- 0:40Speaker 1: here we are. This is another action packed episode. They
- 0:44Speaker 1: gave us a lot of Paula and Thomas. It was
- 0:46Speaker 1: a Pala and Thomas fueled episode. And you know, are
- 0:49Speaker 1: they sometimes the people that you'd want to fast forward
- 0:52Speaker 1: in other episodes.
- 0:53Speaker 2: Yeah. So at the same time.
- 0:56Speaker 1: They know what we needed, which was a foil, a character,
- 1:00Speaker 1: a villain, and.
- 1:01Speaker 2: Boy did we get it.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Okay, I'm really excited to talk about this episode.
- 1:05Speaker 2: I just really have loved this season. It's crazy, it's good.
- 1:08Speaker 2: There's just.
- 1:10Speaker 1: A bunch of let's just say, remarkable people. You know
- 1:15Speaker 1: what I'm saying, remarkable, That's what I'm saying. Like from
- 1:18Speaker 1: the the dentnetician.
- 1:21Speaker 2: The definition of that.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Okay, the definition would be, yeah, just people that you
- 1:25Speaker 1: can remark on because you know there's a lot to
- 1:27Speaker 1: say and ask questions about try and decipher.
- 1:32Speaker 2: Okay, So goodness, gracious, whisha we start.

- 2:21Speaker 1: right now, just to get some last minute tea for
- 2:25Speaker 1: you all. Okay, babes, let's start with Marissa and Edward.
- 2:29Speaker 1: So they're driving up to New York City. Honey, She's like,
- 2:32Speaker 1: do you smell that? And they're in the car and
- 2:33Speaker 1: he's like, yeah, I wasn't gonna say anything, because I'm
- 2:36Speaker 1: a gentleman and I knew I didn't do anything. She's like,
- 2:39Speaker 1: do you think I was farted? He was like, well,
- 2:42Speaker 1: I mean, whoever smelt it dealt it. She's like, no,
- 2:45Speaker 1: that's a factory. We're in the smelly part of New.
- 2:48Speaker 2: Jersey where they make things, and you know, the waft
- 2:52Speaker 2: of the ingredients not great.
- 2:54Speaker 1: He's like, oh weird, there's no parts of that in
- 2:56Speaker 1: the DR. It just all smells like coconuts, like good
- 3:01Speaker 1: suntan lotion. You know what I'm saying, the smelly, good kind.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Oh God, bless so.
- 3:05Speaker 2: But he's excited to see New York, and who.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Isn't New York's a great city and he's going to
- 3:09Speaker 1: see people walking around and there's just a lot of uh,
- 3:12Speaker 1: you know, people from the DR two.
- 3:13Speaker 2: So that's exciting, you know. Like again, because I live
- 3:16Speaker 2: in California, it's just like beautiful to go to.
- 3:23Speaker 1: New York that has architecture the way it does, which
- 3:27Speaker 1: is like much more old timey than California. I love
- 3:30Speaker 1: our nineteen twenties, nineteen thirties architecture in California, like the
- 3:35Speaker 1: Spanish stuff.
- 3:36Speaker 2: Anyway, it's just very different, like if you haven't been
- 3:38Speaker 2: around there or like the East Coast, it's just brick
- 3:41Speaker 2: is really beautiful anyway, and he's, you know, going to
- 3:44Speaker 2: be around so many people in Pennsylvania. It's something again,
- 3:46Speaker 2: all what do you say, blanca and like you know
- 3:49Speaker 2: green because there's just like grass everywhere. But this is urban, honey.
- 3:53Speaker 2: This is the city, honey.
- 3:55Speaker 1: There's people, there's noises, there's even more smells. There's metro
- 4:00Speaker 1: you can get anywhere.
- 4:01Speaker 2: So and plus yeah, he is anyway, he's just like
- 4:04Speaker 2: a kid in a candy store. But before they go,
- 4:07Speaker 2: they go to her apartment and we're.
- 4:09Speaker 1: Just like so excited to see it, Like it feels
- 4:11Speaker 1: like it's I'm just like Upper West Side almost or something.
- 4:16Speaker 2: And they park her Beamer.
- 4:18Speaker 1: Because she has in like a space there. That's so crazy.
- 4:21Speaker 1: Every time I see anyone park a car on the
- 4:23Speaker 1: street in New York, I'm like, you can do that.
- 4:25Speaker 1: I mean, you know, you can spend four hundred dollars
- 4:28Speaker 1: for thirty minutes in one of them parking lots.
- 4:30Speaker 2: But anyway, goudless.
- 4:31Speaker 1: So we see her apartment, and by the way, her
- 4:33Speaker 1: apartment is much better decorated, I feel like than her house. Okay,
- 4:37Speaker 1: I mean, godless, it's small, small, modern, you know, and
- 4:42Speaker 1: it's all she needs. Honestly, it's probably a billion dollars.
- 4:47Speaker 2: Now here's one thing about Edward.
- 4:49Speaker 1: He will always absolutely find joy and find absolutely from
- 4:57Speaker 1: an automatic utility. So remember how much he loved that
- 5:02Speaker 1: saying Connie and her bathroom no sorry, it was in
- 5:05Speaker 1: her kitchen at her old house. Well, he finds god
- 5:10Speaker 1: bless automatic probably like simple human trash can and you
- 5:16Speaker 1: just like have to wave your hand over it and
- 5:17Speaker 1: just opens, you know, and he like wants to keep
- 5:22Speaker 1: doing it. And she's like seen this before and she
- 5:25Speaker 1: like can't stand and she can't stand him having a
- 5:28Speaker 1: moment of simple, free fun. I mean she can be
- 5:34Speaker 1: like I paid for that. There's batteries. I have no idea,
- 5:36Speaker 1: but she's just like, I'm my girl, girl, go do
- 5:38Speaker 1: something else?
- 5:39Speaker 2: Is it?
- 5:39Speaker 1: Because you know, the cameras are on you, like you
- 5:41Speaker 1: guys be like, okay, I'll leave you here and to
- 5:43Speaker 1: make friends and I'm gonna, you know, get changed into some.
- 5:47Speaker 2: Very heavy resort earrings anyway, god bless. So I don't know,
- 5:56Speaker 2: I just like it's just very interesting to me because
- 5:59Speaker 2: it's like she's like stop it. You can't give it
- 6:02Speaker 2: off twice. You have to like stop making moves, or
- 6:06Speaker 2: you can't close it by.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Making a move. He's like, okay, just let me have fun.
- 6:12Speaker 1: He can't wait to be in New York with himself.
- 6:15Speaker 1: He's just like, get out of here, my god, rare
- 6:17Speaker 1: A'm I going to go first, breathe air first.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Okay. So she gets dressed, you know, as we said, and.
- 6:26Speaker 1: Oh, I you know what I messed up. I think
- 6:28Speaker 1: the order of things they obviously had driven there. I
- 6:34Speaker 1: realized I copy and pasted this one they had driven there.
- 6:37Speaker 1: And she was very much like, do you see the
- 6:38Speaker 1: Empire State Building? And he's like, oh yeah. And then
- 6:43Speaker 1: later on she shows him that the Chrysler building, and
- 6:45Speaker 1: she's just like very into him knowing the names of
- 6:50Speaker 1: buildings of a like in a city he doesn't live in,
- 6:54Speaker 1: in a country he just moved to.
- 6:58Speaker 2: Could you imagine if you just.
- 6:59Speaker 1: Started to like quiz her on famous landmarks, she'd be like, oh, okay, sorry,
- 7:07Speaker 1: I was just enjoying my life, you know, Sorry, I
- 7:10Speaker 1: was just taking things in my own speed. Sorry, like
- 7:14Speaker 1: she is, and she knows it wildly obsessively controlling. We're
- 7:21Speaker 1: gonna have her like break down and cry about it,
- 7:23Speaker 1: you know, but not before he says that he's aggravated
- 7:27Speaker 1: and feels like the pressure of him being like, you
- 7:29Speaker 1: know everything, and also like I'm jumping around here. It's
- 7:33Speaker 1: hard because he knows what it's like to be adored,
- 7:36Speaker 1: Like when he went to Kleinfeld's. His greeting at Clinefelds
- 7:41Speaker 1: was truly loving, lovely, and for someone who I feel
- 7:44Speaker 1: like has been in awkward situations ever since he landed
- 7:47Speaker 1: in America, I was really happy for him to just
- 7:50Speaker 1: like get a bunch of radiated joy back to him,
- 7:54Speaker 1: just a bunch of smiling women be like, Hi, we
- 7:58Speaker 1: even have to sell.
- 7:58Speaker 2: Something for one second, we're happy about it.
- 8:00Speaker 1: That, like, even if we weren't happy to meet you, Edward,
- 8:03Speaker 1: Like it's just nice and not have to be trying
- 8:05Speaker 1: to sell ten thousand dollars worth of wedding stuff and
- 8:09Speaker 1: like a ninety minute period because they got free cheese anyway.
- 8:16Speaker 2: Okay, so yeah I jumped around here. I'm so sunny.
- 8:21Speaker 1: They went back to the apartment. Sorry, yeah, that's what happened.
- 8:22Speaker 1: They went back to the apartment, and then he had
- 8:25Speaker 1: gotten money. But you know, God, blessed, and she shows
- 8:27Speaker 1: her off to Klinefelds and they're all obsessed with him,
- 8:29Speaker 1: and he has the moment of his life and then
- 8:32Speaker 1: he has a day walking around and then like they
- 8:34Speaker 1: meet up later and she gets dressed for her night outfit,
- 8:37Speaker 1: which is like this red two piece and again very
- 8:40Speaker 1: heavy looking, almost resort wearing earrings, the kind of earrings
- 8:43Speaker 1: that you think, like that you're gonna wear, you know.
- 8:46Speaker 1: And I never been at these places, but like balie On,
- 8:51Speaker 1: like your fancy night out, or maybe Hawaii.
- 8:56Speaker 2: Or like Greece.
- 9:04Speaker 1: I've never been in Majorca. You know, I can see
- 9:06Speaker 1: you can tell me that you'd wear them. You wouldn't
- 9:08Speaker 1: wear them south of France though, too tropical. And you know,
- 9:15Speaker 1: in the face of her being controlling, she's still putting
- 9:20Speaker 1: it down. In the bedroom, he's just like makeup sex.
- 9:23Speaker 1: She's like, well, yeah, that's what we call sex. You know,
- 9:27Speaker 1: when you just get in a fight in America and
- 9:29Speaker 1: then you just like make up and then you just
- 9:31Speaker 1: like fuck. He's like, oh sex dayriculous reconciliation.
- 9:35Speaker 2: I don't know why I gave my friendch accent.
- 9:38Speaker 1: She's like, yes, yes, reconcilion, Yes, I mean you know
- 9:47Speaker 1: he must be how do I say this? Like he
- 9:52Speaker 1: must flip in the bedroom and like, you know, she
- 9:54Speaker 1: gets to give up power, you know what I'm saying.
- 9:55Speaker 1: In a way, you know what I'm saying, Like if
- 9:58Speaker 1: she is like this and she doesn't want to be
- 10:01Speaker 1: in normal life, I bet she's not in certain spaces
- 10:08Speaker 1: and that's what's happening. If we're talking about those spaces
- 10:12Speaker 1: being their bed. You know what I'm saying. Do you
- 10:14Speaker 1: know I'm following here? I don't want to be like
- 10:17Speaker 1: telling them sexually what I think they do, but like do.
- 10:20Speaker 2: You pick up on that? I mean, I'm just saying,
- 10:24Speaker 2: did did that cross your mind? Okay?
- 10:27Speaker 1: So I have a picture of her and her hair
- 10:34Speaker 1: and her earrings, and I think we have to talk
- 10:36Speaker 1: about it. She really could use a diff style, which
- 10:41Speaker 1: is getting that hair to a different textured place, taking
- 10:47Speaker 1: out some of the heavy extensions, and like letting it
- 10:52Speaker 1: live in like a brown, like a light brown for
- 10:55Speaker 1: a second six months deep conditioning. She's like, you know,
- 11:04Speaker 1: I think, very harsh on herself, and she wants to
- 11:07Speaker 1: like fit into some perfectionist picture. But she's exerting so
- 11:12Speaker 1: much energy to do so. When she's missing out on
- 11:15Speaker 1: some of the finer things in.
- 11:16Speaker 2: Life, like.
- 11:19Speaker 1: Better serfware, sorry, a more comfortable living space, freshly hard
- 11:26Speaker 1: boiled eggs. I wonder what happened. I wonder, like, yeah,
- 11:32Speaker 1: she must feel such relief when she like, lets go.
- 11:35Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, And that's why he's there.
- 11:39Speaker 1: M Okay, So.
- 11:42Speaker 2: She does cry, you know. Uh. She says that she's
- 11:47Speaker 2: terrified to being let down by people.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Or disappointed and that's why she's hyper controlling. But she
- 11:54Speaker 1: still wants him to be productive because she wants to
- 11:57Speaker 1: see him be successful and she has never seen that
- 12:02Speaker 1: yet in the time she's known him in the DR
- 12:07Speaker 1: or the two days he's been in America.
- 12:17Speaker 2: So here is the thing.
- 12:19Speaker 1: Here is my TGDTTT that I took time to put
- 12:22Speaker 1: up in the beginning. So her mom obviously has been
- 12:26Speaker 1: getting some banter on the internet, and she left this comment, okay,
- 12:33Speaker 1: which is I feel like tea. Her name Joanne Huff. Great,
- 12:42Speaker 1: I'm the mom everyone is calling entitled and rude. You
- 12:45Speaker 1: missed a big part of the conversation. Only part of
- 12:49Speaker 1: it was aired before I asked the question. Edwards said
- 12:52Speaker 1: that he was married to an American woman and his
- 12:55Speaker 1: ex wife wanted him to come here to America, and
- 13:00Speaker 1: he said no, he didn't want to come, and she
- 13:03Speaker 1: lived in the Dominican Republic for a while and then
- 13:06Speaker 1: they got divorced because she didn't like the Dominican Republic
- 13:09Speaker 1: the DR and he wouldn't come to the United States.
- 13:14Speaker 2: He then said that my daughter was special. He came
- 13:18Speaker 2: here for her because she is special. So my response parentheses,
- 13:23Speaker 2: which aired parentheses, was what is it about my daughter
- 13:28Speaker 2: that's so special to you? So before you accuse, criticize,
- 13:32Speaker 2: or abuse, maybe you should know the whole story. I
- 13:35Speaker 2: wasn't being rude. I was responding to something he said
- 13:39Speaker 2: that was not aired. TLC is playing everyone with little
- 13:44Speaker 2: snippets instead of the whole story.
- 13:48Speaker 1: I'm going to pause this for a second while you
- 13:51Speaker 1: digest what I just said. He's been married to the
- 13:54Speaker 1: American woman. I don't remember them ever saying that. So
- 13:57Speaker 1: if that is that a spoiler that's coming up later,
- 14:00Speaker 1: that's supposed to be like some secret, like because you
- 14:02Speaker 1: and I and everyone knows that they love doing like
- 14:06Speaker 1: a suddenly like I have a secret. It'd be the
- 14:09Speaker 1: perfect secret, like I forgot to tell you that I
- 14:11Speaker 1: actually have been married before and dun dundone it was
- 14:14Speaker 1: to American lady. But I wanted her to yeah, come
- 14:18Speaker 1: to the dr and get happy about it. So why yeah?
- 14:21Speaker 1: If so, what is his answer?
- 14:24Speaker 2: Then? Why is what made him change his mind?
- 14:26Speaker 1: Because she is so that special that he didn't care
- 14:28Speaker 1: about the other one as much and he cares about
- 14:30Speaker 1: Marissa more and she just has a job here and
- 14:32Speaker 1: the kids.
- 14:38Speaker 2: It's so interesting.
- 14:40Speaker 1: They end this episode by like, you know, hugging and
- 14:45Speaker 1: kissing and saying that you know, he doesn't want to
- 14:47Speaker 1: fight and that things should be okay because they're in
- 14:49Speaker 1: New York and he went to go see her at
- 14:52Speaker 1: her work to make sure he was real. He got
- 14:56Speaker 1: to walk around Times Square. I was like, are you
- 15:00Speaker 1: gonna see like the naked Cowgirl? Are you like, what's
- 15:02Speaker 1: gonna happen to you right now? Are you gonna go
- 15:04Speaker 1: see a Broadway play?
- 15:05Speaker 2: Oh?
- 15:06Speaker 1: My god, I would love him too. Go see Oh Mary, honey,
- 15:10Speaker 1: it's very funny. Okay, let's move on to Mallory and Rashid.
- 15:17Speaker 1: Mallory and Rasheet, honey, guess what they did what everyone
- 15:22Speaker 1: wanted them to do. Everyone watched the last episode.
- 15:25Speaker 2: It was like, what, what's happening? Why are you trying
- 15:29Speaker 2: to like pretend the only way to get his asshole clean,
- 15:32Speaker 2: which now he's obsessed with saying because he knows it's funny.
- 15:36Speaker 2: But sheet's kind of like, you know, like a little.
- 15:38Speaker 1: Bit like a little boy, where like you laugh at
- 15:40Speaker 1: one thing and now you're gonna get a bunch of
- 15:42Speaker 1: that same thing.
- 15:43Speaker 2: It's that same thing.
- 15:44Speaker 1: Like I thought it was cute when he kept talking
- 15:46Speaker 1: about vulgar parts of his body because I was just like, oh,
- 15:50Speaker 1: it's an English language thing, but he knows what he's saying,
- 15:52Speaker 1: and he can't stop talking about it.
- 15:55Speaker 2: Jesus.
- 15:56Speaker 1: So they did the thing I guess we all wanted
- 15:58Speaker 1: them to do. I'm so finished my sense, which is
- 16:01Speaker 1: that instead of getting a very expensive, whole asspidete fancy
- 16:05Speaker 1: ass brand new tech toilet, they just got a day
- 16:08Speaker 1: seat for like twenty five dollars from the internet, which
- 16:11Speaker 1: makes sense.
- 16:14Speaker 2: He's like, water love my asshole. Ha ha.
- 16:18Speaker 1: We're like, okay, okay, not not too much, buddy, God
- 16:23Speaker 1: if you give him mouse a cookie, She's.
- 16:27Speaker 2: Like, I have.
- 16:27Speaker 1: I'm so happy that you know we got it figured out,
- 16:30Speaker 1: because I don't want you to leave me. He's like,
- 16:32Speaker 1: shot the motherfuck up, I'd never leave you in the
- 16:34Speaker 1: way he does it, that part was great. Now she's
- 16:37Speaker 1: preparing a document, honey, and the document is this is
- 16:41Speaker 1: the tangible cash that's flowing through me to you. Now
- 16:46Speaker 1: she could have put more, it feels like because she
- 16:49Speaker 1: just said what's she's giving to him, period and not
- 16:51Speaker 1: just what she's giving to them, like food and stuff
- 16:55Speaker 1: like that. Okay, So he has procured a he shed
- 17:04Speaker 1: tool shed. He gets to do a little carpentry work,
- 17:09Speaker 1: woodworking in like his own little space in the back,
- 17:12Speaker 1: you know, like Shae has one of them sheds, but
- 17:15Speaker 1: that you know, Shay's shed is four nicole, which, of
- 17:18Speaker 1: course all is like, get the fuck out of my shed.
- 17:21Speaker 1: I'm gonna turn that into a she shed like you've
- 17:23Speaker 1: never seen, honey, you haven't seen a spot that I
- 17:26Speaker 1: won't do in this thing. I'll get a massus, I'll
- 17:28Speaker 1: get a facialist, I'll get someone who waxes.
- 17:31Speaker 2: Oh my god, anyway, God bless.
- 17:33Speaker 1: So he's in there and then she comes in when
- 17:38Speaker 1: she does the math that she's wanted to do, and
- 17:40Speaker 1: she shows him her list of itemized bills. She's paid
- 17:47Speaker 1: for him, and I don't know if it's just for
- 17:49Speaker 1: him or everyone.
- 17:49Speaker 2: So let's look at it. Costco.
- 17:51Speaker 1: There's a bunch of charges. There's two ninety six. This
- 17:54Speaker 1: must be food too, two ninety six, one seventy three,
- 17:57Speaker 1: one twenty seven, thirty thirty seven, forty four and one fourteen.
- 18:01Speaker 2: God, yeah it's online. Yeah, loves car, I got I
- 18:04Speaker 2: love Costco too. Her house is fourteen eighty eight, the
- 18:08Speaker 2: car insurance is one forty four. The car payment's five hundred.
- 18:12Speaker 2: Must be a nice car. Yeah, one hundred dollars for
- 18:15Speaker 2: internet lows.
- 18:18Speaker 1: Honey, there's a bunch of stuff that lows. And that
- 18:20Speaker 1: was probably, you know, mild stuff for the house. But
- 18:22Speaker 1: also I wonder if that means the bidet twenty six dollars.
- 18:25Speaker 1: Was that the bidet could be she has some other
- 18:28Speaker 1: stuff for lows and then she just has power one
- 18:31Speaker 1: oh six. So she's hitting in with the bills. She's like,
- 18:36Speaker 1: you have to see what's flowing through me. He's like, okay,
- 18:38Speaker 1: let me just add one one fifty to my parents
- 18:43Speaker 1: because they live in a tent. And it's hard when
- 18:45Speaker 1: he says that, because she's like, I know, I know
- 18:49Speaker 1: the tend but yeah, unfortunately for her, she was in
- 18:57Speaker 1: a horrible car wreck, I don't want to say it,
- 18:59Speaker 1: like that car wreck.
- 19:00Speaker 2: And.
- 19:02Speaker 1: She procured what I'm assuming is a lumpsum that is
- 19:08Speaker 1: meant to be there for her because of the fact
- 19:11Speaker 1: that her body was put in harms way, and like
- 19:14Speaker 1: is forever changed by this. I'm assuming that she has
- 19:21Speaker 1: like a reputable wealth advisor or like money person because
- 19:26Speaker 1: in my I don't want to give fine on this
- 19:29Speaker 1: is not financial advice, but in my limited resources, if
- 19:32Speaker 1: you do get that kind of cash, I mean whatever,
- 19:38Speaker 1: it should be in something that is protected in a
- 19:42Speaker 1: way that is not takeable by something else, so like
- 19:48Speaker 1: a trust or an LLC or something like that. Because
- 19:53Speaker 1: of course this is where he's now asked for a
- 19:56Speaker 1: monthly money and we know that he knows about the settlement,
- 20:00Speaker 1: and she's also working two jobs, and then she's like,
- 20:07Speaker 1: I need a prenup and he doesn't take that well.
- 20:12Speaker 2: He says that he's heartbroken over it.
- 20:16Speaker 1: Now, of course we get her little backstory, which is
- 20:19Speaker 1: that she doesn't have the family unit that he does.
- 20:22Speaker 1: In fact, her parents divorced when she was ten, which
- 20:26Speaker 1: yeah I was six six 'ty eight, So She's like,
- 20:32Speaker 1: it was a very hard, long divorce and I was
- 20:34Speaker 1: put in the middle, and I was like, girl, I
- 20:37Speaker 1: feel you anyway. So I'm on her side. Obviously I
- 20:43Speaker 1: like them a lot. And the truth of the matter
- 20:45Speaker 1: is her money does come from this thing where she was,
- 20:48Speaker 1: you know, has less intestines. So I think this money
- 20:53Speaker 1: should be protected. He wasn't there when she procured it.
- 20:56Speaker 2: You know.
- 20:57Speaker 1: He He's like, yeah, you know in america's fifty to fifty.
- 21:00Speaker 2: But it's like, no, it.
- 21:02Speaker 1: Should be what you procure over the time spent together
- 21:07Speaker 1: in relationship to how much you have. I do think
- 21:10Speaker 1: like if millionaires marry, you know, people, they have to, like,
- 21:14Speaker 1: you know, after a certain amount of time help them out.
- 21:17Speaker 1: If you're like married for five years or ten years
- 21:19Speaker 1: and more, that.
- 21:20Speaker 2: Means a lot.
- 21:21Speaker 1: Okay, I mean, so I want I don't know what
- 21:22Speaker 1: she is for her money. I don't know how much
- 21:24Speaker 1: money she's worth. I don't know if he's a millionaire
- 21:25Speaker 1: or not. But I will say I'm hoping that her
- 21:29Speaker 1: money is already protected. It should be in a word
- 21:33Speaker 1: and again like a trust or something hopefully like a
- 21:38Speaker 1: trust where half of it's like, you know, put back
- 21:40Speaker 1: into like a mutual fund, just like getting twenty percent
- 21:46Speaker 1: taxed over you know more just like I'm sorry, or
- 21:49Speaker 1: twenty percent at least like yielded taxes when you take
- 21:56Speaker 1: it out.
- 21:56Speaker 2: But yeah, you know, like.
- 21:59Speaker 1: A situation that like makes her money grow. If you're
- 22:02Speaker 1: going to have a huge principle like that, I'm just
- 22:05Speaker 1: saying I need her to have like some smart person
- 22:08Speaker 1: in the town. Definitely not Brandy, give her some financial
- 22:13Speaker 1: financial advice.
- 22:14Speaker 2: Okay, my love's I'm going to move on to.
- 22:22Speaker 1: Palla and Thomas. So they're talking after having a huge fight.
- 22:34Speaker 1: You know, they're like mad. They've been mad with each
- 22:36Speaker 1: other the whole time, so like they've been mad, mad, mad,
- 22:43Speaker 1: And it's over the fact that she at first just
- 22:48Speaker 1: has a small closet too small for her, and he
- 22:52Speaker 1: doesn't seem to think it's a problem. And when he
- 22:55Speaker 1: gives her like a box more space, she says it's
- 23:01Speaker 1: not enough, and he feels like she's not appreciating what
- 23:04Speaker 1: he has done. But what she's saying is I need
- 23:08Speaker 1: this very specific thing and you're not giving it to me,
- 23:12Speaker 1: and it's hard for me to live. And it's not
- 23:16Speaker 1: just the closet, because we all know, it's the dining
- 23:18Speaker 1: table too, Like you have to have, unfortunately a lot
- 23:25Speaker 1: of things as options to make someone feel comfortable, and
- 23:30Speaker 1: not everyone needs everything. But some people need a clean space,
- 23:33Speaker 1: some people need a lot of food, some people need,
- 23:37Speaker 1: you know, a comfortable bed, some people need space and
- 23:42Speaker 1: also have a lot of things, and some people need
- 23:48Speaker 1: to not feel like they're living out of like one
- 23:50Speaker 1: weird corner that's also being occupied by your other things,
- 23:54Speaker 1: because symbolically it means that you consider that longstanding people
- 24:03Speaker 1: in your life and in your space and deserve it,
- 24:05Speaker 1: you know, like deserve the space accordingly because it's now
- 24:08Speaker 1: their space. And I think that we've seen that before
- 24:14Speaker 1: and I definitely feel like Paula has that.
- 24:16Speaker 2: Plus she has a lot of things, the miniatures and
- 24:17Speaker 2: everything like that.
- 24:18Speaker 1: And they also don't communicate well because he gets so
- 24:27Speaker 1: upset and defensive that he just like wants an apology
- 24:30Speaker 1: and he's still like upset about the perfume, and she's like,
- 24:33Speaker 1: before you just demand apology of me, are you even
- 24:36Speaker 1: truly understanding what I'm saying. I want to be able
- 24:39Speaker 1: to talk to you and express my feelings, and it
- 24:42Speaker 1: is just so like this is this is interesting. I
- 24:46Speaker 1: wish that we had had more of them to understand
- 24:51Speaker 1: the way that they communicate before these kind of awkward
- 24:55Speaker 1: blow ups, Like I wish that we have gotten them
- 24:59Speaker 1: out in Long Beach more because right now we're just
- 25:01Speaker 1: like on venice boardwalk, like on a bike. He loves
- 25:08Speaker 1: a dual tandem bike, or she's just sitting on the back,
- 25:10Speaker 1: you know. However, he knows one thing that she likes
- 25:16Speaker 1: besides not knowing about the closet space and the miniatures,
- 25:19Speaker 1: is that she likes haunted shit, and so he takes
- 25:24Speaker 1: her to Long Beach. Long Beaches own the Queen Mary.
- 25:29Speaker 1: It is a big as shit and I didn't realize
- 25:34Speaker 1: it was a hotel. That's done with me. Yeah, it's
- 25:36Speaker 1: a hotel. I don't think of it as a hotel
- 25:38Speaker 1: because during Halloween is when I usually go. When it's
- 25:41Speaker 1: like a spooktacular Halloween Haunted of course because there is
- 25:46Speaker 1: ghost there ship and it's fun. I mean, you know
- 25:50Speaker 1: what I'm saying, Like you have to board a haunted ship.
- 25:54Speaker 1: It's scary af you know. Plus it's like Immercy theater.
- 25:59Speaker 1: So she's so into it and so are the people there.
- 26:04Speaker 1: We meet Stosia and Captain James. They introduced themselves their
- 26:07Speaker 1: Queen Mary employees. They're like, let's tell you about the
- 26:10Speaker 1: Lady and White. It's the famous ghost on the ship.
- 26:12Speaker 1: And then you know, Paula is like, I get the
- 26:14Speaker 1: reference because I want to get married here. I'll be
- 26:16Speaker 1: the lady in white. I'm going to die and haunt
- 26:19Speaker 1: him here. At one point they go and search the
- 26:24Speaker 1: bow the ship and a seagull comes over like basically
- 26:27Speaker 1: scuttle and we're like, oh, because she does have red hair.
- 26:30Speaker 2: She gives aerial vibes.
- 26:32Speaker 1: And then at the very end of the tour, Stasia
- 26:34Speaker 1: that's why I remembered her name, just because she's about
- 26:36Speaker 1: to say this line says I hope I can get
- 26:40Speaker 1: you queen married, And I was like, oh, yeah, I
- 26:48Speaker 1: love a pun. Yeah, you know that's up someone's alley
- 26:51Speaker 1: or you know, up someone's ship.
- 26:54Speaker 2: Yeah. Like that's people who.
- 26:56Speaker 1: Like any sort of of course haunted situations or any
- 26:59Speaker 1: sort of Likeate's situation. I'm imagining they've done many a
- 27:03Speaker 1: Pirate Wench themed weddings. They also could do a Peter
- 27:09Speaker 1: Pan wedding. I don't know, you tell me, wou would
- 27:17Speaker 1: you get married at Queen Mary, or would you just
- 27:18Speaker 1: like go to one of the Halloween Hohrror night situations there?
- 27:22Speaker 1: And also Shouldstasia and Captain James get.
- 27:28Speaker 2: A huge bonus for this? Absolutely? So she asks him
- 27:34Speaker 2: if his family will come to their wedding, you know,
- 27:37Speaker 2: and because her family is totally gonna come, or like
- 27:39Speaker 2: his family, Yeah, why the fuck wouldn't his family come?
- 27:42Speaker 2: But then we get the backstory. So his parents are divorced.
- 27:45Speaker 1: You honey, knee honey, Mallory honey, Allison Shay's daughter, honey.
- 27:50Speaker 1: So his parents are divorced, and his mom, you know,
- 27:54Speaker 1: is we don't know, and his stepmom we don't know,
- 27:59Speaker 1: and we have story is Palette actually had gone and
- 28:02Speaker 1: met his family, and when he met his mom, she
- 28:06Speaker 1: posted pictures on her social media and then his stepmom
- 28:13Speaker 1: saw those pictures and was wildly angry slash.
- 28:17Speaker 2: Envious, slash mean and awkward about it. And it's like weird.
- 28:25Speaker 1: So now they have to go and pay their respects
- 28:27Speaker 1: and try and get them to just be on board
- 28:29Speaker 1: for their son's wedding. I mean, what an evil stepmom?
- 28:36Speaker 1: What are you just like every Disney princess.
- 28:38Speaker 2: Now we're gonna like talk about Scuttle and now I
- 28:39Speaker 2: was like jumping to like Maleficent, What the fuck? Just
- 28:45Speaker 2: let someone live. I mean when people.
- 28:48Speaker 1: Get super like possessive in their old age of people
- 28:52Speaker 1: like I don't like her, you shouldn't be friends with her.
- 28:55Speaker 2: When it's something.
- 28:58Speaker 1: Family related and that person has a child, I mean,
- 29:02Speaker 1: that's crazy. Now on the plane, they're self recording, and
- 29:07Speaker 1: she brought her miniatures, and they're obviously on the way
- 29:09Speaker 1: to Charlotte and a farm. Specifically, we realize that his stepmom,
- 29:14Speaker 1: the one that is like the villain, is named Renie. Okay,
- 29:17Speaker 1: And Renie sees Pala and can't stop commenting, how one
- 29:23Speaker 1: what she's wearing is not it?
- 29:27Speaker 2: Not it? And at first it's like.
- 29:31Speaker 1: Just long black pants, and Pala's like, bitch, I just
- 29:35Speaker 1: got off a plane.
- 29:35Speaker 2: I'm sorry.
- 29:36Speaker 1: I didn't travel in plane and farm clothes. It was
- 29:41Speaker 1: a long play rider now in Indiana, and I came
- 29:45Speaker 1: from California and it gets cold on a plane. And
- 29:48Speaker 1: then Renie's like okay. So then Rena can't wait to
- 29:51Speaker 1: see her outfit post making this big situation. And you know,
- 29:55Speaker 1: here's the thing.
- 29:56Speaker 2: It's this.
- 29:58Speaker 1: What looks like Jean's like, sorry, skirt, but then she
- 30:03Speaker 1: calls it a skirt and Tim or Thomas knows. Thomas
- 30:08Speaker 1: is like, hey, what do you think? Is this a
- 30:11Speaker 1: farm outfit or what I mean? Renie's like no, so fast,
- 30:16Speaker 1: Rene hates her. Rennie has a lot of opinions, and
- 30:19Speaker 1: guess what, they're all negative. They're all combative. She's not nice,
- 30:25Speaker 1: not warm, doesn't give a about someone's experience in the moment,
- 30:29Speaker 1: and definitely doesn't know either how she comes off or
- 30:32Speaker 1: again wants it that sort of like volatile, that aggressive.
- 30:37Speaker 2: She is aggressive.
- 30:42Speaker 1: I think that, honestly, there would be a situation where
- 30:45Speaker 1: if I met someone like that, I would just be
- 30:49Speaker 1: smiling because I would be so I guess somewhat delighted
- 30:55Speaker 1: that someone could be so canctarious cankerous. I don't know
- 31:00Speaker 1: if it's one of those words, you know what I'm saying,
- 31:02Speaker 1: where someone is so mean, so cruel for just like
- 31:06Speaker 1: no reason. I think I would find it's something funny,
- 31:13Speaker 1: like every time she do it, I'd be like, wooh mmmmm, yep,
- 31:18Speaker 1: don't like it, big surprise, no mm hmm. But tell
- 31:24Speaker 1: me how you real feel, you know that kind of thing,
- 31:27Speaker 1: Tell me how you really feel, tell me how you
- 31:29Speaker 1: real feel. So anyway, uh, they get a beautiful night
- 31:36Speaker 1: in an RV.
- 31:37Speaker 2: Now that's fine. Everything is small in there, like he said,
- 31:42Speaker 2: But bitch.
- 31:43Speaker 1: Loves a miniature. She's like, oh, this is I get
- 31:45Speaker 1: to live in a miniature, a miniature, small, smaller version.
- 31:48Speaker 1: Guess what, This RV is still better situated than your apartment.
- 31:52Speaker 2: I think this RV has a dinning table. I've slept over,
- 32:00Speaker 2: I've I've.
- 32:00Speaker 1: Slept inn RV, but you know, because I'm from coastal
- 32:03Speaker 1: parts of town, I've slept in a boat. And I
- 32:08Speaker 1: kind of think it's like whimsical to sleep in a
- 32:11Speaker 1: place that's smaller than usual, especially because, yeah, like in
- 32:18Speaker 1: the Western world, you know, you have so much space.
- 32:22Speaker 2: There's something kind of.
- 32:26Speaker 1: Obviously perspective changing to to suddenly have like a smaller
- 32:29Speaker 1: space for your.
- 32:30Speaker 2: Body to be.
- 32:32Speaker 1: I don't know, but it feels almost like Disneyland or
- 32:34Speaker 1: something like that in a weird way. So yeah, she
- 32:42Speaker 1: you know, she says this, which I think is so funny.
- 32:46Speaker 1: She says, animal crap is not my shit. And I
- 32:53Speaker 1: was like, yeah, animal crap is not your shit. Some
- 32:56Speaker 1: other crap is your shit. Not animal crap. Anyway, I
- 33:03Speaker 1: caught that. I found that amusing. I'm sorry. Is that weird?
- 33:07Speaker 2: Yes, of course it's weird. All right, my babes. I'm
- 33:10Speaker 2: going to have that end part one and I will
- 33:14Speaker 2: go on to part two where I will talk about
- 33:16Speaker 2: Katie and Josh, Aisha and Maxwell and of course I
- 33:20Speaker 2: called to Malcolm last episode. I'm sorry about that.
- 33:23Speaker 1: And that's Perry menopause for you, Shane, Annabel Okay, babes,
- 33:28Speaker 1: thank you so much for listening.
- 33:30Speaker 2: I hope that you enjoyed this and that you'll enjoy
- 33:32Speaker 2: part two.
- 33:33Speaker 1: Of course, give me five stars and follow me wherever
- 33:36Speaker 1: you can. Add Chris Silfara and Chris Fara, thank you. Bye,
