- 1:40Speaker 3: how to find all of them. All right, So hopefully
- 1:44Speaker 3: you didn't miss you had the audio going. You know
- 1:45Speaker 3: what I'm saying here, democratchor's demonic. They're the party of
- 1:49Speaker 3: illegal aliens, terrorists, rapists, and pedophiles.
- 1:53Speaker 2: What else can you say? Is that not certain?
- 1:56Speaker 4: Now?
- 1:57Speaker 3: I think it's pretty damn certain. Unbelieve President Trump, on
- 2:01Speaker 3: the other hand, this is how you know, you know
- 2:04Speaker 3: what a radical difference it is between the two parties.
- 2:06Speaker 3: President Trump signs an executive order to hold sanctuary cities
- 2:10Speaker 3: accountable for violating federal immigration law enforcement and federal criminal law.
- 2:16Speaker 2: There's we want.
- 2:20Speaker 3: Criminals to be held accountable, criminals go to jail, and
- 2:24Speaker 3: foreign criminals to be deported.
- 2:26Speaker 2: And they love it. They love crime, they love felons,
- 2:30Speaker 2: they love rapists, they love murderers, they love pedophiles.
- 2:33Speaker 3: I love police, they love pedophiles, and they want to
- 2:36Speaker 3: defund the police. You tell me who you want to
- 2:40Speaker 3: live under. Now, I just wish Trump. I mean this
- 2:44Speaker 3: is my wish. Okay, And listen, I'm for tariffs, and
- 2:47Speaker 3: I think in the long run we win the tariffs.
- 2:49Speaker 3: But right now it's mutually assured suicide. China's gonna go
- 2:54Speaker 3: under I have no question the whole country's gonna go under.
- 2:56Speaker 2: She may lose his job, They may overthrow them, They.
- 2:59Speaker 3: May kill if millions, tens of millions, hundreds of millions
- 3:04Speaker 3: of people in China. Remember we only have three hundred
- 3:06Speaker 3: million people. They have one point four billion. So if
- 3:12Speaker 3: hundreds of millions of people are thrown out of work,
- 3:15Speaker 3: they're gonna take it out on she.
- 3:18Speaker 2: He may not be alive much longer.
- 3:20Speaker 3: He certainly may not be in power much longer, and
- 3:22Speaker 3: then the whole country may, you know, go up in.
- 3:24Speaker 2: Flames of revolution.
- 3:26Speaker 3: But what would happen to America if there's no Chinese
- 3:29Speaker 3: goods and there's no factories you know, quickly built to
- 3:33Speaker 3: replace them.
- 3:34Speaker 2: This isn't gonna happen overnight.
- 3:35Speaker 3: It's gonna take a year or two to replace, you know,
- 3:39Speaker 3: Chinese factories of American factories.
- 3:41Speaker 2: So our country, our ports will be empty. So I
- 3:45Speaker 2: just wish.
- 3:46Speaker 3: President Trump had first worked his magic which we know
- 3:50Speaker 3: he's so great at, which is kill inflation and create
- 3:55Speaker 3: thousands of jobs, if not millions of jobs, and just
- 4:02Speaker 3: turn the whole economy around. The Biden economy was a mess.
- 4:05Speaker 3: And if he created a boomy economy and millions of
- 4:07Speaker 3: new jobs and inflation was dead, which he could have
- 4:12Speaker 3: done if he left tariffs alone. And then you have
- 4:15Speaker 3: the midterms and we win everything, and then you deal
- 4:18Speaker 3: with the tariffs with a boomy economy, lots of jobs
- 4:22Speaker 3: and no inflation. Now you have a fireside chat, you
- 4:25Speaker 3: tell the American people what we're doing and what the
- 4:28Speaker 3: plan is.
- 4:29Speaker 2: And everybody would have accepted it because they.
- 4:31Speaker 3: Felt rich in their four oh one k's, their retirement
- 4:34Speaker 3: funds were up dramatically, so they'd say, wow, that's great.
- 4:38Speaker 3: But to do it right now when inflation is already
- 4:42Speaker 3: high and the economy already sucks and people are getting
- 4:44Speaker 3: laid off. The minute Biden lost, layoffs started, and the
- 4:48Speaker 3: minute Trump took over, layoffs continued. And to think you
- 4:52Speaker 3: do it at that moment in time, it's going to
- 4:55Speaker 3: cause a lot of people to be scared and frightened
- 4:57Speaker 3: and upset.
- 4:58Speaker 2: And I get it.
- 5:00Speaker 4: Edit.
- 5:00Speaker 2: I think mostly he's holding up in the polls.
- 5:02Speaker 3: I think mostly it's fake poles or certainly, you know,
- 5:05Speaker 3: he's probably dropped a little bit in the polls because
- 5:07Speaker 3: of this, but he hasn't dropped a lot. I think
- 5:09Speaker 3: the polls you're seeing are fake poles, as President Trump thinks,
- 5:13Speaker 3: are fake poles.
- 5:14Speaker 2: I think most.
- 5:15Speaker 3: People are willing to to take the pain for a
- 5:18Speaker 3: little while, but they're scared.
- 5:20Speaker 2: I know they're scared, because my friends are scared.
- 5:23Speaker 3: And you know, I'm just in a very unusual position
- 5:26Speaker 3: because of who I am, because of my TV shows,
- 5:29Speaker 3: my radio shows, my podcasts, my nationally syndicate newspaper comms,
- 5:32Speaker 3: my books.
- 5:34Speaker 2: I know a lot of people.
- 5:35Speaker 3: I know thousands and thousands of my fans are middle
- 5:38Speaker 3: class and working class. And I also know hundreds who
- 5:41Speaker 3: are rich, filthy rich, who own big factories and big buildings.
- 5:47Speaker 3: And the rich friends I've got are losing their minds
- 5:50Speaker 3: because their whole life's built around the stock market, and
- 5:52Speaker 3: it's built around manufacturing, and they're manufacturing ingredients for their
- 5:56Speaker 3: products or made in China, and they're in big trouble
- 6:00Speaker 3: and they're they're they're freaking, they're yelling, they're screaming, they're
- 6:04Speaker 3: cursing Trump. The average middle class, working class person is
- 6:07Speaker 3: not cursing Trump. Trump's okay. They see a hit in
- 6:11Speaker 3: their retirement fund if they have one, if they don't
- 6:14Speaker 3: have one, they don't care.
- 6:15Speaker 2: But it could affect them with the boomerang anyway, they
- 6:17Speaker 2: could lose their jobs and prices could go up. But
- 6:22Speaker 2: there's no question.
- 6:23Speaker 3: I think the working class and middle class are staying
- 6:24Speaker 3: with Trump. But the rich guys on and the Wall
- 6:28Speaker 3: Street guys are, and the tech guys are losing their minds,
- 6:32Speaker 3: and a lot of them supported Trump and now they're not.
- 6:35Speaker 3: Now they hate them, now, they can't stand them. I
- 6:37Speaker 3: just wish he had waited, didn't have to jump in
- 6:41Speaker 3: on the teriffs from first day.
- 6:43Speaker 2: I wish he had waited. If he had killed inflation,
- 6:46Speaker 2: created jobs and.
- 6:47Speaker 3: Boomed the economy, and it boomed every boomed the stock
- 6:50Speaker 3: market and boomed everyone's retirement account, nobody would have cared.
- 6:53Speaker 3: We would have won the midterm by a mile, and
- 6:55Speaker 3: then he could experiment all he wants and nobody would
- 6:58Speaker 3: have cared. But we were all at a low after Biden,
- 7:03Speaker 3: and now we're hitting even lower, so people are scared.
- 7:05Speaker 3: I think it's gonna work out, but I'm not sure either. Right,
- 7:09Speaker 3: I'm not sure either. I keep hearing, you know from
- 7:11Speaker 3: all my rich friends, that their lives are being destroyed,
- 7:14Speaker 3: that they're not going to be in business much longer,
- 7:16Speaker 3: and if rich guys go to business, they're taking all.
- 7:18Speaker 2: The employees with them. Not good. So we'll see, yeah,
- 7:22Speaker 2: chain reaction. But to AAR my directors is chain reaction.
- 7:25Speaker 2: That's what's happening. Chain react. You know.
- 7:27Speaker 3: I do not explain this to people. A lot of
- 7:29Speaker 3: people I know hate rich people. It's like when I
- 7:31Speaker 3: argue that we should not raise taxes on the rich.
- 7:35Speaker 3: Trump says, let's cut taxes on the middle class, and
- 7:38Speaker 3: I say, let's cut taxes for everyone and never raise
- 7:41Speaker 3: it on the rich, because the rich create all the jobs.
- 7:43Speaker 2: How do I know?
- 7:44Speaker 3: People go, oh, because you're a rich way, No, I'm not.
- 7:47Speaker 3: I'm actually not rich. I wish I was rich. If
- 7:49Speaker 3: I was at Fox News, I'd be rich. When you
- 7:51Speaker 3: work for Newsmax and then Real America's Voice and radio stations,
- 7:56Speaker 3: you're not rich. Trust me, I'm doing okay. I'm not
- 7:58Speaker 3: anywhere near rich, but all the people I work for
- 8:01Speaker 3: are rich.
- 8:02Speaker 1: Right.
- 8:02Speaker 3: The owner of Real Marker's Voice is rich. The owner
- 8:04Speaker 3: of Newsmax, Chris Ruddy was on the other day, is rich.
- 8:08Speaker 3: The owner of Fox News is sure rich. And at
- 8:12Speaker 3: various points I was a NonStop guest on Fox News.
- 8:16Speaker 3: The owner of my radio network is rich. The owner
- 8:20Speaker 3: of Creators who syndicates.
- 8:21Speaker 2: My newspaper columns is rich.
- 8:23Speaker 3: All my clients who buy time on this show are
- 8:25Speaker 3: much richer than me. So I may not be rich,
- 8:28Speaker 3: but I owe my existence to rich people.
- 8:31Speaker 2: Without them, I don't have a job. I don't have
- 8:33Speaker 2: a career, I don't have a show. I have nothing.
- 8:35Speaker 2: All of you don't get it.
- 8:36Speaker 3: You have nothing without rich people. They create all the jobs.
- 8:40Speaker 3: They own every business. They have the businesses that sell
- 8:43Speaker 3: you the products. Not only they employing you. You know, well,
- 8:46Speaker 3: unions don't get it without you. With unions don't matter.
- 8:50Speaker 3: The boss matters.
- 8:51Speaker 2: Without the boss, there's no union, there's no employees.
- 8:57Speaker 3: So it's a really difficulty situation when rich people are
- 9:02Speaker 3: screaming bloody murder. So I wish President Trump had waited
- 9:05Speaker 3: on the tariffs. That's just my answer. He may eventually win.
- 9:08Speaker 3: I've supported him. I'm gonna stick by him. I think
- 9:12Speaker 3: he'll win. I think the first deal is just about in.
- 9:14Speaker 3: They say it's in, and people are guessing it's India.
- 9:17Speaker 3: That would be a huge deal. By the way, and if.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Deals start to drop, see that's the key.
- 9:23Speaker 3: Trump needs the deals to drop one by one like
- 9:28Speaker 3: dominoes over the next three weeks, four weeks next month.
- 9:31Speaker 3: Let's say if Trump lands twenty deals the next month,
- 9:35Speaker 3: and that's the template for all the rest of the deals,
- 9:37Speaker 3: including China.
- 9:38Speaker 2: Then I think we could all.
- 9:42Speaker 3: Relax, breathe sigh of relief, and it's gonna be okay,
- 9:45Speaker 3: and the stock market's gonna make a comeback. I'm still
- 9:46Speaker 3: betting on the stock market, by the way, I just
- 9:49Speaker 3: bought a bunch of stock yesterday. I'm buying. I'm not selling.
- 9:52Speaker 3: I'm buying, and I'm not staying on the sidelines. I'm buying.
- 9:56Speaker 2: But I'm just telling you.
- 9:57Speaker 3: Trump could have avoided all of this by waiting till
- 10:00Speaker 3: he made the economy boom. And he also could have
- 10:03Speaker 3: had a better rollout and explained it to the American
- 10:06Speaker 3: people and not zigzagged and just said, hey, this is
- 10:09Speaker 3: what we're doing. It's gonna be some pain, you're gonna
- 10:12Speaker 3: have to live with it. In the long run, it'll work.
- 10:14Speaker 3: And if we didn't do it, the entire economy would
- 10:16Speaker 3: be destroyed.
- 10:17Speaker 2: Ten years now, we'd lose out to China. I have
- 10:19Speaker 2: to do it.
- 10:20Speaker 3: Could have explained that to the American people and explained
- 10:22Speaker 3: it in a good way with a fireside chat to
- 10:25Speaker 3: the nation.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Never did that, So there's some things that could have
- 10:28Speaker 2: been done much better. We'll be right back. I'm waiting
- 10:30Speaker 2: al route.

- 13:50Speaker 3: Here is a personal story that really changed my life.
- 13:53Speaker 3: I'm so allergic to wheat and grains and gluten that
- 13:55Speaker 3: I had to give up bread. And then recently I
- 13:57Speaker 3: found Gym's Amazing Bread and it's amazing.
- 14:00Speaker 2: It changed my life.
- 14:01Speaker 3: Now I can eat bread again.
- 14:02Speaker 2: I love it.
- 14:03Speaker 3: I eat toast for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch with
- 14:06Speaker 3: no allergy or stomach issues. What makes Jim's Amazing Bread

- 14:19Speaker 3: found a gently crushed wholesale wheat that keeps gluten cells
- 14:22Speaker 3: from activating. The result a soft, wholesome wheat bread that's
- 14:25Speaker 3: easier to digest. Customers with gluten sensitivity, blood sugar concerns,

- 14:46Speaker 2: It is amazing.
- 14:56Speaker 4: Wo All right, Wayne on the roof.
- 15:07Speaker 3: But you know we got no choice, right, I mean,
- 15:10Speaker 3: say what you want about Trump. Make sure we get
- 15:12Speaker 3: the live read set, patar, Say what you want about
- 15:15Speaker 3: President Trump. Can you imagine the alternative? The party of terrorists, wackos,
- 15:21Speaker 3: mentally ill, transgenders, weirdos, pedophiles, and illegal alien trend de
- 15:27Speaker 3: ragua ms thirteen scumbags.
- 15:30Speaker 2: That's what they are now, that's all they are. So
- 15:33Speaker 2: what choice is there? You gotta stick with Trump with
- 15:35Speaker 2: the tariffs, and you know it is good.
- 15:38Speaker 3: Medicine in the long run. You know, it's like a
- 15:41Speaker 3: person who's dying of cancer. Well, I shouldn't use this
- 15:43Speaker 3: example because I hate chemo. I think keimo's horrible. I
- 15:47Speaker 3: think keemo kills you, not the cancer. One of my
- 15:49Speaker 3: best friend's wives is right now. They're about to unhook her.
- 15:53Speaker 3: They're about to take all the lines out in a hospital,
- 15:56Speaker 3: and she's gonna be dead.
- 15:58Speaker 2: She's flatlining.
- 15:59Speaker 3: They don't know if she has any activity, and it's
- 16:01Speaker 3: because they gave her a new chemo pill.
- 16:03Speaker 2: They said, oh, this is the greatest pill.
- 16:05Speaker 3: Ever, they gave her the chemo pill and within a
- 16:07Speaker 3: matter of two days she's dead. So I'm not a
- 16:09Speaker 3: fan of chemo, but I was gonna use the example,
- 16:11Speaker 3: if you have cancer, you have to kill it with
- 16:13Speaker 3: something rather than do nothing. If you do nothing, you
- 16:16Speaker 3: will die long term. You will die long term, and
- 16:20Speaker 3: so you have to do something. I think what you
- 16:21Speaker 3: gotta do is you gotta take megados and vitamin C
- 16:24Speaker 3: and travenus vitamin C, and you gotta take ivermectin. You
- 16:27Speaker 3: gotta take fembesinol. But I wouldn't take chemotherapy. I will
- 16:31Speaker 3: never take chemotherapy or radiation. Those are horrible. Those kill
- 16:35Speaker 3: you worse than the cancer. But you gotta do something.
- 16:39Speaker 3: You gotta have a program, a plan, rather than just
- 16:42Speaker 3: let yourself die. And if we did nothing about tariffs
- 16:45Speaker 3: and nothing about what's going on, there'd be no manufacturing
- 16:47Speaker 3: in the United States, and A we'd be destroyed economically
- 16:51Speaker 3: in the next ten to twenty years, and B, you know, well,
- 16:55Speaker 3: b we'd be a shell of ourselves. Maerica would no
- 16:57Speaker 3: longer be a great country. And see if they there's
- 17:00Speaker 3: a war with China, which I think is coming. I
- 17:02Speaker 3: think it's very clear there will be a war with China.
- 17:05Speaker 3: There will be a World War three. They've got one
- 17:07Speaker 3: point four billion people and we've got three hundred and
- 17:09Speaker 3: thirty million. Trust me, they're planning war with the United States,
- 17:14Speaker 3: and they're planning to invade Taiwan and take over Taiwan.
- 17:17Speaker 2: So we will be in a war with China.
- 17:19Speaker 3: And if they make all the antibotics and all the drugs,
- 17:22Speaker 3: and if they make all the computer ships from that
- 17:24Speaker 3: point forward, we lose the war. And if the United
- 17:27Speaker 3: States lose the war, it's not gonna be good for
- 17:29Speaker 3: our economy. That's gonna be the you know, a disaster
- 17:32Speaker 3: for America. So no question, we had to do this.
- 17:35Speaker 3: But it didn't have to be done today, and it
- 17:38Speaker 3: didn't have to be done five minutes after he took office.
- 17:40Speaker 3: It could have been done after the midterms, after we
- 17:43Speaker 3: win the midterms, because he rekindled the economy, blew it
- 17:47Speaker 3: up in a good way, made it explode in a
- 17:49Speaker 3: good way, explode up.
- 17:52Speaker 2: Trump could have done that. But everything else he does
- 17:55Speaker 2: is great.
- 17:56Speaker 3: I mean, I can think of one hundred things he's
- 17:57Speaker 3: done in the first hundred days.
- 17:59Speaker 2: Right, there is one hundred day celebration.
- 18:01Speaker 3: I can think of one hundred things he's done, and
- 18:03Speaker 3: ninety nine are good, and the tariffs are good, but
- 18:07Speaker 3: short term pain before the midterms may not be good.
- 18:10Speaker 2: So I'm worried. This is the gamble of a lifetime.
- 18:13Speaker 2: And Trump's a gambler, and so am I right?
- 18:16Speaker 3: I mean, there have been times I bet five hundred
- 18:18Speaker 3: dollars in a football game and I have five hundred
- 18:19Speaker 3: dollars in the bank. That's a gambler, man, that's a game.
- 18:24Speaker 3: That's just someone who prays to God a lot. You're
- 18:26Speaker 3: praying to God in the fourth quarter, trust me.
- 18:29Speaker 2: But I am a gambler.
- 18:30Speaker 3: I'm a guy who bets a lot of money compare
- 18:32Speaker 3: to how much money he has, and it never really
- 18:35Speaker 3: scares me. I got balls to steal, and Trump has
- 18:37Speaker 3: balls to steal like a thousand times stronger than mine.
- 18:40Speaker 3: And so he's willing to gamble the entire presidency and
- 18:43Speaker 3: his whole legacy and the economy on his idea for tariffs.
- 18:47Speaker 3: And if he's wrong, we lose the midterms, and then
- 18:51Speaker 3: Trump gets impeached again and his legacy is ruined and
- 18:54Speaker 3: he has no power in the last two years, and
- 18:57Speaker 3: Democrats win in twenty twenty eight. I just want you
- 18:59Speaker 3: all to understand what's on the line here, talk about
- 19:01Speaker 3: the gamble.
- 19:02Speaker 2: Of all time.
- 19:03Speaker 3: And if Trump's right and he wins, we sweep to
- 19:05Speaker 3: victory in the midterms, and we win again in twenty
- 19:08Speaker 3: twenty eight, and we make America great again. And I
- 19:10Speaker 3: guess that's the bet Trump was willing to take.
- 19:14Speaker 2: It's a wild.
- 19:15Speaker 3: Bet, it's a scary bet because he's doing everything else
- 19:18Speaker 3: right and there is no short term pain with anything else.
- 19:21Speaker 2: I mean, you want to get rid of the illegals.
- 19:23Speaker 3: That's short term gain and long term gain. And you
- 19:26Speaker 3: want to get rid of green energy short term gain
- 19:28Speaker 3: and long term gain. Everything's gain gain. You want to
- 19:31Speaker 3: get rid of DEI gain gain, short term, long term.
- 19:34Speaker 3: Everything he does seal the border, short term, long term gain.
- 19:38Speaker 3: So everything else he's doing is good now and tomorrow.
- 19:42Speaker 2: But tariffs are bad now good long term scary stuff.
- 19:48Speaker 3: But you know, if you want to invest in something interesting,
- 19:51Speaker 3: here's one lost soul droil of gas.
- 19:53Speaker 2: One thing we know.
- 19:54Speaker 3: No matter what happens with the economy in the second
- 19:57Speaker 3: term of Trump, it's all about drill, baby drill, And
- 19:59Speaker 3: he wants to make America the energy capital of the world.
- 20:01Speaker 2: It's the only shot we got to make our nation
- 20:04Speaker 2: great again.

- 22:36Speaker 3: by second generation oil and gas legend Mark Brunner. His
- 22:41Speaker 3: companies are created more than fifteen billion dollars in shareholder value,
- 22:45Speaker 3: including an Ultra Petroleum, which went for fifteen cents a
- 22:49Speaker 3: share public company to two hundred dollars a share at
- 22:52Speaker 3: its peak, and over those nine years, a ten thousand
- 22:55Speaker 3: dollars investment grew into thirteen million ten thirteen million.
- 23:00Speaker 2: Lost Soldier is Mark's newest project.
- 23:03Speaker 3: It took forty years to piece together this forty thousand
- 23:06Speaker 3: acre Giant Gas Discovery field in Wyoming. Mark believes it's

- 23:14Speaker 2: That has not been drilled in the United States of America.

- 23:21Speaker 3: the Permian Basin.
- 23:22Speaker 2: Their plan is.
- 23:23Speaker 3: To install a pipeline connection for immediate cash flow this

- 24:03Speaker 3: All right, I've got my guest, Ken Packson with US
- 24:06Speaker 3: Texas Attorney General and candidate now just announce for United
- 24:10Speaker 3: States Senate.
- 24:11Speaker 2: I love it.
- 24:12Speaker 3: He's been on the show many times.
- 24:14Speaker 2: I'm a huge fan. He is a maga tea.
- 24:16Speaker 3: Party all the way, conservative patriot my cut of guy,
- 24:20Speaker 3: Ken Paxson.
- 24:21Speaker 2: Welcome to the show.
- 24:23Speaker 6: Hey, great to be back, queen.
- 24:25Speaker 2: All right, great to have you, and I hope we'll
- 24:27Speaker 2: have you as US Senator.
- 24:29Speaker 3: Ken Paxson. There was a attempt in Texas. We all
- 24:33Speaker 3: think Texas is so patriotic, so conservative, so maga, but
- 24:37Speaker 3: the establishment there, including the Republican establishment.
- 24:42Speaker 2: Try to impeach you.
- 24:43Speaker 3: And now you're going after the DC establishment by running
- 24:47Speaker 3: for US Senator against incumbent US Senator John Cornyn, who
- 24:51Speaker 3: I've always said is about his Rhydoh as you get
- 24:54Speaker 3: about his establishment, as you get tell us about your
- 24:57Speaker 3: race against John Cordon at what's happening on the g
- 25:00Speaker 3: in Texas.
- 25:01Speaker 6: Yeah, there's no doubt the ground in Texas is we
- 25:03Speaker 6: do have our issues, especially with the Texas House. For
- 25:06Speaker 6: sixteen or seventeen years, the Democrats have actually controlled it
- 25:09Speaker 6: by block voting, because you need seventy six votes to
- 25:12Speaker 6: be speaker. We usually have around sixty one to sixty
- 25:14Speaker 6: five Democrats.
- 25:16Speaker 2: They blocked vote.
- 25:16Speaker 6: A few Republicans come with them, and that led to
- 25:19Speaker 6: my impeachment. That it leads to a lot of good
- 25:22Speaker 6: legislation not being passed and a lot of good legislation
- 25:26Speaker 6: being killed that comes over from the Senate. So that's
- 25:28Speaker 6: certainly an issue. And as you know, we definitely have
- 25:30Speaker 6: an establishment in Washington, d c. And there's no doubt
- 25:33Speaker 6: that John corn has been part of that. He's been
- 25:35Speaker 6: Mitch McConnell's lapdog for years and he has not listened
- 25:39Speaker 6: to the voters of Texas about what we care about.
- 25:41Speaker 3: Now, you have been a real maga, a real maga
- 25:45Speaker 3: attack dog, and that's why they hate you so much.
- 25:47Speaker 2: They're scared of you so much.
- 25:49Speaker 3: Same thing with me. By the way, I'm not running
- 25:51Speaker 3: for office, but I have been banned shadow banded, censored,
- 25:55Speaker 3: and silenced on almost every social media platform in the
- 25:58Speaker 3: United States of America.
- 26:00Speaker 2: They can't stand what I say. They don't want the
- 26:02Speaker 2: word getting out. And I assume you're going to face
- 26:04Speaker 2: the same kind of things.
- 26:06Speaker 3: Tell us about your views that are very maga and
- 26:09Speaker 3: very in line with President Donald J.
- 26:12Speaker 2: Trump.
- 26:13Speaker 6: Look, it's almost almost everything he's doing I'm in favor.
- 26:16Speaker 6: As a matter of fact, the first presidency, I knew
- 26:19Speaker 6: nothing about Donald Trump other than his celebrity status, but
- 26:22Speaker 6: I was so impressed with this first four years. I
- 26:25Speaker 6: had never seen a president get so much done, and
- 26:28Speaker 6: so when he ran for re election, I was all in.
- 26:31Speaker 6: That was not true about John Corny, who was not
- 26:33Speaker 6: all in. Matter of fact, he said we needed a
- 26:34Speaker 6: new candidate, and he insinuated that President Trump may have
- 26:38Speaker 6: been guilty of crimes and assumed the worst about Donald Trump.
- 26:42Speaker 6: That is not where I've been the entire time, because
- 26:44Speaker 6: I've seen the effectiveness of Donald Trump, and all I
- 26:48Speaker 6: want is a president that cares about the American people,
- 26:50Speaker 6: that will get good things done. And absolutely I'm for
- 26:53Speaker 6: that and I will support that.
- 26:55Speaker 3: You know, I think the number one problem in America
- 26:57Speaker 3: right now and I think it's pretty obvious if you're
- 26:59Speaker 3: not completely blogne Obviously, the open border the last four years,
- 27:03Speaker 3: and now Trump is doing something about it. But every
- 27:05Speaker 3: step of the way a ken, every step of the way,
- 27:08Speaker 3: there's some resistance judge standing in the way. And this
- 27:12Speaker 3: is obviously the new Democrat plan, the new agenda, use
- 27:15Speaker 3: resistance judges. This is the insurrection. This is the coup
- 27:20Speaker 3: to block President Trump's agenda every step of the way
- 27:23Speaker 3: twenty four to seven, to stop Trump from getting anything
- 27:26Speaker 3: done to keep the border open, to keep the gang
- 27:29Speaker 3: bangers in the United States. It's really amazing. Now, you,
- 27:32Speaker 3: as an attorney general, an attorney probably know a lot
- 27:35Speaker 3: more than me about how we can attack the district
- 27:39Speaker 3: judges who have no right to determine national security decisions
- 27:42Speaker 3: or military decisions. And yet they're overturning every deportation decision,
- 27:48Speaker 3: every illegal alien decision, even the transgender and the military decision.
- 27:52Speaker 3: They're blocking it, they're stalling it, they're stopping it.
- 27:55Speaker 2: What can President Trump do?
- 27:57Speaker 3: And could you, as a US senator in the Senate,
- 28:00Speaker 3: do what you think because the president senators are basically
- 28:03Speaker 3: doing nothing.
- 28:04Speaker 6: Look this president, it's been remarkable watching the transition from
- 28:09Speaker 6: first of all, from President Trump to Joe Biden, and
- 28:11Speaker 6: what happened on the border, going from a pretty control
- 28:14Speaker 6: border to one that was absoluslutely overwhelmed. And it was
- 28:17Speaker 6: done purposely with Joe Biden's consent and encouragement, telling the
- 28:22Speaker 6: cartels that we were no longer enforcing federal law. And
- 28:25Speaker 6: of course we've seen the transition back from Biden to Trump,
- 28:28Speaker 6: and look what happens. We get the border under control
- 28:30Speaker 6: almost immediately. It's the most controlled border I've ever seen
- 28:33Speaker 6: in my lifetime. Why because we follow federal law. And
- 28:36Speaker 6: now we have judges who have come along unlike anything
- 28:39Speaker 6: we've ever seen, massive injunctions, more injunctions than we have
- 28:43Speaker 6: ever seen against any president. And in my opinion, the
- 28:45Speaker 6: judiciary is overstepping their bounds and they need to be
- 28:48Speaker 6: reined in, either through impeachment. That would be certainly a
- 28:51Speaker 6: first step in my book, to come against these judges
- 28:54Speaker 6: and say, wait a minute, you're not following your constitutional
- 28:56Speaker 6: law role. Your job is to interpret the law, not
- 29:00Speaker 6: to take over the executive branch. And it's clear to
- 29:02Speaker 6: me that that's what's going on.
- 29:04Speaker 3: And then we also wanted to discuss with you and
- 29:07Speaker 3: update on your antitrust lawsuit against black Rock, Vanguard, and
- 29:11Speaker 3: State Street from manipulating the energy markets. And the claim
- 29:16Speaker 3: is that they acquired stockholdings in coal companies and then
- 29:20Speaker 3: substantially reduced coal production. So what's happening.
- 29:25Speaker 2: What's the status of that lawsuit.
- 29:27Speaker 6: Well, as you well know, litigation is not a fast process,
- 29:29Speaker 6: but it is often an effective process, and so we
- 29:32Speaker 6: sued them. I think it was last November ish October ish,
- 29:36Speaker 6: and we're in the process. We'll be going through discovery
- 29:39Speaker 6: and we'll be discovering the things we need to discover
- 29:41Speaker 6: about what they did, how they colluded. We're very certain
- 29:44Speaker 6: that those three companies colluded to control the energy market
- 29:47Speaker 6: through particularly coal, trying to shut down the production of coal,
- 29:51Speaker 6: which obviously is illegal and collusive. And so our job
- 29:56Speaker 6: is to stop that and encourage energy production that works
- 30:00Speaker 6: for America, and then make sure that we have energy
- 30:02Speaker 6: that is produced here in the United States that's safe
- 30:06Speaker 6: and that we don't have to rely on foreign countries,
- 30:08Speaker 6: particularly foreign countries that are not our friends.
- 30:11Speaker 3: If there's anything out there that's as important or close
- 30:14Speaker 3: to as important as the open border and the green
- 30:17Speaker 3: energy debacle and drill, baby drill, making sure we have
- 30:20Speaker 3: inexpensive fossil fuel energy for the average middle class Americans,
- 30:24Speaker 3: or electric bills don't go through the roof. I think
- 30:27Speaker 3: the other thing that's right up there with those ken is.
- 30:30Speaker 2: Freedom of speech.
- 30:31Speaker 3: And under Joe Biden, there's no question the government colluded
- 30:35Speaker 3: with social media and Stanford University and a lot of
- 30:38Speaker 3: different organizations to try and stop free speech against the
- 30:42Speaker 3: COVID vaccine, the deadly results of the COVID vaccine, and
- 30:47Speaker 3: against people mentioning the stolen election.
- 30:48Speaker 2: That's the reason I've been so silenced. And now I've
- 30:52Speaker 2: hired a big law.
- 30:52Speaker 3: Firm to sue all of them, and they're sending out
- 30:55Speaker 3: Foyer requests to the government, all the relative government EHCs
- 30:59Speaker 3: as we speak, and the lawsuit will be announced soon.
- 31:01Speaker 3: And they're representing me because I believe my freedoms and
- 31:04Speaker 3: my free speech have been horribly abridged.
- 31:07Speaker 2: Have you done anything in Texas or.
- 31:08Speaker 3: Do you have plans to do anything about this? Incredible?
- 31:12Speaker 3: I guess you'd say conspiracy between government and social media
- 31:15Speaker 3: try and silence the people who have used like you
- 31:18Speaker 3: and me.
- 31:19Speaker 6: Look, there's no doubt that the founders were most worried
- 31:21Speaker 6: about government intervention in our free speech and in our
- 31:24Speaker 6: religious expression, which is why the First Amendment was put first.
- 31:28Speaker 6: And there's no doubt that the Biden administration colluded with
- 31:31Speaker 6: companies like Facebook and other social media companies to try
- 31:34Speaker 6: to use corporations as opposed to the government, but they
- 31:38Speaker 6: were indirectly doing it to stop free speech. This is
- 31:41Speaker 6: a huge problem. We have lawsuits going on with that
- 31:43Speaker 6: already that we're involved with that we hope will address
- 31:47Speaker 6: this situation. And I certainly have other lawsuits against big
- 31:50Speaker 6: tech companies, whether it's been Facebook or Google and other
- 31:55Speaker 6: social media companies that are affecting our ability to transact business,
- 32:00Speaker 6: more prices and also have a place to freely speak.
- 32:04Speaker 3: I understand you've also sued the Biden administration over their
- 32:07Speaker 3: transgender policies.
- 32:09Speaker 2: Where does that lawsuits stand?
- 32:11Speaker 6: So again, it's a long process, but what I'm hopeful
- 32:14Speaker 6: now now that the Trump administration sent off they agree
- 32:17Speaker 6: with this, and we're just in the process of trying.
- 32:19Speaker 6: We have about forty or fifty lawsuits that are still
- 32:22Speaker 6: against the federal government that we're trying to settle with
- 32:25Speaker 6: the current doj I'm optimistic that we're going to get
- 32:28Speaker 6: that done. Obviously, I want it done sooner rather than later,
- 32:31Speaker 6: and I'm optimist that's going to happen. And the policies
- 32:35Speaker 6: that you're talking about that the Biden administration put forward
- 32:37Speaker 6: about men and women's sports and other transgender issues, we
- 32:40Speaker 6: did sue over and I expect a very good outcome
- 32:43Speaker 6: from the Trump administration.
- 32:45Speaker 2: Well, we wish you well.
- 32:46Speaker 3: There's no better guy for US Senate my opinion the
- 32:49Speaker 3: Ken Paxton. You are fabulous. I support you, I will
- 32:53Speaker 3: endorse you tomorrow. I think you are exactly what we
- 32:56Speaker 3: need in the US Senate. I like your compatriot Ted Cruz,
- 33:00Speaker 3: but if there's sure on a lot of great senators
- 33:01Speaker 3: out there, you would be right vaulted to the top
- 33:04Speaker 3: of the US.
- 33:05Speaker 2: Senate on day one. And we want to see you elected.
- 33:07Speaker 3: Will be on your team and we hope to have
- 33:09Speaker 3: you back as a guest often over the next couple
- 33:11Speaker 3: of years. Thank you, Ken for everything you do is
- 33:13Speaker 3: website Ken Axton dot com, Kenpaxton dot com, Attorney General
- 33:18Speaker 3: of Texas running for you at Senate.
- 33:20Speaker 2: Thank you, Ken, God bless.
- 33:21Speaker 6: You, good luck, Hey, God bless you, and thanks for
