breath and or focusing on your breath rather.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: And um, that's an easy way to get focused.
- 8:32SPEAKER_00: But we say, Oh, I'm thinking about a million things and I get fidgety, so I get up.
- 8:36SPEAKER_00: And it's like, right, but bringing those crazy thoughts that are going all over the place back to a center focus is meditation, right?
- 8:47SPEAKER_00: And coming back to your breath is meditation, realizing that your body is saying get up, but your mind is saying no is the practice of meditation and strengthening your mind.
- 9:02SPEAKER_00: So, like, I get it, it's just like working out.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: If you haven't worked out your body, you haven't gone to the gym in three years, you go back for the first time and you're like, oh my gosh, this shit is hard.
- 9:14SPEAKER_00: And you just for whatever reason keep sticking with it, you realize in time, oh, actually, it's not that difficult to work out, and it's just a part of my daily living.
- 9:23SPEAKER_00: And I know like how to do it, and perhaps I'm good at doing it, right?
- 9:27SPEAKER_00: And so it's the same thing when it comes to strengthening our mind.
- 9:30SPEAKER_00: And so I had, you know, these certain meditations that I would do to do just that, and certain practices and persistence and resilience to, you know, stay sitting put and letting my mind get strong because at the end of the day, you do not want your body to control you.
- 9:45SPEAKER_00: A lot of us are allowing our brain, our brain and our body to control us, and that's the problem.
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: Our mind is in control, and it's a matter of mastering like how to do that and remembering that your body and your brain are not supposed to be taking charge.
- 10:01SPEAKER_00: Um, and if you allow it to constantly tell you, you know, no, don't get up and work out.
- 10:09SPEAKER_00: I'm tired, and then you listen to that.
- 10:11SPEAKER_00: I mean, that's the problem because we see what happens when we do that over time.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: Or, you know, scroll on your phone for two hours before going to bed.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: Like that seems healthy, right?
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: And your mind is like, probably not, but your your brain's like, well, this is what I want.
- 10:26SPEAKER_00: And so you honor it.
- 10:26SPEAKER_00: Like, we see what happens when we do that, right?
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: So there's so many ways that our brain and our body are tricking us into thinking that going the less healthy route is best because it's what feels right and it's easy.
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: And unfortunately, most of us get super comfortable doing that.
- 10:41SPEAKER_00: And so because it's comfortable, we think it's normal, and because we think it's normal, we continue to do it.
- 10:46SPEAKER_00: But it's the practice of absolutely just deconstructing some of those thoughts that are like telling you to sit down, shut up, you're be unhappy.
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: Like it's a matter of overcoming that by strengthening our mind and focusing on healing and our purpose and you know, our vision.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: Like that is how we strengthen our mindset.
- 11:08SPEAKER_00: So I went through this process, and again, this is what I teach my you know students in the healing with purpose course, which I'll talk about in a bit.
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: But um after that, you know, one thing that really was helping me was healing through some of my traumas.
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: So obviously, you know, every single one of us has experienced emotional trauma to some degree.
- 11:28SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 11:29SPEAKER_00: And whether they are, you know, big tea traumas, so you know, big life events, um, poverty, you know, abuse, neglect, things of that nature, or little tea traumas, which could be just like being bullied when you were younger, or constantly being dismissed or ignored by one of your, you know, parent figures, or um, you know, being told you're not good enough or you could be doing more, should be doing more, right?
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: Like those are all like little tea traumas, but can be equally damaging as big tea traumas when they go unhealed.
- 12:02SPEAKER_00: And so every single one of us has experienced some form of emotional trauma.
- 12:05SPEAKER_00: Personally, I've experienced a lot of emotional trauma, and I had a lot to unpack and a lot to work through.
- 12:13SPEAKER_00: And I went 26 years not doing that, and so I had to start.
- 12:19SPEAKER_00: And how I did that was really um connecting with my higher self.
- 12:27SPEAKER_00: This is when I started to really be intentional about clearing my you know unbalanced chakras and clearing that energy in releasing the energy that was no longer serving me and welcoming an energy that was helpful and loving, and what my body and my soul and my brain and everything in between was craving.
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: And so this is arguably one of the harder forms of transformation when it comes to healing.
- 12:59SPEAKER_00: You know, we can follow a workout plan and what you know, our coach tells us to eat and we can achieve the body, right?
- 13:05SPEAKER_00: Of course, a little bit of mindset and discipline goes into that, of course, but essentially you're kind of just doing it and it can get done.
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: Same thing goes with your mindset.
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: Again, a little bit more challenging having to sit there, sit put, telling your body that nope, sit down, shut up.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: I'm in charge.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: We're gonna sit here for another five minutes, and then we can get up and do scroll on our phone and do all the shit that we do every single day.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: But right now we're gonna, you know, focus, like disciplining your mind.
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: That's challenging too.
- 13:29SPEAKER_00: But I think that, or, you know, healing the mind rather is is difficult.
- 13:34SPEAKER_00: But I think what's hard for a lot of us is this last piece, which is the emotional piece.
- 13:40SPEAKER_00: It is coming to terms with some of the things that have happened in our life.
- 13:44SPEAKER_00: It is healing through things that we have kept locked in boxes in the top of our brain for 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 years, right?
- 13:53SPEAKER_00: It's it's connecting to ourself in a way that most of us hearing that think, I don't even know what that means, right?
- 14:02SPEAKER_00: And so this was what is most important, I think, when it comes to actually finding and living your purpose.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: I think is really healing through some of the emotional blocks that we have, the um belief systems that we have about ourselves or other people or the world.
- 14:22SPEAKER_00: And this is what I, you know, am always going to be uh working through, I think, or at least, you know, for the next however long, because I think that there's always things, especially with someone with the amount of trauma that I have, I think that there's a way of processing.
- 14:40SPEAKER_00: And I think that, you know, things are always going to come up that we never really thought about because they maybe were suppressed for so long.
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: And now they're coming up and we're working through them.
- 14:49SPEAKER_00: And I think that's really healthy.
- 14:50SPEAKER_00: I think that it's it's a healthy quality to have that instead of you know doing what most of us do, which is when something happens in our life that emotionally triggers us, we get mad or we get angry, you know, in an uncontrollable anger, or we um bottle it all in and we don't ever talk about it.
- 15:09SPEAKER_00: Um, maybe we become a workaholic, maybe we become an alcoholic, maybe we, you know, like whatever.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: We we just like we we do all of these other things except for like like process it and feel through it.
- 15:22SPEAKER_00: And that is what keeps many of us stuck and out of alignment and not living our purpose.
- 15:28SPEAKER_00: And so that is the last stage uh, you know, for the healing journey in my eyes, and um all three of these stages are things that we constantly need to be working on and constantly need to be implementing into our life as if they are just things that we naturally do, like brushing your teeth.
- 15:42SPEAKER_00: Like it just has to be so natural to constantly love on our body and our mind and our emotional health.
- 15:49SPEAKER_00: And I think that that um for me is what allowed this uh elevation.
- 15:55SPEAKER_00: And this elevation is what allowed me to remember who the heck I am, why I'm here, what my purpose is, and that is to serve humanity and is to assist in you know helping humanity heal and be healthy in any big or small way that I do.
- 16:11SPEAKER_00: So um, and that's something that I I know full-heartedly.
- 16:14SPEAKER_00: So all of that to say, I thought as the teacher and me, okay, how the heck are we gonna get this message across?
- 16:24SPEAKER_00: How are we going to, how am I going to to walk people through this?
- 16:29SPEAKER_00: Because like when it's done, it's immaculate the changes that you'll see in your life.
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: It's like, damn, like I wish I was in something or had someone tell me, like, do this and then do this and then and then do this and do it all together, right?
- 16:43SPEAKER_00: And you know, this is how you do it, and this is why you do it.
- 16:46SPEAKER_00: Like, that is the type of a learner I am.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: And so I also am the that type of teacher.
- 16:50SPEAKER_00: And so I put together a course called Healing with Purpose.
- 16:54SPEAKER_00: And this 10-week course is designed to help us walk through the stages of healing.
- 17:02SPEAKER_00: It is designed to, you know, ultimately help you find your purpose in life by walking you through the how to heal, right?
- 17:10SPEAKER_00: Like really just how to heal from the inside out, um, how to heal your body, how to manage your mind, how to change your mind, how to reconstruct uh some of these, you know, thought patterns and behaviors that aren't serving you and reconstruct ones that are, how to reconnect with your highest self and ultimately, you know, remember why you're here.
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: And so I was like, okay, I have to put something together and as best as I can explain each and every single one of these steps using anecdotal research, using my experience, using the experience of the people that I work with, um, so that people see, like, damn, if we do this, we could heal.
- 17:41SPEAKER_00: So I put together this course.
- 17:42SPEAKER_00: I asked some friends to uh to join me who I absolutely respect, experts in their spaces, uh, a registered dietitian, a functional doctor involved.
- 17:51SPEAKER_00: We have a human design embodiment coach, a holistic health coach, a breath work facilitator, and yoga instructor.
- 17:57SPEAKER_00: And, you know, I really wanted to walk through the stages and show them listen, these are the types of people that we could be receiving healing, you know, modal healing modalities and healing education and just actual healing from, right?
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: These are people that can actually help us heal.
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: So I want to introduce you to these people.
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: And so I brought them on and um together we put this 10-week course together, and uh it's a step by step.
- 18:26SPEAKER_00: Each week we have a different module.
- 18:28SPEAKER_00: So, you know, the first week we're talking about who are you, right?
- 18:31SPEAKER_00: Like you who are you really?
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: Uh, you know, we so we really wanted to kickstart this course off by just diving deep into understanding like who we are, because I don't think I knew who I was, and because I forgot who I was, right?
- 18:45SPEAKER_00: We have this like great forgetting and we keep forgetting, and so we have to keep remembering.
- 18:49SPEAKER_00: And you know, when you forget who you are, you forget what your purpose is.
- 18:52SPEAKER_00: And so it's like in this week, we really break down from helping you remember like who exactly you are.
- 18:57SPEAKER_00: Uh, we have our human design expert um involved in week one, and she's just so incredible and so uh beautifully, you know, the way the way that she relays human design is just a really elegant and and beautiful way.
- 19:11SPEAKER_00: And um, I hope to have her on here soon because she's she's amazing.
- 19:15SPEAKER_00: And um, she really just helps you understand what your natural gifts are and what your limiting beliefs are and what your soul's natural calling is and walk you through that process.
- 19:24SPEAKER_00: So that's all about week one.
- 19:25SPEAKER_00: And then week two, we go into healing the body.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: So I provide you a 10-week workout plan.
- 19:28SPEAKER_00: So it's not just like the the healing and the education and the um the you know, the learning through these modules, but we want to actually help you uh do it.
- 19:38SPEAKER_00: And so if that means giving you a workout plan saying, listen, this is how you can work out for the next 10 weeks, three months, I mean, oh my gosh, you have no idea how much progress you can make in three three months.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, I provide those workouts so that if anything, you have something to follow if you don't already follow a workout regimen.
- 19:53SPEAKER_00: Um, but we also have our Ayurvedic wellness educator who speaks in that week, a registered dietitian, walks you through, you know, really how to heal your guts, uh, which truly I feel is the first step to healing anything.
- 20:03SPEAKER_00: Um, everything, you know, starts there.
- 20:05SPEAKER_00: And so she really just helps us understand how to heal our bodies and you know how we how to move your bodies.
- 20:10SPEAKER_00: And so you have access to those workouts the whole duration of the course, and afterwards you just download them.
- 20:14SPEAKER_00: Uh, and then week three, we and week four, we talk about managing the mind.
- 20:18SPEAKER_00: So uh this is like where I kind of nerd out a little bit uh these weeks, and then you know, weeks five and six as well.
- 20:23SPEAKER_00: But this is what I'm teaching you how to actually change your mindset.
- 20:26SPEAKER_00: So I'm talking about the components of the mind and the components of the brain, which are two different things, and really just how to actually change the mindset.
- 20:34SPEAKER_00: You know, we're so used to saying change your mindset, but like if you want to change your mindset, you have to change your mind.
- 20:39SPEAKER_00: And so we need to learn how to change the mind.
- 20:40SPEAKER_00: So that's what we talk about in this week, and really just like the layers of the mind and you know, how to get thoughts from your unconscious to your subconscious and you know, into conscious awareness, the thoughts that you want to have, and how to pay attention to the thoughts that are in your conscious awareness, but also how to tap into your unconscious mind so that you can actually do some deconstruction work down there and start generating thoughts that you want to have.
- 21:01SPEAKER_00: So we talk about that in weeks three and four.
- 21:03SPEAKER_00: It's two weeks long because it is extensive, and we give lots of practices that you actually need to do um to start getting into this, you know, habit of changing your mind.
- 21:13SPEAKER_00: Um, and then weeks five and six are all about healing the emotional body and brain.
- 21:18SPEAKER_00: So we live in a world where most of us were taught to suppress so many of our emotions or ignore our emotions or respond, you know, in a way that maybe hasn't been beneficial to us.
- 21:29SPEAKER_00: And as a result, we are a society of like pent-up, energy-driven individuals, uh, angry individuals, um, sad, low vibrational individuals.
- 21:36SPEAKER_00: And a lot of us are just really out of touch with what the reality is.
- 21:39SPEAKER_00: And so if we want to really love our purpose, then we must learn how to identify and heal our traumas and tap into that emotional body.
- 21:47SPEAKER_00: And um, yeah, weeks five and six are pretty amazing.
- 21:51SPEAKER_00: They're two weeks long as well.
- 21:53SPEAKER_00: It is um a little bit of an emotional period.
- 21:57SPEAKER_00: Uh, that's definitely the feedback I've gotten from so many of our students, but.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: In the healthiest and greatest way.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, because it's really addressing things that we probably have gone many years, if not all of our life, ignoring, repressing, suppressing.
- 22:09SPEAKER_00: So um, yeah, weeks five and six, it's all about tapping into the emotions.
- 22:14SPEAKER_00: And I I I really go deep in there too.
- 22:16SPEAKER_00: Like, so if you're familiar with neuroplasticity or uh the components of like the limbic system and what that all looks like, that we we literally talk about the emotional brain uh in those weeks.
- 22:26SPEAKER_00: Um, week seven is all about functional medicine.
- 22:28SPEAKER_00: So we have our functional doctor there who is really helping us walk through the importance of understanding functional medicine um and how it heals us.
- 22:35SPEAKER_00: And also we have our holistic practitioners there, our breath work facilitators, yoga instructors.
- 22:40SPEAKER_00: So again, you have access to a yoga, you know, a 30-minute yoga practice every day if you want to.
- 22:49SPEAKER_00: I mean, I mean, think about like what it would cost to go into a yoga studio every single morning, like for three months, and like you you get this as a part of your course.
- 22:58SPEAKER_00: And so you have access to this, you can follow that um that practice as much as you want.
- 23:04SPEAKER_00: Um same with the breath work.
- 23:06SPEAKER_00: I mean, if you wanted to do breath work every single night, our you know, Nikki She does a beautiful job of facilitating us through that breathwork session.
- 23:12SPEAKER_00: And, you know, it's breathwork has been such an integral part of my healing and such an important part of my healing.
- 23:18SPEAKER_00: And I did it, I do it regularly for a while now, and it's helped tremendously.
- 23:22SPEAKER_00: And so um having access to that breath work session, I mean, in that in and of itself is is pretty crazy for you know, three months straight, 10 weeks or whatever.
- 23:30SPEAKER_00: Um and then week eight, we talk about, you know, at this point we've we've healed through the body, we've we're we've learning how to deconstruct the mind.
- 23:38SPEAKER_00: We are, you know, really tapping into our emotional body.
- 23:40SPEAKER_00: And so now we have cleared this channel, we have aligned our energy centers and we've cleared this uh stagnant energy.
- 23:50SPEAKER_00: And we're now at a place where when you we've done that uh and we've learned the practices of how to connect to our God or our highest self, then we're able to actually start receiving.
- 23:59SPEAKER_00: And when you start receiving, uh you start, you know, downloading information of who you are and why you're here, and that is where the magic happens.
- 24:08SPEAKER_00: So week eight is all about finding your purpose.
- 24:10SPEAKER_00: A lot of the healing has been done at this point, um, especially if you're doing this consistently.
- 24:14SPEAKER_00: And yes, it can happen this fast.
- 24:16SPEAKER_00: Uh, I I see it to happen with my my clients, my students.
- 24:19SPEAKER_00: So it's it's amazing to see.
- 24:22SPEAKER_00: Um, and this is where we really start helping you discover your dharma, discover your purpose here, right?
- 24:27SPEAKER_00: And so you're able to receive this information.
- 24:29SPEAKER_00: So it's pretty amazing.
- 24:30SPEAKER_00: Week nine is we walk you through the stages of purposeful living.
- 24:33SPEAKER_00: So we help you discover your dharma, you know, archetype, your dosha, your natural gifts, you know, uh what is your superpower?
- 24:40SPEAKER_00: We we really go through those stages, and finally the week 10 is kind of that exit, you know, living on purpose.
- 24:44SPEAKER_00: We put it all together and you know, help you set up for success in this new age era.
- 24:50SPEAKER_00: So it's an incredible course.
- 24:52SPEAKER_00: I'm very proud of it.
- 24:53SPEAKER_00: I'm very proud of all the students that have been enrolled.
- 24:55SPEAKER_00: I'm proud of the coaches who are um, you know, involved in something like this.
- 25:00SPEAKER_00: I truly believe that when we heal ourselves, we do heal the world.
- 25:03SPEAKER_00: We heal our brother, our mother, our sister, our friend, our neighbor, our coworker.
- 25:08SPEAKER_00: And that is how this shit spreads.
- 25:10SPEAKER_00: So we need, if we're gonna spread anything, let's spread healing.
- 25:13SPEAKER_00: So um this course is absolutely incredible if you are a coach of any kind.
- 25:19SPEAKER_00: If you are working with anyone's bodies or minds, please, coaches, make sure that you are, you know, aware of not just like the not just of the fact that we can do this, because I'm sure a lot of you know that, but like how to do it and maybe how you could teach this to your own students or your own clients.
- 25:36SPEAKER_00: Um, entrepreneurs who are feeling energetically stuck in their business, this is something that you uh could easily benefit from.
- 25:42SPEAKER_00: I, you know, I have a couple of clients uh and students in there now who uh joined for that very reason and they're coming out of it with destroyed limiting beliefs that things that they were holding on to that was keeping them stuck from actually creating a profitable and happy business.
- 25:58SPEAKER_00: And now they're on their way.
- 26:00SPEAKER_00: So um, you know, if you're in the helping profession, this also is for you.
- 26:03SPEAKER_00: I obviously am was am and always will be a social worker.
- 26:08SPEAKER_00: Um and this was something that I wish I knew when I was working at the county.
- 26:13SPEAKER_00: I wish I knew the process of healing.
- 26:14SPEAKER_00: Perhaps I would have been a better service to um my clients and the children that I worked with.
- 26:19SPEAKER_00: And so teachers, nurses, doctors, social workers, you know, all of you in that helping profession, 100% this is something that you could benefit from.
- 26:27SPEAKER_00: But, you know, even at just at the minimum, if you're a spiritually inligned or spiritually curious person or um you're someone who's really looking to deepen your healing journey, then this is for you.
- 26:37SPEAKER_00: You know, healing truly is not, you know, just one aspect.
- 26:40SPEAKER_00: It's not just our body, it's not just our mind, it's not just like our emotions, it's all of it.
- 26:44SPEAKER_00: And so when we're able to heal on that deep level, you know, our in all of our bodies, um, we're able to do incredible things and ultimately live a very happy and healthy life.
- 26:55SPEAKER_00: So um that is what our our 10-week course looks like.
