Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Just a couple of weeks away from the CMAs. Ella
- 0:02Speaker 1: Langley up for every award. I think it's every one.
- 0:07Speaker 1: Country 99.1 WQIK. Good morning.
- 0:09Speaker 2: It's The Big Show.
- 0:09Speaker 1: You know, it's my guess.
- 0:10Speaker 3: She's going to do pretty good.
- 0:12Speaker 2: If she doesn't, I'll be with a pitchfork in front
- 0:14Speaker 2: of those doors, and they're going to have to deal
- 0:16Speaker 2: with me.
- 0:17Speaker 3: That's scary. Listen, we got an email from a listener, Ron,
- 0:21Speaker 3: his wife, Carrie. Ron wants us to kind of weigh
- 0:24Speaker 3: in on this. And he says, I'm a grown man,
- 0:27Speaker 3: not a seven-year-old getting my first haircut. Oh, God.
- 0:30Speaker 2: Where is this going?
- 0:31Speaker 1: Where are we going?
- 0:32Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 0:33Speaker 3: The last haircut he got, he said, was kind of short.
- 0:35Speaker 3: And he liked it because it was a summer cut,
- 0:38Speaker 3: summer short. You know, guys, we'll do that in the summer,
- 0:40Speaker 3: get a buzz cut.
- 0:41Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 0:41Speaker 3: He said now his wife wants to go to, he wants,
- 0:45Speaker 3: she wants him to go to her hairdresser so he
- 0:47Speaker 3: can get a real good haircut. And she insists that
- 0:50Speaker 3: she's going to go with him.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Oh, no.
- 0:52Speaker 3: He says, quote, have I lost my man card again?
- 0:55Speaker 3: I can see her sitting there doing a play-by-play with
- 0:57Speaker 3: the hairdresser. Yes or no.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Yes, you've lost it.
- 1:01Speaker 2: It's not your wife's fault that you got a jacked up,
- 1:05Speaker 2: janky haircut. She's embarrassed about your haircut.
- 1:10Speaker 1: So what do you think? Would you do that if
- 1:11Speaker 1: Ollie came back with a bad haircut and you're like,
- 1:14Speaker 1: next time you're going to my hairdresser and I want
- 1:16Speaker 1: to sit there and make sure she cuts your hair right?
- 1:18Speaker 2: I wouldn't because he's bald. We haven't been in that situation.
- 1:22Speaker 2: He has no hair to cut. He buzzes it in
- 1:24Speaker 2: the bathroom sink.
- 1:25Speaker 1: Hypothetically, what do you think?
- 1:26Speaker 2: I would not sit there with him. I'm kind of
- 1:29Speaker 2: a linger back, you know, when you need help, you
- 1:32Speaker 2: ask me. But, well, I have had boyfriends have me, though, like, hey,
- 1:36Speaker 2: can you come here for a minute? Can you look
- 1:38Speaker 2: around it and make sure? Because I got that eye,
- 1:40Speaker 2: you know? You've got that eye. Yeah.
- 1:44Speaker 3: I just look financially. He's probably going to his barber,
- 1:47Speaker 3: you know, and now he's got to go to his
- 1:48Speaker 3: wife's hairstylist. That price point is vastly different.
- 1:52Speaker 1: It's a big price point.
- 1:53Speaker 2: Maybe he's going to Sports Clips and they're doing a
- 1:55Speaker 2: little too much on the head massage, you know, they
- 1:59Speaker 2: do all the pampering. Maybe it's getting a little too intimate.
- 2:04Speaker 2: I'm just putting that out there. Like, they.
- 2:06Speaker 1: What if it's all about the hair, though? John, what
- 2:08Speaker 1: do you think?
- 2:08Speaker 3: Yeah, I just want to say, that guy's lost his
- 2:10Speaker 3: man card like 100%.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Come on, buddy.
- 2:14Speaker 3: Just get in the truck and drive.
