- 0:00Hello everyone and welcome back to Kenny Conversation brought to
- 0:04you by Jags, the leader in high performance aftermarket car
- 0:08parts. Remember to go to jags.com for
- 0:12everything to fix your vehicle up.
- 0:15Well, here we go again. We're about one month later and
- 0:19this is Brian Carter. Brian is the CEO of the World
- 0:24Racing Group and the boss of the World of Outlaw Light Models.
- 0:29Once again, this is breaking news in the garage area for the
- 0:33World of Outlaw Dirt Late Models.
- 0:36Brian, I'll just do a little bit and I'm going to let you have
- 0:40it. The breaking news is your
- 0:43independent appeals Commission heard their argument.
- 0:49Bobby Pierce, Devin Moran, Kyle Bronson from the Tower
- 0:54situation. And today is big news.
- 0:59So if you wouldn't mind, would you please tell us what the
- 1:03Independent Appeals Commission and that group had to say today?
- 1:07Right, No. Well today they upheld the the
- 1:10the rule infraction and they adjusted the penalties based on
- 1:15the evidence heard. So the from a from a sanctioning
- 1:19body perspective, they upheld the lab results.
- 1:22They upheld the the rule violation which is the tire
- 1:24didn't meet the benchmark and then they looked into the
- 1:27context of the penalties in today's racing and they they
- 1:31took a hard review of that. So with the end result, you know
- 1:35the the the board is independent of World Racing Group.
- 1:39It is published in our rule book.
- 1:40It's available for everybody to see.
- 1:42Three, three members of that board independently heard it and
- 1:45they heard the evidence from the teams and evidence from us and
- 1:48and then they deliberate on that based on was the facts and the
- 1:51decision made at the time valid. And then they have the choice of
- 1:55either upholding the penalty, modifying and then modifying the
- 2:01result of the the fines and the penalties so they can either
- 2:04increase, decrease or leave the penalty alone.
- 2:08They actually chose to increase the monetary fine for Bobby
- 2:11Pierce but actually removed the suspensions from the from the
- 2:15teams really very much like what I would call a parts violation
- 2:20if they had an an illegal shock when they rolled across the
- 2:22scales at the end of the night you get disqualified last place
- 2:25points of money. It kind of took that approach to
- 2:27it this time which which I'm supportive of our process and
- 2:32and of the pellet board and and doing that.
- 2:34So it really approached it that way and and adjusted the
- 2:37penalties. But what I'm happy about is we
- 2:39went through the process. The teams got a fair shake
- 2:42independent of of our officials and and at the end of the day
- 2:46our processes was performed the way it's supposed to and I have
- 2:49an enforceable rule book. So it's a I'm not going to make
- 2:52everybody happy with everything we do and the appellate Board's
- 2:55not going to make everybody happy.
- 2:56But at this point hopefully there's some closure and we've
- 2:59answered some more questions. I'm sure there's more as we go
- 3:02forward and how to make this process better.
- 3:04But today we close that up and the Appellate board, you know,
- 3:08with a four race suspension and big points, I think they felt it
- 3:12was maybe too much of A death penalty.
- 3:15Even when, you know, I'm sitting here across the street from
- 3:17NASCAR and D when they issue a penalty really, does it
- 3:19completely kill an entire season?
- 3:21And I think that may have been one of the arguments that were
- 3:24most heard during that appellate board committee.
- 3:28OK. We're going to do a little bit
- 3:31like we did last time and hold. I like the.
- 3:33Darts throw darts at me. Let's have that.
- 3:35Yes. OK, so my disclaimer is that I'm
- 3:38a race car driver who accidentally has the Kenny
- 3:41Wallace show. This show found me.
- 3:44I didn't find it. Everybody knows that.
- 3:47I'm friends with Bobby Pierce because of Gary Sanson is the
- 3:52sponsor, which is low voltage. We all know that that's out
- 3:55there. That has to be said because I
- 3:57don't want to hear it. Of course, I'm friends with
- 4:01Devin Moran and Cal Bronson. Now.
- 4:04Now that that's all said, we're all racers here, OK?
- 4:07I'm going to throw the darts at you.
- 4:09I'm going to act like I'm the guy that's, I'm the guy that's
- 4:12been soaking my tires all year long.
- 4:15OK, Bobby Pierce, his penalty was he lost $9400 and points.
- 4:25I added this up because you charged him $400.00 for the for
- 4:31the tire sample taken. So once again Bobby Pierce lost
- 4:36$9400 plus the points Devon Moran for that night.
- 4:42Thank you, Devon. Moran lost $10,400 in points for
- 4:47that night. That's correct.
- 4:50OK, Cal Bron. Including the Including the
- 4:53Gator Championship money and any of the prize money we collect
- 4:57back will be redistributed to the teams that finished behind
- 4:59them. OK, thank you.
- 5:02Kyle Bronson lost $3400 in points for that night.
- 5:06That's correct. OK, so the penalties are still
- 5:09very stiff. These are big penalties.
- 5:14Now, you cannot tell me, and I already know this, but I'm going
- 5:18to ask it, who were the mature executives?
- 5:25Who were who? Who was on the board, you say, I
- 5:27can find this? Who heard the argument?
- 5:30Who were these people? Well, I can't.
- 5:32You know, our rule book specifies the group of people
- 5:36and that group of people will be selected as part of that process
- 5:41in the to to make sure there's no conflict.
- 5:43So the if you go to dirtcarmembers.com you'll find
- 5:45the rule book and you'll you'll actually find the list of the
- 5:48appellate boards. There's 10 or 12 I I don't know
- 5:51the exact number right here on my computer, but there's 10 or
- 5:5412 people that can be selected to listen to the appeal.
- 5:58These are all stakeholders, very important to the industry,
- 6:01knowledgeable of the issues that we deal with either as a track
- 6:04promoter or a manufacturer or a series official independent of
- 6:08our racing group. So it's it is made-up of people
- 6:11that have devoted their lives to the integrity of Motorsports and
- 6:14we are very appreciative of them serving in a very it's a very
- 6:21it's a there's a lot of lack of gratitude but they really don't
- 6:24people don't appreciate how much there are there is going into
- 6:27all of this and our appellate boards are very important part
- 6:29of the process is it is a resource for all of our dirt car
- 6:32members. Every dirt car member has the
- 6:35ability to appeal any penalty that were racing group issues.
- 6:38It's part of the integrity of what we're trying to do with the
- 6:40sport. I I feel like that was missing
- 6:45for some reason. It was thrown around when we
- 6:47started this a month ago that it was done.
- 6:50But all along those drivers could appeal the process, and I
- 6:56do like it that this process did work out.
- 6:59Now I want to paraphrase this. I'm going to say this for
- 7:02everybody and then you tell me if I'm wrong.
- 7:07The tires did not come back right.
- 7:11Penalties were upheld. However, they felt the penalties
- 7:15were too stiff and they are going to be able to keep on
- 7:20racing. That's correct.
- 7:22It was, It was, you know when you look at the evolution of the
- 7:25tire doping call it whatever you want to call it treatment.
- 7:29Originally this was very toxic chemicals, right.
- 7:32There was this very cancer causing chemicals and early it
- 7:37created risk not only to the competitor but to the event
- 7:42itself and to the rest of the competitors.
- 7:43We had tire delamination problems and all the rest and as
- 7:46that that process has evolved you can almost buy this on
- 7:51Amazon now. I mean it's kind of I know that
- 7:53there are chemicals I can buy on Amazon that will have an effect
- 7:55on a race tire and and so I think there was a little bit of
- 8:00context maybe in the current environment that maybe should it
- 8:03be more egregious penalty even to the somebody who was hiding a
- 8:08spring rod in some place and that was found when it crosses
- 8:10the scales or a spoiler that's two inches too tall.
- 8:13So, you know, it's a, it's a process that the appellate board
- 8:17has asked me to review going forward in the context of what
- 8:20this tire treatment is. Additionally, there was, you
- 8:23know, there's some question as to should this be a death
- 8:27penalty for a team. And and you know I can believe
- 8:30that I was, I was tasked with the idea of a second penalty for
- 8:35any of these teams will come with a very, very steep penalty
- 8:39and suspension. So that's that's really what I
- 8:42what I'm looking for is again direction on how to guide the
- 8:45sport going forward and then create a process that I don't
- 8:48care what color the car is, these guys are all friends, I
- 8:51care about everybody on the racetrack, but I can't be biased
- 8:54in my decision making process. So from that perspective, the
- 8:58pellet board supported our lab procedures, supported our
- 9:03collection and sampling and the way in which you're trying to
- 9:05eliminate any of the variability that our officials or racing
- 9:09group can introduce. But did have some question as to
- 9:12in the context of dirt tire chemically treating or or
- 9:16conditioning, wanted to look at the severity of the penalties
- 9:19and they adjusted those based on that.
- 9:21So the other dart that I'm going to throw at you is what if Bobby
- 9:26Pierce, Devin Moran and Cal Bronson?
- 9:29What if they have a second offense?
- 9:31What will you do to them? Well they're they'll be they've
- 9:34been they're on probation now in the in the appellate board I
- 9:37believe. Well we're going to be very
- 9:41again I don't care what color of the car is when it when it comes
- 9:44in the racetrack and we want to be fair to everybody.
- 9:46These guys have had a chance to to state their case.
- 9:50They, I think they understand better our testing policies.
- 9:52Hopefully they understand the the confidence that I have in
- 9:56our lab and our processes. And I know that the general
- 9:58public may not understand everything about these chemical
- 10:01experiments that's happening inside these tires.
- 10:03And I don't know how I got there.
- 10:05I just know that the tire at the end of the night that was in
- 10:07competition didn't match the benchmark.
- 10:09If that happens again to the same three teams or any of these
- 10:14teams, it's going to be viewed as a very negative and have a
- 10:17very negative effect. And I would expect us again,
- 10:20we're racing group, Steve Francis and myself, we issued a
- 10:23penalty that was at the bottom of our rule book, the minimums,
- 10:26the minimums that that we could have done.
- 10:30It will not be the case next time.
- 10:33Was Bobby Pierce, Devon Moran and Kyle Bronson?
- 10:36Were they there at the Independent Appeals Commission?
- 10:40Yeah, They each had their own standalone separate appeals and
- 10:43they all presented their cases independently, went right
- 10:46through the process. There's a, there's a evidence
- 10:49presentation and our official presentation and then additional
- 10:52questions by the appellate board and then rebuttals.
- 10:55And it's a it's a full process actually administered by an
- 10:58attorney that help us administer that doesn't have a voting
- 11:02right. So again we try to again provide
- 11:05all of the defenses for everybody.
- 11:07We want to make sure that the facts are laid out and that we
- 11:10do the best we can making a decision at the time and that we
- 11:13are our penalties are fair and and can be withheld.
- 11:18So I think it's I think all of that process was followed and
- 11:22I'm I'm confident with that. I know that again, we're not
- 11:23going to make everybody happy, but I'm confident in Again, my
- 11:28goal is to I I don't want to find this stuff at the
- 11:32racetrack. I want this stuff to go away.
- 11:34I need it to go away. And I think that based on the
- 11:37conversations with the teams, not only the three teams in
- 11:40question, which you've had long dialogues with, but the rest of
- 11:42the industry, How do we continue to refine and enhance the
- 11:47process so there's more confidence in what we're doing
- 11:51and more confidence in the ability to detect these pieces
- 11:55and and understand the effects of these chemicals.
- 11:58And I I think the teams are going to help us continue to
- 12:01weed this stuff out. Where did this independent
- 12:06appeals Commission with Bobby Pierce individually and then
- 12:09Devin Moran came in and then Kyle Bronson, Can you give me
- 12:13the setting? Where did this take place?
- 12:17Yeah, well, the power of technology, nobody has to come
- 12:19together. So you know we're we're pulling
- 12:22from people all across the country in order to get people
- 12:24that are really industry experts are not going to come from the
- 12:27same region. So we all do this with
- 12:28technology. So it's a it's a conference
- 12:31call, it gives everybody some comfort in their own
- 12:33environment. So we want again we want it to
- 12:35be a fair and equitable process. So we're in our, we're in our
- 12:39offices and the teams are at their shops I'm sure and each of
- 12:42the people that are listening are are in their own
- 12:45environment. So I think that that has boded
- 12:48well for all the appeals. Thank goodness we don't have
- 12:49these very often and we don't need them, but when we do have
- 12:52them, we have an effective way of doing this.
- 12:55Did Bobby Pierce, Devin Moran, Kyle Bronson?
- 12:58Did they have anybody to help them speak?
- 13:01You know there were there were car owner representatives.
- 13:03I mean Kyle owns his own car but there were Kyle, there were car
- 13:05owner representatives. It was again they can bring a
- 13:08representative to help them explain their case and and add
- 13:15evidence to the to the process. So you know, everything was done
- 13:19in a very professional manner and very happy with the way that
- 13:21went. It went the way it's supposed to
- 13:23and professional racing organizations, which these three
- 13:26teams are and so are we. So at what racing group.
- 13:29So it's, I think the process served.
- 13:32It served the industry and the sport well this time.
- 13:36So deep breath everybody. Yeah, I mean, this is, this has
- 13:42been a lot. So this is Kenny conversation
- 13:47now. I'm going to switch over and I'm
- 13:48going to, I'm going to be a character.
- 13:52You're always a character. Yeah, yeah, I am.
- 13:55And now I'm going to be the Kenny Wallace Show.
- 13:58I'm going to be a character. Well, hell, you didn't do
- 14:01nothing to them. I'm going to keep soaking my
- 14:04tires because all you did was find a money and points.
- 14:09So what do you say to those local racers out there now that
- 14:12are going to keep spending the $200 a gallon or the $50.00 for
- 14:17the tiling? I know all about this stuff.
- 14:20What do you say to them now? The same thing I said two weeks
- 14:26ago. If you're going to put it in the
- 14:29tires and we test tires, we're going to find it.
- 14:31We're going to find it. I'm confident in the lab, we're
- 14:33going to find it. You know that that's the one
- 14:35piece. You know for a for a non touring
- 14:38guy or somebody who's not traveling with us, there's
- 14:40suspension and stuff. Definitely doesn't matter.
- 14:42The money is the penalty, 'cause they they can go run whatever
- 14:45they're gonna go run their their regional or local or another
- 14:47national tour from that perspective.
- 14:49So the national guys really get a hammered on for this kind of a
- 14:53penalty. And so from that perspective
- 14:56it's the same. I mean, we're still talking
- 14:57about a lot of money, 10s of thousands of dollars, a penalty
- 15:03that the key for me for for that team is to know when you're
- 15:07coming in our pit area, you're not running against that.
- 15:09We're gonna do everything we can to hunt it down and and get it
- 15:12out of our pit area. So I didn't think about asking
- 15:16this question, but at the top of your head, we want we want the
- 15:21sport to be cheaper, but yet the competitors spend more money.
- 15:26So it's like, hey, buy some of this tower dope, I'm going to
- 15:30charge you $102.00 a gallon, whatever it is.
- 15:35How much money you think is being spent in the industry?
- 15:38Is it? Is it hundreds of thousands?
- 15:40Is it thousands, hundreds of dollars?
- 15:42What do you think? Well, we all know where we can
- 15:44get this stuff done. We know the shop it comes out
- 15:46of. It's 300 bucks a tire to get it
- 15:48done. I mean, it's not this is not a
- 15:49this is not a private industry. Everybody loves to have dirt on
- 15:53everybody. $300.00 a. Tire to have this done by a
- 15:56professional person who preps and sends the tires back every
- 16:00time he does it. And the thing about it is what?
- 16:03I'm listening. You're just teaching me a little
- 16:05bit. Hey, I don't know everything.
- 16:06I don't. Know if these I I'm not.
- 16:08I'm not saying that these this person had anything to do with
- 16:10any of these three tires. I'm just saying.
- 16:12You know, people. Think we're sleep.
- 16:14You know I'm not in a clock. We're we're racing family.
- 16:17We're racing. We got racers.
- 16:18I got, I got racers. In my business, we know exactly
- 16:21what where to get it. Who's selling it.
- 16:24Who's prepping tires and in the shops that are doing it.
- 16:28We do know this. People think that we don't know
- 16:30this is ridiculous. So I'm telling you, I want this
- 16:33crap out of our business and if you come in to race with us, I'm
- 16:37going to do everything in our power to make sure that it is
- 16:40you're not racing against it at any of our events.
- 16:43That's my job and I'll do my best.
- 16:45I can only do my best. Yeah.
- 16:46Well, you've done a lot. I want to thank you for coming
- 16:49on Kenny conversation so that the penalties the money is big.
- 16:54They lost their points. It's it's been a rough deal.
- 16:59In my notes I wrote down here. I feel like this was one big,
- 17:04big family argument and everybody is completely
- 17:08exhausted right now. Do you feel like and we're
- 17:11ending now. Do you feel like the World
- 17:16Racing Group is in a in a better place now?
- 17:18Because inevitably you know everybody across the board has
- 17:22been calling me. My phone's been ringing off the
- 17:24hook. Everybody says to me that
- 17:27although this has been exhausting, they think we're in
- 17:30a better place now as far as getting rid of this this toxic
- 17:34chemical. I want to be in a better place
- 17:38every day. So every day we're trying to
- 17:40figure out a way to make it better.
- 17:41So, you know, I think we definitely move forward.
- 17:43We learn something from it every time we do an iteration of this.
- 17:47You know, people were like, you know, the bricks that they get
- 17:49from Hoosier, 10 years old, we have, we actually got 3 new
- 17:54tires that matched the date codes that were bad.
- 17:56We tested them to the lab, didn't know what was going on
- 17:59and they all came back clean. So it's like, you know, we
- 18:02continue to to learn and evolve every day.
- 18:04Or I'm not, you know, I'm not If you're not going forward, you're
- 18:06stopped. So I'm, I'm moving forward and I
- 18:09feel like we're in a better spot.
- 18:10I hope, I hope that the, you know, the confidence in our
- 18:14ability to detect this stuff is higher.
- 18:17I, you know, the idea of false positives, the track, you know,
- 18:21the track contamination. You know, I have all the
- 18:24equipment. You've been to Volusia plenty of
- 18:25times. I've been accused of putting
- 18:27crap on my race track. It's like we have all the
- 18:29equipment and the expertise to do anything we want to do with
- 18:31that race track for whatever kind of cars on there.
- 18:33And I have guys that I I task with that and they do a great
- 18:37job of it. We're not putting chemicals on
- 18:38our race track. I've heard that crap too.
- 18:40So what I want is, again, a higher level of confidence
- 18:43knowing that we're going to do everything we can to make it a
- 18:46fair and safe place to come racing.
- 18:49And I want the local guys, I want the regional guys, I want
- 18:52the national guys to know what they're getting when they come
- 18:54and race with us. And I think that, you know, the
- 18:57appellate board was sympathetic to a a seasoned killing penalty
- 19:02and that there are some things that may be out of the control
- 19:06of the racer before they put that sample in the bag.
- 19:09You know, that's something I don't know, but that does give
- 19:13him a, you know, opportunity. So the first offense on this
- 19:15stuff is a little lighter than it was in the past.
- 19:18But you know what? It's still my job to go have an
- 19:21enforceable rule book and enforce the rule books as it
- 19:23exists. And we're going to continue to
- 19:25do that. And I'm.
- 19:26I feel like we're doing a better job of that every day.
- 19:28And this will be my my last question.
- 19:32Blue Ridge lab is a good lab. You're the lab of choice, and
- 19:40they're not a bad lab. I'm just saying what I've heard.
- 19:45Blue Ridge lab is 100%. Yeah, they are a race lab that
- 19:49have evolved with us to help us continue to chase the product.
- 19:54Again, this isn't the the stuff that the sniffer we used to do
- 19:57this with a sniffer and a durometer.
- 19:59You know you still you can't do that anymore with what's what's
- 20:02being used. So our lab is committed to
- 20:05accuracy committed to a process. I have all of the documentation
- 20:09of how they clean the machines between samples and how they
- 20:11start up the machines and how they do the testing.
- 20:13And we talked last time on the last one about how we submit
- 20:16samples of things we know are bad things we know are good
- 20:19things we know that are simple green or different race tracks.
- 20:22So we've done all those pieces. And again, like I said, Blue
- 20:26Ridge has been 100% every single time.
- 20:29And I have to stand on that. And I have all the confidence in
- 20:32the world of that. That's the answer.
- 20:34You know a false positive. You know you don't end up with
- 20:36doing. I I looked at my financials, we
- 20:39spent a lot of money, a lot of money over the last few years.
- 20:43You do not do that and end up with three bad samples, A1 bad
- 20:45sample last year there. The process is not broken.
- 20:49I thought I was done, but I really am done here.
- 20:52I'm. I'm trying to D bullshit.
- 20:54Everything the fans are going to say, hit me.
- 20:56With them I'm good. OK, now I I don't expect you to
- 20:59answer this, but I'm going to throw the dart.
- 21:02Why does Lucas Royal Late Models not use Blue Ridge Labs?
- 21:07That's something you're gonna have to ask Blue Ridge or you
- 21:10can ask Rick Shwalley or you can ask Lucas.
- 21:12You know they have their process and I've listened to Rick and
- 21:14all this and he has confidence in his lab.
- 21:16So I again, he can't challenge how I base my trust and
- 21:20confidence and I'm not gonna try.
- 21:21I'm not gonna challenge his. So from that perspective the
- 21:25idea they of just the sampling, the the how they do the samples
- 21:30are going to be different. It it introduces inconsistencies
- 21:33that I just I, I I I can't do right now and I don't think Rick
- 21:38can can agree to do it our way because he doesn't have that
- 21:41confidence he he has a long standing relationship with his
- 21:43lab with ARDL or Akron. So it's it's one of those things
- 21:47that we have to figure out a way to do this as consistent as we
- 21:51can so that the racers know what they're getting.
- 21:53And you know, I I think you need to ask if you ask Rick that, you
- 21:58know I would love to figure out a way to create a a systematic
- 22:01process that everybody has confidence and I'm hoping that
- 22:05every day we build a little more confidence into our process.
- 22:08Yeah, I don't want to ask him. And here's why, because it's not
- 22:12what I do. This was just such a big deal.
- 22:16I've been running UMP my modified for a long time.
- 22:19I'm doing this as a service for our dirt racing community so we
- 22:23can all heal and move on. And and of course the very last
- 22:27question, the, the big one, everybody thought that if you
- 22:32penalize these three drivers that you had a deal with Lucas
- 22:37Oil that they could not run Brownstown IN.
- 22:41What happened there? Was that false?
- 22:44Well, you know, the the the bullshit that was coming up at
- 22:49Speed Weeks was the idea of heats, heat cycling, the tires,
- 22:57freezing them to retain whatever's created at the close
- 23:00to the surface, blah, blah, blah.
- 23:03And was, you know, was that sort of ridiculousness of the process
- 23:08at the racetrack. To the extent that I even think
- 23:10I heard that they were asking for delays not at our event
- 23:14between qualifying and heat race so they could do another cycle
- 23:17in the tires is like that's the stuff we all agreed was going to
- 23:21be no go, no way, no how. So I think that the strength in
- 23:26the sport is creating consistency as best we can
- 23:28across the series so that when we have something egregious that
- 23:32we can both enforce the rulebook because that way that if
- 23:35something is truly creates a risk for the competitors or risk
- 23:39for the event or the fans, then we have a penalty that can be
- 23:44enforced across all the series. So it's not just a run here or
- 23:47run there or run there in other places.
- 23:50It's it's much more a broader sort of suspension if it gets to
- 23:54be that egregious. You know that that that
- 23:57collaboration on the rule book has been great.
- 23:59The collaboration on the the processes at the Racetrack that
- 24:02are introducing another layer of BS that we don't need at the
- 24:06Racetrack collaborating on that piece.
- 24:08But we've never on the late model side because we use
- 24:12different labs and we use different processes.
- 24:15We've not been able to to uphold suspensions across the two
- 24:19series. We have done it where we share
- 24:20those, where the where there are other series on the Sprint car
- 24:23side where we share the lab and we hear the processes when we
- 24:26understand that and it agrees with ours and we can uphold
- 24:29suspensions across sanctioned bodies And we've done that in
- 24:31the past when lay mall aside, we've just not been able to do
- 24:34that And I hope to someday to continue to make more and more
- 24:38of our sport that way and if we and you know if we can we we're
- 24:41going to do the best we can at that.
- 24:44Man, I'll tell you what. Bye.
- 24:47You took every dart I threw you. I asked everything and I want
- 24:51to. I want to thank you Brian for
- 24:53coming on. This is an emergency press
- 24:55conference as we kind of joke around and say I've been working
- 24:59on my modified I'm getting ready for this Saturday night at Kenny
- 25:03Schrader Ray Mahler's I-55 Raceway.
- 25:05So we have our opener. I'm super excited to race this
- 25:09Saturday with my with my my Jags.
- 25:12That's my late model that I ran, but I my modified and Brian,
- 25:17thank you for taking all the darts and I think I did every
- 25:22disclaimer. I think you did too.
- 25:24And I like like a big family that does a lot of arguing.
- 25:28Hope for everybody that loves each other as we start racing.
- 25:32Racing's right around the corner.
- 25:34Yeah, it's it's a great. It's great to have so many
- 25:37people so passionate about what we do and just trying to guide
- 25:40it in the best way that we know how to do it.
- 25:42You know, I'm very proud of our team and I'm proud of all of our
- 25:45racers. Actually, I've got a lot of
- 25:47calls from tracks and trying to help them implement a process
- 25:50because they don't want this in their pit area either, including
- 25:52Mr. Schrader and Mr. Marler. So it's a it's a it's again a a
- 25:57constant evolution of the sport and constant evolution.
- 26:01The racers want to play in that Gray area.
- 26:03We're going to chase them. They're going to run outrun us a
- 26:04little bit just like the last show and and in the end of the
- 26:08day we all want the same thing. We want to enjoy our lifestyle
- 26:11of racing and entertain some race fans and have a good time
- 26:14with our friends and it's it's the same way for us here at War
- 26:17Racing. Group All right, everybody,
- 26:19let's wrap it up. This is it.
- 26:20It's over. So Bobby Pierce, Devon Moran,
- 26:23Kyle Bronson. The the fines, the points have
- 26:28been upheld. However, the Independent Appeals
- 26:31Commission felt that not letting them race was too much.
- 26:36So they are going to be able to race.
- 26:38All right, everybody. Remember, we are in podcast
- 26:42form. We are on iTunes and Spotify.
- 26:45You can listen to this development, developing news on
- 26:49your way to work and on your way home.
- 26:51And Brian, I guess I'll see you at the races, my friend.
- 26:56Can't wait. We'll see you soon.
- 26:57Thanks, Kenny. Goodbye everybody.
