• 3:17
SPEAKER_05: Hey, that that lawsuit was just uh announced that the judge said that they will be able to proceed.
• 3:25
SPEAKER_05: So that judge uh obviously sees that this guy may have some have a case, and this particular lawsuit is something that can turn criminal.
• 3:41

SPEAKER_05: We remember we were asking the question: where the hell is Aaron Hall?
• 4:01
SPEAKER_05: Aaron Hall is another old school singer who's caught up in a case with Diddy, and he's been on a run, or I don't know if he's been on a run or just hiding or just off the grid.
• 4:15
SPEAKER_05: He has finally been located.
• 4:17
SPEAKER_05: Uh, some more news we're gonna talk about.

SPEAKER_05: Uh and also, I know we gotta talk about 50 Cent.
• 4:42
  SPEAKER_05: 50 Cent.
• 4:43
SPEAKER_05: I'm gonna say 50 Cent for the end, but 50 Cent is trolling Jay's uh Jay-Z.
• 4:50
SPEAKER_05: Uh uh he got a new commercial, he trolling Diddy.
• 4:56
SPEAKER_05: 50 Cent is capitalizing and making a killing, for lack of better words.
• 5:04
SPEAKER_05: He's doing he's getting a lot of exposure and a lot of business deals off of Jay-Z and Diddy's uh allegations or crimes or digressions.
• 5:18
SPEAKER_05: I don't know what to call it, but we know whatever Diddy did, he locked up for it.
• 5:23
  SPEAKER_05: And then Jay-Z, I don't know.
• 5:26
SPEAKER_05: Jay-Z is a lot of heat coming Jay-Z's way, and 50 Cent is capitalizing on all of that.

  SPEAKER_05: It is getting crazy.
• 7:29
SPEAKER_05: It seems like Jay-Z is up next.
• 7:31
  SPEAKER_05: We shall see.
• 7:33
  SPEAKER_05: I don't know yet, but it's a lot of smoke surrounding Jay-Z, and he hasn't uttered a word.
• 7:41
  SPEAKER_05: He hasn't uttered a word, and I don't get it, and I don't like it.
• 7:48
SPEAKER_05: But it's but let's get into this.
• 7:50
SPEAKER_05: So, before we get into the that baddest, let's check this out.
• 7:54
SPEAKER_05: And we're gonna get these articles straight from allhiphop.com.
• 7:58
SPEAKER_05: They have been all over this Diddy 50 Cent News.
• 8:02
SPEAKER_05: So let's stick with them.
• 8:04
SPEAKER_05: So, the article, the title of this article, y'all, is Man's Shocking Sex Assault Lawsuit Against Diddy and Biggie's son Allowed to Proceed.
• 8:17
SPEAKER_05: Now, the the man they're talking about is Jonathan Hay.
• 8:21
SPEAKER_05: A lot of y'all should remember Jonathan Hay as, I don't know, a former publicist.
• 8:27
SPEAKER_05: Uh, just a he's been in the game for quite some time.
• 8:31
SPEAKER_05: He's dealt with Rihanna, Mariah Carey, all types of different people, Diddy.
• 8:36
SPEAKER_05: And he said Diddy did some nasty essaying to him.
• 8:42
SPEAKER_05: And uh, and Biggie Son was involved, and he had a lawsuit, and it's the the the particulars sounded so crazy.
• 8:51
SPEAKER_05: A lot of people thought this gotta be fake.
• 8:56
  SPEAKER_05: It was so outlandish.
• 8:58
SPEAKER_05: The things that this guy said that Diddy did to him.
• 9:02
SPEAKER_05: Many, many, many, many people say this shit can't be real.
• 9:07
SPEAKER_05: Well, a judge is saying this shit might be real, and let's get into it.
• 9:14
SPEAKER_05: But this is kind of a shocking, uh a shocking ruling for such a bizarre sounding story.
• 9:26
  SPEAKER_05: Check this out.
• 9:27
SPEAKER_05: Gerald says only just it's only the beginning.
• 9:30
  SPEAKER_05: I hear you, Gerald.
• 9:32
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, this might go federal, but uh let's check it out.
• 9:37
SPEAKER_05: So uh an LA judge rejected efforts to dismiss Jonathan Hayes' sex assault lawsuit against Diddy and the notorious big son CJ Wallace.
• 9:50
SPEAKER_05: Now, a Los Angeles judge just cleared the way for Jonathan Hayes' sex assault lawsuit against Diddy and C.J.
• 9:58
  SPEAKER_05: Wallace to move forward.
• 10:00
SPEAKER_05: Now, according to New York Post, uh Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Whitaker rejected most of Wallace's argument for dismissal.
• 10:11
SPEAKER_05: The ruling keeps alive claims, including sexual battery, false imprisonment, and emotional distress against the imprisoned music mogul and Biggie's son.
• 10:25
SPEAKER_05: Y'all put a one in the chat if y'all remember this crazy.
• 10:29
SPEAKER_05: We're gonna go into the particulars, but this was a crazy lawsuit.
• 10:33
SPEAKER_05: This is the one where if I'm correct, this is the one where he said uh uh Diddy actually uh pleasured himself and released himself on a biggie small shirt and then threw the shirt at him and just just just disgusted.
• 10:54
SPEAKER_05: So hey alleged Diddy Diddy beat him beat him before forcing his uh itty bitty diddy into his mouth during a 2020 studio session.
• 11:09
SPEAKER_05: Now, Jonathan Hay, the publicist, claims the assault happened while he worked on a remix project honoring the notorious B I G.
• 11:21
SPEAKER_05: So he's saying Jonathan Hay is who I'm talking about.
• 11:25
SPEAKER_05: Jonathan Hay is saying that Diddy put his hands on him.
• 11:30
SPEAKER_05: I don't know if other people were involved or if Diddy did all this by his by himself, but he's saying Diddy put hands, paws, and penis on him.
• 11:42
SPEAKER_05: He he he he beat him up, and according to Jonathan Hay, he forced him to he forced Jonathan Hay to give oral to Diddy in 2020 while he was supposed to be working on a notorious BIG uh remix.
• 12:08
SPEAKER_05: And it's supposed to honor notorious B.I.G.
• 12:10
SPEAKER_05: This is some fucking way to honor somebody.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_05: I definitely I definitely feel like Biggie would like to be honored in a different way, but hey, that's just me.
• 12:22
  SPEAKER_05: Uh let's continue.
• 12:24
SPEAKER_05: So court records say Hay was masked, uh beaten, and then sexually assaulted.
• 12:33
SPEAKER_05: The complaint alleges Diddy forced his itty bitty into the mouth during his mouth during the encounter.
• 12:40
SPEAKER_05: Hay told cops the first incident happened during a 2020 photo shoot.
• 12:45
SPEAKER_05: According to the police report, Diddy removed his shirt to uncover his penis and told Hay to come finish him off.
• 12:59
  SPEAKER_02: Notice two key words.
• 13:04
  SPEAKER_05: A police report.
• 13:06
SPEAKER_05: Those two are those are two key words.
• 13:09
SPEAKER_05: This one actually deals with a police report.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_05: Police report meaning Jonathan Haig actually uh reported about this and reported this to the police prior to this lawsuit.
• 13:29
SPEAKER_05: Removed, did he remove his shirt, uncovering his private area, and told Hay to come finish him off.
• 13:43
SPEAKER_02: What do what what what what is going on in the world, y'all?
• 13:55
SPEAKER_02: Even me reading it, I couldn't believe it.
• 14:02
SPEAKER_05: So the report also states trigger warning and shit.
• 14:08
  SPEAKER_05: Damn.
• 14:08
SPEAKER_05: The report states Hay told police he was stunned.
• 14:12
SPEAKER_05: Then did he then finish himself off and ejaculate it on one of notorious Big's shirts before throwing the shirt on Hay and saying, Rest in peace, Big.
• 14:28
  SPEAKER_05: Is this real?
• 14:35
  SPEAKER_05: Is this real?
• 14:38
SPEAKER_05: What's going on, big dog?
• 14:40
  SPEAKER_05: Hello, what's happening, man?
• 14:42
  SPEAKER_05: I don't know what you say.
• 14:44
SPEAKER_05: You got to ask that fan be going or something, you said, or the heat?
• 14:47
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah, the heat.
• 14:48
  SPEAKER_04: Cold outside, man.
• 14:52
  SPEAKER_04: How you feeling, bruh?
• 14:54
  SPEAKER_04: Man, cold, man.
• 14:55
SPEAKER_04: About to pop pop the robe on in a minute, man.
• 14:58
SPEAKER_04: It been this this snow shit been crazy, bro.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_04: You know, like you know, I work for the post office, so I'm talking about days of mail because people ain't shoveled their driveways or nothing.
• 15:10
SPEAKER_04: Like, the supplows ain't even going down the street.
• 15:14
SPEAKER_04: Like, they spot salt and talking about it's a salt shortage, all types of stuff.
• 15:18
  SPEAKER_04: It been crazy.
• 15:20
SPEAKER_05: I heard, yeah, but I was about to say that.
• 15:22
  SPEAKER_04: I was like, I heard it's a salt shortage.
• 15:24
SPEAKER_04: So it really, it really ain't no salt shortage for what's up, Enoch.
• 15:29
SPEAKER_04: It really is not no salt shortage because Lake Erie is right by damn, it's right, it's a salt mine underneath Lake Erie.
• 15:36
  SPEAKER_03: Okay.
• 15:37
SPEAKER_04: A lot of the salt orders, they are mined to order.
• 15:41
SPEAKER_04: So basically, say you a mayor of the city, you like, all right, this winter, I think we're gonna need a hundred tons of salt.
• 15:47
SPEAKER_04: You're gonna order that, but then next you know, something happened, now you need 115 tons and you can't get the other 15 because you already made the order.
• 15:56
SPEAKER_04: So that's what the shortage is.
• 15:59
SPEAKER_04: But I'm like, they need to do it proactively instead of reactively because I'll rather have more than I need and not need it than to need it and not have it.
• 16:08
  SPEAKER_05: Right, right, right.
• 16:10
SPEAKER_04: So what they doing, waiting on more salt to come, or or at this point, they just waiting on the snow to melt.
• 16:15
  SPEAKER_04: Exactly.
• 16:17
SPEAKER_05: They ain't about to get no salt right now, man.
• 16:19
SPEAKER_05: Uh, I mean, they ain't about to go through all the hassle of getting all that salt by the time they do it, it might not even be no more.
• 16:26
SPEAKER_05: This has been, and on and on a side note, we're gonna get back to Diddy, but this has been one of the worst winters in a like in a long time.
• 16:34
  SPEAKER_04: Schools remember schools closing.
• 16:37
SPEAKER_04: They up there talking about uh they didn't send the Chromebook home before talking about they didn't use all of their damn snow days.
• 16:43
  SPEAKER_04: I'm like, that ain't my problem.
• 16:44
SPEAKER_04: Y'all better open this motherfucker.
• 16:46
SPEAKER_04: Oh, they had another snow day?
• 16:49
SPEAKER_04: Like, no, they saying just in case they do have another snow day.
• 16:52
SPEAKER_04: Oh, right, because they got they gonna do the online learning like they did in COVID.
• 16:56
SPEAKER_04: I'm like, nah, no, y'all better open that building up.
• 16:58
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, because you get five, you get five snow days before you gotta re like make up for them, or or or you just can't take them, or like, oh, so they say that they go to school at home.
• 17:09
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
• 17:11
  SPEAKER_05: Wow, wow, wow, wow.
• 17:14
SPEAKER_05: Well, we um I when I'm sure you was listening, but we write at the uh the part where that they the judge is moving forward with that case where the guy Jonathan Hayes said uh Diddy grape them and and and and also pleasured himself in a big, a notorious big shirt and threw it on him.
• 17:34
  SPEAKER_05: You remember that one?
• 17:35
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
• 17:36
SPEAKER_05: The judge is saying that he can move forward, meaning like it's some evidence here, you know what I'm saying?
• 17:43
SPEAKER_04: What took him so long anyway?
• 17:44
SPEAKER_04: You he should have he should have the judge should have at least tried to have some type of proceeding just offer just a preliminary, just to be more investigative about it.
• 17:54
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, I don't know why how they just came to this, but um, I guess now since they since since now it's gonna go to man, it's gonna the lawsuit gonna move forward, meaning they probably gonna go to discovery, and that's when all the evidence coming out.
• 18:11
SPEAKER_05: And you know, the thing about this case, which is which is which is dangerous for Diddy, is this happened in uh supposedly 2021 and 2022, and by it being a rape, this could be a charge, this could go criminal.
• 18:30
SPEAKER_04: Because it's still in the statute of limitations.
• 18:34
SPEAKER_04: He'd go ahead and get dog what he deserved, man.
• 18:37
SPEAKER_04: They got and stop playing around with these people, like these people is really victims, yeah.
• 18:42
SPEAKER_04: And like just think of how you would feel like if something happened to you and the people who supposed to be there to lay down the law for real, really have your bite, it's just tucking tail and going in the corner.
• 18:53
  SPEAKER_04: Like, that ain't that ain't cool.
• 18:55
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, man, it's been crazy.
• 18:57
SPEAKER_05: Back to the cold, real quick.
• 18:59
SPEAKER_05: Denise said it's so cold in New York, not a flake of snow has melted.
• 19:03
  SPEAKER_05: Everything is ice.
• 19:05
  SPEAKER_04: It's man, I wouldn't.
• 19:06
SPEAKER_04: That's one reason I never wanted to live in New York for real, bro.
• 19:09
SPEAKER_04: Because when there's snow up there, they need construction equipment to get rid of their shit.
• 19:13
  SPEAKER_04: That shit be terrible.
• 19:16
SPEAKER_04: I done seen tractors and dump trucks just clear a parking lot.
• 19:20
  SPEAKER_04: I'm like, y'all crazy.
• 19:22
  SPEAKER_05: Damn, yeah.
• 19:23
SPEAKER_05: This been a bad, this one's been a bad seen that you seen that shit in Russia?
• 19:27
  SPEAKER_05: Mm-mm.
• 19:28
  SPEAKER_05: What happened?
• 19:28
SPEAKER_04: Bro, it was like apartment built.
• 19:30
SPEAKER_04: People were jumping out of their top floor apartment windows and stuff in the snow miles and like slitting down snow.
• 19:38
SPEAKER_04: Like the snow was that hot.
• 19:39
  SPEAKER_04: For real?
• 19:40
SPEAKER_04: Man, that that looked crazy.
• 19:42
SPEAKER_04: I thought it was AI.
• 19:43
SPEAKER_04: They like, no, this is real.
• 19:45
SPEAKER_04: And they actually showed, like, the one dude, I thought he was, I thought he was like going off the deep end.
• 19:50
SPEAKER_04: He was like, Yeah, what's this?
• 19:52
SPEAKER_04: And he just ran, just did a swan dive out of his apartment balcony.
• 19:56
SPEAKER_04: Next, you know, you just see him slide down the snow.
• 19:58
  SPEAKER_04: I said, Jesus Christ.
• 19:59
  SPEAKER_05: For real?
• 20:00
SPEAKER_04: I'm like, Y'all look like crazy, man.
• 20:03
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah, that's crazy.
• 20:05
SPEAKER_05: So, yeah, y'all, be safe.
• 20:07
SPEAKER_05: Uh, Denise, beep, be safe out there in all that ice and stay out of stay out of these conditions as much as you can.
• 20:15
SPEAKER_05: Now, back to itty bitty diddy.
• 20:18
SPEAKER_05: Uh uh, so after he not only did he throw the shirt on him, uh, a second assault took place in 2021.
• 20:29
SPEAKER_05: He told police the bad boy boss forced him to perform oral sex, leaving him emotionally devastated.
• 20:37
SPEAKER_05: The 49-year-old uh filed a police report in Largo, Florida, where he lives.
• 20:43
SPEAKER_05: So he literally filed a police report, like at the time.
• 20:47
SPEAKER_05: See, that's another thing that got him that got this one, got got this one going further.
• 20:52
SPEAKER_05: Because this ain't somebody just coming out all of a sudden saying something happened.
• 20:56
SPEAKER_05: It's somebody coming out and suing now, but having police reports from before to back up what he's saying.
• 21:03
SPEAKER_05: You know what I'm saying?
• 21:03
  SPEAKER_05: Like right.
• 21:05
SPEAKER_05: So the Los Angeles uh Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department confirmed uh that this is a special victims bureau opened.
• 21:19
SPEAKER_05: Uh, this is an active case.
• 21:22
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, this is so the and then the weird part about this, let's continue in this article.
• 21:27
SPEAKER_05: The allegations also named CJ Wallace, accusing him of enabling Diddy.
• 21:33
SPEAKER_05: The complaint says Wallace conspired with Diddy to allow or assist in Combs' ability to carry out the alleged assaults.
• 21:43
SPEAKER_05: You talking about Biggie Son?
• 21:45
  SPEAKER_05: Mm-hmm.
• 21:46
  SPEAKER_05: Damn.
• 21:47
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, you don't remember that Biggie Son was involved in this one?
• 21:50
SPEAKER_05: This one so long ago.
• 21:52
SPEAKER_04: This I remember them like tap dancing on a little bit, but I ain't know that that was nothing like concrete for real.
• 21:57
SPEAKER_05: Yep, this is that story.
• 21:59
SPEAKER_05: So Oh man, that's what I said.
• 22:01
SPEAKER_05: I said this was a story that many people, including me, thought it was too crazy.
• 22:06
SPEAKER_05: Like, I'm like, that sound like somebody who just kind of making up some stuff because Biggie's son there, he and and did he pleasured himself in a biggie t-shirt and throws it on the guy.
• 22:19
  SPEAKER_04: Like, that's what I'm saying.
• 22:20
  SPEAKER_04: That's wild.
• 22:21
SPEAKER_04: Like, if by like he ain't no little kid no more, he grown.
• 22:24
SPEAKER_04: So by you knowing, like, once you you hearing all the stuff that he allegedly like F your pops over and stuff like that, then you see him doing that to something with your father, face on it.
• 22:35
SPEAKER_04: How is you gonna collaborate or with that dude or do anything with that dude?
• 22:40
SPEAKER_04: You need to stay clear, clear away from him, because then it's even allegations that he did something to your grandmama.
• 22:46
SPEAKER_04: They got her about it there.
• 22:47
SPEAKER_04: So, how could you morally follow that that part of your compass like that?
• 22:52
SPEAKER_04: That ain't no, he got to he got to shape that up a little bit.
• 22:56
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
• 22:56
SPEAKER_05: Now Wallace has denied the claims and filed a defamation lawsuit against Hay.
• 23:02
SPEAKER_05: The estate argues the accusations stem from Hayes' frustration over unreleased music from their failed collaboration.
• 23:10
SPEAKER_05: Biggie's estate produced text messages showing Hay praised Wallace before their relationship soured.
• 23:19
SPEAKER_05: On July 11th, 2021, Hayes wrote, I have absolutely loved working with CJ and you guys as it's truly been an honor and a privilege.
• 23:31
  SPEAKER_05: Now that's in 2021.
• 23:33
SPEAKER_05: The estate claims Hay began pushing false narratives after they refused to release his 2020 Ready to Die dance remixes.
• 23:44
SPEAKER_05: Um attorneys say Haig shifted from praising CJ Wallace to spreading stories that placed Wallace at the center of these horrific claims.
• 23:53
SPEAKER_05: Hay escalated the story in later interviews, alleging Wallace attended Diddy's infamous freak-off gatherings and watched criminal sexual activity.
• 24:03
SPEAKER_05: He also accused Wallace of luring him into a home so that Diddy could assault him.
• 24:10
  SPEAKER_04: Damn.
• 24:12
  SPEAKER_05: Damn.
• 24:15
SPEAKER_05: Diddy's legal team issued a broad denial in response to the growing number of allegations.
• 24:21
  SPEAKER_05: Mr.
• 24:22
SPEAKER_05: Combs categorically denies as false and defamatory or claims that he sexually abused anyone according to his attorney.
• 24:40
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah, no, that's wild.
• 24:41
  SPEAKER_05: That's wild.
• 24:43
  SPEAKER_05: So he's saying, so I don't know.
• 24:45
SPEAKER_05: If I'm reading between the lines, and this is me speculating, I feel like some BS did go down.
• 24:55
SPEAKER_05: But when they were in the middle of everything, you know, people be trying to get paid, people be trying to went through so much to get this done.
• 25:05
SPEAKER_05: And then when the business don't go right and he didn't come out with the album, then that's when he probably said, All right, I'm spilling the beans.
• 25:16
SPEAKER_05: That's what it seemed like to me.
• 25:17
SPEAKER_04: That's what it sounded like too.
• 25:19
SPEAKER_04: Sound like all right, like I'm gonna I'm gonna I'm gonna play along, but as soon as it started to get flawed like, oh no, I ain't I ain't with all that.
• 25:26
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, let me let me go ahead and drop a dime.
• 25:28
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, no, you you can't straddle the fence, man.
• 25:31
  SPEAKER_04: You you can't, yeah.
• 25:32
SPEAKER_04: So if that is the case, they you you can't do that for real.
• 25:37
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah, don't don't.
• 25:38
SPEAKER_04: If you're gonna stand on it, you gotta stand on it, bro.
• 25:40
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
• 25:42
SPEAKER_05: But now, since they since it's going to trial.
• 25:44
SPEAKER_05: Now, this guy was used to be Rihanna's uh a publicist.
• 25:48
SPEAKER_05: Since it's going to trial, or since not try, well, since the judge is allowing it to proceed.
• 25:54
SPEAKER_05: Um if they find out it's some concrete stuff, I'm I'm telling you, I bet you the feds um gonna figure out how to get their hands on this.
• 26:04
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, you know, once they got you, they got you.
• 26:07
  SPEAKER_05: That's what I say.
• 26:08
SPEAKER_05: I think I I definitely believe more uh more uh more charges are coming to Diddy.
• 26:15
  SPEAKER_05: I definitely believe it.
• 26:16
SPEAKER_05: And then with these Epstein files and that stuff been crazy.
• 26:22
SPEAKER_04: That man, oh my god, that's man, and then they still got more to drop, right?
• 26:29
SPEAKER_05: And I heard that the the stuff they dropping is gonna be worse than whatever they dropped so far, man.
• 26:36
SPEAKER_04: Then people ain't even had time to really go through everything that they didn't drop so far.
• 26:40
SPEAKER_04: What all together, what it's been like six million files?
• 26:44
SPEAKER_04: That's like crazy, but I really think they it's some even with that though, like it's good that that's finally coming up.
• 26:52
SPEAKER_04: I still think it's some other some little some wicked stuff going on, bro.
• 26:56
SPEAKER_05: Oh, it definitely is, and what I like is um they dropping these files.
• 27:02
  SPEAKER_05: What what's gonna happen?
• 27:04
SPEAKER_05: You know, they just dropping.
• 27:06
SPEAKER_05: I mean, it's cool to get information, but like oh don't just give everybody read material, like exactly yeah, like ain't nobody you got Epstein who they saying he he did, some people don't think he did, whatever.
• 27:20
SPEAKER_04: Man, I just seen this video about that.
• 27:22
SPEAKER_04: They talking about he ain't even dead, talking about they didn't squished him out, and they got and they got a guard that's like verifying that.
• 27:29
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, yeah, I saw that, and if that's so you got that side of it, but then you got the side where only good so he did, or he not around, whatever we ever want to say, but then you got Ghlaine Maxwell, she the only one literally in the physical form being held accountable, and you got all you got three million, six million now of doc pages of documents, and no arrests, no questioning, no nobody.
• 28:03
SPEAKER_05: Now you've already you already took uh Jeffrey Epstein and uh held him accountable and whatever you know we don't know what the hell really happened, but whatever it is, they said it's a case.
• 28:17
SPEAKER_05: Well, even if we even if uh without Jeffrey Epstein, you've got Ghlaine Maxwell, who is supposed to be Jeffrey Epstein's uh right-hand woman and and executing all this stuff.
• 28:30
SPEAKER_05: Now she's doing 20 plus years, yeah, or whatever.
• 28:35
SPEAKER_05: So obviously it was some stuff done.
• 28:37
  SPEAKER_05: That's my point.
• 28:39
SPEAKER_05: So for her to get 20 something years, and we might as well say Epstein was looking at the same or more.
• 28:45
SPEAKER_05: Um, yet nobody, no other charges, no, no, no, nobody who's getting five years, two years, nobody, you know, nobody's one.
• 28:57
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, why is it just they got all these videos and pictures and emails and stuff?
• 29:02
SPEAKER_04: Why she the only one that's sitting there?
• 29:05
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, that don't make no sense.
• 29:06
SPEAKER_05: And you got all that's what they so that's the that's my my my love hate relationship with these files and with the way they're doing it because it's like y'all just dropping hot topic type stuff, but what is why aren't y'all saying we about to hold people accountable or or or you know what I mean?
• 29:27
SPEAKER_05: It's no it's no message of that.
• 29:30
SPEAKER_04: Like we gotta we have a list of people that we're that we're interviewing about it's a lot of yeah, exactly.
• 29:35
  SPEAKER_05: That's what I'm saying.
• 29:36
SPEAKER_05: Like, we ain't none of that, and it that's what's like I don't like I ain't gonna say I don't get it because I know how this world works, but that's the part that kind of like has me, it's like bittersweet.
• 29:46
SPEAKER_05: It's like all right, they just and then they redacting everything, then they taking their time, they putting out what they want.
• 29:53
SPEAKER_05: It's just really like it's just turning it to a show to me, even though it's gonna be bad because they gonna they're throwing people under the bus, but the people who they who who they ain't throwing up under the bus, who they intentionally keeping away from us, like that's what I want to do.
• 30:13
SPEAKER_04: That's really what it is.
• 30:14
SPEAKER_05: All right, what names are we not hearing because they protecting whoever, you know what I mean?
• 30:20
SPEAKER_05: Because at this point, like I said, for him to be gone, for Jeffrey Epstein to be gone, and for Ghlaine to be his right-hand woman who facilitate this mess, she got 20 plus years.
• 30:34
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, so some serious shit was done.
• 30:37
  SPEAKER_05: We know that.
• 30:37
SPEAKER_05: You know, we got we got court cases to show that, and yet no arrests, no questioning, nobody charged with nothing else, and and I don't even see nothing on the horizon.
• 30:50
  SPEAKER_05: Like, that's crazy.
• 30:52
SPEAKER_05: Man, this guy was doing this all day long, you know.
• 30:56
SPEAKER_05: I mean, like this was the demo, like we doing minors and women, we violating, and this was going on, and and and I got the hookup, y'all come.
• 31:06
SPEAKER_05: And everybody was coming through, flying into the islet.
• 31:09
SPEAKER_05: This stuff was going on all day long, every day, for all this time, yet no arrest.
• 31:15
SPEAKER_04: My thing is like, what I just I'm just really curious about what really attracted them people that did make that trip.
• 31:23
SPEAKER_04: What really attracted them to go out there?
• 31:26
SPEAKER_04: If you if he laid out everything that's about to happen, what really attracted them to go out there?
• 31:30
SPEAKER_04: I mean, other than them being sick people.
• 31:34
SPEAKER_05: And then to add to that, so many people like like it was so well known what was going on.
• 31:44
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, I don't even want to hear about the I don't want to even hear the people talking about they didn't know or they didn't whatever.
• 31:51
SPEAKER_05: Because how is you going?
• 31:53
SPEAKER_05: You you know what's going on out there.
• 31:54
  SPEAKER_05: That was no secret.
• 31:56
SPEAKER_05: I would never like yeah, no, bro.
• 31:59
SPEAKER_05: I would never go out there at all.
• 32:01
SPEAKER_05: It don't matter if I was going for separate business.
• 32:03
SPEAKER_05: I'm not going to no island with no weirdos that be where they say this and that be going down.
• 32:10
  SPEAKER_05: I'm not ever going.
• 32:11
SPEAKER_05: So even like Chris Tucker.
• 32:14
  SPEAKER_05: Come on, bro.
• 32:15
SPEAKER_05: You know what I'm saying?
• 32:16
SPEAKER_05: What was you doing out there?
• 32:17
SPEAKER_04: It ain't nothing that funny that makes you want to go out there, bro.
• 32:20
  SPEAKER_05: No, that that's the part I don't get.
• 32:22
SPEAKER_05: And maybe, maybe, maybe you might slip up and went out there once if you didn't know, but I I really still don't even give you that benefit of the doubt.
• 32:30
  SPEAKER_05: It's not a good one.
• 32:31
SPEAKER_05: But the ones who went more than once, you really done for sure.
• 32:35
SPEAKER_05: Like, so I can see you know, you don't you might not even know, like, say if it was me or you and somebody invite us somewhere, we might not know, maybe, because we're on we not familiar.
• 32:46
SPEAKER_05: Maybe we invited by somebody else and we end up there.
• 32:48
SPEAKER_05: Like, I could almost see that happening, but when you done went multiple times, and and nah, because even if we went, you're gonna find out from somebody or somehow what be going on there after you go the first time, you know what I'm saying?
• 33:05
SPEAKER_05: Like, yeah, so you're gonna have that one person as soon as you get it.
• 33:08
SPEAKER_04: Oh, yeah, hurry up and leave, and they probably gonna shut them up after they tell you.
• 33:12
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, somebody gonna tell you, or somebody gonna find out you there and be like, You ain't heard that so-and-so be going on over there, you know.
• 33:19
SPEAKER_05: Like, like I said, so them people that went multiples for sure, like I'm even looking at everybody that went, but them people that went multiple times and went, you know, it was spaced and be like time to time, it was space and be time in between the times they went.
• 33:36
SPEAKER_05: I don't want to hear it, bro.
• 33:37
SPEAKER_05: Y'all, y'all know what the fuck was up.
• 33:39
SPEAKER_04: Except be held be held accountable and accept responsibility for what you did.
• 33:43
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, that's all it is to it.
• 33:46
SPEAKER_05: You turn you you at the very worst, turned a blind eye.
• 33:50
SPEAKER_05: I mean, at the very least, I mean, yeah.
• 33:52
SPEAKER_05: Blind eye, but I don't even believe that.
• 33:54
SPEAKER_04: And then if you the president, and I'm talking about old presidents, politicians, y'all knew what the hell was there's no way you don't know, but it ain't no telling what they was already into, and then not even it got so weird, you don't even know if that's really them because they've been talking about all this little stuff where people got these real life masks and shit.
• 34:13
SPEAKER_04: You don't even know if that's really them.
• 34:15
SPEAKER_04: They might have just slipped some on.
• 34:17
SPEAKER_05: And man, yeah, it's just crazy, man.
• 34:20
SPEAKER_04: Because they'll be talking about what's the name, uh Joe.
• 34:24
  SPEAKER_04: They talking about Joe.
• 34:25
SPEAKER_04: Ain't that ain't even Joe, Joe Biden.
• 34:28
  SPEAKER_05: Okay, yeah, yeah.
• 34:29
  SPEAKER_04: I seen I seen that too.
• 34:31
SPEAKER_04: Talking about these things guns in 2019.
• 34:33
SPEAKER_04: I'm like, what the fuck?
• 34:34
SPEAKER_05: Tasha say she believed uh Jeffrey's still alive and on some other island.
• 34:39
SPEAKER_05: It's a lot of people believe that.
• 34:42
SPEAKER_05: Denise said, Greed and power, the country was founded on pedophiles, Thomas Jefferson.
• 34:49
SPEAKER_05: I don't understand why all these people are into children.
• 34:52
SPEAKER_05: It's disturbing and disgusting for sure, Renee.
• 34:54
  SPEAKER_05: What's up, Fire Glory?
• 34:56
SPEAKER_04: I see you in the building.
• 34:58
SPEAKER_04: Man, no, but it's like it's a lot of like wild stories about like grown men and kids and stuff, even like back in the day.
• 35:07
  SPEAKER_04: Bro, was crazy.
• 35:08
SPEAKER_04: I found out that's what Alice in Wonderland is about.
• 35:11
SPEAKER_04: The dude who wrote Alice in Wonderland, he wrote it because he was in love with like an 11-year-old child.
• 35:17
SPEAKER_04: And he was mad because they parents wouldn't, her parents wouldn't let him be with her.
• 35:23
SPEAKER_04: You're gonna just destroy our kitty kitty, too, huh?
• 35:26
SPEAKER_05: That's all that's been happening to me, man.
• 35:28
SPEAKER_05: Our little 90s took him from us.
• 35:31
SPEAKER_05: Man, you're gonna go all the way back to Alice and Wonderland.
• 35:34
SPEAKER_05: Man, I'm just we can't even trust Alice in Wonderland, man.
• 35:37
SPEAKER_04: Bro, you don't understand what I've been going through, man.
• 35:40
SPEAKER_04: I just man, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, all type of shit just been messed up, unraveling for me.
• 35:47
SPEAKER_05: So that just adds to the fact that somebody said in the chat um that this, well, she said the country was founded on this pedophile stuff, but like that just adds to the fact that that's who've been running this stuff, and they sneaking this freaky stuff into the you know, that's other than that.
• 36:04
SPEAKER_05: Why would Nickelodeon be like that?
• 36:06
SPEAKER_05: Come on, man, and it's facts.
• 36:09
  SPEAKER_05: This ain't conspiracy.
• 36:10
SPEAKER_05: See, well, 15, 20 years ago, you'd have said that, and it would have been like a conspiracy theory, but now we finding out this is just flat out facts, like Nickelodeon was ran by perverts.
• 36:25
  SPEAKER_05: What's the dude's name?
• 36:27
  SPEAKER_05: I did a story on it.
• 36:28
  SPEAKER_05: Dan Snyder.
• 36:29
  SPEAKER_05: Dan Snyder.
• 36:30
SPEAKER_05: So he got all types of smud on his name.
• 36:35
SPEAKER_05: But then you look at the old episodes and you see it like, oh my god, they had the girl, the little girl playing with a potato, like it, like it was a Witchamaca.
• 36:46
SPEAKER_04: And when you was and when you a kid, bro, you I like I I remember that episode, bro.
• 36:50
SPEAKER_04: I wasn't really thinking about it, nothing like that.
• 36:53
SPEAKER_04: Now I'm growing, I'm like, damn, why you got that's that's wild.
• 36:57
SPEAKER_04: And so the fact that I was a kid and it got past me like that, like that's like y'all really putting that into trying to put that into the youth like that, and that's that's not cool.
• 37:08
SPEAKER_04: Let let kids be kids.
• 37:10
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 37:12
  SPEAKER_05: Let kids be kids.
• 37:14
SPEAKER_05: But that that's just foul, man.
• 37:16
SPEAKER_05: And then I mean, and the thing is, when you when you it's like I don't even I hate going down the rabbit hole because they they they started talking about Bugs Bunny was you know, it's crazy.
• 37:28
SPEAKER_05: If you if you go down that rabbit hole, almost every cartoon has some innuendo.
• 37:34
SPEAKER_05: Man, they said like Bugs Bunny was was the original genderless, really was a really was a trend, like you know what I mean.
• 37:43
SPEAKER_05: I don't want to go into it, but you know what I'm saying?
• 37:45
SPEAKER_05: Like you wasn't no boy or no girl for real, and and then they you know, if you cherry pick some of the the scenes and stuff that went on, it's like man, this world is crazy, crazy work, man.
• 37:59
SPEAKER_05: So uh speaking of uh craziness, your boy Aaron Hall was finally located.
• 38:06
SPEAKER_05: They done got him, they done got the law, they finally located Aaron Hall, big head ass.
• 38:13
  SPEAKER_05: Man, I miss you.
• 38:15
SPEAKER_05: I'm talking to you, you know.
• 38:17
SPEAKER_05: They found him on Skid Row, they found him at an extended stay, same something similar, it's the same thing, and that's the crazy part.
• 38:29
SPEAKER_05: You would be found at an extended stay in Georgia.
• 38:33
  SPEAKER_05: So everybody, uh relax.
• 38:37
SPEAKER_05: Aaron Hall has been located.

SPEAKER_05: Man, what I know he worked at one in that area.
• 39:36
  SPEAKER_05: I'm sure I think it's this one though.
• 39:39
SPEAKER_05: I just I just thought about it as I'm reading it.
• 39:41
SPEAKER_05: Hold on, I'm gonna have to call Jeff.

SPEAKER_05: I need some exclusive details at the extended state.
• 40:00
  SPEAKER_05: How'd y'all locate him?
• 40:02
  SPEAKER_05: So, anyway, Drake arrived at 11 58 a.m.
• 40:06
SPEAKER_05: and asked the front desk staff member for Hall's room number.
• 40:11
  SPEAKER_05: I don't think he might have a case.
• 40:12
SPEAKER_05: You can't just give out somebody's room number, can you?
• 40:15
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I don't know.
• 40:16
SPEAKER_04: Unless they you got like a subpoena or something, or oh maybe, maybe they had a subpoena.
• 40:21
SPEAKER_05: You but no, how would they would they have one?
• 40:24
  SPEAKER_04: I don't know.
• 40:26
SPEAKER_05: I gotta look that up because they say he got there at 11 58 a.m.
• 40:32
SPEAKER_05: and asked the front desk for Hall's room number.
• 40:35
SPEAKER_05: He went to Hall's room and Hall opened the door after Drake knocked twice.
• 40:40
  SPEAKER_05: Hmm.
• 40:42
  SPEAKER_05: I don't know.
• 40:42
SPEAKER_05: I gotta we gotta find out about that.
• 40:44
SPEAKER_05: But anyway, Drake says I informed him that I needed to deliver legal papers, at which time he asked what the papers were for.
• 40:52
SPEAKER_05: He then looked at the documents and stated, I ain't doing that before attempting to close the door.
• 40:58
  SPEAKER_05: Drake explained.
• 41:02
SPEAKER_05: Drake placed the papers on the ground directly in front of Hall.
• 41:06
SPEAKER_05: He then shut the door, leaving the papers inside the room at his feet.
• 41:12
SPEAKER_05: Hall, who once recorded a song with the notorious big title, Why You Trying to Play Me, was wearing a tan hoodie with Always Thinking Big on the front.
• 41:22
SPEAKER_05: He had a white beard and was wearing a black do rag when Drake served him.
• 41:27
SPEAKER_05: The legal papers connect to a sexual assault lawsuit filed by Lisa Gardner.
• 41:33
SPEAKER_05: Gardner accused Hall and Diddy of sexually assaulting her in 1990 when she was 16 years old.
• 41:42
SPEAKER_05: Gardner claims the assault happened after an MCA records event.
• 41:46
SPEAKER_05: She says Combs gave her drinks, and Hall burst into the room and assaulted her.
• 41:52
SPEAKER_05: The lawsuit seeks damages from both men.
• 41:54
SPEAKER_05: Gardner's legal team have been trying to serve Hall since mid-2024.
• 42:01
SPEAKER_04: So I wonder if them get if that's gonna like kind of like nullify him even receiving the documents by them giving up his room number like that.
• 42:11
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah, that's what I wonder.
• 42:12
SPEAKER_04: I gotta put that mess up the case.
• 42:14
SPEAKER_04: Because if that's if that's if that's the case and that happened, that's messed up.
• 42:18
SPEAKER_04: Like, how y'all gonna just jeopardize this case like that?
• 42:21
SPEAKER_04: And yeah, woman really going through this.
• 42:24
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, yeah, that's and so I'm wondering what do we do that?
• 42:27
SPEAKER_05: I might have to look that up in Chat GPT or something and see like if they if if they serve, if they if they they gave up his room, does that make the serve?
• 42:38
SPEAKER_04: Like under false pretenses, yeah.
• 42:40
SPEAKER_05: Like, does that make it invalid?
• 42:41
SPEAKER_05: We gotta look that up.
• 42:42
  SPEAKER_04: I don't know.
• 42:43
SPEAKER_04: D Washington said, no, he was properly served.
• 42:46
  SPEAKER_05: Okay, good.
• 42:47
  SPEAKER_05: Thank you, D.
• 42:47
SPEAKER_05: Let me put that up on the whatchamacallit.
• 42:49
SPEAKER_05: Uh where where where is that at?
• 42:53
  SPEAKER_05: D, D, D, D.
• 42:55
SPEAKER_05: Where you see that at?
• 42:56
SPEAKER_05: All the way at the bottom.
• 42:57
SPEAKER_05: All the way at the bottom.
• 42:58
  SPEAKER_05: Okay, okay.
• 42:59
SPEAKER_05: So D say no, he was properly served.
• 43:02
SPEAKER_05: Okay, so he he he his ass grass then.
• 43:05
SPEAKER_05: That's that's all that to say to me.
• 43:08
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
• 43:09
SPEAKER_05: As far as because he hey, look, that's that's another one that that that's that's a pretty serious what's being alleged, but it involves a minor.
• 43:18
SPEAKER_04: So they saying he can get served anytime, anywhere.
• 43:20
SPEAKER_04: I get that, but by the hotel person giving up the hotel room number.
• 43:26
SPEAKER_04: That's just like if I just because they don't, it ain't like they got no badge or nothing.
• 43:32
SPEAKER_04: They they just like regular little agents or something.
• 43:34
SPEAKER_04: It ain't like they like an officer.
• 43:36
SPEAKER_04: So that's like me coming up there, like, damn, you know where Aaron Hall room at?
• 43:40
SPEAKER_04: And he gave me the room number.
• 43:41
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, is that is that the same thing as if what I'm wondering?
• 43:45
SPEAKER_04: Because if not, nah, I got a better understanding of it.
• 43:52
SPEAKER_05: Yes, we gotta find, we gotta look into that anyway.
• 43:54
SPEAKER_05: Aaron Hall's ass has been located.
• 43:57
  SPEAKER_04: He said, I ain't doing that.
• 44:00
  SPEAKER_04: Ain't doing that.
• 44:01
SPEAKER_05: But they uh wonder what they want them to do.
• 44:03
  SPEAKER_05: That's the fine.
• 44:04
SPEAKER_05: What was the serving about?
• 44:06
SPEAKER_05: But like I said, it involves a minor.
• 44:08
SPEAKER_04: Elisa don't even have to put it in their hand, they just had to touch it.
• 44:13
  SPEAKER_04: Like the paper.
• 44:18
SPEAKER_04: She's talking about the serving papers, but I'm saying, yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 44:21
  SPEAKER_05: She touched it.
• 44:25
SPEAKER_05: Elisa, you can get served anytime, anywhere.
• 44:27
SPEAKER_05: You don't even have to put it in their hand.
• 44:29
SPEAKER_05: You just have to touch it.
• 44:30
SPEAKER_05: Oh, that thing was hot.
• 44:37
  SPEAKER_04: Man.
• 44:38
SPEAKER_05: Aaron Hall has good lawsuit against the hotel.
• 44:41
SPEAKER_05: Okay, so so Aaron Hall still has can have a lawsuit against the hotel, but it won't have the case.
• 44:47
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah, okay, cool.
• 44:48
SPEAKER_05: Well, his hey, look, I'm sure if he was at an extended stay, he's gonna go after whatever couple dollars they got.
• 44:53
SPEAKER_05: I don't know if I'm sure he could use it.
• 44:57
SPEAKER_04: He's gonna be making license plates just to pay his lawyer.
• 45:01
  SPEAKER_05: He might need that.
• 45:02
SPEAKER_05: He definitely might need that.
• 45:05
SPEAKER_05: Uh before we get to the 50 cent uh funny funniness, let's uh I gotta update y'all.
• 45:11
SPEAKER_05: Diddy got some actually some good news.
• 45:15
SPEAKER_05: Uh, if uh if you are if you're a diddy it, you might like this news.
• 45:20
SPEAKER_05: Uh, this is also from all hip hop, it's exclusive.
• 45:23
SPEAKER_05: Uh Diddy gets April 2026 appeal date after fast track approval.
• 45:29
SPEAKER_05: So Diddy's appeal is in April, couple months.
• 45:35
SPEAKER_05: He got so much money.
• 45:36
  SPEAKER_05: No, I don't know.
• 45:38
SPEAKER_05: Man, hey, look, big Diddy is annoying, eh?
• 45:42
SPEAKER_04: Man, he he he's slippery than the motherfucker, boy.
• 45:46
  SPEAKER_04: That's an astral glide.
• 45:47
SPEAKER_04: That shit didn't got in his DNA.
• 45:49
SPEAKER_04: He's slipping and sliding everywhere.
• 45:51
SPEAKER_05: See, you said, Hey C you said uh he thought he wasn't getting couldn't get no appeal.
• 45:56
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I thought that's what they said.
• 45:58
SPEAKER_04: They wasn't allowing him to even appeal to shit.
• 46:00
SPEAKER_05: I told you, did he like Diddy like uh like Michael Myers when you you know fine choked him out, you know, chopped his head off his leg, everything gone, you know, tossed him in the river, and about a whole eight hours that went past, and then out of nowhere you see this.
• 46:17
SPEAKER_05: He just from the water, he said, man, he's driving down the road in the back seat.
• 46:24
  SPEAKER_05: You're like, damn, man.
• 46:27
SPEAKER_05: Like, I thought for sure I got rid of your ass.
• 46:30
SPEAKER_05: So let's get into this appeal that C Tuck thought he didn't have.
• 46:36
SPEAKER_05: Diddy won a fast track approval for his appeal with oral arguments scheduled for April 9th, 2026, after moving to a low security prison.
• 46:49
  SPEAKER_05: Um April 9th, 2022.
• 46:53
  SPEAKER_05: U.S.
• 46:53
SPEAKER_05: Circuit Court Judge Beth Robinson approved their request to fast-track the appeal process.
• 47:00
SPEAKER_05: This means Diddy won't have to wait years for this day in court.
• 47:04
  SPEAKER_05: That's another thing.
• 47:05
SPEAKER_05: I just showed you how this world moved rule with money.
• 47:08
SPEAKER_05: Because I was just that's what I was thinking.
• 47:10
SPEAKER_05: I didn't, I couldn't put my my my finger on it because I was agreeing with you when you said like he you thought he didn't have one.
• 47:17
SPEAKER_05: I was thinking, how the hell he get one so fast.
• 47:21
  SPEAKER_04: That's what I'm saying.
• 47:22
  SPEAKER_04: He how you should.
• 47:23
SPEAKER_04: I know you got the right to a fair and speedy trial, but it ain't never that fast.
• 47:27
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah, and that's a speedy trial.
• 47:29
  SPEAKER_05: Yo, regular, yeah.
• 47:30
SPEAKER_05: They don't never, I ain't never seen no appeal this fast, to be honest.
• 47:34
  SPEAKER_04: Jump the line.
• 47:34
SPEAKER_04: That's like some like some club prices.
• 47:37
SPEAKER_04: You can take the bomb and get it, jump the line.
• 47:40
SPEAKER_05: You literally just got sentenced.
• 47:43
  SPEAKER_05: What October?
• 47:45
  SPEAKER_05: Was that October?
• 47:46
  SPEAKER_05: That was October.
• 47:47
SPEAKER_05: So you got no October, November, December, January, four, four, five.
• 47:52
SPEAKER_05: Inside of six months, you got an appeal.
• 47:54
SPEAKER_05: You ain't even been in there a full calendar.
• 47:56
SPEAKER_05: You already Yeah, and you already got your appeal.
• 47:59
SPEAKER_05: That boy Diddy is something else.
• 48:03
SPEAKER_05: So uh, who is this Beth Robinson who approved it?
• 48:06
SPEAKER_05: I guess she probably had no choice.
• 48:08
SPEAKER_05: Case calorie calendaring is the process by which courts schedule dates for hearings and arguments.
• 48:16
SPEAKER_05: For appeal, this means setting a specific date for lawyers to argue their case before judges.
• 48:23
SPEAKER_05: Diddy is fighting his conviction on two uh two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
• 48:31
SPEAKER_05: He got a four-year sentence in October 25th after a jury found him guilty on those charges, but they cleared him on the bigger charges, sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy.
• 48:47
SPEAKER_05: Uh and it just goes into the we already know about the case, so we don't need to go into that.
• 48:51
SPEAKER_05: So, what you think about that, C Tuck?
• 48:54
SPEAKER_04: Man, they I honestly they just they just doing too much.
• 48:59
SPEAKER_04: Like, they it's like, I mean, I get like his defense is gonna do what they got.
• 49:03
SPEAKER_04: That's their job to do what they gotta do to get him out.
• 49:06
SPEAKER_04: But if the writings is already on the wall, like you got you gotta let them let them be.
• 49:11
SPEAKER_04: Let them just ride out a sentence.
• 49:13
SPEAKER_04: He already getting time served, which you your day, I guess they ain't had no choice but to give him.
• 49:19
SPEAKER_04: But let them ride out a sentence.
• 49:21
SPEAKER_04: You you already convicted him.
• 49:22
SPEAKER_04: Now y'all trying to lessen the sentence.
• 49:25
SPEAKER_04: And like I said, that's just like another blow for the victim.
• 49:28
SPEAKER_04: Because they they gonna feel like justice ain't gonna never be served for you.
• 49:32
  SPEAKER_05: Right.
• 49:32
SPEAKER_05: And so what they're saying is uh Diddy's lawyer, Alexandra Sapiro.
• 49:38
SPEAKER_05: Alexandra Sapiro said the judge Aaron Subirmanian sentenced the bad boy Mogul to a draconian sentence for behavior he was acquitted of.
• 49:48
SPEAKER_05: She argues the government used an old law with a troubled history to go after a consensual adult relationship.
• 49:56
  SPEAKER_05: Nope.
• 49:56
SPEAKER_05: Federal prosecutors haven't filed their response to Diddy's appeal yet, but they will definitely fight back.
• 50:02
SPEAKER_05: In January, they told the court they intend to file its brief on the appeal before or on February 20th, 2026.
• 50:18
SPEAKER_05: This is just Diddy just gonna, he just ain't gonna never stop.
• 50:22
SPEAKER_05: That's why they're gonna throw them extra.
• 50:24
SPEAKER_05: They're gonna drop something heavy on his ass.
• 50:25
  SPEAKER_05: Watch.
• 50:26
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, they're gonna drop something heavy on his ass.
• 50:29
SPEAKER_05: Um and it's gonna break the internet because I believe that they they working on something that kind of like they did with Gotti.
• 50:37
SPEAKER_05: Like they working on something that's ironclad.
• 50:40
SPEAKER_04: And it kind of it kind of gotta be like that though.
• 50:44
SPEAKER_04: And honestly, I I thought everybody would like kind of like strike while the iron was hot.
• 50:50
SPEAKER_04: Or I mean, well, they see it.
• 50:52
SPEAKER_04: I guess the iron still is hot because it's still in there.
• 50:55
SPEAKER_04: But they just gotta do everything the right way and don't like just don't don't like jeopardize themselves or they they or or their integrity or nothing like that, and really just do what they gotta do just to just issue the just to place the right accountability where it needs to be.
• 51:15
SPEAKER_05: Breaking news, real quick, y'all.
• 51:16
SPEAKER_05: Now this now this is where this is where Trump he draw, I draw the line with Trump on this.
• 51:22
SPEAKER_05: I don't give a fuck who get mad, because it you know, them Trump people get mad when you call Trump out.
• 51:26
SPEAKER_05: Like as if as if as if everybody else could get called out, and everybody can laugh and joke as we talk about Diddy and Jay-Z, but then as soon as somebody mentioned Trump, your ass mad.
• 51:36
  SPEAKER_05: Kick rock.
• 51:37
SPEAKER_05: If that's you, kick rock.
• 51:38
SPEAKER_05: We're not about to be on here uh talking about 50.
• 51:42
SPEAKER_05: I mean, talking about Diddy and Jay-Z and Aaron Hall, and we can't talk about Trump.
• 51:47
SPEAKER_05: That nigga got about 34 felonies, don't he?
• 51:49
  SPEAKER_05: Like uh uh, whatever.

  SPEAKER_05: Oh man.
• 52:13
SPEAKER_05: Last night, Trump posted a video on his social media platform that contained a racist clip showing Barack Obama and Michelle Obama as monkeys.
• 52:24
SPEAKER_05: And to this, and as of right now, it's still up.
• 52:28
SPEAKER_05: Man, what now if you if you do if anybody who could defend this can kiss my ass right now, today, Friday morning, uh what's the name's date, February 6th, because this is bullshit.
• 52:44
  SPEAKER_05: Man, that's crazy.
• 52:46
SPEAKER_05: Donald Trump recently shared a video to True Shop Social that includes an AI generated depiction of Barack and Michelle Obama as monkeys, and here's the proof.
• 52:57
SPEAKER_05: Now, this is some bullshit.
• 52:59
  SPEAKER_05: That's that that's the president.
• 53:03
SPEAKER_05: What is presidential about this?
• 53:07
SPEAKER_05: And then you got people who get so pissed when you bring his name up, and that pisses me off.
• 53:12
SPEAKER_05: Like we everybody get talked to everybody is is held accountable on the flow show no filter podcast.
• 53:24
SPEAKER_05: But this is some but this is the type of shit I'm like like you can't you cannot uh defend that.
• 53:33
  SPEAKER_02: That's crazy.
• 53:37
SPEAKER_02: That just leaves you speechless, don't it, C T.
• 53:40
  SPEAKER_04: Oh shit.
• 53:41
SPEAKER_04: And and the ad insult and injury, you're gonna do the shit and then black history month at that.
• 53:46
  SPEAKER_04: Exactly.
• 53:48
  SPEAKER_05: No, that, nah.
• 53:50
SPEAKER_05: This just popped up on my phone.
• 53:52
SPEAKER_05: I was actually getting ready to pull up 50 Cents new uh the commercial.
• 53:59
SPEAKER_05: First thing popped up on my phone is this this video with Barack and Michelle as monkeys on Trump's page.
• 54:09
  SPEAKER_05: He posted this.
• 54:11
  SPEAKER_05: Come on, man.
• 54:13
SPEAKER_05: Y'all gotta quit defending this guy.
• 54:15
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah, no.
• 54:16
  SPEAKER_05: Like you really do.
• 54:16
SPEAKER_05: At some point, like I ride or die with my people who I like or who I whatever.
• 54:24
SPEAKER_05: But when you go this far, I got to call your ass out.
• 54:28
  SPEAKER_05: Like, that's I don't even know, I don't even have no words, man.
• 54:39
  SPEAKER_05: Damn.
• 54:41
  SPEAKER_05: I don't even have no words.
• 54:46
  SPEAKER_02: Uh uh.
• 54:49
  SPEAKER_02: That's terrible.
• 54:53
SPEAKER_05: Like somebody said in the comments, are we really surprised?
• 54:55
  SPEAKER_05: Let's move on.
• 54:56
  SPEAKER_05: I ain't even gonna.
• 54:57
SPEAKER_05: I just want to let everybody know that that shit is happening.
• 54:59
SPEAKER_05: You can go look it up yourself.
• 55:01
SPEAKER_05: But when you when you come on or get so butthurt when somebody calls out Trump, you need to check yourself.
• 55:08
SPEAKER_05: Like I said, everybody, nobody is beyond being called out.
• 55:13
SPEAKER_05: That's just that's just the bottom line.
• 55:16
SPEAKER_05: That's just the bottom line.
• 55:17
SPEAKER_05: And and when you don't, when like his group, like this is as much as a Trump responsibility, but this is the people who support him.
• 55:26
SPEAKER_05: Y'all let them get away with this.
• 55:34
  SPEAKER_05: That's crazy.
• 55:35
SPEAKER_05: You ain't getting away with that.
• 55:36
  SPEAKER_05: That's crazy, man.
• 55:38
SPEAKER_05: It's it's like 2026, and this is what you doing?
• 55:44
SPEAKER_05: You putting up AI generated stuff and depicting Barack and Michelle's monkeys.
• 55:50
  SPEAKER_05: Let's move on, man.
• 55:52
SPEAKER_05: I just had to put that out there because it popped up on my phone.
• 55:55
SPEAKER_05: And it's and it literally did it just broke.
• 55:58
SPEAKER_05: Like it happened last night, but they saying literally, as of 23 minutes ago, it's still up.
• 56:06
  SPEAKER_05: That's wild.
• 56:08
SPEAKER_05: So let's check out this commercial, y'all.
• 56:10
  SPEAKER_05: Uh, 50 Cent.
• 56:11
SPEAKER_05: There's two things going on.
• 56:13
SPEAKER_05: 50 Cent trolling Jay-Z and Diddy and making a nice amount of change as he does it.
• 56:20
SPEAKER_05: Um, we're gonna talk about the commercial first.
• 56:23
SPEAKER_05: Now, they're saying that the commercial is about him being a troll.
• 56:27
SPEAKER_05: It's for DoorDash, and it's about him trolling Diddy and all of that.
• 56:32
SPEAKER_01: Well, that everyone's calling me a troll.
• 56:36
SPEAKER_01: Some said he's a coming to my attention that everyone's calling me a troll.
• 56:40
SPEAKER_01: Some said he's gonna be a troll.
• 56:42
SPEAKER_01: First of all, I'm putting with all of that.
• 57:07
SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna look at the beast and have to run on this quick remember to a guy to leave it.
• 57:11
SPEAKER_01: And you know what goes great with beast?
• 57:16
SPEAKER_01: Four years, 50 more kicking count.
• 57:26
SPEAKER_04: Man, man, I seen that I was dying laughing.
• 57:31
SPEAKER_05: Is anybody is anybody having more fun than 50 Cent right now, man?
• 57:40
SPEAKER_05: He is because let me give y'all a little background.
• 57:43
SPEAKER_05: I was explaining this to people.
• 57:45
SPEAKER_05: Y'all gotta remember 50, Jay-Z, and Diddy all come out of New York.
• 57:51
SPEAKER_05: They are the biggest heavyweights from their era, so they all have been competing.
• 57:57
SPEAKER_05: People need to understand this who might not be in the hip-hop world to know that where this all stemming from.
• 58:04
SPEAKER_05: Now, Diddy and Jay-Z have pretty much always been ahead of 50 Cent in the mainstream or the public eye.
• 58:14
SPEAKER_05: So if you say who the king of New York was, it would be people that would say Jay-Z and Diddy most of the time before you would say 50, even though 50 was right there on their heels.
• 58:24
SPEAKER_05: Um, but now, so fast forward, like I always say, this is a marathon.
• 58:30
SPEAKER_05: You might be in the league now, that don't mean you're gonna win the race.
• 58:34
SPEAKER_05: You know what I'm saying?
• 58:35
SPEAKER_05: This is a marathon we all in.
• 58:37
SPEAKER_05: So now, as Diddy has removed itself from the being the top of New York or just the top of the industry, and Jay-Z is following Diddy as far as he done fell off, this has moved 50 cent to number one as far as them.
• 58:59
SPEAKER_05: So you gotta realize it's this has been a long time coming for 50.
• 59:04
SPEAKER_05: 50 was been wanting to be number one out of them three, and so that's why he's having so much fun with it now.
• 59:13
SPEAKER_05: Because when he was number one, could you imagine how cocky Jay-Z and Diddy are?
• 59:19
SPEAKER_05: Can you imagine the things they said to 50?
• 59:21
SPEAKER_05: You know what I mean?
• 59:21
SPEAKER_05: Just and not even, you know, just in cocky competition talk, you know what I mean?
• 59:27
SPEAKER_05: And so he had to eat that all that time, and now he is dog walking Diddy and Jay-Z, and he's doing it in the mainstream world.
• 59:42
SPEAKER_05: And what I mean by that is he just served Diddy on a DoorDash commercial, a Super Bowl commercial, where he said they sell combs, hmm.
• 59:55
SPEAKER_05: Isn't that uh uh coincidence or whatever he said in the commercial, then then he's then he brings out his his cognac liquor, yeah, and then says it's been age four years or 50 months, but who's counting?
• 1:00:12
  SPEAKER_05: Which we all know.
• 1:00:14
SPEAKER_04: Then he pulled out the uh bag of cheese puffs, too.
• 1:00:20
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
• 1:00:26
SPEAKER_05: So uh shoot, go ahead.
• 1:00:28
  SPEAKER_05: Where we at?
• 1:00:29
SPEAKER_05: Oh, we here, we here, and I got a crazy call that came to.
• 1:00:31
SPEAKER_05: So T Tuck, what you gotta say before we get out of here?
• 1:00:34
SPEAKER_04: Uh man, what'd you what'd you think about the uh calves trade?
• 1:00:38
SPEAKER_05: Oh man, oh that was a good trade.
• 1:00:40
SPEAKER_05: That was a good trade.
• 1:00:41
SPEAKER_05: Uh, it was sad, you know.
• 1:00:43
SPEAKER_05: I like I like Darius, but if you go on, if you're saying we got this year, next year to do something, this year and next year, Harden is gonna be more of an addition to what we need to do than Darius for a couple reasons.
• 1:00:58
SPEAKER_05: Harden State don't get injured, so he he gonna be there, and then Harden is more of much of more of a facilitator, and he got more size, for sure, for sure.
• 1:01:09
SPEAKER_04: And he worked, he worked good with bigs too, so that's really gonna work out with Evan Mobley and Jared Allen.
• 1:01:15
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah, exactly, exactly.
• 1:01:17
SPEAKER_04: And now you turn them up, throwing them a lot of a lot of that's and they better capitalize on that too.
• 1:01:22
SPEAKER_04: And then I think they will because that's especially Evan Mobley for real, because he this is this he in year five right now.
• 1:01:29
SPEAKER_04: So he's supposed to he's supposed to been showing improving.
• 1:01:33
SPEAKER_04: So he gotta he gotta keep that trajectory going, or he's gonna he you see how the league go.
• 1:01:39
SPEAKER_05: Heck yeah, heck yeah, for sure.
• 1:01:41
SPEAKER_05: So shout out to the Cavs.
• 1:01:43
SPEAKER_05: Uh, I think that's gonna that I think that plus I ain't gonna just say harden and then the other guys.
• 1:01:48
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, Keon Ellis, Dennis Schroeder.
• 1:01:51
  SPEAKER_05: Um, who was it?
• 1:01:52
SPEAKER_04: Dennis Schroeder and Dennis Schroeder.
• 1:01:54
  SPEAKER_05: That was too.
• 1:01:54
SPEAKER_05: They changed this team around where like now we got some heart for sure and some energy and some dogs.
• 1:02:02
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, we got some dogs now.
• 1:02:04
  SPEAKER_05: We needed some dogs.
• 1:02:05
  SPEAKER_05: We didn't have none.
• 1:02:06
  SPEAKER_04: Like, I I like I like I I I fuck with DG though.
• 1:02:09
SPEAKER_04: DG that I I really liked him for real, but yeah, that's what I said was sad.
• 1:02:14
SPEAKER_04: They but every every team for real that every team that's winning, they got that Batman and Robin aspect.
• 1:02:21
  SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
• 1:02:21
SPEAKER_04: Of their of their roster.
• 1:02:23
SPEAKER_04: It's like when the one that's supposed to, the main person that's supposed to show up when they having an off night, they got that guaranteed one that's gonna kick in and really pick up the slack.
• 1:02:34
SPEAKER_04: Just think, like you, just think about like out in Denver.
• 1:02:36
SPEAKER_04: If Joker having a messed up night, you got Jamal Murray supposed to step up and take this uh scoring load.
• 1:02:44
SPEAKER_04: You got you got different little aspects like that.
• 1:02:46
SPEAKER_04: So and them teams is winning.
• 1:02:48
SPEAKER_04: So you can't go without that.
• 1:02:50
SPEAKER_04: So I think that's gonna bring that aspect that Donovan needed for real.
• 1:02:54
SPEAKER_04: And not only that, it's gonna take a lot of the ball handled responsibilities away from Donovan because he on he really uh under a small tooth.
• 1:03:04
SPEAKER_04: I ain't gonna say undersized, he is small too.
• 1:03:08
SPEAKER_04: So he just wanna he just wanna get hit get his shots that that you can set him up for and really or create the shots that he needs.
• 1:03:16
SPEAKER_04: So I I really think that this might work out.
• 1:03:18
SPEAKER_04: And then you got Jaden Tyson up there turning up too.
• 1:03:22
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, we we we did.
• 1:03:23
  SPEAKER_05: I I like what we did.
• 1:03:25
SPEAKER_05: I really like what we did.
• 1:03:26
SPEAKER_05: Somebody said hard, harden, hardening.
• 1:03:28
  SPEAKER_05: See the difference.
• 1:03:29
SPEAKER_05: Denise is right, Harden is a head case, and he and he tends to disappear in the playoffs.
• 1:03:33
SPEAKER_05: But see, on this, on this team, we don't need a lot of hardened like that.
• 1:03:38
  SPEAKER_05: So it's a difference.
• 1:03:39
SPEAKER_05: He he disappeared more or less, he's not the number one.
• 1:03:43
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, he's not your number one, he's your number three.
• 1:03:46
SPEAKER_05: You know what I'm saying?
• 1:03:47
SPEAKER_05: Harden is your number three, that's a difference, exactly.
• 1:03:52
SPEAKER_05: And that's on this team, we got Donovan, you know what I'm saying?
• 1:03:55
SPEAKER_05: And he can still feed Mobley, and like you said, Tyson.
• 1:03:59
SPEAKER_04: I mean, then honestly, even when he was in OKC, if they if they would have had that roster would have had two more years together, they would have they would have won.
• 1:04:08
SPEAKER_04: They would have won for sure.
• 1:04:09
  SPEAKER_04: They would have won.
• 1:04:10
SPEAKER_05: You just can't have harden as your number one for sure.
• 1:04:13
SPEAKER_04: And on that team, you had KD, then you had Russ, he was like number three, or it was number two for two.
• 1:04:20
  SPEAKER_05: Yep, yep, yep.
• 1:04:20
SPEAKER_05: Or at that time, he was number three because if you you know me know for sure, for sure.
• 1:04:24
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, he was number three.
• 1:04:25
SPEAKER_05: It was Westbrook and Durant, and then Harden.
• 1:04:28
SPEAKER_05: But yeah, that that's that's where he's comfortable at, though, I believe.
• 1:04:31
SPEAKER_05: The number three option, you know what I'm saying, or the number three, like we did we we depended on Mobley and and and and Donovan for the most part, and then of course Tyson is in there as a wild card, but then after that, you got Harden, and I think that's gonna be better.
• 1:04:47
  SPEAKER_05: I think that's gonna be better, y'all.
• 1:04:48
SPEAKER_05: So everybody enjoy the Super Bowl.
• 1:04:50
SPEAKER_05: Who you who your pick before we get out of here?
• 1:04:52
SPEAKER_04: Man, I'm gonna go with grandma Kathy, man.
• 1:04:54
  SPEAKER_04: We're gonna we're gonna see.
• 1:04:55
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, we're gonna go with grandma Kathy.
• 1:04:56
  SPEAKER_04: We're going with Seattle, y'all.
• 1:04:58
SPEAKER_04: They they looking good, they looking popular to really do it.
• 1:05:03
SPEAKER_04: Like I like they they I took like I was trying to tell her yesterday, that's gonna be like a Cinderella story for them.
• 1:05:10
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah.
• 1:05:13
  SPEAKER_04: So yeah, I'm I'm I'm excited about that.
