The Fall of Jericho (Joshua 6) & Violence in the Bible | Sermon by Trey Hayman
If you've been around church, you've probably heard about the story of the fall of Jericho.
We sing about in kids' songs, and we talk about the power of God to tear down seemingly unmovable walls.
As we're reading through the Bible though, sometimes what happens in these stories doesn't seem so "kid friendly."
How do deal with things like conquest and war in the Bible? In this message, we're going to talk about this and talk about some powerful things we learn about God from this story (even if it seems odd to our modern sensibilities).
