A young man, Julio Angel Osife Diaz, just turned 22 and was celebrating his birthday when he was fatally shot at a Phoenix gas station around 2 a.m. on July 18th after an argument with another person. His family insists he was just trying to get home and wasn’t looking for trouble. The shooter, 21-year-old Jaheime Rashard Brown, was arrested at the scene with the weapon recovered and now faces second-degree murder charges. Brown is being held on a $1 million bond.
