SPEAKER_02: All right, I I got this thing unpacked for you.
• 0:02
SPEAKER_02: So let me finalize what I can tell you about this McDonald's thing, which started with they're bringing back the fried apple pies for America's 250th.
• 0:12
SPEAKER_02: Okay, that spun into, you know, toys and happy meals and what can be the best deal.
• 0:17
SPEAKER_02: And I did tell you, you can hold on to this.
• 0:19
SPEAKER_02: You remember that big box meal I I told you about?
• 0:21
  SPEAKER_02: You get two cheeseburgs.
• 0:22
SPEAKER_02: Two cheeseburgers, 20 McNuggets, and two fries.
• 0:25
SPEAKER_02: Now you gotta order drinks.
• 0:26
SPEAKER_02: That doesn't come with drinks.
• 0:27
SPEAKER_02: You gotta figure out, you know, so you're gonna get a little add on there.
• 0:30
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but you're saying that's cheaper than if you do the happy meals with the the crappy toys anyway.
• 0:35
  SPEAKER_02: Well, think about this.
• 0:35
SPEAKER_02: If you're a family where there's three kids in the car, okay, if they're of a certain younger age, if they're teenagers, yeah, you probably could get a teen to eat like all 20 nuggets, one teen.
• 0:45
SPEAKER_02: But when you're dealing with like, I don't know, like almost 12 and 7, four to five will do.
• 0:51
SPEAKER_02: Like that does it, you know.
• 0:53
  SPEAKER_01: Perfect.
• 0:53
SPEAKER_01: And then dad gets some too.
• 0:54
SPEAKER_02: I get some extra nuggets.
• 0:56
  SPEAKER_02: There's plenty of fries.
• 0:57
SPEAKER_02: I'm telling you, it's the best bang for the buck.
• 0:59
SPEAKER_02: But anyway, back to this damn apple pie thing.
• 1:01
  SPEAKER_02: Uh-huh.
• 1:01
SPEAKER_02: Because I'm like, when did they not have apple pie on the menu?
• 1:04
SPEAKER_02: Now I haven't ordered an apple pie.
• 1:06
SPEAKER_02: I have I don't if I've ever ordered one, it's a lot of but my dad used to uh get it quite a bit.
• 1:13
SPEAKER_02: I remember my father would.
• 1:14
SPEAKER_01: And I thought it was still on the menu.
• 1:16
  SPEAKER_02: So did I.
• 1:16
SPEAKER_02: Okay, so apparently it has been.
• 1:18
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 1:19
  SPEAKER_02: But they switched it.
• 1:20
SPEAKER_02: And I gotta give this to Mike.
• 1:21
SPEAKER_02: Mike texted, he goes, 34 years ago.
• 1:24
SPEAKER_02: So there's an entire segment of our audience that never knew what this apple pie was.
• 1:28
  SPEAKER_01: Right, they weren't born.
• 1:29
SPEAKER_02: 34 years ago is when they switched from the fried ones to the baked ones, the ones that you would get now.
• 1:34
  SPEAKER_02: Softer shell, right?
• 1:36
SPEAKER_01: Okay, so I've only known pretty much.
• 1:38
SPEAKER_01: I mean, because you start eating fast food when you're a kid, right?
• 1:41
  SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
• 1:42
SPEAKER_01: So I've only known baked.
• 1:44
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I mean, your dad might have remembered the the fried.
• 1:47
SPEAKER_01: Oh, I'm sure he did, because he loves it.
• 1:49
  SPEAKER_02: And it's a harder shell.
• 1:50
SPEAKER_02: Because it's obviously deep fried.
• 1:51
SPEAKER_02: They put it in the same fryer as the fries, which all sounds great right now.
• 1:55
  SPEAKER_02: Now interesting.
• 1:56
SPEAKER_02: Here's the other thing, just to let you know.
• 1:58
SPEAKER_02: So the fried one, that original, the OG, is coming back.
• 2:01
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 2:02
  SPEAKER_01: Uh-huh.
• 2:02
  SPEAKER_02: Try it.
• 2:03
  SPEAKER_02: You might like it.
• 2:04
  SPEAKER_02: Some people like it.
• 2:05
SPEAKER_02: You know, a lot of people got used to the uh baked version, which was softer.
• 2:09
  SPEAKER_02: That's all they've known.
• 2:10
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 2:10
  SPEAKER_01: Review's not great.
• 2:11
SPEAKER_02: Now back to the toy and the happy meal.
• 2:13
SPEAKER_02: Somebody said, I gotta read this because it's such a great text from 8201.
• 2:18
SPEAKER_02: They said, uh, their toys are stupid Olympic toys that no child on this planet likes.
• 2:24
  SPEAKER_02: They're actually FIFA toys.
• 2:25
SPEAKER_02: So they are FIFA toys.
• 2:28
  SPEAKER_01: I did say that.
• 2:29
  SPEAKER_02: World Cup.
• 2:29
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 2:30
SPEAKER_01: A few minutes ago, I'm like, why wouldn't they have FIFA toys right now?
• 2:33
SPEAKER_02: I thought maybe they were emptying out a warehouse, but they are FIFA toys.
• 2:36
SPEAKER_01: Speaking of, I do have some toy.
• 2:37
SPEAKER_02: So not a lot of kids really are.
• 2:39
SPEAKER_02: You know, where's where is the Toy Story toys?
• 2:42
SPEAKER_01: I do have some FIFA audio for you.
• 2:43
SPEAKER_01: So Messi, who's uh he is the most followed person on Instagram, scored a World Cup uh record setting goal yesterday.
• 2:53
  SPEAKER_01: Here, take a listen.
• 3:22
SPEAKER_01: Those are the guys that I love listening to.
• 3:24
SPEAKER_02: You know what that wasn't?
• 3:25
  SPEAKER_01: What?
• 3:25
  SPEAKER_02: Messi.
• 3:29
SPEAKER_01: Now take a listen to this.
• 3:30
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_01: Do you ever tell your kids this whenever they're taking a bath?
• 3:34
SPEAKER_01: You know, you have bath time every single night.
• 3:37
  SPEAKER_01: Especially when they're young.
• 3:39
  SPEAKER_01: Listen to this rap.
• 3:42
SPEAKER_00: PSA, this is not okay.
• 3:45
SPEAKER_00: Our kid drinks bath water every freaking day.
• 3:49
SPEAKER_00: We try to tell him that it's his booty juice in there.
• 3:52
SPEAKER_00: But for some reason, the kid just doesn't care.
• 3:56
  SPEAKER_00: Kids are gross.
• 3:57
SPEAKER_00: You, you, you, you, kids are gross.
• 4:01
  SPEAKER_00: So what's he doing?
• 4:02
SPEAKER_01: I do always do the most.
• 4:04
SPEAKER_01: He drinks his bath water.
• 4:06
SPEAKER_02: There's a a phase in every kid's life that takes a bath and that it, you know, they're gonna get some of it.
• 4:12
SPEAKER_01: And the family is saying, we tell him it's his booty juice, and he doesn't care.
• 4:16
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 4:16
SPEAKER_01: Somebody else commented, one of my kids put an adult toenail in their mouth today.
• 4:24
SPEAKER_01: Wait, hold on a second.
• 4:26
SPEAKER_02: I thought you were gonna say something along the lines of the old Eddie Murphy uh stand-up bit, you know, about putting something in your butt.
• 4:33
  SPEAKER_02: No.
• 4:34
  SPEAKER_02: In the bathtub.
• 4:35
SPEAKER_02: Well, there's a classic Eddie Murphy bit about taking he's taking a bath with his brother.
• 4:39
  SPEAKER_02: Uh-huh.
• 4:40
SPEAKER_02: And uh, because you know, I mean, there's a certain age sometimes.
• 4:42
SPEAKER_01: I took a bath with my brother too.
• 4:44
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 4:44
  SPEAKER_01: I mean, until you didn't, right?
• 4:45
  SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
• 4:46
SPEAKER_02: And uh three months ago.
• 4:49
  SPEAKER_02: So anyway.
• 4:50
SPEAKER_02: Both of us go to the second place.
• 4:53
  SPEAKER_02: Just joke.
• 4:54
  SPEAKER_02: Anyway, what?
• 4:54
SPEAKER_02: Uh it's it's a classic Eddie Murphy where, you know, he's talking about, you know, they had G.I.
• 5:00
SPEAKER_02: Joe in the bathtub, and he goes, I got the G.I.
• 5:02
  SPEAKER_02: Joe, I got the G.I.
• 5:04
SPEAKER_02: Joe in the bathtub, and I'm gonna stick it in my butthole.
• 5:09
SPEAKER_02: Oh, is that where the fascination starts?
• 5:12
  SPEAKER_02: That's the thing.
• 5:13
SPEAKER_02: Because I used to I can put it in his brother's butt.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_01: Oh, there used to be, there used to be this guy that worked at or worked, that went to Oaks all the time, and then I would be at Oaks because I was an Oaks rat back in the day.
• 5:24
SPEAKER_01: Bar in Market Street, if you didn't know.
• 5:26
SPEAKER_01: So back in the day, this guy, uh, RAP, he's since passed, but he worked in the emergency room and he said that people would come in all the time with something random things in the right.
• 5:36
SPEAKER_01: Yes, yes, like Barbie dolls, and he he would say, Oh, their excuse was I fell.
• 5:42
  SPEAKER_01: I fell you didn't fall.
• 5:44
