Speaker 1: Welcome to Fertility, health and Coming Back to the Self, an opportunity to go deeper into your journey of life, and all this can encompass with your host, liz Walton.
• 0:18
Speaker 1: This podcast follows the threads of life and the journey of fertility on every level emotional, physical, spiritual and the consciousness we consider our health and what that means in our lives today.
• 0:33
Speaker 1: And we bring all of this together with coming home to ourselves, the conscious and unconscious journey of life and how we traverse this in the best way possible.
• 0:45
Speaker 1: I am so grateful and humbled.
• 0:48
Speaker 1: You are here, hello, hello, hello to all of you, beautiful people, your ears and eyes, and welcome to today.
• 1:02
Speaker 1: And today I am very honoured, very excited, and it's always with such love that I speak to some amazing women.
• 1:12
Speaker 1: Today we're speaking to beautiful Helen.
• 1:15
Speaker 1: Helen, how are you today?
• 1:17
Speaker 2: I'm feeling really good, Liz.
• 1:19
Speaker 2: It's the end of the day and I was really looking forward to have this conversation with you.
• 1:27
Speaker 1: Oh, me too, me too, and I'm just excited to be able to talk about.
• 1:33
Speaker 1: You know the connection with womb, with babies.
• 1:35
Speaker 1: But first let me describe who you are.
• 1:38
Speaker 1: So, helen, I just you know Helen has been a woman that's come into my life with such gratitude.
• 1:44
Speaker 1: So Helen helps women and couples navigate fertility, navigate intimacy and the trauma through which we have a unique blend of somatic therapy, relationship, coaching and lifestyle medicine.
• 2:02
  Speaker 1: I love it.
• 2:03
Speaker 1: Her work supports those that are ready to feel deeply safe in their bodies and their relationship with their bodies and future families.
• 2:14
Speaker 1: Also, she is the author of a beautiful book called Consciously Conceive your Baby, where we have the inner secrets to boosting your fertility and to getting pregnant.
• 2:26
Speaker 1: And then, above all of this as well, she is also my business partner for the Fertility Expo and leading into all of the fertility events that are going to be created.
• 2:41
Speaker 1: So welcome, welcome, helen, so much.
• 2:46
  Speaker 2: Thanks, liz.
• 2:46
Speaker 2: It's an absolute pleasure to be here having this conversation with you today as part of the Womb series, liz, touching the hearts of your audience.
• 2:57
Speaker 1: Yes, thank you, thank you, and I know that the I've been really intrigued with the womb and how the womb is such a vessel of connection, of love, of growth, of learning, and I feel, just talking to everybody that I have on this series, I've learned so much and so now, with you, it's like just advancing this understanding that even more, where we get to understand about calling in babies and what it is with our connection with ourself and our bodies and safety and healing.
• 3:38
Speaker 1: So I think let's start off, it's really good to understand who is Helen.
• 3:43
Speaker 1: So, helen, tell me a bit about you.
• 3:46
Speaker 2: And then what brought you to writing your book, consciously Conceiving, yeah, without making it sound like a CV, the essence of it is at the heart of what I do is connection and I'm a deep listener and I am a healer but also bridging the gap of modern day medicine as well as complementary therapies.
• 4:16
Speaker 2: And I say that because I've got a Bachelor of Science and I've led a career as a senior manager in pharmaceuticals for about 18 years of my life and my main role there was launching 1,800 product lines in 78 countries around the world, and what I loved about that is I just knew that medicine was reaching the people and I've always been a big advocate of holistic medicine and a whole person, whole centered health.
• 4:49
Speaker 2: That is the core of what I do.
• 4:51
Speaker 2: When I was in that career I was also a fitness professional and a yoga teacher, so already I had a blended holistic health and I was invited by an IVF clinic to do a pilot program with lifestyle factors and the influence that they have on fertility.
• 5:13
Speaker 2: And what was incredible with that long story short is over that two-year period, even though the pilot study was six months, people worked and trained with me thereafter and I had about a 70% success rate with people getting pregnant.
• 5:30
Speaker 2: But in and amongst that you'll know, liz, through your own experience and also the work that we both do with people in the fertility space it is not linear.
• 5:46
Speaker 2: It can be very convoluted.
• 5:47
Speaker 2: It can take us down a very, very deep, deep dive of the soul and the body and the mind to be able to get right to the heart of that seed and that seed of creation and the mystery of all of creation.
• 6:01
Speaker 2: Ask that question is how does a soul enter the body?
• 6:05
Speaker 2: How does what I want to do here through?
• 6:10
Speaker 2: You know the masculine and the feminine and you know we're talking about.
• 6:14
Speaker 2: You know, at the core of it it is the eggs and the sperm.
• 6:17
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 6:18
Speaker 2: That still create a human today.
• 6:19
Speaker 2: So what is it when we can actually see certain people or we just say why do they have to sneeze and get pregnant?
• 6:27
Speaker 2: And I've been, I would be, you know, an awesome parent and I can't get pregnant, et cetera.
• 6:32
Speaker 2: So, trying to unravel the individual mystery that presents itself when you are dealing with delayed fertility, and what I found in that space, with the people that I was working with, is I got really curious.
• 6:49
Speaker 2: And so, yes, we had the IVF medicine and we had the process of fine tuning everything to the day of what medicine to give, how much to give, when to do the test, to come in, do your harvesting, do your implantations, et cetera, et cetera.
• 7:11
Speaker 2: But then when you're also working with the human connection, and back then when I did this pilot program, it was very heteronormative, which means it was basically masculine-feminine, and the only way you can access IVF treatment is if you had a medical illness, right, you'd be able to freeze your eggs.
• 7:29
Speaker 2: Now that is not the case anymore.
• 7:31
Speaker 2: We have opened up the plethora of who can access treatment to be able to create the family of their choice, and what I found was I it's like opening the door and there is a breeze that comes in, you're just kind of like with a scent.
• 7:51
Speaker 2: You're like, oh, it catches your attention, there is something here and that was happening over and over again.
• 7:57
Speaker 2: So it got me very curious about what was it, with some couples which navigated this journey a lot better than other couples and, you know, trying to find the secret to that success.
• 8:11
Speaker 2: I went on to study.
• 8:12
Speaker 2: I went on to study relationship intimacy coaching and I went on to study somatic therapy, because I came to discover that there were a lot of people that had trauma for a number of different reasons and we won't go into the whole trauma conversation about the big T, little t, etc.
• 8:32
Speaker 2: But that people are carrying experiences that are not.
• 8:37
Speaker 2: They're not defined by what I feel is a grievance, by what I feel is a grievance or a rupture growing up in the family network or having an accident or having a heartbreak.
• 8:52
Speaker 2: I'm not there to define that.
• 8:53
Speaker 2: My clients define it their way that they responded to these situations and what they're storing in their muscles and their tissues and being frightened to bring a new child forward because they're so frightened that there might be a repeat of what happened in their childhood.
• 9:12
  Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah.
• 9:13
Speaker 2: So I know we've just dived straight in with one answer about who is Helen and how did we get to this.
• 9:19
Speaker 2: But predominantly, I'm that curious creature that follows the scent and helps people figure out their pathway, not just logistically but somatically, which somatically comes from the Greek word soma and I've got a Greek background.
• 9:38
Speaker 2: So it is the soma, it is the body, the tissues, and we get curious.
• 9:44
Speaker 2: When we're trying to get pregnant, when we are wanting to evolve and procreate, we start to think differently because we are shape-shifting our future environment I love it where the mystery is yeah, wow, I love that and I love how you've explained what somatic is.
• 10:04
Speaker 1: I've never really known that, but the body, yes, and we're shape shifting.
• 10:09
  Speaker 1: I love that.
• 10:10
Speaker 1: And so tell me, tell me then, with your book and the conscious conception, what, what is that conscious conception?
• 10:24
Speaker 2: The word conscious and conscientiousness gets flung around, but it is a word.
• 10:28
Speaker 2: It's a word in our English language and it's one that needs respect.
• 10:33
Speaker 2: It is sacredness, it is attention.
• 10:37
Speaker 2: If I want to, I'm going to have a drink of water Now.
• 10:40
Speaker 2: I can easily pick up this water, have a drink and go, yep and continue talking to you, but consciously, if I want to say, I am connecting to this water, that is part of the elements of nature, it's part of my body and I'm going to quench my thirst and I'm going to savor it.
• 10:59
Speaker 2: I'm actually going to taste that water.
• 11:01
Speaker 2: My body's going to feel that water.
• 11:03
Speaker 2: There is a tapping in and a relationship that we can actually have with anything that we set our heart, mind, body and spirit to be more curious about.
• 11:15
Speaker 2: So when I was writing my book and I was doing my teacher training in relationship and intimacy coaching, I did a survey on what conscious conception and conscious fertility means, because I didn't want to define that.
• 11:32
Speaker 2: I wanted the people to define that, and so I got a whole heap of people telling me what.
• 11:40
Speaker 2: Conscious, because if you just look at the dictionary online explanation, it's just very meh and you can, that's for everything, right, but people were telling me what they were experiencing when they started opening up to having children and even to I don't want children right now, I didn't even think about having children right now, but I didn't even think about having children right now.
• 12:04
Speaker 2: But I'm having dreams, I'm having visuals, I'm having this fluttering in my uterus or I'm having, even with men, these sense of their reproductive organs starting to tingle, starting to be more alive and getting people to think differently, act differently and just like okay, in a whole heap of different ways.
• 12:30
Speaker 2: And so consciousness is basically bringing closer to ourselves what it means, feels, to actually shape, shift into the future, of being that parent, of carrying that child.
• 12:47
Speaker 2: And that's the consciousness.
• 12:49
Speaker 2: We're not asleep, it is keeping us awake, it's stirring us and it's drawing our attention.
• 12:57
Speaker 2: And a word that you know I know we're going to speak about it today, but the word that gets coined, especially for a woman woman is matricence.
• 13:04
Speaker 2: But we can speak about that a little bit later, but I'll flag that word here.
• 13:10
Speaker 2: So that is what conscious conception means.
• 13:16
Speaker 2: And for a lot of people and a lot of my clients.
• 13:19
Speaker 2: They come to me and say we want to do an inventory of our life, which is preconception planning?
• 13:27
Speaker 2: Yeah, whether you're in delayed fertility in a diagnosis, what can I do to help myself walk into my future of being a parent?
• 13:41
Speaker 2: Yeah, and that's why I wrote the book, because as a fitness yoga teacher, lifestyle therapist, I can speak to the physical factors of preparing the body, the mental factors if we have got some that are roadblocks, anxiousness, et cetera worries concerns the emotional aspect as well as the spiritual aspect.
• 14:14
Speaker 2: So I touch on all that, and then that's part one of the book.
• 14:18
Speaker 2: Part two of the book is this beautiful section of intimacy, relationship, different practices that you can do and ancient practices, because I was very fortunate in also studying the body work of Tantra, which is ancient forms, and also fertility rites that we have been doing for millennia, including the fertility rights that we do in agriculture to be able to have a really good crop come forward, or in the animal space.
• 14:59
Speaker 2: You know there is so much known about animal reproduction, so we can know get more livestock etc.
• 15:06
Speaker 2: And more food in the supply chain, and the human biology is now catching up to that as well.
• 15:12
Speaker 2: Yeah, and the third part of the book is addressing, um, the core needs that every child needs yeah every soul child needs, every sole child needs around the world in the first five years of life.
• 15:28
Speaker 2: So I give parents and potential parents-to-be a chance to read that and bring it to the forefront.
• 15:35
Speaker 2: So what can you do?
• 15:37
Speaker 2: Where are the gaps of what you didn't get growing up?
• 15:40
Speaker 2: If there are grievances there, let's work with that.
• 15:44
Speaker 2: This is where the trauma, somatic therapy can come into it as well.
• 15:47
Speaker 2: Bridge those gaps and give yourself those resources.
• 15:51
Speaker 2: So when you get to parent, you've got a bit of a roadmap for those first five years of life wow, I love it.
• 15:59
  Speaker 1: I love it.
• 15:59
Speaker 1: So I feel it's like conscious conception is about really becoming aware of where you're going and choosing to be, you know, really taking part in what's happening as the individual, both past and future, present and moving forward.
• 16:19
Speaker 1: Yeah and um, then, with your book having lots of tools, because it's, you know, with conception, it's that connection to who we are.
• 16:30
Speaker 1: And so what with what is it that you feel is the the connection with the womb?
• 16:38
Speaker 1: Um, and you know conception, and how important do you feel you know the womb is with conception and also who we are as women, connecting to you know, um, our space around us yeah, so let's bring the the the word mattress sense I'd never heard of it until you told me yeah, I love, love, love.
• 17:06
Speaker 2: When I, my friend, I was 16 and I had this full-on, innate, all-body cellular experience blow up, at the same time saying to me if you don't become a mother, you will die, and I'm like what, where, what, where did that come from?
• 17:30
Speaker 2: And yes, I've always been maternal, and you know, growing up, et cetera, why I got into this work.
• 17:36
Speaker 2: There's a whole history around that.
• 17:39
Speaker 2: We won't get into that today.
• 17:41
Speaker 2: There's a whole history around that.
• 17:45
Speaker 2: We won't get into that today.
• 17:47
Speaker 2: But I've always had this innate sense of parenting, mothering as well as fertility.
• 17:50
Speaker 2: But I was in shock at 16.
• 17:53
Speaker 2: And I didn't know where to go to with this information.
• 17:56
Speaker 2: So I went to my mom and I said, mom, I've got this burning desire to have a child or I feel like I'm going to die, which is pretty radical.
• 18:06
Speaker 2: I thought every woman felt this way until I was educated later on in life, which was beautiful, because all my experiences led me to the apprenticeship of what I'm doing.
• 18:17
Speaker 2: You know, yeah, um, you know, over a course of like I'm, you know, at the time of this recording, I'm 54, so I've had my children.
• 18:25
Speaker 2: They're now adults, they're, you know, 27 and 30, but I've actually experienced the whole plethora, a lot of, um, you know, being a woman and owning a womb.
• 18:37
Speaker 2: I've experienced being in a female body and fertility and children raising, et cetera, yeah.
• 18:43
Speaker 2: And so when I said to my mum Mum, I don't know what's going on, but I feel like I'm going to die if I don't have children she went ooh, she did across three times across her chest, going you're having sex?
• 18:57
Speaker 2: And I'm like no, no, I'm not, that's not it.
• 19:04
Speaker 2: It's like who's going to feel?
• 19:07
Speaker 2: It didn't land with anybody else as deeply as it landed with me.
• 19:12
Speaker 2: So I really felt like I was a lone sheep quite a while.
• 19:18
Speaker 2: But then when I heard the word matricence, I really got it.
• 19:22
Speaker 2: It took me way, way back and I I heard that many, many years later and going.
• 19:27
Speaker 2: That's what I experienced as a 16 year old my brain, body, connection to my community, seeking out maternal child health centers, seeing how mothers, fathers because we're talking a long time ago relate to one another.
• 19:47
Speaker 2: What does it take to create, what are the skills to create, an amazing fostered family?
• 19:55
Speaker 2: You know, fostering a family.
• 19:58
Speaker 2: So I became heightened and, in the background, also trying to be a 16 year old kid in a changing body growing through my school, my relationships and and you know all the rest of that stuff that we do with.
• 20:11
Speaker 2: That you know throughout ages of ages.
• 20:14
Speaker 2: So that's the absolute essence.
• 20:21
Speaker 2: So saying what mattress sense is and then yeah, like, and I get it.
• 20:28
Speaker 2: There are people that go, okay, there's something that we need to tick the box.
• 20:32
Speaker 2: They might be, you know, in their 30s or reaching their 40s, and it's like shit, man, that hasn't hit me yet and I know I want to do it.
• 20:40
Speaker 2: I'm not sure, and so now it's time to do it.
• 20:44
Speaker 2: You know, it's that same thing of like being in a relationship and then people, after a certain period of time, they give you grace in being in that honeymoon period, and then people start asking that next question of well, when are you going to have a baby?
• 20:58
Speaker 2: When are you going to have a baby?
• 20:59
Speaker 2: It's going to have a baby.
• 21:00
Speaker 2: It's kind of like this human, and for some people, mattress sense doesn't fully kick in, and it's okay.
• 21:07
Speaker 2: We then, we come from a different place, but as soon as we are aware and go through a process of wanting to get pregnant, mattress sense and sense is, let's call it, the seventh sense battery is maternal matre, yeah, matre is maternal, it's mother.
• 21:29
Speaker 2: Sense is one of our sensory abilities.
• 21:33
Speaker 2: We've got this the sense of sight, a smell of taste, of touch, hearing.
• 21:38
Speaker 2: There's that spiritual, innate sense, innate sixth sense let's call mattress sense the seventh sense.
• 21:46
Speaker 2: And it's when everything starts to rewire through the body and through the mind, and also through the spirit-body connection.
• 21:58
Speaker 2: And so how, then, that womb is not just a physical organ, it's not Our whole body as we see ourselves today in the mirror, what we wash, what we dress.
• 22:11
Speaker 2: We are more than just a physical body.
• 22:14
Speaker 2: We know that there is something deeper and grander than just me breathing for myself.
• 22:20
Speaker 2: Yeah, I am being breathed, I am being breathed, I am being breathed.
• 22:25
Speaker 2: You know, there is life force entering my body and I've got choices in how I shapeshift my life and what I do, et cetera.
• 22:33
Speaker 2: And so the womb, my friend, is as much like an oracle of innate intelligence as it is a physical organ that has the capacity to procreate because, yes, it holds a function of menstruating and getting ourselves ready, through the brain and the body every single month, for this to happen, but the truth of the matter is it's an organ that is secondary to human life.
• 23:13
Speaker 2: That, if this comes out, we can still live, you know, live like you know so, but what is it that turns that on and allows this soul, in what I call the soul cradle, to be seeded, to grow, to gestate and give birth?
• 23:35
Speaker 2: There is an innate intelligence, and I can talk about the physical aspects of this innate intelligence, which we spoke about.
• 23:46
Speaker 2: I remember a couple of weeks ago when the two of us were chatting about all things fertility, given that we're doing the Melbourne Fertility Festival together.
• 23:54
Speaker 2: So we've got lots of conversations that we have and touch points many times during the day, and I remember talking about the fallopian tubes and the ovaries that are not actually connected to the uterus and that it can slide across the other side of the body.
• 24:18
Speaker 2: If there is a problem with that fallopian tube and ovary entering the left side of the body, they can actually just literally just move themselves and actually come into the right side of the body.
• 24:34
  Speaker 2: Wow, it's incredible.
• 24:36
Speaker 2: Yeah, we're learning more and more and more of the absolute intelligence that we can, you know, tap into, and so, yeah, feel free to ask me any other questions that come for you, about that come to you, regarding the oracle and the spirit of the womb space.
• 25:01
Speaker 1: What I feel when you were just saying about your mattress sense and that connection.
• 25:07
Speaker 1: You know where there was that change in your body when you were 16.
• 25:11
Speaker 1: And, as I sort of reflect, I didn't really feel that till.
• 25:17
Speaker 1: You know, I remember having being in a meditation and seeing a little baby, and that was the first time I was like, oh, oh, you know, maybe I might start to want to have a baby because I I didn't meet my husband well, my man, the guy who's now my husband until my early 30s.
• 25:36
Speaker 1: So it took me a while and I was never very child orientated, but in my sense of you know, you have to get married and then you can have a baby, and I can remember that, you know it started to awaken, you know.
• 25:50
Speaker 1: So this is how I'm trying to see it from my point of view and understand it, and I think, really, the idea of, okay, yes, you know we've got married, now it's time to try, the idea of, okay, yes, you know, we've got married, now it's time to try, and then the more it didn't happen, I think, the more that essence or sense of, like you say, matre, matre, essence, really, I really felt like I started to change, you know that shape shifting.
• 26:26
Speaker 1: So that's really interesting.
• 26:28
Speaker 1: And you know, I'm the same age as you and I have a nine year old and your kids have all grown up.
• 26:30
Speaker 1: So, again, you know, all of our journeys are so different, totally, and just that wonderful, like you say, that innate intelligence of the womb and that connection of how it is reading our bodies and, I suppose, how we are connecting with our bodies.
• 26:45
Speaker 1: Um, so my next sort of curiosity, or wanting to understand and I know it's a part that that you talk about is, you know, spirit babies and connection with spirit babies.
• 26:59
Speaker 1: Tell me, tell me about you know that and that work, you know the soul cradle.
• 27:05
  Speaker 1: I'm so fascinated.
• 27:07
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 27:08
Speaker 2: So I said earlier about my path in this life and my calling in this life is in the fertility space and creating conscious parenting.
• 27:21
Speaker 2: And conscious parenting starts creating conscious parenting.
• 27:22
Speaker 2: And the conscious parenting starts with conscious conception.
• 27:26
Speaker 2: And the conscious conception starts with also looking at ourselves and how it is that we wish to be in the world, because we know that this gets passed on through the epigenetics, you know, onto our children Now.
• 27:44
Speaker 2: So I'm always being initiated in something and so I trust that wholeheartedly.
• 27:51
Speaker 2: So it happened at a really, really young age.
• 27:56
Speaker 2: So it happened at two years old, before my brother was born.
• 28:01
Speaker 2: My mum was pregnant and she's, like, was praying, you know, on her knees, can this be a boy?
• 28:07
  Speaker 2: I was.
• 28:07
Speaker 2: I have got an older sister, I'm a second child being a female, and my brother was eventually born, um, as a third, but she was begging that this child would be a boy.
• 28:18
Speaker 2: We're talking, this is talking.
• 28:20
Speaker 2: This is well over 50 years ago, and I remember needing to pray with her and I kept saying to her like, in essence, my earliest childhood memories of being, you know, a little human is I know it's a boy.
• 28:39
Speaker 2: Why doesn't my mum trust that?
• 28:40
Speaker 2: I could tell, like I got the message that this's a boy.
• 28:41
Speaker 2: Why doesn't my mum trust that?
• 28:42
Speaker 2: I could tell Like I got the message that this is a boy Growing up I could actually see auras in women's bodies that they'd seen before.
• 28:51
Speaker 2: They were even announcing, you know, in the community and I was like up to their knees, up to their thighs, up to their bellies.
• 28:58
Speaker 2: I've always been really quite maternal yeah, thighs up to their bellies, always been really quite maternal.
• 29:04
Speaker 2: But later on in life I had some initiations where I could actually being with clients and it wasn't like I was asking for this or forcing this or projecting this, but because I do hands-on somatic work and therapy work, things would happen Like I would have tingles running down my body, I would see visuals, I could feel the change in their body.
• 29:29
Speaker 2: I would not say anything and then later on we would talk about that moment and experience that I know that we both had like a little electricity exchange between us and we would then talk about what she experienced and what I experienced and what I felt and what she felt, and so many times it was the same and it's like whoa, wow, whoa, okay.
• 29:58
Speaker 2: So it happened once, it happened twice, you know, and so I then started tuning in and then I could take women on a spirit baby meditation to enter the soul cradle, and to me the soul cradle is a big funnel and you are the spout and there is a frequency in the soul cradle.
• 30:23
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 30:24
Speaker 2: And in its absolute simplicity, I feel that there are spirits in the soul cradle and they're all being taken care of by something grander and bigger before they come into a human experience.
• 30:39
Speaker 2: And it's all about frequency.
• 30:42
Speaker 2: There is some shape-shifting that needs to take place and, yes, it's lifestyle factors.
• 30:48
Speaker 2: It might be somatic therapy mind, body, spirit connection, where there is a frequency and it's like this seed, whether it's through IVF now or whether it's through, you know, sexual intercourse.
• 31:05
Speaker 2: The frequency is right there between these two human bodies.
• 31:10
Speaker 2: Or, you know, we call them the gamuts now, of the egg and the sperm to actually come together and allow this incredible miracle to take place.
• 31:22
Speaker 2: And I'm sure that if you had an embryologist happens, I'm sure of it, yeah.
• 31:27
Speaker 2: So what I then do?
• 31:39
Speaker 2: Because I am a yoga meditation teacher and I can actually bring that into it.
• 31:44
Speaker 2: I can create, and I have created environments for my clients, as well as even meditations, where I can encourage people to come to a mindfulness practice and trust what it is that they sensory experience.
• 32:07
Speaker 2: So it might be tingles, but it just feels like you're being dropped in bubble water and you just have this tingling experience.
• 32:18
Speaker 2: You know it's something bigger than yourself.
• 32:19
  Speaker 2: The question is?
• 32:21
Speaker 2: Can you be open to trust what comes through next?
• 32:24
Speaker 2: Or does it scare the bejeebies out of you when you close off?
• 32:28
Speaker 2: Wow, right, we know those moments like, oh, it's right here, in a microsecond.
• 32:35
  Speaker 2: What's my?
• 32:36
Speaker 2: What do I want to do?
• 32:37
Speaker 2: Stay curious and lean in.
• 32:38
Speaker 2: Or it's like, whoa, this is too much.
• 32:40
Speaker 2: I'm like this is a big dream, I'm waking up, I'm getting ready to go to work, yeah, yeah and so.
• 32:47
Speaker 2: And sometimes they're it's auditory, they might hear something, and other times there's a sense of you know, when we talk about the soul, cradle and spirit babies, what I have experienced in you know, some of them give the gender, some of them give a name.
• 33:04
Speaker 2: Some messages are you need to clean up your act here and here, like, there is a strong sense of like, oh my gosh, I didn't realise that doing this was my block, yeah, yeah.
• 33:22
Speaker 2: And also people that have experienced terminations and miscarriages.
• 33:28
Speaker 2: There are beautiful messages that come through people that have experienced abuse, especially sexual abuse, and this unworthiness or being so damn scared to bring another child through that.
• 33:43
Speaker 2: You know, history is going to repeat itself and there is this beautiful reconciliation that can take place and an utter, utter, utter trust that this spirit coming through to have this human experience is like it rewires all your trillion cells.
• 34:04
Speaker 2: In that nine-month gestation period there is a rebirthing of the feminine body in and amongst that child gestating and birthing through this human as well.
• 34:19
Speaker 2: And so spirit babies in the soul cradle have got a lot to share if we want to lean in and trust the messages that are coming through, any part of our sensory awareness, any part of our sensory awareness, any part of our sensory awareness.
• 34:37
Speaker 2: So I'm here to facilitate, listen, witness, so this person can trust that what they have experienced is a real experience.
• 34:52
Speaker 1: That just sounds amazing, beautiful, and uh, what, um, you know, what a gift, you know, for you to have experienced this from the age of two, and then that understanding, and then having that repeated, as this is the truth, this is the truth, and to where you are now, and, um, I, I just absolutely love the idea of you know, you being able to, you know, hold that space of supporting people to you know, like, call in their spirit babies and what, what do you um, think about, know about you know?
• 35:30
Speaker 1: Do you feel that babies choose us?
• 35:33
Speaker 2: yeah, yeah, absolutely yes, just like I chose my parents, you know, and sometimes I go really why and I'm like hang on a minute on the other.
• 35:45
Speaker 2: On the other end of that and I'm glad my children chose me I'd like to think that they made a great choice.
• 35:50
Speaker 2: Yeah, so then I then need to lean in and go well, I made a great choice choosing my parents as well you know kind of like is it the chicken or the egg?
• 36:01
Speaker 2: I feel that, you know, humans have got a massive brain, a thinking brain, an analytical brain, and so in that, my friend, comes a lot of inquiry.
• 36:14
Speaker 2: You know it comes a lot of inquiry.
• 36:15
Speaker 2: You know it comes a lot of inquiry, and this is what makes the tapestry of our human experience so rich, because we can share so many different things.
• 36:26
Speaker 2: It's not a cookie cutter approach to um, to our lives and and also, yeah, our, our fertility journeys absolutely that lived experience of learning and growing and understanding.
• 36:40
Speaker 1: You know, I think um stands for so much.
• 36:43
Speaker 1: So, um, as we finish off here, what would be uh that you can leave our listeners with?
• 36:57
Speaker 1: When it comes to the womb connection and babies coming in, what would be your words that you could leave us with?
• 37:16
Speaker 2: our womb space, our uterine space, is the very first home that our child gets to experience.
• 37:24
Speaker 2: Yeah, so just as we want to tend to the nursery and the latest gadgets and cots and bunny rugs, take that one step deeper into your body, your temple, your body, your being.
• 37:40
Speaker 2: The progesterone, the urine lining, is the bunny rug that this, this unborn child, will get to experience, and through you, my friend, they also get to sense the world.
• 37:57
Speaker 2: Yeah, it's sensory perception of what you see going to be outside of your body, and so allow yourself that opportunity to relish into the innermost sacredness of your beingness.
• 38:27
Speaker 2: Be curious in your own life.
• 38:30
Speaker 2: Be curious in what it is that you wish to share with a family that you're raising.
• 38:38
Speaker 2: You really can't go wrong.
• 38:39
Speaker 2: This is just the spirit, essence of opening your body up and allowing yourself to be seated, because, as a woman in a woman's body, you get seeded.
• 38:54
Speaker 2: There is that seed that comes in, and so, yes, it's just as much about patricense as it is about matricense.
• 39:04
Speaker 2: But, yeah, just trust, be curious, be your wondrous self, because this is what little humans want.
• 39:17
Speaker 2: They want the wonder of what it's going to be like to be in a human sensory body.
• 39:24
Speaker 2: So let's play with our senses, in our human body.
• 39:29
Speaker 1: Oh, helen, I just absolutely love that and I feel like all like my hair is still on end.
• 39:36
Speaker 1: Just that connection of such truth.
• 39:38
Speaker 1: That is so beautiful.
• 39:40
  Speaker 1: Thank you.
• 39:40
Speaker 1: Now, helen, where can people find you?
• 39:44
Speaker 1: How do they find you, to work with you or want to find out about you?
• 39:49
  Speaker 2: Yeah, thank you.
• 39:51
Speaker 2: The easiest way is helenzcom, and I'm sure it'll be in the show notes, yes, and from there you know it gets.
• 40:00
Speaker 2: We just sprout it that you know whether it's working one-on-one, online in person courses, um, buying the book, yeah, or coming to our expo if you are, you know, in Melbourne.
• 40:16
Speaker 2: Yeah, let's start with helenzcom.
• 40:19
Speaker 2: There is some free resources to get to know me, like me and want to work with me some more.
• 40:28
Speaker 2: I'm here to help whichever way I possibly can.
• 40:32
Speaker 1: Oh, and that is so beautiful.
• 40:34
Speaker 1: And helen has a wonderful cornucopia of things that she does and offers uh, to support the body, the mind, in all of its ways to be safe utility to be safe, absolutely, helen.
• 40:51
Speaker 1: Thank you so so very much for today, and thank you for being part of my womb series and for all of those listening.
• 41:00
Speaker 1: Here we are in 2025.
• 41:04

• 41:19
Speaker 1: It's an absolute pleasure to be able to share with you and the listeners as well yay, and with this, I will say um goodbye and have a beautiful, beautiful day, all listeners, as well as helen, and remember that our body is such a beautiful sacred soul and such sacredness there, and remember that this can be the first home that our babies will experience and we're done.
