- 0:13You just drop it back it. Made that into you. Just dropped back into corporate
- 0:20drop out. I'm your host Myles Troy here again. Don't mind the shirt. And today we got a special
- 0:25one with us all the way from Philly. The Philly Joppa DJ sniper V8 whipper
- 0:31Bubba. What's going on? Brody, how are you doing, guys? We didn't get a round of applause. That's
- 0:35crazy. How y'all feeling, bro? Are we good, bro? We got to have you on today. I'm glad to be here,
- 0:42man. But the audience that doesn't know who you are, you want to give a quick little intro slash
- 0:46backstory on how you got into this seat today? Um, I got into this seat because what was it? Junior
- 0:52year of college. Troy hit me up to do a mixtape. Uh, we did like that. We did
- 0:59one of the finest mixtapes I ever seen in my life. The eddies, looking back at it now, was like subpar.
- 1:06It was it was mediocre, but it was great for the town that we had fun. It was great. That was my
- 1:11first interaction with Troy. And then since then, like, we just kind of been, you know, how you deal
- 1:16with people on social media like you keeping tabs here and there, but shoot, what, two years later? Now
- 1:22we're here, 20, 26, doing big things, and I'm part of a corporate drop out crew, bro. Yes, sir. But before
- 1:27all that, how did you even get into, like, the content space? Because obviously you guys met on
- 1:31the internet, right? Yeah. How did you like? Like, where did you grow up? Oh, I grew the whole shebang.
- 1:36Oh, yeah. Hold on. Yeah. You're so, so born in Baltimore. A lot of people think I was born in
- 1:42Philly. I wasn't born in Philly. I was born in Silver Springs. I moved to Philly when I was like
- 1:46two years old. Been there ever since West Philly, Germantown, North Philly, South Philly, southwest
- 1:52Philly. Bounced around for a minute, but I started making content. Like right before Covid 2018, I was
- 1:58doing the renegade for like two years. That was jumping. I was having a great time. The shortage
- 2:05was digging in. I was sick. I was doing all types of light skin on there. And then over time, I just
- 2:10started like, you know, you get more comfortable with social media, so you start talking and start
- 2:13doing shit. And then like, creatively, you just get into your own little vehicle and then you just
- 2:19drive. You feel me? So ever since then, I've just been making content, pumping out content, whatever
- 2:23I think or whatever I dream about, I wake up and I go do it, bro. And I'm blessed. I'm bro. That's real
- 2:28brat. You didn't like growing up in all these parts of Felix. You know, that's what shaped. You to
- 2:34be who you are the most. Oh, fuck you, bro, for sure. Oh. Come here. Yeah. Yeah, bro. Like we're right. Like,
- 2:39cause I would say, um, even growing up, like, in middle school, you don't see it necessarily when
- 2:44you're a kid, but when you're 15 and 16 and you look back at the poetry class that you took in
- 2:50eighth grade, or the trips to the Art Museum and the Franklin Institute, uh, when you were a kid,
- 2:56seeing art, seeing different should me with technology and, you know, just being exposed to to
- 3:02culture in so many different avenues that you could take. You feel what I'm saying? It definitely
- 3:07opens your mind in a way. Um, but also inner city living is like you also.
- 3:14That view is also dampened by what happens in the industry. You know, killings, drug dealing, um, shit.
- 3:20The weather. Like you feel what I'm saying? Just like you feel what I'm saying. East coast, whether
- 3:24it be a bitch. Yeah. You know what I'm saying, bro? Yeah, but, yeah, it's like all that stuff plays a
- 3:29factor. But I could definitely say I wouldn't be where I'm at now if I didn't grow up in
- 3:33Philadelphia. God, I love my city, bro. For real. Before you exposing what the little bubble thinks
- 3:38about doing is growing up. Nick, I was going to the league. Really saying. What I was doing in the
- 3:43league, bro. I was at every AAU tryout. I was shitty though, Brett. And niggas wasn't trying to pass me
- 3:49the ball because I don't know if I'm not. I can't see in my left eye. So I had the the specs on some
- 3:55on some Wilt Chamberlain shit, but they was the Wilt Chamberlain Jones. Though they wasn't like
- 3:59the up to date specs. I had the the the real like my mom because my awesome real shit though. Imma
- 4:05tell y'all some real quick my Pop-Pop. He worked in a steel mill. Some shit happened to steel mill.
- 4:10He fucked up. He left all he couldn't see on his left thigh. So he had the the binoculars bro. Me
- 4:14and the nigga had the same prescription. She gave me the shits. From 19 fucking to 1973,
- 4:21I had the Wilt Chamberlain, Jonesboro, Boro. They was frying me like you could see out them jewels.
- 4:26I'm like, no, but I gotta protect my eye, bro. And that's. Yeah, that shit shaped me too I ain't gon.
- 4:33What happened to your eyeball. Nigga, bro? Walk us through it, bro. Yeah. What
- 4:39happened to bro I. Know not even 12. I was like seven years
- 4:46old. I was in the room chilling mind you PS2 ever okay, we had just got
- 4:53Spider-Man two where you could free swing from the buildings and shit, bro. I was livid because my
- 4:58brother was taking all the turns on the P2. I was mad at shit bro. And we had bro. We had the whole
- 5:04gaming room. We had the the rocking gaming chairs, all that shit fill me up in the bedroom on bunk
- 5:10beds. I'm on a top bunk just watching this nigga bro. I'm just like, bro, can I get a chair? And he's
- 5:15like, nah, I think we just got it. I'm like, all right, cool. I'm up there crying and shit, bro. So
- 5:20I'm like, no, fucking like I am Spider-Man. That's what I felt when we got the game. You know, the
- 5:24extension bands that you played with, like the records that you that you stretch with. No. Like
- 5:28the stretch of destruction. Yeah. Okay. Like the ones that hold like 20, 30 panels. Yeah, bro, I'm
- 5:33swinging on my bunk beds with the jump. Like I'm Spider-Man, bro. Out of nowhere I smoke for the
- 5:39third time. That shit snap, bro. It spun so fast off the bunk beds that the mattress
- 5:46caught on fire. It was like. It really like on some real shit. Like. Like the rubber, like, caught the
- 5:51drone on fire and it smacked me right in my eye. I blacked out, my brother didn't hear nothing
- 5:54because he's hard of hearing. I'm on the ground like bleeding from my face for like you heard it.
- 5:59Can you believe it? He's hard of hearing. Yo, bro. And my sister is insane. So it's like. I got an
- 6:06insane sister. To get from. Man, I knew he was a man, bro. That's that. That's that Flint water boy, bro.
- 6:13Okay. Um. Okay. So. Okay. So, so so you you were on the ground, knocked out, and your brother just played
- 6:19the game. He locked in. I think he had. I ain't gonna hold you like I was on the ground looking
- 6:23at the ceiling, but I could definitely still hear. I think he had switched to, like, Midnight Club or
- 6:27some shit cause I heard cars banging out, so I'm like, alright. Like I'm in shock so I can't move,
- 6:33speak nothing. I end up blacking out, I wake up, I'm in the bathroom with a rag on my eye. I'm like,
- 6:38what the fuck is going on? I look in the mirror, I take the rag off bro. My shirt was open like it
- 6:43was crazy. Crazy. So how was your jumper after that? Terrible. That's why I shoot the way I shoot now. I
- 6:49ain't gonna lie. Before that though, my shit was green. Like I'm talking like. No, like you know how
- 6:54it's two person jump shot. You might got that hitch up here. No, I was straight from the pocket.
- 6:58Oh, you feel me? I was straight from the up, right? I shot like a white boy. Right? Like Kyle. Korver. Well.
- 7:04I was shooting that shit, right? That was dope. Was the only reason I was on the team. All right.
- 7:08Enough law. Mhm. Did she say you started posting in 2018. Mhm. You was doing the renegade. Mhm. What
- 7:15was the moment where you were like hold on I'm popping off. I got, I went to college. You went to
- 7:20college. Yeah. And you. Started before. College. Like your. School. Your room. Your room looked like an
- 7:25insane asylum. Yo. Um, bro. Because this is my whole thing. You ain't get one poster the whole time. No,
- 7:30I didn't, because, bro, my dude, this is on some whole, like, uh. That was a deuce, brick. By the way,
- 7:37bro. We we, bro. Before I came to college, my junior year and sophomore year, I wasn't, like, in the US,
- 7:44I was overseas. I was, um, my parents had moved out the country for both years of Covid. That was like
- 7:50heavily impacted in the US. We had went overseas. I was over there chilling. I really didn't, like, have
- 7:56a room. Like, I had a room, but I wasn't about to put posters up because I was only there for nine
- 8:00months at a time. So like, I guess when I first came to age, like 17, 18, not even 16,
- 8:0717, 18, 19, I really wasn't like decorating my room and nothing like that. So when I got to school, I'm
- 8:11like, all right, these white walls. Cool. I'm about to get a couple pillows from when I had my
- 8:15sliders over during school hours for me, because they need pillows I don't need, you know what I'm
- 8:19saying? So I was like, duh. Like, come on, bro, and twin XL, you got to make it as comfortable as
- 8:23possible. Twin XL bro. I went twin. I went twin, you went twin. I was on. Twitter. I have no choice.
- 8:29Fucking white privilege. I have no choice. Twin sisters. You fuck like.
- 8:36I had to wear my socks at night because the blanket didn't cover my feet. That's crazy. Safety.
- 8:40You was really in a pokeball, bro. That's real. Unfortunate. Yeah. So you in the white SAS alum
- 8:46dorm room? Yeah. And, I. Mean, I was. Crazy. I can realize because I make videos. You were getting on
- 8:52there. Yep. and making a bag. Yeah. Yep. And making a bag. I was doing the same thing. So
- 8:59you started yapping. You think that's not even. Making a bag, though? Good enough to get you by now?
- 9:04My money was going to college. I mean, yeah. Yeah. That's how I pay for my first year. Oh, shit. Yeah.
- 9:10Yo, you're really my man. That's crazy. Yeah, yeah. That's crazy. Yeah. Is that when it started popping
- 9:14off when you changed from the renegade to yapping? Yeah. No, when I went to college, and I actually
- 9:18started talking about, like, my life experiences or about shit that I was going through during
- 9:22college. That's when my sister taking off because I chose, like, the hardest major. I was a biomedical
- 9:27engineer. It was the most challenging shit up all the time. I started. So glad you did it. Fuck yeah,
- 9:32100% bro, because I, not even on the social media said like I secure the bag, like in real life, like
- 9:38for on some engineering shit. Like I could go ahead and get a job whenever I need to. You feel
- 9:41me? So that's the a great part about that. But also it put me in such an uncomfortable spot where I
- 9:47had to work to be able to do both social media and school because bro, being an engineer like you,
- 9:53bound to have some 2 or 3 a.m. nights, just doing homework, not even studying. And you still gotta
- 9:59study after you do your homework. You feel me? And you got class at 8 a.m. the next day. I was gonna
- 10:03say. Because a lot of us, like our podcast, is a lot of people who kind of, like, dropped out of that
- 10:07corporate life and started just focusing on either content or like, their own business. Do you
- 10:12think that, like, it's important to get your education or do you think, like if you're popping
- 10:15it, not. It, not even that, bro. It's different strokes for different folks. I say that I'll never
- 10:21tell you how to live your life, because what I go through and what you go through is two different
- 10:24things. But what I will say is, though, you want to secure yourself as much as possible, because with
- 10:29the internet, somebody can say one derogatory thing about you or have one derogatory piece of
- 10:34evidence about you, and you're just cook this over with, you know what I'm saying? So for me, I grew up,
- 10:40my parents were kind of pushing me to educate myself, not even in like, academia, but in real life.
- 10:45Like, bro, go look for knowledge. Go look for what you actually believe about in real life. Fuck what
- 10:50everybody else got going on. What are your interests? What do you feel like doing with your
- 10:54life? You feel what I'm saying. And up until about like 9 or 10 months ago, I wanted to be an
- 10:59engineer. That's what I prepared my whole life for. I was always good at math. I thought like, damn, I
- 11:04just graduated with a bachelor's degree. Let me go ahead and be an engineer. But no, I actually enjoy
- 11:09creating and stuff like that. So to get back to your to your point that you're saying, I think
- 11:14that it is important to chase knowledge, whether it's inside school or outside of school. But chase
- 11:19your dream, bro. Life is too short to be doing what you think you should be doing. You need to do what
- 11:25you need to be doing for you and and to be able to find value in your life. So going back to the
- 11:30point of trying to balance the school with the content I've been doing for the past three years,
- 11:34I get the same question every time. How did you do it? I didn't, I just kind of like you. Y'all know
- 11:40this is right. Remember that nigga was on the roof and the water was just gone and it was like, bro,
- 11:45bro, if you take me, you take me. If you don't, you don't. Bro. I'm in a school. I'm studying for a calc
- 11:50two exam. Back to back cigarettes outside the fresh outside the sophomore dorm I was tripping. I
- 11:56dyed my hair on some Cisco shit. I did that drunk my man really mad bro. I had this a couple of
- 12:02years earlier too, but on on some real shit though, it's like, bro, I was really just going with the
- 12:06flow of things until I found a balance and I say I found a balance late. Like like I would say
- 12:12junior year where it's like, all right, I actually had to get a schedule. I actually had to start
- 12:16formatting my life to the things that I needed to do. But up until then, it was like, all right, I'm
- 12:21gonna stay up till 1:32 a.m. studying. I'm gonna leave here. The library is 24 hours. If I
- 12:27go in there, I'm going to fall asleep on this beanbag chair and wake up for this lecture,
- 12:32because the library is right next to College Hall, where I could go in there, go to class, come back
- 12:37in here and study, fall asleep and do the same cycle over. And it was a period during high school
- 12:41where I didn't touch my bed for like two weeks. I mean, the way your room was looking, you probably
- 12:46would have been there. You feel. Me? If you need to touch. Your bed, bro. He was in the beanbag. Not even
- 12:50that, bro. The freshman dorm flooded. Ah, I had the Jordan five Supreme. Oh. Which ones? The
- 12:57black. The black. Ones. No no no no. Black. Red. Black. Red. Black, red. And like silver on the. On the
- 13:03tongue. With the reflective tongue. I had the white one with the reflective tongue. So y'all really my
- 13:07man? I fuck with you for real. This is why people be saying that when you make your videos, it feels
- 13:12like you were on FaceTime. No, bro. I'm trying to tell you because it's real shit though. I gotta
- 13:17relay it to you like it is, you know what I'm saying? Why do you think your audience is, like, so
- 13:20loyal? And why do you think they always keep coming back? Like what a part. What about your
- 13:24content, do you think? And the way you speak, uh, has people relating and feeling for more. I.
- 13:32What's funny, that's a regular word. But I want some real shit, though. I feel like
- 13:38it's because I'm a I stand by this, bro. It's like I'm not no superstar, bro. I'm not. No I'm not. I
- 13:45don't see myself as an influencer or even as a content creator, bro. I'm just out here living. I'm
- 13:50doing what I do. If you see me out in person, I'm probably the same way that you see me online. And
- 13:54a lot of people be shocked by that. I went out shopping one day and a person came up to me. He
- 13:58said, yo Bubba, I'm like, yo, what's up? What's going on? Deputy up. And we were just talking for like
- 14:03five, ten minutes about sports. He's like, bro, I didn't expect you to be like this in real life.
- 14:06I'm like, what you expected? Yeah. In fact, you want to go to this. That's like the best part of kind
- 14:11of what we do. I don't even talk about it a lot, but just running into people who, like, generally
- 14:14just watch what we do or like, it had the same interest. That was like my favorite part of the
- 14:18day. Blowing my. Mind. I like. It because we're like, you really care. Bro. I talked to a dude until 4
- 14:23a.m. from 2 to 4 a.m., about just cars outside of a bar, just facing six. Yeah. I was like, no, what I
- 14:29like making, man. I'm going to tell you, bro. You're like, oh, I grew up with you. And I'd be like, damn, I
- 14:33thought about. It like that. Like they was going through college at the same time we graduated
- 14:37same time, bro. I had people in my DMs sending me pictures of a a them and a cap and gown thrown
- 14:42their chairs in there. I'm like, damn, like, that's crazy. I didn't think about it like that. So would
- 14:48you say biomedical engineering? Yeah. Biomedical engineer. So I think we got done with college
- 14:53around the same time. Mhm. You just said, uh, I'm gonna just do the content. Screw the job right now.
- 14:58No, not even that bro. I had I set myself up to where it's like all right. Because I'm not about
- 15:03to do all four year of college, go $60,000 in debt for no reason. So I said, alright, cool. If I bip it
- 15:09like this. Sophomore year I got an internship. Senior year after I graduated, I got an internship.
- 15:13After that, I tried to look for co-op programs to where I could go into work one time a week or two
- 15:19times a week, to where I could maintain and show recent job history without really committing to
- 15:24anything. Okay, so I don't because that's my whole thing, is a lot of people sacrificed their
- 15:31lives to get me here. Yeah, like my pop did. My mom did. My grandma did. My grandma set up a fucking
- 15:37IRA for me before I was even born. And she was working six where she worked at Denny's. My
- 15:42grandma was 60. Working at Denny's. Shitty ass pancakes. They did it for me, though. You fill me
- 15:46show with the city part. Okay. We'll talk about that later, bro. Because you think it's that on
- 15:52here. But but yeah though it's like bro, so many people have sacrificed their way of life and
- 15:57their way of living for me to just be comfortable. And I complained about comfortability growing up
- 16:02because I was mad at the fact that my life I didn't have to do like I lived in this house, I
- 16:07was cool, I didn't have no friends there. I took that as a as something that was derogatory when
- 16:12really was a blessing. You feel what I'm saying? So many people sacrificed what they had going on for
- 16:17me to be able to get that education and for me to be able to damn near and make six figures coming
- 16:22out of college, if what I'm saying with my engineering degree. So I didn't want that to go to
- 16:27waste. No shit. I couldn't let my mom in the face and say, yeah, I'm about to be a content creator.
- 16:32Knowing, damn these damn here. You feel me? Yeah. My grandma didn't even get to finish high school. And
- 16:35then my other grandma on the other side, like her grandma waited on the Union Army to get freed
- 16:38from slavery. So my mom was just. Yeah, bro, you got to finish college. You got to. Yeah, no matter what.
- 16:43I gotta do that right now. And my mom was. And I made a video about that. And my mom doesn't even
- 16:48keep up with my TikTok. I made a video about that though, and it got back to my mom and she called
- 16:51me crying. She like, I don't know, I think. I feel
- 16:59you're doing you, but not like mom. I was trolling like this. Just this is when I was a few big and
- 17:05back in the day, and she was like, I had to tell her. I'm like, no, I was bullshitting. She's like. Why
- 17:09would you lie about that? I'm like, you want to see that? That's the point of. Fucking see that. I'm
- 17:16like, mommy, I'm sorry, but. Yeah, like ultra real shit. Like, you don't want to squander your
- 17:22blessings at all. So even now, like, I'm looking for kind of, um, like a a co-op program to
- 17:29where I could still keep my resume up for where one day, if I don't feel like being in front of a
- 17:34camera, I could go back and be an engineer, whether that's like software or like a, well, an engineer,
- 17:39which I'm kind of doing right now. But yeah. Do you have like a main goal that you like, see yourself
- 17:44working towards now? Like a dream kind of thing. I want to be able to throw a wrench in my city, bro.
- 17:49And I, I could I could do that now, but it's not going to be in the way that I wanted to. Like, I
- 17:55could text niggas, yo, pull up. We don't have a day at the park. I could do that. But I want to do it
- 17:59in a way that you're just not pulling up for an experience. You're pulling up and you're going to
- 18:02get something out of it, whether it's book bags or back to school supplies. And I could orchestrate
- 18:09something with with Puma or Under Armor and get some kids, some shoes or some shit like that,
- 18:13because I think that a lot of people in my city, they don't know the impact that they got. You feel
- 18:20me to where you can make this work and really make somebody's day, or make somebody's life and
- 18:24change somebody's life? It's a nigga in my city. He ain't right. He'd be screaming and shit like that.
- 18:30Clover the oven. Rooster. But I think the first time
- 18:37he met DG, he was like, yo, the name Pontiac Mad Dog. He was like, yo, Doug. Like, I grew up watching this
- 18:42in the third. And then they became friends and then he branched off to be something bigger. You
- 18:46feel what I'm saying? But just imagine of you going back to your city and having that same
- 18:50impact on somebody who could become something completely different. And I feel like in my
- 18:54situation is different because I got the blue collar side and then I got the yo do what the
- 18:59fuck you want and had fun side. You feel what I'm saying? I got offer. Together. You feel me? Exactly.
- 19:03To to people in the city who, who need constant money to take care of their family or who are
- 19:07looking for a way to express them, express themselves, create creatively, fart the do say
- 19:12cooking. Me. The way to, uh, to express yourself creatively, to where you could do what
- 19:19you want and not feel like a weirdo for for feeling how you feeling, doing what you want to do.
- 19:24Was there one video in particular, like, hold on, like stuff's changing for me? No,
- 19:30because I have one video in particular. Well, I, um, when I got to college, I had never had that
- 19:37much access to food before. It was like one meal swipe all you can eat. Yo. Was it like you was
- 19:43taking it back to your dorm? It was just like what I eat in a day. And then someone posted it on
- 19:47Twitter and they got like 50 million views. I don't want to talk about what the comments was
- 19:51saying. But. Like after that I was like, hold on. Yeah, he could do something. I'm not making bread.
- 19:57Maybe I don't need to get this internship this summer. Yeah. Now mom's a supporter, though. Yeah, she
- 20:04was supportive. That's a good. Jump. Yeah. Um, I don't think it was no particular video
- 20:11that kind of, um. Well, I, um, I don't know, it's hard to say because I
- 20:17don't really be worried about, like, shit that I did before. And you don't really know at the
- 20:21moment until until after the fact. So. Yeah. So I would say I think I made a video in college about
- 20:27like, my pop was spinning because I was trying to make games in my dorm in the just, it was spinning
- 20:33for like, like rapidly. Like I didn't. Even seen. That jump barrel. I went to the bathroom, I took
- 20:39bro, I ain't gonna lie. I took a mean drunk because I came back from the dining hall. I was drawn to
- 20:43the dining hall. Me and Troy know about that dining hall, but that one meal. You can stay in
- 20:46there for five hours. I know you know the college. Yeah. College of Charleston, South Carolina. Yo, yo,
- 20:52my yo, my bro. My dad was born in Charleston, South Carolina. I love that city, bro. He was born in
- 20:59Charleston, South Carolina. He went to Texas. I mean, to North Carolina. A.A. And then he moved back to
- 21:04Charlotte, South Carolina. I mean, Charlotte, North Carolina. Yeah. It's crazy. Yeah. It's cool. It's
- 21:10great. Now you're up in North Carolina or South Carolina. I think I've been to North Carolina for
- 21:14a tournament. Oh, cool. That's great. Two best cities you've ever been to in your life. Best food too.
- 21:18You should go, for sure. But yeah, though, um, I don't really see, like, I feel like every. I feel like
- 21:24people that even know me now or, like, see me out in public. They know me for different shit. So it's
- 21:28hard to even say. What was that? One moment? Like, some people know me for the shit I do with the
- 21:32Eagles or me yelling about the Eagles. All right, let's rephrase it then. Was there like, um, a brand
- 21:36deal or something that came in here? Like, this is life changing because I just seen you. I think I
- 21:40just seen you on some knives. I Think I seen you DoorDash. I think I see you. I ain't a lot grown up.
- 21:46Majority of my bread that I got from brand deals was going either tourist, my education or going
- 21:52back towards my crib because, bro, I lived in this like in, uh, Philadelphia. We got a lot of
- 21:58historically owned houses, and depending on how you could finance it, you could live in one of
- 22:03those historically owned houses, um, for like a small mortgage, you know what I'm saying? Or
- 22:10depending on how you how you fix it, whatever the fuck you got going on. My parents had moved into
- 22:15that when we had moved from West Philly to where we lived at in Roxborough, Charlotte, Roxborough. By
- 22:19the way, the crib was fucked up. We moved in there like the ceilings was fucked up, like the basement
- 22:24was always flooded. It was something wrong with the pipes. So majority of my bread was either
- 22:28going to my schooling, we or was going back to my crib to help fix it up. So
- 22:35I guess even seeing that bread, it wasn't even like I was using all that cheese to
- 22:42whether it was to, to, um, increase my, my lifestyle or none of that shit. Like I probably didn't start
- 22:48making like, real bread to like I say, like two. Like I said, like last year for a for a, I
- 22:55started making like, real cheese the same. But then like that, bro, when that shit get real,
- 23:02it get real because you get an agency, right? Yeah. And then the agency would be like, yeah, we got
- 23:06something coming up for you, which I'm like, oh shit, I'm ready to work with Snipes. They're like,
- 23:10no, we're not going to take it yet. I'm like, damn. Y'all niggas dumb? What are you talking about? It's
- 23:17nice that your shoe store. Let's go ahead and do that. You're like, no, I ain't not offering you
- 23:21enough yet. I'm like, damn, I'm how much bread they offer? They tell you the number. I'm like, bro, I'm
- 23:25about to kill all y'all niggas. Listen, it's definitely super weird in the beginning, bro.
- 23:30Because. I. Never even. Heard of a brand new. It's like, on my mind. I didn't know that was the thing.
- 23:33I didn't know an agent existed either, because I was like, wow, I need someone to tell me how to
- 23:37make a video. So I was saying, my homie put me on and I was like, wow. Red. Will you be making your
- 23:42videos? Are they planned or are you just thinking about them? They start recording. You even know I'm
- 23:45not gonna hold you. And I stopped smoking since then. But in college, bro, I used to hit the yard
- 23:51after I did my homework and shit. Right after I studied all that, I'm like, damn, I got a little
- 23:54break. I hit the earth. My mind didn't stop turning the bro. I got notes in my phone from back and
- 23:59like, shit 2020 bro. I just think about shit that happened through my life or like shit
- 24:06that happened recently. But then. And then later I record that nigga. I said what I said a couple
- 24:12walking barefoot on the trail. I left my I left my earrings in Liberia, the back of Spencers.
- 24:19Um, what are you saying? These one liners are crazy. Bro. Returning a
- 24:26mac. Uh, Skinwalkers. Um, asking God for forgiveness. Don't ask me for shit, bitch.
- 24:33Uh, dark, dark rules. I've never been down my coach, but he had a mike Tyson accent. Like shit like
- 24:39that, bro. They said shit that you think about or like, um, shit that you might situations that you
- 24:44found yourself in in the past. I just feel like, damn, let me go talk about this today. And that's I
- 24:49feel like that's just how that's just how I made the killing for real. I'm telling you, I feel you
- 24:53in a FaceTime. You know, real shit, bro. No no, no. If y'all are actually trying to make content, just
- 24:59act like you're on FaceTime talking to your homies. No, no funny shit though, bro. Open the
- 25:02camera and talk to the phone for 45 minutes. It's going to be something you said in there. That's
- 25:06good. That's somebody's gonna love it or something. Otherwise, you do it all in one take, or you kind
- 25:09of. I ain't gonna lie, bro. Up until, like, four months ago, I actually started. No, that don't sound
- 25:16right. Let me delete that joke. I didn't say it right. And let me do it again. And then I'll do it
- 25:19again and I'll be like, all right, or I'll do it at a different time. Because I feel like before, like
- 25:25the the spontaneity of all this shit that I was doing, I felt like it was hitting because it was
- 25:28it happened right then and there, like I was going through shit at 2 a.m., I posted at 2 a.m., like,
- 25:33and that's just how I felt. That's just how I went about it. But now I feel like as you get into like,
- 25:38doing branded shit. It's like, damn, no, I actually want this shit to look good. Or I might want this
- 25:43shit to look a certain way. So I catch traction with these boots from the military 1960s. It's a
- 25:48great guy, bro. But, yeah, no answer. Real shit. Like, I feel like the more, the deeper
- 25:55you. It's kind of like getting a job, bro. Do you ever go back and be like, I shouldn't have posted
- 25:59that. Fuck no. Real? No, I mean, I ain't I ain't been saying nothing crazy. I mean, I, I might have
- 26:06called like, yeah, I might have called my mom a bitch or something like that by accident because
- 26:11at the time, like, bro, it. No, I mean, it's not crazy because everybody goes through, you know, everybody
- 26:15go through what they go through with their parents. Mommy, if you see this, I'm sorry, but like
- 26:19your mom, do something. You should take your PSP or your, like. Mom. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Like,
- 26:24God, you can't be saying that. Your mom like not saying I call my mama. This is my grenade. Like I'm
- 26:28saying, like when I was in the store from when I was a young boy or some shit like that, I might
- 26:31have said something like that, but yeah, I don't. I try to, my mom said, like, if you say something and
- 26:37you think it's going to be disrespectful, or you think you could hurt somebody's feelings, don't
- 26:40say it. So I never talk about somebody in a in a sense that I hurt their feelings or mess up their
- 26:46way of life. But I'm gonna let you know this. I'm gonna tell you how I feel. You feel what I'm
- 26:52saying? I feel like I'm saying if you. Mhm. Yeah. It's not there. It's not there. But.
- 26:59Yeah. Not for real. Like it's a, it's a, it's a strict border between authenticity and hurting
- 27:05somebody's feelings. Do you think your content, the way people view it they can draw some
- 27:11misconceptions about you. Do you think they're not true? No. Because I think sometimes people think
- 27:17I'm an idiot. Well, my homie, uh, shout out with me, by the way. Uh, I had a real in-depth conversation
- 27:23with him. He like, bro, people don't know how bright you are and how actual, like, how smart you are. And
- 27:28I said, good, bro. I would love to keep it that way, because the moment that people think that you're
- 27:32smart, the more people start to rely on what you say. I don't want nobody to realize. I don't want
- 27:36nobody to rely and or have so much, um, impact from what I say. Because I'm
- 27:42human. I might say the wrong shit. What about those young bulls that don't got someone in their life
- 27:47that got a good head on their shoulders? I'm gonna give you the blame, bro. I'm not a good role model
- 27:51because I'm one of them niggas, bro. But rap like I like, like you said, like the same way the demons
- 27:55got it. I could be misguided in my own thought, so I can't. I can't say that what I say is right and
- 27:59or wrong. All I expect from you is to watch what I do. Take notes from it. Be like, damn, he could have
- 28:06did this. Or I think that he could have did this. And you take that and apply it to your own life. I
- 28:10want people from whether I'm telling a story, whether I'm doing a brand deal or whether I'm
- 28:14whatever the fuck I'm doing, I want y'all to look at what I'm doing and say, how can I apply this to
- 28:18my own life? How can I take these lessons in the fight in my way? Now, mind you, Moses, should I be
- 28:23saying be random and out the way? But it's it's something that you could take from this, that
- 28:29could say, oh, maybe I need to look up. Maybe I need to look at the good in a certain situation or
- 28:32something like that. I mean, I like from how are we talking? You're funny as shit, right? Like we all
- 28:38know that. But you could feel like the amount of love and, like, humbleness you have towards other
- 28:44people from the way you grew up. Yeah. And I know you talked about wanting to give back to the
- 28:49community, like, besides the followers and the views. Is there something you've
- 28:56accomplished throughout this that you like are really proud of? Yes, bro. And I was just talking to
- 29:02my mom about I cry out on the phone with her earlier like two days ago because I was at the
- 29:07gym. Like, we were just hooping, like me and my brother and my other homie missed her shout out.
- 29:10Missed her. Um, we was hooping and I didn't know, but I'm looking around the court and it's just
- 29:16all these little kids, like, from the summer camp, just watching this hoop. And I'm like, damn, like, do
- 29:21I got a hold of my ass or something? Like, why are you just looking at me like they got their
- 29:25cameras out and shit like that? And I'm like, no, they're looking at me like, so we finished hooping.
- 29:30I'm walking out there like, damn, bro. Like, I didn't know you hoop here. Like, God, get a picture and
- 29:34that really, it warms my heart up because I feel like people don't know that I'm a regular person.
- 29:41Like I really be out at two, am going to bars, chilling and having a great time with the homies.
- 29:46Or you might see me at the library. I see me at the library and say, I didn't know you read like
- 29:51talk about what you're like, bro. And I went to fucking, um, I went to a cafe. I got something to
- 29:55eat. I went out to eat, I was on a date. Somebody saw me and said, oh, shit. Like I didn't know you
- 30:00really be on dates. I'm like, bro. Yes, like I do regular shit. I'm a regular person. I'm no dude
- 30:05doesn't. Know you from being. On the internet. Tell the. Stories. I'm no better than you, bro. I'm no
- 30:09different than you. I go out, I take a shit, I wipe my ass and it's stink. Like, you know what I'm
- 30:12saying? Like it's no better than anybody else than what they got going on. So yeah, bro, I feel like
- 30:17that's the best thing is, like, people seeing me in everyday activities and being like, yeah, bro, I
- 30:22fuck with you. You're a great guy. And I could, I could have the type of personality that I got to
- 30:27be like, yeah, bro, I appreciate you. And I could give a a hug. You feel what I'm saying? A lot of
- 30:31niggas. Are you going for the the cross dealt with the hug. A lot of niggas are getting you too stiff
- 30:37on. Nah fuck that. I'm letting the hand going. I'm wrapping you around like, yo, what's up Nick, I love
- 30:41you. Oh, bro, you know what I'm saying? I feel like that's the best part of it all, is showing the
- 30:46humility of somebody who could be in the spotlight, but still be a regular person. Bro, I
- 30:50feel like you take a lot of growth from your life and the people around you. Would you have anything
- 30:57to say or nothing to say at all to you? Let's say before all this happened. Yeah bro, stop doing dumb
- 31:03shit like where we're at. I feel like I did something. Oh my God, bro. Like, I feel like a lot of
- 31:09people see the growth, but a lot of people don't see the bumps in the in the, the self
- 31:15discouragement and the self-sabotage in the the amounts of harm you could do when you don't have
- 31:22your head straight. Yeah. Like you can affect like like we all know like in the shit that we do. We
- 31:27can affect the, the outcome of what somebody might do tomorrow. Yeah. And they might see you do a
- 31:31backflip on social media. Be like, yo, let me try to do a backflip, break his neck and die. You see what
- 31:35I'm saying? Awesome rap though. I know it's a real shit. So it's like, bro, I don't want what I
- 31:41do to harm nobody, and I don't want what I do to to defer nobody from doing nothing. So if I could
- 31:48tell my younger self or, or my past hope when things stop doing dumb shit, bro, don't get in
- 31:53nobody else's way. Focus on yourself and do great because other people is looking up at you. Bro bro
- 31:58rant. 20 years from now, what do you want people to remember about you? And I was a fly ass nigga. You
- 32:05feel me like shit. That's like and that bro. Because we all know fires all encompassing, bro.
- 32:11It's the way you walk the shit that you do. And the people that you hang with. You feel me like I
- 32:15hang around all dope niggas. You feel me? As you see on the drop out podcast. You feel. The shirt.
- 32:20We're we're a very, very renowned group of flying niggas. And we do fly things, you understand me? But
- 32:26even that it's like I want people to see the people that I'm hanging with, see the shit that
- 32:29I'm dude and say, dude, that's that's some fly that shit. Like he doing what he what he want to do and
- 32:33what he's supposed to do. And that's what I want people to remember. Yes, cuz, bro, we're not fucking
- 32:38politicians. We're not shit. Most of us, not even influencers for most of us, are just out here
- 32:44doing shit. Yeah, you told me so. It's like, bro, I want people to see him and be like, damn, he was
- 32:48fly. I want to be on some shit. He was on you feel me? Yeah. So you really asked for it in these days.
- 32:53I think, uh, I think Miles got a couple of things. Yeah. We're gonna jump into this segment we call
- 32:57rapid fire. No, hesi. I'ma shoot
- 33:04some questions at you. You gotta answer it. No, hesi. Nothing too crazy, you know? Just just. Oh, shit. Yeah.
- 33:11Put those on. Those aren't real quick. I'm not done yet. Oh, fuck. Yeah. Put the hair. Up. Yeah. She.
- 33:16Chamorro. Nora. Nora. Lauren. The body. Type. Bro. First things first. What? The name Bubba come
- 33:22from my mommy. My, my, the real thing is Bubba's with a s no matter what type of format is
- 33:29in. I'm her. I'm a bubba. That's my shit. So, uh, what? I think that, um, my
- 33:36homie at the time we was out, we was whooping, and he wanted to embarrass me, and he called me Bubba,
- 33:40and he was like, yo, who the fuck is that? And it was me, obviously. And I was. We would didn't mind
- 33:46you this around the time that, um, niggas was wearing the, um, Josh Christopher shorts. Yeah, yeah.
- 33:53Took me. To the Tucker. To the. SDS and the Atticus. So I got no shirt on with the Josh Christopher's
- 33:59on getting called Bubba and they like, they called me BBL Bubba. The you follow me cause I was
- 34:04squatting like four for 15 at the time. Shit was chunky and gold, so it was really like it was
- 34:11on that. Uh, next question was junkie. Um, what's your favorite Philly, uh, slang?
- 34:20Oh, I only got one, bro. If you if you went for a buck, you went for a million. You feel me? I like
- 34:26all of them the same or. Mm, I gotta go, dickhead. Like a know. Posse.
- 34:33Yeah. You gotta. You gotta say posse with a certain twang. Like you gotta mean it. Um. A
- 34:39hundred racks or the Eagles and 70 Sixers both win. Same year. Eagles at 76. Both win. Cause I'm
- 34:46gonna keep it to being bro. If they both were in the same year, I might run up a hundred rep. Oh, and
- 34:50that would be easy. Think about that, though. You feel me going, bro? Nah. Damn. Yeah, that's a no
- 34:55brainer. Yeah. They both will save your brother. Blow the city up. Yeah. Oh, fireworks.
- 35:02Um, uh, who's winning a one v one? You were Troy. Me 100%. And Troy should say the same thing. He should
- 35:08say himself as well. Uh, after that 415, he said he was going for 15. Yeah. Back in. I worry about none
- 35:15of that. I'm not gonna. Go. We gonna figure it out right after this. Actually, immediately after in
- 35:19this shirt, I don't think. I've had to do is do say. In water. You should have. Said. I was off the deuce
- 35:25last night. Giving them. Anyway. Boom. Okay. What? Uh, if your friends had to describe you in three
- 35:30words, what would they use? Uh, sexy, handsome and intellectual. I think that's it for the
- 35:37questions I got. That's it for the questions. Y'all got no more speed questions, Troy. Oh, no, I got some.
- 35:42He's got his own segment. I'm gonna say I'm fucking with these, though I ain't gonna. Oh, he got
- 35:45his own segment. Yeah. Okay. The last time you took a trip down memory lane.
- 35:53I'm gonna pass you like a like a failed test. Just let me know what's going on here. All right. So
- 35:59cool. So if I could show this picture to the camera. All right, so, Pete Vecna was in the back. We
- 36:04fucked him up earlier because we just finished watching Stranger Things. He was on some. Oh, no.
- 36:07This is the Demogorgon. Cooked. The Demogorgon put him in the headlock, throwing him down on the
- 36:12ground, stomped him out, and then I might have actually set him on fire because this was the one
- 36:17that I did not have no heat, so we needed the cardboard on top of that, a nigga in the chat, I
- 36:22think they called. I think they called me Cleo from Set It Off. Or they might have called me a
- 36:27stud and or a lesbian, So obviously I whipped out the Nerf guns and I said, yo, if you got an issue
- 36:32with me, see about me and I could shoot you in real life, we could really get it down. You know
- 36:36what I'm saying, bro? That we got one more. We got a few more. We got a few. What was going on right
- 36:41there? I. I ain't gonna hold you, bro.
- 36:48How? Do I know I can hold you once a
- 36:55month? Like my drafts is worse than prior. Like a young woman in.
- 37:02Watch out, watch out. Words here. Oh, yeah. Know for sure? My TikTok drafts are worse than like a woman
- 37:08in high school. Like just posting. Like just creating all these TikToks but not posting them. I
- 37:14probably got 345 drafts of me just humping the air to different various TikTok sounds. Because
- 37:21that's what we do, bro. We get humping. You feel what I'm saying? You might gotta drop a little. You
- 37:25can. Chain. Yeah, you can tell. Me, bro. I was a dollar boy, bro. Now, I was a Czech boy. We had the dollar
- 37:31boys and the Czech boys. The Czech boys was kind of like, ah. You got to break that down because
- 37:35they don't know what. So listen. Dollar Boys, it's a dance group around what I would say like the
- 37:40early 20 tens, um, in Philadelphia and then, uh, off of the Dollar Boys, another dance group had formed
- 37:47called the Czech Boys. The Czech boys, in my opinion, was the better tankers, but the the dollar
- 37:53boys had the cultural influence. Shout out DB Woody, shout out everybody over there. You feel
- 37:57what I'm saying? But the Czech boys, I don't know, it was just more a roar bro. And they sweat suits
- 38:02was way harder in my opinion. That's just how I feel. But yeah, the I was a Czech, I wasn't I wasn't
- 38:07really a Czech boy like I was a, I was a, I was I put myself down with the game like, you know how
- 38:12they got Bloods and Crips in New York. You just like affiliated. I was like, no, not even I wasn't
- 38:16affiliated. I was like through the screen, like, you know how people with little dirt over the phone
- 38:20like, yeah, I'm otf. That's how I felt. I was a Czech boy, bro. So can you tell me? Yeah. Ryan.
- 38:27Why why why why are you. Why are you doing bro like that?
- 38:35Can I pop it real quick? Fucking Detroit Lions, all right. Fuck! Fuck! Y'all fucking suck. No, no.
- 38:43No! Turkey! No! If you can't listen, slide that. Listen, when we see y'all this show, we see y'all
- 38:49this year first round. Cuz we probably gonna be like what? We probably gonna be like third, second,
- 38:53third seed. I'ma keep it to me. We might actually see the Pistons. We're going. Whoop y'all ass. Oh my
- 38:57god Jalen Darren. What are y'all the kid ones. Not even crazy like that bro. What am I doing in this
- 39:03situation? Nothing. Cuz you see this picture? This could have been truly. In. His ear. So? So I'm
- 39:09guessing this was the best day of your life right here. Primal war cry. So I'm guessing that's the
- 39:13best day of your life. Y'all got a lot of evidence, bruh. We do this for, like, eighth grade, man. How'd
- 39:19that feel? Fuck. I play it black and white, so it seems more nostalgic. I ain't going
- 39:26over to first things first. Everybody watches women's sports. By the way. Y'all see this shirt? Uh,
- 39:31nah. This is, like, every Sunday for me. Hey, this is my cousin. You ain't got it. I feel like everyone
- 39:36say that. That's because, you know how many people told me. Baby face right there, cousin. That's
- 39:40different, though, because they probably is because of Flint. Smaller shit. I ain't going. Well, he's
- 39:43from Detroit, right? You're from Detroit? Yeah, I might say he from. Detroit, but everyone. Just said
- 39:46that's a that's baby face. Oh, that's baby face. Um, yeah. Baby face. Yeah, I forgot, but yeah, a lot of
- 39:51this is really my cousin, though. For real. You could see it in the biceps. And the biceps. You
- 39:56don't see it. You just got. You just not looking. Yeah, I got, like, we got matching Cubans on in this
- 40:01picture. I just took my eyes because, you know, that's big cousin. He. You know, he live with a
- 40:05snatch. The camera. You learn. You learn this from your cousin. What did I learn from my cousin? Right
- 40:10here? No. I'm gonna keep it to be. Um, you know, when you're in the dorms, it comes down. It sometimes
- 40:17get a little clogged up in that dorm. This is just some some indoor yoga. Do what I'm saying. So this
- 40:22all clogged up beginning in the dorm. Keep it a bean. Keep it up.
- 40:30Yo, yo. We're back for this one. Hand on that. One hand on front on, bro. No real shit. Yo,
- 40:37no funny shit, though. I'm not gonna hold you. This whole outfit I stole out of my homies dorm
- 40:42because I had threw up on my clothes was at a dirty. Um, he was at a dirty. Yo. Shout out
- 40:48Pittsburgh, bro. Shout out the whole south side of Pittsburgh. I was at a dirty in Pittsburgh. Bro, I'm
- 40:53not gonna hold you. Cut water stone cold Steve Austin. Do you think possible? Huh? Do you think
- 40:59possible, bro? What? No. Henny. Henny cutty. Anything possible? We both know we were throwing the Henny
