Chinese military drone deliveries of cash and

gold have sparked an online frenzy. During a
• 6:09
military drill, soldiers counted new Taiwan dollar
• 6:12
notes alongside United States dollar bills and
• 6:15
solid gold bars. This operation, reported by
• 6:19
Chinese state media, was described as a wartime
• 6:22
financial support drill simulating a Taiwan operation.
• 6:27
The People's Liberation Army Eastern Theater
• 6:29
Command oversaw this exercise, which may indicate
• 6:32
planning for civilian payments. Analysts noted
• 6:36
the inclusion of new Taiwan dollars suggests
• 6:39
a strategy for potential transactions with local
• 6:42
residents. The authenticity of the cash and gold
• 6:45
remains unclear, raising questions about military
• 6:48
financial planning. In business news, artificial
• 6:54
intelligence is starting to weigh on labor markets
• 6:57
across major developed economies with effects
• 7:00
varying across industries and seniority levels.
• 7:03
according to Goldman Sachs. Industries with greater
• 7:07
exposure to AI automation have generally seen
• 7:10
slower job openings growth since the second half
• 7:13
of 2022, particularly in Germany, Australia,
• 7:17
and the United States. Employment in information
• 7:20
and communication services has slowed across
• 7:23
nearly all major developed economies since 2022.
• 7:28
Goldman reported that employment in call centers
• 7:30
is now significantly below trend in the United
• 7:34
States, Canada, and Germany. AI -related hiring
• 7:38
pressures are clearly visible globally, but remain
• 7:42
limited to specific industries and workers. In
• 7:46
crypto movement, Bitcoin is up 19 .5 % for the
• 7:50

Let's talk science. Microbes from Earth may survive
• 8:57
on the Moon, scientists find. Even a boot print
• 9:00
or a rover's tread may create a habitable area.
• 9:05
A new study reveals that microbes might endure
• 9:07
the Moon's harsh surface in a state of suspended
• 9:10
  animation. Previous research identified ultraviolet
• 9:15
rays and heat as significant barriers for microbial
• 9:18
life. However, this earlier work did not consider
• 9:22
the shelter provided by hills and valleys on
• 9:24
the Moon. The researchers analyzed three kinds
• 9:28
of bacteria and two kinds of fungus commonly
• 9:30
found on crude space missions. Both lunar poles
• 9:34
likely have areas where microbes could survive
• 9:37
in cryptobiosis. Future experiments may explore
• 9:41
the limits of microbial resilience in extreme
• 9:44
environments, emphasizing the Moon's unique conditions.
• 9:50
and in entertainment news. Apple TV's Slow Horses

• 10:04
Baker, played by Olivia Cooke. The protagonist

• 10:13
a kidnapping plot. Despite her supposed death,
• 10:17
viewers have speculated about her return, and
• 10:20
the new trailer confirms her survival. Season
• 10:23
6 adapts two novels by Mick Heron, promising
