- 0:28Hello, ladies and gentlemen.
- 0:29This is Dr.
- 0:30Clayton J.
- 0:30Baker MD on the America Out Loud Pulse program on the America Out Loud Radio Network, Liberty and Justice for All.
- 0:39Today we have a very special guest.
- 0:42He has been on the program once before, a couple of months ago, and uh he has a tremendous number of encouraging updates that I would like to discuss with him today.
- 0:53My guest today, well, we're welcoming back attorney Blake Horwitz of the Blake Horwitz Law Firm of Chicago, Illinois.
- 1:04Uh Attorney Horwitz has been in practice for over 30 years.
- 1:07He has done litigative uh practice and has been extremely successful with many multimillion dollar victories in the past.
- 1:17He is now one of the lead attorneys in the geofight.
- 1:22You can look them up online at the geofight.com, T H E G E O F I G H T.com.
- 1:32The link is in the accompanying article to this podcast.
- 1:36And as we had last week with attorney Nicole Pearson, we have Blake here today, attorney Horwitz, who is one of the three key three lead attorneys, I should say, in the geofight, alongside Nicole Pearson and Tom Rens.
- 1:56So Blake, welcome to the program again today.
- 2:00And I'm going to ask you to give me a little update, a little bit of a summary as to what exactly the geophyte is all about and some of the advances that you all have been able to make in a very short period of time.
- 2:15Sure.
- 2:15Well, thank you very much.
- 2:17So we formed the geophyte, which essentially started out as a number of attorneys, Nicole Pearson, myself, Tom Rentz, and a group of scientists and uh whistleblower, actually.
- 2:32The goal was to pierce this geoengineering, put an end to it, uh profoundly hamper it, reduce it, because we all see what's happening in our skies.
- 2:43It's obvious.
- 2:44And the geo fight is designed to fight against it from a legal perspective.
- 2:50We recognize that there's a number of other fantastic contributors to the to getting the word out on geoengineering, and they're doing a great job.
- 3:01And what we're doing is approaching it from a different angle from a legal angle.
- 3:07Many are trying to change uh federal to state statutes in state congressional hearings, and they're all working extremely hard and getting the message out and doing a great job.
- 3:19And we're attacking it from a legal perspective with the intention of filing lawsuits and doing everything we can to push out the message, go after the bad actors, and along with everyone else, put an end to this.
- 3:37So, what we're talking about here, what I'm hearing you say is that we are we, I'm sure speaking for you, I should say the geo fight is working very, very hard to take uh again a new angle, a legal approach to this problem of geoengineering, and for it to be a complement to the work that other people are doing and the work that other people have already done.
- 4:02We do know, of course, that there are uh individuals and groups that have been at this for many, many years and have uh compiled a tremendous amount of information, a tremendous amount of uh data, a tremendous amount of evidence regarding geoengineering, which as we all know is a highly secretive activity.
- 4:22Um, but what has one of the things that has been lacking, it seems to me, is an active legal approach to put an end to this practice.
- 4:32And uh that it sounds to me is what you are looking to provide.
- 4:37Sure.
- 4:37And also what's fantastic is that we've set up a law, a um a website called the geofight.com, G E O F I G H T.com.
- 4:49And what the website does is it collects everybody's data.
- 4:53You can put in whatever you want to with regards to what you've experienced, what you've seen, uh information that you want to give to us.
- 5:02And specifically, you can upload photographs that demonstrate uh what's transpired in your neck of the woods.
- 5:10And with that information, when you look at, for example, the uploading of photographs, you can input the time and the date that the photograph was taken, and including the altitude of the airplane, if you use some software that helps you determine altitudes, which uh people can look up.
- 5:28One is called Flight Radar 24.
- 5:30With all that, we have received over 700 submissions in a very short period of time.
- 5:36Our website has only been up, well, it's been, I think it's been up for about 10 days.
- 5:40Uh, and vast numbers of individuals have been uploading data and telling us what's going on so that we have a very good understanding of what people are suffering and people are suffering.
- 5:55We'll talk a little bit more about it today with regards to today's topic.
- 5:59But people are absolutely experiencing experiencing conditions that would be based on what seems to be the medical evidence with regards to what are nanoparticles or ultra-fine particles.
- 6:13Um they are experiencing problems that seem to be associated with geoengineering, and so this is something that we'll uh we'll touch on today.
- 6:22And the most important thing is that people are participating.
- 6:26So it cannot be that a group of lawyers get together and we're gonna solve the problem.
- 6:34What must be is that the community responds, and the community, in terms of the people that are going to be listening to this video or listening to this podcast, are individuals in the United States and other English speaking countries.
- 6:48And everybody's got to get involved.
- 6:50And I have received emails from all over the world.
- 6:54And it's fantastic.
- 6:55It's fantastic to get information.
- 6:58Um at the end of the day, the community needs to get involved, and the community is getting involved through the information they're providing to us and the feedback they're giving us.
- 7:08This is great stuff, and great stuff to bring in court and to help us understand the paradigm and what we're working with.
- 7:14Very well.
- 7:15I mean, I think two things stand out from what you just said.
- 7:18One is the tremendous engagement that you've gotten from people in a very short period of time.
- 7:23Am I correct in assuming that that's growing, that that's increasing?
- 7:28It is increasing every day, yes.
- 7:30So we've got obviously we've got a uh a tremendous number of people that are aware of what's going on, at least aware that something very nefarious is going on in our skies, which I think was not nearly so true even just a few years ago.
- 7:45Uh the other thing that stands out in my mind from what you just said is that you are collecting data.
- 7:53The geophyte is collecting data not only on the flights.
- 7:58And um again, uh important if folks are interested in participating, which I would certainly encourage them to do is to go to the geofight.com and figure out how you can participate in terms of submitting data, both in terms of flights that you're seeing that are offending uh in your area and symptoms or hardships or harms that you are experiencing.
- 8:24Because I think a lot of this has been going on in social media for the last couple of years, if I'm not mistaken, uh, but it's been very diffuse, you know.
- 8:31And so the the the solution, the salutary effect has only been to increase general awareness among people who are on these platforms.
- 8:40But it strikes me as though you guys are trying to do something more than that, trying to aggregate that data and try and put it into a setting number one, where you're drawing a lot more people to be involved, which is huge because as you said, three people aren't going to solve this problem, no matter how capable they are as attorneys.
- 9:01And also you're aggregating data that can be used in a number of ways.
- 9:06It can be used in in in lead in specific lawsuits, but off-camera you or off uh video and audio, you talked to me about some other ways that litigation can make a big difference going forward in terms of exposure in terms of um discovery and so on.
- 9:26Perhaps you could touch on that for just a moment.
- 9:28Sure.
- 9:29So one moment one of the things that the U.S.
- 9:37Supreme Court has acknowledged is that litigation lives in the public domain.
- 9:43By living in the public domain, what the U.S.
- 9:46Supreme Court is saying is that litigation is open to the public and it helps the public become aware.
- 9:52And that's essential.
- 9:53So we have learned a tremendous amount of information, let's say within the last five or ten years.
- 10:00With regards to all types of litigation that has transpired.
- 10:03And we intend to use the litigation, this litigation for the same reason that the U.S.
- 10:09Supreme Court has stated that public disclosure of documents and public disclosure of information is recognized as a necessity for the citizenry.
- 10:21People need to know what's going on, and it can't just be behind closed doors, and it can't just be behind conference rooms or deposition rooms.
- 10:31It needs to be made available to the public.
- 10:33So one of the things that we can do as lawyers is that we can ask questions to the important people, to the nefarious actor or the bad actors, and we can make ultimately this information public.
- 10:43Now, clearly there will be some times where a judge will seek that things be confidential for a period of time.
- 10:49Um, that's for sure, but trials are frequently not confidential, and the inflammation can get out to the public domain, and that's essential.
- 10:56So what we have going on now is we have a lot of very competent people getting the message out.
- 11:02But the message they're getting out is not confirmed.
- 11:05It's unilateral, unilateral disclosure.
- 11:07There's very few whistleblowers out there.
- 11:09There's some.
- 11:10And uh, but not enough.
- 11:12Not enough for contemporary information as to what's transpiring.
- 11:15So what we can do is get the message out.
- 11:19I'm not going to specifically divulge how, but I expect it to be coming relatively soon.
- 11:25Uh, we'll be getting the message out in a scientific way and in a methodical way.
- 11:31For example, what this video is about.
- 11:33So one of the things we did most recently is both Nicole and I spoke about federal law.
- 11:40And that was in part to get the message out.
- 11:42The message that was important to get out concerns that the federal government is not allowed to spray us, not allowed to contaminate us, except under extreme conditions like a time of war or some other emergency.
- 11:54Which incidentally have not been met.
- 11:56I mean, this has been going on for a long time, and whatever, whatever escape clauses they have are not in effect.
- 12:01Is that correct?
- 12:02Yes.
- 12:03Okay.
- 12:04So what is important to know is that what is important to do is educate the public.
- 12:09And we can educate them as lawyers.
- 12:11We're lawyers, right?
- 12:12We're not scientists.
- 12:13We can gather the science and present it in court, but we're not scientists.
- 12:18And we're not whistleblowers.
- 12:19What we can do is gather the evidence in a methodical way, a methodical way that's designed to be presented in court, not just a court of public opinion, but in court using scientific methodology, peer-reviewed scientific papers, peer review, or scientific methodologies of gathering contaminated water supplies, soils, air, rainwater, things of that nature.
- 12:44And get that presented to the to a court.
- 12:47So that is what we can do.
- 12:50What's one thing that's important to know, for example, is that people can talk about water contamination in their rainwater, rainwater capture.
- 12:59And anecdotally, that's very important information.
- 13:03It's important for all of us to know, and all of us should pay attention to anecdotal issues.
- 13:07However, in a court of law, anecdotal evidence frequently is not admissible, and that's important to know.
- 13:13We must meet federal standards, federal evidentiary standards.
- 13:17And even if the case was tried in state court, same thing.
- 13:19One must meet certain evidentiary standards, and evidence needs to be collected correctly.
- 13:26So where individuals may collect rainwater and submit that to me or others or talk about it.
- 13:35It is very important evidence.
- 13:38But being anecdotal, it may not pass scientific muster as is required in federal court.
- 13:43So that's another thing that we would put together, a scientific gathering of evidence, for example.
- 13:48And by scientific evidence, I mean a proper scientific method designed to gather evidence in a way that's that allows it to be presented in a plain, what's called a plaintiff's case in chief, our presentation of our case.
- 14:01So I think that's that's really good information to hear, and it's fantastic.
- 14:06I I think you all, and that's why I've had you back on the show, and I've had Nicole on the show.
- 14:11I think that it's absolutely essential to those of us, no matter where you are in the spectrum of where you want, where you think the primary problem of geoengineering is originating from, no matter where how long you've been in the fight, no matter how long, uh whatever else may be the case.
- 14:28What has been lacking is this legal aspect.
- 14:32And I think that that's absolutely key.
- 14:35And one of the things that I have had to get my head around, because I'm a doctor, I'm not a lawyer, is the distinction between the court of public opinion and the court of law.
- 14:48And also, maybe somewhere in between is the it's not a court, but is the legislative process.
- 14:55So I think it's important for we have about three minutes before I have to go to break.
- 15:00I'm wondering if you could say, look, let's separate out.
- 15:04You kind of did this, but I'd really like you to make this crystal clear to listeners that these standards of evidence and these standards of um sort of information that we need to have at the level of the court of public opinion at the level of legislation or legislative efforts and the levels of a court of law.
- 15:24If you could just take a minute and kind of take us through that.
- 15:27Well, let's just say, for example, that a lawsuit is not clickbait.
- 15:32A lawsuit is not how do we get somebody to click on our website on our Twitter feed or X feed or whatever.
- 15:39A lawsuit must present proper scientific evidence, passing what's called the Daubert standard.
- 15:46Anybody can look it up, it's D-A-U-B-E-R-T.
- 15:50That's a uh federal U.S.
- 15:51Supreme Court case, which talks about how scientific principles must be used in the gathering of evidence in order to get it in front of a jury.
- 15:59Dalbert is a case that is what's called the uh the like a gatekeeper case, wherein judges are the gatekeepers and they do not allow junk science.
- 16:10So junk science is the terminology that's used, but it doesn't mean that what we'd have to present or anybody has to present is junk science.
- 16:18It means it's trying to eliminate that.
- 16:20So, for example, um, if a scientific proposition that one is going to bring to a jury has only happened once in a lifetime, only once has this ever occurred, a particular scientific proposition, let's call medical causation on it on a medical injury.
- 16:36It's only once has this ever happened.
- 16:38If it if it has only happened once, well, it's probably not going to meet the scientific um analysis required in order to get it in front of a jury.
- 16:48It must be something that's reproducible, that is uh gathered pursuant to peer review studies and things of that nature.
- 16:55So just like you, when you want to determine what kind of med what kind of medication you want to give an individual, you prefer not to rely upon an anecdotal story.
- 17:05You'd prefer that it's peer-reviewed uh before you're gonna provide a particular cancer medication, for example, to an individual.
- 17:12So that's the general principle.
- 17:15Very well.
- 17:16That's there's some detail in that that I'd love to go into, perhaps that's for another day.
- 17:20You know, what's uh happened with the reversal of the Chevron uh decision a couple of years or two ago, which I think was very beneficial to the population at large when they have uh complaints against the federal government, but that's for another day.
- 17:33Um we're going to break right now.
- 17:35We'll be back in a moment, and we will continue with attorney Blake Horwitz of the Blake Horwitz Law Firm, Chicago, Illinois, and one of the three key attorneys in the geofight, the geofight.com.
- 17:49So we'll be back in just a moment to continue this discussion about the legal approach to stopping geoengineering.

- 20:38This is Dr.
- 20:39Clayton J.
- 20:39Baker MD on the America Out Loud Pulse program on the America Out Loud Radio Network, Liberty and Justice for All.
- 20:48I'm returning with attorney Blake Horwitz of the Blake Horwitz Law Firm of Chicago, Illinois, and one of the three key attorneys in the geofight.
- 20:57You can look them up online, the the geofight.com.
- 21:02He's working with other seasoned litigators, uh, Blake Horwitz, Nicole Pearson, and Tom Rens.
- 21:10In the first segment, um, Mr.
- 21:14Horwitz did an excellent job, in my opinion, of laying out what the geo fight is all about.
- 21:20And if I may quickly reiterate, it's to add a legal element to this fight against geoengineering, something that has not been present uh to date, despite the good work that has been done by a great many people cataloging, researching, raising awareness, and doing their very best to fight the geoengineering scourge that we're all facing.
- 21:42Uh the geophyte is a legal approach to this problem.
- 21:47And in the first segment, uh, Mr.
- 21:49Horwitz talked in at length about not only the fact that lawsuits are needed for this because we have bad actors acting in secret, but also because there is tremendous value.
- 22:02He made a key point that sticks in my mind that the Supreme Court has determined that litigation lives in the public domain.
- 22:10In other words, that litigation opens the door so there can be discovery as to what's going on behind closed doors.
- 22:17And if we absolutely need nothing more than that in the in the in the uh in the in the battle against geoengineering.
- 22:25So to pivot just a little bit, uh, Blake, you had sent me some studies, some some scientific studies that have been done worldwide, various different countries uh that have cataloged and studied the health harms of people living near airports, both commercial airports and military import airports.
- 22:49And I I'm gonna um um I'm gonna just read a couple of these titles.
- 22:56Um Beyond the Runway, respiratory health effects of ultrafine particles from aviation in children.
- 23:03Now, this article um is one that I think an awful lot of parents in the United States and abroad would be very interested in uh in it would be very uh interested in because we have so many reports of people who with children with respiratory problems that are seeing uh geoengineering activities overhead and are stating that in the days following that their children are are sick, their children if they're asthmatic or if they have other health problems, um, allergy allergic problems and so on.
- 23:37Um patients with COPD, we both know physicians who have reported that in the days following geoengineering, visible geoengineering spraying.
- 23:46Um, another one, uh, independent article warning to millions is tiny particles emitted by planes put public health at risk.
- 23:54Um ultra fine particle exposure concentrations in a residential area near a commercial airport, a repeated measures study in Copenhagen, Denmark, scientific report 2024.
- 24:08Um environmental exposure to ultrafine particles inside and nearby a military airport.
- 24:16Um, aircraft emissions of ultrafine particles characterized by real-world near runway measurements involving a um a military airport in that case.
- 24:28So and then we also have these other very interesting articles.
- 24:34Scientists discover onion-like nanoparticles and aircraft exhaust.
- 24:38Um we have uh, I mean, I could go on and on, and we've reviewed some of these.
- 24:45Um I'm gonna let give you the the key line that I think you said off off microphone that you wanted to say.
- 24:56But the people, what do you say to people that say we look up in the sky and we see this stuff and oh, it's just water vapor.
- 25:04So it's essential to understand that.
- 25:07Because when you look up at the sky, well, God forbid that there are there's actually some sort of contamination.
- 25:13Everybody wants to believe that uh clouds are clouds, and that beautiful white trail that you see that follows an airplane.
- 25:21Well, I sure do wish it was exactly what they're saying it is, which is uh water or frozen water.
- 25:29But it's not.
- 25:30And it's demonstrated in two fashions.
- 25:34Uh, at a minimum, it's demonstrated easily in two fashions based upon this literature.
- 25:39There are other ways to demonstrate this, but this literature that you're talking about provides one incremental step for everybody to understand.
- 25:47And it's something that everybody knows.
- 25:48The air around airports is profoundly contaminated.
- 25:53And what the articles that you have demonstrate is that particulate matter, small little particles, about one one thousandth of a meter, very small particles are emitted uh from the airplanes, and the result is that the there's tremendous air pollution around airports, and that causes substantial disease, as you stated, including dementia.
- 26:19So the incidence of disease around airports is not a secret.
- 26:24It's well documented.
- 26:26There's also another piece of information, other incidents of disease in that or illness, and that is from the crew inside an aircraft.
- 26:38There are there's multiple litigation, and there's actually a PubMed uh an article published in Medical Journal that establishes that the crew inside an aircraft can suffer neurotoxic effects from the inhalation of gases inside the airplane as well as other uh nanoparticles inside an airplane.
- 27:00And so the the point is this.
- 27:03The question is uh whether or not when the federal government tells us the following, well, it's just water vapor, and that is what they tell us, it's just water vapor or frozen water vapor.
- 27:15And so everybody can rest assured it's okay, it's just a natural process of combustion of the engine fuel.
- 27:22The answer is no, it's not just water vapor.
- 27:25And how do we know that?
- 27:26Because we know that when the aircraft is on the ground, it is contaminating everybody based upon medical literature within a at a minimum within a 10-mile radius of the airport.
- 27:39That people are suffering significantly as a result of the pollution.
- 27:43And secondly, even those that are flying in the aircraft, while they're flying overhead and they're in the airspace as we are looking at them from below, that they also suffer contamination and have uh substantiated medical injuries as a result of it in the form of neurotoxins and other um medical injuries that result from from the inhalation.
- 28:07Some probably similar to exactly that which is noticed on the ground relative air airport, airport pollution.
- 28:14So the point is this.
- 28:17Everybody has traveled behind a car, everybody knows what exhaust is, and we've smelled it.
- 28:23We understand it.
- 28:25We understand what it is to be in a pollutive environment.
- 28:27If you are concerned that the trail, I'm just going to use the word trail, you can call it a condensation trail, you can call it a chemical trail.
- 28:37If you think it is just water vapor, and they're telling you it's just water vapor, and any member of any legislature of any state that thinks it's just water vapor, hopefully this will logically dispel that because it cannot be.
- 30:00Uh, and it will create what's called, it will call it create a trail that is derived from that that is created or one can see because of temperature, temperature and humidity and other factors.
- 30:11But there are many planes that are that we're that people have photographed that come to us and that are on the various websites that people have seen.
- 30:20You can see it on Facebook.
- 30:21There are planes that are at 11,000 feet, 15,000 feet.
- 30:25And guess what?
- 30:26It is not cold enough for these planes to be emitting tremendous trails and contaminating our sky and blocking the sun.
- 30:40So to argue that that is what's occurring at that height, which actually not a lot of people have discussed, meaning you don't hear over the airwaves.
- 30:48Well, what about the 11,000 feet high or the 15,000 feet high airplanes?
- 30:53Some of which are propeller planes, incidentally.
- 30:55So the whole jet fuel thing goes right out the window because it's a propeller plane, but you know, so there's so many layers here, aren't there?
- 31:02I mean, there's multiple layers, but the final word is this is not water vapor we're seeing, and we need to dispel that, as is what I'm hearing you say.
- 31:09We need to absolutely dispel that 100% right now.
- 31:13Is that correct?
- 31:14Yes, to assume that it's water vapor is uh is just absolutely incorrect.
- 31:20And another piece of data, we can get a little more scientific.
- 31:23I don't know if I have time to get a little more scientific to We have about four minutes right now, but I'm gonna bring you back for the last segment, and we can go in more detail, but I can I'll give you the high sign when we're getting close here.
- 31:34Okay.
- 31:35Well, picture uh what it is to let's say take a can of soda.
- 31:38Imagine you take a can of soda, put it in the freezer, and you remove it from the freezer, and there's water droplets on the outside of the can of soda.
- 31:48Those water droplets are similar to what is seen in the upper atmosphere.
- 31:54And those water droplets are what's called condensation.
- 31:59The soda can is what what would be called a nuclei.
- 32:03All right.
- 32:03So we call it it's called condensation nuclei.
- 32:06It's not a we, it's not something nothing.
- 32:07I'm just a lawyer.
- 32:08Uh, I'm just saying what other scientists have established.
- 32:11So when sees particles up in the atmosphere, and they're white and their ice crystals and all that.
- 32:22Remember that just like the soda can the droplets around the soda can, that's condensation.
- 32:30We're all familiar with that.
- 32:31Well, those that trail cannot exist in the absolute absence of something to hold on to, just like the water is dripping off of a can when you take it out of the freezer.
- 32:41There's the frozen water crystals that are up in the air cannot exist in the absence of what's called the condensation nuclei of the of a little piece, a little particle that the frozen water is hanging on to.
- 32:59So, for example, in your refrigerator, it's a can of aluminum, and in the sky, perhaps it's a nanoparticle or a whole array of nano billions of nanoparticles of aluminum, is that fair to say?
- 33:10Yes.
- 33:11And so the point is is that we see around airports, you look at the sky, and you see that it's full of something.
- 33:20The studies show that you've talked about today is that it's full of a lot of contaminated matter, including nanoparticles.
- 33:27And if they're down below, well, they're up above.
- 33:30They don't miss it mysteriously disappear.
- 33:32And this provides what I would call as a lawyer good proof, good evidence of what's transpiring in the upper atmosphere.
- 33:41And that one of the central themes to this podcast is to help explain that one point that what we see up in the air is not just water.
- 33:53And I've explained based on what the scientists say how that how that occurs, and that is with condensation nuclei, little particles that are up in the air that the crystals bind around.
- 34:05No, no condensation nuclei, everything's clear and fine, no crystals.
- 34:10That's how it functions.
- 34:11That's at least my understanding, based upon the scientific research.
- 34:15Very well.
- 34:15So in the last 30 seconds here now, I'll just um uh sort of summarize what I took away from your comments, uh, Blake, that that we're looking at something that is clearly not it's not not something we can just dismiss as some harmless natural phenomenon.
- 34:37We have extensive documentation in scientific literature of health harms related to people who are close to the particulate matter that's emitted from these airplanes, whatever the mechanism of emission is.
- 34:52And I my strong feeling is that it's multiple different mechanisms.
- 34:56Um this simply isn't just water vapor.
- 35:01And anyone who is maintaining that is speaking in ignorance.
- 35:06So we'll be back in just a few minutes to after these messages.

- 37:03This is Dr.
- 37:04Clayton J.
- 37:04Baker on the America Out Loud Pulse Program on the America Out Loud Radio Network, Liberty and Justice for All.
- 37:12Well, we're back in this third segment once again with attorney Blake Horwitz of the Blake Horwick's law firm of Chicago, Illinois.
- 37:19He is also one of the lead attorneys, along with Nicole Pearson, who we had on the show last week, and Tom Renz of the geo fight.
- 37:30And the geo fight, as we've been discussing, is a legal effort to address geoengineering to put an end to geoengineering and to take on the issue which has not been effectively addressed in the past of legal action lawsuits to stop geoengineering.
- 37:51So as you mentioned to us before, uh Blake, there's been tremendous public interest in just a short period of time in the in the geo fight, and there's been literally hundreds and hundreds of people who have already gotten involved.
- 38:06And I would ask you to tell me how interested listeners can get involved in this battle to clear our skies.
- 38:16Sure.
- 38:17So first of all, it's important to know that you know, we are we as lawyers are just getting into the legal battle now.
- 38:26And we're doing everything we can to gather all the proper scientific evidence and factual evidence in order to develop a case, actually, to develop many cases.
- 38:38So what the geo fight is about is that it's lawyers combining with citizens, the average person, and as well as scientists, doctors, uh individuals who are physicists, people who are familiar with the airspace.
- 38:57And what we're doing is we're combining together in order to generate a movement in order to have a focused legal movement and action that relates to litigation.
- 39:10Others have gone to the public domain and presented the concerns that relate to geoengineering, and many people are addressing those concerns to various state legislative bodies, which is extremely important.
- 39:25Many state governments have actually passed laws to prohibit geoengineering.
- 39:31And I think quite frankly, that many of those laws need to be a lot stronger.
- 39:36But what we're doing is we're initiating and preparing litigation to go after the bad actors that are uh that are spraying us, that are contaminating us.
- 39:47So, how do you do that?
- 39:49Well, there's really two ways.
- 39:50One is you go to the website and we have you can see a ton of data, uh, literature, medical medical journals, explanations.
- 40:00As to what's going on and what the contaminants do to us.
- 40:04And we have an opportunity for you to get involved by, for example, if you're a whistleblower, for you to present your whistleblower information.
- 40:11If you have uh sustained injuries, damages, you can let us know what you've experienced, what damages you've sustained.
- 40:21And if you've seen aircraft polluting your skies, we have a method for you to present all that to us.
- 40:30You can upload photographs, and it's preferably photographs, I think uh works better than video.
- 40:36If you want to do video, there's another method to send us video, and I'll tell you about that in a moment.
- 40:41But the website is an effort to allow us to review all the data.
- 40:45And I do review all the data.
- 40:47I do review the people's submissions, and we've had a lot of submissions, and it's very important.
- 40:52Um if you want to present more intensive information, and let's say videos that are larger, like sometimes people say, Well, I can't upload the video onto the website.
- 41:04What you can do is you can send it to us via email, and that email address is the geofight at protonmail.com.
- 41:14So it's the geofight, the no spaces, T H E GEO fight at protonmail.com.
- 41:23And I use Proton Mail because Proton Mail is a secure server, and it's harder for people to mess with it.
- 41:28I'm not saying it's impossible, but it's harder for people to mess with.
- 41:32At the end of the day, we're simply lawyers that are presenting cases, uh, and we're lawyers prepared for the fight.
- 41:40And the important thing is it's the fight.
- 41:42And the fight should be against the nefarious actors.
- 41:45And the fight should not be among ourselves, you know, with regards to uh those that are seeking to promote the message.
- 41:53And there is some of that.
- 41:54You do see people that are antagonistic towards others online, and our goal is to work with everybody in order to promote uh the put our best foot forward and for us to function in a way that is civil, professional, respectful, and designed to get the message out and put a stop to this.
- 42:14And it is really by working together, uh, regardless of your point of view relative to how this is transpiring.
- 42:22We know they are contaminating us, so let's all work together.
- 42:25And we're working together, we're initiating this effort in a legal format.
- 42:31And I'd like to sort of say something about um the lawyers that are doing this work.
- 42:36All of us have good jobs, and all of us would literally prefer not to be doing this.
- 42:43We prefer not to be litigating in this domain.
- 42:46I have a successful practice, so does Nicole, so does Tom.
- 42:51But we have literally been what some people may say thrown to this, like it is required that we do this because there's no way that any of us can put our head down at night and feel comfortable with what's taking place.
- 43:04I can't do it.
- 43:04I cannot look at the skies and see what's happening that notice the changes in the weather, and I cannot continue with my practice as I as I um used to do it, meaning my legal practice.
- 43:15It just I just cannot do it.
- 43:16It's not ethical in my mind to continue to just do the same old thing.
- 43:22So uh you can go outside, but is that your outside, or is it being contaminated by others?
- 43:27Are you breathing the same air that you were that you were breathing 10, 15, 20 years ago?
- 43:30I don't think so.
- 43:31And I think that people notice that.
- 43:33So we have a responsibility, I have a responsibility to do something about that.
- 43:37I have been litigating for many years.
- 43:39I do have a certain degree of legal skill, and I can bring that to the courtroom.
- 43:42I'm not the best lawyer on the planet, but I'm a good lawyer, and I know how to fight hard, and I've been successful.
- 43:49So I'm gonna do my part and try to put our best foot forward, do so aggressively, as any lawyer who worth a grain of salt does when that lawyer goes into the courtroom.
- 44:03And it is likely to be federal litigation, which has a certain degree of decorum to it and professionalism to it, and and frequently the federal courts are just a great place to be in order to really get the scientific knowledge out there.
- 44:17So that's what we're about.
- 44:19Uh, it's a legal effort with a lot of citizens that have given us a ton of data, and it's fantastic.
- 44:28Very, very helpful, very informative.
- 44:30And perhaps most importantly, is that other individuals are participating and they're not feeling helpless at home sitting there watching contamination and feeling like nothing can be done.
- 44:43And I'd like to emphasize also another video that both Nicole and I put out, and we've talked about it a little bit uh today, and that is a video which explains how it is not okay for any federal government agency to be contaminating us if that's what you believe is transpiring.
- 45:01And we think there's significant evidence to demonstrate that.
- 45:05So, in other words, the federal statutes do not allow us to be sprayed, notwithstanding some of the memes that we've seen online about this.
- 45:15So both Nicole and I have talked about this, and I encourage people to look at the videos.
- 45:19I will up, they will be uploaded to the website as well to the geo fight.
- 45:23And you can get some very specific information about specific statutes that have addressed this issue.
- 45:28So that's what we can do.
- 45:30We're lawyers, and so we're going to act as lawyers, aggressively prosecute a case as lawyers and do what lawyers need to do aggressively, zealously, in order to represent our clients and basically the people that are being sprayed and contaminated, and that's all of us.
- 45:48So our goal is to really get it out there and represent all of us to make sure that we have a cleaner sky.
- 45:55Well, thank you.
- 45:56That's uh I think very clearly and very well put, and two things that I would reiterate, if I may, is that the work that you all are doing is intended to accomplish several things.
- 46:12First of all, to hold bad actors accountable to the fullest extent that the legal system will allow.
- 46:21The second is to create that discovery and that transparency and that um awareness that cannot be denied uh once it's in the federal courts and in the other courts when this this evidence is is placed into that um setting.
- 46:41Um I think the the third that the other um point that you made that I'd ask you to elaborate on a little bit is sort of the call to action that you made towards for the the average citizen, because I think a tremendous number of people have become aware of this issue over the last couple of years.
- 47:05I think a lot of people through the last six years since COVID have become acutely aware, the phrase that a lot of people use is red-pilled in general, that there's a tremendous number of bad actors out there, that they're either permitted to do their bad actions through government negligence or government involvement.
- 47:25And this is just a tremendous pop problem in our society on multiple levels, and the abuses of the COVID era were awakened an awful lot of people to this, and now they're seeing this going on in the skies.
- 47:39And if we do a little digging and we see that the same bad actors, the Bill Gates is of the world and so on are involved in both of these, if you want to call them projects, both of these projects, we see that there's a continuation of nefarious actions that are injurious to the health of everybody on the planet, injurious to the health of the planet in general, which is a consider a consideration for me, is I became more aware of this in the last few years.
- 48:07You know, at first, it's a very difficult thing, not only to get your head around because it's so secretive, but it's also very difficult to kind of emotionally and and mentally digest.
- 48:18It's a you know, they're spraying us.
- 48:20I mean, we're not insects.
- 48:21Why are they spraying us?
- 48:23And so as people get past that first sort of shock or that first sort of um sort of uh intimidation of what they when they realize what's going on, the next step is to take action.
- 48:35And so I just ask you, you know, just sort of you're you've chosen, and you gave a very impassioned statement here about how you by conscience feel feel that you must act on this.
- 48:47You must do what you can to stop it.
- 48:49For the average listener here, for the average person who is aware of this but is scared, doesn't know what to do.
- 48:56What can you give them in terms of encouragement and in terms of recommendations on things they can do to make a difference?
- 49:04Because if we have you know 100 million people crying out against this, it's not going to go on.
- 49:10If we have 10,000 people, well, ignore them.
- 49:15So tell give me your thoughts on that on what the average person can and should do.
- 49:20Sure.
- 49:20Well, first of all, there are many acts going before the state legislature.
- 49:25So various states are proposing laws right now for members of their legislature, Idaho, um, Nevada, Arizona, they're engaged right now in specific actions in order to pass laws in order to prohibit geoengineering.
- 49:49So, first thing is don't be don't be dissuaded.
- 49:52You will hear positions that are contrary to their efforts.
- 49:58So let's
- 50:00Be clear.
- 50:00We're being poisoned, as you just said, Dr.
- 50:03Baker.
- 50:03We're being poisoned.
- 50:05And it is nonsense to think that we can just allow this to happen.
- 50:09And it is nonsense to think that we're powerless.
- 50:13We're not powerless.
- 50:16And it also it's also important to know that our efforts attributable to doing something is not just clicking away on Facebook, on X, on Instagram.
- 50:29That is not going to do much.
- 50:32So you follow somebody.
- 50:33Okay, great.
- 50:34I get it.
- 50:34I understand.
- 50:35You're following somebody, you're giving them some attention with regards to something they've said.
- 50:39Action needs to be taken.
- 50:40Do you want to put your head down on the pillow at night?
- 50:44Do you want to um let's call it at the end of your life?
- 50:48Say, well, I wish I would have done more other than uh clicking or something along those lines.
- 50:54Or would you have liked to have said if you have a loved one that is being affected by a disease associated with this or an illness associated with this introduction of particular matter into your lungs and contamination?
- 51:08Would you like to say you did something, or would you like to do something?
- 51:12So you can do a heck of a lot more.
- 51:14And you really everybody wants to do more.
- 51:16And one of the things you can do is contact your local government, send emails, call them up, complain, get involved.
- 51:25Another thing you can do is you can contact us and you can um submit information and get involved.
- 51:32You can also speak to people that you know, scientists that are aware of what's transpiring, including, for example, something that we haven't really discussed much, which is the effect on our insect population.
- 51:42Our insect population, as we all know, is going way down.
- 51:45And everybody knows you just go outside and there's fewer insects than there were before, and the bee population is getting attacked.
- 51:51So you can contact people, biologists, experts in this field, get them to speak up, speak out, go to the local legislature.
- 51:59And some of you, when you're listening to this, you may know of individuals that are experts in the field.
- 52:04You may know somebody that's a great photographer with a great lens.
- 52:07And that person can do some great super documentation with uh telescopic lenses and cameras, right?
- 52:14So you may not have an individual listening to this, may not have a camera, might cost a thousand bucks, a thousand US dollars in order to uh document what's going on.
- 52:25But there are super telephoto lenses, great lenses.
- 52:28Um, and Nikon, by the way, has a really good camera.
- 52:31It's an all-in-one camera.
- 52:33You can consider buying that.
- 52:35It's not cheap.
- 52:361100, 1200.
- 52:38And so the per the point is is that you can get together with other people.
- 52:43Maybe multiple people can buy a camera.
- 52:45Maybe you already know a photographer, maybe you know um a botanist relative to um plant life or an entomologist relative to insect life.
- 52:55Maybe you can write your legislature, maybe you can send uh communication to us to the geophyte, give recommendations or ideas.
- 53:02Maybe you know whistleblowers, maybe you know airline pilots.
- 53:05There's many things, you know.
- 53:07We're all not too far away from somebody that has knowledge about something, and you can talk to them about that.
- 53:12The most important thing is that you cannot just be silent.
- 53:15That is the most important thing.
- 53:16You cannot just sit by and say we are powerless.
- 53:19That is not true.
- 53:20I am not powerless, and I am doing something about it.
- 53:23You are not powerless, and you can do something about it.
- 53:25You can do something, and I would encourage that the something be something other than clicking on the internet.
- 53:33Because some people feel, well, I've clicked, I've liked, I've done something.
- 53:36No, that's not enough.
- 53:37No disrespect.
- 53:38We all need to, you know, sometimes uh spend a spend some moment and be entertained by the internet.
- 53:44But we need to do more than just respond to what is otherwise clickbait and to the uh strong emotional pleas that are out there on the internet and people screaming, click me, click me.
- 53:55We need to do more than that.
- 53:57We need to take action.
- 53:58Otherwise, the people will be living in the fantasy that, oh, I've clicked, I've watched this, and therefore I've done something.
- 54:04No, you haven't, not really, because the something that we need to do is something more than just being aware of what's going on.
- 54:11We need to take action, and I've identified a number of approaches relative to action that can be taken.
- 54:16Very good.
- 54:17So uh, in summary, I'll just uh uh summarize a couple of those.
- 54:21One of them is go to the geofight.com and check out the website, figure out what you can do to get involved, what what your particular skill set, what your particular abilities are to contribute to this.
- 54:39The second thing I agree completely um is to find out 30 states approximately right now have legislation going through to uh stop geoengineering.
- 54:52Uh get on your state's uh legislative website, find out what bills are out there.
- 54:59You can also go to reclaim our skies um or um follow um um some of the people associated with reclaim our skies.
- 55:09If you're on X, uh I recommend TB TB00211 at TB00211.
- 55:19She can uh she catalogs all of the state bills.
- 55:24I would also call your representative in the House of Representatives and tell them to support uh Greg Stooby from Florida, the representative from Florida, his air quality act, which is calling for a federal ban on geoengineering.
- 55:39And calls, I think are best.
- 55:41I think that emails and so on can be dismissed, but calls we clog up phone lines and talk to people, it makes more of a difference.
- 55:47That's my opinion.
- 55:49And tell everybody, you know, tell everybody that you're concerned about this, you're concerned about insect loss, you're concerned about bee loss, you're concerned about poisoning of the air, the water, and the soil.
- 56:00And do check out the geofight.com.
- 56:04I can't stress that enough.
- 56:05I think they're doing really important work.
- 56:07And again, they are endeavoring to work in cooperation with and in parallel with other folks who are working to stop geoengineering.
- 56:18This is not a fight against other anti-geoengineering personnel.
- 56:24This is about stopping this spraying of our skies.
- 56:28Well, uh Mr.
- 56:30Horwitz, thank you so much for being on the show.
- 56:32I hope to have you back again soon.
- 56:35Um until next time, this is Dr.
- 56:37Clayton J.
- 56:38Baker MD on the America Out Loud Pulse program on the America Out Loud Radio Network, Liberty and Justice for all.
