Hey you—you were never put on this earth to make sure everyone likes you.

You weren't called to be understood by everyone, supported by everyone, or to spend your life people-pleasing just to keep the peace.

You were called to make peace, not simply keep it.

God gave you a purpose. And if that purpose was specifically designed for you, you have to expect that there will be people who don't understand it. People who don't support it. People who question you. Maybe even people who don't like the version of you that obedience requires you to become.
