- 0:35Speaker 1: Okay? So I do have a secret. And if my
- 0:39Speaker 1: husband ever hears this, he is going to lose his mind.
- 0:42Speaker 1: Uh oh, my husband has the absolute worst diet of
- 0:48Speaker 1: anyone I've ever met. If it's fried covered and sugar
- 0:51Speaker 1: loaded with carbs, if it has a cartoon mascot on
- 0:55Speaker 1: the box, you know you can you can picture it.
- 0:58Speaker 1: He's interested. No, no, not a chance.
- 1:03Speaker 2: Okay, So he is our producer poo. Yeah that sounds
- 1:05Speaker 2: like me. All right, So well, I'm scared to hear
- 1:10Speaker 2: what you did.
- 1:11Speaker 1: So. I've been worried about his health naturally for forever,
- 1:16Speaker 1: but every time I try to get him eat better,
- 1:18Speaker 1: he acts like I am trying to ruin his life.
- 1:21Speaker 1: So I have taken matters into my own hands, as
- 1:26Speaker 1: follows I for the last two weeks. Little does he know,
- 1:32Speaker 1: I have been secretly swapping out pretty much everything he
- 1:35Speaker 1: eats with healthier versions.
- 1:38Speaker 2: Good for you. I like it, Okay, I want to know.
- 1:43Speaker 1: I mean, you get the picture right.
- 1:45Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:46Speaker 1: He thinks he's putting sugar in his coffee. It's stevia.
- 1:52Speaker 1: It's a low carb tortilla. He thinks he's eating you know,
- 1:56Speaker 1: regular bread or regular snacks. Nope, it's going to be
- 1:59Speaker 1: a lower sugar lower whatever. The hamburger buns we had
- 2:03Speaker 1: the other night, ketot, and.
- 2:06Speaker 2: He doesn't notice. How do you how do you hide
- 2:08Speaker 2: all this stuff? Nightmare?
- 2:11Speaker 3: Because I can tell a Keto bot, I feel like, yeah,
- 2:16Speaker 3: it's like weird.
- 2:18Speaker 1: Oh yeah, he'd have an absolute hissy fit if he
- 2:20Speaker 1: knew that they were Keto. But here's the thing, he
- 2:22Speaker 1: doesn't know they're Keto. He's always making fun of people
- 2:26Speaker 1: who eat health food, like, oh, Keto's a scam and
- 2:28Speaker 1: it's disgusting and everyone's wasting their money. And you know
- 2:31Speaker 1: that he's been eating it for two weeks and he
- 2:33Speaker 1: can't tell. He has no clue. It's amazing. It's actually
- 2:39Speaker 1: a little amazing to me that he doesn't notice. But
- 2:41Speaker 1: so I took everything out of the store packaging, you know,
- 2:45Speaker 1: and put everything into like nicely matching pantry containers. I
- 2:50Speaker 1: just said, oh yeah, I'm reorganized in the kitchen. I
- 2:52Speaker 1: want everything to look nice. And he's like, oh okay.
- 2:54Speaker 2: So you know, he doesn't care, So he has no idea.
- 2:58Speaker 1: We've started this tradition of walking around the block after dinner.
- 3:01Speaker 1: It's I mean, it's nothing. It's just like a walk
- 3:03Speaker 1: around the block. But it is good. I mean it's nice, right,
- 3:06Speaker 1: but it's a tiny walk. It's like not even fifteen minutes.
- 3:09Speaker 1: That's good. And he's going around telling everybody that he
- 3:12Speaker 1: feels amazing and his energy is better and he's losing
- 3:16Speaker 1: weight and his nightly walks are changing his life. I'm like, guy,
- 3:23Speaker 1: they're not changing your life. You're eating real food.
- 3:25Speaker 2: Now, Wow, you're a you are a good wife. I'm sorry.
- 3:31Speaker 2: At least you care.
- 3:33Speaker 1: At least you care, he would say, that, but oh,
- 3:36Speaker 1: better better realize him from himself.
- 3:39Speaker 3: Listen from somebody who you know, who's like, we have
- 3:42Speaker 3: a couple of single guys here. I'd love if somebody
- 3:45Speaker 3: would be like, hey, I'm going to make sure you're
- 3:47Speaker 3: eating good. Yeah, that's what I'm here for to both
- 3:49Speaker 3: of you, trying to get you to stop sugary drinks.
- 3:52Speaker 1: You're different, candy drawer behind.
- 3:54Speaker 3: Me, but you don't. But we're not getting the healthier
- 3:56Speaker 3: versions of good food. We like, we're just getting beans. Yeah,
- 4:00Speaker 3: you just try beans and more beans seeds.
- 4:05Speaker 1: That won't work. No, you gotta you gotta get the
- 4:07Speaker 1: healthier version and like trick yourself into thinking, Yeah, what
- 4:11Speaker 1: you really want?
- 4:12Speaker 2: I need someone to trick me. You can't start tricking us,
- 4:16Speaker 2: you guys. Flower crackers, that's true.
- 4:18Speaker 3: You did trick us into those, and they were excellent,
- 4:21Speaker 3: So okay, fair.
- 4:22Speaker 1: All right, Well crackers are great.
- 4:24Speaker 2: They are. I wouldn't eat them before though.
- 4:26Speaker 3: No, you're right, pooh, we gotta start tricking Pooh.
- 4:30Speaker 2: What did you talk about. I've already changed my diet.
- 4:32Speaker 2: I mean he is doing good. Yeah, yeah, baby steps.
- 4:35Speaker 1: You can't change everything at once.
- 4:36Speaker 3: Yeah, he's now he's eating non frosted pop tarts instead
- 4:39Speaker 3: of frosted.
- 4:40Speaker 2: But I do know what stevia tastes like. No, it's good. No, no,
- 4:44Speaker 2: I'm not well. What do you drink or what do
- 4:47Speaker 2: you put in your food? Canis? I don't put any sweeteners?
- 4:50Speaker 2: Oh my god, monk fruits, sugar beans. I actually I
- 4:59Speaker 2: used sugar beans.
- 4:59Speaker 3: This my syria. Okay, well, you know what. Thank you
- 5:03Speaker 3: so much for your confession. It's a good one and
- 5:05Speaker 3: good for your husband and good for you. And I'm
- 5:07Speaker 3: glad he's getting healthier.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, me too, I really am. I think you
- 5:12Speaker 1: know he would he would kill me if he knew.
- 5:14Speaker 1: But one day he'll thank me. I think he.
- 5:17Speaker 3: Will and he should. And you know what, candis, thank
- 5:19Speaker 3: you for keeping us on track.
- 5:21Speaker 2: You're right.
- 5:22Speaker 3: Matter of fact, I haven't had an energy drinking so long. Good,
- 5:25Speaker 3: no energy drinks.
- 5:26Speaker 1: That's amazing.
