- 0:00Speaker 1: Hm. Find a nice comfortable place to lay down, making
- 0:26sure you are nice and warm but not too hot.
- 0:32Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly
- 0:40and gently breathe out through your mouth. One more time,
- 0:51deep breath in, and slowly and gently breathe out through
- 1:00your mouth. And every time you breathe in, you are
- 1:08breathing in deep relaxation, making you feel all warm and
- 1:15fuzzy inside. Now tense up your whole body really tightly
- 1:26and hold it like that for just a few seconds,
- 1:32and now let go. Feel your legs going all limb
- 1:38and soft as your muscles relax, Feel your whole body
- 1:46softening and just gently relaxing. So one more time, tighten
- 1:57up all of your muscles really, really tightly, bawl your
- 2:04hands into fists and a hold for just a few seconds,
- 2:12and now let go. That's really really good. Now you
- 2:25are feeling deeply, deeply relaxed, deeply relaxed, calm, and ever
- 2:35so peaceful. Now imagine that you are floating on a soft, fluffy,
- 2:43white cloud. Feel the surface beneath you becoming softer, more
- 2:53cloud like, all spongy and light. Now, to your amazement,
- 3:02you begin to feel this amazingly soft cloud rising out
- 3:08of the surface you are on and it's surrounding you
- 3:12in its protective support, and your body feels so light
- 3:20and weightless, almost as if you could just float away
- 3:26on your cloud. You feel your cloud starting to rise
- 3:33now and lift you with it. Let the cloud rise
- 3:40a little bit faurther, still taking you with it. See
- 3:47the walls and the ceiling around you disappearing as you
- 3:52float into the beautiful sunny sky, just drifting on your cloud.
- 4:03You can feel the cloud beneath you. It's very soft
- 4:08and very comfortable, and it supports your body with no
- 4:14effort at all. Notice each place where your body is
- 4:22touching the cloud. Feel how soft and comfortable this lovely
- 4:28cloud is. It's almost like you are floating in the air,
- 4:36just floating and drifting wherever you wish to go. Notice
- 4:45how your cloud feels. It might be a little bit
- 4:50cool and moist, kind of how like fog feels, but
- 4:57your body is warm and very light. But you can
- 5:02still feel it sinking into your lovely cloud, and it
- 5:07feels wonderful. You are floating high up in the sky,
- 5:19and the sky above you is bright blue, and it's
- 5:22so sunny and inviting. You are warm and comfortable, and
- 5:30you are warmed by the sun's rays shining down peacefully
- 5:35upon you. Can you feel the sun. There are other
- 5:46clouds in the sky floating gently. See them lazily passing
- 5:54by far above you, just drifting along. Your cloud can
- 6:06float wherever you choose, and if you enjoy being high up,
- 6:14you can let your cloud rise even higher up into
- 6:17the sky. It's very safe, it's very calming, and it's
- 6:25very relaxing. And you are so relaxed, so peaceful and calm,
- 6:33floating on your cloud, just drifting along with nowhere special
- 6:42you have to be. Have a little look around you
- 6:56as you float on your cloud. And if you look below,
- 7:04you can see the green green grass far down and
- 7:10from up here on your cloud, the grass looks like
- 7:14a lovely, soft green carpet. You can see some trees
- 7:25and you can see their leaves whispering in the gentle breeze.
- 7:30Can you hear what the leaves are saying? You can
- 7:43see country roads, you can see hills. How does it
- 7:50feel to be floating.
- 7:52Speaker 2: On your cloud.
- 8:00Speaker 1: And feel it swaying gently like a boat bobbing along
- 8:04on the water. Does it drift in the breeze. Can
- 8:11you feel the movement as you gently float on your cloud?
- 8:19Floating on your cloud, just drifting along, with no other
- 8:24purpose than to feel relaxed and peaceful and so very happy.
- 8:41Continue floating on your cloud, drifting along, rising even higher
- 8:49if you want to, enjoying all there is to see,
- 8:54and up here the air is so clean, so fresh.
- 9:01Look up at the beautiful sky. The clouds that were
- 9:06high above you are much much closer now. Some of
- 9:12them are so close to you that you can almost
- 9:16touch them, but not quite. You notice something coming towards
- 9:24your cloud, but you can't quite see yet what it is.
- 9:30It comes so close to you now that you realize
- 9:34it's a bird, a beautiful bird with brightly colored wings
- 9:40and chest. What kind of bird do you think it is?
- 9:52The beautiful bird comes very close to you now and
- 9:56it sees you, and it harfers near you. The bird
- 10:03is looking at you, wondering how can you be here?
- 10:09The bird is puzzled because it doesn't seem that you
- 10:13have any wings, so how can you be up here?
- 10:19You smile, and the beautiful bird gives you one last
- 10:23look and then flies away. You look at the other
- 10:32clouds around you, And you are even able to look
- 10:36down on some of those clouds because you're above them now.
- 10:43You can see the shadows they make on the ground
- 10:46below you. Can you see the shadows from your cloud?
- 10:54You watch how the shadow from your cloud drifts silently
- 11:00across the ground below. Maybe if you wave your hand,
- 11:06you might see the shadow of your hand too. Try
- 11:10it and see. You are so close now to another
- 11:22cloud above you that if you reach out, you can
- 11:26touch it.
- 11:29Speaker 2: Touch the cloud.
- 11:32Speaker 1: What does it feel like? You rise higher still and
- 11:41pass right through the clouds above you, and for just
- 11:45a moment, your cloud mingles with the other cloud, and
- 11:52you can feel the cool mist on your cheeks as
- 11:55you rise through the cloud. Can you feel it around you?
- 12:06It is like a glorious white, kind of foggy day,
- 12:13but the sun shines through both clouds just enough that
- 12:18the white all around you glows and shimmers. You rise
- 12:35higher still, suddenly coming through the other cloud and into
- 12:40the open, dazzling sunlight on your face, but it doesn't
- 12:44hurt to look at it. The sky above you is brilliant,
- 12:50vibrant blue, and you've never seen this color blue before.
- 12:55It's almost like the color is alive. So just lay
- 13:02back on your cloud, floating, drifting along, relaxing, just floating.
- 13:13Speaker 2: On your cloud.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Feel a cloud beneath you, supporting you, holding you close
- 13:24and keeping you safe. Now for a few moments, you
- 13:30can take your cloud anywhere you wish to go. You
- 13:36can go higher, you can go lower, you can even
- 13:41go side to side. You are in control. So just
- 13:47drift wherever you want to go because you are flying
- 13:53wherever you wish. You can travel anywhere you wish. You
- 14:01can look down on forests on the countryside, you can
- 14:07even look down on your own home. So just float
- 14:15wherever you like. And you are so relaxed, so peaceful,
- 14:24so calm, so very happy.
- 15:21Speaker 3: Google us.
- 17:09Speaker 1: You feel very sleepy now, so tired, but so relaxed,
- 17:18and you feel a gentle wave of sleepiness starting at
- 17:24your feet. You can feel your toes going to sleep,
- 17:31and it feels warm and tingling and ever so soft.
- 17:38And you can feel this soothing, gentle wave of sleepiness
- 17:44coming up your calves and your shins. You can feel
- 17:49it going up your thighs, and you think your legs
- 17:54have gone to sleep because they have. You feel very
- 18:01tired now, so sleepy, so happy, and it feels like
- 18:08you can't open your eyes, but that's okay because you
- 18:13don't want to open your eyes. The beautiful wave of
- 18:20sleepiness travels all the way up your body and down
- 18:26into your arms and your hands, making your body feel
- 18:32very very heavy, very very tired, and very very sleepy.
- 18:45This gentle, warm wave of sleepiness travels up into your
- 18:52face and over the top of your head and down
- 18:58the back of your neck, and you feel so tired now,
- 19:06so so sleepy, and you feel so nice now, so
- 19:15warm and snuggling under your soft blanket and the very
- 19:21squitchy pillow. So just have a little sleep now you
- 19:28can play again tomorrow. Night Night, sleep tight.
