Epstein Survivors Press Comer to Pursue Unresolved DOJ Leads (6/16/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

0:00
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of The
0:03
Epstein Chronicles. Last week, a group of Epstein's survivors met
0:08
with James Comer about the Committee's investigation into Jeffrey Epstein
0:12
and his associates. Well, according to sources of survivors, are
0:17
pushing James Comer to investigate these potential leads that have
0:21
been uncovered and talked about during these committee meetings. And
0:26
I would think that that door is open, right. There's
0:29
a lot of people that should be investigated. There's a
0:32
lot of people that have come up during these conversations
0:35
that should be looked at, and that includes mister Levine
0:40
and mister Foucai. Just because somebody is an alleged abuser,
0:46
like Sarah kellen Vickers, that doesn't mean that she should
0:49
be abused herself by these other people. And I think
0:52
when we say that two things can be right at
0:54
the same time, this is the perfect example of that.
0:57
You can be somebody who's been abused, but you can
1:00
also be an abuser yourself. One doesn't cancel out the other.
1:04
So I think that Sarah kellen Vicker should answer for
1:07
her bs when it comes to helping Jeffrey Epstein. But
1:11
I think the people that she's accused of abusing her,
1:14
they should answer for their bullshit too, starting with mister
1:17
Levigne and Frederick Foucai. Today's article is from CNN and
1:23
the headline Epstein survivors push Comber to investigate potential leads
1:28
from DOJ's files in private meeting. This article was authored
1:32
by Jake Tapper and Annie Greyer. In a private meeting
1:36
last week, a group of survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and
1:39
family members of the late Virginia Roberts point at House
1:42
Oversite Chair James Comber to allegations from the Justice Departments
1:46
Epstein files to further investigate, arguing that Acting Attorney General
1:50
Todd Blant's suggestion that there were no more leads to
1:53
pursue in the case is not true. Well, it wasn't
1:56
true then, and it's certainly not true now. And I
1:59
think that's why one of the most infuriating things for
2:01
people who understand what's going on here, the fact that
2:04
they can look you in the eye and tell you
2:06
that there's no one left to pursue, that there's nothing
2:08
left to uncover, when there obviously is, and we didn't
2:12
need the files to tell us that we knew that already.
2:15
The files just confirm everything we've been saying. The group
2:20
brought documents from DJ's release Epstein files, an email detailing
2:23
a list of men from the late convicted sex Offenders Orbit,
2:27
as well as Roberts twenty fifteen testimony to investigators to
2:31
help the Republican chairman refine his own probe and to
2:35
argue there are allegations against powerful men that the Justice
2:39
Department could pursue. Look, every single person that was accused
2:43
by Virginia should be investigated, and unfortunately that's never happened.
2:48
And that was one of my biggest problems with the
2:50
whole thing. Now, if there was a fair investigation and
2:54
they came back and they showed us, you know, point
2:56
A to point B, I'd be much more willing to
2:59
believe what the government's telling us. And I'd be the
3:03
first one to come on this podcast and say, look,
3:05
we had it wrong. But the thing is they'll never
3:08
do that because they know that Virginia was telling the truth.
3:11
And they avoided all those people, all those powerful people,
3:16
because they didn't want to rock the boat. And that's
3:18
because they didn't want you to realize just how bad
3:20
all of this was, and that's why they worked tirelessly
3:23
to try and kill the story. Then and now, the
3:27
private meeting between the survivors and the House Oversight Committee
3:30
provides a fresh window into the back channeling between the
3:33
two groups and the pressure the survivors are applying as
3:37
they seek accountability as the investigation into the late convicted
3:40
sex offender and his orbit has largely stalled under Blanche
3:44
all by design. I've told you that for how long now.
3:49
The whole point of having Blanche run this shit is
3:51
to make sure that the blast doesn't come too close
3:54
to the president, and the best way to do that
3:58
is to just slow everything down. And that's why you
4:00
have Todd Blanche out here saying the things he's saying.
4:06
The survivors presented COMRA a partially redacted set of emails
4:09
from July twenty twenty five that showed FBI officials were
4:13
aware of an email discussing building out a spreadsheet of
4:16
allegations against more than a dozen men. One week, they're
4:19
telling us they have a bunch of new information, truckloads
4:23
of it, and then the next day they're telling us
4:25
that there's nothing to see here, there's no investigation to
4:28
be had. Nobody should be looked at. And it's that
4:31
kind of bipolar approach that really hurts their argument, that
4:35
really hurts their narrative, and that destroys their credibility. Take
4:41
these names and build out a new spreadsheet with all
4:44
the derog on them. A redacted individual says in one
4:47
of the emails on the chain, referring to a list
4:50
of fourteen men and all these agents that were involved.
4:53
Why are their names redacted? Especially when they say that
4:56
the big problem was systemic issues within the department. So
5:01
if there were systemic issues, shouldn't we know who's involved.
5:05
That way, we can see if they've ever been disciplined,
5:09
if they've ever faced any consequences for you know, the
5:13
systemic errors they were part of. They'd have you believe
5:15
that these systemic errors just happen, that nobody's responsible. But
5:20
the truth is there's a lot of people that are responsible,
5:23
and none of them have been held accountable. And if
5:26
you're wondering why, well, if they held one person accountable,
5:29
they'd have to hold all of them accountable. And they
5:31
can't do that because that would give the game up.
5:35
And that's the last thing they have any desire to do.
5:38
That list includes some who have previously testified to the committee,
5:42
like Bill Clinton and Les Wexner, and other high profile
5:45
names such as Andrew mount Batten Winsor and President Donald
5:49
Trump who have not appeared before the panel. A CNN
5:52
review of the public Apstein files revealed that agents started
5:56
to gather allegations for each of the fourteen men named
6:00
that same day. Look, there's a lot of people that
6:03
should and could be investigated. And I'm not talking about
6:06
just because of what we've seen in the release files.
6:09
I'm talking about what's come before. All the information we've had,
6:13
all the people that have come forward and said that
6:15
they've been abused. You would think that would lead to
6:18
a sprawling investigation with no rock left unturned. But we
6:22
never even got to the initial part, right, especially considering
6:25
the vast majority of the main players in this were
6:28
never even interviewed by the investigators. So how can you
6:32
tell me there was an investigation when people like Sarah
6:35
Kellen Vickers, Leslie Groff, Adriana Ross, Darren Endyke, Richard Kahn,
6:40
and the rest of them aren't even interviewed. That's not
6:42
an investigation. You're gonna name people as co conspirators and
6:46
never even speak to them, and then for the cherry
6:49
on top, we're gonna give them immunity without ever hearing
6:52
a word from them, without them ever confessing to their crimes,
6:55
and a proffer like they should. Okay, I guess that's
6:58
the way things go if you're Jeffrey Epstein. Clinton and Waxner,
7:03
who have appeared before the Committee for videotaped and transcribed interviews,
7:07
have each denied any wrongdoing and knowledge of Epstein's crimes.
7:11
CNN has reached out to Mount Batton Winsor, who has
7:14
also denied any and all wrongdoing in his dealings with Epstein. Well, yeah,
7:19
you know, Prince Andrew. Hell of a guy, never did
7:21
anything wrong, never told lies, never hung out with cheats
7:25
and scumbags. Hell of a guy, that, Prince Andrew. Whatever
7:29
you do, though, don't touch his Teddy Bear collection. Trump
7:33
has consistently denied wrongdoing related to Epstein, and White House
7:36
spokeswoman Abigail Jackson told CNN Monday that just as President
7:41
Trump has said he's been totally exonerated on anything relating
7:44
to Epstein, Well Trump said it, so it's true. Can
7:48
you imagine running around and saying you've been totally exonerated
7:51
on anything Epstein, especially considering there's an ongoing cover up
7:57
that you're managing and overseeing. But sure you've been exonerated
8:01
on everything Epstein, yo the stones. It takes to light
8:05
to the American people like this and expect them to
8:07
buy it. And by releasing thousands of pages the documents,
8:10
cooperating with the House Oversight Committee subpoena request, signing the
8:14
Epstein Files Transparency Act, and I love that one. As
8:17
if he had a choice, he couldn't even veto it
8:19
was veto proof, so he had to sign it, and
8:24
calling for more investigations into Epstein's Democrat friends. President Trump
8:28
has done more for Epstein victims than anyone before him,
8:31
as he hires Leon Black's son, as he surrounds himself
8:35
with Epstein adjacent people but have no fear of folks.
8:38
Donald Trump has done more for Epstein's survivors than anybody
8:42
in history, than anybody of all time. And on top
8:45
of that, he also split the Red Sea and walked
8:48
on water, just ask its supporters. It was not immediately
8:52
clear from the files what the FBI and DOJ did
8:55
to pursue the outlined allegations for the fourteen men. The
8:59
women in the meeting disputed blanche claims, including the CNN's
9:03
Dana Bash in February and The Fox in April, that
9:06
there was nothing in the files that could lead to
9:08
prosecution and that the files should not be part of
9:11
cases brought by the current Justice Department. And all these
9:14
people ran around calling everybody a child toucher for how long?
9:18
I mean, kids are getting trafficked and wayfair, Oprah, Tom Hanks,
9:23
everybody's a diddler. And now that we actually have evidence
9:27
of diddlers and people taking part in Epstein's bullshit, they
9:31
want to call it a hoax. The only hoax is
9:34
the fact that the Department of Justice is out here
9:36
saying that there's nothing left to pursue. CNN has reached
9:40
out to the DOJ, the FBI, and representatives of the
9:44
other men for comment on the email exchange and testimony
9:47
provided to Comer. Comer soon acted on at least some
9:51
of the information provided to him by the survivors after
9:55
meeting with them. The Republican chairman announced he would ask
9:57
Attorney Alan Dershowitz to testify in the panel's probe due
10:02
to public reporting, documents released by the Department of Justice,
10:05
documents obtained by the Committee, and your former role as
10:09
mister Epstein's attorney. The Committee believes you have information that
10:13
will assist in its investigation. The panel said in its request, Oh,
10:18
I can't wait for Dershwitz to get up there and
10:19
make a mockery of everything again. He's calling this shit McCarthyism.
10:25
Imagine going to Jeffrey Epstein's house, getting a massage, keeping
10:28
your draws on and using that as your excuse, and
10:31
then crying about everybody else talking about it. And he's
10:34
so smug. Every time he gets on TV. He acts
10:37
like he's this be all end all when it comes
10:39
to Epstein, and then he plays coy. Oh, well, I
10:42
didn't know this. I didn't know that. I thought you
10:44
knew everything about him. Oh, but you didn't know the
10:46
bad stuff, right, Only the good stuff. Only that Jeffrey
10:49
Epstein was, you know, a much maligned man, and the
10:52
giral that he abused was about to be eighteen right.
10:55
Mister Dershowitz, a spokesperson for the committee, told CNN that
10:59
based on information provided by Epstein's survivors and testimony, for
11:03
miss Groff. Chairman Comer is requesting that Alan Dershowitz appear
11:06
for a videotaped, transcribed interview. Dershowitz, who has long publicly
11:11
maintained he has never done anything wrong or illegal related
11:14
to Epstein or his victims, told CNN on Monday, I
11:18
did absolutely nothing wrong. That's why I volunteered to testify. Now, look,
11:22
I don't know what Dershowitz did or didn't do, but
11:25
I do know this. He has run cover for Jeffrey
11:28
Epstein ever since he was his lawyer, trying to play
11:31
down what happened, trying to play down his role in it,
11:34
and trying to act like it was just a regular
11:36
old case when it's obviously not. And remember, lives of
11:40
omission are still lies. So I don't believe he's been
11:43
truthful about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, and I find
11:46
it laughable when he tries to brush it all off.
11:51
Dershowitz was part of the legal team that negotiated Epstein's
11:54
controversial two thousand and eight plea deal. In twenty twenty two,
11:57
Roberts agreed to drop allegations she made again Dershowitz, which
12:01
he consistently denied, saying she may have made a mistake
12:04
when she also accused him of sexual abuse. Yeah. I
12:08
think Virginia at that point was just tired of it.
12:12
Constant litigation, constant lawsuits, training her money, and for what,
12:18
for people not to believe her, even if she gets
12:20
a settlement, for people not to believe her, even if she,
12:23
you know, provides proof. So at some point you have
12:26
to say to yourself, enough is enough. And I believe
12:30
that's the point Virginia came to with this whole legal
12:32
battle with Alan Dershowitz. Now do I know that for sure? No,
12:36
I never talked to Virginia about any of that stuff.
12:40
But it seems like a logical conclusion to make considering
12:46
Roberts family members also took Comer's excerpts from their Late
12:50
Sisters twenty fifteen deposition, in which she named men she
12:53
said Epstein and Glaine trafficked her two. The cloud of
12:57
the Epstein files continues to hang over the Trump administration,
13:01
even as the Justice Department has maintained in recent months
13:04
that there is nothing left to investigate. As CNN reported,
13:08
a group of Epstein's survivors came out in opposition to
13:11
Blanche's nomination as Trump's permanent Attorney General in the wake
13:15
of The New York Times reporting that Blanche participated in
13:20
secret White House meetings on how to contain the political
13:22
fallout from the Epstein files. He's always been that person.
13:27
He's a bureaucrat. He's the kind of dude that would get,
13:30
you know, the order to put you on a train,
13:33
and he'd have no problem doing it, and then he'd
13:36
hit the Monday morning circuit talking on news about how
13:39
it was righteous. That's the kind of motherfucker we're talking
13:42
about here. The House Oversight Committee, meanwhile, has conducted at
13:45
least fifteen interviews as part of its ongoing Epstein probe,
13:48
including the Clinton's Commerce Secretary, Howard Ludnik, Bill Gates, and
13:52
key members of Epstein's in her circle. So, look, I
13:56
don't know where the investigation is going to end up.
13:59
I don't have much faith that we're going to get
14:01
to a point where people from the committee anyway are
14:04
going to be held accountable. But if you're going to
14:07
talk to people about Jeffrey Epstein, I'd say that Alan
14:10
Dershowitz is a decent place to start, all right, folks,
14:15
that's going to do it for this one. All the
14:17
information that goes with this episode can be found in
14:20
the description box.
