- 2:47Speaker 3: Yes.
- 2:48Speaker 4: Yes.
- 2:48Speaker 1: Good morning to you. Now, if you're wondering, if you're
- 2:51Speaker 1: thinking to yourself, Vince, you seem like you're in better
- 2:52Speaker 1: spirits than you were on Friday.
- 2:54Speaker 5: It's true.
- 2:55Speaker 1: One second. A little blackout coffee.
- 2:59Speaker 2: So good.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Yeah, no, I'm in much better shape. I want to say, um, uh,
- 3:02Speaker 1: something for those of you who haven't tracked all of it. Um,
- 3:04Speaker 1: I had a, uh, a hernia surgery last week, Wednesday.
- 3:07Speaker 1: It knocked me out of commission for sure on Thursday.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Then on Friday, I kind of gave a subdued performance.
- 3:11Speaker 1: I'll admit, uh, on our program here. Uh, but, um,
- 3:15Speaker 1: I'm feeling so much better with each passing day. I
- 3:17Speaker 1: feel like a thousand times better. So, uh, it's, it's
- 3:20Speaker 1: great to be here with you. And I had a
- 3:22Speaker 1: thought this weekend that I expressed to my family, but
- 3:24Speaker 1: I want to express to you here. Um, uh, which
- 3:27Speaker 1: is how grateful I am to you and the number
- 3:30Speaker 1: of people who decided to send me messages that they
- 3:33Speaker 1: were praying for me in the wake of what I'll
- 3:36Speaker 1: admit is I think is a pretty routine surgery. I
- 3:38Speaker 1: think a lot of people get like a hernia surgery.
- 3:39Speaker 1: It's a totally normal thing. But the fact that any
- 3:43Speaker 1: of you spared your prayer bandwidth for me, I'm overwhelmed
- 3:47Speaker 1: with gratitude. Thank you for that. And I could feel it.
- 3:50Speaker 1: I swear to you, I could feel the impact of
- 3:52Speaker 1: that prayer. I really, I swear by it. I think
- 3:54Speaker 1: prayer really works. Um, and in fact, I often pray,
- 3:57Speaker 1: I tell people I'll pray for them. And then I
- 3:58Speaker 1: worry that I forgot that I was good, that I
- 4:00Speaker 1: was going to pray for them. And then I'll pray
- 4:01Speaker 1: to God. I'll be like, and please Lord, for anybody
- 4:03Speaker 1: I said, I would pray for even thought to pray for, uh,
- 4:06Speaker 1: I lift up my prayers for them. So, um, thank you.
- 4:09Speaker 1: I feel it. And I also felt a bit of
- 4:11Speaker 1: guilt about it. I was like, don't, don't use your
- 4:14Speaker 1: prayers on me. Use your prayers on people who really
- 4:16Speaker 1: need it. Just spend your time on other people. Anyway,
- 4:19Speaker 1: the point is, thank you. God bless you for it.
- 4:21Speaker 1: Thank you so much.
- 4:23Speaker 5: Okay.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Let's get into why I'm so excited this morning. Here's
- 4:28Speaker 1: something that's really giving me energy. Marco Rubio, the amazing
- 4:34Speaker 1: Secretary of State. Do we love Marco Rubio, folks? How
- 4:36Speaker 1: great of a Secretary of State is this guy? He
- 4:39Speaker 1: goes to the Munich Security Conference this weekend, and he
- 4:43Speaker 1: gives a generationally great speech. Politicians give speeches all the time.
- 4:50Speaker 1: In fact, I watch them for a living. I'm constantly
- 4:53Speaker 1: clicking through speeches and seeing what they're saying. And for
- 4:55Speaker 1: the most part, they wash over you. You kind of
- 4:57Speaker 1: sort through them for the nuggets of information that they
- 5:00Speaker 1: might be presenting for the first time, reading the tea
- 5:02Speaker 1: leaves on where a negotiation might be going. But Marco
- 5:05Speaker 1: Rubio did something that is pretty rare in politics. He
- 5:10Speaker 1: gave a full-throated, like outright love speech for Western civilization
- 5:18Speaker 1: and the United States of America. And he did it
- 5:20Speaker 1: to a Europe that has definitely lost its way. Europe
- 5:25Speaker 1: is not what it once was. Europe was once adventurous.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Europe was once proud of itself. Europe once had national
- 5:33Speaker 1: identities that they warmly embrace. Now it's a muddled mess.
- 5:38Speaker 1: It's open borders. It's third worlders pouring in across a
- 5:42Speaker 1: once great array of countries.
- 5:45Speaker 6: It's chaos.
- 5:47Speaker 1: And it's also self-hatred, self-loathing. There's massive amounts of guilt
- 5:54Speaker 1: about being European. And as if like the blessings that
- 5:59Speaker 1: their forefathers fought for, that they somehow are undeserving of
- 6:03Speaker 1: them and they should just give them away to anybody
- 6:05Speaker 1: who wants to barrel into the country. It's really sad.
- 6:09Speaker 1: And it comes at a huge expense to Europe, but
- 6:11Speaker 1: it also comes at an expense to the whole world.
- 6:13Speaker 1: And that includes the United States of America. If Europe
- 6:17Speaker 1: utterly collapses, that is very bad for us. It is
- 6:21Speaker 1: very bad for the whole world to be in a
- 6:23Speaker 1: state of chaos around the United States of America. And
- 6:26Speaker 1: that chaos creeps like a cancer. It spreads. And you
- 6:30Speaker 1: can even see some of it in the United States.
- 6:33Speaker 1: You know, for years, you and I have issued warnings
- 6:35Speaker 1: like careful, don't want to become more like Europe. And
- 6:38Speaker 1: that's for good reason. that we didn't want our borders
- 6:41Speaker 1: to be kicked wide open. We didn't want to import
- 6:44Speaker 1: the whole third world. We didn't want our economies to
- 6:46Speaker 1: be in a shambles. We didn't want to become a
- 6:48Speaker 1: country that was self-loathing. But the left has pursued this
- 6:51Speaker 1: with aggression, not just around the planet, but specifically here
- 6:55Speaker 1: in the United States. And Marco Rubio this weekend, an
- 6:59Speaker 1: amazing speech, rejected all of that and said, Europe, you
- 7:02Speaker 1: have a right to be proud of your history. The
- 7:04Speaker 1: United States is proud of its history. We have been
- 7:09Speaker 1: on amazing adventures. And now together, if you'll do it,
- 7:13Speaker 1: we want to explore the newest frontiers, the newest frontiers.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Let's listen to some of Marco Rubio. Here he is,
- 7:19Speaker 1: the Secretary of State this weekend in a must-watch speech.
- 7:22Speaker 1: I'm only going to give you clips, but you should
- 7:24Speaker 1: go check out the whole thing. Watch this.
- 7:26Speaker 7: We increasingly outsourced our sovereignty. to international institutions while many
- 7:30Speaker 7: nations invested in massive welfare states at the cost of
- 7:33Speaker 7: maintaining the ability to defend themselves. This, even as other
- 7:38Speaker 7: countries have invested in the most rapid military buildup in
- 7:42Speaker 7: all of human history and have not hesitated to use
- 7:45Speaker 7: hard power to pursue their own interests. To appease a
- 7:49Speaker 7: climate cult, we have imposed energy policies on ourselves that
- 7:53Speaker 7: are impoverishing our people, even as our competitors exploit oil
- 7:58Speaker 7: and coal and natural gas and anything else, not just
- 8:01Speaker 7: to power their economies, but to use as leverage against
- 8:05Speaker 7: our own. And in a pursuit of a world without borders,
- 8:09Speaker 7: we opened our doors to an unprecedented wave of mass
- 8:12Speaker 7: migration that threatens the cohesion of our societies, the continuity of.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Our culture, and the future of our people.
- 8:22Speaker 7: We made these mistakes together. And now, together, we owe
- 8:27Speaker 7: it to our people to face those facts and to
- 8:29Speaker 7: move forward, to rebuild. Under President Trump, the United States
- 8:35Speaker 7: of America will once again take on the task of
- 8:38Speaker 7: renewal and restoration, driven by a vision of a future
- 8:42Speaker 7: as proud, as sovereign, and as vital as our civilization's past.
- 8:47Speaker 1: I love this. And while we are prepared.
- 8:49Speaker 8: You're.
- 8:49Speaker 1: Listening to Rubio, and he's basically saying, we screwed this
- 8:52Speaker 1: up together. We screwed this up together. We sold out
- 8:56Speaker 1: our peoples all across the planet. We looted them. And
- 9:00Speaker 1: then we sold them out. We left their jobs behind.
- 9:03Speaker 1: We sent the jobs overseas and we opened our borders.
- 9:08Speaker 1: And then we pledged allegiance to a climate cult that
- 9:12Speaker 1: has destroyed humanity. It hasn't uplifted people. It's made them
- 9:16Speaker 1: more desperate and more despair. So this is a wonderful
- 9:22Speaker 1: recitation of the facts. And a blunt recitation of the
- 9:25Speaker 1: facts at what's called, it's called the Munich Security Conference
- 9:27Speaker 1: because it's a gathering of mostly European, but certainly from
- 9:31Speaker 1: around the world, national security leaders who gather to talk
- 9:35Speaker 1: each year. And when they do, it often attracts world leaders.
- 9:40Speaker 1: And here you have the Secretary of State going to
- 9:43Speaker 1: speak to all of these other national security leaders around
- 9:45Speaker 1: the planet and saying, you've screwed up your countries, but
- 9:48Speaker 1: it doesn't have to continue to be this way. We
- 9:50Speaker 1: can work to make this world great again. and we
- 9:55Speaker 1: want you to help us. A little bit more from
- 9:57Speaker 1: Marco Rubio here. He says, look, we're defending a great civilization.
- 10:00Speaker 1: We should be proud of Western civilization. And another point
- 10:05Speaker 1: that he really emphasizes in this speech, and I was
- 10:08Speaker 1: cheering as I heard this, is he defended Christian values specifically.
- 10:13Speaker 1: He said it was Christian values who have informed Western
- 10:16Speaker 1: civilization and and made it so great. And we should
- 10:19Speaker 1: not be ashamed of that. We should be proud of it.
- 10:22Speaker 1: Here's Marco Rubio on the greatness of the civilization we have.
- 10:26Speaker 7: National security, which this conference is largely about, is not
- 10:31Speaker 7: merely a series of technical questions. How much we spend
- 10:35Speaker 7: on defense or where, how we deploy it, these are
- 10:37Speaker 7: important questions.
- 10:38Speaker 4: They are.
- 10:40Speaker 1: But they are not the fundamental one.
- 10:42Speaker 7: The fundamental question we must answer at the outset is
- 10:46Speaker 7: what exactly are we defending? Because armies do not fight
- 10:51Speaker 7: for abstractions. Armies fight for a people. Armies fight for
- 10:55Speaker 7: a nation. Armies fight for a way of life. And
- 10:59Speaker 7: that is what we are defending, a great civilization that
- 11:03Speaker 7: has every reason to be proud of its history.
- 11:07Speaker 1: A great civilization that has every reason to be proud
- 11:10Speaker 1: of its history. Why is that so rare? Why is
- 11:14Speaker 1: that so rare to hear? from Western leaders. It's a
- 11:19Speaker 1: very unusual statement. You have every right, you have every
- 11:23Speaker 1: right to be proud of your history, every reason to
- 11:27Speaker 1: be proud of your history. What a rare statement, which
- 11:31Speaker 1: makes it all the better hearing it from the guy
- 11:33Speaker 1: who represents President Trump as the Secretary of State. The
- 11:36Speaker 1: future of MAGA is very bright. Marco Rubio is very good.
- 11:42Speaker 1: He also talks about what we need to do to
- 11:43Speaker 1: fix all of this. So yes, we've We've hollowed out
- 11:47Speaker 1: our countries, but it doesn't have to continue to be
- 11:49Speaker 1: that way. We can re-industrialize. We can bring jobs back.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Human flourishing can be in our future. Watch.
- 11:57Speaker 7: We can re-industrialize our economies and rebuild our capacity to
- 12:00Speaker 7: defend our people. But the work of this new alliance
- 12:04Speaker 7: should not be focused just on military cooperation and reclaiming
- 12:07Speaker 7: the industries of the past. It should also be focused
- 12:11Speaker 7: on together advancing our mutual interests and new frontiers. unshackling
- 12:15Speaker 7: our ingenuity, our creativity, and the dynamic spirit to build
- 12:20Speaker 7: a new Western century. Commercial space travel and cutting-edge artificial intelligence,
- 12:27Speaker 7: industrial automation and flex manufacturing, creating a Western supply chain
- 12:31Speaker 7: for critical minerals not vulnerable to extortion from other powers,
- 12:36Speaker 7: and a unified effort to compete for market share in
- 12:39Speaker 7: the economies of the global South. Together, we can not
- 12:43Speaker 7: only take back control of our own industries and supply chains,
- 12:46Speaker 7: we can prosper in the areas that will define the
- 12:51Speaker 7: 21st century.
- 12:53Speaker 1: So this isn't about selling us out. This isn't about like, hey,
- 12:56Speaker 1: we're going to make China into a flourishing democracy. It's
- 13:00Speaker 1: about just like basically letting reality smack you in the
- 13:04Speaker 1: face and say, hey, you've got to change course or
- 13:07Speaker 1: else you lose your country. So how do we change course?
- 13:10Speaker 1: We bring business back here. We bring the jobs back here.
- 13:12Speaker 1: What do you think the Trump administration is doing? I
- 13:15Speaker 1: want you to understand something. As Marco Rubio says all
- 13:17Speaker 1: of this, what he's vocalizing ultimately is Donald Trump's foreign policy.
- 13:23Speaker 1: He represents President Trump. Now, quite clearly, as you can
- 13:26Speaker 1: hear Rubio, you can hear it in his voice. He
- 13:28Speaker 1: shares these views. He shares President Trump's agenda. But this
- 13:32Speaker 1: is the Trump agenda that he's presenting. This is the
- 13:36Speaker 1: Don Roe Doctrine in action. This is President Trump's commitment
- 13:40Speaker 1: to making America great again being actually realized. There's a
- 13:45Speaker 1: lot of nonsense in the headlines these days. There's a
- 13:47Speaker 1: lot of chaos. There's always people trying to bring up
- 13:50Speaker 1: new smears against President Trump and the people who work
- 13:53Speaker 1: for him, trying to drag down their progress. But the
- 13:56Speaker 1: reality is, although it's not in the headlines, these guys
- 14:00Speaker 1: are making massive headway. President Trump has... has welcomed, invited
- 14:04Speaker 1: back trillions of dollars of new investment into the United
- 14:08Speaker 1: States of America. His tariffs have been working. The economic
- 14:12Speaker 1: data has been phenomenal. We just got Friday economic data
- 14:16Speaker 1: showing that inflation has slowed to levels we haven't seen
- 14:20Speaker 1: since Joe Biden came into office and jacked everything up.
- 14:25Speaker 1: We've seen wage gains, real wage gains in the United States.
- 14:28Speaker 1: The American dollar travels further now, meaning Americans can purchase
- 14:33Speaker 1: more than they could when Joe Biden was in office.
- 14:36Speaker 1: American jobs are coming back in the private industry. Jobs
- 14:39Speaker 1: are going down in the federal government, which is very
- 14:42Speaker 1: good for American taxpayers. These guys are plugging away with speed.
- 14:47Speaker 1: We're just over a single year into President Trump's second term,
- 14:50Speaker 1: and these guys have a lot to show for it.
- 14:53Speaker 1: And now he's saying, you too, Europe, you too, all
- 14:56Speaker 1: of Western civilization, can join us on this mission to
- 15:00Speaker 1: renew and restore your countries. We want another great century.
- 15:06Speaker 1: The United States has held the top position on the
- 15:10Speaker 1: globe for the last century, about the last century. And
- 15:13Speaker 1: Marco Rubio and led by Donald Trump are saying, we
- 15:17Speaker 1: want to have another great American-led century. And the way
- 15:21Speaker 1: we're going to do that is we'll either do it
- 15:23Speaker 1: alone or we'll do it with your help. And we'd
- 15:25Speaker 1: prefer to have your help. Here he is in a
- 15:29Speaker 1: kind of an olive branch message to Europe, which is
- 15:32Speaker 1: we're not working against you. We want to help make
- 15:34Speaker 1: you great. Cut 11. Listen.
- 15:37Speaker 7: And I'm here today to leave it clear that America
- 15:42Speaker 7: is charting the path for a new century of prosperity.
- 15:45Speaker 7: And that once again, we want to do it together
- 15:49Speaker 7: with you, our cherished allies and our oldest friends. We
- 16:06Speaker 7: want to do it together with you. With a Europe
- 16:09Speaker 7: that is proud of its heritage and of its history.
- 16:12Speaker 7: With a Europe that has the spirit of creation and
- 16:14Speaker 7: liberty that sent ships out into unchartered seas.
- 16:18Speaker 1: And birthed our civilization.
- 16:21Speaker 7: With a Europe that has the means to defend itself
- 16:24Speaker 7: and the will to survive. We should be proud of
- 16:28Speaker 7: what we achieved together in the last century. But now
- 16:31Speaker 7: we must confront and embrace the opportunities of a new one.
- 16:38Speaker 7: Because yesterday is over. The future is inevitable. And our
- 16:44Speaker 7: destiny together awaits.
- 16:47Speaker 9: Thank you.
- 16:50Speaker 1: Great speech. Great speech from the great Secretary of State,
- 16:54Speaker 1: who's already had an historic tenure, and he's only been
- 16:57Speaker 1: there just over a year. Really very encouraged by what
- 17:00Speaker 1: we saw from Marco Rubio. Now, it's funny, the left,
- 17:05Speaker 1: you would think every American would be for that.
- 17:07Speaker 9: Like, you know what?
- 17:07Speaker 1: That was really good. I don't support the Trump administration.
- 17:10Speaker 1: I'm a Democrat or whatever. But that was a really
- 17:12Speaker 1: good speech. That's really important. No, that's not the way
- 17:16Speaker 1: they reacted to this at all. In fact, we got
- 17:21Speaker 1: Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez who reacted to all of this. Why was
- 17:24Speaker 1: she there? She was there at the Munich Security Conference.
- 17:28Speaker 1: She was there. So was Gretchen Whitmer and Gavin Newsom.
- 17:31Speaker 1: And they sounded, candidly, they sounded like complete idiots while
- 17:34Speaker 1: they were there. They also sound like idiots when they're here,
- 17:37Speaker 1: but they also, they sounded specifically like idiots while they
- 17:39Speaker 1: were there. Here's AOC. She's upset with Marco Rubio because
- 17:42Speaker 1: at one point he said that all of these great
- 17:47Speaker 1: European cultures have helped make America what it is from,
- 17:51Speaker 1: you know, the English settlers here in the United States,
- 17:55Speaker 1: what is now the United States, to the French fur
- 17:57Speaker 1: trade coming to the United States to the fact that
- 18:01Speaker 1: cowboys have as their inheritance, the reality of horses being
- 18:07Speaker 1: brought to the Western hemisphere by the Spanish. So it's
- 18:10Speaker 1: the Spanish we can thank for that. And so he
- 18:13Speaker 1: brought all of this up as like kind of a
- 18:16Speaker 1: historic reference to what we have inherited as Americans from
- 18:21Speaker 1: our brethren in Europe. And AOC mocked it and she
- 18:25Speaker 1: doesn't even understand what she's saying. Listen to this. Here's
- 18:29Speaker 1: AOC being just like a complete psychopath, as usual.
- 18:34Speaker 10: Rubio's speech was a pure appeal to Western culture. My
- 18:41Speaker 10: favorite part was when he said that American cowboys came
- 18:45Speaker 10: from Spain. I believe the Mexicans and descendants of African
- 18:54Speaker 10: enslaved peoples would like to have a word on that.
- 19:00Speaker 1: Oh my God. What an idiot. Oh my God. Who
- 19:03Speaker 1: said it in the chat? Oh, Canowolf said it. What
- 19:05Speaker 1: language do those Mexican cowboys speak? That would be Spanish.
- 19:11Speaker 1: Where did Spanish come from? That would be Spain. You idiot. Oh, AOC.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Truly awful, truly stupid, and truly at the Munich Security
- 19:25Speaker 1: Conference this weekend. All right, coming up in a moment,
- 19:28Speaker 1: it's not just Marco Rubio who's done this. J.D. Vance
- 19:32Speaker 1: has done this, too.
- 19:32Speaker 8: J.D.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Vance, a year ago, went to the Munich Security Conference,
- 19:36Speaker 1: and he read them the Riot Act. It was extraordinary.
- 19:41Speaker 1: I want to explore why the future of MAGA is
- 19:43Speaker 1: so very bright and caution you against the people trying
- 19:46Speaker 1: to divide MAGA. We can't have that. More ahead on

- 21:38Speaker 1: What is our ratings today? I've been going over the
- 21:40Speaker 1: Spotify trending ratings. Let's see if we're still on the charts.
- 21:44Speaker 1: You had to ask, and now I'm wondering. Spotify trending podcast.
- 21:49Speaker 1: Let's take a look. You want to do this together?
- 21:51Speaker 1: Let's do this together. We'll do it in the live.
- 21:53Speaker 1: Let's see. We go to the top trending podcast. Let's see.
- 21:59Speaker 1: It's not on the chart. Did you know the answer
- 22:01Speaker 1: to that question? I just control F for it. I
- 22:06Speaker 1: don't see it on our top 100 right now. I
- 22:08Speaker 1: might be missing it. Ladies and gentlemen, we have to
- 22:11Speaker 1: get that back up and running. If you are not
- 22:13Speaker 1: subscribed to the podcast, go subscribe to the Vince podcast
- 22:16Speaker 1: so we can beat, look at these people, the top 100.
- 22:18Speaker 1: Are you seeing these people? There's all these random name podcasts.
- 22:23Speaker 1: Come on now. Let's get that thing back up there.
- 22:27Speaker 1: Thank you to everybody who has subscribed already. I appreciate you.
- 22:30Speaker 1: It's really great to have you. Great audience. Great audience. No,
- 22:33Speaker 1: we're headed for a very bright future. This is going
- 22:36Speaker 1: to be a very big show. Ever since, so when
- 22:38Speaker 1: Dan came back, we switched the podcast feeds. This is
- 22:43Speaker 1: why for anybody who's had trouble, like, I thought I
- 22:45Speaker 1: was getting your podcast. Now I'm getting Dan's, but I
- 22:47Speaker 1: also want yours.
- 22:48Speaker 2: Perfect.
- 22:49Speaker 1: I want you to get mine. We just switched it
- 22:51Speaker 1: to a different podcast feed. It's just a reality. Only
- 22:53Speaker 1: one person can occupy a podcast feed, and Dan had
- 22:56Speaker 1: built one. And I was occupying it while he was gone.
- 22:59Speaker 1: Then he comes back. He takes his feedback. Wonderful. So
- 23:02Speaker 1: I'm on a different feed. You just go find Vincent.
- 23:04Speaker 1: Anywhere you get a podcast, go just type in Vince,
- 23:07Speaker 1: and it'll pop up. The guys work through all of
- 23:09Speaker 1: the various podcast platforms, whether it's Amazon or Apple or Spotify.
- 23:14Speaker 1: And now it should all be running really smoothly. You'll
- 23:16Speaker 1: see My Smiling Mug and the Vince podcast. You can
- 23:20Speaker 1: just subscribe there, and you're locked in. So thank you
- 23:22Speaker 1: for that. Let's talk about one last thing on the
- 23:27Speaker 1: Munich Security Conference and the future of MAGA. There are
- 23:31Speaker 1: people who have a preferred candidate between J.D. Vance and
- 23:36Speaker 1: Marco Rubio, okay? And that makes sense. Like, obviously, like,
- 23:40Speaker 1: you'll rank them and figure out, like, I think that
- 23:42Speaker 1: guy's better than the other one. I'd prefer him to
- 23:43Speaker 1: be the future. That's totally legit to have that attitude. Now,
- 23:49Speaker 1: that said, what I don't like is that there are
- 23:52Speaker 1: There are efforts to try and pit them against one another.
- 23:57Speaker 1: You'll see it kind of all over the place. This
- 23:59Speaker 1: is mostly a social media phenomenon, but we all consume
- 24:02Speaker 1: so much information on social media where people are trying
- 24:05Speaker 1: to say that one is better than the other or
- 24:07Speaker 1: that this guy's a snake, this one's the real MAGA,
- 24:10Speaker 1: this one, whatever. Let me just offer you a word
- 24:13Speaker 1: of advice. Don't fall for these efforts to divide us
- 24:16Speaker 1: because the end result of that is neither of them
- 24:19Speaker 1: become the next president of the United States. because the
- 24:21Speaker 1: infighting becomes so pronounced on the right that the left
- 24:25Speaker 1: takes advantage of it, and they ride right back into
- 24:28Speaker 1: the Oval Office on the basis of that kind of
- 24:31Speaker 1: consternation emanating on the right. So don't let that happen.
- 24:34Speaker 1: And here's the other thing. J.D. Vance and Marco Rubio
- 24:37Speaker 1: are world-class. These guys are phenomenal, and they're very close
- 24:40Speaker 1: to one another. They're genuinely friends. President Trump loves both
- 24:46Speaker 1: of them. Every time he's even asked about these guys,
- 24:48Speaker 1: He says that both of them would be wonderful presidents
- 24:51Speaker 1: of the United States. The future is very bright in MAGA.
- 24:54Speaker 1: And I'll be honest with you, I am very, for
- 24:57Speaker 1: the first time in my life that I can remember,
- 25:00Speaker 1: the bench that we have of people who can help
- 25:03Speaker 1: carry the MAGA agenda forward is the deepest it's ever been.
- 25:07Speaker 1: And it has some deeply intelligent and capable and appropriately
- 25:15Speaker 1: ruthless people at the top. And I love it. And
- 25:18Speaker 1: that includes J.D. and Marco. So I'm really encouraged by this.
- 25:22Speaker 1: So Rubio gives this speech this weekend to the Munich
- 25:25Speaker 1: Security Conference.
- 25:27Speaker 5: J.D.
- 25:27Speaker 1: Vance loved it, by the way, and he tweeted about
- 25:29Speaker 1: it immediately. He's told people that they should watch it
- 25:33Speaker 1: because he says it was an excellent speech. And And
- 25:37Speaker 1: he would know what it's like because last year he
- 25:40Speaker 1: gave a speech as well to the Munich Security Conference.
- 25:42Speaker 1: Do you remember this? Let me go back to last year,
- 25:45Speaker 1: this J.D. Vance delivering his own awesome address, cut 12
- 25:48Speaker 1: to Munich.
- 25:49Speaker 6: And unfortunately, when I look at Europe today, it's sometimes
- 25:53Speaker 6: not so clear what happened to some of the Cold
- 25:56Speaker 6: War's winners. I look to Brussels, where EU commissars warn
- 26:02Speaker 6: citizens that they intend to shut down social media during
- 26:05Speaker 6: times of civil unrest the moment they spot what they've
- 26:09Speaker 6: judged to be, quote, hateful content. Or to this very country,
- 26:15Speaker 6: where police have carried out raids against citizens suspected of
- 26:18Speaker 6: posting anti-feminist comments online as part of, quote, combating misogyny
- 26:24Speaker 6: on the internet, a day of action.
- 26:27Speaker 1: I look to Sweden, where two weeks ago the.
- 26:29Speaker 6: Government convicted a Christian activist for participating in Koran burnings
- 26:35Speaker 6: that resulted in his friend's murder. And as the judge
- 26:39Speaker 6: in his case chillingly noted, Sweden's laws to supposedly protect
- 26:44Speaker 6: free expression do not in fact grant, and I'm quoting,
- 26:49Speaker 6: a free pass to do or say anything without risking
- 26:53Speaker 6: offending the group that holds that belief. And perhaps most concerningly,
- 26:59Speaker 6: I look to our very dear friends, the United Kingdom,
- 27:02Speaker 6: where the backslide away from conscience rights has placed the
- 27:05Speaker 6: basic liberties of religious Britons in particular in the crosshairs.
- 27:10Speaker 1: A little over two years ago, the British.
- 27:12Speaker 6: Government charged Adam Smith Connor, a 51-year-old physiotherapist and an
- 27:16Speaker 6: army veteran, with the heinous crime of standing 50 meters
- 27:22Speaker 6: from an abortion clinic and silently praying for three minutes.
- 27:26Speaker 1: All right, thank you very much. Not obstructing anyone. Listen
- 27:29Speaker 1: to J.D. So J.D. goes there and he announces that
- 27:33Speaker 1: what's happening in Europe is an abomination. This Western civilization
- 27:38Speaker 1: is collapsing in upon itself. It's not defending the natural
- 27:42Speaker 1: rights of humans. It is not defending your right to
- 27:45Speaker 1: have free thought, free speech, free expression, free prayer, free religion.
- 27:50Speaker 1: In fact, it's attacking all of those things. And so
- 27:53Speaker 1: this is a one-two punch where the vice president of
- 27:56Speaker 1: the United States goes in one year and says, let's
- 27:58Speaker 1: be honest, you're a dumpster fire and you've destroyed what
- 28:02Speaker 1: made your countries great. And then we get our national diplomat,
- 28:05Speaker 1: the secretary of state going in the next year and going,
- 28:08Speaker 1: you may have screwed up. We've all screwed up, but
- 28:11Speaker 1: we can have a great American led century ahead. So
- 28:14Speaker 1: this is not, these two guys are going in and
- 28:18Speaker 1: they're delivering that tough pill to swallow. the tough medicine
- 28:24Speaker 1: to Europe and saying, we're not giving up on you.
- 28:27Speaker 1: In fact, we love you. And because we love you,
- 28:30Speaker 1: we're going to tell you the truth about how you've
- 28:32Speaker 1: screwed up. I love this. And I think, again, the
- 28:36Speaker 1: future of MAGA is very bright with these two guys
- 28:39Speaker 1: leading this movement. It's wonderful. And God bless both of
- 28:43Speaker 1: them for being in the fight. I'm grateful that they're
- 28:46Speaker 1: serving their country in this way.
- 28:48Speaker 2: All right.
- 28:49Speaker 1: Coming up on the program, We've got some other big
- 28:51Speaker 1: things to get to, including we've made a lot of progress,
- 28:53Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, on the SAVE Act. No other show,
- 28:57Speaker 1: and I say this with a lot of confidence, no
- 29:00Speaker 1: other show has covered the SAVE Act and how we
- 29:03Speaker 1: actually get it across the finish line with as much
- 29:06Speaker 1: aggression as this show. And no other audience has put
- 29:10Speaker 1: in as much legwork as this audience has to get
- 29:13Speaker 1: us to this point. We've made a lot of headway.
- 29:18Speaker 1: Yet there's more to go. I'll tell you exactly where
- 29:20Speaker 1: we are in this fight coming up on this edition events.
- 29:23Speaker 1: I want to thank our great sponsors who do make
- 29:25Speaker 1: our program possible. Quince, great to have Quince back with us.
- 29:28Speaker 1: They're a great sponsor of the show and they make
- 29:31Speaker 1: phenomenal clothing. They make really nice clothing. I love their clothing.
- 29:35Speaker 1: A well-built wardrobe isn't about having a ton of clothes.
- 29:37Speaker 1: It's about having the right clothes, pieces that look great,
- 29:40Speaker 1: feel great, and actually hold up over time. And this
- 29:43Speaker 1: is what Quince does best. Their focus is on premium materials,
- 29:47Speaker 1: thoughtful design, and everyday staples that stay easy to wear
- 29:50Speaker 1: and easy to rely on, even as the weather shifts.
- 29:53Speaker 1: Quince has the everyday essentials that you need and that
- 29:56Speaker 1: I love with quality that actually lasts. They have organic
- 30:00Speaker 1: cotton sweaters that feel so soft and durable. Polos that
- 30:03Speaker 1: work for any occasion. They have lighter jackets that keep
- 30:06Speaker 1: you warm throughout the changing seasons. And they work directly
- 30:10Speaker 1: with top factories and they cut out the middlemen. So
- 30:12Speaker 1: you're not paying for any brand markups, just quality clothing.
- 30:16Speaker 1: Isn't that, I mean, that's really the point. When you
- 30:17Speaker 1: buy clothes, you want clothes that look good and feel good.
- 30:21Speaker 1: Feel good. And candidly, fellas, you want clothes that your
- 30:24Speaker 1: wife likes to touch too. Like, she's like, oh, that's soft.
- 30:28Speaker 1: You're like, yeah, it's soft. I love this shirt. She's like,
- 30:30Speaker 1: so do I. That's exactly, that's the sweet spot. That's
- 30:33Speaker 1: what you're looking for. Looks great. Keeps me warm. Doesn't
- 30:36Speaker 1: break the bank.
- 30:37Speaker 2: It's great.

- 31:10Speaker 1: those weight loss injections are all the rage because the
- 31:12Speaker 1: results are super dramatic. People are cutting the LBs. And
- 31:17Speaker 1: the way that those injections work, they lower blood sugar
- 31:19Speaker 1: and reduce appetite. But what if you want to do
- 31:21Speaker 1: this without the painful weekly injections, especially when you hear
- 31:26Speaker 1: about some of the side effects from those injections. This
- 31:28Speaker 1: is exactly what Brickhouse Nutrition was thinking about when they
- 31:31Speaker 1: created a weight loss supplement called Lean. Lean, the results
- 31:35Speaker 1: are incredible. The studied ingredients that are inside of Lean
- 31:39Speaker 1: lower your blood sugar, they help burn fat by converting
- 31:42Speaker 1: it into energy, and they help curb your appetite and
- 31:44Speaker 1: cravings so you're less hungry. And listen, Lean by Brickhouse
- 31:48Speaker 1: Nutrition is not just for any casual dieter. It's for
- 31:52Speaker 1: serious people, like frustrated dieters. People want to lose 10

- 32:23Speaker 5: All right.
- 32:23Speaker 1: Where are we on the SAVE Act right now? Everybody's
- 32:27Speaker 1: getting this filibuster thing completely wrong. And I have to
- 32:30Speaker 1: keep saying this because I still see everyone getting it wrong.
- 32:34Speaker 1: Not everyone. I'm obviously being a little dramatic, but too
- 32:37Speaker 1: many people, including people who should know better, U.S. senators
- 32:40Speaker 1: who have no idea what's going on, or they're just
- 32:42Speaker 1: lying to you. So here are the ground rules. In
- 32:47Speaker 1: the Senate, if you want to get a piece of
- 32:49Speaker 1: legislation passed and you get 50 senators to go to
- 32:51Speaker 1: the floor to begin passing it, that's all you need.
- 32:54Speaker 1: You need, well, you need 51.
- 32:56Speaker 2: J.D.
- 32:56Speaker 1: Vance is 51. You get a simple majority, that's all
- 33:00Speaker 1: you need. Debate at that point begins. And if Democrats
- 33:05Speaker 1: want to do a speaking filibuster to slow it down,
- 33:07Speaker 1: they can. All they have to do is flap their gums,
- 33:12Speaker 1: run their sucks for as long as they can possibly
- 33:14Speaker 1: do it, And then as soon as they're all tuckered out,
- 33:18Speaker 1: we pass the law, pass the bill into law. Pass
- 33:21Speaker 1: the bill, actually, send it to the president. He signs
- 33:23Speaker 1: it into law. But still, the point is it gets
- 33:25Speaker 1: through the Senate if you actually show up to do
- 33:29Speaker 1: your job. Now, there are plenty of U.S. senators who
- 33:32Speaker 1: didn't even know that that was the case. They didn't
- 33:34Speaker 1: know those were the rules. They thought, well, you have
- 33:37Speaker 1: to have 60 votes. That's the only way to get
- 33:38Speaker 1: anything done in the Senate. Yeah, if you want to
- 33:41Speaker 1: do it the easy way, but what about doing it
- 33:43Speaker 1: the hard way? What about doing it by actually, you know,
- 33:47Speaker 1: exerting some effort? You can do it with a simple majority.
- 33:50Speaker 1: We've been talking about that on this program well into
- 33:54Speaker 1: last year. Rachel Bovard came on this program. For those
- 33:58Speaker 1: of you who've been with me throughout, you'll remember that
- 34:00Speaker 1: she came on and she gave this staggering assessment of
- 34:03Speaker 1: what the rules in the Senate actually are. No rule
- 34:05Speaker 1: needs to be changed. You don't need to go nuclear.
- 34:07Speaker 1: You don't have to do anything crazy. You just have
- 34:09Speaker 1: to abide by the existing rules and you can get
- 34:12Speaker 1: legislation passed. And I was like, wait, are you serious?
- 34:15Speaker 1: She's like, yes, I'm serious. I was like, somebody's got
- 34:17Speaker 1: to get this to the president of the United States. Well,
- 34:19Speaker 1: somebody did. Somebody did. And that's great news because the
- 34:26Speaker 1: president has been in this fight with us. And because
- 34:29Speaker 1: of you and the efforts that you've undertaken, the president
- 34:32Speaker 1: definitely knows about this and he's been fighting for it
- 34:36Speaker 1: big time. So where are we? Well, going into the weekend,
- 34:39Speaker 1: We finally got vote number 50 for the SAVE Act,
- 34:44Speaker 1: this time from Susan Collins. Now, I told you Friday
- 34:48Speaker 1: to watch Susan Collins, didn't I? Chat, did I not
- 34:52Speaker 1: say watch Susan Collins? I showed you the clip. Here
- 34:54Speaker 1: I am reading the tea leaves. I'm looking at her.
- 34:55Speaker 1: I'm going, I think she's getting close. I think she's
- 34:57Speaker 1: going to be number 50. I can't believe we're here
- 35:00Speaker 1: that we have to rely on Susan Collins because that
- 35:02Speaker 1: doesn't always go that well. But here she is. On Friday,
- 35:07Speaker 1: she announced that she's in. which is great, great, great news.
- 35:12Speaker 1: So breaking this weekend, Susan Collins announces that she is
- 35:15Speaker 1: in for the voter ID effort. Now look at, I
- 35:18Speaker 1: want to show you Fox's coverage here, and this gets
- 35:20Speaker 1: to the point I was just making about people not
- 35:21Speaker 1: understanding this. Collins boosts Republican voter ID effort, Fox says,
- 35:27Speaker 1: but won't scrap filibuster. Okay, let me say again, this
- 35:32Speaker 1: does not involve scrapping the filibuster. All you have to
- 35:35Speaker 1: do is your job. Senate Republicans gained a key ally
- 35:38Speaker 1: in their quest to enshrine voter ID into law, but
- 35:40Speaker 1: the lawmaker's support comes with a condition. They say Susan
- 35:44Speaker 1: Collins is in. I support the version of the Save
- 35:47Speaker 1: America Act that recently passed the House, Collins said in
- 35:50Speaker 1: a statement, first reported by the main wire, great publication.
- 35:54Speaker 1: The law is clear in this country. Only American citizens
- 35:57Speaker 1: are eligible to vote in federal elections. In addition, having
- 36:01Speaker 1: people provide an ID at the polls, just as they
- 36:03Speaker 1: have to do before boarding an airplane, checking into a hotel,
- 36:06Speaker 1: or buying an alcoholic beverage, is a simple reform that
- 36:10Speaker 1: will improve the security of our federal elections and will
- 36:12Speaker 1: help give people more confidence in the results. Yes, Collins
- 36:16Speaker 1: noted she didn't support the previous version of the bill.
- 36:19Speaker 1: known simply as the SAVE Act, because it, quote, would
- 36:21Speaker 1: have required people to prove their citizenship every single time
- 36:24Speaker 1: they cast a ballot. I don't know what she's talking about.
- 36:27Speaker 1: There was no prior iteration that did that. But whatever
- 36:29Speaker 1: she has to say, tell us why she's here now.
- 36:32Speaker 1: Her decision gives Mike Lee and Senate Republicans the vote
- 36:35Speaker 1: they need to clear a key procedural hurdle in the Senate.
- 36:39Speaker 1: Lee saying in a post, Mike Lee has been great
- 36:41Speaker 1: on this. We've got enough votes now to pass a
- 36:44Speaker 1: motion to proceed with J.D. Vance breaking the tie, which
- 36:49Speaker 1: is great. But they say that Susan Collins is not
- 36:55Speaker 1: enough to smash through the 60 vote Senate filibuster again.
- 36:58Speaker 1: And I don't know if Fox realizes this. We don't
- 37:01Speaker 1: need 60. We need a simple majority. She said, quote,
- 37:05Speaker 1: I oppose eliminating the legislative filibuster. The filibuster is an
- 37:08Speaker 1: important protection for the rights of the minority party that
- 37:11Speaker 1: requires senators to work together in the best interest of
- 37:13Speaker 1: the country. Removing that protection would, for example, allow a
- 37:17Speaker 1: future Congress controlled by Democrats to pass provisions on anything
- 37:20Speaker 1: they want.
- 37:21Speaker 5: D.C.
- 37:21Speaker 1: Statehood, open borders, packing the Supreme Court with just a
- 37:24Speaker 1: simple majority of senators, she continued. And then the Fox
- 37:32Speaker 1: piece ends with Mitch McConnell of Kentucky and Lisa Murkowski
- 37:35Speaker 1: of Alaska remain the only Republicans who have not pledged
- 37:37Speaker 1: support for the SAVE Act. Yeah, well, Murkowski said she's
- 37:41Speaker 1: against the SAVE Act for psychopathic reasons. She said it would,
- 37:45Speaker 1: suggested it would be unconstitutional.
- 37:47Speaker 8: What?
- 37:48Speaker 1: To protect your elections? There's a role for Congress. Read
- 37:51Speaker 1: the Constitution, Senator. But on this stuff from Collins, where
- 37:57Speaker 1: she's like, well, we don't want to remove the filibuster. Senator,
- 38:02Speaker 1: I'm going to be very respectful of Susan Collins, although
- 38:05Speaker 1: Susan Collins has infuriated me in the past and will
- 38:07Speaker 1: in the future. Senator, please understand something. Nobody's asking you
- 38:12Speaker 1: to get rid of the filibuster. We're not even asking
- 38:14Speaker 1: you to get rid of, I mean, technically, I am
- 38:16Speaker 1: asking you to get rid of the silent filibuster, but
- 38:19Speaker 1: this particular piece of legislation would require none of that.
- 38:23Speaker 1: You don't have to change anything. Just show up. Just
- 38:27Speaker 1: show up. That's the key. In fact, here's Mike Lee
- 38:32Speaker 1: explaining what's next for the SAVE Act. He said, this
- 38:35Speaker 1: is not a fait accompli. It's not over. We still
- 38:38Speaker 1: have a fight ahead of us. So yes, we've got
- 38:40Speaker 1: the support. Now we need to get these senators to
- 38:42Speaker 1: the floor of the Senate. Here's Mike Lee, cut one, watch.
- 38:46Speaker 8: All right, so I'm getting a lot of questions. What's
- 38:47Speaker 8: next now that we've got enough votes to get past
- 38:50Speaker 8: a motion to proceed to the House-passed version of the
- 38:54Speaker 8: Save America Act? We've got to put all of our efforts,
- 38:57Speaker 8: I encourage everyone who will listen to you, the Senate
- 39:00Speaker 8: needs to invoke the talking filibuster, to enforce the talking filibuster.
- 39:05Speaker 8: If senators want to debate this, if they want to
- 39:07Speaker 8: filibuster it, make them work for it. Make them stand up,
- 39:10Speaker 8: make them speak. If we do it this way, we
- 39:15Speaker 8: can continue this progress, and I think we can get
- 39:16Speaker 8: this thing done. Look, there are no guarantees here. But
- 39:19Speaker 8: the only shot we've got at this is through the
- 39:21Speaker 8: talking filibuster. Thanks for fighting. Keep going. We'll get it done. Okay.
- 39:27Speaker 1: Once again, for the people in the back. Nobody's going nuclear.
- 39:33Speaker 1: Nobody's going nuclear. Nobody's going nuclear. There are no rule
- 39:38Speaker 1: changes in the Senate. There are no rule changes in
- 39:40Speaker 1: the Senate. There are no rule changes in the Senate.
- 39:42Speaker 1: All we're asking is for you to abide by the
- 39:46Speaker 1: existing rules of the Senate, show up to the floor,
- 39:49Speaker 1: and get the SAVE Act passed. That's it. And I'll
- 39:54Speaker 1: continue on this education mission for as long as it
- 39:57Speaker 1: takes until until we actually get every member of the
- 40:00Speaker 1: United States Senate even to understand what the rules are
- 40:03Speaker 1: that are available to them. Play by the rules. We
- 40:07Speaker 1: need heads up play right now in the United States Senate.
- 40:10Speaker 1: And please, ladies and gentlemen, do not stop your encouragement.
- 40:14Speaker 1: Just because we're at 50 votes right now does not
- 40:17Speaker 1: mean that we're across the finish line. Please keep the
- 40:20Speaker 1: calls coming. Tell your senators that not only do you
- 40:24Speaker 1: want them to support the SAVE Act, you want them
- 40:26Speaker 1: to take that fight to the Senate floor to get
- 40:29Speaker 1: it passed. That has to happen next. That's the fight.
- 40:35Speaker 1: Rotten one goes, Vince, is anybody going nuclear? Nobody's going nuclear.
- 40:41Speaker 4: Nobody.
- 40:41Speaker 1: I mean, they should. They should get rid of the
- 40:43Speaker 1: stupid silent filibuster too. That's an issue for a different time.
- 40:47Speaker 1: I just want to focus right now on the SAVE Act.
- 40:49Speaker 1: We got to get that across the finish line.
- 40:51Speaker 6: All right.
- 40:53Speaker 1: Now, will there be Democrats who support it? Anna Paulina Luna,
- 40:57Speaker 1: who is very optimistic about all this, she thinks that
- 40:59Speaker 1: John Fetterman is going to join the fight. Here she is,
- 41:01Speaker 1: cut to watch.
- 41:03Speaker 12: Senators work against their interests that they can vote them
- 41:05Speaker 12: out at the ballot box, and that's exactly what this
- 41:07Speaker 12: will do. So I am frankly behind every senator that
- 41:11Speaker 12: is for the voter ID. I think that Senator Fetterman
- 41:13Speaker 12: will likely vote for it as well. Again, thank you
- 41:15Speaker 12: to Senator Collins, but Thu needs to bring it to
- 41:17Speaker 12: the floor and it needs to happen immediately.
- 41:20Speaker 1: Thune's got to bring it to the floor and make
- 41:22Speaker 1: it happen immediately. Keep the pressure on John Thune, obviously,
- 41:25Speaker 1: the leader of the Republicans in the Senate. Keep the
- 41:28Speaker 1: pressure on him to get this to a floor. Have
- 41:31Speaker 1: them whip every senator necessary to get them to the
- 41:34Speaker 1: floor of the Senate to pass this thing. All right,
- 41:36Speaker 1: more on the SAVE Act as our shows continue. We'll
- 41:38Speaker 1: keep tracking that. And thank you for all of your
- 41:41Speaker 1: efforts to get it this far already. This has been Herculean.
- 41:44Speaker 1: It's just been wonderful. Let me take you to one
- 41:46Speaker 1: other huge issue that you need to know about today.
- 41:49Speaker 1: The Trump administration is now asking the public for help
- 41:52Speaker 1: in identifying fraudsters. I love this story. I love this story. Remember,
- 41:59Speaker 1: we're looking at upwards of $ 20 billion of fraud, mostly
- 42:03Speaker 1: committed by Somalis in Minnesota. But that fraud is all
- 42:08Speaker 1: over the country. And this weekend, the Department of Health
- 42:11Speaker 1: and Human Services did something that I think is completely epic.
- 42:16Speaker 1: They opened the books on Medicaid spending They uploaded the
- 42:21Speaker 1: entire database of Medicaid spending to the internet so that
- 42:27Speaker 1: you can actually see where all of our money is
- 42:31Speaker 1: being spent. They announced this weekend that HHS, the Doge
- 42:37Speaker 1: team at HHS, has open sourced the largest Medicaid data
- 42:41Speaker 1: set in department history. This data set contains aggregated provider
- 42:46Speaker 1: level claims data for a specific billing code over time.
- 42:49Speaker 1: In other words, you can track how the money is
- 42:51Speaker 1: being spent on what kind of claims. For example, using
- 42:55Speaker 1: this data set, it would have been possible to easily
- 42:57Speaker 1: detect the large scale autism diagnosis fraud seen in Minnesota.
- 43:02Speaker 1: You can download the data for yourself, says HHS. And
- 43:06Speaker 1: so one man instantly did that. A guy by the
- 43:10Speaker 1: name of Luke Thomas analyzed 227 million rows of Medicaid data.
- 43:16Speaker 1: And in the data, he figured out in the state
- 43:20Speaker 1: of Maine specifically that there are massive numbers of people
- 43:25Speaker 1: who are supposedly providing home health care, home health care
- 43:30Speaker 1: in Maine. And he drilled down specifically to Portland, Lewiston,
- 43:34Speaker 1: and South Portland, Maine. Only those areas of Maine. Now,
- 43:39Speaker 1: why those areas? Well, there are massive Somali populations in
- 43:43Speaker 1: Portland and Lewiston. That's why. And so he starts tracking
- 43:48Speaker 1: those areas and taking a look, and he detects that
- 43:51Speaker 1: there are 36 providers of this non-medical home health care,
- 43:56Speaker 1: non-medical home health care. So it's like bathing, dressing, feeding,
- 44:01Speaker 1: helping somebody move. That's what the point of this is.
- 44:04Speaker 1: But that's Medicaid money that's leaving from American taxpayers to
- 44:09Speaker 1: and going into Maine. And by the way, you can
- 44:12Speaker 1: thank Obamacare for this and the so-called Medicaid expansion that
- 44:16Speaker 1: has happened all across the country, massive vector for fraud,
- 44:20Speaker 1: huge amounts of fraud going on. And so what he
- 44:24Speaker 1: figures out is that you've got companies that are billing
- 44:28Speaker 1: millions to the taxpayer and they don't have websites. They
- 44:34Speaker 1: don't have Google listings. They don't have Yelp reviews. They
- 44:37Speaker 1: don't have LinkedIn pages. They don't have evidence that they
- 44:40Speaker 1: even exist in any other source other than government paperwork
- 44:43Speaker 1: showing that checks are being cut to them. It's crazy.
- 44:49Speaker 1: A lot of these healthcare, so-called home healthcare providers, home
- 44:52Speaker 1: care providers didn't exist at all until after the Medicaid
- 44:56Speaker 1: expansion took place in Maine in 2019. And then they
- 45:00Speaker 1: popped up out of nowhere and now they're making millions.
- 45:03Speaker 1: There was no ramp up time like for a normal
- 45:04Speaker 1: small business. Now they're pulling in millions of dollars a year.
- 45:11Speaker 1: And they're charging at rates that are well above the
- 45:15Speaker 1: state average. So all of that is deeply suspicious. So
- 45:19Speaker 1: you can thank Luke Thomas for his effort to dig
- 45:22Speaker 1: into all of this. And let me just give you
- 45:25Speaker 1: an example of one of the companies who's taking money here.
- 45:28Speaker 1: You ready for this? So one of the operations that's
- 45:31Speaker 1: taking money, I swear to you, is called Legit Home Healthcare.
- 45:37Speaker 1: It's called legit home health care. Cut four. Take a
- 45:42Speaker 1: look at this.
- 45:42Speaker 4: 991 Forest Avenue in Portland. There are three home health
- 45:49Speaker 4: care facilities inside this building, and it's before 3 o'clock
- 45:54Speaker 4: in the afternoon. You would think that people would be
- 45:57Speaker 4: at work here, but nobody is here. The building is
- 46:03Speaker 4: very cold inside, so the heat is not running in
- 46:06Speaker 4: this building either. And it's just very bizarre that I've
- 46:14Speaker 4: been to multiple health care places in the last week
- 46:19Speaker 4: in the Portland area that are all billing main care back,
- 46:26Speaker 4: but I never find any people. It is so bizarre.
- 46:32Speaker 6: That in the middle of.
- 46:33Speaker 4: A work day, there's no furniture in any of these buildings.
- 46:38Speaker 1: Look at the trash on the floor. They're taking in millions.
- 46:44Speaker 1: There's nobody at work. Millions of dollars a year these
- 46:48Speaker 1: businesses are taking in. There's nobody in the building. The
- 46:51Speaker 1: heat is turned off. There's trash everywhere. There's no evidence
- 46:56Speaker 1: that this is real at all. And one of these
- 46:58Speaker 1: operations is literally called legit home care. What? It's, I mean,
- 47:05Speaker 1: it's so brazen. It's unbelievable. Imagine if you started a
- 47:09Speaker 1: fraud operation and you're thinking to yourself, like, what do
- 47:11Speaker 1: I name this in order to convince people that it's
- 47:13Speaker 1: not fraud? Oh, I have an idea. Call it legit
- 47:16Speaker 1: home health care. It's legit.
- 47:19Speaker 9: Okay.
- 47:20Speaker 1: Legit home health care. Legit home health care. Build main care.
- 47:23Speaker 1: That's the state version of Medicaid. For $ 7.
- 47:26Speaker 5: 1 million.
- 47:30Speaker 1: Between 2019 and 2024. And thank you to the Mainwire, again,
- 47:35Speaker 1: great publication for actually producing that video, tracking that down,
- 47:39Speaker 1: just putting a camera inside of the building. Legit home healthcare, wild. Meanwhile,
- 47:46Speaker 1: News Nation, all credit to them for doing this. They
- 47:49Speaker 1: sent a reporter to a building in Maine with 22
- 47:52Speaker 1: different home healthcare companies and spoke to the building's owner.
- 47:58Speaker 1: Guess what they found? Take a listen to this. Cut five.
- 48:01Speaker 5: This building right behind me has 22 different home and
- 48:06Speaker 5: community-based health care companies registered in the building. Inside this
- 48:10Speaker 5: Portland office building, owner Ron Nevins agreed to speak with us.
- 48:14Speaker 2: I think I got 10 health care companies, which is
- 48:17Speaker 2: probably about half, maybe a little less than half of
- 48:20Speaker 2: this building.
- 48:21Speaker 1: Health care, health care.
- 48:23Speaker 5: Health care home health care i didn't even know what
- 48:25Speaker 5: home health care was do you think these businesses are
- 48:28Speaker 5: actually legit.
- 48:29Speaker 2: Businesses some yes but some i i highly question nobody's
- 48:34Speaker 2: ever here and you know if it was one or
- 48:36Speaker 2: two or three or four but when there's 10 i've
- 48:38Speaker 2: had as many as 12 or 13 probably before the
- 48:41Speaker 2: five star i took the sign out the door because
- 48:43Speaker 2: i'm trying to run the office.
- 48:47Speaker 1: He's the owner of the building. And he was just
- 48:50Speaker 1: asked a question. It was like, hey, do you think
- 48:52Speaker 1: the people who are here are legit or fraudulent? He's like,
- 48:56Speaker 1: you know, honestly, a lot of them are probably fraud.
- 48:58Speaker 1: I never see anybody. They never show up at all.
- 49:02Speaker 1: So he's got a building and they're paying rent. He's
- 49:04Speaker 1: got his rent checks. It's not his fault. But he's
- 49:08Speaker 1: saying out loud, he's like, yeah, 22 home health care companies.
- 49:10Speaker 1: I barely see anybody in this building. What is that?
- 49:15Speaker 1: What is that, if not fraud? I mean, the sirens
- 49:19Speaker 1: are blaring. for fraud here. And we're just getting started.
- 49:23Speaker 1: Thank you to the Trump administration for open sourcing the
- 49:25Speaker 1: data on all of this. You know, Medicaid fraud in
- 49:29Speaker 1: Maine is rampant. Maine has been a source of all
- 49:32Speaker 1: of this. The Department of Health and Human Services, the
- 49:36Speaker 1: inspector general just had an audit completed recently where they
- 49:40Speaker 1: found that $ 45. 6 million of Medicaid payments for so-called autism services.
- 49:46Speaker 1: Does this sound familiar? Yeah, this happened in Minnesota too.
- 49:50Speaker 1: Just went out the door to Maine and nobody can
- 49:52Speaker 1: account for it. And there's no evidence that it helped
- 49:55Speaker 1: any kids with autism. And then it seems like all
- 49:57Speaker 1: the money was just straight up stolen. $ 45. 6 million is
- 49:59Speaker 1: a lot of money. And Maine's Democrat governor is a
- 50:05Speaker 1: lady called Janet Mills. Remember her? She had that square
- 50:08Speaker 1: off with President Trump at the White House where he said,
- 50:10Speaker 1: I'll see you in court. That was about the transgender nonsense. Well,
- 50:14Speaker 1: maybe President Trump needs to see her in court again.
- 50:16Speaker 1: Here's Janet Mills pretending like there is no fraud. Everything's fine.
- 50:20Speaker 1: And autistic kids are getting the money. Cut sex.
- 50:22Speaker 9: Watch.
- 50:22Speaker 7: Well, beyond the pale, the OIG report says nothing about fraud.
- 50:28Speaker 5: Nothing.
- 50:30Speaker 9: It says that us, our state and other states are
- 50:33Speaker 9: spending more money on the needs of some.
- 50:36Speaker 7: Of our most needy children, children with autism. And I
- 50:40Speaker 7: sympathize with that. They do have needs and we have
- 50:43Speaker 7: increased reimbursement rates.
- 50:46Speaker 1: So insane. We just found nearly $ 50 million. That's one item,
- 50:51Speaker 1: by the way. I see people in the chat going,
- 50:53Speaker 1: it's got to be a lot more than that. Of
- 50:54Speaker 1: course it is. Of course, we're talking billions of dollars.
- 50:57Speaker 1: But just on autism expenditures, $ 45. 6 million that the OIG
- 51:02Speaker 1: has gone, this is crazy. None of this money is
- 51:05Speaker 1: accounted for. It's just gone out the door and there's
- 51:07Speaker 1: no evidence that's helped anybody. And this is the same
- 51:11Speaker 1: thing that we've seen. This autism services scam, we saw
- 51:17Speaker 1: it in Maine. We saw it in Maine. We saw
- 51:19Speaker 1: the feds bring massive charges in Maine to staggering Minnesota
- 51:24Speaker 1: Medicaid fraud. Millions of dollars out the door. Federal prosecutors
- 51:29Speaker 1: recently unveiling charges in a widespread ongoing investigation of staggering
- 51:35Speaker 1: industrial scale Medicaid fraud in Minnesota. That was MPR that
- 51:40Speaker 1: reported that. And it's not just in Minnesota. It's also
- 51:45Speaker 1: in Indiana. The HHS OIG just produced this analysis, $ 56
- 51:50Speaker 1: million in Indiana improperly sent out the door for this
- 51:54Speaker 1: autism services. No evidence anybody with autism actually benefited from it.
- 52:00Speaker 1: In Wisconsin, the HHS IG had the same reporting, $ 18. 5
- 52:04Speaker 1: million in these improper fee-for-service Medicaid payments stolen from American
- 52:11Speaker 1: taxpayers and supposedly going to kids with autism There's no
- 52:15Speaker 1: evidence that they did. So the Trump administration is opening
- 52:20Speaker 1: the floodgates here. They're for the first time, have you
- 52:24Speaker 1: ever seen such a sincere effort to tackle waste, fraud,
- 52:27Speaker 1: and abuse? How many years of your life, how about
- 52:30Speaker 1: all of them, have you heard Washington talking about waste, fraud,
- 52:33Speaker 1: and abuse? We have to tackle waste, fraud, and abuse.
- 52:35Speaker 1: Guess who's actually doing it? It's the Trump administration. And
- 52:41Speaker 1: it's not news that there's massive amounts of fraud. Back
- 52:47Speaker 1: in 2023, CNBC did a report. You heard me correctly.
- 52:54Speaker 1: CNBC did a report on the fact that taxpayers are
- 52:59Speaker 1: losing an estimated $ 100 billion plus a year to Medicare
- 53:05Speaker 1: and Medicaid fraud. They even got a fraudster to sit
- 53:10Speaker 1: down with them They concealed his face. They concealed his voice.
- 53:14Speaker 1: And they had him explain how easy it is to
- 53:17Speaker 1: steal from you and from me, the American taxpayers. Watch this.
- 53:22Speaker 1: Cut seven. Here's the fraud reporting.
- 53:24Speaker 3: That doesn't surprise this man. We'll call him Julio because
- 53:28Speaker 3: he wants to conceal his identity. Julio admits he knows
- 53:31Speaker 3: a lot about stealing from Medicare because it was his
- 53:34Speaker 3: entire life for many years in Miami. Why Medicare fraud? Like,
- 53:40Speaker 3: why was that alluring to you as compared to other ways,
- 53:45Speaker 3: maybe even illicit ways to make money?
- 53:47Speaker 1: It's easy.
- 53:49Speaker 9: Did someone teach you how to game the system?
- 53:51Speaker 2: A friend of mine, yeah, he teach me.
- 53:54Speaker 9: One day he call me and says, look, I do this, this, this, this.
- 53:57Speaker 9: Are there a lot of people who are willing to
- 53:58Speaker 9: break the law?
- 53:59Speaker 2: A lot of people.
- 54:01Speaker 9: You'll be surprised for money.
- 54:02Speaker 2: They'll do anything.
- 54:04Speaker 9: Is there a lot of money to be made? A
- 54:06Speaker 9: lot of money. Millions of dollars. How much? Millions of dollars.
- 54:10Speaker 3: How did that stack up, the risk versus the reward?
- 54:13Speaker 1: The reward, it was excellent. The reward, it was excellent.
- 54:21Speaker 1: Millions of dollars. Very easy to steal from taxpayers. There's
- 54:27Speaker 1: lots of people doing it, and we teach each other
- 54:30Speaker 1: how to do it. That's the reality that we're living through.
- 54:36Speaker 1: And that's the reality that the Trump administration is confronting.
- 54:40Speaker 1: And so where do we go from here? Well, we
- 54:42Speaker 1: obviously need rampant criminal prosecutions. We need aggressive criminal prosecutions
- 54:48Speaker 1: and any effort that we can possibly take to claw
- 54:50Speaker 1: back all of this stolen money for the American taxpayer.
- 54:54Speaker 1: If we're looking at over $ 100 billion a year, let
- 54:56Speaker 1: me stretch that into Washington speak. That's a trillion dollars
- 55:00Speaker 1: every decade. That's just stolen in front. And I guarantee
- 55:04Speaker 1: you that that's a conservative estimate. that those numbers are
- 55:07Speaker 1: way higher. In a world where we're in this much debt,
- 55:11Speaker 1: every dollar counts. If I can get back a trillion
- 55:14Speaker 1: dollars in stolen money, that's a meaningful improvement for the
- 55:18Speaker 1: United States of America. And it has to happen now.
- 55:22Speaker 1: So what do we do to encourage more Americans to
- 55:24Speaker 1: join this effort to track down this fraud? Well, we
- 55:28Speaker 1: start exactly where the Trump administration has begun. They've open
- 55:31Speaker 1: sourced all of the data. They've allowed people to go
- 55:34Speaker 1: in and look at it. We should see if we
- 55:37Speaker 1: can get as many Luke Thomases going as possible, people
- 55:40Speaker 1: who go through the data, look specifically at their own
- 55:43Speaker 1: states because they're the most familiar with them, and then
- 55:46Speaker 1: see if they can track and find anomalies in the
- 55:48Speaker 1: data to demonstrate that something fraudulent seems to be going on.
- 55:52Speaker 1: And then once you find it, publish your findings or
- 55:55Speaker 1: share it with the government, share it with the Justice
- 55:57Speaker 1: Department so that some kind of action can be taken.
- 56:00Speaker 1: And I think the last piece that might be good
- 56:02Speaker 1: here For the Trump administration, if anybody within the Trump
- 56:04Speaker 1: administration who has power to affect this is listening, offer
- 56:08Speaker 1: public rewards to American taxpayers who track down fraud. We
- 56:14Speaker 1: should have a robust fraud finders program. People who find fraud,
- 56:19Speaker 1: identify it for government officials, and then if it leads
- 56:22Speaker 1: to a successful prosecution, they should be given some sort
- 56:25Speaker 1: of cash reward for saving Americans potentially trillions of dollars.
- 56:33Speaker 1: We give money to illegal aliens as we politely ask
- 56:36Speaker 1: them to leave our country. We cut them a check
- 56:38Speaker 1: for a couple thousand bucks if they decide to self-deport.
- 56:41Speaker 1: And that's great. That's a great thing to do. We
- 56:44Speaker 1: should do the same thing, if not more, for Americans
- 56:47Speaker 1: who help save their country from the fraudsters who are
- 56:51Speaker 1: taking advantage of us. We should have a fraud finders program.
- 56:55Speaker 1: I'm not asking for witch hunts. I'm just asking for
- 56:58Speaker 1: people who put in an effort to track down fraud
- 57:01Speaker 1: and And then share what they find with investigators. And
- 57:04Speaker 1: maybe that can get us a lot closer to getting
- 57:06Speaker 1: this country back in shape. Because I know there's a
- 57:08Speaker 1: lot of Americans, including many within the sound of my voice,
- 57:11Speaker 1: who really want to see that happen.
- 57:12Speaker 5: All right.
- 57:13Speaker 1: We've got a lot more to get to. I'm going
- 57:15Speaker 1: to do a lot of it today on the big
- 57:16Speaker 1: radio show coming up 12 to 3 Eastern time. You
- 57:19Speaker 1: can get your local radio listings at TheVinceShow.com. One of
- 57:22Speaker 1: the stories that I want to hit today is there's
- 57:24Speaker 1: a new wrap-up smear being generated right now about Kristi Noem.
- 57:29Speaker 1: that somehow she's trying to rig the election, that Kristi
- 57:33Speaker 1: Noem is trying to rig the election. It's all so stupid.
- 57:36Speaker 1: I'll unpack the left's latest limp-wristed effort to try and
- 57:41Speaker 1: attack Kristi Noem and the Trump administration, what's really going on.
- 57:45Speaker 1: I'll do that on the big national radio show today.
- 57:48Speaker 1: We've got a lot of big things to get to there.

- 58:38Speaker 1: you tomorrow. The Dan Bongino Show.
- 58:43Speaker 11: I think a lot of people are underestimating the Trump
- 58:46Speaker 11: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 58:49Speaker 11: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 58:52Speaker 11: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 58:55Speaker 11: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue.
- 58:59Speaker 8: That is it.
- 58:59Speaker 11: This is not a football game.
