- 0:07Speaker 1: I have had to go to the doctor multiple times
- 0:10Speaker 1: with Corey just for little baby checkups.
- 0:12Speaker 2: They're always very exciting. There's always something new to be
- 0:15Speaker 2: excited about.
- 0:16Speaker 1: First you get to see and make sure there's not
- 0:18Speaker 1: twins in there, because that would have been a nightmare.
- 0:21Speaker 1: We got to hear the heartbeat at this last one,
- 0:24Speaker 1: and this last one I would have bet, I mean
- 0:29Speaker 1: probably a foot that our doctor had been a different
- 0:35Speaker 1: person on our visits. Right, we were just constantly getting
- 0:38Speaker 1: a new person in there and you know, find and
- 0:40Speaker 1: Dandy whatever.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Literally, I was way wrong.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Angie, myself, my wife, Mikey, we were all sitting down
- 0:47Speaker 1: at Unhinged last Thursday for big Happy Hour and it
- 0:51Speaker 1: was an exciting day. We got to share with Angie.
- 0:53Speaker 1: You know, hey, we heard the heart beat. Yeah, the
- 0:55Speaker 1: ticker is a tickt And I was like, I wonder
- 0:59Speaker 1: what happened to our doctor though, because we didn't have
- 1:01Speaker 1: the same one as the first visit, and Corey stopped
- 1:06Speaker 1: and to her defense, she looked at me like I
- 1:08Speaker 1: was an idiot.
- 1:10Speaker 2: It turns out I was an idiot.
- 1:13Speaker 1: I was like, yeah, the first time we were in there,
- 1:14Speaker 1: you know, I was kind of cracking jokes having a
- 1:16Speaker 1: little fun, you know, chit chatting with this this doctor.
- 1:19Speaker 2: And this second time, it was a little less jokey.
- 1:22Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:23Speaker 1: I think she might have been busy and she was
- 1:24Speaker 1: just trying, all right, get in, let me hear this
- 1:26Speaker 1: thing and get going kind of deal, right, yeah. And
- 1:28Speaker 1: I was like, yeah, she didn't didn't like the material
- 1:30Speaker 1: this go around.
- 1:31Speaker 3: And so Gabe was like, I want the first doctor.
- 1:34Speaker 1: Yea, we gotta have the first doctor. That's the one
- 1:36Speaker 1: I want. That's who I like. Yeah, she was cool,
- 1:39Speaker 1: and Corey goes, well, no, like, you know, that was
- 1:42Speaker 1: the same lady, right, And I was like, you know,
- 1:46Speaker 1: it's not.
- 1:46Speaker 2: No, it was not.
- 1:48Speaker 1: There's no chance they looked alike, but that was not
- 1:51Speaker 1: the same woman. And Corey looks me dead in my
- 1:54Speaker 1: face with Angie and Mikey there and goes, first, stop,
- 1:57Speaker 1: yes it was she just had makeup on this time. Secondly,
- 2:01Speaker 1: your material just wasn't as good, which broke.
- 2:05Speaker 2: Which broke my heart.
- 2:07Speaker 1: And then Angie and Mikey are dying laughing at this table.
- 2:11Speaker 4: Your heart sank and I could see it in your face, like,
- 2:16Speaker 4: wait a minute, AMO.
- 2:18Speaker 1: What happened here? And Corey goes, well, I was like,
- 2:21Speaker 1: there's no way. All right, I'm gonna ask her when
- 2:24Speaker 1: we see her if she's who we had last time.
- 2:26Speaker 1: And Corey is like, well I can, like I can
- 2:28Speaker 1: prove this, and what of course she looks it up
- 2:31Speaker 1: like on the app or house.
- 2:33Speaker 4: Yeah, in her little chart and like this is the
- 2:36Speaker 4: doctor who saw me, same lady from the first time.
- 2:39Speaker 3: But Gabe over.
- 2:40Speaker 4: Here just couldn't believe that he wasn't hysterical to this woman.
- 2:46Speaker 4: What heart broken so much so that you thought, well,
- 2:49Speaker 4: clearly it's a different person.
- 2:50Speaker 2: Can't be.
- 2:51Speaker 4: There's no way that she's not gonna be laughing at
- 2:54Speaker 4: my jokes.
- 2:54Speaker 2: It never even computed in my brain.
- 3:00Speaker 4: So I honestly have been laughing about this four days
- 3:03Speaker 4: since how many days has it been, because I mean,
- 3:06Speaker 4: it's the most Gabe gleeding thing on the planet to
- 3:10Speaker 4: literally think she must be a completely different human. This
- 3:14Speaker 4: is to not be laughing at my jokes. Maybe the
- 3:17Speaker 4: obgyn is just not where your material thrives.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Get well, the first visit, I had a great little
- 3:24Speaker 1: five to ten minutes in there.
- 3:25Speaker 2: Okay, that's where I was practicing.
- 3:28Speaker 3: She was trying to make you comfortable. And on this
- 3:31Speaker 3: second visit, she's like, Okay, enough of that.
- 3:34Speaker 2: Not interesting.
- 3:35Speaker 1: With the second visit she was definitely okay, let's say
- 3:38Speaker 1: I got fifteen more of these?
- 3:39Speaker 2: Can we get you through here? No, but she is.
- 3:42Speaker 1: She is very very nice and has been very sweet.
- 3:46Speaker 1: But man, next time we go see her in February
- 3:49Speaker 1: to find out what this little nugget is.
- 3:52Speaker 2: I'm coming in there with some hitters. Okay, I'm coming
- 3:55Speaker 2: in with some great jokes. What this lady? I will
- 3:58Speaker 2: get her?
- 3:58Speaker 3: Okay, So you're just gonna keep trying, Oh shoot her?
- 4:01Speaker 2: Shoot, Okay. I'm going to go in there with some
- 4:04Speaker 2: real material this go around.
- 4:06Speaker 3: Do you have to update us on whether she's interested?
- 4:09Speaker 1: But she's obviously great. We love her, Yeah, especially when
- 4:13Speaker 1: I found out it was the same.
- 4:14Speaker 5: Person celebrating life's little victories every morning we practice gratitude
- 4:23Speaker 5: on Big ninety eight point seven. If I could, I
- 4:26Speaker 5: would keep this feeling in a plastic job busted out
- 4:29Speaker 5: when it was someone's acting hard. Sure your little victories
- 4:32Speaker 5: with us at seven oh one two and oho one eight.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Seven, kids, I also needed to win that day.
- 4:39Speaker 1: A big shout out to Patrick today, who texted us
- 4:42Speaker 1: a little victory. Patrick says he just changed his furnace filter. Anyway,
- 4:47Speaker 1: that is responsible. Yes, I don't know why, but there
- 4:50Speaker 1: is something about and kids will have no clue what
- 4:53Speaker 1: I'm talking about, but there is something about when you
- 4:55Speaker 1: change the furnace filter and you're like, all right, I'm
- 4:58Speaker 1: breathing in some nice fresh air. I just did some
- 5:00Speaker 1: real adulting h eighteen seconds that it takes you to
- 5:04Speaker 1: change a furnace filter, which you should change every month
- 5:07Speaker 1: or three months, and then I think they do make somewhere.
- 5:10Speaker 1: They can last up to like a year or something.
- 5:12Speaker 1: But yeah, I've changed in furnace filters. I love changing
- 5:14Speaker 1: the furnace filter at my house. It makes me feel
- 5:16Speaker 1: like my wife needs me around for something.
- 5:18Speaker 3: Oh that's great, which she.
- 5:20Speaker 1: Could obviously easily change it, but I like having that responsibility.
- 5:25Speaker 4: Now right, I'm wondering, now, have I changed the furnace filter?
- 5:29Speaker 3: No, I think I'm in the window. I do it
- 5:31Speaker 3: every three months.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, right now, yeah, yeah, I feel you. All right, Angie,
- 5:35Speaker 1: Do you have a little victory today?
- 5:36Speaker 3: Oh, my gosh, I do.
- 5:37Speaker 6: So.
- 5:38Speaker 4: The new thing in our house is that we play Jeopardy.
- 5:41Speaker 4: So all of the old Jeopardy shows episodes are on
- 5:46Speaker 4: whatever streaming service with check. Yes, we've been watching the
- 5:50Speaker 4: ones with Trebec and so me, Mikey and then my
- 5:54Speaker 4: two kids, Liam and Aiden will play along and I'll
- 5:57Speaker 4: keep score, you know, adding and subtracting. And we just
- 6:01Speaker 4: played Jeopardy right along with the contestants and it's weirdly
- 6:05Speaker 4: fun and kind of competitive and makes me feel really smart.
- 6:09Speaker 4: I went on a hot streak yesterday during one of
- 6:12Speaker 4: the episodes, and I thought, could I be on Jeopardy
- 6:15Speaker 4: for real? The answer is absolutely not, But for now
- 6:20Speaker 4: I feel like a smarty pants and I like that.
- 6:22Speaker 4: I'll take that victory. Do you think you could go
- 6:24Speaker 4: on and at least not go negative?
- 6:26Speaker 1: Yes, I would just go straight negative or zero because
- 6:30Speaker 1: I wouldn't ever answer a question because I didn't want
- 6:32Speaker 1: to lose any funny Yeah.
- 6:34Speaker 3: That the losing the money is the stressful part.
- 6:36Speaker 4: And my kids were like, wait, if I get it wrong,
- 6:39Speaker 4: You're gonna take away money.
- 6:41Speaker 1: I'm like, yeah, absolutely, worry guessed exactly.
- 6:44Speaker 4: At the end of the show we watched yesterday, Aiden
- 6:47Speaker 4: had twelve hundred and he was very surprised and pleased himself. Leam,
- 6:52Speaker 4: who was only eight, had eight hundred, and then I,
- 6:55Speaker 4: of course one with ten thousand, four hundred.
- 6:57Speaker 1: Okay, change up these questions a little. If you're winning
- 7:01Speaker 1: by over a ga jillion percent, this isn't family, this
- 7:06Speaker 1: is just Angie feel good about.
- 7:08Speaker 3: Her lucked out with the categories.
- 7:10Speaker 4: But then there was a category for like literature and
- 7:14Speaker 4: classic rock.
- 7:15Speaker 3: And then Mikey swept on those. Fair enough, what about
- 7:20Speaker 3: you gave what's your little victory?
- 7:21Speaker 2: My little victory, Angie?
- 7:23Speaker 1: I would assume that, you know, I don't know if
- 7:26Speaker 1: they if this is a Midwest thing or not. So
- 7:28Speaker 1: do you know what like a sloppy joe is? Yes, sandwich? Okay,
- 7:31Speaker 1: I didn't know if that was just a Midwest thing
- 7:33Speaker 1: or not. Corey made some sloppy Joe's yesterday and we
- 7:37Speaker 1: were sitting there eating them, and we were like, I
- 7:39Speaker 1: bet I haven't had a sloppy in like five years,
- 7:42Speaker 1: maybe not five, but like three it's been four. Ye Yeah,
- 7:45Speaker 1: And it was the best damn sandwich I've ever had
- 7:48Speaker 1: in my life. She had this recipe from her mom
- 7:51Speaker 1: that you know, obviously got a brown some hamburger, and
- 7:53Speaker 1: then it involves like it's like gumbo soup or something.
- 7:58Speaker 1: I don't even know how to explain it. It was
- 8:01Speaker 1: so good.
- 8:01Speaker 3: Are you can look so excited right now?
- 8:04Speaker 4: You're so animated while you're telling me about this sloppy Joe.
- 8:07Speaker 2: I could have just like dunk chips in it and ate.
- 8:10Speaker 2: It was that good.
- 8:12Speaker 3: I love a sloppy Joe.
- 8:13Speaker 1: So I am so jacked for like three three point
- 8:16Speaker 1: thirty where I have a little snack before Corey gets
- 8:18Speaker 1: home from work. Yeah, because I am going to a
- 8:21Speaker 1: house a couple of those when I get home.
- 8:23Speaker 3: My gosh, I think I need to make sloppy Joe's.
- 8:25Speaker 4: By the way, my mom she calls sloppy Joe's yeloppies.
- 8:28Speaker 3: Because she always forgets how to say it in English.
- 8:31Speaker 2: I love that the holidays have come and gone.
- 8:40Speaker 1: We are in the dog days of winter here, we're
- 8:42Speaker 1: about halfway through January, and very recently here on Big
- 8:46Speaker 1: ninety eight point seven, we had asked, Hey, what is
- 8:49Speaker 1: something you have circled on the calendar for twenty twenty six?
- 8:53Speaker 1: What is something you're very excited for? Basically, the answer
- 8:57Speaker 1: for a lot of people came down to two different things.
- 8:59Speaker 1: It was either they're going to some concert or some vacation.
- 9:03Speaker 4: Yeah, everybody's excited for vacation, and when.
- 9:07Speaker 1: I was rolling or when I was scrolling through some
- 9:09Speaker 1: of those, I'm like, man, be really nice if I
- 9:13Speaker 1: could plan a vacation in twenty twenty six. But my
- 9:15Speaker 1: twenty twenty six feels like it's gonna be just filled
- 9:17Speaker 1: with diapers and baby puke. But yeah, you kind of
- 9:22Speaker 1: go down this thing of like, oh yeah, where would
- 9:24Speaker 1: I go? And then you go down this rabbit hole
- 9:26Speaker 1: of like I would this would be great, I'd go here,
- 9:28Speaker 1: But no, I gotta fly for whatever so many hours,
- 9:31Speaker 1: Like I'm not doing that. And it was very interesting
- 9:33Speaker 1: as I went down this rabbit hole. That of course
- 9:36Speaker 1: led to the worst part about traveling by plane. That
- 9:40Speaker 1: is how I got to this journey down this rabbit Okay,
- 9:43Speaker 1: what is your least favorite thing about flight seven oh
- 9:49Speaker 1: one two eight zero one nine eight seven. Because I
- 9:52Speaker 1: had not been on a plane until I was twenty
- 9:55Speaker 1: one years old, I was like, really, yeah, I was
- 9:57Speaker 1: like a grown young man. Yeah, before I had ever
- 10:01Speaker 1: been on my first plane ride. And for the most party,
- 10:04Speaker 1: every plane ride I've been on has been wonderful.
- 10:07Speaker 2: It's been very nice and calm. Yeah, but I know
- 10:10Speaker 2: that's not the case for everybody.
- 10:12Speaker 4: I really enjoy air travel. I enjoy, like from beginning
- 10:16Speaker 4: to finish. I kind of love it. I love and
- 10:19Speaker 4: I feel like I'm in the minority. I really enjoy
- 10:21Speaker 4: going through the airport.
- 10:23Speaker 2: I love being in the airport.
- 10:25Speaker 3: Yes, I love that.
- 10:26Speaker 4: I even enjoy a little bit of turbulence in the
- 10:29Speaker 4: sky because I don't know what my problem is.
- 10:31Speaker 3: But I do kind of like it. There is one
- 10:34Speaker 3: thing that I cannot stand.
- 10:36Speaker 2: What is it?
- 10:36Speaker 4: And it's when people don't follow directions when we're going
- 10:41Speaker 4: through security, okay, because what do you mean you're coming
- 10:46Speaker 4: in with two huge water bottles filled with water. This
- 10:50Speaker 4: happened to me because I was just on a plane
- 10:52Speaker 4: right and that there was a couple in front of.
- 10:54Speaker 3: Me and the TSA person's like, no liquids. There's signs everywhere.
- 11:00Speaker 4: They're in front of me and they get to security
- 11:02Speaker 4: and they're like.
- 11:03Speaker 3: Oh, we can't bring.
- 11:04Speaker 4: These, And it was two completely full water bottles and
- 11:09Speaker 4: they were like, no, you cannot, and you should know that.
- 11:13Speaker 4: So then the guy tries chugging all the water. Then
- 11:15Speaker 4: it goes down the wrong pipe and he starts coughing.
- 11:18Speaker 4: The wife is trying to help it.
- 11:20Speaker 3: It's a whole disaster.
- 11:21Speaker 4: And then of course the line next to me starts
- 11:24Speaker 4: moving very quickly, and I'm stuck behind these two yahous
- 11:27Speaker 4: who didn't follow directions.
- 11:29Speaker 3: That's what I don't like.
- 11:30Speaker 2: Yeah, and so I found this online.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Some of the worst things about air travel, boarding and
- 11:36Speaker 1: deep planing. It's slow, chaotic, often feels unnecessarily inefficient, which
- 11:43Speaker 1: is kind of my answer. There's nothing worse than when
- 11:46Speaker 1: the plane finally lands and you're just waiting to get
- 11:49Speaker 1: to your hotel. That forty five minutes to an hour
- 11:53Speaker 1: feels like it might as well take up an entire
- 11:56Speaker 1: day of vacation. You know, it takes forever to get
- 11:59Speaker 1: off the plane, and you gotta sit and watch your
- 12:01Speaker 1: little luggage spin around that carousel thing, and if you
- 12:04Speaker 1: miss it, well goodbye. You might as well wait another
- 12:06Speaker 1: half an hour and then you gotta go find your car.
- 12:10Speaker 1: I hate that hour. I think that's the worst part. Yeah,
- 12:13Speaker 1: when you travel by plane is I like going through
- 12:16Speaker 1: the airport and you might stop at a restaurant or
- 12:18Speaker 1: get a beverage or grab some snacks or whatever, and
- 12:21Speaker 1: then board the plane. That's all fun and dandy. When
- 12:23Speaker 1: that thing lands. You just want to get to where
- 12:26Speaker 1: you got it. I hate that hour, Jackie. What is
- 12:30Speaker 1: the worst part of air travel for you?
- 12:32Speaker 6: Those people who stand up the second the plane lands, like,
- 12:35Speaker 6: where are you going? We're still fully trapped inside this
- 12:38Speaker 6: metal tube.
- 12:39Speaker 2: I couldn't agreement.
- 12:40Speaker 4: I feel like that's what's part of the thing that
- 12:42Speaker 4: makes it inefficient planing is the people that I'll stand
- 12:45Speaker 4: up and what are you doing?
- 12:46Speaker 2: Yeah, it's one thing.
- 12:47Speaker 1: If you want to stand up and maybe stretch your
- 12:49Speaker 1: legs that I can kind of get, well.
- 12:51Speaker 3: Then you better announce that way you stand up.
- 12:53Speaker 1: If you stand up and you're immediately grabbing for the luggage, okay,
- 12:57Speaker 1: and you're in row elemento he Q. All right, let's
- 13:01Speaker 1: just chill out for a second. Robert, what about you
- 13:05Speaker 1: the actual travel?
- 13:06Speaker 5: The seats are so uncomfortable.
- 13:08Speaker 6: I just can't fall asleep sitting on planes. I'd rather
- 13:11Speaker 6: travel by a boat.
- 13:12Speaker 2: I can't really sleep on a plane either.
- 13:14Speaker 4: I think that's an airline problem. You've got to be
- 13:17Speaker 4: booking with the Red Airline.
- 13:18Speaker 1: I guess seven oh one two eight zero one nine
- 13:21Speaker 1: eight seven. If you are excited about a trip this year,
- 13:24Speaker 1: and maybe you have to take a plane. We know
- 13:26Speaker 1: you're excited. We know that part's awesome, but there's with
- 13:29Speaker 1: every positive, there's a negative.
- 13:31Speaker 2: What's the worst part of air travel? Let us know
- 13:33Speaker 2: this morning Today's Variety Big ninety eight point seven.
- 13:38Speaker 5: Who is this van? Jen?
- 13:41Speaker 2: What's your least favorite part of air travel? The luggage?
- 13:44Speaker 6: See the chats on luggage fees.
- 13:47Speaker 2: Oh when you have to like weigh your bag that and.
- 13:50Speaker 6: Now like years ago that you could brain a carry
- 13:54Speaker 6: on with how having to pay you know, all that
- 13:57Speaker 6: extra money or you know bring you know, check a bag,
- 14:02Speaker 6: but now you have to add that on to your travel.
- 14:05Speaker 3: Yeah, I hate it.
- 14:06Speaker 4: I had to check my bag recently and I was
- 14:08Speaker 4: mad because why is this thirty five dollars?
- 14:11Speaker 3: Just let me bring my stuff right right?
- 14:13Speaker 6: And then if you check it at the airport, sometimes
- 14:16Speaker 6: it's fifty dollars, So fifty extra dollars just to check
- 14:19Speaker 6: your bag.
- 14:20Speaker 4: I agree with you wholeheartedly. Actually, now that we're.
- 14:23Speaker 1: Discussing, Jen, do you have a trip you have this
- 14:27Speaker 1: year in twenty twenty six?
- 14:29Speaker 2: Do you plan on being on a plane this year?
- 14:30Speaker 6: I do?
- 14:31Speaker 2: Yes, Where are you going?
- 14:33Speaker 6: I'm going to DC next month for a nurse practitioner conference.
- 14:37Speaker 1: Ooh nice, right, well, hey, we hope you have a
- 14:40Speaker 1: safe flight, and thanks for hanging out with us this morning.
- 14:43Speaker 6: Oh thank you. You guys have a good day too.
- 14:48Speaker 5: In the world of rules in gray areas, one morning
- 14:50Speaker 5: show dares to ask the hard questions.
- 14:52Speaker 2: Is it legal for a child to wear that much makeup?
- 14:55Speaker 2: Is it legal?
- 14:56Speaker 5: I understand, I understand it's funny as all get out,
- 14:59Speaker 5: but is it even on Big ninety eight point seven?
- 15:03Speaker 1: Now, this is very likely something you won't have to
- 15:05Speaker 1: worry about until we get closer to the summer or
- 15:08Speaker 1: when the summer happens. But in North Dakota, you can
- 15:12Speaker 1: legally drive barefoot. No no shoes, no socks, just your raw
- 15:19Speaker 1: callused feet on that gas pedal. Totally legal. Now, just
- 15:25Speaker 1: because it's legal does not make it smart. That's a
- 15:29Speaker 1: different conversation, okay, because while the law might say go ahead,
- 15:33Speaker 1: common sense might say do not do this ever, Okay,
- 15:37Speaker 1: between slippery pedals or if it.
- 15:40Speaker 2: Is cold in your driving barefoot.
- 15:41Speaker 1: I don't know why you do that, but your feet
- 15:43Speaker 1: can get cold that one gas pedal that somehow always
- 15:47Speaker 1: feels a little sharper without toes. Things like that barefoot
- 15:50Speaker 1: driving turns your commute into a trust exercise. Okay, I
- 15:55Speaker 1: always love driving barefoot when I was younger because I
- 15:58Speaker 1: was like, oh, I can really feel the pedal. Yeah,
- 16:00Speaker 1: you know there's not that well, I guess shoo in
- 16:05Speaker 1: the way. Yeah, but you should not do it if
- 16:08Speaker 1: you have sandals. You really shouldn't drive with sandals either,
- 16:11Speaker 1: but one does. Yeah, boots they can feel a little
- 16:14Speaker 1: bit bulky, which I just meant or mentioned. Excuse me,
- 16:17Speaker 1: but if you're barefoot, you just too many bad things
- 16:21Speaker 1: can happen whilst you don't have shoes on. I don't
- 16:24Speaker 1: know if you know this, but in driver's head, do
- 16:27Speaker 1: you remember driver's head, you could not show up When
- 16:30Speaker 1: I was going through driver's head and doing the behind
- 16:32Speaker 1: the wheel portion, yeah, you could not wear sandals or
- 16:35Speaker 1: obviously be barefoot or whatever you had to have like
- 16:37Speaker 1: shoes on. I did not know it was the same
- 16:40Speaker 1: when we took our driver's test, at least where I
- 16:42Speaker 1: grew up. Yeah, you could not show up in sandals
- 16:45Speaker 1: or obviously take it barefoot.
- 16:46Speaker 4: Honestly, the reason that I ever drive barefoot is if
- 16:51Speaker 4: I'm wearing heels, it's harder for me to drive in heels.
- 16:54Speaker 3: Than it is for me to drive barefoot, and I
- 16:57Speaker 3: don't want.
- 16:57Speaker 4: To hear well, you should get a pair of drive shoes, absolutely.
- 17:01Speaker 2: Not to go along with your driving gloves.
- 17:04Speaker 1: So yes, North Dakota says it is legal, but legal
- 17:07Speaker 1: doesn't always mean logical. All right, So I remember that
- 17:11Speaker 1: this summer as you got the tutsies out right, YadA.
- 17:17Speaker 4: YadA, YadA, YadA, YadA, YadA, YadA, YadA, YadA, YadA, YadA, YadA, YadA.
- 17:21Speaker 1: Angie looked me square in the face yesterday and without
- 17:26Speaker 1: a smile, without a smirk, without the hint of a
- 17:29Speaker 1: joke coming, she said to me, my toes want to
- 17:33Speaker 1: be webbed.
- 17:33Speaker 2: Now, can you explain to me, Charlotte.
- 17:35Speaker 1: What what you're talking about. We did post a picture
- 17:41Speaker 1: the tootsies are covered up on the Big ninety eighth. Yeah,
- 17:46Speaker 1: but you know what's not covered up the baseball mitt
- 17:49Speaker 1: That webbing.
- 17:52Speaker 3: That, okay, I have.
- 17:54Speaker 4: I noticed this when I went on a cruise, and
- 17:58Speaker 4: I mean I wear sandals, but I was really in
- 18:00Speaker 4: sandals because I was in Mexico, and I noticed, because
- 18:05Speaker 4: that too much time on my hands, that I have
- 18:08Speaker 4: two toes. It's like my third toe and my fourth
- 18:12Speaker 4: toe in between that they want to be webbed so bad, but.
- 18:16Speaker 3: It's like they decided against.
- 18:18Speaker 4: It last minute in the womb, like they were webbing,
- 18:22Speaker 4: and then they looked at the other toes and they're like, oh,
- 18:23Speaker 4: y'all aren't doing this too Okay, never mind. And so
- 18:26Speaker 4: it's just a slightly webbed situation.
- 18:30Speaker 3: And I think it looks weird.
- 18:32Speaker 4: And I don't know if everybody else has that or not,
- 18:36Speaker 4: but I just thought that.
- 18:37Speaker 3: Was so strange.
- 18:39Speaker 4: And because we work together, we see each other every day, Gabe,
- 18:42Speaker 4: and we're friends.
- 18:43Speaker 3: If I have to know this information, so do you eat?
- 18:45Speaker 1: Well, good news for you. You and Jennifer can be
- 18:48Speaker 1: twinsies here. She says, I have the same webbing as
- 18:50Speaker 1: she does.
- 18:51Speaker 2: Okay, so look at that. You're not alone.
- 18:53Speaker 3: I'm not alone. I thought I was just a freak
- 18:56Speaker 3: of nature.
- 18:57Speaker 1: We had asked on Facebook, hey do you have a
- 18:59Speaker 1: unique interesting body quirk? And we don't need photos, you
- 19:04Speaker 1: can just explain it to us. Everyone's got a special,
- 19:08Speaker 1: unique thing about their body, honestly, except me. I got
- 19:11Speaker 1: nothing cool zero. I think the most interesting thing about
- 19:14Speaker 1: me would just be on left.
- 19:16Speaker 4: Handed, Okay, I like not I like left handed Anna
- 19:19Speaker 4: Lise said that she has an extra vertebrate in her
- 19:23Speaker 4: lower back.
- 19:24Speaker 1: Yeah, the things we have discovered that are possible with
- 19:26Speaker 1: Big ninety eight point seven's Facebook page, thanks to you incredible.
- 19:29Speaker 1: There's something about an extra spleen on there. I thought
- 19:32Speaker 1: I saw.
- 19:32Speaker 3: Her an extra spleen.
- 19:33Speaker 4: Well, you know what, this reminds me of my kid, Aiden,
- 19:37Speaker 4: So Kristen said, drop my shoulders out of place and
- 19:40Speaker 4: rotate my shoulders and my shoulder.
- 19:42Speaker 3: Blade sticks out like six inches. Aiden's shoulder blade sticks
- 19:47Speaker 3: out so far, and I've never seen or heard anything
- 19:51Speaker 3: like this.
- 19:51Speaker 2: Aiden is your Angie's son.
- 19:53Speaker 3: Yeah, Aiden, Yeah, my son?
- 19:54Speaker 4: And so okay, so this is normal, I mean not normal,
- 19:58Speaker 4: but he's not the only one.
- 19:59Speaker 1: Yeah, Trace, See this is who I was looking for.
- 20:01Speaker 1: She said, my husband has an extra spleen. Didn't know,
- 20:06Speaker 1: didn't know until going through cancer treatment and on his
- 20:08Speaker 1: p C scan they discovered it.
- 20:11Speaker 2: What does an extra spleen do?
- 20:15Speaker 3: I don't know? Is regular?
- 20:18Speaker 4: Well, if you get to the end of the comment,
- 20:21Speaker 4: isn't that spleen?
- 20:22Speaker 2: Did?
- 20:23Speaker 1: Yes?
- 20:24Speaker 3: I love a putt?
- 20:26Speaker 5: All right?
- 20:26Speaker 1: Fair enough, Angie. It's good to know you're not alone.
- 20:29Speaker 1: A lot of people with web toes. There is, of course,
- 20:32Speaker 1: someone who has that third nip oh.
- 20:37Speaker 2: Es styles has a couple extra those. Did you know that?
- 20:41Speaker 3: No, I did not know that.
- 20:43Speaker 1: Yeah, I wish I had something cool to share with you.
- 20:46Speaker 1: I'm not double jointed. My shoulders don't do anything cool,
- 20:49Speaker 1: elbows nothing, They just my knees crack when I get
- 20:53Speaker 1: up off the ground these days.
- 20:54Speaker 3: EF it makes you feeling better, you kind of have
- 20:56Speaker 3: like a funny looking face. No, I'm kidding.
- 21:05Speaker 2: My best friends.
- 21:07Speaker 1: We were talking to Rachel this morning when she said this.
- 21:12Speaker 6: I mentally rank my friends by who I would trust
- 21:15Speaker 6: in an emergency, and I adjust the list after every interaction.
- 21:20Speaker 2: And she wanted to know if anyone else did this.
- 21:23Speaker 4: I think her adjusting it after every interaction is a
- 21:27Speaker 4: little much.
- 21:28Speaker 2: However, it's completely crazy. I can't say that when she's
- 21:31Speaker 2: on the phone.
- 21:34Speaker 3: I do have a ranking in.
- 21:35Speaker 4: My head, though, because I feel like you have to
- 21:38Speaker 4: have a list of people that you would call in
- 21:40Speaker 4: an emergency.
- 21:41Speaker 2: It's just natural.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, you know you don't choose who your
- 21:44Speaker 1: most responsible friends are.
- 21:46Speaker 3: No, you don't choose, they just are or aren't.
- 21:49Speaker 2: And I think we're going to do this here today.
- 21:51Speaker 1: Angie, who would your top three friends be in any emergency?
- 21:56Speaker 3: And you can't.
- 21:58Speaker 2: It can't be.
- 21:58Speaker 1: Any family, can not be family, that's true. You can't
- 22:01Speaker 1: pick a brother, a mom. It just about a partner. Nope, okay, nope,
- 22:06Speaker 1: has to be friends. And you can text us yours
- 22:09Speaker 1: if you'd like seven oh one two eight zero one
- 22:12Speaker 1: nine eight seven. We can give them a little love
- 22:14Speaker 1: here on Big ninety eight point seven from you here today.
- 22:16Speaker 1: Who are you going with, Angie? And why am I
- 22:18Speaker 1: number one?
- 22:19Speaker 4: First of all, you're not number one, however, you do
- 22:22Speaker 4: make the list. You do make the list. But my
- 22:24Speaker 4: first is Tessa, my friend Tessa. She's a problem solver.
- 22:30Speaker 4: She's someone who is a maguiver from a distance, and
- 22:34Speaker 4: so if in case of emergency, I'm calling Tessa. Also
- 22:38Speaker 4: my friend Jackie, who we call Jackie of all Trades
- 22:43Speaker 4: because she can do basically anything. And then rounding out
- 22:48Speaker 4: the top three, is you Gabe Glueden because you live close?
- 22:52Speaker 1: I was gonna say because of proximity. Oh man, that's
- 22:57Speaker 1: awesome all right. Well for me, it would be my buddy.
- 23:00Speaker 1: I've talked about Jake.
- 23:01Speaker 4: I love Jake, I've met Jake. He seems like a reliable,
- 23:04Speaker 4: responsible man.
- 23:05Speaker 1: Yes he is, and kind of sort of the same thing.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Jake is the guy that sort of knows a little
- 23:10Speaker 1: bit about everything. I would say, you know, maybe not
- 23:13Speaker 1: like an expert in everything, but he kind of knows
- 23:15Speaker 1: a little bit about everything. And then my buddy Sam,
- 23:19Speaker 1: mostly because he honestly, he's just really wicked smart. Oh okay,
- 23:24Speaker 1: he's an engineer and he builds bridges. So this dude
- 23:27Speaker 1: just by a brains smartness, logical thinking, Yeah, I'm going
- 23:33Speaker 1: with Sam. And then number three I am going with,
- 23:37Speaker 1: of course, my buddy Angie. Okay, no, Angie, you would
- 23:40Speaker 1: be number three mostly because I love you. And here's
- 23:44Speaker 1: how I would describe this. Okay, if I really am
- 23:48Speaker 1: an emergency and I need help, I don't have to
- 23:51Speaker 1: call you because there's a great chance you're with me.
- 23:53Speaker 1: And part of the reason I'm in the emergency. We
- 23:56Speaker 1: are what do you always say, we're.
- 23:58Speaker 3: To have, oh, two halves of a whole idiot.
- 24:02Speaker 2: That's right, that's you and me right there.
- 24:06Speaker 4: I need.
- 24:09Speaker 5: Starting off the day with something good. This is Gabe's
- 24:13Speaker 5: good News on Big ninety eight point seven.
- 24:17Speaker 1: Former DGF Boys track coach Mike Anderson spent forty three
- 24:22Speaker 1: years building the Rebels program from humble beginnings practicing on
- 24:28Speaker 1: cow paths into a state powerhouse, known for his patients,
- 24:33Speaker 1: deep knowledge of every event, and the commitment to learning.
- 24:36Speaker 1: Anderson also earned numerous honors, including nine Section nine Section
- 24:41Speaker 1: Coach of the Year awards and State Coach of the
- 24:44Speaker 1: Year in two thousand and four. Under his leadership, DGF
- 24:49Speaker 1: won its lone state championship in nineteen ninety one, back
- 24:52Speaker 1: to back Class A true team titles in two thousand
- 24:55Speaker 1: and four and two thousand and five, and he accumulated
- 24:58Speaker 1: a dozen dozens of section titles and all state honors.
- 25:02Speaker 1: Anderson will be inducted into the Minnesota State High School
- 25:07Speaker 1: Coaches Association Track and Field Hall of Fame.
- 25:12Speaker 2: Yeah, that is great.
- 25:13Speaker 1: News and wonderful news for this coach. I think we
- 25:16Speaker 1: need to work on that title a little bit. That's
- 25:18Speaker 1: kind of a lot to say there, but he did
- 25:20Speaker 1: credit the success to the athletes, families, and community who
- 25:24Speaker 1: supported the program. So there's probably a lot of people
- 25:27Speaker 1: in the FM area, especially or the DGF area who
- 25:30Speaker 1: know Mike, and I think that's wonderful. So congratulations to
- 25:34Speaker 1: that young man. The world is full of nice people.
- 25:36Speaker 1: If you can't find one, you got to be one.
- 25:39Speaker 6: Sturt the Coffee
