86-Year-Old Driver Faces Charges After Hit and Run | Dayton News
An 86-year-old man, Paul Pelosi, hit a parked car in Yountville in a brown convertible, fled the scene, and later turned himself in—claiming he didn’t realize what he’d hit. The vehicle was later found blocking the road with front-end damage. Though not intoxicated, he faces misdemeanor charges for leaving the scene and is being evaluated by DMV to determine if he can continue driving. This isn’t his first driving-related legal issue—he pleaded guilty to a DUI in 2022 and served just a few days.
