Transcript
- 0:00The next two weeks will be huge for the precious metals prices.
- 0:04We got a 1-2 punch coming at us this coming week.
- 0:09We're going to get the CPI numbers.
- 0:11What can we say about that? How will that affect the price
- 0:15of the precious metals? But then it gets even more
- 0:19severe in the following week when on the 19th and 20th, our
- 0:23old friend Jerome Powell and all of his little governors from
- 0:27around the country get together and make the major announcement
- 0:31regarding interest rates. We're going to talk about what
- 0:34the market is expecting, but what we might expect.
- 0:37But both of those news items, one next week, 1 the following
- 0:42week, are going to be market movers for the precious metals
- 0:46prices for sure. And why do we know that?
- 0:49Well, there's two reasons. Number one, we know they're big
- 0:51news, but #2, we can see something in the charts of both
- 0:56gold and silver that are telling us they are both primed for
- 1:01major moves. Will they move up or will they
- 1:05move down? We're going to talk about that
- 1:07in this video, but we got a lot more to talk about.
- 1:10How do you go from having a little stack?
- 1:12I said little stack to a big stack, we're going to cover that
- 1:16in this video, but you want to make sure that your big stack is
- 1:20high quality. We're going to talk about that
- 1:23as well. We're going to talk about the
- 1:25need. We need a new pricing mechanism
- 1:28in the so over market we're going to touch on that.
- 1:32We're going to talk about the mining stocks, Unbelievable
- 1:35opportunities right now, unbelievable prices in the
- 1:41metals stocks. Should you consider thinking
- 1:44about, I don't give financial advice, but maybe consider
- 1:48looking at some of the mining stocks we're going to touch on
- 1:51why they represent such an unbelievable good deal right
- 1:55now. And of course, of course we're
- 1:58going to have some economic gloom and doom.
- 2:01We're going to talk some recent news that is shocking and you
- 2:05know, doesn't fit well with the narrative that Bidenomics is
- 2:09working, right. OK.
- 2:11All right. We're going to cover all that.
- 2:13Let's get into it right now. First thing this coming week,
- 2:17guys, we're going to get the CPI inflation report.
- 2:21That's going to send shockwaves through the precious metals
- 2:25markets. It always does.
- 2:27It's probably the most watched piece of data that we have right
- 2:31now in terms of affecting the overall markets, interest rates
- 2:36and the precious metals. Never and since I've been around
- 2:40watching these markets have we seen maybe it's different for
- 2:44you, right. But if do you remember a time
- 2:47when CPI numbers were watched so closely and if this number comes
- 2:53out higher than expected next week, I got bad news for you.
- 2:56Look, I'm not just going to give you bubble gum and rainbows and
- 3:00unicorns and all that fun, you know, happy stuff.
- 3:04We could be in big trouble with the precious metals price next
- 3:07week and we're going to cover that.
- 3:09Why, that could be the case from this charting perspective.
- 3:13But if we get inflation numbers that the official numbers are
- 3:18higher than expected, that could lead the market to think that
- 3:22the Fed the following week could actually raise rates.
- 3:26Now we know, we know the inflation numbers are horrible
- 3:29anyway, and we know that they're so fabricated, so fake, right?
- 3:33There's a website called Shadow Stats that actually calculates
- 3:37the inflation number now in the same manner that it was
- 3:40calculated back in the 70s and 80s.
- 3:42And when you do that, it's ridiculous how high the
- 3:46inflation rate is. But nonetheless, the official
- 3:49number, which I believe comes out of the Bureau in labor and
- 3:53statistics, there's another way to describe that organization,
- 3:57that fine Washington, DC organization.
- 3:59You may have heard this. Some people on Wall Street call
- 4:02it the Bureau of Lies and Statistics.
- 4:06But when they announced that number on Wednesday, that's
- 4:09going to send shockwaves through the bond market, through the
- 4:13precious metals market. So we need to be mentally
- 4:16prepared for what's to come. Now look, the big picture
- 4:19thesis, has it changed? Right.
- 4:21Do you, do you feel any differently now about your gold,
- 4:25your silver, your platinum than you did, let's say, a month ago
- 4:28or a year ago? I don't.
- 4:30I know the big picture thesis and we're not going to go down
- 4:33that rabbit hole. But we know, right?
- 4:35We we know that the financial system, the monetary system is
- 4:39so screwed up right now that it doesn't really matter what
- 4:44little smoke and mirrors, little short term tricks and massaging
- 4:48this data, massaging that data, We know that mathematically in
- 4:53mathematics show no forgiveness on the altar of truth.
- 4:56Do you like that statement? I have to ask you that question.
- 4:59That's one of my favorite statements.
- 5:01I read it like back in the early days.
- 5:04You you probably are like me. You can remember when you first
- 5:08woke up right when you first started to realize like, wow,
- 5:12things are really screwy out there.
- 5:14The the Fed and the monetary system.
- 5:16Things are strike that initial waking up period.
- 5:19And I remember reading somebody made that comment it might have
- 5:22been just even in a Yahoo finance forum or message board
- 5:26whatever the heck they call those things.
- 5:28I'm dating myself, but somebody said math shows no forgiveness
- 5:33on the altar of truth. 3 + 3 is always 6, and that's what the
- 5:37feds facing right now. They're facing the altar of
- 5:41truth and the fact about what we have going on in the world with
- 5:45the bricks and everything else. Don't worry, I'm not going to go
- 5:47down that rabbit hole. But it's forcing the truth upon
- 5:51the Fed. Forcing the truth in a lot of
- 5:55ways upon the United States economy as a whole.
- 5:58And it's going to be an interesting 369 months ahead of
- 6:02us. Buckle in nonetheless, this week
- 6:05on Wednesday, Wednesday is the big day.
- 6:09We're going to get the inflation report, the official number.
- 6:12Be prepared. OK, Look, we you can deal with
- 6:16it. I know you can.
- 6:17I mean, gosh guys, that's one thing.
- 6:18Let's just take a quick a quick inventory of ourselves.
- 6:24What we've been through is precious metals investors over
- 6:28the last two years. It has been, I don't know, you
- 6:30remember there was a video game when we were kids, I think it
- 6:34was called Knockout. Remember at the 711 there was a
- 6:37711 by my house. And man, those were the good old
- 6:40days. 1/4 was really something, you know, My mom gave me a
- 6:43quarter. I'd go to the 711.
- 6:45They always had new video games, like rotated them through every
- 6:48month. And they had that one called
- 6:49Knockout where you were a boxer. And it was like body blow, body
- 6:53blow, body blow. And that's what you've dealt
- 6:55with over the last couple years. If you've invested in in
- 7:00platinum, gold, silver, precious metal mining stocks in
- 7:03particular. If you bought precious metal
- 7:05mining stocks like I did, OK, my hands up you didn't get.
- 7:10You got a kick to the coconuts. A couple kicks to the coconuts,
- 7:16right. Precious metal mining stocks
- 7:18have been beat down South. Whatever they do Wednesday,
- 7:21shortterm noise. In the end, you're going to be
- 7:24proven right? I believe that.
- 7:26Look, I'm not giving financial advice.
- 7:28You know, if I'd given you financial advice one year ago, I
- 7:31would have said the precious metal mining stocks were a great
- 7:34value. And they were.
- 7:36They absolutely were, but they sure as heck have become even a
- 7:40greater value now one year later.
- 7:43So you know, make your own mind up.
- 7:45Don't, don't, don't come to me for a relationship advice or
- 7:50financial advice. Although I will tell you what
- 7:52I'm doing. I'm very transparent.
- 7:54I have been buying mining stocks lately, actually increased my
- 7:58position in first mining gold during this last week.
- 8:01I believe they represent an unbelievable value opportunity.
- 8:07I've got some things written down.
- 8:09You know, they offer superior price appreciation.
- 8:12That's just my opinion. But when I know when I'm buying
- 8:15a stock for $0.10 that has what I think maybe a dollar dollar
- 8:22fifty of actual value at least $0.20, at least $0.30, the
- 8:27upside potential far outweighs the downside risk.
- 8:30You know, that's the we're going to get technical about something
- 8:33right now. I'm going to We're going to
- 8:35learn something when I and I'm. I'm not coming at you like I'm
- 8:38some guru, but this is an important thing to understand.
- 8:42This relates to silver, gold. This also relates to the
- 8:46precious metal mining stocks. When you go into any investment,
- 8:50you want to analyze the risk in the most ideal situation.
- 8:54Thank you for the Super chat, my friend spits.
- 8:57Truth why I forgot about begging for super chats.
- 9:00Super chats are super cool and they're never expected, but they
- 9:04are always appreciated. So thank you.
- 9:06And by the way, thumbs up. I'm going to beg just one more
- 9:09time after this. You see that it looks like that
- 9:11on your screen. Press that in.
- 9:12I'm going to ring the bell for you because you gave this a
- 9:15thumbs up. When you go into an investment,
- 9:18you want what's called. You want a fancy word?
- 9:20Get out a pen. Get out a pen and paper.
- 9:22Who doesn't like? You know we have egos like to
- 9:24say a fancy word. You want to look for a symmetric
- 9:28risk. You can sound like a big fancy
- 9:31Wall Street guy when you talk about that.
- 9:33Asymmetric risk means the downside risk is far outweighed
- 9:39by the upside potential. So let's say you're buying a
- 9:42stock for $0.10 and you look at it and you think, well, worst
- 9:46case scenario it could go to a nickel, right?
- 9:49But realistically, best case scenario, it could go to $0.50.
- 9:53So on the upside, you have the opportunity to gain four times
- 9:57your money. On the downside, you can lose
- 9:59the 5th, you know, five cents. The risk of gain is much bigger.
- 10:05The opportunity for gain is much bigger than the downside risk.
- 10:10Wow. Thank you, Ron McAdams.
- 10:12And that's the way that that we that I think we can benefit.
- 10:16Do do you agree with this statement that silver and gold
- 10:20themselves offer what I think is a great asymmetric risk?
- 10:24Look, when I look at silver, I'm just going to zoom in, Let's
- 10:27zoom in on silver. When I look at this sucker, this
- 10:31is my 10 ounce bar, right, .999. I love it when I look at this.
- 10:38OK, oh, let's say it's worth 250 bucks, right?
- 10:42I think the worst case scenario that I could see was silver.
- 10:47OK, roughly, we're going to say we're at $25.00 an ounce.
- 10:50The worst case, let's say it goes to 20 or 18.
- 10:55All right, so it could go down, but the best case is, it could
- 10:59go. You know what I think?
- 11:00It could go to $100.00 an ounce. It could go to $200.00 an ounce.
- 11:04It could go to $50.00 an ounce. But the bottom line is, the
- 11:11bottom line is I'm losing my voice.
- 11:13I guess I need to stop yelling so much.
- 11:15The bottom line is that, let me turn up the volume here.
- 11:20Can you guys hear me OK? Can you guys hear me OK?
- 11:23The bottom line is the upside potential far outweighs any
- 11:29downside risk. And that's something that you
- 11:31can be excited about. Go look at your silver stack
- 11:35right now. OK?
- 11:36Just take a look at it. Right.
- 11:37I can look over some pieces of silver I have right now.
- 11:40Thank you. Whoa, man spits in truth.
- 11:44Thank you for that super chat. I'm feeling spoiled.
- 11:51Sorry about the coughing. Look at your look at your, look
- 11:55at your stack of metal and realize, OK, maybe you feel
- 11:59differently than I do, but you know, here, here's a beautiful
- 12:03one ounce silver round. Isn't that cool?
- 12:07That's from Scottsdale Met. There you go.
- 12:11I got to be honest, it's one of my favorites.
- 12:14Yeah, it can go down in value. Okay.
- 12:16But I just know in my bones, and I have a feeling you do too,
- 12:20that it could also go way up, way further than it could ever
- 12:25go down. Gold.
- 12:26Same thing. Platinum.
- 12:27I know Neil, the platinum guru feels the same way.
- 12:30Hello. Annie Oakley.
- 12:32Annie Oakley. Something about that name I
- 12:34love. Thank you.
- 12:35Coin Shop. Chris.
- 12:37Jake's custom parts. And I think Neil is here.
- 12:39All you guys, all the monitors and missed any monitors.
- 12:42Why don't I keep CPI the following week?
- 12:50You know, you want to impress your coworkers and 9th and 20th
- 12:55is the Federal Reserve's military policy.
- 13:00Look, right now here's a little bit of information for you.
- 13:03The market, because they have like, ways you can bet on this,
- 13:06are saying there's only like a 7% chance that we're going to
- 13:09have a rate increase. Okay.
- 13:11So in some ways we're set up for a little bit of failure.
- 13:16Because if we do get high inflation next week and the odds
- 13:19of a rate increase go up, that could be bad for the silver
- 13:23price and the gold price. Thank you, Sharon.
- 13:26Man, you guys are spoiling me tonight.
- 13:28Thank you for the Super chat. But on the 19th and 20th, we're
- 13:33gonna have Jerome Powell. And I missed the Super chat.
- 13:37Hold on, hold on. I missed 1 Twin shop.
- 13:40Chris is is yelling at me. He's the guy I'm gonna throw a
- 13:43Ding Dong at him. Snake bite.
- 13:45Thank you. Snake bite.
- 13:46Ron McAdams. Kenneth.
- 13:48Kenneth. I think you're the one I miss.
- 13:49Thank you, Kenneth, for the Super chat.
- 13:51Thank you all, you guys, for all your support of the channel,
- 13:54right? We are basement dwellers.
- 13:57Welcome to the club. You're welcome Here.
- 13:59You got a new set of friends. We're hanging out every single
- 14:03day. OK, that's my pledge.
- 14:06That's the basement pledge. I'll be here every day for the
- 14:10rest of my life. You're going to have a lot of
- 14:12fun watching me deteriorate further than I already have, but
- 14:16I'll be here come hecker high water.
- 14:18Even if I'm stacking crude oil in the basement and I'm just
- 14:21sticking my head above the oil level talking to you, we're
- 14:24going to be together. OK?
- 14:27Now I lost my train of thought. Oh, big, big, big news on the
- 14:3019th and 20th out of the Fed, out of our friend Juro.
- 14:33Me pal, who is, you guessed it, in a box.
- 14:41Hi guys. I'm in a box.
- 14:45You know why? Recession?
- 14:48Inflation. Think about this.
- 14:52Think about this. Think about this.
- 14:55Oil is skyrocketing. Look, we have a new little thing
- 14:59we're doing here in the basement.
- 15:01Don't forget if the world economy were a human body, the
- 15:05left foot is silver and the right foot is gold.
- 15:08It is the base upon which the whole body stands.
- 15:12The blood going through that body, right?
- 15:15That's oil. OK?
- 15:17Oil is skyrocketing. Inflation is going to be a
- 15:20problem. Thank you for the Super chat,
- 15:22Michael KOK. Inflation is going to be a
- 15:26problem. Remember that.
- 15:28Now remember this. What's going on in the economy?
- 15:31Let me, let me read. I've got some some crazy.
- 15:36I can't believe it makes me mad. Does it make you mad that
- 15:39they're saying, oh, bidenomics, oh, the economy's growing, the
- 15:43economy's doing great. Well, then tell me.
- 15:45Right? Riddle me this.
- 15:49Riddle me this. Here's a headline for you.
- 15:54If the economy so great, I ask you this question.
- 15:57Why are rail volumes falling for the third straight month in
- 16:02August? Why are rail OK here?
- 16:06I'm not going to read this whole article, but this is critical
- 16:08and we need to ask ourselves what is this telling us when it
- 16:11says that August was the third straight month in which total
- 16:15year over year United States rail car loads.
- 16:20That means those cars you see being pulled down the track by
- 16:23the trains have fallen, the Association of American Railroad
- 16:27Senior Vice President John T Gray reported on September 6th.
- 16:32Total combined US traffic for the 1st 35 weeks of 2023 was
- 16:4016,000,000 car loads and intermodal units, a decrease of
- 16:444.9% compared to the last year. Guys, think about let let's
- 16:51let's what is it telling us when the railroads are experiencing
- 16:555% less volume, Railroads ship products all over the country,
- 17:01but they're also very much involved with the manufacturing
- 17:05sector, probably more so than the trucking.
- 17:09The truckers are involved with manufacturing, but they ship a
- 17:12lot of stuff to retail, things like that.
- 17:14When we're getting real data, okay, that's real live data from
- 17:19the American Railroad Association telling us that
- 17:22their volume is down by 5%. How can we reconcile that with a
- 17:29supposed growing economy? Now next question for you to
- 17:33think about. We know that volume in the
- 17:36trucking industry is down by almost 10%.
- 17:40How in the heck can you have railroad volume dropping 5% and
- 17:46trucking volume dropping 10% and you're going to tell me that we
- 17:49have an expanding economy. I got to ring the bell 10.
- 17:55Thank you, guys. We got 100 thumbs up.
- 17:57Thank you. We have 200 people on a Saturday
- 18:00afternoon. So let's, let's go back and pull
- 18:03this together. We have inflation that's going
- 18:06up and we have an economy that's going down.
- 18:09Don't worry, I'm not going to get into the stagflation talk,
- 18:13Okay. But we got to remember that is
- 18:16stagflation. That is, that is Jerome in that
- 18:19box. Okay.
- 18:20The poor guy is in big trouble because he's going to run over
- 18:24and try to deal with the inflation, which is what he's
- 18:28doing right now. Tight monetary policy that
- 18:31causes the economy to slow down, which we've got right now way
- 18:34slower than they're telling us. Officially, she's going to run
- 18:37over there and he's going to have to loosen.
- 18:39But when he loosens, that makes inflation worse.
- 18:41It's a horrible doom spiral. But what makes it even more this
- 18:46is this. This, I think, speaks volumes.
- 18:51All right. And I want your thoughts on
- 18:53this, your opinion as well. We're in such a great, strong
- 18:57economy. Read this headline.
- 18:59This is, you know who the biggest retailer in our country
- 19:02is. Walmart, right?
- 19:03I don't know. Do you like Walmart?
- 19:05I I'm kind of mediocre on Walmart.
- 19:08You know, we got one kind of close to our house.
- 19:10Yeah. Well, anyway, you know, I don't
- 19:12go there that often, but a lot of people do.
- 19:15They're the biggest retailer in the world, quite possibly,
- 19:19definitely here in the United States.
- 19:22Well headline Walmart pay cut for new hires indicates economic
- 19:28downturn has arrived. The latest jobs report has
- 19:30revealed the US labor market, while still adding jobs, show
- 19:34signs of cooling. Walmart, the nation's largest
- 19:37private employer, has noticed the slowdown and is cutting pay
- 19:42for their new store hires. Walmart.
- 19:45If you go get a job at Walmart right now, look, personally, I
- 19:49wouldn't recommend it. I'd try to get a job somewhere
- 19:51else. But nothing wrong with working.
- 19:53Working is great working at Walmart, but if you go right now
- 19:56to get a job at Walmart, they're going to pay you less than they
- 20:00would have paid you per hour one year ago.
- 20:05Let that sink in. What does that tell us?
- 20:07That tells us Walmart isn't having such a hard time finding
- 20:12employees. Things are changing all this.
- 20:16All this smoke and mirror mirage.
- 20:19Oh, the employment's great. No, but.
- 20:21But let me, let me remind you of something.
- 20:24The one pillar that's been holding up the economy, hope,
- 20:29the BS, you know, whatever. But it is what it is.
- 20:33The one pillar they've been standing on, the last one has
- 20:36been strong employment. This is real data.
- 20:40This is real information. Walmart is cutting pay for their
- 20:44new hires. They wouldn't be doing that if
- 20:47they were having a hard time finding new hires.
- 20:51I'm going to take a quick break and take a little sip of water.
- 20:53I'll be right back. I'm not going anywhere.
- 20:55Don't you go anywhere. Walmart.
- 21:11Right. Nation's biggest retailer
- 21:14cutting salaries. Basically guys, it's coming and
- 21:18it's coming at us and it's going to happen soon.
- 21:21The new, the new payment structure means new hires who
- 21:23joined the digital or stocking departments will make about a
- 21:27dollar an hour less than they would have if they were hired a
- 21:30we a year earlier. And don't you just love big
- 21:34companies? Let me tell you something.
- 21:35Let me tell you a fact about big companies.
- 21:38They're always looking out for the bottom line.
- 21:40They're always looking out for basically, this is just my
- 21:46opinion. They don't really, really care
- 21:49about their employees, right? They care about profits, They
- 21:52care about bonuses for the executives.
- 21:55And they put through these these bad deals, right?
- 21:58And maybe there's a few exceptions out there, but
- 22:00overall, I've been around long enough.
- 22:02I worked in the corporate world briefly when I was younger.
- 22:06It's all a bunch of BS, OK? And they put the screws to
- 22:11people on a regular basis. I got a funny story for you.
- 22:14I'm going to tell you about that when I'm done here.
- 22:16But they put the screws to people and then they try to spin
- 22:19it with, spin it with. I thought I'd ring the bell.
- 22:23Chris keeps telling me to ring the bell, bell, bell, bell.
- 22:25I'll ring it for Chris. I tell you what, I'm like a
- 22:28trained dog. Whatever coin shop Chris tells
- 22:30me to do, I do. Probably going to start eating a
- 22:33bunch of Ding Dongs on a daily basis anyway.
- 22:36They put the screws to people and then they put out this, like
- 22:40press release to try to make it out like they're doing something
- 22:44good. This is what Walmart said.
- 22:46Let put up your BS meter, OK? Raise your finger if you think
- 22:51this is BS. Walmart said this will allow for
- 22:55better staffing throughout the store, said one of the
- 22:59documents. Walmart has already raised
- 23:01hourly pay for 50,000 workers because their pay was below the
- 23:05new minimum. On Thursday, Walmart
- 23:07spokesperson spokeswoman confirmed that there's a Lady
- 23:11Stackers and there's Lady spokespeople at Walmart
- 23:13confirmed the pay structure change, adding it will allow new
- 23:17workers to learn and improve on skills to climb the company
- 23:22ladder. And there's my BS meter.
- 23:27No, Walmart, what you're doing is paying people less because
- 23:30you can get away with it right now.
- 23:32That's the truth, right? And the only reason you raised
- 23:35wages a year ago is because you couldn't find people.
- 23:38But now, Walmart, that you can find all the people you need,
- 23:41you're going to cut people's salary.
- 23:43And that's the truth. It has nothing to do with
- 23:46anything else. You want to make more profit.
- 23:49It's a numbers game. You don't really care about your
- 23:52employees. Oh, op.
- 23:53But I'm sure you've got some nice fancy pamphlets saying how
- 23:57you all these great things you want to do for your employees
- 24:00and and and you got them smiling, blah blah blah.
- 24:02Anyway, I digress. I digress.
- 24:06I'll tell you a story. You want to hear A story?
- 24:08The one more quick story. This is a true story.
- 24:10I swear on anyone's life about how the corporate world will
- 24:14stick it to you. When I was young, when I was 25
- 24:16years old, I worked for about a year for a company called Robert
- 24:19Half International. The world's oldest and largest
- 24:22specialized staffing firm. Okay.
- 24:26I started a little division for them in St.
- 24:28Louis in the tech field called RHI Hi Consulting and I lit the
- 24:32world on fire. I mean, I was the number one
- 24:35producer in the country, in the world, whatever.
- 24:38I made so much profit for them in the matter of a year your
- 24:41head would spend, this was like 1995 or something like that.
- 24:45I was dealing with Novell network engineers and that was
- 24:49when Microsoft was first, anyway, NT administrators.
- 24:53This is a true story. I mean, I made like, I think it
- 24:57was almost like in one year I made like $700,000 profit for
- 25:01the company and I had a deal. I was a young man and my
- 25:03Commission structure was, I got 10% of the profit.
- 25:06So I made like 80 K And when you're 24 years old and this was
- 25:111994, that was a lot of money, right?
- 25:13And they sent me to San Francisco and I got to stay at
- 25:16the Ritz Carlton. I brought my buddy Little Ricky
- 25:18with me because I was going through some relationship
- 25:21problems with the ladies at the time.
- 25:23And we had a good time. We tore the Ritz Carlton apart
- 25:26and they had a big party and, you know, fancy thing at the
- 25:29Ritz Carlton and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
- 25:32blah. I get back to the office and
- 25:34like a week later, this guy comes in from Texas, He's my
- 25:37boss's boss, and he calls me into a conference room.
- 25:40OK, now remember, I'd made $700,000 in profit for this
- 25:45company and and they only paid me 70.
- 25:49OK, sure, I had some benefits, whatever, but they made a lot of
- 25:52profit. I was, I was lighting it on
- 25:55fire, Right. I'd like to think it was because
- 25:57of my boy's good looks and charming personality and
- 26:00superior technical skills, but really, it was just a really
- 26:03great time to be in that business and I was working hard
- 26:06and everything else. Anyway, they pulled me into a
- 26:07conference room, my boss and my boss's boss from Texas, this guy
- 26:11named Bob, who I didn't really like.
- 26:14Anyway, they sent me down. They say you're doing a great
- 26:16job, Ron, blah blah blah. We're going to give you some
- 26:19stock options. So, you know, if the company
- 26:21stock goes to, you know, 16,000,000, you're going to get
- 26:25you'll, you'll, you'll have these options where you can make
- 26:28some money. And I'm thinking, uh, oh, I bet
- 26:30they're going to stick the screws to me.
- 26:32Then he goes on to say, but we got to cut your Commission.
- 26:36We're paying. You're making too much money.
- 26:38We got to, we got to cut your Commission.
- 26:40We're going to cut it from 10% down to 5%.
- 26:43And I was like, what? Are you serious?
- 26:46You know you're I'm an accountant.
- 26:48You're already making like $600,000 profit off me.
- 26:53I said you got to be kidding me. He said, Nope, Nope.
- 26:56And then this is what this guy says to me.
- 26:58This is how dumb he thought I was.
- 27:00He looks at me. He says Ron, but he was older.
- 27:02He's probably my age, which was older to me at that point.
- 27:05Said when I used to work for IBM, he was from Texas, and I
- 27:08love people from Texas. He said when I used to work for
- 27:11IBM, they would cut my Commission percentage all the
- 27:15time, he said. And I looked at it as a good
- 27:18thing because that meant I could work harder and figure out new
- 27:22ways to bring in more business to make the same money.
- 27:25And I looked at this guy. This is a true story.
- 27:28I looked at him, OK, because I was mad because I knew how much
- 27:32money I was making that company. I looked at him and I said, Bob,
- 27:35I said, you know what? Either you think I'm really
- 27:38stupid or you are really stupid. And I quit and I got up and
- 27:43walked out and then they begged me to stay, which I did for like
- 27:46another month. But I was like, you know what?
- 27:48This is stupid. A company treats their people
- 27:50that way. Sorry, you probably didn't want
- 27:52to hear a story from my life, But, you know, big companies,
- 27:56OK, so there's some exceptions, no doubt about it.
- 28:00But at the end of the day, they're beholden to the top
- 28:03management, and they're beholden to the shareholders that want
- 28:07nothing more than big money, big profit to come in.
- 28:10I'm sorry. You know what?
- 28:11I made this into a personal thing that still makes my blood
- 28:14boil like he thought I was dumb. No comment on that.
- 28:20OK, let's get back to this. We're talking about silver and
- 28:22gold, not how to negotiate pay or pay raises.
- 28:26So yeah, you know Walmart, now, they're going to offer their
- 28:28employees all these new opportunities because they're
- 28:30cutting everyone's pay. How do you get a big stack?
- 28:33Let's talk about silver. Let's just talk about silver.
- 28:36I get this question all the time, Ron.
- 28:38What's the best way you know I can answer.
- 28:42I can't answer many things definitively in this business,
- 28:45but I can answer how to get a big stack definitive
- 28:48definitively. You dollar cost average period
- 28:51by a certain amount every month. Over time.
- 28:54Whatever you have now will get bigger and bigger and bigger by
- 28:59every three months, by every week, whatever works for you, it
- 29:03will get bigger and bigger and bigger.
- 29:07Make sure coin shop. Chris and I talked about this
- 29:09earlier. Oh what a great time to mention
- 29:12our sponsor pin backs. Where is it?
- 29:14There it is. Pi, MB EX pin backs.
- 29:19OK, I like to say the name of the company, but what I like
- 29:22even more is their variety of silver, gold and platinum and
- 29:27their prices and their service. They're a topnotch guys.
- 29:30They're a family owned company, OK, they're they're they're
- 29:34they're growing. And there's a reason why they're
- 29:37growing because they offer the same thing that you can get at
- 29:42the other big places for a lower premium.
- 29:49So check them out if you're looking to buy some silver gold,
- 29:51if you're looking to do some dollar cost averaging.
- 29:53That was not a setup coin shop. Chris reminded me to mention and
- 29:57and they sponsor the show Okay. And I can tell you that I've
- 30:01received a lot of in a lot of feedback in the comments section
- 30:05and individual emails that people are happy with.
- 30:09Pin Becks, OK, there's a reason why they're growing at the rate
- 30:12that they're growing and that's because they're doing things
- 30:14right. I think Pin Becks is best and
- 30:17you will too. And I mean that from the bottom
- 30:20of my heart, OK. You know, I don't do
- 30:22sponsorships with companies that I don't believe in 100% and that
- 30:27I've done business with personally.
- 30:29Do we need a new pricing mechanism in the silver market?
- 30:32Did you guys hear this here? Here's some breaking news from
- 30:35the Comex. You want to talk about the
- 30:37Comex? You know, the electronic
- 30:39exchange that sets the price of silver?
- 30:43I've called Comex the Walmart of the silver business, right,
- 30:47Because the Comex loves to rollback prices.
- 30:50Remember, that was Walmart's big thing, price rollbacks.
- 30:53Well, that's the big thing at the Comex too.
- 30:55They love to rollback prices. But hold on, we got, we got a
- 31:00piece of information for you regarding the Comex because we
- 31:04do need to get a new pricing mechanism for silver.
- 31:09Keith Newmeyer talks about it, right?
- 31:12The Chinese have talked about it.
- 31:14We need a new way for the price of silver to be determined.
- 31:18There's no other way around it, no if ands or buts okay here.
- 31:23This is from the silver diging Club, one of the guys that
- 31:27tracks the inventories at the Comex.
- 31:29It says Comex silver vaults draining eligible to a new post
- 31:35squeeze record low OK, remember there's eligible inventory at
- 31:40the Comex and registered. The registered is the silver
- 31:44that's basically available to be delivered on the contracts.
- 31:47The eligible has some other type of claim on it.
- 31:50It's not eligible to be delivered.
- 31:52It's usually held by maybe ETF's or individual investors who
- 31:56don't want to make it available to be delivered on those
- 31:59contracts that are written at like 30 or 400 times for each
- 32:04oz. So the eligible is like, it's
- 32:07like and I've used this analogy, it's like, it's like the
- 32:10inventory that's in the Walmart warehouse, right.
- 32:13It's there, it's owned, but it's not in the store and available
- 32:18for sale. Basically that inventory, the
- 32:21eligible is apparently now at a post squeeze and we say post
- 32:25squeeze, we mean the silver squeeze that happened what in
- 32:29February of 2021, so for the last 2 1/2 years, the eligible
- 32:34now why is that good potentially for the silver price?
- 32:40Because guys, the amount of silver owned in the electronic
- 32:44ETF's has been decreasing. Okay, That's bad, right?
- 32:49I mean, you know, I'm not I, I don't like the Silver ETS, the
- 32:53SLV BlackRock owns, right? I do if I were to do one or the
- 32:58other, I like the PSLV, the sprat physical Silver Trust.
- 33:02But the fact that the silver in the eligible category is
- 33:07decreasing, what what that means is that when it goes, when it
- 33:12goes back the other way, that's going to put huge buying
- 33:16pressure on the silver market. At least that's the way I see
- 33:19it, right when people, when we get that run for silver again.
- 33:24And I don't, I don't advise, I don't give any financial advice,
- 33:28but I don't advise buying the SLV silver ETF, OK, I like to
- 33:35buy physical silver, I think you do too.
- 33:36But when people do run to that, that's going to create big
- 33:41buying pressure in the silver markets.
- 33:44Think about that, let that sink in for a second.
- 33:47Think about this right. And again, you know I, I still
- 33:50go back to this talk that I heard by Keith Newmeyer talking
- 33:53about we need a new pricing mechanism in the silver market.
- 33:59But guess what? We're going to get it.
- 34:01Okay. OK, Cuz I've heard the Super
- 34:04smart guys talking about the fact that what's going on in the
- 34:08East right now, what's going on in Moscow, what's going on in
- 34:13Shanghai, what's going on in Mumbai, what's going on in a
- 34:18number of other Eastern cities is we're getting new markets
- 34:23being developed for the precious metals.
- 34:26And why? Well, because they know.
- 34:29They know. They've explicitly said that the
- 34:32price, as determined by the COMEX and by the LBMA, the
- 34:37London Billion Market Association, is a bunch of bunk
- 34:42Unicorn fart dust. OK, I know we haven't talked
- 34:45about that for a while, my friends, my basement dwellers,
- 34:48but that's the reality. Those prices aren't real.
- 34:52They are make believe. So the Eastern countries are
- 34:56making solid moves, right. The Shanghai Cooperation
- 34:59Organization look into that, look what they're doing and we
- 35:03will get a new pricing mechanism.
- 35:06It'll be forced upon the the Western, the Comex and the LBMA
- 35:11because you know what's going to happen.
- 35:12Those markets are going to expand.
- 35:14People are going to trust them, and there's going to be a big
- 35:18difference in price between the east for silver, gold and
- 35:22platinum and the COMEX and the LBMA.
- 35:25So people will, it's called arbitrage.
- 35:28People will start buying out of the western vaults, out of the
- 35:34registered category, and there's not a lot there to buy and
- 35:38selling in the eastern markets to make that spread, to make
- 35:41that profit. It's common.
- 35:44OK, even the Chinese, there was an open letter that I read.
- 35:48SD Bullion had it in one of their videos like 6.
- 35:51I don't know 8 weeks ago where that there was open letter
- 35:54written to one of the big newspapers in in in in Shanghai
- 35:59or in China somewhere. I think it was Shanghai.
- 36:01Anyway, this article basically said that that you know we need
- 36:05they they were saying we need $100 silver, keep new.
- 36:08Meyer says we need $100 silver. Silver is not right now at this
- 36:15price. It's so artificial.
- 36:17It's so phony. You know, they're only
- 36:20perpetuating the explosion that's going to happen in the
- 36:24silver market because and we've talked, you know, we, you
- 36:27remember, we've talked about this ad nauseam, right.
- 36:30The mining companies they are now they have no incentive to
- 36:34open new silver mines to discover and explore for silver.
- 36:38They have no, there's nothing, nothing there.
- 36:40Why would they do it? It's only making the supply
- 36:43system more constrained. Not to mention like we talked
- 36:46about this morning, a lot of the smelters right now is energy
- 36:51prices are exploding. And I guess in Europe that's
- 36:54where a lot, especially for like like the base metals, nickel and
- 36:58platinum and the other more industrial type metals, they're
- 37:02shutting down because they're dealing with natural gas prices
- 37:06that are the equivalent of $600 a barrel of crude oil.
- 37:10Natural gas prices are crazy, crazy high right now.
- 37:15We got more to talk about. We got more, We got more.
- 37:20We got big money. Still buying silver.
- 37:24Still buying gold coin shop. Chris and I, when you're done
- 37:27watching this, put out a video this afternoon.
- 37:29He's talking about a guy that came in.
- 37:33Well, he sent his wife in and and bought $150,000, mostly of
- 37:38silver. You know, I'm hearing it from
- 37:40other sources as well. Big money is still buying the
- 37:44metals. We know what the Chinese are
- 37:46doing. The Chinese.
- 37:48Now, it's estimated that they have 5000 metric tons of gold
- 37:51under their control. Remember, they're the second
- 37:54biggest economy in the world and they are buying gold hand over
- 37:57fist. All right, buddy.
- 37:59Rumble, the Louisiana gold guru, is telling you and telling me
- 38:05that we're going to have $32 silver by Christmas.
- 38:08We're going to have him here for a big Christmas party if that
- 38:10comes true, right. We're going to read between the
- 38:18lines. You're a deep thinker.
- 38:19I'm a deep thinker. We know, and we're not going to
- 38:22go, we're not going to go completely down the the Bricks
- 38:25rabbit hole, don't worry. But we know the bricks situation
- 38:28which is unfolding. We got some news.
- 38:31The big G20 summit is going on right now in India.
- 38:34OK, big deal, right. All the Western countries get
- 38:38together and India kind of plays both sides of the fence.
- 38:41OK, Guess who didn't show up? Guess who said thanks, but no
- 38:47thanks. I don't.
- 38:49I'm not coming to the G20 summit.
- 38:51Well, you know, Putin didn't go because they dabbed there.
- 38:54They, you know, he's evil. They're going to arrest him,
- 38:56President G of China said. Thanks but no thanks.
- 39:01I'm not going to the summit now. Now consider this.
- 39:05Look at the footage of when Joe Biden, our president, arrived in
- 39:11India at the airport. It's pretty interesting that
- 39:16hardly nobody showed up to greet him.
- 39:19OK, they were kind of. It was kind of like when he
- 39:21showed up in Saudi Arabia, like four months ago, nobody showed
- 39:25up to greet Joe and Saudi Arabia.
- 39:28When President G showed up in Saudi Arabia.
- 39:31They had like, the horse cavalry.
- 39:33They had the military. They had fighter jets flying
- 39:35over, putting out smoke with the Chinese flag colors.
- 39:39Guys read between the lines. How much the world is changing
- 39:44right now? OK, G, President G of China did
- 39:49not go to India. And and here let me read this
- 39:53quickly because this, this gives us another, another hint of
- 39:56what's going on in the world regarding this summit.
- 40:03We're going to talk about the details of silver and gold.
- 40:06But I know you're smart and I know you want to know what's
- 40:08going on in the world as well. And Papa, here we Go headline
- 40:14from CNBC. The G20 nations soften their
- 40:19Russia condemnation to reach del Delhi summit.
- 40:23So it's in Delhi compromise and Ukraine's mad, OK, so basically,
- 40:29guys, basically what we had happened was G doesn't go.
- 40:33Putin doesn't go to the G20. And now there's been, let's say,
- 40:40compromise on the side of the West that they wouldn't condemn
- 40:44as severely as last year. What's going on in the Ukraine?
- 40:48Things are getting super interesting.
- 40:51Ukraine criticized the compromise in the G20 joint
- 40:54communique. So they all have to kind of
- 40:57agree on what they were going to say.
- 40:59And they didn't necessarily say, wow, that they were unhappy, as
- 41:05unhappy this year as they were last year with what's going on
- 41:08in the Ukraine. This is not a political show.
- 41:12I'm not getting into that whole subject.
- 41:14But let's that circle back now because we started this, this
- 41:18live stream talking about the major news that we're going to
- 41:22get this week on the CPI and then the following week, the 1-2
- 41:25punch, right body blow, body blow of the the the Fed
- 41:30announcement on the September 19th and 20th.
- 41:34I could, we expect massive moves.
- 41:36It could go down, right? We could have a waterfall.
- 41:41Bad situation, okay. But it could go up.
- 41:45And we're going to get to that next.
- 41:46But right now, please press the thumbs up.
- 41:51Come on, man. We got 199.
- 41:52When we get to 200, I ring the cowbell.
- 41:56So can we get the 200 thumbs up? Come on, basement dwellers.
- 41:59Can we do it? Can we do it?
- 42:01I'll do an extra long ring. We got it.
- 42:26Thank you guys for the thumbs up.
- 42:27Why we got 217? That is awesome.
- 42:30You guys are are blowing me away.
- 42:32Why? Why?
- 42:34You might be asking. Why, Ron, do you say that we
- 42:36could have this huge move and silver or gold, It could go
- 42:40down. But guess what?
- 42:42It could be uppity, uppity, Uppity.
- 42:45It could, right? And let me show you why.
- 42:48I'm gonna pull out one of my drawings that I used last week.
- 42:50I have to say this belongs to Jake from Jake's Custom parts,
- 42:54but nonetheless it will demonstrate to you and no
- 42:58uncertain terms exactly why we could have a huge move.
- 43:11Actually I got two charts we need to review.
- 43:13Here we go see that we got a wedgie for silver.
- 43:18Remember wedgies right, we got a wedge for silver.
- 43:22If you look at this chart starts in March of 2020, March and goes
- 43:30through today. So six months.
- 43:32It actually goes like further, but the price of silver has been
- 43:36consolidating down within that wedge.
- 43:39At some point it's going to break out of that wedge one way
- 43:42or the other. The same thing is going on with
- 43:45gold. Okay.
- 43:46Also guys, don't forget we've got this.
- 43:51This is the most powerful chart pattern in the history of the
- 43:54world the Cup and handle this is gold.
- 43:57I'm sorry. So again, starting in 1980,
- 44:00there's the cup, right about $50.00, but the price made a but
- 44:05what looks like a cup. And then from 2011 till now we
- 44:09got the handle. And when it breaks guys, it is

- 45:02quick, quick. Well, then you know what?
- 45:05I'll either Ramly talk or say goodbye.
- 45:08All right. I'm going to wait.
- 45:10It takes a minute for these for these things to go on.
- 45:14Good evening, Matt. Don Jack Sassy silver ingemar
- 45:18saying Tim Schumacher. Yeah, someday Jake might get
- 45:23rich off his silver and his and his drawings that he has Ding
- 45:29dongs. Yeah, here we go, guys.
- 45:31That's the that's the favorite snack.
- 45:33And I'm hungry right now so I'm tempted to eat this, but I could
- 45:37never eat coin shop Chris's Ding Dong.
- 45:39You guys know coin shop Chris loves Ding dongs.
- 45:41He eats up to, well, eats at least five per day.
- 45:45All right. Ask your question.
- 45:47All right, guys. November 1st, what do you think,
- 45:5355 to one, if you're talking about the silver to gold ratio,
- 45:58I think that'll be a bit of a stretch, but but we'll see.
- 46:06OK, The Wealth of Nations, as when will silver return to an
- 46:09all time high? I think it could happen sooner
- 46:14as opposed to later, Okay. I think it's a reasonable
- 46:19possibility that one year from now we could be back having hit
- 46:25a new all time high. We'll see who will be.
- 46:33Ask Annie. You know what Annie?
- 46:34I have an interview coming out tomorrow at noon with Dan
- 46:40Wilton, the CEO of First Mining Gold and we start out the
- 46:44interview talking about the overall silver and gold market,
- 46:48the also the market for precious metal lining stocks which is I'm
- 46:54telling you guys unbelievably be down like you took it it.
- 46:59It has taken a pummeling upon a pummeling upon a pummeling to
- 47:03the point where the price and the value in the precious metal
- 47:06mining stuff is unbelievable. Is it really a green screen?
- 47:10Absolutely, guys, none of it is real.
- 47:12I've tried to explain that to you.
- 47:13I'm just being completely honest.
- 47:15That's not even a real bell. This is all computer generated.
- 47:19See, it's a green screen. I wish.
- 47:25Anyway, now. No, not a green screen.
- 47:27It's real. But I do joke around, because
- 47:29people keep asking me if I have a green screen.
- 47:31Now I'll tell you a quick, funny story, Ron.
- 47:34Give us a silver fact. Silver is the most reflective
- 47:37metal on the face of the earth. But you already knew that,
- 47:40Richard. Well, you know everything about
- 47:42silver, Silver. The interesting thing about
- 47:45silver, too, is it's very thermally conductive.
- 47:47That means it transfers temperature from the environment
- 47:51that it's in to whatever it might be touching it.
- 47:54It adjusts itself quickly to the prep predominant temperature.
- 48:00So if you take a silver bar like this outside on a hot day and
- 48:05put an ice cube on it, it'll melt lickety split.
- 48:08It's pretty fun thing to do with kids.
- 48:10That's about the best I can do right now.
- 48:13Okay. That's my silver fact.
- 48:16All right, guys, thank you for being here.
- 48:18Okay, like I said, I'll see you tomorrow.
- 48:20Thanks for the Super chats. Thanks for everything and I'll
- 48:22see you soon play song.
