- 1:15Speaker 2: Of five Recovery Healing Recovery Coach. It's all about having
- 1:18Speaker 2: people in their past and their journeys to a new and.
- 1:20Speaker 1: Better you through self discovery.
- 1:23Speaker 2: These two channels are all about your health and wellness
- 1:27Speaker 2: from internal to external, healing, your recovery, and then also
- 1:31Speaker 2: from their perspective of you, you focusing on yourself, learning
- 1:37Speaker 2: to love yourself and building yourself and basing yourself on
- 1:41Speaker 2: you and not what everybody thinks. It's kind of like
- 1:45Speaker 2: people that focus on other people and what they think
- 1:49Speaker 2: and not themselves gettuo isy focusing what everybody else got
- 1:53Speaker 2: to say what everybody else thinks, and they're not focusing
- 1:56Speaker 2: on themselves.
- 1:57Speaker 1: That's kind of what that is now, y'all probably wanted.
- 2:00Speaker 1: And why do I have a bondit on my head?
- 2:02Speaker 2: Well, it's not about being cute, because this is about recovery.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Not about being cute.
- 2:08Speaker 2: I don't know why when everybody thinks recovery, they think
- 2:10Speaker 2: you're cute. They think that recovery means that, Okay, now
- 2:15Speaker 2: I got all my money back.
- 2:16Speaker 1: I'm not recovering. No, that's not what it means at all.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Recovery is something that, yeah, you can see it, but
- 2:24Speaker 2: it's not something that you just put out there to
- 2:27Speaker 2: the world. It's like saying, you lost all your money
- 2:29Speaker 2: and then you got all your money back, and now
- 2:32Speaker 2: you're telling the world that you got your money back.
- 2:35Speaker 1: No, it's more so, Okay, I lost my.
- 2:37Speaker 2: Money, and now that I got my money back, the
- 2:41Speaker 2: whole world thinks that I still don't have it.
- 2:43Speaker 1: It's kind of like that. It's something where people.
- 2:46Speaker 2: That are trying to heal and trying to recover, they're
- 2:51Speaker 2: literally trying to keep things private.
- 2:55Speaker 1: These are people that don't want the world knowing everything
- 2:57Speaker 1: they have going on.
- 2:58Speaker 2: And they just want to keep it to them. These
- 3:01Speaker 2: are people that just want to remain quiet. These are
- 3:04Speaker 2: people that are living their lives and you don't even
- 3:06Speaker 2: know they're living lives. And the reason they're so quiet
- 3:09Speaker 2: is because of everything that they've had to honestly endure
- 3:14Speaker 2: when it came down to the people they dealt with,
- 3:16Speaker 2: whether it's friends, whether it's family, whether it's romantic relationships, siblings,
- 3:23Speaker 2: whether it's you know, jobs, things like that. So today
- 3:30Speaker 2: I want to talk about this because I just recently
- 3:32Speaker 2: lost my job on Thursday, so that wasn't fun. But
- 3:36Speaker 2: I did lose my job due to downsizing, so now
- 3:39Speaker 2: I got to figure out another way. So here I
- 3:42Speaker 2: am doing my podcast a little bit more often. Here
- 3:45Speaker 2: I am building my life, coaching business, building things more so.
- 3:50Speaker 2: But what I want to talk about today is about
- 3:53Speaker 2: you being able.
- 3:54Speaker 1: To maintain the healing and the recovery that you have
- 3:58Speaker 1: worked so hard to it.
- 4:01Speaker 2: A lot of people don't really understand the importance of
- 4:05Speaker 2: being able to maintain something. Obtaining things is always the
- 4:09Speaker 2: easy thing, but letting go of something and being able
- 4:14Speaker 2: to maintain what you have is.
- 4:17Speaker 1: A hard thing. Because a lot of us are too
- 4:19Speaker 1: busy giving.
- 4:20Speaker 2: It a way to people that don't deserve what we
- 4:22Speaker 2: give them.
- 4:24Speaker 1: So the reason I wanted to combine you minding.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Your own business to happier u leis to a healthier
- 4:29Speaker 2: youth episode is because a lot of people.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Have everything and then they lose it, losing it all
- 4:43Speaker 1: the time.
- 4:44Speaker 2: Every time you turn around, they get themselves together and
- 4:47Speaker 2: then they end up broke, get married.
- 4:50Speaker 1: End of divorced. It's like you're.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Dating the same type of people and getting the same result,
- 4:56Speaker 2: and you don't know why you keep getting the same
- 4:58Speaker 2: result because you keep dealing with a time of people,
- 5:01Speaker 2: because you.
- 5:01Speaker 1: Haven't grown, You keep lawing yourself, You.
- 5:04Speaker 2: Keep being dependent on people that are never going to
- 5:07Speaker 2: be dependent at all. You're up here trying to be
- 5:11Speaker 2: a captain stablehoe bill, a bear's bill, dolls.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Sea fillers and people pleasers. You want people to love
- 5:16Speaker 1: you so bad.
- 5:17Speaker 2: You want people to like you and appreciate and value
- 5:19Speaker 2: and want and need you, and to be validated, to
- 5:22Speaker 2: be approved of, to be accepted, and for somebody know
- 5:24Speaker 2: you're worth and improving some other people that will never
- 5:27Speaker 2: ever give you that. It'sn't like a kid that basically
- 5:32Speaker 2: all they wanted was their parents to love them. But
- 5:35Speaker 2: yet they loved your siblings or sibling more than they
- 5:39Speaker 2: loved you. They sat there and did everything for your sibling,
- 5:42Speaker 2: but they did nothing for you. You're the person that
- 5:47Speaker 2: they always made independent. You were the one that were
- 5:49Speaker 2: respected to make good grades. You were the one that
- 5:52Speaker 2: no matter what, you couldn't fall, you couldn't even afford
- 5:55Speaker 2: to fault.
- 5:55Speaker 1: You were the one that didn't get all the birthday parties.
- 5:57Speaker 1: You're the one that didn't get that car.
- 6:00Speaker 2: But yet your siblings are the ones that are spoiling
- 6:02Speaker 2: the titles. And now when you get your stuff together,
- 6:05Speaker 2: after you paid your way through school, after you had
- 6:08Speaker 2: to do everything on your own, now all of a sudden,
- 6:11Speaker 2: now here come to your parents asking you for help.
- 6:13Speaker 1: But where were they when you needed money for your
- 6:17Speaker 1: things and you had to go to work at fifteen
- 6:19Speaker 1: years old? Sixteen years old?
- 6:21Speaker 2: The fact that you had to pay your way through school,
- 6:23Speaker 2: while your siblings or sibling got a free ride that
- 6:27Speaker 2: your parents paid for so they had enough money to
- 6:30Speaker 2: send them to.
- 6:30Speaker 1: College, but they ain't have enough money to send you
- 6:32Speaker 1: to college.
- 6:33Speaker 2: They gave them all the birthday parties, got them a
- 6:35Speaker 2: new car, and you had to basically pay for your
- 6:36Speaker 2: own car because your independent, self sufficient.
- 6:39Speaker 1: And dominate. So these things matter.
- 6:45Speaker 2: So even when your health and wellness is the same thing,
- 6:49Speaker 2: your health and wellness is no different.
- 6:50Speaker 1: The body is no different.
- 6:52Speaker 2: When your mind is focused on everybody else and you're
- 6:56Speaker 2: forgetting your body and how your body is in hackted
- 7:00Speaker 2: by your choices, decisions, actions, and behavior, it matters. So
- 7:06Speaker 2: every choice and decisions should not just be based on
- 7:09Speaker 2: mentally or based on your emotions, It should also be
- 7:14Speaker 2: determined on how it's gonna impact your body. See, people
- 7:18Speaker 2: are so quick to react to things based on what
- 7:21Speaker 2: people say, but they don't understand the true consequences, repercussions,
- 7:25Speaker 2: and karma of what it is that they're doing.
- 7:28Speaker 1: They don't realize that what goes around comes around.
- 7:31Speaker 2: You're sitting up here trying to make everybody else happen,
- 7:35Speaker 2: taking care of everybody else, but yet you're the one
- 7:37Speaker 2: that's now broke.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Your other one is up here struggling.
- 7:40Speaker 2: All the money that you could have kept to yourself
- 7:42Speaker 2: you've given to everybody else.
- 7:44Speaker 1: All the money that.
- 7:46Speaker 2: You could have used towards something else, you're using to
- 7:49Speaker 2: pay somebody else's bills.
- 7:51Speaker 1: You're putting something in your name that you're never gonna drive.
- 7:55Speaker 1: So when I talk about that from.
- 7:57Speaker 2: That perspective, it hits a lot of hard because this
- 8:01Speaker 2: all starts with family, and then it just trickles down
- 8:04Speaker 2: to your friends, It triggles down to your spouses, it
- 8:06Speaker 2: trickles down to your children, then it trickles down to
- 8:08Speaker 2: your job. It's just like what happened to me and
- 8:12Speaker 2: the way that the rug was pulled from up under me.
- 8:14Speaker 1: I am not thrilled up the way the rug was
- 8:16Speaker 1: pulled from up under me when I lost my job.
- 8:19Speaker 1: But it happened.
- 8:20Speaker 2: But then I also said in myself these past couple
- 8:23Speaker 2: of days while I was sitting here, that's never gonna
- 8:24Speaker 2: happen again. That's why I'm building my business in my brand,
- 8:28Speaker 2: so I never have to worry about if I lose my.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Job, then I'm not gonna have no income.
- 8:33Speaker 2: So you have to really sit back and really think
- 8:36Speaker 2: and ask yourself, Okay, when things happen, are you gonna
- 8:39Speaker 2: sit here and cry about it?
- 8:41Speaker 1: Or you're gonna get up and you're gonna deal with it. Now.
- 8:44Speaker 1: I'm not saying you shouldn't cry about it.
- 8:45Speaker 2: I'm not saying your first initial act, your first initial
- 8:49Speaker 2: reaction is not okay, because it absolutely is.
- 8:52Speaker 1: You have every right to cry about losing your job.
- 8:55Speaker 1: You got every right to be upset about losing your job.
- 8:58Speaker 1: You have every right to be down right upset about it.
- 9:02Speaker 1: You do.
- 9:03Speaker 2: But at the end of the day, you need to
- 9:05Speaker 2: sit there and be like, woe it's me not continue
- 9:08Speaker 2: to look for a regular job, not come up with
- 9:10Speaker 2: a plan, or you can continue being stagnant and then
- 9:14Speaker 2: ending up with no place to say, with no roof
- 9:16Speaker 2: over your head.
- 9:18Speaker 1: So at the end of the day, like I said,
- 9:20Speaker 1: the way it.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Happened was I was at work while while I was
- 9:23Speaker 2: working from home, I was working from home.
- 9:25Speaker 1: The next thing I know, there was a meeting and
- 9:29Speaker 1: that's when I was told I lost my job. Now
- 9:32Speaker 1: the old means would be like, oh my god, I
- 9:34Speaker 1: lost my job. What am I gonna do? The new
- 9:36Speaker 1: meanings like, look, look this, We've been here before.
- 9:39Speaker 2: We've been here before, we lost our jobs due to
- 9:43Speaker 2: you know, downsizing.
- 9:44Speaker 1: We've been here, We've done that.
- 9:46Speaker 2: We're gonna be all right, We're gonna be fine, We're
- 9:49Speaker 2: gonna we're gonna get through this. We're gonna make it
- 9:51Speaker 2: through and we're going to be Okay. If y'all wonder
- 9:54Speaker 2: what I'm doing, I'm cutting cucumbers and tomatoes, Well I'm talking. Yeah. So,
- 10:01Speaker 2: like I said, at the end of the day, when
- 10:03Speaker 2: it comes down to these situations, either gonna be you're
- 10:06Speaker 2: either gonna think or you're gonna.
- 10:07Speaker 1: Swim one or two.
- 10:09Speaker 2: Now, yes, the rug was pulled from up under me
- 10:12Speaker 2: because I did not see it coming.
- 10:14Speaker 1: And yes, it's only.
- 10:15Speaker 2: Natur that you go through your emotions and you process
- 10:19Speaker 2: what you've been through.
- 10:19Speaker 1: Sometimes you may.
- 10:20Speaker 2: Need to take a day or two that the process,
- 10:23Speaker 2: but by day three you should be like, you know what,
- 10:26Speaker 2: let me go ahead and file unemployment.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Let me go ahead and figure out what my next
- 10:29Speaker 1: move is gonna be.
- 10:31Speaker 2: If I'm getting a severance pay, which I'm getting, but
- 10:33Speaker 2: how long is that severance pay gonna last, then it's
- 10:37Speaker 2: gonna be about unemployment. If you're getting severance pay, how
- 10:41Speaker 2: long it can be before you can ask a file
- 10:43Speaker 2: for unemployment.
- 10:46Speaker 1: Also, you gotta figure.
- 10:48Speaker 2: Out about whether or not you're gonna have to end
- 10:52Speaker 2: up moving out your apartment because you can't afford to
- 10:54Speaker 2: pay for it, and those type of things because intenuating circumstances.
- 11:00Speaker 1: Things happen, they really do.
- 11:01Speaker 2: So the only thing you can do is, you know, honestly,
- 11:04Speaker 2: put it in God's hands and see what happens. That's really,
- 11:08Speaker 2: honestly the only thing you can do, because the more
- 11:11Speaker 2: you sit up here and you panic, the worst it's
- 11:14Speaker 2: gonna be. Panicking is not gonna change what happened, is
- 11:17Speaker 2: not gonna change the situation.
- 11:19Speaker 1: Panicking is not gonna change the fact that you're out
- 11:21Speaker 1: of a job.
- 11:22Speaker 2: So the only thing you can do is say, you
- 11:24Speaker 2: know what, I'm gonna have to deal with these emotions.
- 11:26Speaker 2: But at the same time, I can't be stuck in
- 11:29Speaker 2: these emotions because I still got to do what I
- 11:30Speaker 2: have to do now.
- 11:31Speaker 1: For some people, they end up going ahead and they
- 11:34Speaker 1: save their month their taxes, so they're good for a
- 11:37Speaker 1: few months. For other people that ain't. That ain't always kis.
- 11:40Speaker 2: Some people gonna end up on the tree somewhere. Some
- 11:43Speaker 2: people gonna end up with nowhere to go. Some people
- 11:46Speaker 2: may have to end up going back home. I mean,
- 11:48Speaker 2: these things happen. Is it sad that this is happening
- 11:51Speaker 2: right now? Absolutely, it's sad because a lot of people
- 11:55Speaker 2: losing their job. You don't think that tomorrow when you
- 11:58Speaker 2: go to work that you're gonna get called into an office.
- 12:00Speaker 1: Is in there telling you or we're downsides in your position.
- 12:02Speaker 2: So we're getting rid of your position all the way
- 12:05Speaker 2: all together, so we have to let you go.
- 12:09Speaker 1: Not not exactly a good look. But the beauty of
- 12:12Speaker 1: it all.
- 12:13Speaker 2: Is is that it made me realize, then while I'm
- 12:17Speaker 2: sitting here and while I'm not working, I can write
- 12:19Speaker 2: my book, I can work on my courses.
- 12:22Speaker 1: I can work on trying to do my intake paperwork.
- 12:26Speaker 2: Get my business the name, get everything together and start
- 12:30Speaker 2: focusing on that.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Start give me building my content, stuff like that. So
- 12:36Speaker 1: there are other things that I can focus on while
- 12:39Speaker 1: I'm off, while I'm not working.
- 12:42Speaker 2: Now, let's say that my business ends up picking up,
- 12:48Speaker 2: my coaching, my jewelry business, my motivational speaking, it picks up.
- 12:53Speaker 2: Then what then I started making twenty thousand dollars a month,
- 12:59Speaker 2: I may not want to go back to which yeh,
- 13:00Speaker 2: I'm making twenty thousand dollars a month. Let's say I
- 13:03Speaker 2: made two thousand and three thousand dollars for a motivational
- 13:05Speaker 2: seeking event. Let's say my jury does well Let's say
- 13:10Speaker 2: everything falls together while I'm going through this journey, I'm
- 13:14Speaker 2: not gonna go back to work for.
- 13:15Speaker 1: What I'm making money.
- 13:17Speaker 2: So again, you don't know where the path is gonna
- 13:20Speaker 2: lead you. The only thing you can do is ask
- 13:22Speaker 2: God to help you through it.
- 13:23Speaker 1: But here's a kicker to it all. What happens.
- 13:26Speaker 2: If that happens, that means I have to maintain it.
- 13:29Speaker 2: Just like my weight loss journey, whatever I'm doing to
- 13:32Speaker 2: maintain it, I have to continue that. No matter what
- 13:36Speaker 2: whatever I did to reach my goal, I have to
- 13:38Speaker 2: continue to do even after that. You don't stop doing
- 13:41Speaker 2: those same goals because of the fact that you reached
- 13:47Speaker 2: your goal.
- 13:47Speaker 1: No, you got to keep going.
- 13:49Speaker 2: You got to keep on in that situation. So whatever
- 13:53Speaker 2: you did to lose weight, whatever you're doing to reach
- 13:57Speaker 2: your goal, as far as weight loss, you got to main.
- 14:01Speaker 2: So you just can't sit up here and say, Okay,
- 14:03Speaker 2: I'm just gonna stop because I lost one hundred and
- 14:07Speaker 2: eighty I've lost one hundred and eighty pounds, or I
- 14:09Speaker 2: lost one hundred pounds, Okay, so now I'm just gonna stop,
- 14:13Speaker 2: not not do the work that needs to be done
- 14:15Speaker 2: to lose weight. I'm just gonna not even do that. No,
- 14:18Speaker 2: you have to keep going. No matter what, you keep going.
- 14:22Speaker 2: You don't let nobody.
- 14:23Speaker 1: Stop you something. So just because you, you know, lost
- 14:27Speaker 1: the weight, just.
- 14:27Speaker 2: Because you make good money, you got to maintain that.
- 14:32Speaker 2: So the problem is is that when it comes to
- 14:35Speaker 2: the money aspect of it, when you start making money,
- 14:38Speaker 2: as soon as people find out you got money, here
- 14:40Speaker 2: they come. As soon as people have as soon as
- 14:43Speaker 2: you have something that they won't that they don't have
- 14:45Speaker 2: to do the work to do it, here they come.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Here them all these people that were never there before
- 14:52Speaker 2: now in your life, causing all this confusion.
- 14:54Speaker 1: You got all these people that.
- 14:56Speaker 2: Was never around when you were broke, that abandoned you
- 15:00Speaker 2: when you had nothing, the ones that when you were
- 15:04Speaker 2: paying their bills, barely having money to pay your own bills,
- 15:08Speaker 2: but you making sure everybody else is good because you figure,
- 15:11Speaker 2: if you do this, these people are gonna love you.
- 15:13Speaker 2: These people gonna appreciate, they're gonna value you, And in
- 15:16Speaker 2: all actuality, they're not. They're only there because you're giving
- 15:20Speaker 2: them a roof overhead. They're only there because you're putting
- 15:23Speaker 2: stuff in your name, you're paying off your sister's college,
- 15:25Speaker 2: your brother's college tuitions. You're paying your mom and them mortgage,
- 15:31Speaker 2: you're paying their car payments, their dental, their phone bills.
- 15:35Speaker 2: But yet you have no money to enjoy yourself. You
- 15:39Speaker 2: can't even go on vacation because you're paying all these
- 15:42Speaker 2: people's bills. And so all of a sudden, now you know,
- 15:47Speaker 2: you end up in the hospital. Like one of the
- 15:49Speaker 2: stories that I was reading, the person ended up in
- 15:52Speaker 2: the hospital with a car accident, and they were asking
- 15:55Speaker 2: for assistance.
- 15:56Speaker 1: Their parents didn't even come to see them.
- 15:58Speaker 2: Why they was in the hospital, I didn't put their life,
- 16:01Speaker 2: didn't even come to see them, but yet asking when
- 16:03Speaker 2: was the bills gonna be paid?
- 16:05Speaker 1: Where the bill's gonna be paid?
- 16:06Speaker 2: Then when they cut them off, then they tried to
- 16:09Speaker 2: basically be their guardian and trying to basically take over
- 16:13Speaker 2: their money, trying to make it seem like.
- 16:15Speaker 1: They weren't competent.
- 16:17Speaker 2: Then it got to a point where they started getting
- 16:19Speaker 2: on social media talking about.
- 16:21Speaker 1: We're worried about our son, we're worried about my brother.
- 16:24Speaker 1: But yet when that man was in the hospital, where
- 16:27Speaker 1: were you? Nowhere could be found?
- 16:30Speaker 2: Nowhere you will nowhere to be found. When that person
- 16:34Speaker 2: was in the hospital. So the sad part about it
- 16:37Speaker 2: all is that when you sit there and you really
- 16:40Speaker 2: think about it, it's really really real saying it is,
- 16:43Speaker 2: I should have juiced these, That's what I should have did.
- 16:47Speaker 2: I really should have just put these all in here
- 16:49Speaker 2: and should have just juiceded their life.
- 16:50Speaker 1: Said, I mightn't even think about it, but that's okay,
- 16:53Speaker 1: that's all right, I'll just eat these. But you know,
- 16:56Speaker 1: I can still juicem. I used to put them in there,
- 16:58Speaker 1: and they'll just juice to already.
- 16:59Speaker 2: Just cut up, So I might just put these in
- 17:01Speaker 2: a separate container and I might just seeing them.
- 17:04Speaker 1: But anyway, that's what I'm saying. So then this person's
- 17:07Speaker 1: getting sick and tired, and they end up cutting everybody off.
- 17:11Speaker 2: And now the person is mad because now they're not
- 17:15Speaker 2: paying their bills. Now they come to you talking about
- 17:17Speaker 2: why you don't want to pay our bills and why
- 17:19Speaker 2: you don't want to be there, why you don't want
- 17:21Speaker 2: to help us with family, family.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Or not, you won't there for me. What I need
- 17:25Speaker 1: is you Where were you?
- 17:28Speaker 2: Where were you at when I you know, when I
- 17:32Speaker 2: was in the hospital, Where were you? Know?
- 17:34Speaker 1: Where to be found? So when you get through these situations,
- 17:37Speaker 1: regardless of if it's cancer leukemia, it's about maintaining it.
- 17:43Speaker 2: So whatever you did before you got cancer and what
- 17:47Speaker 2: you did to basically being remission, keep doing it. If
- 17:51Speaker 2: that means you got to leave the country to go
- 17:53Speaker 2: to the country where you ended up healing, then that's
- 17:57Speaker 2: where you need to be.
- 17:59Speaker 1: If you need to, you know, stop eating certain.
- 18:02Speaker 2: Foods, so on and so forth when you lose weight,
- 18:04Speaker 2: and that's what you need to do. Whatever you did
- 18:08Speaker 2: to maintain go wait off of you.
- 18:11Speaker 1: Whatever you did to maintain.
- 18:14Speaker 2: Whatever it is that you're doing, that's what you need
- 18:16Speaker 2: to do now. That's exactly what you need to do now.
- 18:21Speaker 2: You don't need to do anything that you did before.
- 18:27Speaker 1: So if you're trying to be better, you have to
- 18:30Speaker 1: maintain that.
- 18:31Speaker 2: It's just like your next relationship that you're in. It's
- 18:35Speaker 2: about maintaining that relationship. But both parties.
- 18:38Speaker 1: Need to be on the same page. It's just like
- 18:40Speaker 1: everybody touks about coffee dates.
- 18:42Speaker 2: Oh, I'm going on a coffee date, and I'm going
- 18:46Speaker 2: I don't want to go on a coffee date.
- 18:47Speaker 1: Why not? What's going a coffee day? So again, like
- 18:50Speaker 1: I said, it's just like I did these cucumbers, and
- 18:52Speaker 1: I was like, dang, I could have used these. I
- 18:54Speaker 1: could have used these with some ginger.
- 18:56Speaker 2: The some cucumbers, some ginger, and some a little bit
- 18:59Speaker 2: of peaches and mix them together.
- 19:01Speaker 1: I think, I'm I think that's gonna do. I think
- 19:02Speaker 1: I'm gonna do some cucumbers and some ginger and some peaches.
- 19:08Speaker 1: I got some pieces. I'm about to cut them peaches up.
- 19:10Speaker 2: But anyway, like I was saying, you know, at the
- 19:13Speaker 2: end of the day, like I said, we all have
- 19:15Speaker 2: our battles that we have to face.
- 19:17Speaker 1: We all got things we gotta deal with. But at the.
- 19:20Speaker 2: Same time, to sit up here and you did all
- 19:23Speaker 2: this work to heal and recover, to finally find your
- 19:26Speaker 2: piece and tranquility and your quietness, to finally accept yourself
- 19:31Speaker 2: for who you are, and then to have somebody to
- 19:35Speaker 2: pull you backwards and make you feel less than what
- 19:38Speaker 2: you are.
- 19:39Speaker 1: It's crazy to me. It's just like I had a
- 19:42Speaker 1: situation with a sex.
- 19:44Speaker 2: Coat, and just recently my name came up about who
- 19:49Speaker 2: got me fired and how the whole situation happened.
- 19:53Speaker 1: Well, when it came out, everybody denied it.
- 19:57Speaker 2: But yet I'm still a topic of this discussion, even
- 20:00Speaker 2: though I don't understand how why is this still coming
- 20:04Speaker 2: up about my job when people claim they didn't get
- 20:06Speaker 2: me fired, People claim they didn't get me fired, that
- 20:09Speaker 2: I got myself fired.
- 20:10Speaker 1: But yet you're saying, now that wasn't the case. Then
- 20:13Speaker 1: who got me fired? Then? Who went after my family?
- 20:16Speaker 1: Who did a background check on me? Who did all
- 20:19Speaker 1: these things to me? And that's what I mean. Eventually
- 20:22Speaker 1: people don't tell themselves. All you gotta do is just
- 20:25Speaker 1: sit back and just be patient.
- 20:26Speaker 2: I promise you the people that did what they did,
- 20:30Speaker 2: Oh trust.
- 20:30Speaker 1: Me, it's gonna come out. It always does it.
- 20:34Speaker 2: There's never a time where it won't. It always comes out.
- 20:37Speaker 2: Every time you think, oh, it ain't gonna come out.
- 20:41Speaker 2: You know, whoever did this to me is never gonna
- 20:43Speaker 2: come out? Oh yes it will.
- 20:45Speaker 1: It will absolutely come out when you least.
- 20:47Speaker 2: Expect it, when you least see it coming, that's when
- 20:51Speaker 2: it will come out. It may not come out right
- 20:53Speaker 2: at that moment, but eventually it always does. So the
- 20:57Speaker 2: times that you think that it won't come out, the
- 21:00Speaker 2: time that you think certain things won't happen, oh yes
- 21:03Speaker 2: they do. They happen when you when you at least
- 21:06Speaker 2: expect them to. When you don't, when you don't see
- 21:09Speaker 2: it coming, that's when it happens.
- 21:11Speaker 1: That's why I tell people just be patient, just be
- 21:14Speaker 1: patient and wait. It's gonna come out. It always does.
- 21:18Speaker 1: Every time you think something ain't gonna happen. Every time
- 21:21Speaker 1: you think you're not gonna get some type of justice,
- 21:24Speaker 1: Oh you're gonna get some justice.
- 21:27Speaker 2: It may not be when you're gonna get the justice,
- 21:29Speaker 2: but you're gonna get it. All y'all do is just
- 21:31Speaker 2: sit back and just be patient. That's pretty much about it.
- 21:35Speaker 2: Just be patient and what it'll it'll. It'll all work
- 21:39Speaker 2: itself out. It always does. So in the end, I
- 21:43Speaker 2: don't sit around and worry about certain things because I
- 21:46Speaker 2: know in the end it will come out and I
- 21:49Speaker 2: won't have to sit up.
- 21:50Speaker 1: And worry about it for too much lose because it
- 21:53Speaker 1: will come out. It always does. I'm gonna sit this down.
- 21:55Speaker 2: For sit so don't worry about certain things. That it all,
- 22:00Speaker 2: it'll all work out the way it's supposed to be.
- 22:04Speaker 1: Give it take a little bit of time, but it'll
- 22:06Speaker 1: work out. All didn't gotta do is just be faithful.
- 22:10Speaker 1: So what I will say is when it comes.
- 22:13Speaker 2: To whatever you have, whatever you do to be a
- 22:17Speaker 2: better person, keep doing that, Keep doing whatever it is
- 22:21Speaker 2: that you're doing to be better, to succeed, to be
- 22:26Speaker 2: the best version of yourself. Keep doing that, because again,
- 22:30Speaker 2: you'll benefit from it. You'll benefit from being that best person.
- 22:36Speaker 2: You'll benefit from thriving and growing. You will definitely definitely
- 22:42Speaker 2: benefit from it.
- 22:43Speaker 1: And it may not seem like it, you know, at
- 22:46Speaker 1: a second, but for us it will. Just give it
- 22:50Speaker 1: a little bit of time.
- 22:52Speaker 2: It will because the one thing I learned, things happen
- 22:55Speaker 2: for a reason, and they happen when you least expect
- 22:58Speaker 2: them to.
- 23:00Speaker 1: So just sit back and wait and be patient, cause
- 23:04Speaker 1: I promise you it will all come together like it's
- 23:08Speaker 1: supposed to.
- 23:09Speaker 2: What I decided to do, cause I got some cucumbers
- 23:12Speaker 2: and I got some tomatoes. I decide I'm gonna use
- 23:15Speaker 2: the tomatoes and the cucumbers together. So I'm just gonna
- 23:18Speaker 2: put all this stuff in a container and this thing
- 23:22Speaker 2: right here, and I'm just gonna go ahead on and
- 23:24Speaker 2: just puippies in here, and then I'm gonna do some
- 23:28Speaker 2: aluminum foil and then I'm going sure oops, hit my lip,
- 23:33Speaker 2: and then I'm gonna go ahead on and.
- 23:34Speaker 1: Just run some more.
- 23:36Speaker 2: But like I said, things have a crazy way of
- 23:39Speaker 2: working out.
- 23:40Speaker 1: They were lit a. It'll work out when you least
- 23:43Speaker 1: expected to. Just give it some time. So even though
- 23:46Speaker 1: things may seem dark, things may seem like, oh my god,
- 23:50Speaker 1: you know you you lost some weight, then you gained
- 23:52Speaker 1: it back. So yeah, that's a big expected to you.
- 23:56Speaker 2: You lose weight and then you gain it and you
- 23:58Speaker 2: don't know how in the world why it is that
- 24:00Speaker 2: you keep gaining the weight, why keep coming back?
- 24:03Speaker 1: Some things you'll never understand. But trust me, there's a
- 24:07Speaker 1: way to deal with all of that. Just be patient.
- 24:10Speaker 1: But it'll all come together. Are you gonna do is
- 24:13Speaker 1: just be patient anyway. And this is pretty much it.
- 24:16Speaker 2: So again, whatever you did to better yourself, whatever you've
- 24:21Speaker 2: done to heal, whatever you've done to recover, keep doing it,
- 24:27Speaker 2: Keep doing what you're doing, whatever you did to be
- 24:29Speaker 2: successful from the beginning, continue to do that. Don't don't
- 24:34Speaker 2: sit up here and stop doing what you're doing because
- 24:37Speaker 2: of the fact that, you know what I'm saying, it
- 24:41Speaker 2: don't seem like it's working out.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Oh this one got well, I have now one of
- 24:49Speaker 1: them got a mold on them. I gonna missure the
- 24:50Speaker 1: rest of them. Don't know, this won't happen.
- 24:53Speaker 2: So I'm gonna end up juicing these tomorrow. I'm gonna
- 24:57Speaker 2: end up probably even juicingness tonight at juice, mister Marma,
- 25:00Speaker 2: I'm a juicer, and I'm just gonna go ahead and
- 25:02Speaker 2: start juicing.
- 25:03Speaker 1: Like this one get moved on it on one side.
- 25:07Speaker 2: So I'm gonna go ahead and take the side that
- 25:09Speaker 2: don't well if I might be okay if I take them,
- 25:13Speaker 2: if I take the thing off, But this one definitely
- 25:15Speaker 2: got a bunch of mold on it.
- 25:16Speaker 1: You see that one I can't use. I can use
- 25:19Speaker 1: it one, Frida, but I'm not gonna work.
- 25:22Speaker 2: So, like I said, if these journeys are never easy,
- 25:26Speaker 2: especially with health and wellness, is never gonna be an
- 25:29Speaker 2: easy journey, but it's worth it in the end when
- 25:32Speaker 2: you see the end results.
- 25:35Speaker 1: So, like I said, we all have journeys and things
- 25:37Speaker 1: that we have to go through.
- 25:39Speaker 2: But in the end, like I said, when you see
- 25:42Speaker 2: the end result and you see how better your life is,
- 25:46Speaker 2: you'll see, oh my god, you know it was so
- 25:49Speaker 2: worth it doing whatever it is that you did.
- 25:52Speaker 1: So it's it makes it all worth it. It definitely does.
- 25:56Speaker 2: So like I said, you know, right now, I'm basically
- 26:00Speaker 2: taking the seeds out of the out of the peaches.
- 26:03Speaker 2: And what I probably would have ended up doing was
- 26:08Speaker 2: I probably, like I said, the the I'm gonna cut,
- 26:11Speaker 2: I'm probably gonna see about peeling.
- 26:14Speaker 1: I should have peeled it, but let me see if
- 26:16Speaker 1: I can peel it off. I might be able to.
- 26:19Speaker 1: Yeah I can, Okay, cool, Yeah, I'm just gonna peel
- 26:23Speaker 1: it off. Peel off the peel it off the the Yeah,
- 26:31Speaker 1: I know, I'm trying to stay. I'm just cutting the.
- 26:39Speaker 2: I'm cutting off the peach, the actual top of it.
- 26:42Speaker 2: But being that I already cut these in half the
- 26:44Speaker 2: rest of them, I'm just gonna cut.
- 26:46Speaker 1: Just be careful with your hands, mind you, but.
- 26:50Speaker 2: Yeah, just go if you can cut it off, just
- 26:52Speaker 2: cut it. So you might just go ahead and just
- 26:56Speaker 2: cut it off because you don't really need a skin
- 26:59Speaker 2: on it anyway.
- 27:00Speaker 1: But I should have did that first before I did
- 27:03Speaker 1: everything else. But that's okay. But like I said, these
- 27:06Speaker 1: journeys are not easy. They're not.
- 27:08Speaker 2: And what a lot of people do is they'll sit
- 27:10Speaker 2: there and they will not continue the journey. That they
- 27:15Speaker 2: were on because now they reached their goal. Like, for example,
- 27:18Speaker 2: if somebody lost weight because they were trying to just
- 27:21Speaker 2: get married, that's not a legitimate reason to get married
- 27:24Speaker 2: or you or a legitimate reason to lose weight. That's
- 27:27Speaker 2: not really a real reason to lose weight. And for
- 27:31Speaker 2: a lot of people, that's what they do it for.
- 27:33Speaker 2: They do it because they want to be in some
- 27:35Speaker 2: type of relationship and because the person they're.
- 27:38Speaker 1: In a relationship.
- 27:41Speaker 2: Hold on second, So I'm still gonna keep talking, but
- 27:44Speaker 2: I gotta do this for a second. So yeah, so
- 27:46Speaker 2: they end up, you know, losing weight, and they.
- 27:49Speaker 1: End up getting married, and then that person.
- 27:52Speaker 2: Still end up cheating, still doing all this other stuff,
- 27:56Speaker 2: and then they end up screwed. So, like I said,
- 27:58Speaker 2: I don't really understand how people do things for the
- 28:02Speaker 2: wrong reasons.
- 28:02Speaker 1: That's not a legitimate reason to do that. So I
- 28:09Speaker 1: just feel like if you're doing something for the right reasons,
- 28:13Speaker 1: it's one thing. When you're doing it for the absolute
- 28:17Speaker 1: wrong reasons, it don't never turn out. It'll never turn
- 28:19Speaker 1: out well, it just don't. It turns out bad.
- 28:23Speaker 2: So, like I said, the fact that people think that
- 28:27Speaker 2: this person loves you or they care about you.
- 28:29Speaker 1: No, they don't. They don't care about you. They just
- 28:32Speaker 1: want what you can give them. And then after they
- 28:34Speaker 1: get whatever they want, they leave you in the dust.
- 28:37Speaker 1: And that's just what they do.
- 28:39Speaker 2: The sad part about it is you're now screwed because
- 28:42Speaker 2: you sat there and you thought this person cared about you,
- 28:45Speaker 2: when in all actuality, they never cared about you in
- 28:47Speaker 2: the first place at all. So, like I said, it
- 28:50Speaker 2: happens all the time, more so than not. But like
- 28:54Speaker 2: I said, I just tell people that, you know, love
- 28:59Speaker 2: can be a beautiful thing when you find the right
- 29:02Speaker 2: person that you really do want to be with, the
- 29:04Speaker 2: person that you want to be kind of settled with.
- 29:08Speaker 2: So you know, I'm all for that if you find
- 29:10Speaker 2: the right person and that person is your person, and.
- 29:14Speaker 1: By all means, go for it.
- 29:15Speaker 2: But if that person is telling you that I'm not
- 29:18Speaker 2: gonna marry you unless you lose weight, that's not really
- 29:22Speaker 2: a legitimate reason to lose weight. They was with you
- 29:25Speaker 2: before you, before you even talked about marriage, So now
- 29:29Speaker 2: that you want to get married, they're now saying to you, oh, yeah,
- 29:33Speaker 2: I'll marry you, but you gotta lose weight.
- 29:37Speaker 1: See. And then the crazy part is once once you
- 29:40Speaker 1: do it, they ain't gonna do nothing but up to Annie.
- 29:43Speaker 1: They ain't gonna do nothing, but they're gonna just continue
- 29:46Speaker 1: to up whatever it is that you want them to do.
- 29:49Speaker 1: So for example, they'll first say, oh, if you if
- 29:51Speaker 1: you lose the weight, you know, I'll marry you. That's
- 29:53Speaker 1: to be the first thing they say. The next thing
- 29:55Speaker 1: they'll say is, oh, I'm gonna do that. You're gonna
- 29:57Speaker 1: have to do this in order for us to get married.
- 29:59Speaker 1: I'm like, dude, if I gotta go through all of
- 30:01Speaker 1: this just to marry you.
- 30:02Speaker 2: Then you're not my person, and you're not the person
- 30:04Speaker 2: I should even be thinking about marrying in the first place.
- 30:08Speaker 1: So these are just some things you've got to really
- 30:10Speaker 1: sit down and think about when you're, you know, in these.
- 30:13Speaker 2: Situations, because a lot of times you may think, oh,
- 30:17Speaker 2: you know, this is my person and if I lose
- 30:20Speaker 2: the way, they're gonna marry me.
- 30:23Speaker 1: The question is what are they gonna change? Are they
- 30:26Speaker 1: gonna change, are they gonna be a better person? Are
- 30:28Speaker 1: they gonna do right?
- 30:29Speaker 2: Because that's really really the initial question. It's not just
- 30:33Speaker 2: about you making changes.
- 30:34Speaker 1: Y'all both gott to make changes. So if that person.
- 30:39Speaker 2: Let's say you're the person making all the changes, you're
- 30:42Speaker 2: the person making all the adjustments, what exactly are they doing?
- 30:47Speaker 1: And that's my point.
- 30:48Speaker 2: A lot of people are not making changes for the
- 30:51Speaker 2: right reasons. They're they're doing it to prove they're they're
- 30:54Speaker 2: doing it to prove it something to other people and
- 30:57Speaker 2: not for themselves.
- 30:58Speaker 1: And that's why I people.
- 31:00Speaker 2: If you're not losing weight because that's genuinely what you
- 31:03Speaker 2: wanna do.
- 31:04Speaker 1: Then I don't. I don't recommend that you do.
- 31:06Speaker 2: I don't recommend nobody losing weight because you want to
- 31:11Speaker 2: please everybody else or you want to look like everybody else.
- 31:14Speaker 1: That is not a legitimate reason to lose weight. That
- 31:17Speaker 1: is not because that will backfire in your face. Because
- 31:21Speaker 1: what will happen is if you go get plastic.
- 31:23Speaker 2: Surgery or you go get gas tor bypassed and you
- 31:26Speaker 2: think that's gonna solve your problem, what's gonna happen is
- 31:30Speaker 2: you're gonna end up in a bad situation where that
- 31:34Speaker 2: weight is gonna come back. Why because you're still eating
- 31:37Speaker 2: the same stuff you shouldn't be eating. So it's not
- 31:40Speaker 2: just about losing the weight, it's about whatever it was
- 31:42Speaker 2: that was causing and making you lose not making.
- 31:46Speaker 1: You not lose weight. It's what you need to stop doing.
- 31:49Speaker 1: But some people go right back the same behavior, like, Okay, well,
- 31:52Speaker 1: now that I've gained now that I've lost the weight,
- 31:55Speaker 1: now I can go back and eat all them fatty
- 31:57Speaker 1: foods now and go back in all the things that
- 32:00Speaker 1: basically made you fat in the first place. You're not
- 32:03Speaker 1: sitting there eating, and that's the problem.
- 32:05Speaker 2: A lot of people are sitting up here eating stuff
- 32:08Speaker 2: that realistically they shouldn't even be eating, and that god.
- 32:11Speaker 1: For saken first place, what are you doing?
- 32:13Speaker 2: So that's my point, Why are you eating stuff that's
- 32:16Speaker 2: bad for you that you know full well you shouldn't
- 32:20Speaker 2: even be eating, because you know full well that's what
- 32:23Speaker 2: made you gain weight in the first place. That's what
- 32:25Speaker 2: got you here, the fact that you were eating stuff
- 32:28Speaker 2: that you shouldn't have been eating.
- 32:29Speaker 1: But yet still you want to continue to eat it
- 32:31Speaker 1: like it's okay to eat it.
- 32:33Speaker 2: No, if it's something you ain't supposed to be eating.
- 32:35Speaker 2: That means even after you lose the weight, you don't
- 32:37Speaker 2: eat it.
- 32:39Speaker 1: You leave it alone.
- 32:39Speaker 2: You don't mess with nothing that's gonna make you gain
- 32:42Speaker 2: that weight back.
- 32:43Speaker 1: You leave it alone.
- 32:44Speaker 2: If you ain't got a gall bladder like me, then
- 32:46Speaker 2: there's certain things you can't eat.
- 32:49Speaker 1: And then when you go back to eating, you wonder
- 32:51Speaker 1: why you have an upset stomach.
- 32:52Speaker 2: Way to go right back to the hospital because now
- 32:55Speaker 2: you got to go right back because you don't mess
- 32:57Speaker 2: yourself up. And they told you not to eat this stuff.
- 33:00Speaker 2: They told you not to miss certain things. It's like
- 33:03Speaker 2: with alcohol.
- 33:03Speaker 1: I can't drink alcohol.
- 33:05Speaker 2: Last time I drunk alcohol, I felt horrible. I said, nope,
- 33:08Speaker 2: I'm not drinking no more alcohol.
- 33:10Speaker 1: I'm not. I'll drink wine, wine, I can drink. I
- 33:13Speaker 1: just can't drink liquor. And that's and I'm okay with that.
- 33:16Speaker 1: I was like, you know what, it's okay. I'm not
- 33:17Speaker 1: gonna drink no liquor.
- 33:19Speaker 2: So in the end, if you can't drink it, don't
- 33:22Speaker 2: drink it. If it ain't something that you supposed to
- 33:25Speaker 2: be drinking, and anybody shape from a fashion, then.
- 33:27Speaker 1: Don't drink it.
- 33:29Speaker 2: Leave it alone, do not mess with it, leave it
- 33:31Speaker 2: where it's at, because you ain't gonna do nothing but
- 33:34Speaker 2: make yourself sick. That's pretty much about it. And then
- 33:37Speaker 2: you're gonna be mad because you don't make yourself sick.
- 33:40Speaker 1: And you up here eating stuff.
- 33:41Speaker 2: You shouldn't even be eating in a guy for second
- 33:43Speaker 2: first blace. So I'm just saying, don't eat something or
- 33:46Speaker 2: or drink something, or do anything or say anything.
- 33:49Speaker 1: That's gonna make things worse for you.
- 33:52Speaker 2: So again, like when I see all these people, the
- 33:55Speaker 2: biggest loser and stuff like.
- 33:56Speaker 1: That, some of these people haven't gained that weight. Even
- 33:59Speaker 1: though they the weight. Some of them ended up passing away.
- 34:02Speaker 2: Some of them ended up gaining the weight right back
- 34:05Speaker 2: and and there, right back the size that they were.
- 34:08Speaker 2: Some of them went right back to the bad habits
- 34:10Speaker 2: and gain the weight back. So now what you done,
- 34:13Speaker 2: went through all of that, all that work that you
- 34:17Speaker 2: did to lose that weight just to game.
- 34:20Speaker 1: That's ridiculous. That is dumb and stupid.
- 34:23Speaker 2: So you went through all of that, all of that
- 34:26Speaker 2: losing weight, all of that, all of that time of
- 34:29Speaker 2: going to the gym, all that time of having trainers
- 34:32Speaker 2: to train you, just for you to go.
- 34:35Speaker 1: Right back to the same baby. That is crazy.
- 34:39Speaker 2: And now is that what I'm saying, a lot of
- 34:41Speaker 2: people do things for the wrong reasons, and you can't
- 34:44Speaker 2: do nothing but laugh at the point you be like,
- 34:46Speaker 2: oh my god, you cannot be serious. So you did
- 34:48Speaker 2: all of this not because the fact that you know
- 34:52Speaker 2: you want to lose weight.
- 34:53Speaker 1: You did it because you just wanted to for people
- 34:57Speaker 1: for just to be to be society standards. Okay, got it, Okay,
- 35:00Speaker 1: we got it now. So you didn't do it for
- 35:03Speaker 1: the right reasons. You did it for the wrong Okay,
- 35:06Speaker 1: And it shows.
- 35:07Speaker 2: So, like I said, I just find certain things hilariously funny.
- 35:12Speaker 1: I do.
- 35:13Speaker 2: So right now, what I'm doing is I am basically
- 35:17Speaker 2: cutting up some peachas because they're going.
- 35:22Speaker 1: I'm gonna eat them.
- 35:24Speaker 2: Oh, I'm going to end up. I'm gonna end up
- 35:29Speaker 2: juicing them with these cucumbers. So if there's not enough,
- 35:35Speaker 2: it's okay. So I'm probably gonna end up getting some.
- 35:39Speaker 1: Plums as well, so I'm probably gonna end up doing that.
- 35:45Speaker 1: So that way I can go ahead and do that.
- 35:51Speaker 1: So I'm on my last one, so I can either
- 35:54Speaker 1: eat thee no, I don't get one more. I can
- 35:56Speaker 1: either eat these or I can go ahead and I
- 36:03Speaker 1: can either eat these or I can just use them
- 36:08Speaker 1: to projuice them.
- 36:09Speaker 2: And I got some ginger as well that I have bought,
- 36:11Speaker 2: so I gotta buy some plums.
- 36:14Speaker 1: I'm gonna buy some plums. I'm gonna buy a few other.
- 36:16Speaker 2: Fruits, and I'm gonna juice them with these I mean,
- 36:21Speaker 2: cause I can make cucumber juice, and Done'm wrong.
- 36:25Speaker 1: Cucumber juice is not bad, but if I can mix
- 36:29Speaker 1: it with something sweet, that would be absolutely great. So
- 36:34Speaker 1: I'd rather have it with something sweet. So that's why
- 36:37Speaker 1: I'm choosing these peaches, And so I'm gonna do the
- 36:41Speaker 1: I'm gonna do the cucumbers first.
- 36:43Speaker 2: And then i'm gonna do the peaches. That way, I
- 36:45Speaker 2: can go ahead and use them as a way to
- 36:50Speaker 2: basically make the juice taste better. So that's what I'm
- 36:54Speaker 2: gonna do. So after I get finished with.
- 36:57Speaker 1: This, I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to clean.
- 37:01Speaker 2: Up this mess that I made in him, because y'all,
- 37:04Speaker 2: if you were to see my table right now, it's
- 37:07Speaker 2: a mess. But anyway, like I said, you know, whatever
- 37:11Speaker 2: you did to get back on your feet, make sure
- 37:14Speaker 2: most importantly of all that you have a backup plan.
- 37:17Speaker 2: Don't ever not have a blackup plan, because I don't
- 37:20Speaker 2: care what you go through. Don't ever think that somebody
- 37:23Speaker 2: can can completely be trusted to the point where you
- 37:27Speaker 2: lose everything and you can't get it back.
- 37:30Speaker 1: So make sure you have a backup plan. If you
- 37:32Speaker 1: somebody that, even.
- 37:33Speaker 2: If you work for a job, don't not have some
- 37:37Speaker 2: some of the type some other forms of income.
- 37:41Speaker 1: Whether it be a jewelry, whether it be a socks, bonds.
- 37:45Speaker 1: Make sure you have some other stream of income. Please, well,
- 37:49Speaker 1: love God, has some other streaming income.
- 37:52Speaker 2: Because if you don't have no other streaming income, you
- 37:55Speaker 2: are going to be screwed.
- 37:56Speaker 1: Seriously, You're gonna be straight up now screwed.
- 37:59Speaker 2: And then you're gonna you manage yourself because of the
- 38:01Speaker 2: fact that you didn't have no other streams of income.
- 38:05Speaker 2: Then you'll manage yourself because you're like, oh my god,
- 38:07Speaker 2: I didn't even think about not having any other streams
- 38:10Speaker 2: of income.
- 38:11Speaker 1: This one might not be good. This one might not
- 38:13Speaker 1: be good. I don't think this one's good. I'm think
- 38:16Speaker 1: I'm gonna through this one wax that good. So yeah,
- 38:19Speaker 1: to make sure that you have other things of income.
- 38:23Speaker 1: Make sure that you have some type of income where
- 38:27Speaker 1: you're able to If you have if you will lose
- 38:30Speaker 1: your job, you'll be able to make money and you're
- 38:33Speaker 1: not just stuck out there because the ain't no telling
- 38:36Speaker 1: how long it might be before you end up getting
- 38:38Speaker 1: another job. So just make sure that you have another
- 38:41Speaker 1: stream of income so that way you can be able
- 38:44Speaker 1: to make some other type of income, and that way
- 38:47Speaker 1: you can say, Okay, I have some other streams of income.
- 38:50Speaker 1: I'm not broke. I do have.
- 38:51Speaker 2: Money, and I'm gonna be good because I'm telling you,
- 38:55Speaker 2: if without a backup plan, you're gonna be pretty screws.
- 38:58Speaker 1: So that's not what you want.
- 39:00Speaker 2: Definitely don't want to be someone where you're.
- 39:03Speaker 1: Actually being pretty screwed and you don't have no other way,
- 39:07Speaker 1: no other income. So let me mute you'all for one second.
- 39:11Speaker 1: Let me put this stuff up right back. Okay, y'all,
- 40:08Speaker 1: I am so sorry.
- 40:09Speaker 2: I've been in here cutting some peaches, as y'all can
- 40:12Speaker 2: see here, my peaches and my cucumbers and tomatoes.
- 40:18Speaker 1: So I'm gonna ma I'm gonna actually juice the stuff tomorrow.
- 40:21Speaker 1: I'm not gonna do it tonight. I'm gonna do it tomorrow,
- 40:24Speaker 1: and i'm'a juice it along with mixing it with these peaches.
- 40:28Speaker 2: So I'm also might add a little bit of ginger
- 40:30Speaker 2: into this. So it's gonna be cucumber and tomatoes. And
- 40:34Speaker 2: see how this turns out, and see how this tastes
- 40:36Speaker 2: with the cucumbers and tomatoes, and see how it tastes.
- 40:39Speaker 1: Mine's been out pretty good. But just in case, I'm
- 40:42Speaker 1: gonna add a little bit.
- 40:43Speaker 2: Sweetness to it, I might just go ahead and add
- 40:48Speaker 2: a little bit of peaches.
- 40:49Speaker 1: If not, I might use these to Actually, I might
- 40:53Speaker 1: go ahead and try to use my juice to tonight.
- 40:55Speaker 1: I ain't got nothing else better to do. M'm as
- 40:58Speaker 1: well go ahead and use it and try it.
- 41:00Speaker 2: So I might just go ahead and trip use my
- 41:02Speaker 2: juice at tonight to make some peaches. I might do
- 41:05Speaker 2: these first and then do the cue coumanes and tomatoes.
- 41:08Speaker 2: There's a bunch of these, so there's a fill up.
- 41:10Speaker 2: So I think that's what I'm gonna do. If I
- 41:14Speaker 2: have anything else in there that I can actually.
- 41:16Speaker 1: Do, then I might. I would have done that with
- 41:19Speaker 1: the kiwi, so I might just hold these on to tomorrow.
- 41:22Speaker 1: Get some kiwi, get some s s, get some k.
- 41:25Speaker 2: K kiwis and some blueberries, and I might do something
- 41:29Speaker 2: with the k this this right here, some blueberries and
- 41:33Speaker 2: some kiwi and cut.
- 41:35Speaker 1: Them up and juice them. So I might just do
- 41:38Speaker 1: that tomorrow and make some type of blueberry peach and
- 41:42Speaker 1: what's the name juice, and then that's right here, and
- 41:47Speaker 1: then I gotta get some honey, cause if I'm gonna
- 41:49Speaker 1: do if I'm gonna do ginger, then I need to
- 41:55Speaker 1: go ahead on and get some of that. So that's
- 41:57Speaker 1: pretty much all I'm doing today.
- 41:59Speaker 2: So there's a mixing tomatoes in here, so I'm gonna
- 42:03Speaker 2: just use this and leaves tomorrow when I wake up
- 42:06Speaker 2: in the morning and do this tonight.
- 42:08Speaker 1: So right now I'm just having some chicken.
- 42:11Speaker 2: Tenders and some some what was it chicken penders and
- 42:16Speaker 2: some potato tots and that's.
- 42:18Speaker 1: All I'm having for tonight. So yeah, Well, like I said,
- 42:21Speaker 1: these journeys are not easy. But the one thing that
- 42:25Speaker 1: I'm trying to work on a sleep. That's one of
- 42:27Speaker 1: the things I'm working on.
- 42:31Speaker 2: But as far as I'm concerned, it's fruit, vegetables, and meat.
- 42:37Speaker 1: That's pretty much it. If I have like tato tots
- 42:41Speaker 1: and stuff like that, then that's the only start.
- 42:43Speaker 2: So only starts I have is potatoes and rice. It's
- 42:46Speaker 2: the only starts I have.
- 42:47Speaker 1: Other than that. That's it.
- 42:48Speaker 2: Whether it's sweet potato, whether it's pumpkin, whether it's rice,
- 42:54Speaker 2: that's about it. It's the only thing I have. But
- 42:57Speaker 2: it has to be like real rice. But yeah, sometimes
- 43:02Speaker 2: you may have to shop and spend a little bit
- 43:03Speaker 2: more money than what you would like to cause you
- 43:06Speaker 2: wanna be a lot healthier. It's just like I thought about,
- 43:09Speaker 2: maybe today, do a little bit of work out.
- 43:11Speaker 1: Today, I might put my sneakers on.
- 43:14Speaker 2: I might go a little bit of a workout because
- 43:17Speaker 2: I think working out is gonna be good.
- 43:20Speaker 1: That's probably what I'm gonna do. So that's pretty much that.
- 43:23Speaker 2: I might just turn some music on, get my stepper,
- 43:27Speaker 2: do a couple sit ups, and or do my exercise
- 43:30Speaker 2: from the videos and just exercise, and that might be it.
- 43:34Speaker 2: So I might do my my uh, what's the name
- 43:38Speaker 2: my lip liptico machine. I probably might do that today
- 43:43Speaker 2: and plug it up, and then I might do my
- 43:46Speaker 2: twisting machine. I probably will do that and do a
- 43:50Speaker 2: little bit of twisting exercises.
- 43:53Speaker 1: And tomorrow I might do my.
- 43:55Speaker 2: Sit up machine, and I might do my stepper tomorrow.
- 44:00Speaker 2: Hopefully I can, and hopefully it won't rain, so I
- 44:02Speaker 2: won't be able to watch clothes. I'll be able to
- 44:04Speaker 2: watch clothes tomorrow. But again, like I said, these are
- 44:06Speaker 2: things I'm sticking with and whatever works, I'm sticking with it.
- 44:10Speaker 2: Like just cucumbers by asthletics, I would have made a salad,
- 44:13Speaker 2: but that need the case.
- 44:15Speaker 1: So more than likely, what I'm gonna do with this
- 44:17Speaker 1: is I'm going to fit this. I'm gonna put this.
- 44:21Speaker 2: In another trash can and probably take it out, but
- 44:24Speaker 2: I probably will put it back in the refrigerator until
- 44:27Speaker 2: I get ready to take it out and then whatever
- 44:30Speaker 2: is in it this band, I'll just take it out.
- 44:32Speaker 1: But welcome to your journeys.
- 44:34Speaker 2: Like I said, whatever you whatever you're doing that works
- 44:36Speaker 2: for you, make sure you continue it. The only thing
- 44:40Speaker 2: that's gonna be different is the products that you use.
- 44:42Speaker 2: You may have to change products, but everything that you're
- 44:45Speaker 2: doing you're gonna continue to do.
- 44:47Speaker 1: You may have do it in different ways. You might
- 44:49Speaker 1: have just mentioned match, but whatever you do.
- 44:51Speaker 2: Is whatever works for you. So that being said, thank
- 44:54Speaker 2: you guys for joining me for this episode. I'm your host, guys, Oshamarayama.
