- 4:58Speaker 7: We got a lot of stuff to talk about.
- 5:00Speaker 8: A lot of coaches got fired already, So we're gonna
- 5:03Speaker 8: give the list of I believe it's ten coaches, eight
- 5:05Speaker 8: or ten coaches that got fired, with a few more
- 5:09Speaker 8: probably on the way next week and we'll talk about that.
- 5:11Speaker 8: We'll talk about the big NFL playoffs this weekend. We've
- 5:15Speaker 8: got just a lot of stuff, so let's get into
- 5:17Speaker 8: it right now. If today is your birthday on January eighth,

- 5:25Speaker 8: a birthday with you. Kaylor Martin is twenty four. Noah

- 5:37Speaker 8: and today would have also been the birthdays of David
- 5:40Speaker 8: Bowie and Elvis Presley. January ninth, Princess Kate Middleton turns
- 5:46Speaker 8: forty four, Sean Paul turns fifty three, Dave Matthews turns
- 5:51Speaker 8: fifty nine.
- 5:52Speaker 7: JK. Simmons turns seventy.
- 5:54Speaker 8: One, d On Cole, one of my favorite Chicago comedians,
- 5:59Speaker 8: turns fifty four, and Chad Oh Joe Sinko Johnson. Then
- 6:04Speaker 8: you know, I miss Alto Sinko. I know he does
- 6:08Speaker 8: like the whole like talking about football thing. Now he's
- 6:11Speaker 8: an analyst, but I miss him on the field.
- 6:13Speaker 7: I love that guy.
- 6:14Speaker 8: He turns forty eight years old on Saturday, January tenth.
- 6:19Speaker 8: My beautiful wife Shelley turns fifty one years old. Rene
- 6:23Speaker 8: Rapp turns twenty six. Rod Stewart, who we just heard
- 6:27Speaker 8: with Forever Young, turns eighty one, Evan Handler turns sixty five,
- 6:32Speaker 8: and George Foreman when I had a birthday on Saturday.
- 6:36Speaker 8: And then January eleventh, Mary J. Blige turns fifty five,
- 6:41Speaker 8: Amanda Pete turns fifty four, Rockman Dunbar turns fifty three,
- 6:47Speaker 8: Litt Twist turns thirty three, and Ellie Antonio de la
- 6:51Speaker 8: Cruz turns twenty four years old. So happy birthday to everybody,
- 6:56Speaker 8: especially my wife, who's having her birthday on Saturday, the
- 7:00Speaker 8: same day as the Bears.
- 7:01Speaker 7: I am so excited.
- 7:02Speaker 8: We're having a little Bears party for we are so
- 7:05Speaker 8: excited for this game Saturday night against the Packers. I'll
- 7:10Speaker 8: for their say, I hope for my wife's sake that
- 7:12Speaker 8: the Bears win, because I get very angry when the
- 7:15Speaker 8: Bears lose.
- 7:17Speaker 7: But I'm gonna go.
- 7:17Speaker 8: Into what I was talking about with my coworkers last
- 7:20Speaker 8: night at work about the Bears and Packers game this weekend.
- 7:25Speaker 8: But first, let's get into the big news, all the
- 7:30Speaker 8: firings of the head coaches.
- 7:32Speaker 7: I can't believe that. It's crazy. And it's not even
- 7:35Speaker 7: Black Monday only. I mean, it's been steady like two
- 7:39Speaker 7: of them got.
- 7:40Speaker 8: Fired during the season, and then a few on Black Monday,
- 7:43Speaker 8: and a few including today.
- 7:45Speaker 7: Breaking news, breaking news on my show. It just happened.
- 7:50Speaker 8: I mean, I'm filming this. I'm taping this at twelve
- 7:52Speaker 8: o'clock in the afternoon. I found out at eleven o'clock
- 7:55Speaker 8: this morning, so like an hour ago. So some people
- 7:58Speaker 8: may have heard about it, some might not. Let's go
- 8:00Speaker 8: into the coaches who got fired from the NFL this season.
- 8:07Speaker 8: All right, so it's eight NFL coaches. We're not gonna
- 8:10Speaker 8: go over anything. Actually, we are going to go over one.
- 8:14Speaker 8: Matt Iberflues. He was fired from the Dallas Cowboys after
- 8:18Speaker 8: one year as a defensive coordinator for the Cowboys.
- 8:21Speaker 7: They didn't even give him a couple of years to
- 8:22Speaker 7: get it done. They fired him right off the bat.
- 8:27Speaker 8: And I think that the reason why Matt Eberflus was firewall,
- 8:31Speaker 8: besides the fact that he just sucks as a coach, Like, look,
- 8:34Speaker 8: he couldn't be a head coach in Chicago.
- 8:36Speaker 7: He was horrible here.
- 8:38Speaker 8: And yeah he's a defensive guy, that doesn't mean he's
- 8:42Speaker 8: great at.
- 8:43Speaker 7: Coming up with defensive schemes. Okay, Like, let's just be
- 8:47Speaker 7: honest with you. He is terrible. Okay.
- 8:50Speaker 8: Also, Ben Johnson's prodecessor who took over for him as
- 8:55Speaker 8: offensive coordinator, got fired too this week, which just goes
- 8:59Speaker 8: to show that without Ben Johnson, Dan Campbell is done.
- 9:05Speaker 8: Like Ben Johnson and Aaron Glenn were the guys for
- 9:10Speaker 8: Detroit and you could see it this year after he left.
- 9:14Speaker 7: After they left.
- 9:15Speaker 8: Now, Aaron glennon do great as a head coach in
- 9:20Speaker 8: his first year, but I mean, let's just be honest,
- 9:23Speaker 8: who does he yet? It's the Jets. They're not even
- 9:26Speaker 8: keeping justin fields. They're gonna let him go, They're gonna
- 9:29Speaker 8: let him walk. I mean, honestly, Like, where do you
- 9:34Speaker 8: see Aaron Glenn even having a shot with the Jets
- 9:38Speaker 8: this year? They didn't fire him, They're not going to.
- 9:40Speaker 8: He's a rookie head coach. He's only been around for
- 9:43Speaker 8: a little while.
- 9:44Speaker 7: But let's go into this list.
- 9:45Speaker 8: Okay, we've got this is the big breaking news from today,
- 9:49Speaker 8: like literally just an hour ago, ESPN set of reporting
- 9:51Speaker 8: on it. Mike McDaniel done after four seasons. Hired by
- 9:55Speaker 8: the Dolphins in twenty twenty two, Mike McDaniel went and
- 10:00Speaker 8: eleven and six, with a pair of playoff appearances in
- 10:02Speaker 8: his first two seasons. However, Miami fell to eight nine
- 10:06Speaker 8: and twenty twenty four and seven to ten this past season.
- 10:10Speaker 7: So Mike McDaniel is out in Miami. Let's see, Dolphins
- 10:16Speaker 7: were already looking for a new general manager with four
- 10:18Speaker 7: reported finalists. Now they're in the market for a head
- 10:21Speaker 7: coach too.
- 10:21Speaker 8: So I mean, just like anything else, a lot of
- 10:24Speaker 8: times when you fire general manager, the coach is gonna
- 10:29Speaker 8: go to He's gonna bring in his own coaching staff.
- 10:31Speaker 8: Ryan Poles wanted to bring in a better coach than
- 10:34Speaker 8: Ebra Flues, but he had a very short list of
- 10:36Speaker 8: who the mccaskeys wanted in Chicago, and he had to
- 10:40Speaker 8: go on that. Why did he get Ben Jonson now,
- 10:43Speaker 8: because he told that you did not let me pick
- 10:48Speaker 8: my head coach. You gave me a list my first
- 10:51Speaker 8: day and said these are the four you have to
- 10:53Speaker 8: choose from. I didn't get to pick my guys. I
- 10:56Speaker 8: didn't get to pick my coach like that. I didn't
- 10:59Speaker 8: get to go out there and actually do my due
- 11:02Speaker 8: diligence with all the head coaches that were out there
- 11:06Speaker 8: and try to bring the best one to Chicago.
- 11:09Speaker 7: Now I have that chance, and you're going to let
- 11:11Speaker 7: me do it. And it didn't help that.
- 11:14Speaker 8: It didn't hurt that Virginia McCaskey passed away because she,
- 11:17Speaker 8: I think was pulling a lot of.
- 11:19Speaker 7: The strings for that family.
- 11:21Speaker 8: And I think now that she's gone, they're willing to
- 11:24Speaker 8: play ball with the GM and say this is your team.
- 11:28Speaker 8: You and Kevin Warren together, this is your team. Now,
- 11:31Speaker 8: we're gonna let you run it and we'll just pay
- 11:35Speaker 8: the money.
- 11:35Speaker 7: I saw somebody the other day who said, oh, Cale
- 11:38Speaker 7: Williams next year, he's not gonna play after next year
- 11:41Speaker 7: because he's gonna want money. That's not how First of all,
- 11:44Speaker 7: that's not how it works. Okay.
- 11:46Speaker 8: I hope that guy is listening to my show right now,
- 11:48Speaker 8: because it doesn't work that way. They have a contract
- 11:51Speaker 8: to play under as rookies. You have four seasons plus
- 11:55Speaker 8: a fifty year extension that the team can give you.
- 11:57Speaker 8: You don't get to bitch and moan about sad until
- 12:01Speaker 8: that fifth year.
- 12:03Speaker 7: That's it. There's no holding out.
- 12:05Speaker 8: When you're a rookie. When you're out a rookie contract,
- 12:08Speaker 8: you don't hold out. It's very rare, if any that
- 12:12Speaker 8: I've seen any quarterbacks holding out at that time. They
- 12:14Speaker 8: play through their rookie deal and then they ask for
- 12:18Speaker 8: the big money, and yes, if they are making playoff
- 12:21Speaker 8: appearances every year, getting close.
- 12:23Speaker 7: To a Super Bowl or winning a Super Bowl. Believe me,
- 12:26Speaker 7: Ben Johnson and Caleb are going to be here for
- 12:29Speaker 7: a very very long time.
- 12:31Speaker 8: So you better get used to him painting his nails
- 12:33Speaker 8: and all that because, like Dennis Rodman did, because we
- 12:36Speaker 8: are going to have Caleb for many years to come.
- 12:39Speaker 8: With Ben Johnson, especially if next year. I'm going to
- 12:42Speaker 8: go over the schedule for next year. They don't have
- 12:45Speaker 8: the dates and everything, but they have the teams that
- 12:47Speaker 8: are going to play, and it is a first play
- 12:49Speaker 8: schedule next year.
- 12:50Speaker 7: It's tough. It's a lot of playoff teams.
- 12:53Speaker 8: So this year, almost every playoff team from this year
- 12:56Speaker 8: and some teams that could be playoffs contenders next year.
- 12:59Speaker 7: All right, let's go back into this.
- 13:00Speaker 8: The biggest one and the craziest one and the most
- 13:04Speaker 8: sought after coach this year is definitely going to be
- 13:07Speaker 8: Jim or John Harbaugh.
- 13:08Speaker 7: He was fired from Baltimore after eighteen seasons, which included
- 13:12Speaker 7: a victory in Super Bowl.
- 13:15Speaker 8: The Ravens fired John Harbaugh on Tuesday. He finished his
- 13:18Speaker 8: tenure with an overall regular season record of one to
- 13:21Speaker 8: eighty and one thirty. That's crazy, and they still fired him.
- 13:27Speaker 7: Twelve trips to the postseason out of eighteen years and
- 13:30Speaker 7: won Super Bowl Ring. It's insane. You can't even you
- 13:37Speaker 7: can't even argue with the fact that he's good.
- 13:40Speaker 8: Four other coaches were fired this week to dismiss him
- 13:43Speaker 8: the season, So here we go. The carousels started turning
- 13:47Speaker 8: Sunday night when the Atlanta Felcins fired Raheem Morris and
- 13:51Speaker 8: continued with three more dismissals on Black Monday. The four teams,
- 13:55Speaker 8: along with the coaches that were fired Arizona Cardinals Jonathan Gannon,
- 13:59Speaker 8: Atlanta felt Rahee Morris, Cleveland Browns Kevin Stefanski, and Las
- 14:04Speaker 8: Vegas Raiders Pete Carroll.
- 14:06Speaker 7: Pete Carroll's done. It's like dude, go back to broadcasting
- 14:09Speaker 7: because you're gonna be done now. That's it. No team
- 14:11Speaker 7: is gonna want Pee Carroll anymore. They tried him in Vegas.
- 14:16Speaker 8: They wanted to see if he could give some magic
- 14:18Speaker 8: like he did back in his day with Seattle, and
- 14:20Speaker 8: he couldn't do it.
- 14:21Speaker 7: He just couldn't do it. And that's okay, You're not
- 14:25Speaker 7: gonna get that done.
- 14:27Speaker 8: Additionally, the New York Giants Brian Dable and Tennessee Titans
- 14:31Speaker 8: Brian Callahan.
- 14:32Speaker 7: Axed their head coaches during the season, which brought the
- 14:35Speaker 7: total of openings to eight. So eight teams are looking.
- 14:41Speaker 8: For coaches this year, and I'm telling you now, John
- 14:45Speaker 8: Harbaugh is going to be the one that every team wants.
- 14:48Speaker 8: In fact, I believe nine teams already reached out to him.
- 14:52Speaker 8: Think about that, there's only eight vacancies and nine teams
- 14:56Speaker 8: reached out.
- 14:57Speaker 7: So what does that mean? Are we looking at had
- 15:00Speaker 7: some playoff exit coaches? Possibly? Here's a little list of
- 15:06Speaker 7: the possibilities that they're coming up with, Buffalo Bills, Green
- 15:10Speaker 7: Bay Packers, or Pittsburgh Steelers.
- 15:13Speaker 8: And I'll tell you which one I believe is gonna happen.
- 15:15Speaker 8: And my friend he argued with me about it. But
- 15:17Speaker 8: I think it's gonna happen. And if it's not this year,
- 15:20Speaker 8: it's for sure gonna be next year. Pittsburgh is going
- 15:22Speaker 8: to fire Mike Tomlin if he is a one and
- 15:25Speaker 8: done after the season. I believe that he's going to
- 15:29Speaker 8: be out because he won a super Bowl in two
- 15:35Speaker 8: thousand and nine.
- 15:37Speaker 7: With Pittsburgh. In his twenty twenty six, he's gotten to
- 15:43Speaker 7: one super Bowl since then.
- 15:45Speaker 8: Lovey Smith made it to a super Bowl and a
- 15:47Speaker 8: few years later got canned at a ten and six record.
- 15:52Speaker 8: Never had a losing season in his career with the Bears,
- 15:56Speaker 8: and he got fired at a ten and six record
- 15:59Speaker 8: because they didn't make the playoffs at ten and six.
- 16:02Speaker 8: Think about that, and yeah, a first round exit is
- 16:05Speaker 8: almost as bad for most teams as not.
- 16:10Speaker 7: Getting there at all. Because when you're a team.
- 16:16Speaker 8: Like Pittsburgh who's won one, and you have a Hall
- 16:20Speaker 8: of Fame quarterback in Aaron Rodgers and you still can't
- 16:24Speaker 8: get past the first round of the playoffs, you gotta
- 16:27Speaker 8: start looking at coaching. I think Aaron's gonna be done.
- 16:30Speaker 8: I think he's gonna retire. I think Travis Kelsey's gonna retire.
- 16:34Speaker 8: I think he's aiming towards retirement. It's gonna be a
- 16:38Speaker 8: weird year next year. No, Aaron Rodgers, No Travis Kelce.
- 16:41Speaker 8: Mahomes is gonna miss at least a good portion of
- 16:44Speaker 8: the season, which is why I believe Travis Kelsey is
- 16:46Speaker 8: gonna retire. Kelsey does not want to stick around and
- 16:51Speaker 8: be part of a team that's gonna lose a lot
- 16:53Speaker 8: of games at the beginning because unless they get themselves
- 16:56Speaker 8: a very good backup quarterback to go until Patrick Mahomes
- 17:01Speaker 8: comes back, they're not gonna win.
- 17:04Speaker 7: A lot of games next year. They're just not you.
- 17:09Speaker 7: It's very hard. They were losing games with Patrick Mames
- 17:13Speaker 7: this year.
- 17:15Speaker 8: Imagine next year having to have a second string type
- 17:18Speaker 8: quarterback because you're not gonna bring in a first string
- 17:21Speaker 8: quarterback to play for six seven weeks of the season.
- 17:24Speaker 7: Oh six seven. There we go, gotta make a six
- 17:27Speaker 7: seven reference sometime during the show. But yeah, no, you're
- 17:30Speaker 7: not going to.
- 17:34Speaker 8: Bring in a Bay type quarterback to play during this
- 17:39Speaker 8: time that Mahomes is out because there's nobody that's gonna
- 17:42Speaker 8: want that, because they don't want to have to sit
- 17:43Speaker 8: on the bench when he comes back, especially if let's
- 17:47Speaker 8: say they led him to five or six wins in
- 17:50Speaker 8: seven or eight weeks, you think they're going to want
- 17:53Speaker 8: to be benched because Mahomes is back. I'd be like, no,
- 17:59Speaker 8: I led this team to seven wins in the first
- 18:03Speaker 8: like eight weeks. I mean, they don't know exactly how long.
- 18:07Speaker 8: You know, Patrick Mahomes will be out. He is starting
- 18:09Speaker 8: to age. He's in his thirties. The recovery time starts
- 18:13Speaker 8: getting less and less as you get older, Like you
- 18:16Speaker 8: don't recover as quick in your thirties as you do
- 18:18Speaker 8: in your twenties. So that's why, like even somebody like
- 18:22Speaker 8: Aaron Rodgers when he had the same type of injury,
- 18:26Speaker 8: it took him a full year to get back because
- 18:29Speaker 8: of the fact that he's older and stuff, he didn't
- 18:32Speaker 8: return until the next season. Mahomes will be back next season,
- 18:37Speaker 8: but they're saying it could be because it was bad.
- 18:39Speaker 8: It could be like seven weeks into the season that
- 18:42Speaker 8: he comes back. So if you've got a quarterback coming
- 18:47Speaker 8: in playing those seven games and they win five out
- 18:52Speaker 8: of seven games and they're like five and two, you
- 18:55Speaker 8: either don't want to sit on the bench when Mahomes
- 18:57Speaker 8: gets back. They're gonna be like no kid kick to
- 19:00Speaker 8: the pine pony.
- 19:01Speaker 7: I'm here now.
- 19:02Speaker 8: I led this team until otherwise I should be here.
- 19:07Speaker 8: But that's not gonna work in Kansas City because that
- 19:09Speaker 8: is Mahomes Country. So yeah, they're gonna have to get
- 19:13Speaker 8: a backup quarterback, somebody that can play.
- 19:18Speaker 7: Back up. Now Packers are on this list, that's not
- 19:20Speaker 7: gonna happen. I don't think Matt laflor goes anywhere, even
- 19:23Speaker 7: if he loses to the Bears this weekend. I don't
- 19:25Speaker 7: think he goes anywhere. Not yet. He's He's had a
- 19:30Speaker 7: pretty decent career of Green Bay, but he hasn't led
- 19:33Speaker 7: them to anywhere.
- 19:35Speaker 8: Deep deep into the playoffs. I think the deepest day
- 19:37Speaker 8: went was the NFC Championship, which is fine, but it's
- 19:42Speaker 8: like still that was like once since he's been there.
- 19:45Speaker 8: The other times I believe was first and second round exits.
- 19:48Speaker 8: So I mean, yeah, well, I do believe that Matt
- 19:52Speaker 8: Lafloor could be out a short list, maybe in the
- 19:54Speaker 8: next year or two. I don't think it's gonna be
- 19:56Speaker 8: this year. At Buffalo. I don't think they're gonna let go.
- 19:59Speaker 7: They're out coach either.
- 20:00Speaker 8: I don't think Buffalo with Josh Allen unless Josh Allen
- 20:03Speaker 8: wants him out, unless he says, look, this isn't a
- 20:06Speaker 8: player problem, this is a coaching problem. That's what I
- 20:09Speaker 8: believe Lamar Jackson did in Baltimore, and that's why John
- 20:13Speaker 8: Harpball's gone. I believe that they were saying that he
- 20:16Speaker 8: lost the locker room in Lamar. So you know, sometimes
- 20:20Speaker 8: you're gonna choose your superstar quarterback over a coach, you
- 20:24Speaker 8: know what I mean. Like he's Lamar has built that
- 20:27Speaker 8: trust as a quarterback who has proven that he can
- 20:32Speaker 8: be an MVP caliber quarterback every single year. He's in
- 20:36Speaker 8: the talks almost every year to be a MVP candidate,
- 20:43Speaker 8: except for this year because he was injured. That he'd
- 20:45Speaker 8: not gotten injured, he probably would have been in the
- 20:47Speaker 8: discussion this year too. He's one MVP.
- 20:51Speaker 7: He's good.
- 20:52Speaker 8: He's a great quarterback. If Caleb got there too, in
- 20:56Speaker 8: like six, seven, eight years, then yeah, definitely he can
- 21:01Speaker 8: start calling shots more too. You know, you put that
- 21:04Speaker 8: time in as a quarterback. You're the leader of the
- 21:07Speaker 8: team if you're taking the team every year to the playoffs.
- 21:10Speaker 8: But you just can't get over that hump It's not
- 21:13Speaker 8: always the quarterback.
- 21:14Speaker 7: Sometimes it's the coaching, because the coaching has to become
- 21:18Speaker 7: more intense as you get in the playoffs, and if
- 21:21Speaker 7: the coach isn't intensive in the playoffs. Ben Johnson, already
- 21:25Speaker 7: one year in to his coaching as a head coach,
- 21:28Speaker 7: a rookie head coach, has turned the team from five
- 21:32Speaker 7: wins to eleven.
- 21:33Speaker 8: Now you can say that the schedule is easy, all
- 21:36Speaker 8: that bullshit that these idiots say. I'm sorry, but well,
- 21:40Speaker 8: the schedules made last year, it was not one of
- 21:43Speaker 8: the easiest schedules. They said the same thing last year
- 21:48Speaker 8: that that was not the easiest schedule. It became an
- 21:51Speaker 8: easy schedule because teams struggled, and it happens.
- 21:55Speaker 7: I don't think people.
- 21:56Speaker 8: Understand when they look at straight the schedule when it
- 21:59Speaker 8: first comes out out, those teams could be one injury
- 22:03Speaker 8: away from their team being crap. And we know this
- 22:07Speaker 8: as football fans, real football.
- 22:09Speaker 7: Fans, we know this. Any team any year could be
- 22:12Speaker 7: good or bad. It just happens. Jacksonville good this year,
- 22:17Speaker 7: Bears good this year, Patriots good this year.
- 22:21Speaker 9: All have.
- 22:24Speaker 8: New head coaches, rookie head coaches who have never been
- 22:29Speaker 8: head coaches before in the league, and they all three
- 22:34Speaker 8: took them their teams to the playoffs. Trevor Lawrence, Caleb Williams,
- 22:39Speaker 8: Drake May Two of the three of them are rookie
- 22:42Speaker 8: or not rookies but second year.
- 22:46Speaker 7: Quarterbacks. Think about that, and both teams had crampy coaches
- 22:55Speaker 7: last year and this year they get rookie head coaches
- 22:59Speaker 7: and they win a eleven or twelve games.
- 23:03Speaker 8: That is amazing, It really is. And I'll tell you now,
- 23:10Speaker 8: I am proud of what this Bears team did. Now,
- 23:12Speaker 8: this is what I talked to my coworker about though. Okay,
- 23:16Speaker 8: and this is the long and short of it.
- 23:20Speaker 7: I told my coworkers, we cannot lose on Sunday or Saturday.
- 23:25Speaker 7: We can't lose. We have to win against the Packers
- 23:28Speaker 7: on Saturday.
- 23:29Speaker 8: If this were any other team, if this were the
- 23:32Speaker 8: Rams or San Francisco or you know, if we played
- 23:36Speaker 8: any of those other teams, a loss would have been
- 23:39Speaker 8: acceptable because.
- 23:40Speaker 7: We made it further than we ever made it before
- 23:43Speaker 7: or not ever.
- 23:44Speaker 8: But like in the last five years, okay, with crabby
- 23:48Speaker 8: head coaching, this is the furthest we've made it in
- 23:52Speaker 8: a long time. We won the Division we you know,
- 23:57Speaker 8: we're the Kings of the North right now, we really are.
- 24:00Speaker 8: Now Pole said we're gonna take the Norris and we're
- 24:02Speaker 8: gonna keep it. Let's see what happens next year. But
- 24:05Speaker 8: I'm telling you now, we cannot lose slip Packers. If
- 24:10Speaker 8: we lose slip Packers, we will never hear the end
- 24:13Speaker 8: of it from their fans.
- 24:16Speaker 7: We all know this as Bears fans, we know we will.
- 24:20Speaker 8: Never ever ever live that down if the Bears lose
- 24:26Speaker 8: this game. So yes, as a Bears fan, we have
- 24:31Speaker 8: to win this game, no choice, no answer, buts about it.
- 24:38Speaker 7: We have to win.
- 24:40Speaker 8: So we'll see what happens on Saturday. But Bears got
- 24:43Speaker 8: to put it together. There there is no reason this
- 24:46Speaker 8: team couldn't win a super Bowl. Honestly, they have a team,
- 24:49Speaker 8: they have coaching, they have all the fundamentals that you
- 24:53Speaker 8: need to win a Super Bowl. All you need to
- 24:55Speaker 8: do is bring it together. We can't have three and outs.
- 24:58Speaker 8: This is my idea because every NFL team, whether they
- 25:02Speaker 8: had Homer or on the road, all stay at a
- 25:04Speaker 8: hotel together, the same hotel. The teams do that because
- 25:09Speaker 8: coaches can make sure that they're in their rooms and
- 25:13Speaker 8: at curfew, because at any team from any sport, they have.
- 25:18Speaker 7: A curfew, okay, which is great and I love it.
- 25:22Speaker 7: I think it's good. I mean you need that. You
- 25:26Speaker 7: need that at structure. While they're playing.
- 25:29Speaker 8: They have all off season to go wild and have
- 25:32Speaker 8: fun and do whatever they want. This is the time
- 25:35Speaker 8: that you lock in. This is the playoffs, now, this
- 25:37Speaker 8: is important. My idea for Ben Johnson is this, have
- 25:43Speaker 8: a big dinner. You're at a hotel. They have rooms, okay,
- 25:46Speaker 8: they have those big meeting rooms and whatever.
- 25:50Speaker 7: Set up a big.
- 25:50Speaker 8: TV in there, have dinner, get catering, get some pizza,
- 25:54Speaker 8: some pasta. Load up on carbs that night because he
- 25:57Speaker 8: can't do it the next day. Loadab on your carbs
- 26:01Speaker 8: and go out there and watch. Remember the Titans because
- 26:05Speaker 8: they need to be hyped up. And the biggest hype
- 26:07Speaker 8: to me, the biggest hype would be the scene with
- 26:11Speaker 8: Denzel where he talks about I'll bring it off in
- 26:16Speaker 8: your hind parts. That is the biggest okay, and I'm
- 26:22Speaker 8: here for it. That's what they should do. I hope
- 26:25Speaker 8: they do it all right. Here's a list of draft
- 26:27Speaker 8: positions of each playoff starting quarterback Matthew Stafford, Trevor Lawrence,
- 26:33Speaker 8: Bryce Young, Caleb Williams all were first round our number
- 26:37Speaker 8: one picks.
- 26:38Speaker 7: C J.
- 26:38Speaker 8: Stroud was a number two pick, Sam Darnold and Drake
- 26:41Speaker 8: May number three pick. Justin Herbert was a number six pick.
- 26:46Speaker 8: Josh Allen, a number seven bow Knicks, was picked twelve.
- 26:50Speaker 8: Aaron Rodgers was picked twenty four, Jordan Love picked twenty six,
- 26:54Speaker 8: Jalen Hurts picked fifty three. Rock Purdy, mister Irrelevant, was
- 27:00Speaker 8: pick number two hundred and sixty two. That's crazy to
- 27:04Speaker 8: think about.
- 27:05Speaker 7: That is nuts. I can't believe that, and I think
- 27:07Speaker 7: nobody can. That's that's crazy. Some More. Here's Super Bowl
- 27:12Speaker 7: chances over each team.
- 27:14Speaker 8: Seattle is at a twenty two point six percent, Denver
- 27:19Speaker 8: is at a sixteen point three percent, The La Rams
- 27:22Speaker 8: are at a nine point seven percent, Philadelphia Eagles are
- 27:26Speaker 8: at eight point seven percent, the New England Patriots at
- 27:29Speaker 8: eight percent, The Jacksonville Jaguars are at a seven point
- 27:33Speaker 8: seven percent, Houston's at six point two, Buffalo's at four
- 27:37Speaker 8: point six, the Bears are four point three.
- 27:40Speaker 7: Pittsburgh, with a.
- 27:42Speaker 8: Hall of Fame quarterback future Hall of Famer, is at
- 27:45Speaker 8: a three point three percent. San Francisco is at a
- 27:47Speaker 8: three point two percent, the Green Bay Packers are at
- 27:50Speaker 8: a three percent, the LA Chargers are at a one
- 27:54Speaker 8: point eight percent, and the Carolina Panthers are at a
- 27:57Speaker 8: point a zero point seven percent chance of winning the
- 28:00Speaker 8: Super Bowl.
- 28:01Speaker 7: So that's pretty good for at least the Bears.
- 28:05Speaker 8: Now, really quick, let's go over this because for some reason,
- 28:10Speaker 8: I can't see what I did for my final total,
- 28:13Speaker 8: but I was at about one hundred and fifty three.
- 28:17Speaker 7: I'm gonna look that up in a second, really quick.
- 28:19Speaker 8: Last couple of things we're gonna talk about for the
- 28:21Speaker 8: NFL for this week is the difference of year makes
- 28:25Speaker 8: every team's twenty twenty five record and win change from
- 28:28Speaker 8: twenty twenty four. All right, you guys ready for this.
- 28:32Speaker 8: The New England Patriots this year, we're fourteen to three
- 28:36Speaker 8: plus ten wins. Actually had four wins on the season.
- 28:42Speaker 8: Jacksonville Jaguars are at a third. We're thirteen and four
- 28:46Speaker 8: plus nine wins. Chicago Bears eleven and six plus six wins.
- 28:52Speaker 8: The San Francisco forty nine Ers twelve and five plus six.
- 28:57Speaker 8: That's crazy. Seattle Seahawks fourteen and three. They are plus
- 29:02Speaker 8: four last year they had ten wins. Same thing with
- 29:05Speaker 8: Denver exactly the same. Carolina Panthers last year were eight nine.
- 29:10Speaker 8: That's a plus three, so last year they only have
- 29:12Speaker 8: five wins. The Cleveland Browns five and twelve this year
- 29:19Speaker 8: plus two.
- 29:20Speaker 7: That's crazy. Houston Texans at twelve and five plus.
- 29:23Speaker 8: Two, the Rams twelve and five. This year they were
- 29:27Speaker 8: up plus two. The New Orleans Saints six and eleven,
- 29:31Speaker 8: they were a plus one, and the New York Giants
- 29:34Speaker 8: had four and thirteen were also a plus one. Same
- 29:38Speaker 8: records as last year. Atlanta Falcons eight and nine they
- 29:44Speaker 8: had zero, So these are ones that had had zero
- 29:47Speaker 8: positive wins from last year. The Dallas Cowboys seven to
- 29:51Speaker 8: nine and one. They had zero more wins, but that's
- 29:55Speaker 8: because of the tie. So if they would have won
- 29:58Speaker 8: that game against the Packers, they would have at a
- 30:00Speaker 8: plus one because they would have been eight to nine
- 30:02Speaker 8: for the year. Colts eight and nine, same as last year,
- 30:07Speaker 8: Chargers eleven and six, Pittsburgh ten and seven, and the
- 30:12Speaker 8: Tennessee Titans three and fourteen. They have the same record
- 30:15Speaker 8: as last year. Let's see Buffalo Bills. These are the
- 30:18Speaker 8: teams that have net losses this year. Buffalo Bills are
- 30:22Speaker 8: twelve and five a minus one. Dolphins are seven and
- 30:28Speaker 8: twelve minus one, and the Raiders are three and fourteen
- 30:31Speaker 8: a minus one, so that's really crazy. Green Bay Packers
- 30:36Speaker 8: nine to seven and one, that's minus two, the Jets
- 30:40Speaker 8: at three and fourteen minus two. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- 30:44Speaker 8: eight and nine minus two, so last year they were
- 30:46Speaker 8: eleven wins. Let's see plus minus three for the Bengals,
- 30:54Speaker 8: who are six and eleven. The Philadelphia Eagles are eleven
- 30:58Speaker 8: and six this year a minus three.
- 31:01Speaker 7: Wow.
- 31:02Speaker 8: Baltimore eight and nine this year a minus four. Let's
- 31:07Speaker 8: see the Arizona Cardinals three and fourteen and minus five.
- 31:11Speaker 8: Also out of minus five are the Minnesota Vikings, who
- 31:15Speaker 8: are nine to eight this year. A minus six was
- 31:18Speaker 8: the Detroit Lions. They were nine to eight last year. Also,
- 31:24Speaker 8: Washington was a negative seven. They were five and twelve
- 31:28Speaker 8: this year. And the Kansas City Chiefs the biggest drop
- 31:31Speaker 8: off from last year, a minus nine.
- 31:36Speaker 7: They lost nine more games than what they won last year.
- 31:39Speaker 7: That's crazy. They are six and eleven, so that's nuts.
- 31:43Speaker 7: I still can't.
- 31:44Speaker 8: Believe that that shocks the economy for all of them,
- 31:46Speaker 8: And I think that shocks everybody right now.
- 31:48Speaker 7: I think everybody's kind of like, what's going on right
- 31:52Speaker 7: now with this team? Like, what is going on? All right?
- 31:57Speaker 7: Let me go on here really quick and see something.
- 32:01Speaker 7: So here we go.
- 32:02Speaker 8: Before I do that, I'm gonna look at this. This
- 32:04Speaker 8: is a complete breakdown of the Bears opponents for twenty
- 32:07Speaker 8: twenty six. Of course, when the season ends, they release
- 32:10Speaker 8: next year's teams and who they're going to play, and
- 32:13Speaker 8: here we go. Our home games next year, of course,
- 32:17Speaker 8: we had four games against Detroit Green Bay or three
- 32:21Speaker 8: games Detroit, Green Bay and Minnesota.
- 32:23Speaker 7: Also at home.
- 32:24Speaker 8: Next year we'll play the Jacksonville Jaguars playoff team, New
- 32:28Speaker 8: England Patriots playoff team, the New Orleans Saints, the New
- 32:31Speaker 8: York Jets, the Philadelphia Eagles playoff team, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- 32:36Speaker 8: almost a playoff team, So.
- 32:38Speaker 7: Those are our home games.
- 32:39Speaker 8: On the road, of course, we do the same Minnesota,
- 32:42Speaker 8: Green Bay and Detroit, and on the road next year
- 32:44Speaker 8: we'll play the Atlanta Falcons, the Buffalo Bills playoff team,
- 32:48Speaker 8: Carolina Panthers a playoff team, Miami Dolphins, and the Seattle
- 32:54Speaker 8: Seahawks who are a playoff team.
- 32:57Speaker 7: So that is it.
- 32:58Speaker 8: Oh and the Buffalo Bills we go to their new
- 33:01Speaker 8: stadium next year, that'd be a cool game for like
- 33:05Speaker 8: Sunday Night Football at the new stadium would be the
- 33:08Speaker 8: Bears and Buffalo to kick off the season because obviously,
- 33:11Speaker 8: unless we win the Super Bowl, we're not going to
- 33:15Speaker 8: play that Thursday night game in Chicago. So it'd be
- 33:18Speaker 8: cool to see the Bears play Buffalo at their new
- 33:21Speaker 8: stadium on Sunday Night Football. That'd be a great way
- 33:23Speaker 8: to kick off the season for Sunday Night Football schedule.
- 33:26Speaker 8: So we'll see what they do with it and how
- 33:29Speaker 8: they go. Obviously they're not gonna make it till after
- 33:31Speaker 8: the super Bowl's over. Then they'll decide who's gonna play
- 33:34Speaker 8: who and where is. They got to figure out who's
- 33:37Speaker 8: the Super Bowl champions are and where they're gonna play
- 33:40Speaker 8: and everything. So yeah, but hey, I'm ready for it.
- 33:43Speaker 8: I'm ready for next year. I think everybody's ready.
- 33:46Speaker 7: For you know, this season, though, is not over. We
- 33:48Speaker 7: still have this game Saturday on the Lake Front in
- 33:52Speaker 7: Chicago against the Packers. It is going to be an amazing,
- 33:56Speaker 7: an amazing time, it really is. I think that the
- 34:00Speaker 7: gonna be rowdy. They want to playoff win against the Packers.
- 34:04Speaker 8: If the next week we lose to whoever we're gonna play,
- 34:08Speaker 8: I think most likely be Philly, they're gonna have to
- 34:11Speaker 8: come here to Chicago again. We may go to the
- 34:13Speaker 8: conference championship, but I think we'd have a trouble against
- 34:17Speaker 8: the Seahawks.
- 34:18Speaker 7: I think the Seahawks will give us a lot of trouble.
- 34:20Speaker 8: But then again, look, I watched the Seahawks and not
- 34:22Speaker 8: play great the other day, so you know, anything can.
- 34:25Speaker 7: Happen once you get there. Okay, well we get once
- 34:28Speaker 7: you get there. That's it. I did my bracket challenge.
- 34:33Speaker 7: I'm not even gonna go over it because you know,
- 34:35Speaker 7: I picked the Bears just for fun, I mean for funsies.
- 34:38Speaker 7: I picked the Bears to win it. So we're not
- 34:40Speaker 7: gonna go over that. I mean, we're not. People are
- 34:44Speaker 7: gonna be like, man, you are truly a homer, And yeah,
- 34:47Speaker 7: I really am. I am a homer. I love my
- 34:49Speaker 7: team and I want to see them succeed. I'm man
- 34:54Speaker 7: though that I can't see what I did in my
- 34:56Speaker 7: final week of the season. That's stupid and it makes
- 35:00Speaker 7: me mad because I'm my picks can pick them because
- 35:02Speaker 7: I know I was like one hundred and fifty four wins,
- 35:05Speaker 7: and I can't remember who I'd be next year.
- 35:07Speaker 8: I'm gonna have to write down all the ones I
- 35:10Speaker 8: pick in week eighteen. That way I can and put
- 35:13Speaker 8: my record so that I can tell you guys my record.
- 35:15Speaker 8: But I know I was at one hundred and fifty
- 35:17Speaker 8: four wins. I know, I'm sure I picked some wins there,
- 35:20Speaker 8: so probably like.
- 35:21Speaker 7: One sixty, which wasn't bad.
- 35:23Speaker 8: All right, let's go into NCAA really quick. Not much
- 35:25Speaker 8: to talk about here. My brackets suck. I'm twenty one
- 35:30Speaker 8: and twenty two on the bowls. It's terrible. Let's see
- 35:33Speaker 8: who we got coming up this week. I know we
- 35:36Speaker 8: got all of our conference finals this weekend for the
- 35:41Speaker 8: big bowl games. I'm embarrassed by my picks here, Like
- 35:45Speaker 8: I did really bad.
- 35:47Speaker 7: I really did. I did really bad. Twenty one and
- 35:49Speaker 7: twenty two so far, Ohio State. Check the hell out
- 35:52Speaker 7: of me. Getting eliminated to the number ten Miami Hurricanes.
- 35:57Speaker 7: That's gonna screw up everything. So let's see where we're
- 36:02Speaker 7: at and see if I want to repick.
- 36:03Speaker 8: So Thursday one to eight, that's today or no, yeah, today,
- 36:08Speaker 8: we've got the semifinals. It's the Verbo Fiesta Bowl tonight
- 36:14Speaker 8: and at six point thirty it is the number ten
- 36:16Speaker 8: Miami Hurricanes facing.
- 36:18Speaker 7: The number six Old Miss Rebels. I'm going with Old Miss.
- 36:22Speaker 7: I just haven't take Old Miss in that one.
- 36:24Speaker 8: And then of course tomorrow is the semifinals, the Chick
- 36:28Speaker 8: fil A Peach Bowl. It is the number five Oregon
- 36:31Speaker 8: Ducks facing off against the Indiana Hoosiers. I'm gonna take
- 36:35Speaker 8: Indiana on that one. And then the final is coming up,
- 36:39Speaker 8: not this week, but the nineteenth is gonna be the
- 36:42Speaker 8: national championship game.
- 36:44Speaker 7: Will it be Miami or Old Miss taking on Oregon
- 36:48Speaker 7: or Indiana? So that's crazy. We'll see what happens there.
- 36:52Speaker 7: But yeah, my brackets were busted like a long time ago.
- 36:56Speaker 7: With that, I really stunked this year at picking the
- 36:58Speaker 7: bowl winners. It's really sad. I didn't even want to
- 37:02Speaker 7: talk about it anymore. Like I was done.
- 37:03Speaker 8: All right, let's talk to the NHL Men's Olympic team.
- 37:07Speaker 8: Of course, the Olympics started about a month from now.
- 37:10Speaker 8: It's actually starts the Thursday before Super Bowl.
- 37:13Speaker 7: I'm surprised they didn't start the Olympics the week after
- 37:17Speaker 7: Super Bowl so like the Thursday right after, I'm shocked
- 37:20Speaker 7: by that. Why would you do that the same weekend
- 37:24Speaker 7: as Super Bowl. I mean, you're not gonna I'm sorry,
- 37:27Speaker 7: But that night, no one, not many people are watching
- 37:30Speaker 7: the Olympics. Maybe some women who just don't care at
- 37:34Speaker 7: all about football might.
- 37:35Speaker 8: Watch it, but there's a lot of women that will
- 37:39Speaker 8: watch Super Bowl for bad buddies, halftime show, the commercials,
- 37:45Speaker 8: all that stuff. So yeah, we'll see what happens there.
- 37:48Speaker 8: But let's go over the men's hockey team and see
- 37:51Speaker 8: who made the cut this year and who's gonna be
- 37:55Speaker 8: on the team. I don't know all the teams that
- 37:57Speaker 8: they're from. It doesn't say so we'll just go over
- 37:59Speaker 8: the games men's hockey team for the winner Olympics roster
- 38:04Speaker 8: goalies Connor, Helen Book, Jake Dettner and Jeremy Swayman, defenseman
- 38:11Speaker 8: Brock Faber, Noah Heffen, Quinn Hughes, Seth Jones, Charlie McAvoy,
- 38:18Speaker 8: Jake Sanderson, Jacob Slavin, and Zach Wernski. And the forwards
- 38:24Speaker 8: for the men's hockey team are gonna be Matt Boldi,
- 38:27Speaker 8: Kyle Connor, Jake Inchel, Jake gounsol Jack Hughes, Clayton Keller,
- 38:37Speaker 8: Dylan Larkin, Austin Matthews, j T. Miller, Brock Nelson, Tage Thompson, Brady,
- 38:47Speaker 8: I want to say his game, Kate Chuck, Matthew Tate Chuck.
- 38:51Speaker 7: So they must be brothers or related. And Vincent Trocheck
- 38:57Speaker 7: don't even know what the crazy thing is.
- 38:59Speaker 8: As big of a hockey fan as I am, I
- 39:02Speaker 8: don't know one of these players, and I love hockey,
- 39:05Speaker 8: but I don't even know who these players are. Never
- 39:08Speaker 8: heard any of them. Are they all from the NHL
- 39:11Speaker 8: or are they from other things? They must not do that,
- 39:13Speaker 8: I don't know. Let's see Matt BOLDI. Let's see where
- 39:16Speaker 8: he plays really quick, because.
- 39:18Speaker 7: Like I said, I don't know any of them. Matt Boldie,
- 39:26Speaker 7: his name isn't even coming upright now. They don't even
- 39:29Speaker 7: search it. Oh.
- 39:31Speaker 8: Here he is twenty four years old, Matt Boldie, American
- 39:34Speaker 8: ice hockey player, Minnesota Wild. So yeah, they are from
- 39:37Speaker 8: the NHL. Does that mean that I'm guessing that means
- 39:40Speaker 8: the NHL is shutting down for a couple of weeks
- 39:42Speaker 8: this year. Let's see, is the NHL shutting down? Shutting
- 39:49Speaker 8: down for the Olympics.
- 39:50Speaker 7: Here we go.
- 39:51Speaker 8: Yes, the NHL is pausing as twenty twenty five twenty
- 39:54Speaker 8: sixth season for the twenty twenty six winner Olympics and Milan,
- 39:58Speaker 8: allowing players to part to Spain and what will be
- 40:00Speaker 8: their first Olympics since twenty fourteen, with the league taking
- 40:04Speaker 8: a break from early February to late.
- 40:06Speaker 7: February the contracts.
- 40:08Speaker 8: The contrast with the twenty twenty two Beijing Olympics, where
- 40:12Speaker 8: the NHL opted out due to COVID nineteen concerns. Okay,
- 40:17Speaker 8: so they'll pause from February fifth to February twenty fifth.
- 40:21Speaker 8: The NHL reached an agreement with the International Olympic Hockey Committee.
- 40:25Speaker 7: For twenty twenty six and beyond. So yes, they will
- 40:28Speaker 7: shut down for almost a month of the season. And
- 40:32Speaker 7: that's okay. Hey, let those guys go get some gold.
- 40:35Speaker 7: They deserve that.
- 40:36Speaker 8: Because some of them will never win. Some of them
- 40:38Speaker 8: will never win a Stanley Cup. So this is the
- 40:42Speaker 8: probably bigger to me than the Stanley Cup. I think
- 40:44Speaker 8: the Olympics are bigger than an NBA Championship or a
- 40:47Speaker 8: Stanley Cup because.
- 40:49Speaker 7: You get to do it for your country, you do
- 40:51Speaker 7: it only for your city.
- 40:53Speaker 8: When you win the Stanley Cup. This is for your
- 40:56Speaker 8: entire country. I know Connor Bodard was upset because he
- 41:00Speaker 8: was gonna be on Team Canada.
- 41:01Speaker 7: He's from Canada.
- 41:02Speaker 8: Obviously he was gonna play on Team Canada. But he
- 41:05Speaker 8: got hurt and they told him no, you you know
- 41:08Speaker 8: you can't play in that. You just can't, all right,
- 41:12Speaker 8: So we don't have much left to go on. I
- 41:14Speaker 8: want to talk about WNBA for a second. Not the
- 41:17Speaker 8: major with Wrestling Raw was decent.
- 41:20Speaker 7: I thought it was good.
- 41:21Speaker 8: Chris Jericho did not return yet. I think he will
- 41:24Speaker 8: be back in the couple of weeks or by Royal Rubble.
- 41:27Speaker 8: But he did not come back yet. I don't think
- 41:30Speaker 8: he will for a little while. He's still on aw's
- 41:33Speaker 8: active roster page, so there's a chance he could have
- 41:36Speaker 8: secretly signed with them and we would never know until
- 41:40Speaker 8: you hear Judas play in AW.
- 41:42Speaker 7: So there's a chance. I mean, there's always a chance.
- 41:45Speaker 8: If he does not come to WWE by Royal Rumble,
- 41:48Speaker 8: he's either gonna appear back in AW or WWE in March,
- 41:53Speaker 8: because February Fazzi's going on.
- 41:55Speaker 7: A tour for a month.
- 41:57Speaker 8: So if you don't see him in WWE by royal rumble,
- 42:01Speaker 8: then he's either going to come back in March for
- 42:07Speaker 8: his push then, or he's going to come back to
- 42:12Speaker 8: AW And maybe he's secretly signed a deal with them
- 42:16Speaker 8: and they're just keeping under wraps. But you would think
- 42:19Speaker 8: if they were playing off that he was gone and
- 42:22Speaker 8: he didn't sign a contract, you would think somebody that's
- 42:25Speaker 8: supposed to be as smart as Nick Khan or Tony
- 42:30Speaker 8: Khan Nick kon is WW Tony Khan, you would think
- 42:33Speaker 8: Tony Khan would take him off the active roster because
- 42:37Speaker 8: that way you can really trick people into believing, yeah,
- 42:40Speaker 8: he may show up in WWE, because, like.
- 42:43Speaker 7: I said, the elimination Chamber, there's rumors he's supposed to win.
- 42:47Speaker 8: The elimination Chamber. The elimination Chamber is the end of February.
- 42:53Speaker 8: Let's look up Fazzi's world, who are really quick and
- 42:58Speaker 8: see where he's going to be.
- 43:00Speaker 7: All right, so Fazzi is going to be, Oh he's
- 43:10Speaker 7: done February twenty first, so that's a Saturday. He could
- 43:15Speaker 7: be a secret entrance into the elimination chamber, or because
- 43:21Speaker 7: he's not run you know what, and I'm looking at
- 43:23Speaker 7: this his tour is Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. He's got
- 43:30Speaker 7: a Tuesday and a Wednesday. He never has a Monday
- 43:33Speaker 7: on this tour. He has Friday, Saturday, Sunday. He's got
- 43:37Speaker 7: a Wednesday at Thursday and a Tuesday. But he has
- 43:40Speaker 7: no Mondays at all on his tour this year in February.
- 43:46Speaker 6: So.
- 43:48Speaker 7: That's crazy.
- 43:49Speaker 8: There's a possibility he could come back and he could
- 43:53Speaker 8: come to raw every Monday night. His first date is
- 43:59Speaker 8: February sixth, that's his first date of his tour.
- 44:03Speaker 7: It's a you But here's the thing though, it's a
- 44:05Speaker 7: UK tour. So would he really want to fly back
- 44:09Speaker 7: to the United States for a Monday n Iran and
- 44:13Speaker 7: then fly back to the UK. I don't think he
- 44:15Speaker 7: would want to do that. I would if I were him,
- 44:17Speaker 7: I would just say, hey, February twenty first is my
- 44:21Speaker 7: last one. Let me premiere at the end, be in
- 44:25Speaker 7: the Royal Rumble. I lose there, I come to He
- 44:31Speaker 7: can't be.
- 44:32Speaker 8: He can be at the Royal right after, because his
- 44:34Speaker 8: first date is until February sixth, so he could be
- 44:37Speaker 8: on the Monday after and after Royal Rumble.
- 44:40Speaker 7: He could be there.
- 44:42Speaker 8: And then go and do his tour and then come
- 44:45Speaker 8: back in the end of February, and he'd only be
- 44:48Speaker 8: out for a few weeks, so that's not too bad.
- 44:51Speaker 8: His dates are February sixth in Britain, England, February seventh
- 44:56Speaker 8: and Margate, England, and then February eighth and Manchester, England,
- 45:00Speaker 8: February tenth, in Norwich, England the eleventh, and Bradford, England
- 45:06Speaker 8: the thirteenth of February and Nottingham, England on Valentine's Day.
- 45:10Speaker 7: He'll be in Glasgow, Scotland the fifteenth.
- 45:13Speaker 8: He'll be in Newcastle, England, February seventeenth, Cardiff, Wales the
- 45:20Speaker 8: eighteenth of February. He'll be in Turquoi, England the nineteenth
- 45:24Speaker 8: of February, Southampton, England, London on the twentieth, and then
- 45:30Speaker 8: Wolford Hampton, England on the twenty first.
- 45:32Speaker 7: Is his last show and they don't tour again until
- 45:36Speaker 7: like May.
- 45:37Speaker 8: So he's got all the way throughout WrestleMania season without
- 45:41Speaker 8: doing it. The only thing, like I said, is that
- 45:44Speaker 8: he is still on the active roster for a ew
- 45:46Speaker 8: so we'll see how they do this.
- 45:48Speaker 7: We'll see how that works. Maybe Tony cond just hasn't
- 45:51Speaker 7: taken him off yet.
- 45:54Speaker 8: I mean, he just had on dry Day come back
- 45:56Speaker 8: and he Premieredy Dynamite. I saw him take the mask
- 46:03Speaker 8: off and it was andre Day back, so obviously he
- 46:06Speaker 8: strained up his stuff. Maybe because he knew Jericho is
- 46:10Speaker 8: gonna leave. Maybe he said to wwe release the hold
- 46:15Speaker 8: on Andrede and you know we're not gonna try to
- 46:19Speaker 8: sign back Chris Jericho. We know you want him for
- 46:21Speaker 8: one last run. If you let Andre Da come here,
- 46:25Speaker 8: we'll we won't try to sign him back because he
- 46:27Speaker 8: obviously really doesn't want to come here anyway, so we'll
- 46:31Speaker 8: release him and make sure he doesn't have any hold
- 46:34Speaker 8: on him.
- 46:35Speaker 7: Possibly they work that deal out. We'll see what happens.
- 46:39Speaker 7: I'm excited if Jericho comes back. I was home Monday night.
- 46:43Speaker 7: I watched Raw. It was amazing. I thought it was good.
- 46:47Speaker 7: CM Punk Brown Breaker was an amazing match. Another amazing match.
- 46:52Speaker 8: Obviously, Ria Ripley and EO Sky winning the tag titles
- 46:56Speaker 8: is awesome.
- 46:57Speaker 7: I loved it.
- 46:58Speaker 8: Becky Lynch, I want to see aj Lee win the
- 47:01Speaker 8: Woman's inter Continental title at WrestleMania.
- 47:04Speaker 7: I really do.
- 47:05Speaker 8: She's won the Divas Championship. Which would be now considered
- 47:10Speaker 8: the women's championship. She's had that title. I would love
- 47:14Speaker 8: to see her hold the intercontinental title. I think she'd
- 47:17Speaker 8: be amazing at that.
- 47:18Speaker 7: So yeah, I want to talk WNBA for a minute.
- 47:20Speaker 8: I saw people were posting a fake story about Angel
- 47:25Speaker 8: Reese saying she will sit out and not play any
- 47:28Speaker 8: more basketball because she don't feel like her salary is
- 47:31Speaker 8: big enough, which she has mentioned the salary before, obviously
- 47:35Speaker 8: she has.
- 47:37Speaker 7: That story was fake though she never said that she
- 47:39Speaker 7: is not sitting out. It's a breach of contract. She's
- 47:42Speaker 7: not gonna do it.
- 47:43Speaker 8: She is going to play for the Chicago skuy next year.
- 47:47Speaker 8: I know people want to say she's a selfish player,
- 47:51Speaker 8: she wants more money. They all do, all these women do.
- 47:56Speaker 8: Here's the deal, though, if you want WNBA players.
- 47:59Speaker 7: To make more money, you need to start going to
- 48:02Speaker 7: the games. The reason that they don't make a lot
- 48:05Speaker 7: of money is because they don't sell out arenas.
- 48:08Speaker 8: They don't sell out arenas, they don't sell out their
- 48:10Speaker 8: merch If you don't do that, you're not gonna make money.
- 48:16Speaker 8: That's and that's anywhere, okay, that is any sport. The
- 48:21Speaker 8: NBA funds the WNBA. They lose money every year out
- 48:26Speaker 8: of the WNBA because the teams cannot sell out.
- 48:30Speaker 7: And if you guys who are complaining.
- 48:32Speaker 8: The women, the men that complain that these women only
- 48:35Speaker 8: get paid so much. I mean, Angel Reach is a millionaire,
- 48:39Speaker 8: not because of her salary, but because of her endorsements.
- 48:42Speaker 8: That's where people like aj from I think she's from Vegas.
- 48:48Speaker 8: They just she's the MVP.
- 48:49Speaker 7: They just won.
- 48:52Speaker 8: You know, all of them, every single one of them,
- 48:56Speaker 8: Kaitlin Clark, all of them make their main money off
- 48:59Speaker 8: of endorsements.
- 49:02Speaker 7: Because right now that's all they have.
- 49:04Speaker 8: They don't have salary, big salaries, and they won't because
- 49:08Speaker 8: every single one of you that complain that they don't
- 49:10Speaker 8: make enough money. You don't buy tickets to go to
- 49:13Speaker 8: the games. It's a very small percentage they get from
- 49:19Speaker 8: TV ratings. So even if you're saying, well I watch
- 49:22Speaker 8: every game on TV, that's great, watch every game on TV,
- 49:26Speaker 8: but you got to go to the games too. And
- 49:29Speaker 8: I don't think the games are that expensive. I've never
- 49:31Speaker 8: been to a WNBA game, but I don't think they're
- 49:33Speaker 8: that expensive. They're definitely not NBA prices, and even the NBA,
- 49:39Speaker 8: if your team's not there.
- 49:40Speaker 7: Great, you could get tickets for not that much when
- 49:45Speaker 7: it comes to you know, NBA games. So yeah, no,
- 49:50Speaker 7: just you guys gotta stop.
- 49:52Speaker 8: If you want these women to make money, you have
- 49:55Speaker 8: to go out there and you got to spend your
- 49:57Speaker 8: money to go to games and buy their jerseys either
- 50:00Speaker 8: t shirts, all that stuff, because until then, you're never
- 50:05Speaker 8: going to get these women money. And it's sad because
- 50:08Speaker 8: they deserve it, just like the men do. They deserve
- 50:10Speaker 8: to make millions. They're not gonna make They may never
- 50:13Speaker 8: make fifty million dollar deals like the Double like the
- 50:16Speaker 8: NBA does. But even if they made in the millions,
- 50:19Speaker 8: even if their top salary was ten million dollars a
- 50:22Speaker 8: year or ten million for three years or whatever, that's
- 50:26Speaker 8: a lot of money. That's a lot of freaking money.
- 50:29Speaker 8: Plus endorsements. Yeah, they've made a lot of money. So
- 50:34Speaker 8: that's what you gotta do to do that. All right,
- 50:36Speaker 8: let's move on to our entertainment. But before we do that,
- 50:40Speaker 8: let's listen to the Birthday Boy. Here's Elvis presently with
- 50:43Speaker 8: a mall shook up right here on the Robbie g Podcast.
- 50:54Speaker 3: We bless wrong with me, I'll fluzzy tree my friend say,
- 51:02Speaker 3: I'm like, then, why does a bug I'm in love?
- 51:06Speaker 3: I'm all shook up, yeay? Or what my hands and
- 51:15Speaker 3: shake that my knees a week, I can't see me
- 51:18Speaker 3: standing on my home your feet? Who do you think?
- 51:22Speaker 3: Or when you have such luck? I'm in love. I'm
- 51:26Speaker 3: shook up.
- 51:30Speaker 4: Yay.
- 51:32Speaker 3: Yeah, well please don't ask me.
- 51:35Speaker 7: What's a home?
- 51:35Speaker 3: In my mind? I'm a little mixed stuff on the
- 51:38Speaker 3: field when I'm here. The girl, then I love the best.
- 51:43Speaker 3: My heart beats so it scarce for me, the deafly.
- 51:46Speaker 3: She touched my hand upon the chill. I I got
- 51:49Speaker 3: her lips alike with pocano.
- 51:52Speaker 7: That's hot.
- 51:53Speaker 3: I'm proud to say that she's my butter cup. I'm
- 51:56Speaker 3: in love. I'm as shook up day Okay, my tongue
- 52:06Speaker 3: gets tied one to try to speak my inside shake
- 52:10Speaker 3: like leave on a treat. That's the only one Q
- 52:13Speaker 3: for this party of mind. That's the hell. That girl
- 52:16Speaker 3: and I love so fun. She touched on my pack
- 52:19Speaker 3: and the JAILI gun her lips like a volcano, and
- 52:23Speaker 3: it's hot. I'm proud to see you this she what
- 52:27Speaker 3: a cup of me love. I'm all shook up. Yayay, Hey, I'm.
- 52:42Speaker 7: All shook up.
- 52:44Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 52:44Speaker 8: That was Elvis Presley with I'm All shook Up on
- 52:48Speaker 8: his birthdage January eighth. All right, let's go into our
- 52:52Speaker 8: entertainment section, and here is every major movie coming out

- 57:37Speaker 7: So there we go.
- 57:38Speaker 8: Somebody thought at first glance that it was ace Ventura three.
- 57:42Speaker 8: I always wanted another Ace Venture. I just told my
- 57:44Speaker 8: wife the other day they should make a third one
- 57:47Speaker 8: of that, and I'm waiting for Jim Carrey to possibly
- 57:50Speaker 8: do it, because that would be funny, and I think
- 57:53Speaker 8: they we deserve.
- 57:54Speaker 7: One more of that and a Wayne's World three. That's it.
- 57:58Speaker 8: I'd be a happy camper with those I had of
- 58:00Speaker 8: good movies coming out in twenty twenty six. And that's
- 58:03Speaker 8: how we're gonna end the show. We're gonna talk about
- 58:05Speaker 8: the box office from last week, for the last week
- 58:08Speaker 8: of the year, and no in the beginning of twenty
- 58:12Speaker 8: twenty six. That was the beginning of twenty twenty six weekend,
- 58:15Speaker 8: so we'll see how that did.
- 58:17Speaker 7: So let's look up.
- 58:18Speaker 8: Box office movies really quick, and then we are done
- 58:22Speaker 8: for the day first show of the new year.
