  called technical analysis chart rating called a cup and handle

  pattern. It is the most reliable, most

  watched, most predictive accuracy of prediction of any

  chart analysis tool. It's called a cup and handle

  because on a chart, when you have something that looks like a

  cup, which would be this right here.

  See how that kind of looks like a cup, right?
