- 0:00Speaker 1: Is a ceasefire bottom in or not. Today we'll be
- 0:03Speaker 1: breaking down all of that. I do want to thank
- 0:04Speaker 1: our sponsor today. And then of course is BTCC, where
- 0:07Speaker 1: you can get in and do some trading on not
- 0:10Speaker 1: only crypto, but there's a lot of other things you
- 0:12Speaker 1: can do over there. In terms of futures copy trading,
- 0:14Speaker 1: you get a ten percent first time bonus when you
- 0:17Speaker 1: use our link to get started.
- 0:18Speaker 2: Use that.
- 0:19Speaker 1: There's also some discounts on trading fees. All of that
- 0:21Speaker 1: over at btcc dot com. Check it out, guys. One
- 0:25Speaker 1: are the places you can go for trading. The announcement
- 0:28Speaker 1: of the ceasefire did occur, and then with that there
- 0:31Speaker 1: are some very specific points here I've highlighted.
- 0:34Speaker 2: You can't really highlight, but I'll show you this one.
- 0:36Speaker 1: We received a ten point proposal from Iran. I believe
- 0:38Speaker 1: it's a workable basis on which to negotiate. That's what
- 0:41Speaker 1: everything is kind of based on right now. Obviously things
- 0:44Speaker 1: are already moving again. The big one, of course, has
- 0:48Speaker 1: been what are those ten points and what were they
- 0:50Speaker 1: accepted by the US. If you look at some of
- 0:53Speaker 1: the key things there, the fundamentally guaranteed of to non aggression, obviously,
- 0:59Speaker 1: the Iran's control over the Strait itself, the acceptance that
- 1:02Speaker 1: Iran can enrich uranium. And you can see the lineup
- 1:06Speaker 1: here including the number ten, which is a big one
- 1:10Speaker 1: and that is ceasefire and all fronts including Lebanon. So
- 1:13Speaker 1: that's the one that is causing a bit of a
- 1:15Speaker 1: problem right now. Then you have the crypto markets recovering
- 1:18Speaker 1: quite a bit, in fact, two hundred and twenty four
- 1:20Speaker 1: million inflows. This is coming from crypto funds. You've got
- 1:24Speaker 1: XRP getting one hundred and twenty million. You also have
- 1:26Speaker 1: bitcoin in Solona getting one hundred and seven million plus
- 1:29Speaker 1: a thirty five respectively. So ETS responded in kind. And
- 1:34Speaker 1: then you look at the stock market. As you can
- 1:36Speaker 1: see right there, stock market absolutely started spiking after the
- 1:40Speaker 1: news came in. Now the real question is is does
- 1:43Speaker 1: this cease fire even give indicators that maybe some of
- 1:47Speaker 1: the things that are going to make this get through,
- 1:50Speaker 1: gives Trump an exit ramp. I think that's the key
- 1:53Speaker 1: question that we'll answer, hopefully answer today.
- 1:56Speaker 2: We polled our.
- 1:56Speaker 1: Audience here, war ending equals crypto bottom. Yes on war ending,
- 2:02Speaker 1: Yes on crypto bottom. I think I'm going to go
- 2:05Speaker 1: no on war ending just yet, but maybe yes on
- 2:08Speaker 1: crypto bottom. No, everybody says no, no, We're going to
- 2:12Speaker 1: see both crypto bottom and the war not ending. So
- 2:16Speaker 1: there you go, guys. I want to go to a
- 2:18Speaker 1: clip real quick. This will get into a little bit
- 2:21Speaker 1: more about what some other proponents within not only the
- 2:25Speaker 1: administration but the media think about all of this happening
- 2:29Speaker 1: right now.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 2:31Speaker 3: But I will say that the president demands we have
- 2:35Speaker 3: not reached any of those objectives. I have full confidence
- 2:38Speaker 3: that the President is going to find some way to
- 2:40Speaker 3: make this happen. But he said that we want to
- 2:43Speaker 3: dismount all major nuclear facilities.
- 2:45Speaker 2: That has not happened.
- 2:46Speaker 3: The end of it of uranium enrichment on the soil,
- 2:50Speaker 3: they're still a wrencher. The transfer of the rich uranium
- 2:54Speaker 3: stockpils out of Iran, that hasn't happened. The acceptance of
- 2:58Speaker 3: intrusive international spec actions, they're still not willing to do that.
- 3:02Speaker 3: And they have not suspended their ballistic missiles program. They're
- 3:06Speaker 3: still firing them all to stop the production of the
- 3:08Speaker 3: long grain missiles, that's just a few of them on
- 3:12Speaker 3: the President's proposal. The question is is the President using
- 3:16Speaker 3: this two weeks to give our soldiers a break arrests,
- 3:20Speaker 3: to see if we can get this ultimately done.
- 3:23Speaker 2: We'll see, all right.
- 3:24Speaker 1: So still a lot of kind of disagreements about where
- 3:29Speaker 1: this is heading. The real question is was this the
- 3:32Speaker 1: deal that was on the table that Trump had to take.
- 3:35Speaker 2: Here's a breakdown of that. Take a look.
- 3:38Speaker 4: This is what the Iranians have been putting forward for
- 3:40Speaker 4: many weeks now, and if you look at it, it
- 3:43Speaker 4: actually in significant ways preserves the American dollar. It preserves
- 3:48Speaker 4: American hegemony in a way that it's not obvious the
- 3:53Speaker 4: US can even get it militarily. In other words, let's
- 3:57Speaker 4: say they finish up with some type of a toll
- 4:01Speaker 4: that where they split two million dollars a ship or whatever,
- 4:04Speaker 4: and they split it with Oman, but the strait is open.
- 4:07Speaker 4: You're still you still then have the capacity for oil
- 4:10Speaker 4: to be sold in dollars and for the US to
- 4:13Speaker 4: control kind of energy supplies and maritime shipping, which is
- 4:19Speaker 4: the essence of the American empire. Like that's it, and
- 4:24Speaker 4: everything that we enjoy here in the United States rests
- 4:28Speaker 4: upon that.
- 4:29Speaker 2: All right.
- 4:30Speaker 1: So, as you can see, quite a few things still
- 4:33Speaker 1: in the works. This is still early on, and I
- 4:35Speaker 1: think the markets have reacted. The real question is do
- 4:38Speaker 1: we get a reversal.
- 4:39Speaker 2: On this now.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Some of the unusual statements that are coming out of this.
- 4:43Speaker 1: One of them, of course, is on this joint toll
- 4:45Speaker 1: that is being discussed. Trump is eyeing the Hormuze toll
- 4:50Speaker 1: as a joint venture with Iran. I don't know if
- 4:54Speaker 1: that's going to go through or if this is some
- 4:56Speaker 1: kind of you know, negotiating ploy that they're working in.
- 4:58Speaker 1: The key here is we're going to see all kinds
- 5:00Speaker 1: of differentia, different things coming out between these negotiations in
- 5:05Speaker 1: the coming days and weeks. Other thing, of course, is
- 5:08Speaker 1: that Iranians are now demanding crypto fees for ships passing
- 5:12Speaker 1: through that specifically is bitcoin, and bitcoin gets a big
- 5:16Speaker 1: push on this. At seventy two k on a bitcoin,
- 5:19Speaker 1: you can kind of see the breakdown per ship, how
- 5:21Speaker 1: many ships typically go through Hormus.
- 5:24Speaker 2: And what that looks like.
- 5:25Speaker 1: This would give Iran an accumulation of eight x the
- 5:30Speaker 1: monthly mining supply of bitcoin right now. That would be
- 5:33Speaker 1: a significant amount going forward, and of course it does
- 5:35Speaker 1: I think for of course, that's a bull case scenario here.
- 5:38Speaker 1: But the point is is that it is definitely good
- 5:41Speaker 1: for bitcoin. I guess in that format other things that
- 5:44Speaker 1: happen right now, President Trump says any country supplying military
- 5:48Speaker 1: weapons to Iran will end up getting a fifty percent tariff.
- 5:51Speaker 2: So I don't know if this is.
- 5:53Speaker 1: An alignment with the pulling of the sanctions, and he's
- 5:56Speaker 1: prepping for that. So that might mean that the samecs
- 6:00Speaker 1: are locked in, meaning the lifting of sanctions.
- 6:03Speaker 2: That would be a huge deal.
- 6:03Speaker 1: For Iran joining the global economy once again. I've got
- 6:09Speaker 1: a clip here a little bit more on where this
- 6:11Speaker 1: goes from here and what we can expect over the
- 6:14Speaker 1: next couple of weeks.
- 6:15Speaker 2: Take a look, you know, how do you think you
- 6:17Speaker 2: get to a lasting piece?
- 6:19Speaker 5: Iranians have presented this thing called a ten point plan,
- 6:22Speaker 5: and then that are certain things that are in essence
- 6:25Speaker 5: have been redlines for the United States. So the real
- 6:29Speaker 5: key is to see how those get resolved in Pakistan,
- 6:33Speaker 5: because that appears to be where where the leadership is
- 6:37Speaker 5: going to meet to have this discussion. So all eyes
- 6:39Speaker 5: are going to be on that, and no one really
- 6:42Speaker 5: knows how that's going to pan out. There are ways, though,
- 6:45Speaker 5: to script and craft even the ten point plan to
- 6:49Speaker 5: something that the US could agree to in these fourteen days.
- 6:52Speaker 5: Isn't a lot of time to do that, but we'll
- 6:54Speaker 5: find out pretty quickly if progress is going to be
- 6:56Speaker 5: made as those things get resolved.
- 6:59Speaker 2: Ultimately, who controls the straight has won the war.
- 7:03Speaker 5: That's true, and what no one really wants is a
- 7:06Speaker 5: change to what we call rules based order. That is,
- 7:09Speaker 5: commerce flows freely through these international waterways. We don't want
- 7:13Speaker 5: to set up precedence here that a nation that's on
- 7:17Speaker 5: one side or the other of an international waterway can
- 7:20Speaker 5: charge tolls. That would change not just for the Middle
- 7:24Speaker 5: East region, but more globally the way that free flow
- 7:27Speaker 5: of commerce and the global supply chain works.
- 7:31Speaker 1: So a lot of points there. Remember this proposal that
- 7:35Speaker 1: I ran put out has been around for quite some time,
- 7:38Speaker 1: so it's interesting that Trump took this now. I think
- 7:40Speaker 1: this is the ideas that he's looking for an off ramp.
- 7:44Speaker 1: This of course plays into the global economics that are
- 7:46Speaker 1: really playing around not only what the market has impact
- 7:49Speaker 1: has been, but to the last point that the analyst
- 7:52Speaker 1: made right there is really this free flow of energy
- 7:55Speaker 1: and whether or not this could be replicated around the world.
- 7:59Speaker 1: Think about this in the Canal, You could look at
- 8:01Speaker 1: all sorts of scenarios in the Pacific Rim. You could
- 8:06Speaker 1: also look at just situations in South America that could
- 8:08Speaker 1: play into this. So one of the key things here,
- 8:11Speaker 1: the element around the Friday meeting in Islamabad, really boils
- 8:16Speaker 1: down to what's happening in Lebanon. Lebanon, of course, is
- 8:19Speaker 1: still the issue where Israel is attacking Lebanon. This is
- 8:22Speaker 1: now a major factor. So how this plays out, I
- 8:25Speaker 1: just don't know, because if the US backs Israel, then
- 8:28Speaker 1: they're going to essentially be backing the bombings in Lebanon,
- 8:32Speaker 1: or they're going to have to cut ties and somehow
- 8:34Speaker 1: try to get out of this and negotiate this deal
- 8:36Speaker 1: with Iran. So this is a very delicate step right
- 8:40Speaker 1: now in terms of getting out of this war in general.
- 8:43Speaker 1: The passage of oil tankers though through the Strait has
- 8:47Speaker 1: been stopped already, so we're already seeing an impact on
- 8:50Speaker 1: this just with some of the items that have been
- 8:53Speaker 1: already started to fall apart. In terms of this ten
- 8:56Speaker 1: point plan, how long this lasts, does it give us
- 8:59Speaker 1: at least some indication that there is at least a
- 9:02Speaker 1: willing to negotiate and that some of these other issues
- 9:04Speaker 1: take time because remember, even with Iran on a ceasefire,
- 9:08Speaker 1: they have all this decentralized command structure of how they're running,
- 9:12Speaker 1: so even they don't have the ability to be able
- 9:15Speaker 1: to say everybody stop, you know, so maybe that plays
- 9:19Speaker 1: into this. Hopefully this is going to get into some
- 9:21Speaker 1: sort of exit plan for the US White House also
- 9:24Speaker 1: stating to my point there is they're backing Israel on
- 9:27Speaker 1: this front. I think at some point they're going to
- 9:30Speaker 1: have to cut ties on this and then just say
- 9:33Speaker 1: you can't do this anymore. Hopefully that is the case
- 9:36Speaker 1: going forward. We'll see the cost of this, though, is
- 9:39Speaker 1: still piling up. And if you look at just in general,
- 9:43Speaker 1: not only the military budget, the national debt. In addition
- 9:47Speaker 1: to the five trillion over ten years, this is going
- 9:49Speaker 1: to be another deficit spending that would be the largest
- 9:53Speaker 1: increase ever. So continuing to pile on debt this only
- 9:57Speaker 1: means one thing, guys, and that is money printing in general.
- 10:00Speaker 2: I've got a.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Couple of clips here that will give you a little
- 10:03Speaker 1: bit of alignment. Well, if this does happen, how does
- 10:06Speaker 1: this play into the market, and is this as good
- 10:09Speaker 1: for crypto?
- 10:09Speaker 6: Take a look necessarily that this forty trillion number is
- 10:13Speaker 6: too high. It's that it's growing faster and faster and faster.
- 10:17Speaker 6: Outcome number one, Let yields go up, right, Let the
- 10:20Speaker 6: market do what it does. Outcome number two. Print money
- 10:25Speaker 6: at the same time oil prices are going up, and
- 10:28Speaker 6: it does what's called yield curve control. Outcome number three,
- 10:32Speaker 6: walk away from Iran. The world then realizes that the
- 10:36Speaker 6: US is not as powerful as it used to be.
- 10:39Speaker 6: Countries would say, Okay, I guess I don't need to
- 10:42Speaker 6: use dollars anymore because the US can't protect me and
- 10:46Speaker 6: it can't enforce the rules anyway. I'm going to trade
- 10:48Speaker 6: with other countries and whatever currency I can find, right,
- 10:51Speaker 6: which also means a weeker dollar, which is also inflationary,
- 10:56Speaker 6: and based on everything we know so far, the option
- 10:59Speaker 6: that the US will most likely pick is going to
- 11:02Speaker 6: be option number two. They print into rising oil.
- 11:06Speaker 1: Prices, all right, So there is the issue right there
- 11:09Speaker 1: on option number two, even though I think.
- 11:11Speaker 2: You still have to exit this.
- 11:12Speaker 1: So at some point this is going to have to
- 11:15Speaker 1: boil down to a hybrid.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Now, what's the next phase? Though?
- 11:19Speaker 1: If we end up printing, what would be the next step. Well,
- 11:22Speaker 1: Andre breaks it down a little bit further.
- 11:24Speaker 6: Take a look printing money into the oil spike. Right,
- 11:27Speaker 6: This is where economic growth slows down and inflation goes up.
- 11:32Speaker 6: What I think will happen is the US debt gets
- 11:35Speaker 6: privatized and uploaded to the world. Every major corporation will
- 11:40Speaker 6: become a bank, every major app will become a wallet,
- 11:45Speaker 6: and every person on Earth with a smartphone will become
- 11:48Speaker 6: an unknowing creditor to the United States government. Imagine Tesla
- 11:54Speaker 6: announces a digital wallet. You load it up with dollars.
- 11:58Speaker 6: Tesla takes those dollars and invest them into US Treasury bonds,
- 12:02Speaker 6: earning let's say four or five percent. Tesla keeps a
- 12:06Speaker 6: little passes some back to you in the form of rewards,
- 12:10Speaker 6: discounts on your next car, maybe charging credits, maybe an
- 12:14Speaker 6: actual yield. You're happy because your money's working for you.
- 12:18Speaker 6: Tesla's happy because they're earning US spread on their deposits,
- 12:22Speaker 6: and the US government is happy because someone bought more
- 12:25Speaker 6: of their debt. Now multiply that across every major corporation
- 12:30Speaker 6: on Earth.
- 12:32Speaker 1: That's where crypto comes in, guys, because that's tokenized assets
- 12:35Speaker 1: really at scale, and it does kind of alleviate the
- 12:39Speaker 1: issue where we would have to go into a scenario
- 12:42Speaker 1: of private credit. And of course I think Andre might
- 12:45Speaker 1: be onto something there, because if we do see that
- 12:48Speaker 1: around a weakening dollar.
- 12:49Speaker 2: This would be one of the ways for that to work.
- 12:52Speaker 1: And I don't know there's many people out there kind
- 12:54Speaker 1: of assuming that at some point you're going to continue
- 12:57Speaker 1: to see the dollar fall, which is the case right now.
- 13:00Speaker 1: If you look at the d x Y, that's exactly
- 13:02Speaker 1: what's happening. One of the biggest drops in the dollar
- 13:04Speaker 1: that we have seen in a little bit. So this
- 13:07Speaker 1: has very long reaching effects. I think crypto is going
- 13:10Speaker 1: to be the centerpiece where all of this comes to play,
- 13:14Speaker 1: and you're already seeing this play out even within conflicts,
- 13:18Speaker 1: but I think also around.
- 13:20Speaker 2: What's going to happen afterwards.
- 13:21Speaker 1: So we're going to stay very close to this topic
- 13:24Speaker 1: because things are continuing to change. If you like this video,
