FROM MONEY TO PEOPLE
Our meditation today has the theme: From Money To People. Today, September 21, our Church celebrates the feast of Saint Matthew, the apostle and author of the Gospel. He came from Capernaum near the lake of Gennesaret, and was son of Alphaeus. He was known as a Roman tax collector, doing a job that was hated by his local people for siding with the colonial foreigners, the Romans.
