Iowa Pork Producers are dropping 1,776 free pork chops on a stick at the State Fair to celebrate America’s 250th birthday — that’s the “1776 Pork Chop Salute.” Grab yours first thing Sunday, August 16th, at the north side of the Pork Tent near the Animal Learning Center — one per person, while supplies last.
