“Great Stories of the Bible: Building for God’s Glory” – 1 Kings 6

First Words of Encouragement · May 15, 2025 · 29m

God values excellence in what is built for Him—both in Solomon’s temple and in our own lives, which now serve as His dwelling through the Holy Spirit. The true glory of any house lies not in its beauty or materials, but in the presence of God within it. Finally, God’s favor and promises are tied to our obedience, calling each believer to allow Him to build His house in their heart and to walk in alignment with His Word.
