- 0:07[SPEAKER_00]: Jacksonville Jack Wars fans welcome in to do wall daily presented by Jen Jack dot com i'm Jordan Lugo thanks so much for being here Friday December 5th and uh we've been talking a lot about Jack's Colts huge game this weekend and Jacksonville won pm everbank stadium jack wars hosting the Colts we're gonna talk a little bit again about what that game means but also look at the rest of the NFL slate for week 14
- 0:30[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's kind of hard to believe that we are already in week 14.
- 0:34[SPEAKER_00]: That's where we are and what what games around the league which games Kind of have implications for the Jaguar's potential playoff seeding and finished to the 20 25 seasons So that's what we're going to do really appreciate y'all tuning in if you enjoy the content.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_00]: Please like and subscribe Murray's running around here like a maniac right now.
- 0:53[SPEAKER_00]: Don't know what she's getting into but hopefully not anything too bad
- 0:59[SPEAKER_00]: Again, really appreciate y'all being here.
- 1:01[SPEAKER_00]: If you want to support the channel, go check out gingaeg.com, brand new Duval gear, lots of it.
- 1:09[SPEAKER_00]: gingaeg.com, really appreciate y'all support.
- 1:11[SPEAKER_00]: Jaguars and Colts.
- 1:13[SPEAKER_00]: The Jaguars and Colts have the same record.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_00]: They're tied atop the AFC South.
- 1:17[SPEAKER_00]: The Jaguars currently hold the tiebreaker.
- 1:19[SPEAKER_00]: Whoever wins that game is going to move one game ahead of the other team, but also have the tiebreaker for the time being.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_00]: Now, there is another game between the Jaguars and the Colts.
- 1:30[SPEAKER_00]: The number one tiebreaker is head to head record.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_00]: So, whoever wins this game, again, will be
- 1:41[SPEAKER_00]: The winner will be in first place all by themselves and have the tiebreaker, whoever loses will have the opportunity again when they play each other in what week 17.
- 1:52[SPEAKER_00]: Second, the last week of the season to even the score on the tie breaking front and then you have to go into division record and then, you know,
- 2:02[SPEAKER_00]: Common opponents, you know, when percentage against common opponents and all these other tiebreakers, we don't need to get too deep in the weeds on that, but the Jaguars currently hold the tiebreaker because of wins against common opponents, that won't matter after this weekend, at least for the time being because one of these two teams is going to win this game.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_00]: Lessons in a tie, which would be absolutely atrocious.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_00]: Expected to be bad weather.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously injuries will be a major factor as well, but you want the Jaguars to win this game if you're a Jaguars fan.
- 2:30[SPEAKER_00]: They're going to be wearing the prowlers.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_00]: Going to be a lot of rain it looks like.
- 2:34[SPEAKER_00]: I think that there will be a really good even with the rain.
- 2:39[SPEAKER_00]: A really good turnout and showing to kind of show up and support the team.
- 2:44[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm excited about that.
- 2:45[SPEAKER_00]: I'm excited to see the prowlers for sure.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_00]: And the Colts haven't
- 2:53[SPEAKER_00]: Looking at the rest of the slate though, Dallas and Detroit last night didn't really matter a whole lot.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_00]: NFC doesn't have a huge impact on most of these potential outcomes for the Jag wars Detroit did win that game over the Dallas Cowboys Seattle at Atlanta, you know, the Jags played the sea hoax and lost.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_00]: The Colts are playing the sea hoax next week in Seattle.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_00]: So again, this game doesn't matter a whole, I guess you would want
- 3:22[SPEAKER_00]: the falcons to lose because the cults played the falcons and beat the falcons.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_00]: So I guess if it gets down to that tiebreaker where you're talking about strength of wins, they beat Atlanta, you would want to land and have a worse record, I guess.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_00]: Hopefully it doesn't get to that point in the tie breaking scale, but that could come into play.
- 3:48[SPEAKER_00]: Since an adi against Buffalo,
- 3:50[SPEAKER_00]: The Jaguar is lost to the mingles, and Buffalo is currently in the five spot I believe will pull up the standings.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_00]: That should have already done that.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_00]: Apologize, you know, can't be perfect here.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_00]: We're doing our best.
- 4:13[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, I mean, the Bengals have a very, very slim chance of making the playoffs or, so I mean, I think you definitely look at that game and you say go Bengals.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_00]: And that could be a closer game.
- 4:28[SPEAKER_00]: The Bengals with Joe Burrow back is really interesting, how they might be able to spoil some things for some other teams potentially.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, the bills are currently actually used the bills are in seventh place.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_00]: I misspoke there because they're in a three-way tie with the Colts and the Chargers and so they're in seventh.
- 4:51[SPEAKER_00]: I think the bills are gonna end up finishing in fifth.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_00]: That's why I mentioned that.
- 4:56[SPEAKER_00]: I think that the Chargers and Colts are both kind of on the decline a little bit.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_00]: The Chargers have major offensive line issues and the Colts have injury issues combined with
- 5:07[SPEAKER_00]: It really, really difficult schedule to close out the season.
- 5:12[SPEAKER_00]: Anyways, I think you would want the Bengals to win that game.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_00]: To keep you kind of in a spot where Buffalo is behind you in the standings, even if you fall out of the first place spot in the UFC South.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_00]: So, thank you for being here for the Bengals there.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_00]: Tennessee at Cleveland?
- 5:34[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I guess Tennessee.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_00]: It really doesn't matter all that much.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I guess you don't want the Titans to have the number one pick, but they probably will, I would expect the Browns would win that game.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_00]: The Browns are favored.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_00]: I guess you could always just say, rude against Tennessee, which is fair as well.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_00]: Probably not high impact because if it gets to a divisional tiebreaker between the
- 6:01[SPEAKER_00]: Colts in the Jaguars, both teams will probably have one, both games against the Titans, which won't impact much.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_00]: So Washington at Minnesota, I don't know that that has any impact, major impact, tangible impact.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_00]: Miami at New York, the Jaguars play the Jets next week.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_00]: So go Jets, right?
- 6:24[SPEAKER_00]: Miami's two and a half point favorites in New York over the Jets.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_00]: Again, strength of victory, I guess you root for the Jets there.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_00]: New Orleans, that's assuming the Jaguar is going to get it done and against the Jets, which I will be expecting them to.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_00]: New Orleans at Tampa, I've been kind of a Tampa Bay hater this year just because of kind of the negativity from their fanbase towards Liam Cohen and some different comparisons and things of that nature.
- 6:55[SPEAKER_00]: But overall, I don't think it really matters.
- 7:02[SPEAKER_00]: and you have a call to Jaguar as we're going to talk about that obviously.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_00]: Steelers at Ravens, so whoever wins that game will be in first place in the AFC North.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_00]: If it came down to it, I'd probably rather play the Steelers in the playoffs than the Ravens.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_00]: I, I'm at the point though, you know, whoever wins the FC North, at this point I don't really expect them to win their wild card game, they obviously could, but I would expect whether it's the Ravens or the Steelers outside chance of ending the Bengals.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_00]: I don't really expect them to make a whole lot of noise in the playoffs.
- 7:52[SPEAKER_00]: Of course, we're Jackson, you never know, but Playoff Lamar has not been the same as regular season Lamar.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_00]: It's just the fact of the matter.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_00]: You look at the next game up on the slate here.
- 8:04[SPEAKER_00]: Denver at Las Vegas.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_00]: I think this is a clearly a Go Raiders situation even though you want the Jaguars to have the best ever excuse me The Broncos to have the best record that they can if the Jaguars do happen to beat them The Jags are kind of in a race with the Broncos.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't really feel like that at the moment because the Broncos are way ahead
- 8:23[SPEAKER_00]: But the Jaguars are currently in third place in the AFC.
- 8:27[SPEAKER_00]: The Broncos are in second.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_00]: If the Broncos were to lose to the Raiders somehow feels highly, highly, highly unlikely.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_00]: It didn't lost Vegas, but if the Broncos were able to were to lose to the Raiders, and they fall to 10 and 3.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_00]: And the Jaguars beat the Colts and get to 9 and 4.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_00]: Broncos are only game ahead of them, and the Jaguars play them.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_00]: So there's a legitimate possibility that if the Broncos drop a game here, and maybe it's not against the Raiders, but the Broncos, they play the Packers the week after before they play the Jaguars, they also play the Chiefs again, so it's not impossible to see the Broncos potentially
- 9:18[SPEAKER_00]: getting passed by the Jaguars.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, and that's legitimately in the realm of possibility.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_00]: The last time the Broncos played the Raiders, it was a 10-7 game.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_00]: They just beat the commanders.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_00]: Barely, they probably should have lost to the commanders.
- 9:33[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, it's possible for the Jaguars to catch them.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, go Raiders.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_00]: Bears at Packers.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_00]: No impact, really.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_00]: I'll be rooting for the Packers just because I picked them to be the NFC representative in the Super Bowl before the season.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_00]: Rams at Cardinals.
- 9:57[SPEAKER_00]: I guess Cardinals, I don't see that happening, but I guess you would root for the Cardinals because the Jaguar beat the Cardinals and lost to the ramps.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_00]: But you could say the same thing about the Colts.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_00]: So, not a big deal there, and then the Sunday night game, it is a big deal, absolutely, a huge deal for the Jaguars, Houston at Kansas City.
- 10:19[SPEAKER_00]: Now, who do you want to win this game?
- 10:21[SPEAKER_00]: That's up to y'all to decide, but I will kind of lay it out for you.
- 10:25[SPEAKER_00]: The Texans are currently seven and five.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_00]: If they win this game,
- 10:32[SPEAKER_00]: They will be tied with whoever loses Jack Wars vs. Colts.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_00]: They will have the same record as whoever loses Jack Wars vs. Colts.
- 10:41[SPEAKER_00]: The chiefs are currently 6 and 6.
- 10:47[SPEAKER_00]: They're in the 10 spot right now.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_00]: If they win this game, they'll jump the Texans and they'll have the potential.
- 11:00[SPEAKER_00]: Well, no, that would be the only team they could jump because they would get to 7 and 6.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_00]: And then the Texans would also be 7 and 6 and they would have the tiebreaker.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_00]: But who would you rather see in the playoffs, who are you more scared of?
- 11:13[SPEAKER_00]: That's really the question there.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_00]: I would probably say I don't want to see the chiefs in the playoffs.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_00]: but Houston's defense is, it's something else.
- 11:26[SPEAKER_00]: I personally would kind of, if I was in that locker room for the Jaguars, I would want another shot at Houston.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_00]: I would, after what happened last time.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_00]: Filly at Los Angeles Chargers on Monday night football.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_00]: Go Eagles, clearly.
- 11:48[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I guess you could feel,
- 11:52[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe you could feel differently about that.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe you want the chargers to win games and be one of those playoff teams.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_00]: They are in direct competition with you right now for seeding, though.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_00]: If you don't win the AFC South, okay, let's just say, let's say the Jaguar's lose this game against the cults.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_00]: I hope not, right?
- 12:13[SPEAKER_00]: But the Jaguar is fall to eight and five and the chargers beat the Eagles, they're nine and four and they're ahead of you.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_00]: So, again, I would say, go Eagles.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_00]: You want the best possible scenario for the Jaguars, the best possible scenario for the Jaguars is the Chargers, Colts, and Bills all losing.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_00]: Texans.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_00]: Texans are chiefs.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 12:41[SPEAKER_00]: That's tough one.
- 12:41[SPEAKER_00]: Let me know what you think in the comments section below.
- 12:43[SPEAKER_00]: That's kind of our preview of the weekend slate.
- 12:46[SPEAKER_00]: How Jack Wars fans should be looking at these games.
- 12:49[SPEAKER_00]: Kind of laying it out.
- 12:50[SPEAKER_00]: Y'all can make your decisions on some of these ones.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_00]: Really appreciate y'all tuning in.
- 12:53[SPEAKER_00]: If you enjoy the content, please like and subscribe.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_00]: Y'all have a good one.
