0:12
Gentlemen, your host, Angel Santana. Your work matters. Good morning. Today is Labor Day.
0:20
And while many people have the day off, I want to remind you of something.
0:24
Your work matters. And I'm not only talking about your job.
0:28
I'm talking about every way you show up.
0:31
The parent raising a child, the caregiver caring for someone they love,
0:36
the student worker toward a dream, the person clocking in today while everyone
0:41
else is home, the person searching for their next opportunity,
0:45
and the person doing work, nobody notices and nobody applauds. God sees you.
0:50
Collesians 3 verse 23 says, whatever you do, work at it with all your heart as working for the Lord.
0:58
Now, your value isn't determined by your job, not your title,
1:01
your paycheck, or how many people recognize what you do.
1:04
So today, whether you're working or resting, remember, what you do matters.
1:09
But you are who matters most.
1:11
You're valued, you have a purpose, and tomorrow, we keep moving forward together.
