- 1:12SPEAKER_01: I was like, the shit's clean, right?
- 1:13SPEAKER_01: That has nothing to do with it.
- 1:14SPEAKER_01: Don't question it.
- 1:15SPEAKER_01: Don't question it.

- 2:27SPEAKER_01: So we have clean laundry in the basement that needs to be brought up, and then we'll put it away.
- 2:33SPEAKER_03: I love it.
- 2:33SPEAKER_03: I'm just giving you a hard time.

- 3:19SPEAKER_00: Three hour tour.
- 3:20SPEAKER_03: I'm going to say it lasts a little bit longer.
- 3:22SPEAKER_03: It didn't last that.
- 3:23SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it was way long, way longer.
- 3:25SPEAKER_03: I could have made a sitcom maybe about this.
- 3:28SPEAKER_03: Uh, we've got that coming up, plus some crazy stories from around the world.
- 3:33SPEAKER_03: Before we get going, I want to make sure we thank our sponsors that uh help us do this.

- 4:45SPEAKER_03: It's cold.
- 4:45SPEAKER_01: It's cold.
- 4:46SPEAKER_03: Ponder is a bully.
- 4:47SPEAKER_03: Keep your vacuums.

- 5:17SPEAKER_03: If uh you're looking to do something similar, he's pretty busy now.
- 5:21SPEAKER_03: But uh make sure you reach out to him.
- 5:24SPEAKER_03: You can probably find a time to make it work.
- 5:26SPEAKER_03: And I no, why are we all over the place?
- 5:30SPEAKER_02: I love watching it.
- 5:31SPEAKER_02: Where's he at today?
- 5:32SPEAKER_03: Yeah, he well, he's always eating in nice places, he never invites anybody.
- 5:35SPEAKER_03: I'd go eat with him.
- 5:37SPEAKER_03: You are at Carmen San Diego.
- 5:38SPEAKER_03: Yeah, we're in the we're in the county.
- 5:40SPEAKER_03: It's Kevin Shook.
- 5:41SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 5:42SPEAKER_03: Uh so make sure you reach out to Kevin if you're looking to do one of these.
- 5:45SPEAKER_03: Now, you're seeing in the notes, potentially, if you're watching this live, yeah, we've got a really cool event coming up this Saturday if you live local.
- 5:54SPEAKER_03: Um, we're working with the moose.
- 5:56SPEAKER_03: We've done trivia there, it didn't work so well, but they liked our musical approach to things.
- 6:01SPEAKER_03: We did.
- 6:02SPEAKER_03: Yeah, they did.
- 6:02SPEAKER_03: We have fun with music.
- 6:04SPEAKER_03: We do.
- 6:04SPEAKER_03: People love our music.
- 6:05SPEAKER_03: So uh yeah, we we came up with an idea that uh we want to do theme nights.
- 6:11SPEAKER_03: And I uh I suggested it to the moose.
- 6:14SPEAKER_03: The moose was all about it, and the uh the first suggestion was to do 90s country.
- 6:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think it's a great idea.
- 6:20SPEAKER_01: Oh, it's completely.
- 6:22SPEAKER_03: We've got on our Facebook um page, we created an event, and right now it's got over 300 responses of people potentially coming.
- 6:32SPEAKER_01: So it's and with that, with the like with a big event going on in this town too, yeah.
- 6:37SPEAKER_01: It's huge.
- 6:38SPEAKER_03: Yeah, this Saturday, 8 to 11 here at the Moose on Rich in Richmond on 8th Street.
- 6:43SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 6:44SPEAKER_03: Uh, if it goes over well, maybe we can either do different theme nights or try to continue to do something similar to this.
- 6:51SPEAKER_03: But uh yeah, it's gonna be huge.
- 6:52SPEAKER_03: Everybody get away.
- 6:53SPEAKER_03: We'll make a decision after that.
- 6:54SPEAKER_03: But anyone that shows up, I hope you're ready for a great time.
- 6:57SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 6:57SPEAKER_03: Uh, we're gonna have fun with it.
- 6:59SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 7:00SPEAKER_03: I think without further ado, uh it's time to get going.
- 7:04SPEAKER_03: You guys ready to jump into the A2B podcast?
- 7:07SPEAKER_03: What do you got tonight for us, buddy?
- 7:09SPEAKER_03: Uh let's see here.
- 7:11SPEAKER_03: One second.
- 7:14SPEAKER_03: I got a message.
- 7:15SPEAKER_03: I want to make sure it's not.
- 7:17SPEAKER_03: Our show is looping.
- 7:20SPEAKER_03: Keeps looping, same 10 seconds.
- 7:22SPEAKER_01: Uh-oh.
- 7:26SPEAKER_03: We're good now?
- 7:27SPEAKER_05: Really?
- 7:28SPEAKER_05: He said that's not good.
- 7:29SPEAKER_05: That's not good.
- 7:29SPEAKER_05: Oh.
- 7:30SPEAKER_01: Oh, I thought he said it's all good.
- 7:32SPEAKER_05: No.
- 7:33SPEAKER_05: He said that's not good.
- 7:36SPEAKER_01: How about now?
- 7:37SPEAKER_01: How about now?
- 7:39SPEAKER_01: How about it?
- 7:39SPEAKER_01: You know what?
- 7:40SPEAKER_03: We're gonna keep going.
- 7:41SPEAKER_03: And uh figure it out.
- 7:42SPEAKER_03: Is it still looping?
- 7:44SPEAKER_01: Is it on Facebook or is it on YouTube or what?
- 7:48SPEAKER_03: I get a text.
- 7:49SPEAKER_03: I'm sure it's Facebook.
- 7:51SPEAKER_03: I don't know that hardly anybody watches this on YouTube.
- 7:53SPEAKER_01: Mikey does.
- 7:54SPEAKER_03: I said hardly anybody.
- 7:56SPEAKER_03: Hardly.
- 7:57SPEAKER_03: Not nobody.
- 7:57SPEAKER_03: Nobody.
- 7:58SPEAKER_03: I didn't say nobody.
- 8:01SPEAKER_01: Oh, we do have some questions though.
- 8:03SPEAKER_01: Do you want to go over that?
- 8:04SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 8:04SPEAKER_01: About the Wawa.
- 8:06SPEAKER_03: I uh I actually went to the Wawa today.
- 8:08SPEAKER_03: Did you?
- 8:08SPEAKER_03: You went?
- 8:09SPEAKER_03: I did.
- 8:10SPEAKER_03: I got a soda.
- 8:11SPEAKER_01: Did you get a free t-shirt?
- 8:12SPEAKER_03: I no, I was it was way later in the day.
- 8:15SPEAKER_03: I uh I own a lot of t-shirts.
- 8:16SPEAKER_03: Last thing I need is a free Wawa t-shirt.
- 8:19unknown: Yeah.
- 8:19SPEAKER_03: But you know, when I walked in there, I was like, yeah, this is it's a gas station.
- 8:23SPEAKER_03: It's nice.
- 8:25SPEAKER_03: I uh I go to a lot of gas stations all over the world.
- 8:27SPEAKER_03: You travel a lot, yeah.
- 8:28SPEAKER_05: They're famous for their food.
- 8:30SPEAKER_01: They are famous for the food and their drinks.
- 8:32SPEAKER_05: It's their drinks.
- 8:33SPEAKER_05: They have the blender bar.
- 8:37SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 8:37SPEAKER_01: So if if you wanted like a Starbucks-ish type of drink, they can do it.
- 8:44SPEAKER_05: But they're also doing uh the vitamin B12 shot, um, like smoothies and uh I do gas stations.
- 8:53SPEAKER_05: Wawa is one step ahead of everybody, which everybody's trying to be like Wawa.
- 8:58SPEAKER_05: Um their food service, and that's what they're trying to get people in there on just not selling the gas.
- 9:03SPEAKER_05: But uh, you know, that's why Bucky's is so popular.
- 9:06SPEAKER_01: It's like going to a well, that's what it looked like this morning when I was going to work.
- 9:09SPEAKER_01: Because I work across the street from it.
- 9:12SPEAKER_01: And I was like, I went, I intentionally left for work like ten minutes early.
- 9:18SPEAKER_01: I don't know what I'm saying.
- 9:18SPEAKER_01: Thinking I would get a drink.
- 9:20SPEAKER_03: It's still looping.
- 9:22SPEAKER_01: It did not happen.
- 9:22SPEAKER_03: Is it looping uh just on Facebook?
- 9:26SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I said uh YouTube's fine.
- 9:32SPEAKER_01: Alright.
- 9:34SPEAKER_01: I watch on YouTube and comment on the uh Facebook.
- 9:36SPEAKER_01: Food's good too, so they can hear us.
- 9:41SPEAKER_04: I'm watching it on my phone and it's getting to a certain spot and then it's buffering and then it's playing again.
- 9:49SPEAKER_01: Oh, and it's a perfect spot where I'm looking like a turtle.
- 9:54SPEAKER_04: It's not with the internet because it could be the Chinese.
- 9:59SPEAKER_02: We could just keep going.
- 10:00SPEAKER_01: It's not the damn China.
- 10:02SPEAKER_05: What?
- 10:02SPEAKER_05: How do you know?
- 10:03SPEAKER_05: How do you know?
- 10:04SPEAKER_01: You're such a conspiracy theorist.
- 10:07SPEAKER_05: They sent a drone over, got rid of our internet.
- 10:10SPEAKER_03: You know, I promise you this if they come over, the first thing they're not gonna be worried about is our podcast.
- 10:15SPEAKER_03: That's the 50 million hunters out there sitting in the woods waiting for them.
- 10:19SPEAKER_03: Oh my god.
- 10:19SPEAKER_03: You know why no one will ever invade us?
- 10:22SPEAKER_03: That right there.
- 10:23SPEAKER_03: Oh my god, man.
- 10:25SPEAKER_02: That's just the registered ones.
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 10:28SPEAKER_02: Talk about the guys that aren't registered.
- 10:32SPEAKER_05: They better hope they don't drop down in Kentucky or Tennessee.
- 10:35SPEAKER_05: Anywhere, any fucking way.
- 10:36SPEAKER_02: I guarantee you, because Burt Reynolds with the crossbow is not gonna save your ass.
- 10:40SPEAKER_03: They could drop you could drop down in the most blue, you could drop down in California and you're still gonna get shot to pieces.
- 10:47SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 10:48SPEAKER_03: Everybody, there's more guns in this country than people.
- 10:50SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 10:51SPEAKER_03: And that's the truth.
- 10:52SPEAKER_01: Really?
- 10:53SPEAKER_01: Oh yes.
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: Yeah, there's like statistics on this.
- 10:56SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 10:57SPEAKER_01: Oh, well, I I I could probably guess that because I know a few people that probably have like 12.
- 11:03SPEAKER_05: Yeah, right.
- 11:04SPEAKER_05: Yeah, I have more guns in my house than I do my family.
- 11:07SPEAKER_05: So I mean that makes about sense.
- 11:09SPEAKER_04: It's just it's something with the internet because it's going back and forth.
- 11:14SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 11:15SPEAKER_04: Well, we'll just keep going.
- 11:16unknown: Yeah.
- 11:17SPEAKER_01: If people really want to do it, they can follow on the other end.
- 11:20SPEAKER_03: Is it looping on uh YouTube?
- 11:23SPEAKER_03: No, YouTube's fine.
- 11:27SPEAKER_01: All right, let's start all over.
- 11:29SPEAKER_01: It's the book face.
- 11:30SPEAKER_03: From the top.
- 11:32SPEAKER_03: Just for the audio.
- 11:34SPEAKER_03: My uh headset is the left side isn't working, the right side is.
- 11:39SPEAKER_01: You want to trade me?
- 11:42SPEAKER_01: You need more access than I do.
- 11:44SPEAKER_03: I can hear Jeremy.
- 11:45SPEAKER_03: I just need to hear him out of one ear.
- 11:46SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 11:47SPEAKER_03: There you go.
- 11:48SPEAKER_03: It's not that big of a deal.
- 11:51SPEAKER_03: I don't know if you mind, but I don't know.
- 11:52SPEAKER_03: Are you having a stroke?
- 11:54SPEAKER_01: Whistle.
- 11:55SPEAKER_03: There we go.
- 11:56SPEAKER_01: We're good.
- 11:56SPEAKER_01: We're good.
- 11:57SPEAKER_03: I've never heard that before until tonight.
- 12:00SPEAKER_01: Really?
- 12:00SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I swear to God.
- 12:01SPEAKER_03: It's fucking hot in here, though.
- 12:03SPEAKER_05: I will give you a tip.
- 12:04SPEAKER_05: You guys ready for this?
- 12:05SPEAKER_05: If you're having a heart attack, you gotta hum.
- 12:07SPEAKER_02: Hum?
- 12:08SPEAKER_05: Hum.
- 12:09SPEAKER_02: I ain't falling for that again.
- 12:10SPEAKER_05: No, seriously.
- 12:13SPEAKER_05: I'm on these nuts.
- 12:18SPEAKER_03: Are we still alive, by the way?
- 12:19SPEAKER_03: Yeah, we are.
- 12:20SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 12:20SPEAKER_02: Let's go.
- 12:21SPEAKER_03: Oh, we're not, but we're not moving.
- 12:24SPEAKER_05: Kimmy's moving.
- 12:25SPEAKER_05: Listen to her.
- 12:26SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you're still alive.
- 12:27SPEAKER_04: It's just Facebook keeps bumping.
- 12:29SPEAKER_04: All right.
- 12:30SPEAKER_03: I'll tell you what.
- 12:31SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 12:31SPEAKER_01: We'll keep going.
- 12:32SPEAKER_03: We're gonna start over just at the top.
- 12:34SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 12:35SPEAKER_03: I mean, we didn't make it anywhere.
- 12:37SPEAKER_01: At the top, make it start.
- 12:38SPEAKER_03: Just for the audio.
- 12:39SPEAKER_03: I I like to make the audio better on Buzz Sprout.
- 12:42SPEAKER_03: Even though most people watch us on Facebook.
- 12:45SPEAKER_03: By four.
- 12:45SPEAKER_03: It's not even quite 500, 600 of those.
- 12:49SPEAKER_03: All right, here we go.
- 12:50SPEAKER_03: Three, two.
- 12:53SPEAKER_03: Welcome to the After Two Beers podcast.
- 12:55SPEAKER_03: I'm Chris Dalton, joined as always by Kim Ross, Michael Summers, Jeremy Scretti sitting in the uh control room next to our good buddy Kevin Shook from downtown Richmond, Indiana.
- 13:06SPEAKER_03: We haven't talked about Richmond, Indiana as our home for a long time.
- 13:09SPEAKER_03: Not for that.
- 13:10SPEAKER_03: We haven't.
- 13:11SPEAKER_03: You know what?
- 13:11SPEAKER_03: I love the community.
- 13:12SPEAKER_03: I'm just, you know, throwing some love out there to it.
- 13:15SPEAKER_05: You got the whole city coming to your thing.
- 13:16SPEAKER_05: Yeah, the mic.
- 13:18SPEAKER_05: All 300 of them.
- 13:19SPEAKER_05: All 300.
- 13:20SPEAKER_05: Oh my god.
- 13:20SPEAKER_01: Are they into the meltdown first?
- 13:23SPEAKER_05: Meltdown and then line dancing.
- 13:24SPEAKER_05: They're all coming to see my fireworks first.
- 13:26SPEAKER_03: Oh, that's right.
- 13:28SPEAKER_03: If this is your first time hanging out with us, we greatly appreciate it.
- 13:31SPEAKER_03: We earn the name because we don't start recording until we've consumed at least two alcoholic beverages.
- 13:37SPEAKER_03: It's not because we're degenerates, it's basically because we think it helps us take the muffler off.
- 13:42SPEAKER_03: We speak with reality, or at least some of us do.
- 13:45SPEAKER_03: Kim, we have to pull along occasionally, but that, you know, she's pretty PC, aren't we?
- 13:50SPEAKER_03: You know, nothing wrong with that.
- 13:52SPEAKER_01: It's all right.
- 13:53SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 13:54SPEAKER_01: I'll accept it.
- 13:54SPEAKER_03: Uh on this week's show, we are gonna jump back into the A to B time machine and go back to 2012.
- 14:01SPEAKER_03: I got a story from Mexico.
- 14:03SPEAKER_03: You know, I honestly I didn't even think it was that long ago.
- 14:06SPEAKER_03: Amanda asked me, she goes, When did this happen?
- 14:08SPEAKER_03: I said, in 2012.
- 14:09SPEAKER_03: And I and she's like, Well, that's you know, is that that long?
- 14:14SPEAKER_03: And I was like, Holy shit, that's a 14 year old.
- 14:16SPEAKER_03: That's when you start to realize that you know you're getting old.
- 14:18SPEAKER_03: 2012 is a decade and a half ago.
- 14:21unknown: Good lord.
- 14:22SPEAKER_03: It's crazy.
- 14:23SPEAKER_03: Anyway, we're gonna talk about that.
- 14:24SPEAKER_03: A gentleman went fishing, and uh, well, he didn't make it home for a while.
- 14:29SPEAKER_03: For a little bit, for a minute.
- 14:31SPEAKER_03: We're gonna talk about that.
- 14:32SPEAKER_03: Plus, we got the crazy news stories that have happened around the world.
- 14:34SPEAKER_03: We'd love to share those just to give a little bit of uh, you know, sense of hey, just reality to things that kind of you know what?
- 14:44SPEAKER_03: There's yeah, exactly.
- 14:45SPEAKER_03: It's kind of like people watching.
- 14:47SPEAKER_03: I realize now that the reason I people watch is because it makes me feel better about me as a human being.
- 14:52SPEAKER_03: The older I get, the more I love people watching, and it's because people are fucking weird.
- 14:56SPEAKER_03: People are weird, and they're everywhere, and they're proud about it.
- 15:01SPEAKER_01: What Walmart should do is have an observation deck with a bar.
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: Oh yes.
- 15:07SPEAKER_01: Tell me you wouldn't go there.
- 15:09SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
- 15:09SPEAKER_01: Uh, just as a beverage and just watch people being there.
- 15:14SPEAKER_03: It could be really bad though.
- 15:16SPEAKER_03: Or amazing.
- 15:17SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 15:18SPEAKER_03: If you add in gambling, oh yeah, so that's a thing going on locally, right?
- 15:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 15:25SPEAKER_01: What is what are you guys' thoughts on that?
- 15:27SPEAKER_03: About Richmond needing a casino?
- 15:29SPEAKER_01: Not needing one, but bringing one.
- 15:31SPEAKER_01: We don't need it.
- 15:33SPEAKER_05: Yeah, we do.
- 15:34SPEAKER_05: You might be able to fill those apartments up if you do.
- 15:37SPEAKER_01: Hey, you know what?
- 15:38SPEAKER_01: If nothing else, it's gonna bring in some good tax money.
- 15:42SPEAKER_02: Bring in the tax money, man.
- 15:43SPEAKER_03: Hey, you know what?
- 15:44SPEAKER_03: That's how I look at it.
- 15:45SPEAKER_03: I mean, do I think we need a Richmond?
- 15:48SPEAKER_03: Obviously, doesn't need a no one needs a casino.
- 15:52SPEAKER_03: The idea is that it brings in individuals that I enjoy casino.
- 15:56SPEAKER_03: I'm not hating on casino, right?
- 15:57SPEAKER_03: Right, right.
- 15:58SPEAKER_03: Right?
- 15:58SPEAKER_03: Actually, the probably the worst thing that would happen for locals is they build a casino.
- 16:02SPEAKER_03: A guy like that.
- 16:05SPEAKER_03: Oh, I have a compulsive personality.
- 16:06SPEAKER_03: The last thing I need is something like that.
- 16:09SPEAKER_03: That I'm like, oh shit, I got nothing to do for two hours.
- 16:13SPEAKER_03: Oh, tell me there's a poker room and tell me I'm broke.
- 16:16SPEAKER_03: Yeah, right.
- 16:17SPEAKER_03: That's all I'm saying.
- 16:18SPEAKER_03: That's my own.
- 16:19SPEAKER_03: No, from the aspect of bringing people to the community, I think it's a great idea, but there's so many now.
- 16:26SPEAKER_03: You're not competing.
- 16:28SPEAKER_03: Well, this is to replace one, too.
- 16:30SPEAKER_03: They said you were closing one to remove it.
- 16:32SPEAKER_03: Yeah, but it's the one that's on the river, or just that one down there.
- 16:36SPEAKER_03: But it's been basically replaced by the hard rock in Cincinnati, right?
- 16:41SPEAKER_03: Which has concerts.
- 16:42SPEAKER_01: But you still have to go 45 minutes from here to hit one.
- 16:46SPEAKER_03: No, no, no.
- 16:46SPEAKER_03: I'm not yeah, but what I'm saying is Richmond as a community, the population isn't that large.
- 16:53SPEAKER_01: We can accept those dollars.
- 16:54SPEAKER_01: That's oh no, no, no.
- 16:55SPEAKER_03: That's what I I'm agreeing with you.
- 16:57SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I'm saying that uh it's not like it was 20 years ago, yeah.
- 17:02SPEAKER_03: Where it was the first one in my like for hundreds of miles, right?
- 17:06SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah.
- 17:07SPEAKER_03: And I and the only negative to it would be is if locals get hooked to it, but you're an adult, you should be able to do whatever the hell you want.
- 17:17SPEAKER_01: You can't protect people from themselves.
- 17:20SPEAKER_05: The only reason that one's down there is because when they first came about, they had to be on the river and go on the river and go out.
- 17:27SPEAKER_05: Right?
- 17:28SPEAKER_05: And that's the reason why now they don't have to do that no more.
- 17:31SPEAKER_05: So now that one's just kind of stuck.
- 17:33SPEAKER_03: Yeah, but here you look locally, right?
- 17:36SPEAKER_03: So you have one in Anderson, you have one in northern Cincinnati, Miami County, or Miami Shelbyville.
- 17:44SPEAKER_03: Uh Shelbyville, Cincinnati has one.
- 17:47SPEAKER_03: Dayton have one?
- 17:48SPEAKER_03: Yes, Hollywood.
- 17:49SPEAKER_03: Hollywood, yep, Dayton.
- 17:51SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so there you go.
- 17:52SPEAKER_03: You're and that's my whole thing.
- 17:54SPEAKER_03: Now, people love to gamble, and I and I'm with you.
- 17:56SPEAKER_03: If it's gonna bring money in and I'm all for it, I just don't think it's it's um we'll do the podcast.
- 18:04SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 18:04SPEAKER_01: Like I'm I'm thinking on it.
- 18:06SPEAKER_01: So I'm thinking that just since they started changing, so essentially they're called e-tickets, right?
- 18:13SPEAKER_01: Where the pull tickets, but it's a machine.
- 18:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah, people love pushing that button, and it's like you said, it's a compulsive thing.
- 18:21SPEAKER_03: Push that button.
- 18:22SPEAKER_01: I love that sound, they love that new bells and whistles.
- 18:24SPEAKER_01: I think that if you had been like, Do you want to buy some pull tabs or do you want to hit that machine?
- 18:29SPEAKER_01: People are gonna hit that machine.
- 18:31SPEAKER_01: And I think that it's brought a lot of people into different places.
- 18:34SPEAKER_03: Yeah, well, it it is.
- 18:36SPEAKER_03: First of all, in a pull tab, you have to have a win to fill the endorphins.
- 18:41SPEAKER_03: Yeah, but on one of those machines, you can win 80 cents, and it's like, oh shit, I just did something as long as it ding ding ding ding dings, you're good.
- 18:49SPEAKER_03: You won a quarter.
- 18:50SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah, I did.
- 18:51SPEAKER_03: So I don't know.
- 18:52SPEAKER_05: I hope they do bring it because I'm gonna put a fireworks store right next to it.
- 18:55SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you are that we've already that's the thing, man.
- 18:59SPEAKER_03: Like, it's uh if we bring one, I don't know, man.
- 19:04SPEAKER_03: We have a tendency in this community to get overexcited about shit that isn't that big of a deal.
- 19:08SPEAKER_03: Does it never pan out?
- 19:09SPEAKER_03: Well, like this whole community, and I'm Target.
- 19:12SPEAKER_03: I'm not even talking about target, I'm talking about the total eclipse.
- 19:16SPEAKER_03: Oh man, the total eclipse.
- 19:18SPEAKER_03: Everybody in this community It was really cool, though.
- 19:20SPEAKER_03: No, the event was amazing.
- 19:22SPEAKER_03: Hey, my event was awesome.
- 19:24SPEAKER_03: But people in this community thought there'd be hundreds of thousands of people coming in.
- 19:28SPEAKER_03: Nobody showed up because it's everywhere, it wasn't unique to this one community, yeah.
- 19:35SPEAKER_03: And uh I that's my only thing.
- 19:37SPEAKER_03: I love this community.
- 19:38SPEAKER_03: The only time that I get it's not even frustrated, it's just Debbie Downer.
- 19:42SPEAKER_03: It's not even that.
- 19:44SPEAKER_03: I think people get over excited about things that that people need to get excited though, yeah.
- 19:49SPEAKER_03: Until it costs me tax dollars.
- 19:51SPEAKER_05: Well, that's your side.
- 19:53SPEAKER_05: People do need to be excited because if everybody felt negative, it'd be a bad place, bro.
- 19:59SPEAKER_05: I'm not I'm just saying why do you think we do this show?
- 20:02SPEAKER_05: I know, but but I'm saying people would get excited about that.
- 20:06SPEAKER_05: It is something to be cool.
- 20:07SPEAKER_05: I think it'd be cool.
- 20:09SPEAKER_05: Now, I think there's other things that would happen, and you're right, we would probably have some down.
- 20:13SPEAKER_02: Now, what if it was more than casino, like a dog track?
- 20:15SPEAKER_05: Yeah, I'm in.
- 20:16SPEAKER_03: I feel bad for the dogs, man.
- 20:18SPEAKER_03: I'm an animal guy.
- 20:20SPEAKER_01: I was gonna say, so I went to a dog track thing and I was like, it was so cool.
- 20:24SPEAKER_01: But are horse tracking?
- 20:25SPEAKER_01: What happens to those dogs?
- 20:26SPEAKER_01: Where do they live?
- 20:27SPEAKER_03: You know, a big thing, it's a big dog, bro.
- 20:31SPEAKER_05: People can't take care of horses, they just love dogs.
- 20:33SPEAKER_03: Nah, man.
- 20:34SPEAKER_03: I I shit.
- 20:35SPEAKER_03: There's mass casualty places.
- 20:37SPEAKER_02: I had a cousin that had them retired racing greyhounds, and once they got out, he goes, I would just let him run and follow them in the car because I'm not gonna teach them.
- 20:45SPEAKER_05: There's not too many more dog tracks left.
- 20:47SPEAKER_01: Like no, uh, yeah.
- 20:49SPEAKER_01: Like they made it, yeah.
- 20:52SPEAKER_01: They shut him a lot of them down.
- 20:53SPEAKER_01: Like even the one in Tampa, I think that they've shut the dog track part of it down.
- 20:57SPEAKER_03: It's involved with animals that are basically running for the juice and life.
- 21:02SPEAKER_03: Exactly.
- 21:02SPEAKER_01: But they love running.
- 21:04SPEAKER_01: What story you got tonight?
- 21:05SPEAKER_01: Yeah, let's go.
- 21:07SPEAKER_03: Thank God, man.
- 21:08SPEAKER_03: Squirrel! Uh, I you know, here's the weird part.
- 21:11SPEAKER_03: We've already done one open, so I don't know if I've thanked our sponsors on this version or not.
- 21:15SPEAKER_03: I don't think we have.
- 21:16SPEAKER_03: Let's do it.
- 21:17SPEAKER_03: I did on the one of the other.
- 21:18SPEAKER_03: We'll do it anyway.
- 21:19SPEAKER_03: Uh, thanks to our sponsors uh that make this show possible.
- 21:22SPEAKER_03: First of all, our Patreon sponsors, this show specifically.
- 21:25SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you know, we do trivia things here in the community and theme nights, but uh it's patreon.com backslash after two beers.
- 21:32SPEAKER_03: That's actually what keeps this show going, and I mean that legitimately.
- 21:35SPEAKER_03: Yeah, we use the funds we raise from that uh to pay our buzz sprout, which gets us on iTunes and Spotify.
- 21:46SPEAKER_03: Um, and then thanks to our good buddy Kevin Shook, who has this amazing studio that he's built.
- 21:51SPEAKER_03: Yeah, uh, that's what puts us on Facebook and YouTube.
- 21:54SPEAKER_03: So uh without those funds, uh, we couldn't do it.
- 21:57SPEAKER_03: So thank you, first of all, and by far the most to Patreon.
- 22:00SPEAKER_03: This is where we started.
- 22:01SPEAKER_03: Chris, how do they how do they do that?
- 22:02SPEAKER_03: Tell them how they just go to after just go to patreon.com backslash after two beers.
- 22:08SPEAKER_03: Or just go to aftertwobeers.com and there's a link right there as well.
- 22:13SPEAKER_03: And for as little as three dollars a month, three dollars.
- 22:17SPEAKER_03: Uh you can help sponsor us and keep us going.
- 22:20SPEAKER_03: Help us out today.
- 22:22SPEAKER_03: Yeah, this is like a PBS thing, you know.
- 22:24SPEAKER_05: Like we'll put pudding in a commercial and make him crying and sad.
- 22:28SPEAKER_02: For three dollars a day.
- 22:30SPEAKER_02: Oh, it's empty.
- 22:32SPEAKER_02: You could provide some more.
- 22:35SPEAKER_03: Please, can I have some more?
- 22:37SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 22:39SPEAKER_03: I wouldn't give.
- 22:40SPEAKER_03: I want to go sign up now.
- 22:41SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 22:42SPEAKER_03: After seeing that.
- 22:44SPEAKER_03: So sad.
- 22:45SPEAKER_03: I want to give.
- 22:46SPEAKER_03: Oh, putting you burn three dollars for me.
- 22:48SPEAKER_03: I guarantee you that.
- 22:50SPEAKER_03: Oh, wow.
- 22:52SPEAKER_03: Thanks to those guys.
- 22:52SPEAKER_03: Thanks to our buddy Kevin Shook this Saturday coming up here locally.
- 22:57SPEAKER_03: Um, if you've been watching us live, you're probably tired of hearing about it.
- 23:00SPEAKER_03: But we're doing a uh 90s country theme uh this weekend at uh eight o'clock here at the local moose.
- 23:07SPEAKER_03: We'd love to have you stop and hang out with us and we're gonna go back to some old school days.
- 23:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah, bring your boot scootin' boogie boots.
- 23:15SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 23:15SPEAKER_03: Coming up on this week's show, we're gonna talk about a guy that went on fish trip.
- 23:20SPEAKER_03: I swear I feel like I'm in like the ground off there.
- 23:24SPEAKER_03: You know what?
- 23:25SPEAKER_03: Fuck it.
- 23:25SPEAKER_03: Let's just go.
- 23:26SPEAKER_03: We're doing live.
- 23:27SPEAKER_03: We're doing it live.
- 23:28SPEAKER_03: We're doing it.
- 23:29SPEAKER_03: All right, we're jumping in the A to B time machine this time.
- 23:32SPEAKER_03: We're going back to 2012.
- 23:34SPEAKER_03: Okay, and we are in Mexico.
- 23:36SPEAKER_03: There's a gentleman there named Jose Salvador Alvarenga.
- 23:42SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 23:43SPEAKER_01: I heard that twirl.
- 23:44SPEAKER_01: I've heard him tongue.
- 23:44SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 23:46SPEAKER_03: Yeah, Jose.
- 23:47SPEAKER_03: Jose.
- 23:48SPEAKER_03: Um can you see?
- 23:51SPEAKER_03: Oh my god.
- 23:52SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 23:52SPEAKER_03: Squirrel.
- 23:54SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 23:54SPEAKER_03: This is why the show takes forever.
- 23:55SPEAKER_03: Jose was heading out of Mexico, what was supposed to be a normal fishing trip.
- 24:00SPEAKER_03: He hopped on his little boat, like, you know, you know, go out and hang out and have a good time.
- 24:04SPEAKER_03: And a massive storm hit.
- 24:06SPEAKER_03: Oh no.
- 24:07SPEAKER_03: This was not good.
- 24:07SPEAKER_03: It caused the engine to die, the radio died, the GPS died.
- 24:11SPEAKER_03: This guy was out floating in the middle of the Pacific Ocean completely by himself.
- 24:18SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 24:18SPEAKER_03: Like a Tom Hanks movie.
- 24:20SPEAKER_03: Well said.
- 24:21SPEAKER_03: Let me ask you two a question.
- 24:22SPEAKER_03: No, no.
- 24:23SPEAKER_03: And three.
- 24:24SPEAKER_03: Well, and Nick is in there as well.
- 24:26SPEAKER_03: Four or five.
- 24:27SPEAKER_03: How long could you last on a boat?
- 24:30SPEAKER_03: Not a raft, not an inflatable raft.
- 24:32SPEAKER_03: He was on a boat.
- 24:34SPEAKER_03: But how long could you last in the ocean by God?
- 24:37SPEAKER_01: Probably not very long.
- 24:38SPEAKER_03: No.
- 24:39SPEAKER_01: I avoid them, honestly.
- 24:41SPEAKER_01: On the ocean.
- 24:42SPEAKER_01: With what?
- 24:43SPEAKER_05: With any amenities or no?
- 24:45SPEAKER_05: Or no water?
- 24:45SPEAKER_05: No what?
- 24:46SPEAKER_05: Nothing.
- 24:47SPEAKER_03: You're on a boat, bro.
- 24:48SPEAKER_05: Just on a boat.
- 24:48SPEAKER_05: You're on a boat.
- 24:49SPEAKER_03: The big boat and small.
- 24:50SPEAKER_01: He only probably prepared himself for like a three-hour tour.
- 24:56SPEAKER_02: Yeah, right.
- 24:57SPEAKER_03: He would have been better if it wasn't for the uh you know the millionaire and his wife.
- 25:02SPEAKER_03: I'm thinking like a little rowboat where I'm sure he had a decent sized boat where he'd get underneath.
- 25:06SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 25:07SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 25:08SPEAKER_03: I'd love to see the picture of the boat.
- 25:09SPEAKER_03: Uh now he was adrift for over 438 days.
- 25:14SPEAKER_03: No way.
- 25:15SPEAKER_03: Holy cow.
- 25:16SPEAKER_03: That's a over a year.
- 25:18SPEAKER_03: 14 months.
- 25:19SPEAKER_03: Adrift.
- 25:20SPEAKER_03: Adrift.
- 25:20SPEAKER_03: She had to be catching fish.
- 25:22SPEAKER_03: For 14 months.
- 25:24SPEAKER_02: Catching fish and eating their body.
- 25:25SPEAKER_03: Nobody drinked him.
- 25:26SPEAKER_03: No rescue.
- 25:27SPEAKER_03: Well, I'm glad you asked that.
- 25:29SPEAKER_03: He survived basically becoming a uh he came a trash panda.
- 25:34SPEAKER_03: He uh ate a lot of raw fish.
- 25:36SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 25:36SPEAKER_03: He ate raw birds.
- 25:39SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 25:39SPEAKER_03: He ate raw turtles.
- 25:41unknown: Yeah.
- 25:42SPEAKER_03: He would drink rainwater.
- 25:43SPEAKER_03: He drank turtles' blood and occasionally had to drink his own pee.
- 25:47SPEAKER_01: I was gonna say, urine is better than drinking the salt water.
- 25:50SPEAKER_03: Oh.
- 25:51SPEAKER_03: I mean, yeah.
- 25:51SPEAKER_05: Oh, you can't drink salt water.
- 25:53SPEAKER_05: No.
- 25:53SPEAKER_02: If you can collect the rainwater.
- 25:55SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
- 25:55SPEAKER_02: Yeah, but you're afraid of it.
- 25:57SPEAKER_02: That's no way.
- 25:58SPEAKER_03: That's the boat.
- 26:00SPEAKER_03: 438 days.
- 26:03SPEAKER_03: Jose was floating on this thing.
- 26:05SPEAKER_03: There's no way.
- 26:06SPEAKER_03: After 438 days.
- 26:07SPEAKER_01: He has no skin cells left because they've been burnt off.
- 26:11SPEAKER_03: His boat randomly washed up on a remote island in the Marshall Islands, which is over 7,000 miles from where he started.
- 26:21SPEAKER_03: No way.
- 26:23SPEAKER_03: They uh when they found him, the locals said he was barely clothed, barely alive.
- 26:28SPEAKER_03: He basically was like a human beef jerky stick, you know what I mean?
- 26:31SPEAKER_03: Oh, absolutely.
- 26:32SPEAKER_03: Looks like somebody smoked too much.
- 26:34SPEAKER_03: It's hard to believe, man.
- 26:36SPEAKER_03: Now you're not gonna believe this.
- 26:38SPEAKER_03: People didn't believe him.
- 26:39SPEAKER_03: Because would you?
- 26:41SPEAKER_03: I mean, honestly.
- 26:42SPEAKER_03: No, not that long.
- 26:44SPEAKER_03: Experts questioned it and lawsuits happened, but uh it was actually backed up that his drift was possible.
- 26:50SPEAKER_03: The guy was lawsuits.
- 26:51SPEAKER_03: Who's suing who?
- 26:52SPEAKER_03: Oh my god.
- 26:53SPEAKER_03: That takes us to the second part of this story.
- 26:56SPEAKER_03: Don't tell me there's something else.
- 26:58SPEAKER_03: There is what man, it's after two beers.
- 27:00SPEAKER_03: Still, the fact that this guy was out in the water for 438 days isn't what makes this even more interesting.
- 27:08SPEAKER_03: He got sued by a family.
- 27:11SPEAKER_03: What?
- 27:11SPEAKER_03: Well, see what happened was there was a guy that had left with him named Ezekiel.
- 27:17SPEAKER_03: He's gone.
- 27:18SPEAKER_03: Oh, Ezekiel didn't make it to the island.
- 27:20SPEAKER_03: Now, the way that Jose tells the story is that Ezekiel didn't want to eat raw animals, and so Ezekiel passed to the environment, which actually makes a lot of sense.
- 27:30SPEAKER_03: Now, Jose actually released a book, and once the book came out, that family was like, Hey, what the fuck's up with Ezekiel?
- 27:38SPEAKER_03: Where'd he go?
- 27:38SPEAKER_03: Where'd he go, buddy?
- 27:39SPEAKER_03: And he said he didn't want to eat that stuff, so he um he died, which I can imagine what happened, but uh he gave him a burial at sea.
- 27:48SPEAKER_00: Okay, which is nice.
- 27:49SPEAKER_03: Yeah, but the family sued him because they didn't buy that.
- 27:52SPEAKER_03: They wanted they sued him because of cannibalism.
- 27:56SPEAKER_03: Oh, no way.
- 27:57SPEAKER_03: They said he ate Ezekiel.
- 28:00SPEAKER_03: Now there was no evidence, no one saw he said no.
- 28:04SPEAKER_01: I don't eat raw meat.
- 28:06SPEAKER_03: No, no, the other guy did.
- 28:08SPEAKER_03: Jose's like, you know, when you die, I'm gonna eat your ass.
- 28:11SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna eat it.
- 28:12SPEAKER_03: Oh I'm gonna eat your ass in a date way.
- 28:16SPEAKER_03: Not like in a 2026 going on the date way.
- 28:20SPEAKER_03: You're gonna rip it, you're gonna rip it wide open chew on it a little bit.
- 28:24SPEAKER_03: Well, if you hang it in the salt water, it should like pickle it or pucker it.
- 28:30SPEAKER_03: Pickle it.
- 28:31SPEAKER_01: Oh you hang it in the salt water, and sharks are other things are gonna eat that.
- 28:36SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you know what I Jeremy, you asked me earlier.
- 28:39SPEAKER_03: You you made a thing, a comment about us making money, and I'm just trying to make people happy, and the life is tough.
- 28:45SPEAKER_03: You know, on back-to-back shows, I have shared the story of a gentleman that jumped off the Eiffel Tower and just fucking fell.
- 28:51SPEAKER_00: Just fell.
- 28:52SPEAKER_03: And they videotaped it.
- 28:54SPEAKER_03: And now we're talking about a guy that lasted for a year and a half on a boat.
- 28:59SPEAKER_03: Boat.
- 29:00SPEAKER_03: And got sued for cannibalism.
- 29:03SPEAKER_03: This is why I love real life.
- 29:04SPEAKER_03: Did he prove it?
- 29:05SPEAKER_03: Did he lose or win?
- 29:06SPEAKER_03: Prove it.
- 29:07SPEAKER_03: No, he won because he ate that butthole.
- 29:11SPEAKER_03: You can't prove it.
- 29:12SPEAKER_03: Oh, dude.
- 29:12SPEAKER_03: You know, in the Sahara, that's how the animals start.
- 29:15SPEAKER_03: They go right for the butthole.
- 29:17SPEAKER_03: I and I'm serious about this.
- 29:19SPEAKER_03: They can reach the organs and shit and pull that stuff out of there.
- 29:22SPEAKER_05: If he would have had cocaine on that boat, he wouldn't have lasted that long.
- 29:25SPEAKER_05: Everybody got blown up.
- 29:27SPEAKER_03: If he had a cocaine on that boat, he'd have been home.
- 29:30SPEAKER_03: He would have found it.
- 29:33SPEAKER_03: I don't need no motor.
- 29:34SPEAKER_03: I'm coming.
- 29:35SPEAKER_03: You tell me Michael Irvin couldn't have been home in two days.
- 29:44SPEAKER_03: That guy had booger sugar boogers that look like icebergs.
- 29:47SPEAKER_03: I guarantee you.
- 29:48SPEAKER_03: Yeah, he did.
- 29:49SPEAKER_03: Man, anybody takes your belt off.
- 29:51SPEAKER_05: Now we know what happened to Ezekiel.
- 29:53unknown: Ezekiel.
- 29:54SPEAKER_01: Toodaloo.
- 29:54SPEAKER_03: Toodles, motherfucker.
- 29:56SPEAKER_01: He started showing illness and he was like, pushed him over.
- 29:59SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 30:00SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 30:00SPEAKER_03: How long I couldn't do it.
- 30:02SPEAKER_03: Could you imagine spending, like, even not on a boat?
- 30:05SPEAKER_03: Let's say you're on an island, like Castaway.
- 30:08SPEAKER_03: Like, at what point does like I don't know, I'd be pretty quiet to be nice.
- 30:12SPEAKER_05: I could have done the island shit.
- 30:14SPEAKER_03: Dude, you can't survive in Richmond.
- 30:16SPEAKER_05: You're I could I could die.
- 30:17SPEAKER_05: I could do the island shit.
- 30:18SPEAKER_04: You're in the hospital.
- 30:19SPEAKER_05: No, I could do the doctor.
- 30:22SPEAKER_05: DoorDash.
- 30:23SPEAKER_05: Door dash.
- 30:24SPEAKER_05: Which brings up the new movie.
- 30:26SPEAKER_05: I can't wait to see it.
- 30:28SPEAKER_05: Where the boss gives the lady shit.
- 30:30SPEAKER_05: Oh, yeah.
- 30:30SPEAKER_05: And they go down in a plane and they're on the island together.
- 30:34SPEAKER_05: Have you seen the previous movie?
- 30:35SPEAKER_05: I've seen the previous.
- 30:36SPEAKER_01: I haven't watched the show.
- 30:37SPEAKER_05: I want to see that.
- 30:38SPEAKER_01: I do kind of want to watch that.
- 30:40SPEAKER_03: So who would be the worst person to be on an island with?
- 30:43SPEAKER_03: Me.
- 30:44SPEAKER_03: No.
- 30:46SPEAKER_03: Your ex-wife.
- 30:49SPEAKER_03: Which one?
- 30:51SPEAKER_03: Doesn't matter.
- 30:55SPEAKER_03: Hey man.
- 30:56SPEAKER_03: I didn't know this was multiple choice.
- 31:00SPEAKER_02: It might be a good thing.
- 31:01SPEAKER_02: Then you just tea all the above.
- 31:06SPEAKER_05: Would you be a cannibal if the if it was you know the person you didn't like?
- 31:10SPEAKER_05: Would you eat that other person if you didn't like them?
- 31:13SPEAKER_02: Of course.
- 31:14SPEAKER_02: I'd freaking eat that shit.
- 31:16SPEAKER_03: Man, if there was fire.
- 31:17SPEAKER_01: They were probably salty.
- 31:19SPEAKER_02: I'd make my own barbecue sauce out of something.
- 31:21SPEAKER_01: Gang turtle on an island, Nick McGraw.
- 31:24SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 31:26SPEAKER_03: I'm not going to island with that guy.
- 31:28SPEAKER_03: Right?
- 31:28SPEAKER_03: That took a drastic turn.
- 31:30SPEAKER_01: Well, you were talking about that they were eating their asshole first.
- 31:35SPEAKER_02: That sounds like a new show on Gangbang Island.
- 31:39SPEAKER_03: Survivor.
- 31:40SPEAKER_03: Gangbang Island.
- 31:41SPEAKER_03: They got rid of real sex and brought back Gangbang Island.
- 31:45SPEAKER_03: Actually, it sounds like a cinema.
- 31:46SPEAKER_03: Actually, it's not even saying that.
- 31:47SPEAKER_01: It's probably a dating dating show.
- 31:49SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 31:50SPEAKER_03: Anyway.
- 31:50SPEAKER_03: Love?
- 31:51SPEAKER_01: Nope.
- 31:52SPEAKER_01: No love island.
- 31:53SPEAKER_01: It's gangbang island.
- 31:54SPEAKER_02: Gangbang Island.
- 31:55SPEAKER_02: I'm going to live in an island by myself.
- 31:57SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I could do it.
- 31:58SPEAKER_01: Next on Gangbang Island.
- 31:59SPEAKER_01: I'd eat that.
- 32:00SPEAKER_02: I'd hunt them down.
- 32:01SPEAKER_02: Weed ass.
- 32:04SPEAKER_03: I love this show.
- 32:06SPEAKER_01: All right.
- 32:11SPEAKER_03: I used to try to bring up stuff that just happened recently, and I realized that if I go back in time, I can find some really cool shit.
- 32:17SPEAKER_03: Good stuff.
- 32:17SPEAKER_03: Yeah, this one came from 2025 in China.
- 32:21SPEAKER_03: And I actually I'm not hating on these guys for this.
- 32:24SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 32:25SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 32:26SPEAKER_03: Picture this.
- 32:26SPEAKER_03: I've got it.
- 32:27SPEAKER_03: You and two of your buddies.
- 32:28SPEAKER_03: Let's say it's me and Scarpetti.
- 32:30SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 32:30SPEAKER_03: We're out drinking.
- 32:32SPEAKER_03: Love it.
- 32:32SPEAKER_03: Love it already.
- 32:33SPEAKER_01: Where am I in this?
- 32:35SPEAKER_03: No, you probably I could have one and I have to go home.
- 32:39unknown: Ow.
- 32:40SPEAKER_03: Vacuuming with one of your 16 vacuums.
- 32:43SPEAKER_01: I've got floors to vacuum.
- 32:45SPEAKER_05: She's on Gang Bang Island.
- 32:46SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 32:48SPEAKER_03: So, anyways, the three of us have been out drinking.
- 32:52SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 32:52SPEAKER_03: And uh, let's say putting it your car.
- 32:54SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 32:55SPEAKER_03: And you're like, man, I do not want to leave it in this lot.
- 32:57SPEAKER_03: I got a buddy that owns a car shop, auto shop down the block.
- 33:03SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 33:04SPEAKER_03: Third of a mile.
- 33:06SPEAKER_03: Let's push it.
- 33:07unknown: Oh.
- 33:07SPEAKER_03: And we'll leave it in his lot.
- 33:10SPEAKER_03: Right?
- 33:10SPEAKER_03: We're not driving it.
- 33:12SPEAKER_03: We're pushing.
- 33:13SPEAKER_03: We're pushing it.
- 33:14SPEAKER_03: And that's what happened.
- 33:15SPEAKER_03: Push a road.
- 33:16SPEAKER_03: Videos of this too.
- 33:17SPEAKER_03: Three guys, they had finished the night of drinking and they spotted their car and they realized, well, shit, we probably shouldn't be driving.
- 33:24SPEAKER_03: So they pushed their car a third of the mile down the road to the repair shop.
- 33:29SPEAKER_03: So technically, no one was driving.
- 33:34SPEAKER_03: And it did, it worked.
- 33:36SPEAKER_01: As long as the keys are not in the ignition.
- 33:39SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 33:39SPEAKER_01: It's the keys in the ignition that is the legal problem.
- 33:41SPEAKER_03: Well, they can't tell who put the keys in it, though.
- 33:43SPEAKER_03: It doesn't even have to be in the ignition.
- 33:45SPEAKER_03: It has to be inside the vehicle.
- 33:47SPEAKER_01: If you're sleeping in your vehicle and the keys are in the ignition, you can get yeah, exactly.
- 33:52SPEAKER_03: But if they're in your pocket, you can still get in trouble.
- 33:55SPEAKER_03: I was being a dick.
- 33:57SPEAKER_03: I know a guy that used to have a few too many at the ribeye here locally.
- 34:01SPEAKER_01: The ribeye?
- 34:02SPEAKER_01: That's been a while.
- 34:03SPEAKER_03: And he would take a nap in his truck and he would put his keys in the tail in the bed of the truck because they're not in the cab.
- 34:10SPEAKER_03: They're not with me.
- 34:11SPEAKER_03: Put them in a trunk.
- 34:12SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 34:12SPEAKER_03: I know a guy that fell asleep in the car without the keys in the ignition and got a DUI for it.
- 34:18unknown: Really?
- 34:19SPEAKER_03: It's all cops' discretion, I bet.
- 34:21SPEAKER_03: Oh, it is.
- 34:22SPEAKER_03: That's why you gotta be nice to cops.
- 34:23SPEAKER_03: Absolutely.
- 34:24SPEAKER_03: You know?
- 34:24SPEAKER_01: I think we know the city.
- 34:27SPEAKER_03: Here's these three gentlemen.
- 34:28SPEAKER_03: They're pushing their car down the road.
- 34:30SPEAKER_03: Now, uh, here's what it's good and bad about this thing.
- 34:33SPEAKER_03: Uh, Karma showed up and uh they did receive a fine.
- 34:37SPEAKER_03: They had violated a road traffic rule by pushing the car along public lanes without authorization.
- 34:43SPEAKER_03: Basically, they got in trouble for having a parade.
- 34:47SPEAKER_03: So that was basically just a parade.
- 34:49SPEAKER_02: Uh, you didn't have the right uh permission.
- 34:51SPEAKER_02: Why are their shirts off?
- 34:53SPEAKER_01: Why not?
- 34:54SPEAKER_01: Have you ever pushed a car?
- 34:56SPEAKER_01: It's sweaty business.
- 34:57SPEAKER_05: I just don't understand why their shirts are off.
- 35:00SPEAKER_03: They're not coming from Chippendales.
- 35:02SPEAKER_03: If you look at the license plate, it's clearly from Gangbang Island.
- 35:06SPEAKER_03: Right?
- 35:06SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 35:07SPEAKER_03: They uh they pushed their cars down.
- 35:09SPEAKER_03: They got a Didn't get a DUI ticket.
- 35:12SPEAKER_03: Instead, they got a blocking the road and misusing the roadway.
- 35:16SPEAKER_03: But uh you can go back to the city.
- 35:18SPEAKER_02: Where were they gonna push it?
- 35:19SPEAKER_02: On a sidewalk, and then we got in trouble for that too.
- 35:21SPEAKER_03: Fuck.
- 35:22SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's why we have that bike path here in town.
- 35:24SPEAKER_01: Right, the car with it.
- 35:27SPEAKER_05: I think they all got together.
- 35:28SPEAKER_05: So let's take our shirts off.
- 35:30SPEAKER_05: Matthew McConnell.
- 35:31SPEAKER_05: Somebody's taking pictures.
- 35:32SPEAKER_01: We gotta do this.
- 35:33SPEAKER_01: Well, Jeremy, go ahead.
- 35:34SPEAKER_02: Take your shirt off, buddy.
- 35:35SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 35:36SPEAKER_03: I got baloney nipples.
- 35:38SPEAKER_03: Jeez.
- 35:38SPEAKER_03: Here we go.
- 35:39SPEAKER_03: Anyway.
- 35:40SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 35:40SPEAKER_03: Here's our second story.
- 35:42SPEAKER_03: We're gonna stick in the great country of China.
- 35:45SPEAKER_03: Love it.
- 35:45SPEAKER_03: This one came uh, I think this was back in the mid-20 teens.
- 35:50SPEAKER_03: They got pussy.
- 35:51SPEAKER_03: Uh excuse me.
- 35:52SPEAKER_03: Uh-huh.
- 35:53SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 35:54SPEAKER_03: Uh there was a giant panda at a breeding center there, and keepers were getting really excited.
- 36:01SPEAKER_03: They went to a live stream for the first panda birth ever.
- 36:05SPEAKER_03: Big deal.
- 36:06SPEAKER_03: Yeah, the six-year-old panda named Iheen.
- 36:10SPEAKER_03: Um why are you laughing?
- 36:12SPEAKER_03: I pronounced it.
- 36:14SPEAKER_03: That's how you pronounce it.
- 36:16SPEAKER_03: Iheen had shown the classic signs of pregnancy.
- 36:20SPEAKER_03: She had a lower appetite, slower movement, hormonal changes.
- 36:23SPEAKER_03: So the tra uh staff.
- 36:26SPEAKER_03: The staff treated her like royalty.
- 36:28SPEAKER_03: She got her own air-conditioned room, round-the-clock care, stockpiles of buns, fruit, and extra bamboo.
- 36:35SPEAKER_03: Nice.
- 36:35SPEAKER_03: And then something weird happened.
- 36:38SPEAKER_03: The pregnancy just vanished.
- 36:40SPEAKER_03: Transgender.
- 36:42SPEAKER_03: No cubs, no birth, tested behavior.
- 36:44SPEAKER_03: Went back to normal.
- 36:47SPEAKER_03: And uh the experts called it a phantom pregnancy.
- 36:52SPEAKER_03: No.
- 36:53SPEAKER_03: It was even better.
- 36:55SPEAKER_03: This is what human beings were.
- 36:56SPEAKER_03: She knew what to do.
- 36:58SPEAKER_01: She knew what to do.
- 37:00SPEAKER_03: She faked the pregnancy because she knew she would get better care.
- 37:05SPEAKER_03: She got better food, got dated dated.
- 37:08SPEAKER_01: She keeps that boyfriend.
- 37:09SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 37:14SPEAKER_03: Don't tell me.
- 37:16SPEAKER_03: You don't come on.
- 37:17SPEAKER_03: And I'll give AJ credit for this.
- 37:19SPEAKER_03: Except AJ can at times get really over the top with it.
- 37:23SPEAKER_03: But for the most part, AJ's pretty good about like when she's not feeling good.
- 37:27SPEAKER_03: Like she still gets shit done or she moves around.
- 37:30SPEAKER_03: You know what I mean?
- 37:31SPEAKER_03: I've known people in my life that can get a hangnail.
- 37:35SPEAKER_03: Done.
- 37:36SPEAKER_03: And for two weeks, they're just on the oh, I can't do nothing.
- 37:40SPEAKER_03: No, I can't do it.
- 37:42SPEAKER_03: Oh, my back hurts all the time.
- 37:44SPEAKER_03: Fuck, we're almost 50.
- 37:46SPEAKER_03: Everybody's back hurts.
- 37:48SPEAKER_03: I broke mine, so yeah, my fucking hurts.
- 37:50unknown: Fuck you.
- 37:51SPEAKER_01: Arthur's hanging out my knee today, okay?
- 37:54SPEAKER_03: But it just proves deep down we are all the same.
- 37:57SPEAKER_03: This giant panda literally sucked it up for she's like, I could get some clips if I just pretend.
- 38:04SPEAKER_03: How many relationships have been ended by a person at home that just the they always have the worst headache and they always you know, like, oh, I can't get off the couch.
- 38:13SPEAKER_03: And you know what I mean?
- 38:15SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 38:16SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 38:17SPEAKER_03: I'm not talking about you, brother.
- 38:21SPEAKER_03: I'm not.
- 38:25SPEAKER_03: You sit in there and huh.
- 38:27SPEAKER_03: No, I'm just saying.
- 38:28SPEAKER_03: You know some people like that though.
- 38:30SPEAKER_03: Do you?
- 38:30SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 38:31SPEAKER_03: I I'm I can tell you that I love my father to death, but he could be that way sometimes.
- 38:36SPEAKER_03: You know what I mean?
- 38:37SPEAKER_03: Like, oh, I just I can't do nothing today.
- 38:40SPEAKER_03: I can't, I can't do nothing.
- 38:42SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 38:43SPEAKER_03: You do you know anybody like that?
- 38:45SPEAKER_03: Or known anyone?
- 38:47SPEAKER_03: You plead are you like that?
- 38:49SPEAKER_01: No.
- 38:49SPEAKER_03: You say in the other person?
- 38:51SPEAKER_01: No.
- 38:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, no, I'm really not, but I know people give me some examples of things they've done.
- 38:58SPEAKER_01: No.
- 38:59SPEAKER_03: Oh, golly.
- 39:00SPEAKER_03: Oh, come on, dude.
- 39:01SPEAKER_03: She needs a shot.
- 39:02SPEAKER_03: Yeah, she does.
- 39:06SPEAKER_01: I'm not afraid to turn down a shot.
- 39:09SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 39:09SPEAKER_03: Well, anyway, that's uh this poor panda.
- 39:12SPEAKER_03: Not poor panda.
- 39:14SPEAKER_01: I was gonna say brilliant.
- 39:17SPEAKER_01: She got it what she wanted.
- 39:20SPEAKER_03: All right, you know, we're getting late.
- 39:21SPEAKER_03: Let's do two more.
- 39:22SPEAKER_03: What do you got?
- 39:23SPEAKER_03: Let's do a positive one.
- 39:24SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 39:25SPEAKER_02: We never do this.
- 39:26SPEAKER_03: I found a uh story about a New Jersey restaurant owner who's become a local hero by spending his nights flying drones to find missing pets.
- 39:36SPEAKER_02: No, no way.
- 39:37SPEAKER_03: Yeah, a uh 64-year-old restaurant owner in New Jersey runs a nonprofit called Unmanned Search and Rescue.
- 39:44SPEAKER_03: It's a drone team, and after he closes his restaurant each night, he loads up to eight high-tech.
- 39:51SPEAKER_03: What?
- 39:52SPEAKER_03: What's he finding these animals for?
- 39:54SPEAKER_03: What kind of restaurant does he have?
- 39:56SPEAKER_03: It's not a Chinese restaurant.
- 39:58SPEAKER_03: He's like, oh, third story about Chinese.
- 40:02SPEAKER_03: I was like, hold on, wait a minute.
- 40:04SPEAKER_01: What delicate testing are we talking about?
- 40:06SPEAKER_03: I gotta refill my basket.
- 40:08SPEAKER_03: This is the problem when you never tell positive stories.
- 40:10SPEAKER_03: Everybody always assumes it's negative shit.
- 40:13SPEAKER_03: No, this is a story.
- 40:16SPEAKER_03: Michael, a 64-year-old restaurant owner, after he closes his restaurant, he loads up to 18 high-tech drones, many equipped with thermal cameras, and he searches neighborhoods, fields, and wooded areas for missing pets.
- 40:30SPEAKER_03: So far, he has reunited 122 lost people.
- 40:34SPEAKER_03: Holy cow.
- 40:35SPEAKER_02: That's awesome.
- 40:36SPEAKER_02: That is really cool, right?
- 40:37SPEAKER_02: Good for him, man.
- 40:38SPEAKER_05: That is good.
- 40:39SPEAKER_05: Next week we'll find out he's looking for children for petties.
- 40:42SPEAKER_02: Oh my god.
- 40:45SPEAKER_03: Only finds dogs never cats again.
- 40:47SPEAKER_05: He was finding dogs, but he was really looking for cats.
- 40:50SPEAKER_03: He's found dogs, cats, and even a cow.
- 40:54SPEAKER_03: I can see that.
- 40:55SPEAKER_03: You get a cow out of the I don't know if it's pet, but they're like, oh man, you just saved up the city.
- 40:59SPEAKER_01: She wasn't willing to do the laundry.
- 41:01SPEAKER_03: Oh lost probably dropping candy from them drones from them kids.
- 41:06SPEAKER_03: She's like, you can have one and I gotta go home.
- 41:07SPEAKER_03: I gotta go home.
- 41:09SPEAKER_01: No, I can't tell you.
- 41:10SPEAKER_01: So all I can think of.
- 41:13SPEAKER_01: I can't ask you because you don't have the tiki talkie.
- 41:16SPEAKER_03: There's the guy right there.
- 41:17SPEAKER_01: But have you guys watched tiki talkies and watched where these like rescue places let the dogs pick the owner?
- 41:24SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 41:26SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, I've never cried so much.
- 41:29SPEAKER_01: Like I'm like watching TikTok and I'm just sitting there bawling because this dog picked up.
- 41:33SPEAKER_05: You know what I think about?
- 41:34SPEAKER_05: I'm like, that's the ugliest dog.
- 41:35SPEAKER_05: Don't come to me.
- 41:36SPEAKER_05: Don't come to me.
- 41:38SPEAKER_05: I'm like, that would suck.
- 41:41SPEAKER_05: Damn it.
- 41:41SPEAKER_03: I got this chihuahua.
- 41:44SPEAKER_01: I don't want a chihuahua in a Macaulay.
- 41:46SPEAKER_03: It's like dating in your 50s.
- 41:51SPEAKER_02: If I get to this one, I'll just take whatever I can do.
- 41:53SPEAKER_03: That's the thing.
- 41:54SPEAKER_03: You know, I used uh I could go anywhere.
- 41:57SPEAKER_02: Anyway, nah, I'm gonna shut her down out there, guys.
- 42:00SPEAKER_02: Thanks for everybody coming out tonight.
- 42:01SPEAKER_01: This guy shutting himself down.
- 42:04SPEAKER_03: He's going to ging bang.
- 42:05SPEAKER_03: It's not that.
- 42:06SPEAKER_03: I'm just trying not to squirrel it here so much.
- 42:08SPEAKER_01: I'm sorry.
- 42:09SPEAKER_01: I squirreled.
- 42:10SPEAKER_03: No, no, we all do.
- 42:11SPEAKER_03: We all do.
- 42:12SPEAKER_03: That's part of the liquor.
- 42:13SPEAKER_03: Uh, the cool part about this, he refuses payment from families who can't afford help.
- 42:18SPEAKER_03: Uh, he's treating the work as a way to get back to the community and honor his family's military service.
- 42:24SPEAKER_02: That's awesome.
- 42:24SPEAKER_02: I like it.
- 42:25SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 42:26SPEAKER_03: It's grown into a uh statewide rescue network.
- 42:29SPEAKER_03: His story has spread across news outlets, social media, and uh I love animals.
- 42:34SPEAKER_03: I have a special place in my heart for animals, so I thought I would make sure that we brought this one up.
- 42:39SPEAKER_03: Good call, buddy.
- 42:39SPEAKER_03: I like it.
- 42:40SPEAKER_00: I love it.
- 42:41SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 42:41SPEAKER_03: Uh shit, I've got two stories.
- 42:43SPEAKER_03: We can go through them both really quick.
- 42:46SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 42:47SPEAKER_03: Anyone in the room ever been through divorce or currently in the process of?
- 42:51SPEAKER_03: Raise your hand.
- 42:53SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 42:54SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 42:55SPEAKER_01: All the above.
- 42:56SPEAKER_01: There was a minus two.
- 42:58SPEAKER_01: Minus two.
- 42:59SPEAKER_01: Interesting.
- 42:59SPEAKER_03: Uh um, a uh well-publicized divorce dispute involved a husband who um, well, his wife and him were separating.
- 43:09SPEAKER_03: The doctor, his name was Dr.
- 43:10SPEAKER_03: Richard Batista, a New York vascular surgeon.
- 43:14SPEAKER_03: His wife, Donnell, uh, had suffered from kidney failure.
- 43:19SPEAKER_03: So in 2020, or excuse me, 2001, he gave her one of his kidneys to save her life.
- 43:25SPEAKER_03: He wants a bag, man.
- 43:26SPEAKER_01: He's like, I want that bag.
- 43:28SPEAKER_01: There's half in a divorce, bitch.
- 43:30SPEAKER_03: He filed for divorce in 2005.
- 43:34SPEAKER_03: And he later demanded the kidney back or one and a half million dollars as compensation.
- 43:42SPEAKER_03: Talk about being fucking petty.
- 43:44SPEAKER_03: Oh my god, welcome.
- 43:45SPEAKER_01: Pettier than Tommy and Kyle.
- 43:48SPEAKER_02: That shit right there.
- 43:49SPEAKER_02: I want it back.
- 43:49SPEAKER_02: What are you talking about?
- 43:50SPEAKER_02: That in you.
- 43:52SPEAKER_02: I want your fucking kidney back.
- 43:53SPEAKER_01: I want my kidney back.
- 43:54SPEAKER_02: I want my kidney back.
- 43:55SPEAKER_02: Put it back in me.
- 43:57SPEAKER_01: I'll keep the house, you keep the kidney.
- 43:59SPEAKER_01: What do we want?
- 44:00SPEAKER_03: Do I know people like that?
- 44:01SPEAKER_03: Well, I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that's not the couple, but I'm guessing it happens on the regular I'm getting it.
- 44:07SPEAKER_03: Now, um courts have consistently held that organ donations are gifts.
- 44:13SPEAKER_01: They're donations, they're gifts.
- 44:14SPEAKER_01: Yeah, okay.
- 44:15SPEAKER_01: You get to keep giftsy baxies in what state you're divorced.
- 44:19SPEAKER_03: No gives you back, he's higher than mine now.
- 44:21SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so here's your little fun fact for the day.
- 44:23SPEAKER_03: Human organs cannot be bought, sold, or reclaimed under U.S.
- 44:26SPEAKER_03: law.
- 44:27SPEAKER_03: Really?
- 44:28SPEAKER_03: Remember that next time I'm handing out my organ.
- 44:30SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 44:31SPEAKER_01: Oh my God.
- 44:34SPEAKER_01: Your penis is not included in this buddy.
- 44:38SPEAKER_02: I got him.
- 44:39SPEAKER_02: I got him, folks.
- 44:42SPEAKER_02: Oh my god.
- 44:44SPEAKER_02: Oh my god.
- 44:46SPEAKER_03: Remember, this is just a gift.
- 44:48SPEAKER_03: Oh, it reminds me of a joke.
- 44:53SPEAKER_03: Confucius says, smart man give wife grand piano.
- 44:59SPEAKER_03: Wise man give wife upright organ.
- 45:05SPEAKER_03: Oh, this show.
- 45:06SPEAKER_03: Oh, we're fucked.
- 45:08SPEAKER_00: This is the great one, buddy.
- 45:10SPEAKER_03: What's your last story tonight?
- 45:12SPEAKER_03: All right, here's our last one.
- 45:14SPEAKER_03: These are all true.
- 45:16SPEAKER_03: Every one of them.
- 45:16SPEAKER_03: Every one of the show isn't more popular.
- 45:19SPEAKER_03: I swear to God.
- 45:20SPEAKER_03: Like, I would listen to this.
- 45:21SPEAKER_03: They're huge in Germany.
- 45:23SPEAKER_03: Germans love it.
- 45:24SPEAKER_03: It is Dutch.
- 45:25SPEAKER_03: I'm telling you, it's our third highest rated city.
- 45:28SPEAKER_03: You know what our high freaky Dicky Dutch?
- 45:30SPEAKER_03: Oh my god.
- 45:31SPEAKER_03: Yeah, they got us their candy repo'd.
- 45:37SPEAKER_03: There you go, dad.
- 45:41SPEAKER_00: Your tax.
- 45:42SPEAKER_03: Oh, rent a game.
- 45:44SPEAKER_03: Do you donate anything?
- 45:45SPEAKER_01: Yes, I'd rent a dick.
- 45:50SPEAKER_02: That's a deduction.
- 45:52SPEAKER_02: Oh.
- 45:52SPEAKER_02: No one of my taxes got rejected.
- 45:55SPEAKER_05: Wasn't long enough.
- 46:01SPEAKER_02: I just went from side to side.
- 46:03SPEAKER_02: That's it.
- 46:06SPEAKER_02: I didn't give you the standard deduction.
- 46:10SPEAKER_01: 240.
- 46:11SPEAKER_01: Easy.
- 46:11SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 46:13SPEAKER_02: More like just the tip.
- 46:15SPEAKER_02: More like 340.
- 46:20SPEAKER_03: Anyway, what do we got left?
- 46:22SPEAKER_03: That's what it's all supposed to be, man.
- 46:24SPEAKER_03: After two beers.
- 46:25SPEAKER_03: It's like you're hanging out with your buddies next to a bonfire.
- 46:28SPEAKER_03: Prime pump.
- 46:29SPEAKER_03: Alright, here's our last story.
- 46:30SPEAKER_03: This happened in May 2022.
- 46:33SPEAKER_03: A video went viral.
- 46:35SPEAKER_03: First of all, before I move on, I love now that women's vernacular includes uh Tarjay and Tiki Taki.
- 46:42SPEAKER_03: Tiki Taki.
- 46:43SPEAKER_03: I've never heard Tiki Takie before.
- 46:45SPEAKER_03: She's clearly gonna do it.
- 46:46SPEAKER_03: Tiki Takie.
- 46:47SPEAKER_03: Tiki Takie.
- 46:49SPEAKER_03: I'm sorry, Tiki.
- 46:52SPEAKER_03: Imagine your dick getting confused.
- 46:54SPEAKER_03: It's like the song Detachable Penis.
- 46:56SPEAKER_03: You guys remember that?
- 46:59SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 46:59SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 46:59SPEAKER_03: Well, hey.
- 47:00SPEAKER_02: That's because I like singing Strippers Cry.
- 47:04SPEAKER_03: You took it back?
- 47:06unknown: Yes.
- 47:06SPEAKER_00: There's a song.
- 47:08SPEAKER_03: I love Strippers Cry.
- 47:10SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 47:10SPEAKER_03: Oh, the Bloodhound Gang.
- 47:12SPEAKER_00: Yes, there you go.
- 47:13SPEAKER_03: Yeah, we're well past Nick.
- 47:15SPEAKER_01: Woo! I'm good.
- 47:16SPEAKER_03: We're uh half we're a quarter bottle into Rumplements, too.
- 47:19SPEAKER_03: Fuck.
- 47:20SPEAKER_03: Uh all right, here's our last story.
- 47:22SPEAKER_03: This one comes to us from a funeral because that's how you end a good show.
- 47:25SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you do, buddy.
- 47:26SPEAKER_03: Uh a man identified as a pastor was taking care of the um almost called it festivities, but uh you know what I mean.
- 47:37SPEAKER_03: He's going through the deal.
- 47:38SPEAKER_03: Yeah, there was a woman there.
- 47:40SPEAKER_03: It's not even funny yet.
- 47:42SPEAKER_03: No, dude.
- 47:44SPEAKER_03: He's out of it.
- 47:45SPEAKER_03: Anyway, instead of a quiet, respectful goodbye, the sheen, the scene, sheen.
- 47:52SPEAKER_03: Yeah, this sounds like it.
- 47:53SPEAKER_03: The sheen took a sheen.
- 47:54SPEAKER_03: I did it again.
- 47:56SPEAKER_03: The scene took it took a sharp left turn while the ceremony was still underway.
- 48:01SPEAKER_03: The uh pastor got down on one knee and popped the question in front of the mourners to one of the daughters of the guy that was being buried.
- 48:13SPEAKER_03: There's video where was his at?
- 48:19SPEAKER_03: I think it was, and I mean as a continent, Africa, I'm not being, you know, that sounds like something would happen in Richmond too.
- 48:25SPEAKER_03: But literally, the pastor is providing the service to this gentleman that has passed, and at some point during the middle of it, because he continues it afterwards, he stops and proposes to a woman.
- 48:38SPEAKER_03: And then keeps going.
- 48:39SPEAKER_03: And she said yes, from what I understand.
- 48:41SPEAKER_03: Some people thought it was bold or romantic, others called it deeply inappropriate.
- 48:47SPEAKER_05: Damn, I had to wait for that guy to die to ask you.
- 48:49SPEAKER_03: Oh my god.
- 48:50SPEAKER_01: You all have to ask permission until death to us part.
- 48:54SPEAKER_02: Hey, you just stiff.
- 48:56SPEAKER_02: Hey, why don't we get married?
- 49:00SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna donate my organ to you, bad bad.
- 49:03SPEAKER_00: Do you know if he donated organs?
- 49:04SPEAKER_03: Because I'm about to.
- 49:06SPEAKER_03: Oh, true story there.
- 49:08SPEAKER_05: You know, I've never heard of that, bro.
- 49:10SPEAKER_03: Putting the fun and funeral.
- 49:12SPEAKER_03: You think you need me?
- 49:16SPEAKER_03: There it is, right there.
- 49:18SPEAKER_03: There's the coffin, right?
- 49:20SPEAKER_03: How's going on?
- 49:21SPEAKER_03: I don't make this shit up.
- 49:23SPEAKER_03: My job is to bring this kind of news to the people, and this is what I do.
- 49:29SPEAKER_03: Literally, there's a casket.
- 49:31SPEAKER_05: That's his Does he know who the person is in the casket?
- 49:34SPEAKER_03: Yes, that's the daughter that he just proposed to.
- 49:37SPEAKER_05: So he wanted to do it, and I I see what's going on now.
- 49:40SPEAKER_05: He wanted to do it.
- 49:41SPEAKER_05: Her daddy was not gonna allow it.
- 49:44SPEAKER_01: Her daddy was not gonna allow it.
- 49:46SPEAKER_03: He probably looked at it like an honor thing.
- 49:48SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna tell you right now, man.
- 49:50SPEAKER_03: Read the room.
- 49:51SPEAKER_03: Read the room.
- 49:53SPEAKER_01: I'm watching this video and I know why exactly he's doing it.
- 49:56SPEAKER_03: Buddy, I got some special plan.
- 49:58SPEAKER_03: You just wait.
- 49:59SPEAKER_03: You wait for this.
- 49:59SPEAKER_03: I want to hear it.
- 50:00SPEAKER_03: I want to hear this.
- 50:01SPEAKER_03: Is this a financial thing, you think?
- 50:03SPEAKER_03: What are you saying?
- 50:04SPEAKER_03: No, I could read it.
- 50:06SPEAKER_05: No.
- 50:06SPEAKER_05: Oh, let me tell you what happened.
- 50:09SPEAKER_05: Look, you ready?
- 50:12SPEAKER_05: It was a it was a symbolism thing because that's his her dad or their dad, and he did it in front of them, so like he seen he wanted to see his daughter or whatever.
- 50:23SPEAKER_03: Yeah, but I think at that moment, that's that's a great way of saying how I would look at it.
- 50:28SPEAKER_01: When you put a positive spin on it, being positive instead of negative.
- 50:32SPEAKER_03: I'm always positive.
- 50:32SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna tell you how I look at it.
- 50:34SPEAKER_03: This is a person that loves fucking attention.
- 50:37SPEAKER_03: You can't wait 20 minutes and do it later when you're having dinner at the house in front of the same people.
- 50:44SPEAKER_05: He wanted to do it in front of the coffin.
- 50:45SPEAKER_05: That's what I'm getting at.
- 50:46SPEAKER_03: It's fucking weird, bro.
- 50:48SPEAKER_00: I'm not saying it's her dad said over my dead body.
- 50:54SPEAKER_05: Now that he's dead, you're mine, bitch.
- 50:56SPEAKER_05: Right?
- 50:56SPEAKER_05: He's like he didn't say let's go to Gang Bang Island.
- 51:02SPEAKER_03: He pisses on the grave every night.
- 51:05SPEAKER_03: Apparently.
- 51:06SPEAKER_01: Dead AS.
- 51:07SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 51:07SPEAKER_01: Dead AS.
- 51:08SPEAKER_01: Dead AS.
- 51:09SPEAKER_05: Those people in the back are going, what the fuck just happened?
- 51:12SPEAKER_05: They're like, This motherfucker.
- 51:14SPEAKER_01: I don't even know how to feel.
- 51:15SPEAKER_01: I'm supposed to be sorrow, but now I'm like, Maybe he's trying to turn a sad day into a happy day.
- 51:21SPEAKER_03: Well, look at the camera and everything that's there.
- 51:23SPEAKER_03: That's like not like like who has like so they can remember the studio camera's the funeral.
- 51:29SPEAKER_02: He got a videographer.
- 51:30SPEAKER_02: Come on now.
- 51:31SPEAKER_03: Oh, he's like, I'm proposing my lady tonight.
- 51:36SPEAKER_03: Your dad died.
- 51:37SPEAKER_03: I might as well kill my future.
- 51:38SPEAKER_03: Let's get married.
- 51:39SPEAKER_03: Oh my god.
- 51:42SPEAKER_03: Let's end two lives right here.
- 51:45SPEAKER_03: Oh, anyway.
- 51:46SPEAKER_03: There you go.
- 51:47SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 51:47SPEAKER_03: After two beers, bringing the stories that you don't know.
- 51:50SPEAKER_03: You know what?
- 51:51SPEAKER_03: This is the kind of stuff that just brings levity to the world.
- 51:55SPEAKER_03: You think you know, you're struggling with shingles and shit.
- 51:59SPEAKER_03: Like you start, you're seeing this.
- 52:01SPEAKER_03: Can you imagine surviving for 400 days on a boat and getting sued when you get home?
- 52:07SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I can barely survive four days as it is now.
- 52:11SPEAKER_03: My God.
- 52:12SPEAKER_05: Like, how are you gonna sue me, bro?
- 52:14SPEAKER_05: I ain't even had a job.
- 52:16SPEAKER_01: I've been on a boat for 400 days.
- 52:18SPEAKER_01: I'm not making money.
- 52:20SPEAKER_03: I guarantee you I would never eat anything from the sea again.
- 52:23SPEAKER_03: I love it.
- 52:23SPEAKER_02: Give me a hamburger.
- 52:25SPEAKER_03: Oh, uh, there's all kinds of shit going on in the world.
- 52:28SPEAKER_03: We don't like to talk about it here on the show.
- 52:30SPEAKER_00: No.
- 52:31SPEAKER_03: Uh, because you know what, you can watch.
- 52:33SPEAKER_03: I will say one thing about this whole Minneapolis thing, and this isn't political.
- 52:37SPEAKER_03: I don't want you to cut his mic.
- 52:39SPEAKER_03: Check Jeremy down.
- 52:41SPEAKER_03: I will say, you know, when I was in elementary school, every now and then one of your friends would go to like the movie store and rent faces of death.
- 52:50SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 52:50SPEAKER_03: And you'd watch shit that would just horrify you for the next few nights, you know.
- 52:55SPEAKER_03: That's why nothing bothers us now.
- 52:56SPEAKER_03: I think so.
- 52:57SPEAKER_01: Except I will say in grade school, we watched a teacher explode from the air.
- 53:02SPEAKER_03: Well, it wasn't just a teacher, there were some astronauts in Boston.
- 53:04SPEAKER_01: I know, but I'm just saying that there was a teacher that was one of the astronauts, and then all of a sudden everybody just acted fine.
- 53:10SPEAKER_03: But I'm I'm just gonna throw this out here.
- 53:12SPEAKER_03: If you wonder why sometimes kids today resort to uh using guns to get back at people, maybe it's because I've seen that guy shot and killed, I bet 200 times on television.
- 53:27SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah, that's it on regular broadcasts.
- 53:29SPEAKER_03: If it bleeds, it leads.
- 53:30SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's Nick McGraw.
- 53:32SPEAKER_03: I'm telling you, buddy, there was some weird shit.
- 53:33SPEAKER_03: That monkey was like held down, they were banging it in the head with a hammer.
- 53:36SPEAKER_03: Weird shit.
- 53:38SPEAKER_03: But anyway, what I'm trying to get at is this is you know, if we keep sensationalizing these people in the situations, don't be shocked when people take a gun into places that you don't want them to take a gun into because that's the only way you get attention, apparently, in this country now.
- 53:54SPEAKER_00: Deep.
- 53:55SPEAKER_03: It is deep.
- 53:56SPEAKER_03: That's deep, it is deep.
- 53:57SPEAKER_03: I'm just saying, you know what?
- 53:59SPEAKER_03: I feel bad for everybody involved in this situation.
- 54:02SPEAKER_03: It's not good for anybody, but anyway, I need a cup of ice, a cup of ice, what I need I'm I'm out.
- 54:08SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 54:09SPEAKER_03: Well, what are you guys talking about?
- 54:10SPEAKER_01: Can't you cut off his life?
- 54:11SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 54:14SPEAKER_03: Somebody didn't follow the rules.
- 54:17SPEAKER_03: All right, in all seriousness, uh, I'm just simply saying, you know what?
- 54:21SPEAKER_03: We say it at the every one of these shows, and I mean this sincerely.
- 54:25SPEAKER_03: You know, at the end of the day, quit shooting people.
- 54:28SPEAKER_03: That's all you gotta say.
- 54:29SPEAKER_03: Well, it's not even about that.
- 54:31SPEAKER_03: Guns kill people.
- 54:33SPEAKER_03: Well, now you're sounding like a liberal.
- 54:36SPEAKER_03: Hey, because because you've taught me, because you fucking taught me.
- 54:39SPEAKER_03: Well, I'm just saying this.
- 54:40SPEAKER_03: I uh and this is my whole thing, right?
- 54:43SPEAKER_03: Is all of this is done out of the love of this country.
- 54:48SPEAKER_03: We just don't know how to get there.
- 54:51SPEAKER_03: I mean, everybody on the left, everybody on the right, they're all fighting for an ideal that we all love this country.
- 54:58SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and we just need to remember that we're all in this together.
- 55:02SPEAKER_03: It isn't a us versus them thing.
- 55:04SPEAKER_03: It's we're in this together and we gotta figure out a man to wake up.
- 55:07SPEAKER_03: We gotta get there, but a divided country is easier to do that.
- 55:09SPEAKER_05: A little too missy.
- 55:10SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 55:11SPEAKER_03: Good people.
- 55:12SPEAKER_03: Yeah, uh, I can't stand you.
- 55:16SPEAKER_05: Hey, in all seriousness, I we and Dalton talked about this.
- 55:20SPEAKER_05: I it it's not right what's going on.
- 55:23SPEAKER_05: Okay, everybody knows right from wrong.
- 55:25SPEAKER_05: Shit should stop.
- 55:27SPEAKER_05: Move on about the day.
- 55:28SPEAKER_05: Yeah, you know what I mean?
- 55:29SPEAKER_01: It does not matter what side you're on.
- 55:31SPEAKER_05: It doesn't.
- 55:32SPEAKER_05: It doesn't.
- 55:33SPEAKER_01: At the end of the day, be a good freaking human.
- 55:35SPEAKER_05: I do like I do like rising Dalton up a lot, though.
- 55:39SPEAKER_03: Well, I know.
- 55:40SPEAKER_05: Man, I you know, but it's common sense shit, man.
- 55:43SPEAKER_05: Like there a lot of this shit can be solved common sense wise, and there's a lot of things we don't understand.
- 55:51SPEAKER_05: But hey, hey, and we're meant to not, yeah.
- 55:54SPEAKER_01: But unfortunately, we're meant to not adjust.
- 55:57SPEAKER_03: Let me get back to what I was life's hard anyway.
- 56:04SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you know, and we say it on the show, and and really, it really comes down to this just take care of each other.
- 56:09SPEAKER_03: If you know somebody you think's struggling, take reach out to them.
- 56:12SPEAKER_03: I've got a lot of Jeremy and I agree about 20% when it comes to political shit.
- 56:18SPEAKER_03: But like we got into an argument two weeks ago.
- 56:21SPEAKER_03: Not an argument, a debate.
- 56:23SPEAKER_03: A strong debate.
- 56:24SPEAKER_03: Very strong debate.
- 56:25SPEAKER_03: A strong debate.
- 56:26SPEAKER_03: And then we got him hugged and walked out of it because it's yeah.
- 56:30SPEAKER_03: You've got to be able to agree to disagree on things.
- 56:35SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 56:36SPEAKER_01: Or else you're gonna make yourself miserable.
- 56:38SPEAKER_03: Well, or you're gonna lose it.
- 56:40SPEAKER_03: And here's the thing there's 300 million people, almost 400 in this country.
- 56:45SPEAKER_03: It doesn't give one little floating on a rock in no space.
- 56:51SPEAKER_03: This is my one last thing I'm gonna say on this.
- 56:53SPEAKER_03: I work for a company here locally that prided itself on the ability to manufacture material that was always gonna be right.
- 57:00SPEAKER_03: It was a sigma.
- 57:01SPEAKER_03: We measured against sigma.
- 57:03SPEAKER_03: We could manufacture five million feet of cable and have one piece wrong in five million feet.
- 57:10SPEAKER_03: It was a big damn deal.
- 57:11SPEAKER_03: Now, my son, who is as smart as a whip, valedictorian in high school, is doing a great job, mechanical engineer major at Purdue, and he is very black and white, doesn't see the gray areas on things.
- 57:24SPEAKER_03: And I tell him all the time, I said, I want you to think about this.
- 57:28SPEAKER_03: Of all the inventions that have ever been created in this world, the one thing that most scientists agree that they just fully do not understand still is the human brain.
- 57:39SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 57:40SPEAKER_03: It's the most amazing thing that's ever been created in in all of the world.
- 57:45SPEAKER_03: And I tell my son, if we can make five million feet of cable at Belden and not make a mistake on but one foot, why do you think that the human brain that is created by different parents, different genetics, different social environments, why do we expect every brain to come out to be the exact same?
- 58:07SPEAKER_03: It can't be.
- 58:08SPEAKER_03: No, every brain is gonna be different.
- 58:11SPEAKER_03: And once you've created the individual, they are going to go through different things in their lives that are gonna shape them personally.
- 58:18SPEAKER_03: Yeah, whether it's are they uh raised from a family that has a mom and a dad there full time, maybe it's just a mother, maybe it's just a father, maybe it's an abusive step parent, maybe it's an abusive regular parent.
- 58:29SPEAKER_03: Lots of shit that goes on that shapes and and goes through people's minds, and it makes us all different.
- 58:36SPEAKER_03: But for some reason, we expect everyone to think like we do and agree with us, right?
- 58:42SPEAKER_03: And that's not reality.
- 58:43SPEAKER_02: And that's how think of how hard it is to change yourself, your attitude.
- 58:49SPEAKER_02: Imagine trying to change somebody else.
- 58:51SPEAKER_05: Right.
- 58:52SPEAKER_05: You talk about it.
- 58:53SPEAKER_02: It's hard to change your mind.
- 58:54SPEAKER_01: No, and that's the thing, is that you never know and it's gonna be hard to change somebody else's mind.
- 58:59SPEAKER_01: Not a single person in this room watching anything has gone through things and completely given up a hundred percent of everything that's really going on in their mind.
- 59:10SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 59:10SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 59:11SPEAKER_01: I look at it like that things that everybody still hides, even when they're going through things.
- 59:14SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 59:15SPEAKER_03: You look at a uh the the example I gave to my son Logan, I said, Imagine trucks that are coming off an assembly line.
- 59:22SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 59:23SPEAKER_03: So a truck comes down, the truck comes down, the truck comes down, they're going into a parking lot, and they're being purchased by different individuals.
- 59:30SPEAKER_03: One guy wants to take it and make a show truck out of it.
- 59:33SPEAKER_03: He's gonna lower it, put some wheels on it, maybe put some suspension, fancy ass radio.
- 59:38SPEAKER_03: Another guy buys it and he's a farmer.
- 59:40SPEAKER_03: It's a work truck.
- 59:41SPEAKER_03: You're just gonna beat it up.
- 59:42SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it's a work truck.
- 59:44SPEAKER_03: But at the same moment, they all started as the same thing.
- 59:49SPEAKER_03: It was just coming off the line.
- 59:51SPEAKER_03: That's all what gets put into it.
- 59:53SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and it makes it all different.
- 59:54SPEAKER_03: And all I'm saying is this, and this is the one thing we've got to get back to in this community and surrounding, is it's okay to be different, but don't just make the other side be the bad guy the whole time.
- 1:00:08SPEAKER_03: That and I think that's where we're at right now is a lot of people are looking, it's either you're on my side or you're on the wrong side.
- 1:00:15SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 1:00:16SPEAKER_03: And we've got to learn to, at the end of the day, we all love this fucking country and we love our people and we love our freedoms.
- 1:00:22SPEAKER_03: And the reason that we're all still here is because we don't want to go anywhere else.
- 1:00:26SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 1:00:27SPEAKER_03: If it was a shitty situation, we'd all want to leave.
- 1:00:30SPEAKER_03: But we don't want to leave.
- 1:00:31SPEAKER_03: But at the same time, we got to realize that those brains, there's 350 million people out there.
- 1:00:38SPEAKER_03: Some of those brains are not gonna be manufactured the same.
- 1:00:41SPEAKER_03: No, and what you cannot do is let one individual on either side be the the i the hypothesis of what that's what that side is.
- 1:00:52SPEAKER_03: Dictate or whatever.
- 1:00:53SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:00:54SPEAKER_03: And what's gonna what's crazy is the people that make most of the uh the decisions in this country are the independents in the middle.
- 1:01:03SPEAKER_03: And and I I'm just I love everybody, I love this country, and and uh it's sad to see what we're going on, but but all I'm saying is it's okay to disagree, but we can't be so angry about it.
- 1:01:17SPEAKER_01: Be freaking nice to each other.
- 1:01:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's all I tell you.
- 1:01:22SPEAKER_01: I don't care whether you like the same things that I like.
- 1:01:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah, be freaking nice.
- 1:01:26SPEAKER_02: You can't judge a goldfish by its ability to climb a tree.
- 1:01:29SPEAKER_02: So you intelligent, yeah.
- 1:01:31SPEAKER_03: That's the whole thing.
- 1:01:32SPEAKER_03: Right, yeah, if yeah, right?
- 1:01:34SPEAKER_03: I mean, yeah, it's a good one.
- 1:01:36SPEAKER_03: All right, anyway, we say it at the end of every show, and it's this you know what?
- 1:01:39SPEAKER_03: We're all in this together.
- 1:01:40SPEAKER_03: We do the show essentially uh just to have a good time.
- 1:01:44SPEAKER_03: We're here, you know what?
- 1:01:45SPEAKER_03: We all work regular jobs, we all go through things in our relationships, we all have kids, and all I'm simply saying is we've got to have the ability to put all that shit behind us and have a good time.
- 1:01:56SPEAKER_03: And that's why we tell these stories, that's why we do trivia as well.
- 1:01:59SPEAKER_03: Our trivia is just basically a live version of this.
- 1:02:02SPEAKER_03: We're just there to have fun.
- 1:02:03SPEAKER_03: I love having everybody there.
- 1:02:05SPEAKER_03: You play for free, we give away lottery tickets.
- 1:02:07SPEAKER_03: How can you not love it?
- 1:02:08SPEAKER_03: In candy, right?
- 1:02:09SPEAKER_03: In candy.
- 1:02:10SPEAKER_03: Straight pyrotechnics, they give away the candy.
- 1:02:13SPEAKER_03: And this weekend we're gonna dance.
- 1:02:15SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna dance.
- 1:02:16SPEAKER_03: I ain't gonna lie, man.
- 1:02:17SPEAKER_03: I got a cowboy hat and everything.
- 1:02:18SPEAKER_03: I even got a shirt with pearl buttons.
- 1:02:20SPEAKER_03: I might you got pearl buttons.
- 1:02:24SPEAKER_03: I got three.
- 1:02:25SPEAKER_03: I got three.
- 1:02:26SPEAKER_03: Give me a pearl necklace.
- 1:02:27SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:02:29SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 1:02:30SPEAKER_02: You know, donate an organ this weekend.
- 1:02:32SPEAKER_02: What's up?
- 1:02:34SPEAKER_05: Let's go.
- 1:02:35SPEAKER_01: No ticksy baxies.
- 1:02:37unknown: Yeah.
- 1:02:38SPEAKER_03: Remember that when I'm donating my organ.
- 1:02:40SPEAKER_05: Don't worry, I'll put it on TikToky.
- 1:02:41SPEAKER_03: Yeah, ticky tock.
- 1:02:43SPEAKER_03: Uh, you know what?
- 1:02:44SPEAKER_03: We love you all.
- 1:02:44SPEAKER_03: Thank you all very, very much for sticking through us.

- 1:02:53SPEAKER_03: Yes, yes.
- 1:02:54SPEAKER_03: Uh, love each other, love your neighbor, realize that you can be different and still be cool with each other.
- 1:02:59SPEAKER_03: It happens all the time.
