Edible Glitter French 75: Shake It With the Gin
Where does the edible glitter go in a French 75? In the shaker, with the gin, before the Champagne. Put the edible glitter in the shaker with the gin, lemon and syrup, not on top of the Champagne. One recipe shakes 1 ounce gin, 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice and 1/2 ounce simple syrup with ice, strains it into a flute or coupe and tops it with 3 ounces of Champagne.
