Four friends sharing a rental house begin noticing things none of them can explain—footsteps in empty rooms, cabinets opening at night, unexplained knocks, and lights turning on by themselves.
Naturally, they assume the house is haunted. Then one roommate moves out, and suddenly everything stops. No footsteps. No knocks. No strange activity at all.
But before long, the same kinds of things begin happening in her new home. Looking back, they start to realize that most of the activity had always seemed to happen when she was around.
What if they hadn’t been living in a haunted house at all?…
