23. A Hurricane named Helene
The first month of the NFL season ends with hurricane season bearing down on the Florida coast. The Bears look lost on offense as Washington may have been gifted the better quarterback of the first two chosen. Carolina benching Bryce Young gives them a geriatric “attack” and a hopeless future. Todd Bowles can’t manage the highs and lows and lots of teams seems overly comfortable “going for it” on 4th down. Finally, something just isn’t right in Philadelphia.
