- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning, The Root, the Root, the Roots on Fire.
- 0:14Speaker 2: You're about to experience the most high octane pedal to
- 0:16Speaker 2: the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
- 0:20Speaker 2: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:24Speaker 2: This is Wayne Alan Root, Raw and unfiltered with America's
- 0:27Speaker 2: favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of
- 0:31Speaker 2: the world, Las Vegas. What time is it?
- 0:34Speaker 1: It's time war war. Here's your host.
- 0:39Speaker 2: One hundred percent raw truth, one hundred percent American made
- 0:43Speaker 2: the warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 1:00Speaker 3: There was de Roots on fire. I'm Wayne Allen Route.
- 1:02Speaker 3: Welcome to the show. Big news story today. Usually I
- 1:05Speaker 3: try not to repeat the stories hour after hour after hour.
- 1:08Speaker 1: First show, second show, third show.
- 1:10Speaker 3: But when there's a big story, it is the main news.
- 1:13Speaker 3: So you know, and I'm happy, you know. Not only
- 1:16Speaker 3: am I happy that Trump won, I'm happy that Daniel
- 1:18Speaker 3: Penny was acquitted.
- 1:20Speaker 1: Daniel Penny's a free man.
- 1:21Speaker 3: If you don't know, he is a white guy, a
- 1:23Speaker 3: white man, a young white man who was a former marine.
- 1:28Speaker 3: I know all my friends, including Dave and Alan town says,
- 1:31Speaker 3: you can never be an ex marine. You could be
- 1:34Speaker 3: a former marine, but mostly you're just a marine. Once
- 1:37Speaker 3: a marine, always a marine. But he is I guess
- 1:40Speaker 3: you'd say, retired from the corps, used to be in
- 1:42Speaker 3: the Marines. And he's white. And he walked onto a
- 1:45Speaker 3: subway train in New York City and there was a
- 1:47Speaker 3: black man screaming I'm gonna kill everybody. I'm gonna kill
- 1:51Speaker 3: you all, and he decided to do something about it.
- 1:55Speaker 3: I think that's wonderful. I think that's brave. I think
- 1:57Speaker 3: that's roic. I think you should get the key the city.
- 2:01Speaker 3: He killed a bad guy. We don't even know if
- 2:03Speaker 3: he killed him. By the way, the guy was filled
- 2:04Speaker 3: with drugs. His entire body was filled with drugs, so
- 2:09Speaker 3: he may have died from the drugs. He may have
- 2:10Speaker 3: asphyxiated from the drugs, you know, and the fight. But
- 2:15Speaker 3: it wasn't just because Daniel Penny killed him. He was,
- 2:18Speaker 3: you know, filled with drugs. So right there, there's massive
- 2:22Speaker 3: doubt that you killed the guy. Second of all, just
- 2:25Speaker 3: because a guy died doesn't mean you killed him. He
- 2:28Speaker 3: certainly doesn't mean you've murdered him or it was manslaughter.
- 2:31Speaker 3: It means you were fighting in self defense for the
- 2:34Speaker 3: women on that train. If your wife, your daughter, your mother,
- 2:37Speaker 3: your sister was on that train. You'd pray to God
- 2:40Speaker 3: that there was a Daniel Penny on that train to
- 2:42Speaker 3: defend them. You know, can you imagine if a guy
- 2:45Speaker 3: walks in and says, I'm gonna kill you, and he
- 2:48Speaker 3: walks up to a woman and starts strangler or takes
- 2:50Speaker 3: out a machete and chops her head off, and no
- 2:53Speaker 3: one on the train does anything, or they all start
- 2:55Speaker 3: to run, no one defends the woman. How about if
- 2:57Speaker 3: he says I'm gonna RAPI and starts raping her in
- 2:59Speaker 3: front of everybody, No man does anything.
- 3:01Speaker 1: What would you think of those men?
- 3:02Speaker 3: And instead here's a guy who steps forward and fights
- 3:06Speaker 3: to protect the women on that train. He is a hero.
- 3:10Speaker 3: He was acquitted today of murder. You know, I guess
- 3:13Speaker 3: they call it manslaughter, but whatever the charge is called. Basically,
- 3:16Speaker 3: Alvin Bragg, a black DA is trying to tell you
- 3:19Speaker 3: every time a white guy kills a black criminal who's
- 3:22Speaker 3: threatening to murder you, it's called murder.
- 3:24Speaker 1: And that's bull spit, that's BS.
- 3:27Speaker 3: And you know what I really mean to say, if
- 3:29Speaker 3: I wasn't on TV, i'd say it plane that is
- 3:33Speaker 3: such bs okay, because every day black people are killed.
- 3:38Speaker 3: Every day, Black people are murdered by other black people,
- 3:41Speaker 3: black drug dealers, black criminals in Chicago and Detroit and Baltimore,
- 3:45Speaker 3: in every major black city in America. These inner cities
- 3:48Speaker 3: are all black, filled with criminals, and they kill black,
- 3:51Speaker 3: nice black people, and the BLM does nothing about it.
- 3:55Speaker 1: They couldn't care less.
- 3:57Speaker 3: But let one white guy kill a black i'minal threatening
- 4:00Speaker 3: to murder people who is clearly the black guy's mentally
- 4:04Speaker 3: ill and a homeless bomb and smells and he's screaming
- 4:07Speaker 3: and he's gonna murder everyone. And suddenly all hell breaks
- 4:11Speaker 3: loose and he's got to be charged your murder. In
- 4:13Speaker 3: Black Lives Matter BLM says, you know basically two things.
- 4:17Speaker 3: There should be riots tonight across American in New York City.
- 4:21Speaker 3: And also, you know, the founder of BLM hinted that
- 4:25Speaker 3: some black vigilante should kill this poor guy, this guy,
- 4:28Speaker 3: Daniel Penny, kill him, kill him? What for the crime
- 4:31Speaker 3: of killing a bad guy. Listen, if you walk in
- 4:35Speaker 3: my house and you're screaming I'm gonna murder, you won't
- 4:38Speaker 3: even get the second word out. I'll blow your brains out. Okay,
- 4:42Speaker 3: the second word. By the time you say I'm gonna
- 4:44Speaker 3: your dead. Your brains are all over the floor. You
- 4:47Speaker 3: step foot in my house and you scream murder. If
- 4:50Speaker 3: someone steps foot on a subway train and says I'm
- 4:52Speaker 3: gonna kill you, you have to assume he's going to
- 4:56Speaker 3: try and kill people. And it could be your wife
- 4:59Speaker 3: that's on that train, your daughter that's on that train.
- 5:02Speaker 3: Thank you, Daniel Penny. You should get the key to
- 5:05Speaker 3: New York City. I hope he gets a book deal.
- 5:08Speaker 3: I hope he gets a TV movie the Week deal.
- 5:11Speaker 3: I hope he gets a big movie, you know, not
- 5:13Speaker 3: just a TV movie the Week, but an actual motion
- 5:15Speaker 3: picture movie. I hope he makes a couple of million
- 5:18Speaker 3: dollars for what he's just been through. He deserves it.
- 5:22Speaker 3: All right, let's talk about other big news today. The
- 5:26Speaker 3: person of interest in the United Healthcare CEO shooting in
- 5:30Speaker 3: New York City. Again, New York City's in the news.
- 5:34Speaker 3: They've captured somebody, They've arrested him. We don't know if
- 5:37Speaker 3: he's guilty, allegedly, could be. He's under questioning. He was
- 5:41Speaker 3: born and raised in Maryland. Comes from a well known
- 5:43Speaker 3: family related to a Maryland state lawmaker. His name is
- 5:49Speaker 3: Luigi Mangioni. That's the most Italian name I've ever heard
- 5:53Speaker 3: in my entire life, Luigi Mangioni. People that run like
- 5:57Speaker 3: the Gambino crime family don't have names like that.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Uigi Mangioni. Wow, is that an Italian name?
- 6:02Speaker 3: I grew up in an all Italian neighborood, so believe me,
- 6:04Speaker 3: I've never heard of a name like that in my life.
- 6:06Speaker 1: You know, everybody I knew was.
- 6:07Speaker 3: Named Paulie and Sally and Vinnie and Bob. There was
- 6:11Speaker 3: nobody named Luigi. That's funny, but it was later discovered
- 6:16Speaker 3: his family owned multiple businesses in Baltimore City or Baltimore County,
- 6:19Speaker 3: including Hayfield's Country Club in Cockeysville, and he's also the
- 6:25Speaker 3: cousin of Republican state Delegate Nino Mangioni. So A source
- 6:30Speaker 3: in Baltimore County who was indirectly familiar with the shooter
- 6:34Speaker 3: described him as super smart and his family very well off.
- 6:41Speaker 3: Who knows, who knows what the deal is, but he
- 6:44Speaker 3: had some sort of manifesto on him, which just sounded
- 6:47Speaker 3: a lot like a confession that this guy had a coming.
- 6:50Speaker 3: That corporate America is evil. By the way, He's probably
- 6:53Speaker 3: right they are pretty they are pretty evil. But I'm
- 6:55Speaker 3: pro capitalism, you know, I'm always gonna be pro capitalism,
- 6:58Speaker 3: and I don't think anybody has a right to kill ceo.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Wow.
- 7:02Speaker 3: Can you imagine waking up one morning and you are
- 7:04Speaker 3: the CEO of a billion dollar company and then you
- 7:07Speaker 3: walk out of a hotel and you never even know
- 7:08Speaker 3: what hit you. Someone shoots you in the back of
- 7:10Speaker 3: the head or the back of the chest, you know,
- 7:12Speaker 3: through your back, and you're done and that's it.
- 7:14Speaker 1: You go straight to heaven and go where am I?
- 7:17Speaker 2: Oh?
- 7:17Speaker 1: You just got killed on the streets in New York? What?
- 7:19Speaker 1: How often does.
- 7:20Speaker 3: A billionaire company CEO get killed? Very rarely? But it happened.
- 7:26Speaker 3: And you know, I'm not one to say that all
- 7:28Speaker 3: corporate America is evil, but there's some bad ones out there.
- 7:31Speaker 3: There's some bad apples out there. No one has a
- 7:33Speaker 3: right to kill them. No one's judge and jury and executioner.
- 7:37Speaker 3: When we are asked how to make America great again?
- 7:42Speaker 3: What should Trump do? I keep answering Javier Malay, President
- 7:45Speaker 3: of Argentina.
- 7:47Speaker 1: He is the perfect.
- 7:48Speaker 3: Model to follow to make America great again. President Trump,
- 7:53Speaker 3: Please don't get insulted because I know you made America great.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Again in your first term. You were great, you were fantastic.
- 7:58Speaker 3: But nonetheless, you could follow Argentina President Hoave malayre and
- 8:03Speaker 3: Malay and do even better.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Because here's a guy that you know.
- 8:07Speaker 3: Inflation was running rampant, and the Paso, his currency, was collapsing,
- 8:13Speaker 3: and poverty was increasing dramatically. And one year after being elected,
- 8:19Speaker 3: inflation is falling, there's a fiscal surplus, and there's lower
- 8:25Speaker 3: poverty levels, and he's got rising popularity and the Paso
- 8:29Speaker 3: is going through the roof.
- 8:30Speaker 1: I think it's the most successful currency in the world
- 8:33Speaker 1: for the last year. So Jave Malay is now a
- 8:38Speaker 1: model for how to do it. How did he do it?
- 8:40Speaker 3: He cut government spending and government agencies, and he fired
- 8:47Speaker 3: government employees.
- 8:48Speaker 1: That's the way to do it.
- 8:51Speaker 3: I don't mean to brag, but I've been saying this
- 8:53Speaker 3: for twenty years or more, maybe thirty years. Fire government bureaucrats,
- 8:58Speaker 3: fire goverment employees, fire public sector employees.
- 9:03Speaker 1: I'm not talking about police or fire I love those guys.
- 9:06Speaker 1: They're heroes.
- 9:07Speaker 3: I love heroes, guys who risk their lives for our safety.
- 9:11Speaker 1: That's called heroes.
- 9:12Speaker 3: Love those guys but ninety percent of government employees, they're
- 9:15Speaker 3: not firemen and policemen, especially federal government employees, and we
- 9:21Speaker 3: should be firing a huge swathe them, especially the ones
- 9:25Speaker 3: who refused to go to work. Think about that in
- 9:27Speaker 3: relation to firemen and policemen. You know, in Las Vegas,
- 9:30Speaker 3: I remember when nobody.
- 9:30Speaker 1: Was going to work.
- 9:31Speaker 3: The whole town was shut down. But who had to
- 9:33Speaker 3: go to work every day? Firemen and policemen. I never
- 9:36Speaker 3: heard a single policeman complain. I never heard a single
- 9:38Speaker 3: fireman complain. And a few policemen died of COVID during
- 9:43Speaker 3: that period, but they didn't complain.
- 9:45Speaker 1: They went to work every day.
- 9:46Speaker 3: Well, the rest of Las Vegas state home, you know,
- 9:48Speaker 3: the casino employees and the business owners were all demanded
- 9:53Speaker 3: by law, by mandate to stay home, and cops and
- 9:56Speaker 3: firemen went to work, and ninety nine percent of them lived,
- 10:00Speaker 3: which shows everyone should have gone to work. But again,
- 10:02Speaker 3: their heroes.
- 10:03Speaker 1: That's the point. I'm trying to make their heroes. So
- 10:05Speaker 1: I'm not worried about them.
- 10:07Speaker 3: I don't want them fired, but I want the average
- 10:09Speaker 3: government employee who sits on their ass all day looking
- 10:12Speaker 3: at their watch, waiting for twenty years to go by.
- 10:14Speaker 1: I want them to be fired.
- 10:16Speaker 3: I want us to fire like twenty thirty forty percent
- 10:18Speaker 3: of government employees, and this country you will see the
- 10:21Speaker 3: most incredible financial explosion in world history.
- 10:26Speaker 1: We don't need them. They don't do anything. They serve
- 10:28Speaker 1: no purpose.
- 10:29Speaker 3: Government employees outside of military, fire and police, they serve
- 10:34Speaker 3: no purpose. You don't need so many of them. Their
- 10:39Speaker 3: pensions and their obscene salaries and their healthcare packages are
- 10:42Speaker 3: just bankrupting our nation. And we got to fire a
- 10:46Speaker 3: lot of them. And you know where you start. I
- 10:48Speaker 3: mentioned this in hour number one. There were fourteen thousand
- 10:51Speaker 3: federal employees who assessed accessed, excuse me, accessed the database
- 10:59Speaker 3: to find America's private financial data to target conservatives and
- 11:03Speaker 3: Trump maga people. Let's start with that fourteen thousand. You're fired,
- 11:07Speaker 3: have a nice life. You're fired, as Trump would say,
- 11:10Speaker 3: you're out a year. You're fired, get lost.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Don't let the door eachin the ass on the way out.
- 11:15Speaker 3: My pillow is the sponsor of the show, and this segment,

- 11:53Speaker 3: Trump won and we know it, but I'm still feeling
- 11:55Speaker 3: something very bad and frightening in the pit of my stomach.
- 11:58Speaker 3: I don't believe for a second the ratic leftists running
- 12:00Speaker 3: our government will accept Trump's victory or agree to leave peacefully.
- 12:03Speaker 3: They have weeks to cause trouble until Inauguration Day. That's
- 12:06Speaker 3: why everyone needs to own an insurance policy.
- 12:09Speaker 1: Gold Advantage.
- 12:10Speaker 3: Goal was awarded number one goal company in America by Trustling.

- 14:47Speaker 4: Patriot Store dot com.
- 15:09Speaker 3: All right, Wayne Larute, The rut Root is on fire
- 15:14Speaker 3: so mediate which is extremely liberal, and I mean extremely
- 15:18Speaker 3: and I believe they're funded by George Soros, so who knows.
- 15:21Speaker 1: You can believe anything they say.
- 15:23Speaker 3: But they are reporting today that Carrie Lake is a
- 15:28Speaker 3: finalist for the position of Ambassador to Mexico. I don't
- 15:33Speaker 3: know if that's true. Boy, when I first saw it,
- 15:36Speaker 3: I thought it was a joke. I thought, how could
- 15:38Speaker 3: Carry Lake be the ambassador to Mexico, because you know,
- 15:42Speaker 3: she's been so strikingly against illegal immigration and the Mexican
- 15:46Speaker 3: drug cartels that it would be very dangerous for her
- 15:50Speaker 3: to be the ambassador of Mexico. Be a slap in
- 15:52Speaker 3: the face of Mexico, which I love but I just
- 15:55Speaker 3: you know, nobody in the world would ever do this
- 15:57Speaker 3: except President Donald J.
- 15:59Speaker 1: Trump.
- 15:59Speaker 3: It's like a smack in the face to Mexico. Carrie
- 16:03Speaker 3: Lake is the ambassador in Mexico. Oh my gosh, they're
- 16:06Speaker 3: gonna lose it. They're gonna have a conniption fit. But
- 16:09Speaker 3: the more I thought about it, the more I thought,
- 16:11Speaker 3: I hope it's true, because it's fantastic. She would hold
- 16:15Speaker 3: their feet to the fire, and she would be Trump's
- 16:18Speaker 3: representative in Mexico. And when Trump wants to build the
- 16:22Speaker 3: wall and remain in Mexico and Title forty two, and
- 16:25Speaker 3: when he puts all these things in place, she's the
- 16:28Speaker 3: woman or the person as the ambassador in Mexico to
- 16:31Speaker 3: carry it out.
- 16:31Speaker 1: So I think it would be wonderful.
- 16:33Speaker 3: First I thought it was a joke and it was
- 16:34Speaker 3: a parody, and then I thought, well, it's probably true,
- 16:37Speaker 3: being that Trump is the one guy would do that,
- 16:40Speaker 3: and if Carrie Lake would say yes, that would be wonderful.
- 16:45Speaker 3: This is actually the good news segment because there's a
- 16:46Speaker 3: lot of good news out there, a lot of good news.
- 16:50Speaker 3: Household expectations for improving financial conditions surge to five year
- 16:55Speaker 3: high after the Trump election. So in other words, consumers
- 17:02Speaker 3: are the happiest they've been in five years. So the
- 17:05Speaker 3: last time they were happy, Trump was president, and now
- 17:07Speaker 3: they're happy again because Trump's about to be president. Our
- 17:11Speaker 3: economy is about to fly fly. People are so excited.
- 17:16Speaker 3: Everywhere I go, people are excited. You know, even if
- 17:19Speaker 3: you think of it this way, you know, I'm going
- 17:21Speaker 3: to be very generous here. Half of America loves Trump.
- 17:25Speaker 3: Half hates Trump. But the half that loves him are
- 17:29Speaker 3: the creators, the job producers, the business owners, the small
- 17:35Speaker 3: business owners, the economic engine of America, the entrepreneurs, the
- 17:40Speaker 3: independent contractors, everyone that I know that makes any kind
- 17:44Speaker 3: of money at all.
- 17:45Speaker 1: And I'm not talking about investment.
- 17:47Speaker 3: Bankers with Harvard degrees who make twenty million dollars an hour.
- 17:51Speaker 3: I'm talking about, you know, two hundred thousand a year
- 17:53Speaker 3: because they own a small plumbing company. I'm talking about
- 17:56Speaker 3: five hundred thousand a year. My friends own a small
- 17:58Speaker 3: construction company. I'm talking about a million dollars a year.
- 18:01Speaker 3: My friends owned three restaurants. Those people are the economic
- 18:06Speaker 3: engine of America. All of them voted for Trump, every
- 18:09Speaker 3: single one of them.
- 18:11Speaker 1: I don't know anyone.
- 18:11Speaker 3: Who owns a hair salon. I don't know anyone's a
- 18:13Speaker 3: gas station. I don't know anyone who owns a small
- 18:16Speaker 3: real estate firm, or small stock brokerage or an insurance agency.
- 18:20Speaker 1: I don't know any one of those people that didn't
- 18:21Speaker 1: vote for Trump.
- 18:22Speaker 3: So the people that make the economy go, and that
- 18:25Speaker 3: make all the money, and that create all the money,
- 18:27Speaker 3: and that create all the employees, every one of them
- 18:30Speaker 3: loves Trump and they're excited.
- 18:32Speaker 1: I've never seen people so excited.
- 18:33Speaker 3: They got a you know, a snap in their step.
- 18:37Speaker 3: So even if half of America hates Trump, even if
- 18:39Speaker 3: I acknowledge that, I don't think that's true. I think
- 18:41Speaker 3: sixty percent loves Trump and forty hates them. So I
- 18:44Speaker 3: think we're now in the big lead. But even if
- 18:47Speaker 3: it's fifty to fifty, the people that matter are in
- 18:49Speaker 3: our fifty percent. And they're the ones that create all
- 18:52Speaker 3: the jobs. They're the ones that make all the money,
- 18:54Speaker 3: they're the ones that pay all the taxes. They're happy.
- 18:57Speaker 3: That's good. Tom Cotton says the Senate will confirm all
- 19:03Speaker 3: of Trump's cabinet picks.
- 19:04Speaker 1: Good news.
- 19:06Speaker 3: Especially my friend Cashptateel is the head of the FBI,
- 19:08Speaker 3: It's great Biden is the worst president in modern history.
- 19:12Speaker 1: Devastating new poll finds. Wow.

- 19:37Speaker 3: These really are mentally ill people. There's no question about it.
- 19:40Speaker 3: Liberalism is a mental illness and finally illegal aliens already
- 19:44Speaker 3: self deporting and anticipation of the second Trump presidency. Wow,

- 24:00Speaker 3: Paul Kaminar, Welcome to the Wayne aller Rooth Show.
- 24:03Speaker 1: How are you bye?
- 24:06Speaker 6: Thank you for having me Wayne.
- 24:08Speaker 3: Yes, So, Daniel Penny, I wanted to talk about that
- 24:11Speaker 3: verdict with an attorney found not guilty and in your
- 24:13Speaker 3: trial acquitted. Your reaction to the jury's acquittal, and also
- 24:18Speaker 3: your reaction to the judge's decision on Friday when they
- 24:21Speaker 3: couldn't come to a conclusion at all. It was a
- 24:23Speaker 3: hung jury basically on the lead charge of manslaughtery I
- 24:28Speaker 3: think at that point it should have been an acquittal
- 24:31Speaker 3: and it was the end of the trial and boom,
- 24:33Speaker 3: he's a free man. And instead the judge says, oh no, no,
- 24:35Speaker 3: you got to you got to now spend the weekend
- 24:37Speaker 3: deliberating on a lesser verdict. I thought that was a
- 24:41Speaker 3: way to help the prosecution get a guilty verdict on something,
- 24:46Speaker 3: and I just was outraged by it. Well, they couldn't
- 24:49Speaker 3: even get the guilty verdict on the lesser charge, so
- 24:51Speaker 3: great news.
- 24:52Speaker 1: Tell us what you think, right, I.
- 24:56Speaker 6: Agree with you.
- 24:56Speaker 7: Yeah, on Friday, as you said, the jury was deadlock
- 25:00Speaker 7: on the other charge on manslaughter, which is a more
- 25:04Speaker 7: serious charge, and then he said, well, go back to
- 25:09Speaker 7: the jury room, try to think and come to a
- 25:12Speaker 7: conclusion one way or the other. It came back and said, sorry,
- 25:14Speaker 7: we're hung up on that. And then the prosecutor said
- 25:18Speaker 7: to the judge, look, we hereby move to dismiss that
- 25:21Speaker 7: serious charge, but we want the second charge to still remain.
- 25:26Speaker 7: And the judge said, okay, jury, now you have to
- 25:30Speaker 7: deliberate on the second charge, but says it's the end
- 25:32Speaker 7: of the day on Friday, come back on Monday. And
- 25:35Speaker 7: there are a lot of people who thought that that
- 25:38Speaker 7: was not really the way to go. That basically, the
- 25:41Speaker 7: jury might think they have to come back and give
- 25:44Speaker 7: what's called a compromised verdict, meaning well, we couldn't convict
- 25:48Speaker 7: him on a serious charge, so let's just find him
- 25:50Speaker 7: guilty on this lesser charge. But to many surprise, I
- 25:55Speaker 7: thought by the way that minimum they would be hung
- 25:58Speaker 7: on that count as well. The reason being because the
- 26:03Speaker 7: elements of the crime on both the manslaughter charged, a
- 26:08Speaker 7: serious charge, and this negligent homicide charge both require that
- 26:14Speaker 7: the jury find that the defendant here did not have
- 26:20Speaker 7: legal justification for what he did. So if they were
- 26:24Speaker 7: hung up on whether he had that with respect to
- 26:27Speaker 7: the serious charge, they should be hung up on this one.
- 26:29Speaker 7: But I guess they really thought about said, look, we
- 26:32Speaker 7: don't think that the prosecutor proved beyond a reasonable doubt
- 26:37Speaker 7: that he did not have legal justification. So it was
- 26:41Speaker 7: up to the prosecutor proved that element of the crime,
- 26:45Speaker 7: and therefore they had a doubt, a reasonable doubt, and
- 26:50Speaker 7: therefore they came back.
- 26:52Speaker 6: With a full acquittal.
- 26:54Speaker 1: Very strange, you see that. I'm I'm thrilled.
- 26:57Speaker 3: I'm thrilled by the verdict, and I think the guy
- 26:59Speaker 3: should get the key of the city in a congressional
- 27:01Speaker 3: medal of honor. But I'm shocked because it's liberal in
- 27:04Speaker 3: New York City. I grew up there liberal ultra liberal Manhattan,
- 27:08Speaker 3: and I basically grew up there as a young adult, and.
- 27:11Speaker 1: There are such putrid, extreme far left liberals.
- 27:15Speaker 3: I can't even believe that if they were hung on
- 27:17Speaker 3: the first charge, that they wouldn't all agree that the
- 27:20Speaker 3: lesser charge is what he did, or at least, as you.
- 27:24Speaker 1: Said, a hung jury.
- 27:25Speaker 3: But the fact that they all said no, right, and
- 27:28Speaker 3: acquittal correct me if I'm wrong on this one, Paul.
- 27:31Speaker 1: And acquittal means you everybody said innocent.
- 27:33Speaker 6: Correct, Yeah, it was unanimous, you're right.
- 27:37Speaker 2: Wow.
- 27:38Speaker 7: And then you had those Black Lives Matter as out
- 27:43Speaker 7: activists outside the court room saying this is racist and
- 27:46Speaker 7: so forth, which is nonsense, because there were four blacks
- 27:50Speaker 7: on the jury and all four of them had to
- 27:53Speaker 7: find him innocent. Were those black jurors racist, No, I
- 27:58Speaker 7: don't think so.
- 27:59Speaker 1: So.
- 28:00Speaker 7: I think they By the way, some of these jurors,
- 28:03Speaker 7: when they were wadeered, meaning they were asked before they
- 28:06Speaker 7: even sat on the jury, admitted that they ride the
- 28:09Speaker 7: subway and that they are a relative has been, you know,
- 28:14Speaker 7: harassed by some of these people, you know on the
- 28:19Speaker 7: subway characters. Yeah, you're right, it's a yeah, there's a
- 28:23Speaker 7: liberal city. But they realized that, hey, you know, we've
- 28:28Speaker 7: got to ride the subway too. And we understand how
- 28:32Speaker 7: that he wanted to come to the defense, Daniel Penny.
- 28:37Speaker 7: And now you may remember, at least I'm old enough,
- 28:41Speaker 7: forty years ago when the.
- 28:44Speaker 1: So culture, Yes right, Bernard gets.
- 28:47Speaker 7: Bernard gets he was accosted by four black Hughes who
- 28:51Speaker 7: tried to shake him down, he pulled out his gun
- 28:54Speaker 7: and shot down. Uh.
- 28:57Speaker 1: I was on his side too, while you.
- 29:01Speaker 7: Were right, because the jury acquitted him of attempted murder,
- 29:05Speaker 7: had assault. They simply got him on some two bid
- 29:08Speaker 7: gun charge that it wasn't registered gun or something. So
- 29:12Speaker 7: it seems to me that this verdict here was similar
- 29:16Speaker 7: to that verdict there. And because of this verdict, let's
- 29:21Speaker 7: put it this way, if it went the other way
- 29:23Speaker 7: and Penny was found guilty, then other people would.
- 29:27Speaker 6: Be afraid to come to the aid of.
- 29:30Speaker 7: Their fellow citizens as ye Samaritans, for fear that if
- 29:33Speaker 7: they did and something went wrong, oh my god, I
- 29:36Speaker 7: may be prosecuted. I better stay out of it, you know, right,
- 29:39Speaker 7: So this is a good result all the way around.
- 29:42Speaker 1: Yes it is.
- 29:43Speaker 3: And by the way, Bernie Getz got found guilty of
- 29:45Speaker 3: you set of like kind of a two bid unregistered
- 29:48Speaker 3: gun charge. Well, today New York City is so harsh
- 29:51Speaker 3: with guns. If you have an unregistered gun, I think
- 29:53Speaker 3: you faced a minimum of seven or eight years in jail. So,
- 29:56Speaker 3: I mean even you know, if this poor guy, Daniel
- 29:58Speaker 3: Penny had had a gun that have instead of winding
- 30:01Speaker 3: up subduing the guy just with you know, he's an
- 30:03Speaker 3: next marine, a former marine, so he subdued him just
- 30:06Speaker 3: with a chokehold.
- 30:07Speaker 1: An amazing guy.
- 30:08Speaker 3: But if he'd had a gun or a knife or something,
- 30:10Speaker 3: they probably would have found him guilty. Just of that
- 30:13Speaker 3: alone would get you seven eight years in prison. And
- 30:16Speaker 3: guess what would happen if a white man who killed
- 30:18Speaker 3: a black man in a high profile case winds up
- 30:21Speaker 3: in prison. He's going to be marked for death five
- 30:24Speaker 3: minutes after he gets that prison.
- 30:26Speaker 1: So, I mean, any any guilty verdict.
- 30:29Speaker 3: At all in this guy, Daniel Penny would be dead
- 30:31Speaker 3: in a prison cell so quickly.
- 30:33Speaker 1: So, I mean his life was on the line. Man.
- 30:37Speaker 1: Scary right, true.
- 30:40Speaker 7: And if Daniel Penny had been black and did the
- 30:43Speaker 7: same thing to this the black it.
- 30:46Speaker 6: Would have been no charges in the subway, no charges.
- 30:49Speaker 7: Hey, you know you're a hero, thank you for protecting
- 30:52Speaker 7: the other subway rider or so.
- 30:55Speaker 1: You know what, Hey, Paul, I might even disagree with
- 30:58Speaker 1: you on that one.
- 30:59Speaker 3: You know why because this crazy man Alvin Bragg, who's
- 31:02Speaker 3: the DA of Manhattan, there were Latino I don't know
- 31:06Speaker 3: if they were black, but I know for sure there
- 31:08Speaker 3: were Latino small business owners who were confronted by a
- 31:12Speaker 3: criminal by a thug and they shot and killed the thug,
- 31:15Speaker 3: and he was going to charge them with murder too.
- 31:18Speaker 1: So this guy, if you kill a.
- 31:20Speaker 3: Thug in your own store, doesn't he wants to charge
- 31:23Speaker 3: you with murder when they were threatening to kill you
- 31:26Speaker 3: and rob you.
- 31:27Speaker 1: So, I mean, it may not even matter if you're white.
- 31:30Speaker 1: If you just.
- 31:31Speaker 3: Kill a person of color who's a criminal, he wants
- 31:34Speaker 3: to put you in prison.
- 31:35Speaker 1: Sick people, they really are.
- 31:39Speaker 6: Yeah, I take you're right there.
- 31:41Speaker 3: So let's talk for a minute about Hunter Biden's pardon,
- 31:45Speaker 3: because you're the first attorney I've had on since Hunter
- 31:49Speaker 3: Biden was pardoned by his daddy, Joe Biden. Now to me, again,
- 31:54Speaker 3: I'm not a lawyer, but common sense tells me that
- 31:57Speaker 3: you could pardon someone because they committed a specific, if
- 32:00Speaker 3: a crime.
- 32:01Speaker 1: I never heard of a pardon for a ten year.
- 32:03Speaker 3: Period for everything and anything you've ever done, thought of doing,
- 32:07Speaker 3: might do, could have done, might be charged with. It
- 32:10Speaker 3: just seems like this pardon is unconstitutional.
- 32:14Speaker 1: Am I wrong?
- 32:18Speaker 6: Yes, you are wrong. I'm sad to say.
- 32:20Speaker 7: It's called a general pardon, and it's very rare. Gerald
- 32:26Speaker 7: Ford did this to Richard Nixon when he parted him
- 32:31Speaker 7: after the Watergate scandals for any crimes Richard Nixon may
- 32:36Speaker 7: have committed, So that was a general pardon, but that
- 32:39Speaker 7: was done in order for the good of the country,
- 32:42Speaker 7: so that there wouldn't be any repercussions of having a
- 32:45Speaker 7: former president prosecuted, former president prosecuted, can't we say, Donald Trump?
- 32:52Speaker 6: But go ahead?
- 32:54Speaker 3: Oh, I'm just gonna say, you pardon Richard Nixon for
- 32:56Speaker 3: things he might have done over the term of president.
- 33:00Speaker 3: But he didn't say, let's go back twenty years and
- 33:01Speaker 3: partner Richard Nixon if for everything he's ever done in
- 33:03Speaker 3: his entire life.
- 33:04Speaker 1: Seems pretty weird.
- 33:06Speaker 3: Listen, it's weird, but I guess the president has the
- 33:09Speaker 3: power to do whatever you want. Sadly, Paul, we got
- 33:11Speaker 3: to run. They're in my ear telling me what a
- 33:13Speaker 3: tend county. Paul Kaminar, constitutional law expert, lead council for

- 33:20Speaker 1: We appreciate what you do. Merry Christmas, Paul, God bless

- 36:47Speaker 1: All right, would that be funny? Carrie Lake, Ambassador in Mexico.
- 36:50Speaker 3: Only Trump would think of Carrie Lake for the ambassador
- 36:53Speaker 3: of Mexico. That would be such primetime TV. I'd have
- 36:57Speaker 3: to see that she could really guard the Arizona border
- 37:01Speaker 3: single handedly.
- 37:03Speaker 1: I just think that's great.
- 37:05Speaker 3: Carries a personal friend of mine. I mean, I just
- 37:08Speaker 3: my Rolodex. It's so funny. Man carries a friend of mine.
- 37:10Speaker 3: The new head of the FBI, Cash but Tell's a
- 37:12Speaker 3: friend of mine. Matt Gates was almost ahead of the
- 37:14Speaker 3: DOJ friend of mine. Pretty Much every one in this
- 37:18Speaker 3: entire administration is in my cell phone address book. I
- 37:23Speaker 3: got their phone number in my cell phone on.
- 37:27Speaker 1: Speed dial. It's great.
- 37:28Speaker 3: It's great interesting times we live in because all the
- 37:32Speaker 3: things I believe in are now going to happen, and
- 37:35Speaker 3: all the people I believe in are going to be
- 37:36Speaker 3: in power and in control.
- 37:39Speaker 1: And we saved ourselves. Can you imagine how we.
- 37:43Speaker 3: Dodged a bullet if Kamala had been elected. Do you
- 37:46Speaker 3: have any idea how crappy this country would be, how
- 37:52Speaker 3: downhill we'd all be going, how we'd all be concerned.
- 37:56Speaker 3: I mean, you know, the same way everything has changed
- 37:58Speaker 3: with Trump's victory night. Everyone in the world is acting
- 38:02Speaker 3: in such a way that they know there's a new
- 38:04Speaker 3: sheriff in town. If Kamala had won the next day,
- 38:08Speaker 3: I think people like me would have been arrested because
- 38:11Speaker 3: they'd have no one ever again to tell them no,
- 38:15Speaker 3: you know.
- 38:15Speaker 1: Like a child, or like a dog.
- 38:17Speaker 3: I've got two dogs, I've got four kids, and I'm
- 38:19Speaker 3: always having to say.
- 38:20Speaker 1: No, no, no. Bubba.
- 38:24Speaker 3: Buba's like a ninety pound goldendoodle who is just so wonderful.
- 38:29Speaker 1: And so fun. But he loves to jump up on guests.
- 38:33Speaker 3: Someone comes to my house and he jumps up on
- 38:35Speaker 3: him and when he stands, you know, keeled to his nose,
- 38:39Speaker 3: he's almost six feet tall, and he's as tall as
- 38:43Speaker 3: all my guests are taller, and he could knock them
- 38:46Speaker 3: over and they could get hurt and sue me. So
- 38:49Speaker 3: I have to scream, Bubba no, Well, if there's no
- 38:52Speaker 3: one to tell you no. Democrats, if they had won
- 38:57Speaker 3: this election, that it would be a one party state
- 38:59Speaker 3: for the rest of us time. No Republican would ever
- 39:02Speaker 3: win again. So with nobody to tell them no, they
- 39:07Speaker 3: open the border. They let the whole world in, and
- 39:09Speaker 3: they destroy this country, and they censor to their hearts
- 39:13Speaker 3: content and label everything as misinformation. When it's the truth,
- 39:19Speaker 3: and they make sure that if people who say otherwise
- 39:22Speaker 3: go to prison for their free speech.
- 39:26Speaker 1: Don't laugh, think I'm exaggerating.
- 39:28Speaker 3: That's happening right now in places like Australia, in England,
- 39:31Speaker 3: they're sending people to prison for tweets and the tweets.
- 39:35Speaker 3: Aren't you know, I'm gonna kill you, I'm gonna chop
- 39:38Speaker 3: your head off. No, those aren't the tweets. The tweets
- 39:40Speaker 3: are the stuff that I send out. Democrats are mentally ill.
- 39:44Speaker 3: Oh wow, put Wayne in prison, he calls us mentally ill.
- 39:47Speaker 3: Put Wayne in prison. I didn't threaten to kill you.
- 39:50Speaker 3: I just said you're mentally ill. I just said you're radical.
- 39:53Speaker 3: I just said you're nut jobs. They put me in
- 39:56Speaker 3: prison for that. In Canada, in Australia or in England. Boy,
- 40:01Speaker 3: did we bite a bullet, Todjo bullet?
- 40:03Speaker 1: Excuse me?
- 40:05Speaker 3: The House overwhelmingly passes Crucial Communist Teaching Act, A bill
- 40:11Speaker 3: introduced by Representative Maria Elvira Salazar Florida, co sponsored by
- 40:16Speaker 3: thirty three members of the House, seeks to address a
- 40:19Speaker 3: gap in the education system related to the history of communism. So,
- 40:24Speaker 3: now what they're trying to say is we can teach
- 40:27Speaker 3: in school instead of you should become a transgender and
- 40:30Speaker 3: substitute your penis for a vagina. Instead of that, we're
- 40:34Speaker 3: going to teach the evils of communism and how they
- 40:38Speaker 3: murdered one hundred million people in the twentieth century.
- 40:42Speaker 1: Good news, And here's the best news of all.
- 40:44Speaker 3: I own many small businesses, many and there was some
- 40:50Speaker 3: new Finnsen reporting requirement that nobody knew about that as
- 40:55Speaker 3: of January first, it was going to be you had
- 40:59Speaker 3: to report to the federal government who owns your company,
- 41:04Speaker 3: who are the owners of your company, and the exact
- 41:08Speaker 3: percentages they own, And if you didn't do it by
- 41:11Speaker 3: January first, you could face like a fifty thousand dollars fine.
- 41:16Speaker 3: And nobody knew this was happening. Nobody I knew. I
- 41:19Speaker 3: knew it, but nobody else I knew knew it. And
- 41:21Speaker 3: I kept holding on hope that this would get killed,
- 41:24Speaker 3: especially with Trump's victory.
- 41:27Speaker 1: And guess what it did. A judge suspends it.
- 41:30Speaker 3: Just a few weeks before the January first deadline, of
- 41:32Speaker 3: judges issued a nationwide injunction barring the enforcement of a
- 41:37Speaker 3: controversial mandate that would compel tens of millions of small
- 41:42Speaker 3: businesses to file beneficial ownership reports with an obscure federal agency. Folks,
- 41:49Speaker 3: I can't tell you how much I want to put
- 41:51Speaker 3: my middle finger on the screen and tell the government
- 41:53Speaker 3: of the United States to go screw themselves. You guys
- 41:57Speaker 3: are a bunch of communist scumbags, and we're going to
- 42:00Speaker 3: throw your asses out. Your asses are gone. Do you
- 42:05Speaker 3: understand that every one of you is going to get
- 42:07Speaker 3: thrown out? And you're lucky if you don't wind up
- 42:10Speaker 3: breaking rocks and guantanamo for the rest of your lives
- 42:14Speaker 3: when Trump takes over. Screw you, none of your business.
- 42:19Speaker 3: Who owns my businesses? This is America, screw you. That's
- 42:23Speaker 3: why my businesses are in Nevada, where no one has
- 42:26Speaker 3: a right to have a fight out who owns a business?
- 42:29Speaker 1: All right.
