  SPEAKER_00: In this episode, I'll be sharing how I learned about the game of nipple, the training sessions, and what it was like from being part of the South Australian team.

  SPEAKER_00: I will also be talking about our team camp in April where we all got to know each other and took part in some fun activities.

  SPEAKER_00: The Team Camp was a great opportunity for everyone from different sports of course.

  SPEAKER_00: For everyone to come together, get to know each other and learn about Tingworth.

  SPEAKER_00: The journey was only just getting started.
• 1:58
  SPEAKER_00: And it was all the journey to the nationals.

  SPEAKER_00: We talk part in different activities, work together, and help each other, others along the way.

  SPEAKER_00: This was my fourth nationals going to the big nationals games.

  SPEAKER_00: And every experience has been different.

  SPEAKER_00: Which is all great.

  SPEAKER_00: And I think that that's also a good thing as well.

  SPEAKER_00: One of our activities we did is running up a hill together.
• 2:28
  SPEAKER_00: So we went to a in West Beach Cameron Park and we did up the hill, down the hill.

  SPEAKER_00: We all have to work together as a team.
• 2:37
  SPEAKER_00: It wasn't just about the running, it was all about talking to each other, encouraging each other, and giving everything a try, a go, and doing everything you can do.

  SPEAKER_00: Another activity, as I remember, and I remember the man activity, there was like four groups, four stations.

  SPEAKER_00: So another good activity, I I think it was already one, it was about the rope.

  SPEAKER_00: So there's a few rope exercises, and this is the one about tangling.
• 3:06
  SPEAKER_00: So you gotta work to untangle the rope, and it was about communication of that.

  SPEAKER_00: There was a mother one that you have to be in this semi-circ and you have to learn.

  SPEAKER_00: It tends to be two voice main voices, and they have to come together and communicate to make sure no one leads the circle, and you have to be there for whatever the seconds or minutes as well.

  SPEAKER_00: So that there's some reminder remembering how it all went.

  SPEAKER_00: So it's all about learning about communication, teamwork, and helping each other, I dimension.

  SPEAKER_00: These were just a few activities on cam.

  SPEAKER_00: Our team chart.
• 3:46
  SPEAKER_00: So one thing I remember from the cam, we had to do into depending on the grid we had.

  SPEAKER_00: We had the swimmers and the mother sport with the nippler.
• 3:56
  SPEAKER_00: And one thing about the team part is you have to bring out something together.

  SPEAKER_00: The nipples players came together and learnt our team chart.

  SPEAKER_00: So basically, we have to say that when we the winner, which it was, I just want to let you know, and we have to learn how to say it say it during the national week.

  SPEAKER_00: But and when we got to the nationals, we'll share that.

  SPEAKER_00: We set our team chart together, and it was a great way to bring everyone together and show the team split.

  SPEAKER_00: And that's exactly what exactly how amazing that you can do team charts no matter.

  SPEAKER_00: We have our team essays on the wise go essay.

  SPEAKER_00: It's amazing.
• 4:40
  SPEAKER_00: And I think everyone did really well.
• 4:42
  SPEAKER_00: And from their teamboard, I think we did pretty well.

  SPEAKER_00: National Netball training sessions.
• 4:48
  SPEAKER_00: Now that's let's talk about that.

  SPEAKER_00: About the netbull train sessions.
• 4:52
  SPEAKER_00: Our South Australian Netball team had 18 athletes from the parts of South Australia.
• 4:59
  SPEAKER_00: We all come together to prepare for the national games in Melbourne.

  SPEAKER_00: We train together at different stadiums with most of our train sessions held in indoors and only ones outdoors.

  SPEAKER_00: For me, it was a great opportunity to learn about footwork, ball skills, as well as the understanding about the game Netball.

  SPEAKER_00: We also had scrimming matches as well.

  SPEAKER_00: The one before our final session.
• 5:28
  SPEAKER_00: We were outdoors session and we had a scrimmage match.

  SPEAKER_00: It was lots of fun and understanding a bit more of the game.

  SPEAKER_00: So hopefully we met once a month from June up to October.
• 5:42
  SPEAKER_00: There was a lot of changes behind the scenes, but we all met most times per session.

  SPEAKER_00: What did I learn about Netball?

  SPEAKER_00: During the train sessions, I learned quite a lot of the game.
• 5:55
  SPEAKER_00: One of the biggest things was understandable of Netball.
• 5:59
  SPEAKER_00: I also learned about footwork, moving around the court and getting into the right positions.

  SPEAKER_00: Sometimes it looks like a little world to understand courtesy things, but that's all part of learning a sport.

  SPEAKER_00: The more I train, the more I started to understand the game.

  SPEAKER_00: It was also great to train with other athletes, work together, learn from each other.

  SPEAKER_00: I'm hoping to play more new in the future and hoping to play along some vanilla phases again.

  SPEAKER_00: That's one of the things I love about sport, meeting new people, making friends, and learning new skill.
